00:00:33.500 Hello, everybody. Welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:36.020 I'm John Fawcett in for Lou Dobbs.
00:00:38.200 Well, Americans are becoming increasingly discouraged with sending their kids to college and schools around America,
00:00:45.400 whether it be higher education or grade school, and people are moving more towards homeschooling their children.
00:00:50.920 A new poll out today finds that only 36% of Americans have confidence in higher education in America.
00:00:59.300 To take all this up, I want to bring in Professor Nick Giordano, professor of political science and host of the PAS Report.
00:01:05.820 Nick, great to have you on the program.
00:01:07.960 Thanks, Sean. Pleasure to be with you.
00:01:09.840 So what do you make of this? 36% of Americans have confidence in higher educations.
00:01:14.540 It's down 21 points from 2015. What do you make of that?
00:01:17.800 Well, it doesn't shock me at all. At Campus Reform, we've actually been reporting on this story because it's a big deal.
00:01:24.700 When you have the majority of Americans losing faith in their higher education institutions,
00:01:30.420 something is fundamentally broken within the system.
00:01:33.920 And when it comes to colleges, there are a number of reasons that we're witnessing this.
00:01:38.380 First is that students are paying an enormous amount of tuition.
00:01:42.220 They're graduating with this huge student debt burden, and then they go to get a job, but they can't find the job
00:01:48.500 because many of them got a useless degree or just businesses aren't hiring those with college degrees anymore.
00:01:55.380 There have been a number of businesses, both large corporations like Google, IBM, and Tesla,
00:02:01.440 as well as small businesses that have done away with four-year degree requirements
00:02:05.240 because they don't like the caliber of students that these colleges are graduating.
00:02:10.000 Only 37% of college graduates understand critical thinking, have the ability to solve problems.
00:02:17.080 They have difficulty interacting with coworkers, and so we've seen businesses move away.
00:02:22.560 When you look at the parents and the students themselves, they don't want to be caught in the student debt bubble,
00:02:28.520 and they don't want to be indoctrinated, right?
00:02:30.700 We see the left-wing indoctrination taking place on college campuses,
00:02:34.780 the diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives, and degree requirements that have been pushed into the system,
00:02:40.240 and students are being forced.
00:02:42.300 So students are now withdrawing from the system because they don't want the far-left ideology being pushed on them.
00:02:49.600 And then it comes down to you have a lot of students that are looking at the trades.
00:02:54.080 You know, coronavirus and the lockdown, students did not want to go remotely to college,
00:02:59.720 and they wanted to start their lives.
00:03:01.340 So they decided, let me go into a trade.
00:03:04.180 It will only take me three months to maybe two years.
00:03:07.040 I won't have this huge student debt burden.
00:03:08.900 And once I get my trade certificate, I'll be making a very good living.
00:03:13.500 I'll have a better quality of life without the debt burden.
00:03:16.880 So it's a number of factors.
00:03:18.620 It's a reckoning within the higher education that we're witnessing.
00:03:21.480 And the anti-Semitic, anti-American mobs that we've seen over the last several months on college campuses
00:03:28.100 have made the situation that much worse.
00:03:31.140 You know, a big thing that Lou pushes here on this program is he encourages parents to send their kids,
00:03:37.000 if they don't know what they want to do right away or, you know, they're confused or whatever,
00:03:41.200 he encourages them to send them to community college.
00:03:43.280 It's the best bang for your buck.
00:03:44.760 And that's what you teach at.
00:03:45.700 Have you seen any sort of change in enrollment or anything like that over the last five or so years
00:03:52.300 that we've seen, you know, DEI pushed across college campuses?
00:03:55.900 You've seen these pro-Palestinian, you know, massive, we'll call them rallies, on their college campuses.
00:04:05.900 You know, have you seen any sort of enrollment change in your school or, you know,
00:04:12.180 anything that's changed since we've seen, you know, this uproar along, you know,
00:04:16.560 these higher education and Ivy League schools around America?
00:04:20.700 Well, all colleges, many of them throughout the country, including community colleges,
00:04:24.400 have faced enrollment declines.
00:04:26.080 And a large part of it is due simply because America is an aging society.
00:04:30.300 There are less students to pull from.
00:04:32.080 And so we've seen a decline.
00:04:33.900 Then after COVID, we saw a significant decline during the COVID years
00:04:37.440 because nobody wants to spend money to learn through Zoom.
00:04:40.640 It simply doesn't work.
00:04:41.760 It's not effective.
00:04:42.660 And it's largely useless.
00:04:44.740 And every school faces some type of enrollment declines, particularly amongst males,
00:04:50.120 because they're going into trades.
