00:01:14.920 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Thank you for being with us.

00:01:22.980 Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas' days as secretary may be numbered. The Republican-led

00:01:31.040 Homeland Security Committee approved articles of impeachment against Mayorkas. Chairman of the

00:01:35.920 committee Mark Green said after the move that Secretary Mayorkas has put his political preference

00:01:41.320 above the law and he is the kind of public official our founders feared. Father of the Constitution,

00:01:48.200 impeachment can be used to remove those unworthy from office. Secretary Mayorkas is the very type

00:01:55.760 of public official the framers feared. Someone who would cast aside the laws passed by a co-equal 0.96

00:02:01.800 branch of government, replacing those with his own preferences, hurting his fellow Americans in the

00:02:06.360 process. This is not about policy differences at all. We certainly object to Secretary Mayorkas's

00:02:11.360 policies, but this goes far deeper. According to the Democrat-led committee investigating Iran-Contra,

00:02:17.540 quote, government officials must observe the law even when they disagree with it, end quote,

00:02:24.120 or when they think that, quote, Congress is to blame for passing laws that run counter to

00:02:29.300 administration policy, end quote. The case we're dealing with today is that simple. Secretary

00:02:35.420 Mayorkas has put his political preferences above following the law. The impeachment articles passed

00:02:41.540 committee by a party-line vote of 18 to 15, and it didn't take long for Marxist Dem Senator Chuck

00:02:48.140 Schumer to take to the Senate floor to defend the grotesque acts of Mayorkas as secretary. I want you to 1.00

00:02:56.160 take a listen, if you will, to Schumer speaking with a straight face as he tells the American people that

00:03:02.160 Mayorkas has done nothing wrong and that this is a sham impeachment. Last night, while most Americans

00:03:09.620 were fast asleep, a House committee voted to advance the absurd effort to impeach Homeland Security

00:03:15.560 Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The Republican House majority is moving forward with the sham impeachment

00:03:21.780 effort, despite producing no evidence that Secretary Mayorkas has committed any crime. House Republicans

00:03:28.560 have not shown that he has violated the Constitution. House Republicans have failed to present any evidence of

00:03:34.180 anything resembling an impeachable offense. Instead, what House Republicans are doing by advancing the sham impeachment

00:03:45.000 effort is denigrating our Constitution, all for the sake of appeasing one person and one person only, 0.74

00:03:53.100 Donald Trump. And let this be clear. This unserious spectacle by House Republicans does nothing,

00:03:59.640 nothing to secure our border. While senators on both sides of the aisle are actually negotiating in good

00:04:05.960 faith on border security, House Republicans keep exploiting the border only for political gain,

00:04:11.880 only to help Donald Trump on the campaign trail, instead of working to solve the problem.

00:04:17.800 There have already been many shameful and embarrassing moments in the Republican House majority,

00:04:23.020 but abusing the Constitution by pursuing the sham impeachment effort is a new ignominious law.

00:04:29.680 The Senator Marxist-dim Chuck Schumer really can't seem to kick that terrible case of Trump derangement

00:04:36.380 syndrome. Schumer didn't think it was a sham when Trump was unjustly impeached twice.

00:04:41.880 Did he? But somehow he has a problem with a man who left our borders wide open.

00:04:47.880 Mayorkas' impeachment will now move to the House floor for a full vote,

00:04:52.040 where only a simple majority vote is needed to push it through to the Senate,

00:04:56.260 where a two-thirds majority will be required to convict and impeach, finally, Mayorkas.

00:05:02.940 Pop superstar Taylor Swift has reportedly told her inner circle,

00:05:06.700 you know, superstars always have to have inner circles, that she would be open to endorsing Joe Biden

00:05:12.700 for re-election. Really? Open? Open? Well, she did endorse Biden back in 2020. But how did that work

00:05:21.480 out for the country? Give me a break. Maybe Swift should go talk to the executives at Bud Light and

00:05:27.500 see what kind of prize you win for playing a really stupid brand game. A poll this month from 1.00

00:05:33.140 Redfield and Wilton Strategy showing 18% of voters say they're more likely or significantly likely to

00:05:40.740 vote for a candidate endorsed by Swift. That means the other 82% have a brain, and that is good news

00:05:47.760 for President Trump. Trump, however, has said he's not worried about a Taylor Swift endorsement,

00:05:53.440 because he says he's definitely, definitely more popular than Taylor Swift. And I'm sure he is.

