00:00:02.320 To be continued...
00:00:30.000 greetings subscribing tons i'm checking in from a beautiful landscape being blessed by helios
00:00:57.360 i'm sun maxing sun max physique so it's time for another wild hunt challenge video and before i
00:01:07.320 begin to talk about the the missions at hand i would like to just briefly talk about the point
00:01:16.580 of any wild hunt challenge video so when i made the first one in 2016 summer it was as a wish to
00:01:26.580 myself what i wish some other guys would start doing so it was mostly focused on you know training
00:01:32.500 in the gym or training some martial art reading books abstaining from degeneracy primarily pornography
00:01:39.640 all of these things they still stand still important still talking about them but i'm just
00:01:45.900 guessing that most of you are already training on a regular basis haven't watched porn in a good
00:01:51.720 while i might be wrong but yeah i'm not going to talk about it now might go into more details
00:01:57.960 in some other video some in-depth video of some sort but anyway when i make a wild hunt challenge
00:02:04.240 video it's to give some instructions give some advice give a few little missions that you can do
00:02:12.760 so you can be proactive in in your life and something that bothers me quite a bit well bothers me to no
00:02:21.720 end to be perfectly honest it's the passive behavior i see in a lot of guys now of course if we're talking
00:02:29.160 about videos especially on youtube i've been a bit naive but i know better now that most people are
00:02:36.680 watching a video they do it for you know for fun as some type of distraction uh this is not my it's
00:02:44.200 never been my primary goal to just be uh you know entertainment and stuff like that i want to bring
00:02:50.200 actual value that you can implement into your life uh that's what i'm about and this is also i've said
00:02:56.600 uh on a few different occasions that if someone comes up to me says hello in the street um i usually
00:03:04.040 grab the shoulder and then i can in a good way measure if they have trained if they have actually
00:03:08.920 implemented my my teachings so to speak in their lives because i don't want anyone to believe they
00:03:14.920 are a fan just because they watch every video i make uh if you're a fan you implement the teachings
00:03:19.880 in a meaningful way in your life uh then of course i realize full well that most people who are watching
00:03:26.040 it uh they don't really have an interest in implementing any teachings at all uh because it
00:03:32.200 takes time and effort not saying that's wrong uh it's up to you uh what i see though and i would
00:03:39.400 like to change the behavior in certain guys is to be a bit more proactive uh have a bit more initiative
00:03:47.880 so as you might see below if you're watching this on youtube i have removed the comment section at least
00:03:53.560 for this video because i want you to actually be a bit proactive show some initiative go to the other
00:03:59.800 platform comment there comment i am in i am in this challenge so i have made a list you can check out
00:04:08.040 it's on my homepage the golden one.se you see the wild hunt march 2021 uh challenge the instructions
00:04:18.200 the first instruction is to sign up in the link now the reason i'm saying this is not only because i'm
00:04:24.440 afraid something might happen to youtube it's also for it's also for you to have a quick and easy first
00:04:31.080 step on your wild hunt mission again as i said with making your bed if you have on a little list it can
00:04:40.200 be a mental list or you can have it actually written in a in a notebook of some sort you have make your
00:04:47.240 bed then you tick it off great easy victory same thing here if we're talking about this particular wild
00:04:53.560 hunt challenge wild hunt challenge mars in honor of the roman war god first step is to sign up easy
00:05:02.440 victory is a step to complete so that is the absolutely first thing you need to do and i say
00:05:07.720 this not only because i want to promote my own channel i also say it because because i'm tired of
00:05:13.960 guys not being proactive enough not showing enough initiative and now here's the thing also that most
00:05:19.640 people are watching this won't believe i'm talking directly to them if you are viewing it as i'm
00:05:25.160 talking directly to you that is a great quality because that means you have a bit of initiative
00:05:31.240 in your body in your mind in your soul in your spirit and that will serve you well in other endeavors
00:05:36.440 as well so absolutely first step signing up moving on to the next step it's actually something i
00:05:42.920 i've talked about before it's a bit of a black pill but i would like to
00:05:47.080 and speaking which i'm not perfect in this regard myself i also this is a challenge for me as well
00:05:53.640 i will participate of course it's to train your attention span a bit and something that you can
00:06:04.360 look if you look on video analytics you can see the retention time on a video and this isn't something
00:06:12.360 strange at all because the attention spans of humans have decreased something horrendously since the
00:06:18.680 advent of social media not anyone's fault it's just how it is we must recognize it's a problem and we
00:06:26.760 need to fix it so the next step of the challenge is for you to train your attention span and what this
00:06:33.960 means is that whenever you start a video beforehand say do i want to watch this entire video yes or no
00:06:42.200 if you don't want to watch it all don't watch it otherwise commit to it and watch the entire thing
00:06:48.680 so you don't watch three minutes then you get bored and then you seek something else
00:06:53.960 i know also this is a problem for a lot of guys who are addicted to porn that they watch several porn
00:07:00.840 videos at once because they want that kick they want that novelty same thing can happen with other
00:07:07.640 videos so make sure to practice a bit of you know you commit time you commit to one video you watch all
00:07:16.040 of it and you gain some value out of it instead of just watching a few minutes here a few minutes there
00:07:22.440 then you don't get a full context you don't get the full information in a video you're only wasting
00:07:28.360 time so that is something another part of the challenge watch entire videos don't just watch
00:07:35.400 a few minutes of them watch an entire video then of course i'm not saying that you should watch one