00:04:51.900 But we are seeing a slowdown now.
00:04:54.400 And in fact, we are witnessing growth.
00:04:56.500 Enrollment's picking up slightly.
00:04:57.720 And when it comes to community colleges, you don't see the ideological intolerance
00:05:03.140 that you see on the four-year university campuses.
00:05:06.100 The makeup of the community college is completely different.
00:05:09.640 The student body, you have students that can't afford to go to four-year schools.
00:05:14.020 You have students that may have children and they're taking care of their family.
00:05:18.620 You have students that work full-time or are trying to get their grades up
00:05:22.300 so maybe that they can get a scholarship and transfer.
00:05:24.440 So they take their studies much more seriously.
00:05:27.780 And that's why they don't bring ideology into it.
00:05:31.080 They're too busy dealing with the real world, where many of the university campuses,
00:05:36.180 you have that groupthink mentality because they all come from that middle to upper middle class
00:05:41.720 background.
00:05:42.600 And they end up getting this elitist attitude towards all the issues.
00:05:46.760 And that's where they become activists.
00:05:48.200 So at Campus Forum, we've explained how community colleges are a viable alternative
00:05:53.660 to the four-year system.
00:05:56.020 It makes much more sense.
00:05:57.780 And you save yourself about 90% of the tuition dollars.
00:06:02.540 There are still companies that, while they may have dropped the four-year degree requirements,
00:06:07.180 they're still requiring 60 credits of a college education.
00:06:10.400 We also see that a lot with civil service positions at the state and local level.
00:06:14.580 So you're still going to need some type of college.
00:06:17.360 And why should you spend tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars when you
00:06:22.780 could only have to spend several grand a semester, you know, $2,500 to $3,000 per semester?
00:06:29.040 It just makes financial sense.
00:06:30.420 To me, it sounds like a bang for your buck.
00:06:33.260 Just you mentioned the upper echelons of these people who are pushing this DEI and all this
00:06:37.980 nonsense on college campuses.
00:06:40.560 I want to play for the audience.
00:06:42.220 This is Becky Pringle.
00:06:43.320 She's the president of the National Education Association.
00:06:47.160 Speaking at a keynote speech, I want to play for the audience and get your reaction to this
00:06:51.620 on just how unhinged these people are who are running the show, who are calling the shots.
00:06:56.740 Take a listen.
00:06:57.480 During every moment of change or perceived chaos, we will remember who we are.
00:07:05.260 We are the ones who helped to shape the heart of this nation's hopes and dreams.
00:07:11.320 We are the ones who hold steadfast to the belief of the plausibility of the possible.
00:07:18.840 We are the heirs of all who did this work before us.
00:07:23.700 We must keep going.
00:07:26.400 NEA delegates.
00:07:28.400 NEA delegates.
00:07:28.960 We can do this work.
00:07:31.080 We must do this work.
00:07:33.460 We get to do this work.
00:07:35.880 We will do this work because our students are depending on us to win all the things.
00:07:45.360 NEA, we have to win all the things, all the things, all the things.
00:07:54.440 Our colleagues are depending on us to win all the things.
00:07:59.580 Keep going, NEA.
00:08:01.340 To preserve our democracy, we must win all the things.
00:08:06.700 Delegates, we won't go back.
00:08:11.280 We will keep going forward because we are the NEA.
00:08:16.920 We are the NEA.
00:08:19.160 We are the NEA.
00:08:21.420 And that's what we do.
00:08:25.000 Thank you, NEA.
00:08:26.640 That's Becky Pringle, the president of the NEA, if you missed that, in a keynote speech
00:08:32.240 in Philadelphia.
00:08:34.340 What the hell was that?
00:08:34.520 Well, you want to talk about an unhinged rant.
00:08:37.400 I mean, there you go.
00:08:38.580 These people, these are the people that are making education policy.
00:08:42.380 They have an enormous amount of influence over education policy.
00:08:46.660 And I find it truly remarkable because when we look at the evidence, they've done more to
00:08:52.140 harm student education than anyone.
00:08:55.260 I mean, you look at the Randy Weingartens, another teachers union president, they were
00:08:59.920 directly responsible for keeping schools closed in the most vulnerable communities for two
00:09:04.820 years.
00:09:05.480 We now see the lowest proficiency levels in our history.
00:09:09.520 And I find it amazing that when she starts screaming about saving democracy, I just wrote
00:09:16.060 a piece for Campus Reform and the Washington Examiner where students don't understand the
00:09:21.740 fundamental civics.
00:09:23.220 They don't understand our Constitution, how our government works, why it was created in
00:09:29.140 the first place.