00:06:00.760 House investigators this week have confirmed James Biden, the president's crooked brother,

00:06:05.460 will sit down for a closed-door interview as part of the opening impeachment investigation of Joe Biden.

00:06:11.420 James will head to D.C. February 21st for that deposition, just a week before Hunter will be there

00:06:17.840 to testify. It gives the two men about three weeks to kind of coordinate their stories and kind of fix

00:06:24.220 things up a little about how they will cover for Joe Biden's corruption. Our guest today is J.R.

00:06:32.060 Majewski. He's an Air Force veteran running for Congress in Ohio's 9th Congressional District.

00:06:37.260 And J.R., a pleasure to have you with us. I want to start with first the horrible news over the past

00:06:41.980 weekend. Three more of our troops in the Middle East killed in Jordan at an outpost,

00:06:46.740 a drone attack, a drone attack, and a lot of questions about that drone attack. Of course,

00:06:51.940 first of all, why they didn't stop that lone drone. And there's now been about 150 of these attacks

00:06:59.800 since October 7th against our service members deployed in Syria, Iraq, and of course, Jordan,

00:07:07.500 losing three lives this past week. I would like to get your thoughts.

00:07:11.800 Well, I think it's a tragedy when any member of the Armed Forces passes. It's especially tragic when

00:07:20.380 we know that this is preventable had we had a strong leader like Donald Trump as our president.

00:07:25.820 And I would hope that, you know, these proxy wars and these things that are happening overseas with 0.74

00:07:31.520 our service members aren't an attempt for the Biden administration to bolster their candidacy for

00:07:36.340 president. We all know that wars win elections. And, you know, with the way Donald Trump is

00:07:42.600 polling today and the momentum that we're seeing from the America First movement and the fact that

00:07:47.340 none of us want to be at war is only symptomatic, to me at least, that, you know, there's some

00:07:53.640 meddling going on. But if Donald Trump were the president and we had a strong leader, I don't

00:07:57.540 think we would see many of these issues that we're seeing on the world stage.

00:08:01.240 I worry about what you're describing right now, which is that the Biden administration polling

00:08:08.020 lower than any president since Jimmy Carter is looking in every which direction, whether it be

00:08:14.740 the border, whether it be overseas, he's looking for anything to distract from his ineptitude and 0.80

00:08:22.560 just outright ignorant policies that have devastated this country economically, socially, and it goes on.

00:08:30.000 But also, it's interesting that Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn came out wanting 0.76

00:08:40.400 a strike against Iran. And I was just hoping that maybe they'd go out and volunteer to, you know,

00:08:46.840 to pick up, you know, an M-16 or whatever and be right there at the right at the point of the spear.

00:08:53.780 But that isn't the way it works, is it? Instead, it looks to me like they're wagging the dog for Joe

00:08:59.820 Biden. Joe Biden doesn't even have to because the rhino establishment Republicans are doing it 0.99

00:09:05.420 for him. And that's an outrage. These ignorant, these three ignorant senators are an embarrassment

00:09:11.820 to the country. Agreed. They're just opening their wallet for Blackwater and all the other, 1.00

00:09:17.400 not Blackwater, but, you know, the Halliburtons of the world. And, you know, that's, again,

00:09:22.420 that's what they do. That's what they're famous for. These neocons are part of our problem here at

00:09:27.440 home. They've driven us into this polarization. They don't have any leadership skills and they're

00:09:33.620 not trying to pull the country together and look internally. When we have veterans here

00:09:38.400 suffering from PTSD, we have veterans here that are homeless and we're out fighting all of these

00:09:45.080 other wars just, in my opinion, for the distinct benefit of them to make a little bit more money.

00:09:49.600 It is a play for the military industrial complex. It is a play for Wall Street. It is a play for

00:09:58.100 big tech. It is disgusting what we are watching happen to this country right now. You know,

00:10:05.940 in Iran, excuse me, in Iraq, we were told we should get ready for the doctrine of long war.

