The Golden One - The Mars Challenge Instructions. Legio Gloria Challenge： March. Part 2

In honour of the month of the war god Mars aka Ares, we need to honor him and the best way to do so is to participate in my challenge for this month. The challenge is simple, go to a local martial arts place and have a one on one training session where you learn the basics. Once you have learned the basics then you repeat that all the time so that you can get good at the basics and you can build a solid foundation into your body.

00:00:00.000 Hello lads, it is March, the month of the war god Mars aka Ares and obviously we want to revive

00:00:08.440 pagan Europe so we need to honor him and the best way to do so is to participate in my

00:00:13.900 challenge for this month. Now I would encourage you to watch my latest training video below

00:00:19.840 because this is sort of the second part of that video where I explain my philosophy regarding

00:00:25.460 these things so if you watch this and come back boom hello again then you notice that

00:00:32.440 I'm training by myself but the movements I'm doing they are the same so they are the same

00:00:37.960 when I'm shadow boxing of the nature they're the same when I do the bag work they're the

00:00:43.100 same if I would do sparring and pad work obviously and that is because I've learned the movements

00:00:50.340 and then I reinforce those movements all the time. So to the challenge itself and I wanted

00:00:56.560 you to watch that video so you understand the reasoning behind the challenge it is really

00:01:01.260 quite easy you go to a local MMA club or Thai boxing club and then you ask one of the coaches

00:01:07.640 I want to do a one-on-one private session where you teach me the basics and also side note here if you

00:01:15.260 want to get into weightlifting as well strength training always ask for the basics always ask for

00:01:21.320 the heavy compound movements to learn these because that is how you build a good physique

00:01:27.780 and the same thing when it comes to martial arts get the basics in get the head movement get the

00:01:33.560 jab cross hook in get the regular knees elbows in so it doesn't have to be any more fancy but

00:01:40.120 the basics all the time and same thing regardless if we're talking about brazilian jiu-jitsu or boxing

00:01:46.540 or Thai boxing focus on the basics get really really good and solid at the basics and in this example

00:01:52.460 I'm utilizing the same movements regardless if I'm yeah doing the the pad work or hitting the bag or

00:01:59.840 shadow boxing so I reinforce these sort of emotions all the time so that it's deeply ingrained within my

00:02:06.420 body and this can be a very cheap way to get good so if you have perhaps not the opportunity to train

00:02:15.520 martial arts on a regular basis but you still want to get in that routine into your body yeah the

00:02:21.720 challenge hand do this for the month of March in honor of the war god go to any sort of martial arts

00:02:29.360 place and obviously this can be anything the closest or the most reasonable for you so if you live far

00:02:35.260 away it can just be a one day trip to some place and then you say I want to learn the basics when

00:02:41.300 you've learned the basics then you repeat that all the time so it can be 10 minutes of shadow boxing each

00:02:46.080 day after you've learned this these basics so this is basically the key with this challenge to get into

00:02:54.100 the routine I'm obviously going to participate in my own challenge as well so I am going to do some sort of

00:03:03.480 boxing and I will film that as well and then also and this will be for a coming endeavor I will delve

00:03:11.440 deeper into some good old yoga because that's obviously a good thing to increase the mobility

00:03:17.160 so yeah really easy challenge to participate in and I just wanted to utilize this opportunity since it is

00:03:24.980 March obviously the month of the war god and we need to do something to honor him and obviously

00:03:31.180 martial arts good in these in these dire times a good good skill to develop always good to have

00:03:38.680 and also because of that metaphysical gains you make when you train physically so that was the

00:03:45.840 reasoning I hope you I hope you participate XXO BOOM
