00:01:11.000 Now, also a quick review of this book. It contains plenty of practical exercises, meditation exercises,
00:01:17.000 and plenty of pictures as well. So if you are like Gaston and me, you like pictures in books,
00:01:23.000 so you know what's going on. Great stuff, great stuff indeed.
00:01:26.000 I haven't tried all of the meditations yet, but if you are an enjoyer of my book reviews,
00:01:32.000 you know that I like practical instructions for meditation techniques.
00:01:38.000 So anyway, I thought to elaborate on a particular teaching found in this book and in other books,
00:01:45.000 and speeches by the author Mantakjiya, and that is in regards to transmuting sexual energy.
00:01:54.000 So basically, the point he makes in the book is that you can generate a lot of energy in your nether regions,
00:02:04.000 so to speak, but you can't store it. So you can generate a lot of energy down there by being excited
00:02:11.000 by the sight of a woman, or the presence of a woman, or the nocturnal company of a woman.
00:02:17.000 So you can generate a lot of energy, you can't store it, and most often, of course, it's the case that you release the dragon's breath.
00:02:27.000 But when you do so, you forego an opportunity to imbue yourself with a lot of creative energy.
00:02:34.000 So if you think of it like this, your dragon's breath, it has the capacity to create life.
00:02:40.000 Imagine, then, that you continuously release that from your body, you will, yeah, again, you will forego the opportunity
00:02:47.000 to keep that physical and spiritual energy within you.
00:02:51.000 So, of course, on a physical, biological level, you don't want to get rid of those building blocks,
00:02:57.000 because it takes a lot of material from your body to do it.
00:03:01.000 Of course, it replenishes and everything like that, but it can be good to keep in mind.
00:03:05.000 Then also, the creative energy you are wasting away.
00:03:10.000 If you don't release the dragon's breath, if you subdue it, so to speak, if you keep it within you,
00:03:17.000 even when you're engaging with a woman, this might feel and sound counterintuitive.
00:03:23.000 Of course, you want to reach climax, perhaps, if you engage in a carnal act with a woman,
00:03:29.000 but if you subdue the urge to release, that can in turn be transmuted then into creative energy.
00:03:37.000 And then you can use that creative energy to write calligraphy or something like that.
00:03:42.000 Speaking of which, I hope you always like all of my calligraphy posts.
00:03:46.000 If you don't, I will chimp. I will chimp if you don't like it.
00:03:50.000 No, I'm joking. You can like it if you want. I enjoy calligraphy, at least, and I enjoy all creative things.
00:03:57.000 And so, yeah, you can think of it in those two ways, that you can get excited, that energy, that spiritual and biological energy.
00:04:04.000 If you keep it inside of you, you can use it for other endeavors.
00:04:08.000 But if you release it from you, then, yeah, you will have a nice sensation,
00:04:14.000 but you will not have that creative energy and physical power within you.
00:04:18.000 So, think of it like that, and I will make a video on five reasons to not watch pornography.
00:04:25.000 And one of these reasons will then be this particular reason that you forgo a lot of energy that you can keep within you.
00:04:32.000 So, I'm also talking now about every instance of releasing the Dragon's Breath.
00:04:40.000 So, it's absolute madness, in my view, to do it, unless, of course, you are with a woman in particular situations.
00:04:47.000 But even so, you could experiment with not unleashing, and then you will have a lot of energy.