00:10:14.120 General David Petraeus said, you know, we're going to be a, we're going to go to what it is. It's very

00:10:19.100 important that we have a long war doctrine. And by golly, we got a long war, 21 years of it in

00:10:24.760 Afghanistan and Iraq. To what end? Right. No end at all. And people want to just ignore the reality 0.92

00:10:34.360 that it is, as you say, it's a feature of those who are profiteers and who are making a lot of money

00:10:42.240 while guys are losing their lives, as did these three service members over the weekend.

00:10:47.820 And we know that there are at least, there are hundreds of our service members who've been wounded

00:10:53.120 without response from this administration in any meaningful way.

00:10:57.360 I want to turn to your campaign and ask, how much are you going to make of that issue

00:11:02.880 in your campaign for Congress? Well, Lou, it's a good question. Marcy

00:11:07.660 Kaptur, who I'm running against, she's the Democratic incumbent who has been in office for 41 years.

00:11:12.380 She's also the chairwoman of the Ukrainian caucus. So, you know, she's knee deep in this,

00:11:17.080 in this corruption. She's knee deep in sending our tax paying dollars to proxy wars across the world. 1.00

00:11:22.780 And so we're definitely focused on that. The people of my district have been under her spell,

00:11:27.800 under her charm for her entire candidacy. But, you know, they're starting to wake up,

00:11:32.720 especially because we see the political mistreatment and the lawfare that's being cast

00:11:37.420 against Donald Trump. It's really opening their eyes. And, you know, we're trying to shift their

00:11:43.240 perspective, you know, just as much on Marcy Kaptur and what she's done, as much as they're seeing,

00:11:47.880 you know, at their own initiative on what Biden and his administration is doing to Donald Trump.

00:11:53.760 And the persecution, the political persecution of Donald Trump, it staggers me. And I've been

00:12:01.100 reporting on it throughout, but it still staggers me to think that we're now in the ninth year of the

00:12:08.180 political persecution of Donald Trump. He hasn't been found guilty of a single wrongdoing.

00:12:14.220 We know that the prosecutors, they're the ones who belong in jail. This idiot, Jack Smith. I mean, 1.00

00:12:21.720 what is he? He's a Marxist activist. He might as well be in, you know, mid-1980s,

00:12:30.720 the Soviet Union putting on show trials because this is what he's about. We're going to talk here 0.58

00:12:37.040 with J.R. Majerski about his campaign, about where we're headed as a country and what he wants to do

00:12:43.680 about it. And we're also going to take up just exactly why, why it is he had a problem with the

00:12:51.240 U.S. Air Force with his jacket, his military records. And the story is fascinating. We take

00:12:59.500 that up right after these words. Stay with us.

00:13:03.900 Lou Dobbs here. I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to

00:13:09.900 the air. That's right. Lou Dobbs Tonight is back. We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m.

00:13:18.180 Eastern and 6 p.m. Central on Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs. That's Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs. I hope

00:13:27.940 you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.

00:13:34.420 We're back with J.R. Majerski. And Jared, let's go to your military file and the problem that you had

00:13:52.480 with the U.S. Air Force and their release of what is your personal military record. How did it come to

00:14:01.860 be? Well, we were polling within two points, plus or minus two points of Marcy Kaptur last

00:14:08.180 September. And I believe in and I think many of folks believe that we were on path to unseating

00:14:13.120 her. And they launched an October surprise in late September. They accused me of lying about my

00:14:19.020 military service. They accused me of not being a combat veteran and lying about that. And when I

00:14:23.740 proved that I was, they then accused me of not serving in Afghanistan. And it all hinged on the fact

00:14:28.820 that I didn't have the Global War on Terrorism medal that was created about a year after I had

00:14:34.340 gotten out of the service. And after the election, Matt Gaetz and Anna Paulina Luna and a few other

00:14:40.660 good members of Congress investigated this. And they found out that they had this information in

00:14:46.680 July, but the government gangsters waited till October, excuse me, late September to release it.

