00:00:01.000 Greetings, my esteemed audience. I am checking in from Hyperborea, a beautiful and frozen kingdom.
00:00:09.000 So, as you see in the title of this video, you are a soul, you have a mind and you have a body.
00:00:17.000 Important distinction. So, we'll get straight into it, but first a message from the sponsor of this video.
00:00:24.000 The greatest sponsor, the greatest clothing brand, so I am warm and cozy despite it being quite cold outside.
00:00:33.000 And that's because I'm wearing the Ullrhus undergarments.
00:00:37.000 So, do yourself a favor, do me a favor, head over immediately to legugloria.com, place an order for the set.
00:00:46.000 Otherwise, you will not make it. I'm sorry to say, if you don't order, you will not make it.
00:00:50.000 So, yeah, do head over and check it out. We still have a sale going on as well.
00:00:56.000 So, yeah, perhaps you can find something to your liking there as well.
00:01:02.000 Now, you are a soul, and this is actually simplifying the matter.
00:01:07.000 I will talk about the Nordic, the Germanic soul complex in a different video.
00:01:12.000 Or perhaps a podcast, because it's quite detailed.
00:01:17.000 The ancient Nords, the ancient Germanics, the ancient Indo-Europeans, they had a profound metaphysical system.
00:01:26.000 And then things were simplified with Christianity.
00:01:30.000 So, that's something to be said at first.
00:01:33.000 But to begin with, to begin, we can say that we are souls.
00:01:39.000 And we have minds and bodies.
00:01:43.000 So, this is only my understanding of the nature of reality, of God, of the universe, of life.
00:01:51.000 So, take it with a, you know, pinch of salt.
00:01:54.000 You can combine my insights with the insights of others.
00:01:58.000 And you can think about it yourself.
00:02:00.000 This is only me being out here in a beautiful landscape, schizo posting a bit. 0.70
00:02:06.000 So, take it for what it is. Only my understanding.
00:02:09.000 And you will probably encounter this thought in texts and various religious teachings and whatnot.
00:02:17.000 So, to just respond to the question, what religion am I?
00:02:23.000 I usually say that I am a syncretic pagan.
00:02:27.000 And the overwhelming majority of the gods and goddesses in my pantheon are Nordic.
00:02:33.000 So, Germanic. The Germanic pantheon that you all know.
00:02:36.000 So, Frey, Freya, Odin, Thor, etc.
00:02:40.000 Now, that said, you are a soul. The soul is immortal. It's connected to God.
00:02:46.000 So, when you're born or when you're conceived, perhaps more accurate to say, you come down from God.
00:02:54.000 You, the soul, comes down to the physical body and animates it.
00:03:01.000 What happens when you die, you might wonder.
00:03:03.000 And, of course, again, disclaimer. Many, many words have been spoken about the matter.
00:03:10.000 So, again, this is just my understanding of it now.
00:03:15.000 So, you go back to God. The soul goes back to God. The One. The Neoplatonic One.
00:03:21.000 And then you have realms of the afterlife as well. But we can talk about that in a different video.
00:03:27.000 So, the pointer is that we have, you know, 80 to 100 years or less. Hopefully not.
00:03:34.000 But hopefully we all have good long lives. And then we go back to where we came from, which is God.
00:03:44.000 So, that happens when you're conceived or when you're born, depending on how you view life.
00:03:49.000 But, yeah, that's fair to say at least. That you, the soul, you come from God. You animate a body.
00:03:58.000 So, me walking around right now, I am a soul. I determine my thoughts. I determine my body.
00:04:06.000 Now, this is actually quite hard. As I talked about in a recent video, that it's quite hard to be in charge of your thoughts.
00:04:13.000 Of your body. That's why you have glottons, for example. People who have issues with various temptations.
00:04:22.000 And also, like I talked about in a recent video about depression. That if you feel something like that coming on.
00:04:28.000 Realize that you are not your thoughts. Realize that you can control your thoughts if you have enough power in your mind.
00:04:39.000 And, of course, since you are not your mind, you need to have control over your mind.
00:04:44.000 So, again, you are not your body. You are not your mind. But, if you're strong enough in your soul, you as an entity, then you can control.
00:04:53.000 Then you can be in charge of the matter. So, I usually refer to Plato's idea of his soul chariot.
00:05:02.000 So, you, the soul, you are in charge of the chariot. And then you have two horses. So, you need to take care of your horses.
00:05:10.000 So, if we name one horse physical desires. So, we're talking about something like sex.
00:05:18.000 It's important to not stifle that completely, but also to be in charge of those impulses.
00:05:26.000 Because, if you're not in charge of those impulses, then you might become addicted to pornography or something like that.
00:05:33.000 Or you can, you know, have a bad relationship with women or whatever it might be.
