It has to stop. There are plenty of things that need to stop on social media. First and foremost, inappropriate and sexually alluring pictures from women. You are enabling their behavior. Instead, like pictures from Women who post wholesome things instead. That is the absolutely first commandment this fine day.

00:00:00.720 Greetings Larringtons. It has to stop. There are plenty of things that has to stop.
00:00:09.880 First and foremost, do not like on social media inappropriate and sexually alluring pictures from women.
00:00:18.720 You are enabling their behavior. Instead, like pictures from women who post wholesome things. 1.00
00:00:26.520 Instead, that is the absolutely first commandment this fine day.
00:00:32.600 Now you might wonder where I am. Yes, I'm out in good old Scandinavia. A dreary Scandinavia.
00:00:39.080 But you know, each season has its charms and I am standing near enough a castle ruin.
00:00:47.480 I can't go to it now but I will do it at a later time for some history video or just a exploration video etc.
00:00:54.920 Then we have a lake over there.
00:01:00.680 Not sure if you can see it all too well but yeah, it's a lake at least.
00:01:04.680 Now, behind me, I also have something epic.
00:01:08.440 A rather big church which surprised me considering that we're out, well, not in any big place.
00:01:21.240 But they have this quite magnificent church here nonetheless.
00:01:26.520 And I thought to show you this fine piece of architecture.
00:01:31.720 And I also want to say the second thing that needs to stop is the messing around in gyms. 1.00
00:01:40.200 And by messing around, I mean not doing proper exercises.
00:01:45.640 This will be the screenshot.
00:01:52.760 That's a good screenshot. I mean thumbnail for the video.
00:01:56.280 So anyway, what I want to say is that I see a lot of guys who
00:02:01.080 are not focusing on deadlift, squats, bench press, military press, rows.
00:02:06.040 Instead, they're doing complementary bodybuilding exercises.
00:02:12.120 They go in and do a session of only biceps curls and triceps extensions. 0.93
00:02:17.320 Nothing wrong with those exercises after you've done your proper work.
00:02:22.200 So you can't go in and have an arm day.
00:02:24.520 You have to do your heavy work first, put on size, then you can train arms.
00:02:29.800 So if you look on my arms, they're not disproportionate.
00:02:33.720 They are proportionate to my body. I have an overall muscular physique.
00:02:37.160 That's because I focus only on the basic compound movements.
00:03:03.960 This is a nice autumn feel.
00:03:09.560 Yeah, it's a sort of not vibrant autumn anymore, but the dreary sort of cozy autumn.
00:03:18.360 So yeah, again, let's look at the church.
00:03:33.720 So yeah, I zoomed in to the ruins again so you could admire it and find inspiration.
00:03:44.600 I zoomed in to the ruins again so you could admire it and find inspiration.
00:03:51.960 I zoomed in to the ruins again so you could admire it and find inspiration to not do to
00:04:07.500 not neglect the proper exercises in the temple of iron and to not like the wrong sort of material
00:04:16.020 on Instagram and social media anyway I will show respect to the dead here in this graveyard but
00:04:25.080 yeah thank you for watching xxo boom so if you can hear something in the background it's actually
00:04:33.960 a lot of cows who are agitated for some reason might be because vampires are incoming I don't
00:04:41.100 know might be the case so anyway if I talk about not liking certain pictures by women on social media
00:04:48.000 it's because you are endorsing a detrimental behavior because I don't want a culture
00:04:55.260 where women see that in order to get attention they need to post sexually provocative pictures 0.98
00:05:05.280 I don't want that sort of culture for my daughter to grow up in so she sees oh this is the way to
00:05:10.680 get seen this is the way to get appreciation now of course these women especially younger ones 1.00
00:05:16.140 perhaps don't understand that it's not real appreciation it's just a something completely
00:05:21.580 something completely else so the next time you want to like some picture or comment something
00:05:27.240 just ignore ignore these women it's not worthy and especially if you are one of her 0.99
00:05:33.780 hundred thousand or million followers who are commenting on an Instagram picture
00:05:39.460 saying something do you think she will just scroll through her comments and say like oh this guy
00:05:44.980 seems like a nice guy I will strike up a conversation with him and no she will only look down upon you
00:05:50.980 so don't comment don't be an orbiter give attention to a fair maiden that is worthy instead and also 0.71
00:06:02.800 so I don't think any of my long-term true friends are in need of hearing this but I still see so many guys coming with
00:06:12.320 inappropriate comments and liking inappropriate pictures that I have to I have to talk about it at least
00:06:19.840 because it's sad yeah it's unworthy to see it's not glorious in the least so yeah that is my wisdom for the day
00:06:28.720 XXO BOOM
00:06:39.240 you