00:14:52.140 And it was a product of them forging my signature, stealing my social security number and gaining

00:14:58.200 access to my entire file and lying by omission. And I spent the last 11, 12 months petitioning the

00:15:05.800 Air Force. And I was finally awarded the medal in October, which is when I decided to get back into

00:15:10.560 the race and finish what I started. That's incredible. And who was behind it, do you think?

00:15:16.000 You know, I know it was Marcy Capter. I also know it was the DCCC. But, you know, when you look at the

00:15:22.720 genesis of Kevin McCarthy fighting for the gavel on round, I believe it was round 13 of the

00:15:28.440 speakership race, one Democrat stood up and said they would consider crossing the aisle and voting

00:15:33.020 for him. And that was Marcy Capter. So, you know, I can't help but believe that Kevin McCarthy had a

00:15:37.740 part in it. And I think that his distrust and vitriol for me is leaking into this cycle

00:15:45.860 as well, because you have, you know, a guy like Speaker Johnson endorsing a candidate that,

00:15:50.220 you know, is a cookie cutter establishment type because they know that I'm an America first

00:15:55.460 candidate. And I believe strong, very strongly that my job in Washington, D.C. is going to be

00:16:02.780 ensuring that Trump's agenda is pushed through and that he doesn't have a lame House of Representatives

00:16:07.460 like he did his first term. Yeah, he needs every everyone on the ground fighting for the

00:16:14.900 America first agenda. There's just no other, no other way that we can rescue this country.

00:16:22.080 Let's go to Derek Marin and how in the world he came to the attention of the speaker when you were

00:16:28.680 sitting there fighting for the for the nomination with your background as a veteran, as a America

00:16:36.720 first candidate. Do you know what's what the story is behind his decision to come up with a

00:16:43.860 challenger to you? Well, the first candidate, you know, they recruited back in last April when I

00:16:50.700 wasn't in the race and McCarthy was able to coalesce leadership to support him. He raised a good

00:16:56.440 amount of money and then he was caught on a telephone call with a donor really dressing down

00:17:02.460 the president, President Trump and sharing his true feelings about the president and that he's

00:17:08.340 arrogant. He's not presidential. He doesn't like him. He doesn't like how he calls people names.

00:17:12.260 Basically, he doesn't like an America first strong willed man who is defending himself after being

00:17:18.420 unfairly attacked for nine years like we just talked about. This is and you're talking about

00:17:22.340 Derek Marin. No, this is the this is the candidate before him. And yeah, so his his his candidacy

00:17:30.180 somewhat imploded. And in an effort of sheer panic, the establishment in Washington, D.C.

00:17:36.320 recruited Derek Marin. And little did they know that Derek Marin is also scandal plagued. He has some

00:17:42.160 some issues as as a gentleman that tried to gain Speaker of the House here in Ohio and totally failed

00:17:49.680 in that effort. And then, you know, he has some accusations of having an affair with with another

00:17:55.440 member of of the House who was eventually kicked out of the House for having an adulterous affair.

00:18:01.440 And and Derek Marin did all that. And you reference somebody who didn't make it to Speaker of the House.

00:18:11.440 Who is that? That was Derek Marin as well. He he was the conference or the caucus last cycle or last year

00:18:18.000 elected him as Speaker. And then because of some misbehaviors and some disagreements that he had with

00:18:23.520 specific members, from what I understand, he was promising them positions on certain

00:18:30.400 as chairman or vice chairman of certain efforts in the House. And then once he won the speakership,

00:18:37.080 he he withdrew that. And so those folks then partnered up with with some of the Democrats

00:18:44.440 and they were able to to award the speaker to another gentleman. And this gentleman came right

00:18:50.440 out of the gate this cycle once once President Trump was running for president and endorsed him.

00:18:54.840 And Derek Marin didn't do that until I actually I'm not even sure he's endorsed him yet, but I believe

00:19:00.040 he made an attempt at endorsing President Trump once he decided to run against me. So the charade is pretty

00:19:06.040 clear. I'm actually very surprised that Speaker Johnson was was fooled by this and that they've actually

00:19:12.760 chosen someone like Derek. How many are in the race for myself included?

