Summary
In honour of the month of the war god Mars aka Ares, we need to honor him and the best way to do so is to participate in my challenge for this month. The challenge is simple, go to a local martial arts place and have a one on one training session where you learn the basics. Once you have learned the basics then you repeat that all the time so that you can get good at the basics and you can build a solid foundation into your body.
