00:00:00.000 Greetings, true friends. Welcome to the Wednesday Q&A. It actually isn't Wednesday when I'm doing this. It's Monday. I've scheduled this video so this is actually Monday.

And to emphasize how fucking low on calories I am right now, I actually, before going to bed, like I read my Alexander book, down and then started fantasizing about the things I will eat in my above 10k calories challenge.
00:01:08.020 And the first question for the week is actually what carbs or what foods will I utilize to achieve my above 10k calories.