00:19:17.640 And and and you're the principal America first candidate. You have a military background,

00:19:26.920 a veteran and you're you've been without question talking about the right issues and doing the right

00:19:36.040 thing. So you have no idea how the Speaker of the House decided to bring in Derek Marin with all the

00:19:43.480 the baggage that he's got. Right. And I also spent 20 years working in the Nuclear Power Institute,

00:19:48.040 Lou. So, you know, I have I have a vast level of knowledge on on energy. And when we're in a

00:19:54.760 in the positions that we are right now with respect to not not having our energy independence, I mean,

00:19:59.560 I could be a staunch ally not only for the House, but I know Donald Trump recognizes my talent and my skill

00:20:04.520 set. So I'll be somebody that he'll be able to count on when he when he takes the reins in the White House.

00:20:09.400 Well, that's great. And who's funding your opponent, principal opponent, since the Speaker

00:20:15.800 is backing Derek Marin? Is it Derek Marin? I would think that he's going to be getting

00:20:22.120 sponsored from Americans for Chinese Prosperity and a few other groups that, you know, are looking

00:20:28.040 to work against the America first movement. I haven't put my finger on it yet, but I know he's getting

00:20:32.760 some phone calls. The NRCC is actually calling donors in my district and asking them to sit down and speak

00:20:38.120 with him. They've actually shared emails with me and they're not happy with that. And so he's going to

00:20:44.520 have he's going to have a fight in his hands. We're up in the polls by 19 points right now. So, you know,

00:20:48.440 I'm not I'm not really worried about these folks. I wish them well in the run for second place. But, you

00:20:52.920 know, it would be nice if the leadership in the party would stop embarrassing themselves and stop embarrassing

00:20:57.080 Donald Trump. Yeah, well, it's hard to it's hard to get that kind of reaction and response from the likes of

00:21:03.880 Mitch McConnell and apparently Speaker Mike Johnson. He is an unknown quantity who is becoming better

00:21:11.480 known by it seems the week. And it's certainly not all good. We're talking with J.R. Majewski and

00:21:18.840 we'll be coming right back. He is the America first endorsed candidate for Ohio's ninth congressional

00:21:26.120 district. Now we've got to get that taken care of for the for the general election. We'll be right back.

00:21:33.320 Stay with us. We're back now. We're talking with J.R. Majewski. He's the America first endorsed

00:21:44.200 candidate from the ninth congressional district of Ohio. I want to turn to your America endorsed.

00:21:52.920 And I tell us who's endorsing you right now, if you would. I think I think the audience would like

00:21:58.680 to hear that. Sure, Lou. Had the pleasure of being endorsed by good friends of mine like J.D. Vance,

00:22:03.640 Senator from Ohio, Congressman Matt Gaetz, Congressman Corey Mills, Congressman Byron Donalds,

00:22:09.560 Mike Collins. Also been endorsed by Cash Patel and Ambassador Rick Grinnell. So a really great group of

00:22:17.320 like minded folks that, you know, I would see partnering with in the efforts to take the country back.

00:22:22.440 Well, we've got to take this country back and we wish you the very best of luck in making that happen.

00:22:29.160 I want to I want to turn to this idea of the establishment fighting. I want to kind of weigh in,

00:22:37.400 if we may, on Mike Johnson, because I just this guy is fascinating me and not in a good way.

00:22:43.960 Why would he do you have any idea why he would do this, try to do this to you?

00:22:51.960 Well, you know, I don't. I can only assume. And my assumptions would would draw back to the fact that,

00:22:57.800 you know, I'm not sure he's totally in control of what's going on with with the house with respect to

00:23:05.080 the recruitment of new candidates and winning the house, retaining the seats in the house. I think he's

00:23:10.840 he's probably turned over control of that to, you know, Rich, Rich Hudson or the folks that

00:23:16.760 run the conservative leadership fund, which are all McCarthy, you know, McCarthy loyalists. So,

00:23:23.720 you know, that that would be my general assumption. But at the end of the day, he's the leader and

00:23:28.120 leaders need to be held accountable. And if he doesn't know what's going on in his own house,

00:23:32.520 you know, how could he expect to invite company over? And one of the things I love is that

00:23:38.840 Speaker McCarthy raised a lot of money. And apparently it's his money, they say now.