00:07:41.320 hour videos every day of course no one has the time for it but i'm saying that if you're committed to
00:07:45.960 watching a bit but i'm saying that if you're committed to watching a video of 10 minutes watch the entire 10
00:07:51.240 minutes don't just watch a few minutes then you get bored because that's a good way to
00:07:56.520 further damage your attention span now a third point this is highly optional not something you need
00:08:06.440 to do but it's to sign up on gab you can sign up on mines as well but we're having physique friday
00:08:13.320 on gab posting physique every friday again this is an optional step if you if you want to you can post
00:08:20.920 physique what i would like to see is more physique posting out in nature i think it's fun to see at
00:08:26.440 least guys checking in from epic landscapes you know taking a nice picture looking aesthetic it's about
00:08:32.520 creating art it's about building a community because here's something i've said before i'll say it again
00:08:39.880 a lot of guys are in lockdown not as much social interaction as you would want to of course
00:08:45.480 same for me by the way then it's even more important that we have a community online
00:08:51.960 just you know posting physique tagging physique friday on gab scrolling through seeing oh these guys are
00:08:58.280 probably guys that could be friends with and this is something i'm quite proud of saying myself that
00:09:03.320 you know through my through me facilitating networking guys of similar guys who are similar similar
00:09:12.200 interests etc they have networked and met and became friends this is something i'm yeah quite
00:09:18.760 happy with being able to facilitate and i want to continue doing this i want to continue building a
00:09:24.680 community of you know productivity happiness health training that sort of stuff so do it but again
00:09:33.320 it's optional i would also recommend that you are if you want you can be anonymous on gab as well
00:09:38.920 you don't need to show your face you can put a frog in front of your face when you're posting physique or
00:09:44.280 yeah censoring otherwise it's it's all good the important part is just to you know we're creating
00:09:49.080 a good community there then fourth step as is i think i've made this step in every single wild hunt
00:09:56.280 video it's to read a book now of course if you are signed up on gab or minds you can post a little book
00:10:03.080 review or post about an epic quote you found in the book or some relevant information you found in
00:10:08.440 the book so pick one book again this goes into your attention retaining ability as well to read a book
00:10:17.400 instead of just mindlessly scrolling through social media so pick a book you can read two books as
00:10:23.640 well but at least one book it's part of the challenge if you want you don't need to i know a lot of guys
00:10:30.280 don't have the time to be on social media that's absolutely fine as long as you follow me on telegram
00:10:35.640 and on video platforms it's all good for my sake but if you have social media you would like to post
00:10:43.320 something about it yeah pick a cool quote from the book or some valuable insights that you would like to
00:10:48.440 share now the last step is since it's mars the month of the war god the roman war god
00:10:58.200 we need to train some sort of martial arts i haven't trained in quite a while because of
00:11:02.920 lockdowns etc but i would but i will at least get in one session um might film it as well i don't know
00:11:11.080 how sharp i will be i'll do some shadow boxing beforehand to prepare so i can get some good video material
00:11:16.920 but yeah if you aren't already training on a regular basis perhaps you have also just like me
00:11:23.160 focused more on the gym posting physique for regime change yeah just um train one session uh it can be
00:11:30.920 a test session at some club or it can be a private lesson with a boxing coach or it might be you and a
00:11:36.600 few mates going out in nature uh doing some drills whatever it might be it's a it's a ritual aspect to this
00:11:44.040 wild hunt challenge we need to honor mars the the war god by training martial arts and it's good for
00:11:49.880 you of course as well so if you haven't trained in a while it's good to keep your skills sharp it also
00:11:54.760 has it also has that aspect of um making a little mission out of it so if you live far from any martial
00:12:03.080 art place yeah make it a day make it a make it an occasion going into the nearest big city scheduling in a
00:12:11.880 private session with someone if that's a possibility but that's at least the last step of the the wild
00:12:20.360 hunt challenge so to recap first step many of you have already completed it just by viewing this on
00:12:28.520 the more glorious video platform but if you haven't if you're still on youtube first link in the
00:12:33.080 description box below first step second step commit to when you make videos commit to when you watch
00:12:42.040 videos to watch the entire thing and then you say oh but this video quickly got boring then you say to
00:12:48.120 yourself okay cool but i still need to finish watching it to train my attention span
00:12:53.480 third point optional if you want post physique so four weeks every friday in march to post physique to
00:13:03.480 gab be part of creating a good uplifting community fourth point read a book if you want again you can
00:13:10.600 post about it if not that's no worries but as long as you read a a nice good book it can be fiction
00:13:16.680 non-fiction whatever you want also trains your attention span fifth and final point to train at
00:13:23.560 least one martial art session in honor of mars even if you aren't currently focusing on martial arts
00:13:30.760 i'm focusing more on the gym at the moment but i will still get in one session because it would be
00:13:35.480 sacrilegious not to so yeah and then lastly of course as i mentioned in the beginning if you're
00:13:41.080 still addicted to porn or something now is the best way to to quit it if you watch porn during
00:13:46.520 uh if you watch porn during a wild hunt challenge you automatically fail so anyway thank you for
00:13:52.200 watching and let me know in the comment section if you are participating just write i am participating
00:13:57.400 or something like that lastly be sure to follow me on all links in the description box below so exo exo boom
