00:00:00.000 Hello lads, welcome back to the Q&A.
00:00:03.240 First question from WonderingGuy.
00:00:05.360 Greetings Goldenmon, I have noticed that you have some epic helmets on your bookshelf
00:00:09.440 and I've also seen some truly glorious pictures of you wearing different historical helmets.
00:00:15.120 As someone who is considering to start collecting replicas of various historical helmets,
00:00:19.260 armors, swords, etc. may I ask where you have gotten your helmets from?
00:00:23.680 Now first and foremost, these you see in the epic pictures,
00:00:27.020 they were supplied by the photographers so they are not actually mine.
00:00:31.260 But the ones on the bookshelf I can link from the store where I bought them from in the comment section.
00:00:39.460 And yeah, moving on to the question.
00:00:41.680 Also, do you have any personal favorites among helmets, etc. from history?
00:00:47.440 Some of my favorite helmets are the helmets found at Valsgärde and Germanby.
00:00:52.600 And among swords I personally find sabers to be an elegant weapon.
00:00:57.020 Thank you for your glorious work and thank you for your support.
00:01:01.080 I really like the Corinthian Hellenic helmets and I also like the Valsgärde Viking helmets.
00:01:08.000 Or not Viking helmets but Nordic helmets.
00:01:10.800 So these two, obviously something I do not like and what I never ever want to see
00:01:16.200 is these typical Viking helmets with horns.
00:01:20.460 These really silly ones.
00:01:22.220 So that is absolutely blasphemous if anything.
00:01:26.900 But to answer the question in regards to helmets at least,
00:01:29.440 the Corinthian helms and also the Valsgärde style Nordic helms.
00:01:35.260 In regards to swords, etc. I don't have any particular preference there.
00:01:40.620 Obviously a massive claymore is always the Sostranus.
00:01:44.440 So yeah, that's my answer to that question.
00:01:46.700 Great Lion of Sverige, it has been interesting of late to see how the issue of South American immigration
00:01:52.280 to the United States has been handled by Trump.
00:01:55.880 He has been good to his word on some things but not all.
00:01:59.180 How do you think he should handle the illegal caravan should it reach the border?
00:02:04.700 In light of the outrage leveled against his presidency.
00:02:07.680 Well, I've said a few things about Trump in the past and I say the same thing now.
00:02:13.800 He obviously has to contend with a lot of different factions within the United States.
00:02:18.760 So he might have a lot of power but he is not the only one in the United States that has a lot of power.
00:02:26.440 He has to contend with a deep state.
00:02:28.100 So even if he has promised a wall, it is still a very rocky road to actually getting said wall.
00:02:34.440 So obviously it can't come as a surprise to anyone who has an understanding of how the states in the West works.
00:02:42.240 The president and the people who elected him, they are not the ultimate rulers.
00:02:47.440 The ultimate rulers are the people behind the scenes.
00:02:50.200 And I'm not even talking about any particular ethnic group here.
00:02:53.900 I'm talking about many different interests, many different factions that are vying for control
00:03:00.000 and who are obviously looking out for their own interests.
00:03:03.300 So that is my take on Donald Trump and everything he does.
00:03:07.340 He needs to give some to get some.
00:03:09.680 Hopefully he has given enough to at least the Israel lobby to be able to get some support in the native affairs, so to speak.
00:03:18.840 So anyway, I don't know if that was a good answer or not.
00:03:22.060 But I think Trump is still good.
00:03:24.020 He is trying at least to make America great again.
00:03:27.800 But he has a lot of people against him.
00:03:29.740 So it's not easy, but I salute him for trying.
00:03:32.840 And then obviously I don't endorse everything that he does.
00:03:35.200 But yet again, he isn't the sole ruler of America.
00:03:39.920 So, but anyway, I hope he gets the wall done at least.
00:03:43.860 Next question.
00:03:44.900 I recently bought the Byzantine two-headed eagle t-shirt from Legi Gloria.
00:03:49.300 I was wondering, what does the Black Sun mean to you?
00:03:51.900 The Black Sun, in my view, and this can obviously be up for interpretation because it's such an ancient symbol.
00:03:59.680 But for me, it's a reawakening or enlightenment or rebirth.
00:04:04.880 So that is why I have it there.
00:04:06.800 And obviously, the Byzantine eagle stands for European unity.
00:04:09.900 So the connection of the Byzantine eagle with the Black Sun stands for both European unity and for enlightenment or revival or reawakening.
00:04:20.800 Next question.
00:04:21.900 Great lion of bubonic proportions.
00:04:24.800 Thank you.
00:04:25.860 A most kind compliment.
00:04:27.640 Who, in your humble view, is the most glorious based and high thumos Roman emperor of all time?
00:04:34.140 Not including Martin Septim, as he turned into a dragon god and that's hardly sporting.
00:04:39.680 So Martin Septim is an emperor in Oblivion, so the game before Skyrim.
00:04:46.000 Great game, by the way.
00:04:46.980 And I would probably say Marcus Aurelius, just because of his reign, relatively peaceful.
00:04:54.140 And he was on the throne or in the position of emperor for quite some time.
00:05:00.120 And he wrote his meditations, which has to account for something.
00:05:04.580 He tried to live in accord with higher ideals, as should be done by someone who has the ultimate power.
00:05:10.840 So he tried to be the best possible man he could be.
00:05:15.140 And the meditations, that was notes to himself, actually.
00:05:19.460 So it wasn't really a guideline for others, it was a guideline for himself.
00:05:23.720 But I think it's really impressive that an emperor who is the most powerful human on earth still takes that responsibility.
00:05:31.200 That he needs to be accountable to something or someone, and that is his own guidelines.
00:05:36.900 So I would probably say Marcus Aurelius just because of that and based upon the reign of his empire.
00:05:46.160 After him there was a number of really bad emperors and that's obviously not something that can be admired.
00:05:54.560 So yeah.
00:05:55.660 Last question.
00:05:56.320 Greetings, Northern Brother.
00:05:57.980 I recently partially dislocated my shoulder while practicing wrestling.
00:06:02.700 I'm slowly getting back to weights, but it will take a few months until full recovery.
00:06:07.680 I'm currently focusing on light weights to avoid pain and high reps.
00:06:12.500 Also trying to include isolations exercises.
00:06:16.320 Do you have any training advice to give to any of your loyal legionaries who got injured during battle?
00:06:21.880 Any advice from you would be highly appreciated.
00:06:24.760 Respectful regards.
00:06:26.320 Well, basically what you are doing now is the correct way to go about it.
00:06:31.400 So definitely just light weights.
00:06:33.760 As soon as you feel even the slightest pain, just decrease the weights even more.
00:06:38.840 Focus fully on the range of motion, on contact with the muscles and just getting some blood flowing.
00:06:46.240 Keeping the body somewhat active until you recover.
00:06:49.700 So the basic rule here is to try to train, but as soon as you feel even the slightest discomfort, then lower the weight.
00:07:00.480 And also you can do a lot of walking as well if you want to get some sort of lighter cardio in.
00:07:05.480 So put in a podcast, go for a walk of about 45 minutes or something like that.
00:07:12.940 So, but anyway, to conclude the answer there, just continue as you're doing.
00:07:18.040 That's the correct way to go about it.
00:07:20.180 So anyway, thank you for tuning in.
00:07:22.600 XOXO, boom.