00:05:38.000 So, you need to be in charge of your impulses. But, you also don't need to starve them. So, if a religious doctrine says that something like sex is bad, it's not bad.
00:05:51.000 It's just that it needs to be kept under control. So, you don't let that horse run amok and do what it wants.
00:05:59.000 Same thing with, you know, food or whichever thing that can go too far.
00:06:08.000 So, also speaking of the body, that you are not your body. You have a body which you can optimize if you have the will for it.
00:06:17.000 Now, this is important to realize that you are not your body. Because that will make you a bit more humble in a good way.
00:06:25.000 A bit more grateful for what you do have. So, I'm sure everyone wishes they would have, you know, some differences to their body.
00:06:36.000 Some guys might want to be a bit taller. Some women might want to be a bit more beautiful, etc.
00:06:44.000 I wish I were so handsome that people would start crying by just looking at me.
00:06:49.000 I wish I were so handsome that people would think, is this Sanguineous from the Horus Heresy from Warhammer 40k?
00:06:57.000 Alas, this is not the case. Is it something I lose sleep over? No, it's not. Because I know it is what it is.
00:07:05.000 I can do what I can. It's not something I obsess over. I try to get good sleep, good training, good diet. That's what I can do.
00:07:14.000 Then, of course, there are those who take it too far. But, in my humble opinion, beauty for a man is about performance.
00:07:24.000 It's about health. It's about being, you know, your physical exterior reflects your inner thumos, your vitality.
00:07:34.000 So, it's not good to be vain in that sense. It's good to have a natural beauty, if you can, by taking care of the same things that also make you more productive and healthier.
00:07:49.000 So, that is a good type of focus on beauty. But, it can get too far. So, in that case, I would say that you have a temple, you have a vehicle for your soul.
00:08:02.000 Do take care of it. But, also remember that the purpose of you having a vehicle is not to, you know, obsess about your looks.
00:08:12.000 It is what it is. And it's also not a super attractive thing for a man to be overly obsessed with his looks.
00:08:18.000 So, even though you might wish for something else. Maybe you wish you were a bit taller. Maybe you wish you had a bit broader shoulders.
00:08:28.000 Maybe you wish you were a bit more handsome. It's not good to obsess about it. This is the body you have in this life.
00:08:35.000 For however many years. 80, 90, 100 years. 60 years. Who knows? This is what you have to deal with now. This is what you were given in this reincarnation.
00:08:48.000 Then, when you die, you go back to God. And then you're reincarnated later on. Perhaps in a different body. Perhaps you have a worse body.
00:08:56.000 Perhaps you have a better body. Perhaps you have a better mind. Who knows? Who knows?
00:09:01.000 Now, this also brings us into the topic of transgenderism. I'm not sure how relevant it is anymore in almost 2026.
00:09:09.000 But I thought comment on it, at least. Because it's quite related. You know, how you perceive yourself. How you perceive your being.
00:09:18.000 Your body. Your identity. Everything like that. And I would say that many of these individuals, they identify too much with their body.
00:09:27.000 So they think they are the body. Instead of viewing the body as a vehicle for this reincarnation. For this life.
00:09:36.000 Instead of focusing on the fact that you're a soul. So my recommendation for anyone who might not be comfortable in his or her body.
00:09:46.000 Is to view it as a temple. As a holy house. That you try to be as comfortable as possible in.
00:09:55.000 So you do try to optimize your health. Your hormonal health. And you will feel better. Your soul will feel more at ease in your body.
00:10:04.000 You will feel more aligned. You will feel more aligned. You will feel in charge of the platonic soul chariot, so to speak.
00:10:11.000 When you are in charge, everything aligns in a better way. When you, the soul, when you are not in charge, you will not feel good.
00:10:19.000 You will not feel good. If you let the horses of desire, of insecurity, when you let bad thoughts come to you.
00:10:28.000 You can call them demons maybe. Bad emotions, bad thoughts. We can call them demons.
00:10:33.000 When they come to you and they start dictating what to do. They start dictating that you aren't good enough.
00:10:40.000 That you need to make certain changes to yourself. Now don't get me wrong. It's good to change yourself for the better.
00:10:48.000 But it can also go too far. I see some of these Luxmaxers. They are, you know, artificially increasing their height. 1.00
00:10:57.000 Because they feel insecure with themselves. They aren't, they don't want to accept the chariot they've been given, the vehicle they've been given at birth.
00:11:07.000 Now, again, there's a fine line between trying to optimize your temple and taking it too far.
00:11:16.000 So I would say that don't obsess over it. Do try to approach beauty and health, your body, in a holistic fashion.
00:11:24.000 That when you think of your looks, you're also thinking about your health.