00:23:44.600 And he's doing with it what he wants. And I'd like an FBI investigation of that and just blow

00:23:50.600 that whole system up, because that's outrageous. And we know what's going on. As a matter of fact,

00:23:55.640 we're going to make a point of making a point of it. Your thoughts about fundraising and the way

00:24:01.000 it's going now? Well, you know, I think you're spot on with with McCarthy. I think one of the one

00:24:06.760 of the hardships that members like Matt Gates had with him is that, you know, for the first nine

00:24:11.240 months of of this cycle, he didn't show up to work. And, you know, what was he doing? You could

00:24:16.680 see McCarthy prancing around the country recruiting candidates. And I'm confident that it was an all

00:24:22.440 in an effort to ensure that he didn't have to fight for the gavel next cycle. And, you know,

00:24:27.000 when when he got caught with his hands in the cookie jar, he he challenged the the folks to stand up

00:24:32.440 against him. And they did. But I think that McCarthy's still around. I know he's still

00:24:37.080 pulling strings. And it's unfortunate because, you know, we knew what kind of an animal that we

00:24:42.120 were dealing with with McCarthy. I think it was pretty easy to figure him out. But now he's behind

00:24:46.760 closed doors. And, you know, what he's doing with CLF, I mean, only God knows. But I think the will of

00:24:52.040 the American people are going to retain the house. I don't think it's going to be an easy election

00:24:57.320 cycle. But I don't either. We win the presidency. I think we can retain the house. And I think we can

00:25:02.280 we can move forward. But we should be looking into some of the super PAC and dark money that,

00:25:07.160 you know, McCarthy is using. That was an actually that was a, you know, something that he promised

00:25:14.120 the members of the House is that they wouldn't meddle in primary elections. But that's certainly

00:25:18.920 something that they've been doing. Yeah. Well, there's a reason he's gone. And that's just among,

00:25:25.240 you know, one among many. Now, the question is, how much better did they do by putting Mike Johnson

00:25:31.080 into the deal? You know, here's a guy I wanted to to do well. I mean, I expected him to do well.

00:25:37.400 Here's a guy, a man of faith. He's got a great family, had supported President Trump as an attorney

00:25:44.800 on his impeachment team. I'm figuring who could who could you get would be better. And the next thing

00:25:50.520 I know he's, you know, he's lashing out like a like a snake in the grass in the meetings with,

00:25:58.200 you know, Hakeem Jeffries, President Biden and Chuck Schumer and going their way. It just makes

00:26:03.240 no sense. So we got a lot of work to do over the course of this, this next few months to find out

00:26:08.840 what is really going on here. Jerry, we started this by talking about the three, the three soldiers,

00:26:15.560 three service members who were killed in in the northeast Jordan. I want to get a sense from you

00:26:22.920 as to why there's so many, in my opinion, there's so many military folks in the in the Senate and the

00:26:30.960 House who also seem to be hawkish. I've usually found it the inverse that the more people have seen

00:26:39.320 a war, the less they like it, it seems. But that's not always the case right now. There's a there's a

00:26:46.360 funny twist in the air in D.C. Maybe I should just call it a stench.

00:26:52.520 You know, I think I think, Lou, I think it all goes back to the corruption that we've talked about.

00:26:56.840 You know, money is the root of all evil. And some some folks are willing to to sacrifice their ethics,

00:27:03.080 core ethics, core principles. And, you know, what they what they truly stood for when they served this

00:27:08.080 country in an effort to gain a dollar. And you have on the opposite side of that, you have

00:27:12.960 very, very strong willed, strong principled members like Corey Mills, who is standing up for the

00:27:18.260 service members. And and you also have Wesley Hunt who's standing up for the service members. But

00:27:22.660 it's just another depiction of the corruption and the level of corruptness that that our Congress's

00:27:28.800 has gone to. Yeah, it's good members, both and and great Americans, as are you. J.R., we thank you
