The Golden One - Snow at Last!

00:00:00.800 Post winter footage. I posted a great video yesterday about Malus Darkblade and a few

00:00:10.000 subscribers said it's sad that you don't have snow in good old Scandinavia at this time of year,

00:00:16.880 but I talked to my man Ymir the frost giant, Ymir the primordial giant of Norse mythology

00:00:23.920 and I said you know what my subscribers have requested this and he said you know what since

00:00:29.200 you have done your deadlifts I will I will grant you this wish so behold behind you behind me

00:00:37.520 a good winter landscape and then I thought I will title this video White Friday and I'll be

00:00:45.600 completely honest with everyone I don't disavow Black Friday I don't completely disavow consumerism

00:00:53.200 instead of saying Coomer you can say consumer of course there has to be a limit to everything

00:00:59.200 I don't think it's good to consume just for the sake of it but I would be a hypocrite otherwise

00:01:03.280 because I have not this year but last year I bought some camera and audio equipment

00:01:10.800 on Black Friday so I just want to be honest and not be all sanctimonious and be holier than thou

00:01:17.360 also White Friday Black Friday have two new releases for Legio Gloria never discounts on Legio Gloria

00:01:28.480 though because I want to have something completely different for Legio Gloria the ultimate point to

00:01:35.760 purchase something from Legio Gloria is if you have earned it so it warms my heart to hear you know emails

00:01:44.480 saying you know what I've been training hard for six months now I've given up this vice or that vice and I feel

00:01:51.040 worthy finally and then you ask for okay what is a good size for my measurements etc

00:01:57.200 and that's also something I want to be ultra clear with the perfect opportunity to buy Legio Gloria is when you feel ready

00:02:04.640 so that is what I want to do because this is a

00:02:08.720 pirate ship I'm the captain and I only want worthy crew to to be on this metaphysical pirate ship so that is

00:02:18.720 are the rules for wearing Legio Gloria that you are worthy so you must overcome yourself

00:02:25.600 otherwise you you are not allowed to wear it so you can't watch porn you can't go out getting drunk you can't

00:02:32.720 be addicted to marijuana you can't be out of shape you need to train something on a regular basis now of

00:02:38.640 course what you train is up to you as long as you stay fit and healthy and can represent the brand in a good

00:02:43.840 way so that is what is up so yeah new hoodie right here a bit of a different cut I always experiment with

00:02:54.000 with new garments new designs so if you see the difference from the Perseus hoodie is that this

00:03:00.000 goes up a bit here so it's um comfier and cozier for winter I'm super happy with this garment and

00:03:07.600 Legio Gloria here in in silver so yeah if you think I look aesthetic that's the reason so yeah that is the

00:03:19.120 main point I wanted to say today then of course since I am in a forest of enlightenment I might as well

00:03:25.840 ramble on a bit more

00:03:33.920 it's a bit harder to walk now I must admit to everyone so I saw a comment

00:03:40.560 also yesterday about are you still gaming even as a father uh yes absolutely uh and this is something

00:03:50.480 I will make a separate video on later on you have to have downtime you have to have breaks especially

00:03:57.200 especially if you're also caring for a small child you have to check out sewn out sometimes and just

00:04:04.080 focus on something completely different and after all it's entertainment it's the same thing if you watch

00:04:09.040 some sports ball or if you listen to some music uh so don't think uh this is propaganda from

00:04:16.880 vicious forces that say oh you know what when you have children and when you're married then you can't

00:04:21.680 do any fun things anymore then you must just do fatherly duties all the time now of course you have

00:04:28.400 to do a lot of more things but it's simply not true that you can't do other things as well it's complete

00:04:36.800 lies it's complete propaganda from people who don't want you to have children so don't neglect your mates

00:04:43.760 don't neglect your training don't neglect your own interest then of course it's also a matter of

00:04:49.680 priorities you can't spend eight hours a day playing video games of course not but you can at

00:04:55.600 least spend an hour every once in a while to just have a meditative moment for yourself

00:05:03.600 so that is something that I find very important to point out both to fathers so you don't feel bad because

00:05:10.480 you do something you like because you need to take care of yourself in order to take care of

00:05:16.000 others as simple as that otherwise you will be perhaps not as pleasant to deal with if you feel trapped

00:05:24.080 or if you feel that you can't do things you like so keep that in mind you need to take care of yourself

00:05:30.480 to take care of others you can quote me on that you can put a quote at your workplace or at your school

00:05:37.520 and then people will say oh who is this wise man and then you will say oh it's it's a wizard from

00:05:44.880 lord of the rings who goes around in forests and spreads with them could be a fun thing to do so

00:05:52.960 anyway I don't know how long the snow will stay here in good old scandinavia will probably melt but

00:06:00.880 in a few days who knows otherwise I will continue to make some snow videos I have yeah a good few

00:06:07.840 videos upcoming I thought to make this video today because yeah it was a fun occurrence that we would

00:06:15.840 have some snow so anyway on to the next clip I will add some more top quality contents to this fine

00:06:24.640 video log before I end it

00:06:38.640 now another note on Ymir the primordial norse giant I will make more videos on norse mythology actually

00:06:56.640 because it's inspiring now some guys ask will you do more strong man etc but I will be completely honest with

00:07:06.960 myself and with you I don't have the genetic potential to be a strong man because I am muscular and

00:07:17.360 I am well somewhat physically big but I'm not a big guy for you in terms of being a literal giant so

00:07:28.000 if you look upon strong men they're overall big guys I am athletic and muscular and my particular

00:07:36.240 athletic talents are more suited to martial arts so then it's better for me to invest time in

00:07:45.680 well leveling my martial arts game instead of trying to become a strong man since I don't have the genetic

00:07:53.360 potential for it so yeah as I talked about before in terms of in terms of what you can your

00:08:03.680 your mythological or fantasy thing you can be and if I'm an elf elves aren't really good at strong

00:08:12.160 men whereas giants of course Ymir for example are so if you look upon good strong men they are built in a

00:08:19.440 certain way it takes certain genetics to be a strong man so that's why I don't really yeah I don't want to go

00:08:27.920 never want to go that route because it's uh it's pointless then of course it's fun to train strong

00:08:33.760 men so I'm not saying that oh you need to be a genetical giant to um to train strong men but keep that in

00:08:41.200 mind sometimes your genetics are more suited to one thing rather than another um so yeah that's why I don't

00:08:53.360 really continue never continued strong men despite my glorious

00:09:00.880 triumphs in in terms of those things then of course I'm not gonna sell myself short here I am

00:09:07.680 yeah of course strong in in a lot of ways too but yeah not not that strong now on a completely different

00:09:16.560 note I stumbled upon okay not sure it looked as aesthetic on camera as it did just stumbling upon

00:09:34.480 it but anyway I will put in one other clip in this great video log so yeah see you in the next sequence

00:09:44.960 speaking of giants there is a giantess Skadi a goddess of sorts of winter and apparently she was a bit

00:09:54.240 jealous that I had done deadlifts in honor of Ymir the primordial giant so she said if you want a crisp and

00:10:03.440 clean winter so you can take epic pictures and make good videos you have to do four sets of six

00:10:12.800 repetitions at 180 kg in the squats so naturally I want to ensure an aesthetic winter for everyone

00:10:21.120 so I did just that in the temple of iron so that being said I wish you all a prosperous weekend ahead