00:11:30.000 Because after all, again, for a man, your looks, it's supposed to be a reflection on your vitality and health.
00:11:37.000 So, yeah, and also, again, it's not super manly to be super vain either.
00:11:44.000 So, to use another example, you can have a guy who's balding. Which, you know, I can imagine it's not super fun.
00:11:51.000 But just own it. Own the situation. Think to yourself, yeah, this is not me. This is my body. It's constructed in this way.
00:12:01.000 This was the body. These were the cards I was dealt upon birth. Then you don't think overly much about it.
00:12:10.000 So, think instead of your performance. Especially for a man. You will be judged by your performance. 0.95
00:12:16.000 You will, of course, be judged to a certain extent upon how you look.
00:12:20.000 But ultimately, we can talk about something like height as well.
00:12:23.000 Of course, all guys want to be a certain height. Many shorter guys, perhaps, they want to be taller.
00:12:30.000 But keep in mind that, ultimately, you will be judged on your performance.
00:12:35.000 You will be judged upon the value you can give others.
00:12:38.000 If you are in a leadership position, you will be judged upon your ability to lead others into success.
00:12:44.000 So, don't think all too much about the way you look. Think more about what sort of value can you bring to others.
00:12:52.000 Same thing if we're talking about attracting women. It was a fun joke on X. 0.96
00:12:56.000 Saying that the average Eastern European couple is a very beautiful woman and a man who's not so beautiful. 0.96
00:13:03.000 Then I posted and said that, of course, it's good to try to be handsome as a man.
00:13:09.000 But ultimately, when it comes to attracting women, it's about your inner strength, your inner core, your stability.
00:13:16.000 That you can be a rock that you can lean on.
00:13:18.000 And then it's much more important for you to actually be capable of stuff than how you look.
00:13:24.000 So, when you see these Luxmaxers, take it with a pinch of salt when they talk about attraction from women. 1.00
00:13:31.000 It's also about a woman staying attracted to you, trusting you over a long period of time.
00:13:36.000 Now, I can talk a bit about the mind as well and thoughts.
00:13:40.000 Since I mentioned it in the depression video I made, that thoughts can come to you.
00:13:47.000 You are connected. Since you are a soul, you're connected to other souls.
00:13:50.000 In a sense, you're connected to all other humans, all other living things.
00:13:56.000 Everyone is connected to God. God is in everyone.
00:13:59.000 One could say, one could formulate it in that way.
00:14:03.000 So, thoughts can come to you from wherever.
00:14:06.000 You are not the only... Your mind is not the only place where thoughts are generated.
00:14:11.000 You can get a thought from someone else.
00:14:13.000 It can be transmitted in ways that are beyond my understanding.
00:14:18.000 But why is it important? Why is this important, what I am telling you now?
00:14:24.000 Yes, it's because you need to, especially if bad thoughts are coming to you, you need to realize that they are not you.
00:14:33.000 You can view it as a demonic attack.
00:14:36.000 If you have a thought saying that you are bad, that it's over, view it as enemy propaganda.
00:14:44.000 You can talk about metapolitics as well.
00:14:46.000 Whenever someone says it's over for European civilization, it's enemy propaganda.
00:14:52.000 That's what it is. Same thing if you have a thought that comes to you.
00:14:56.000 The thought says that you are bad in some way, that it's over for you.
00:15:02.000 Then correctly identify that thought as a demonic attack.
00:15:07.000 Now, of course, if you don't want to use the term demonic, then you can use something else.
00:15:12.000 I like to use that terminology because it's, you know, it's cool and epic and stuff like that.
00:15:17.000 But the point is that a thought is real if you believe in it.
00:15:21.000 You can actively choose to not believe a thought.
00:15:25.000 And by the same token, if you have a good thought that comes to you, that you feel great, mate.
00:15:31.000 Then you can acknowledge that thought and think to yourself, yeah, I feel great, I am great, I am good.
00:15:37.000 We will make it.
00:15:39.000 So, reality first created in your own mind, something to always bear with you.
00:15:45.000 All right, that was my schizo post for the day. 0.96
00:15:48.000 I hope it was somewhat insightful and helpful.
00:15:52.000 So, to conclude, you are a soul.
00:15:55.000 You come from God and when you die, well, when your body dies, when your mind dies,
00:16:00.000 then you, still alive, the soul is still alive, it's immortal, goes back to God.
00:16:06.000 And then you will be reincarnated some other time.
00:16:10.000 And I will talk about this in a coming video or podcast episode.
00:16:15.000 The soul, it can also decide when and where to come back, into which body.
00:16:21.000 So, the body you have, the mind you have, might not be up to chance, might be predetermined.
00:16:29.000 So, something to think about as well.
00:16:32.000 Anyway, all that being said, thank you for listening, watching.
