00:00:27.740 and then I still continued to do my Russian squat routine and then after a certain session I was
00:00:33.140 like fuck something has happened. So for about almost two weeks now I have had sort of rehab sessions
00:00:43.540 so what we're looking at now is kind of a rehab session. I don't really want to go heavy on the
00:00:49.640 bench either because my shoulders has also been acting up so I felt like a hungry skeleton as of
00:00:55.880 late. So I decided to you know go with some fucking bodybuilding just take it easy relax a bit with
00:01:04.040 the heavyweight. There's my glorious brother as well. Very glorious individual. So what I'm doing
00:01:11.500 is I'm just utilizing exactly what a bodybuilder would do like lightweight controlled movements
00:01:18.140 higher reps to get that pump because I've done so much heavy work at low rep range. So now I'm going
00:01:26.620 to switch to a bit of a higher rep range to let my body recover a bit better. And the other thing
00:01:35.300 I've done is I've cut down on the carbs and fat just a bit to get in more protein because when you're
00:01:42.420 hurt or injured you need more protein. So I try to up it to around 200 grams instead of 180.
00:01:51.880 Just push the protein in there because I know my appetite isn't the best at the moment. You know
00:01:57.280 when you're bulked for a while your body isn't exactly screaming for nutrients. So I'm taking all
00:02:04.360 of my appetite to get in proteins instead. And then I you know it's fucking Christmas so it's always
00:02:09.800 a steady supply of sweets and cinnamon buns and stuff. But what I'm trying to do is at least
00:02:17.260 get in as much protein as possible to to heal up as it were. And then also the training. I haven't
00:02:24.900 trained legs. I've done some light work on the leg press but otherwise otherwise just traditional
00:02:31.940 bodybuilding pump movements. And also you saw me on the first sets there I went with this exercise.
00:02:41.200 My broad is going a bit heavier to get that stretch because I benched for so much and then you don't
00:02:47.600 get that stretch. You see how far down I'm going. That's the point of it. The point of it isn't just

00:03:53.960 when I do this set a bit of tension in the lower back so I don't want to jeopardize anything by going
00:04:01.200 heavier. Um, like as I speak right now, today, my, um, my back is feeling much better. Uh, so it's, it's on, um,

00:04:22.120 And there I also try to, I've never really done that before to be honest, like put my, um, put my legs up in the air

00:05:19.980 skeleton. Like, um, because the fun with me is my body is, yeah, it's, I'm obviously, um, quite strong,
00:05:26.620 but my willpower is much, uh, much more advanced than my muscle strength. Fwoah! I'm adjusting my
00:05:35.900 hair there and then doing a pose. That's the Christmas pose of glory. Uh, so yeah, I can push
00:05:41.320 myself harder than what my body really wants. So that's why I got hurt. I kept on pushing and
00:05:46.820 pushing and I didn't know when to stop, but now I learned my fucking lesson. I will listen to the
00:05:51.900 body more. Uh, my mentality has always been to just grind the fuck out and go as hard as I fucking
00:05:57.220 can and to feel weakness was, um, fucking better as fuck. So, um, what I'll do from now on is I will
00:06:04.520 take more deloads. I will take it easier, uh, go more high reps in certain periods. So I'm not just
00:06:14.200 going hard and heavy every single fucking week. And here we see, uh, juice and pump exercise. I
00:06:20.900 usually end, uh, my push sessions with this. So if I ever mentioned like triceps pushdowns,
00:06:28.200 it can be this, uh, just, you know, severe fucking pump in my, in my triceps. Obviously I'm quite
00:06:34.380 pale and fat now, uh, entering seal mode, but otherwise, um, quite juicy, to be honest. Um,
00:06:41.760 quite content with my form starting the cut in March, I think, something like that.