00:09:30.220 And I explain that we are not teaching American civics anymore.
00:09:34.640 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:09:36.300 We're going to pick up on that when we return here.
00:09:38.520 We're talking with Professor Nick Giordano.
00:09:40.480 We're coming right back.
00:09:41.300 Stay with us.
00:09:41.860 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.
00:09:47.160 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war
00:09:53.220 or another disease.
00:09:54.780 We have to be ready as we can be.
00:09:56.920 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:10:01.780 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90 percent of all our pharmaceuticals.
00:10:07.220 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be
00:10:12.680 prepared.
00:10:13.360 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis
00:10:18.580 hits.
00:10:19.000 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have
00:10:23.940 put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.
00:10:28.420 And now the Wellness Company's medical kit provides a solution critical to you and your
00:10:33.580 loved ones.

00:11:14.140 Prepare today.
00:11:15.280 Be ready tomorrow.
00:11:18.840 We're back.
00:11:19.700 We're talking with Professor Nick Giordano and host of the PAS Report.
00:11:22.820 So right before we went to break, Nick, I mean, we heard that piece from Becky Pringle.
00:11:27.160 And it's just astonishing that these are the people that are running our education system.
00:11:33.560 You said Randy Weingartner.
00:11:34.880 And you'd mentioned your piece in the Washington Examiner this week, bringing civics back to the
00:11:39.980 classroom.
00:11:40.340 Tell us a little bit about it and why it's so important for our future of our education system
00:11:46.440 and the future of our children.
00:11:48.680 Well, I give my students a citizenship exam every single semester, the first day.
00:11:52.980 And the fact is only six percent of my students could pass that.
00:11:56.280 And it's a very basic exam as simple questions.
00:11:58.940 When you look at the broader statistics, only 25 percent of Americans can name the five freedoms
00:12:05.080 guaranteed in the First Amendment.
00:12:06.560 Most Americans have no idea what their rights are within our society, nor do they know what
00:12:11.340 their responsibilities are.
00:12:12.900 So I explained how civics is the key forward.
00:12:16.260 If we look at how radicalized people have become, how ideological, it's because civics
00:12:22.420 has been replaced decades ago with activism.
00:12:25.920 Activism doesn't mean that you're teaching about the United States government.
00:12:30.240 Activism means that you're pushing a political agenda.
00:12:32.860 And that's the fraud that's taking place amongst the student body.
00:12:36.560 Only 13 percent of students today are proficient in American history.
00:12:40.280 Only 22 percent are proficient in civics, American government.
00:12:44.840 And we need to change that because if we want to have a vibrant republic, well, students need
00:12:49.880 to know what their roles and responsibilities are within the system, because it's not just
00:12:54.380 about what our government exists and what it's meant for.
00:12:57.880 It's also meant to tell us what's our role in the system.
00:13:01.100 What are our obligations to work hard, to take care of our families, not to seek government
00:13:07.000 for assistance, but to solve problems ourselves through the communities, as opposed to laying
00:13:11.860 everything on the foundation of the federal government.
00:13:14.320 And I think that that's something that's missing.
00:13:16.200 We've seen government dependency expand.
00:13:19.380 We've seen the sense of entitlement expand.
00:13:21.440 And it's because people don't know the proper role of government.
00:13:24.720 So let me ask you this.
00:13:26.140 Are we past the point, in your opinion, of no return?
00:13:29.160 I mean, how do we come back from this?
00:13:30.660 How do we come back from, you know, like I said earlier, the teaching of, you know, sexuality
00:13:35.940 in the classroom to minors who don't really know anything at this point in their life?
00:13:41.480 Do we ever come back from from the DEI and and all this racial garbage that these people
00:13:46.840 are pushing in these classrooms to these kids?
00:13:49.000 Do we come back from it?
00:13:50.280 And if so, how?
00:13:52.380 Well, if we want to survive as a nation, we better come back from it.
00:13:55.500 That that's the truth, because what DEI has done, it's tribalized society.
00:13:59.660 It's broken members down into groups and then pitted these groups against each other of
00:14:04.440 oppressors versus the oppressed.
00:14:06.920 And they are the ones that will determine what are the privileged classes, you know, the
00:14:11.940 white Europeans, certain Asians who will be excluded from schools because they perform
00:14:16.780 too well.
00:14:17.320 Jewish students now have privilege versus those that are oppressed.
00:14:22.160 And then when these groups pit against each other, there has never been a successful tribal
00:14:26.420 society.
00:14:27.360 The way we take it back is for conservatives not to disengage and remove individuals from
00:14:32.280 the school, but to get more active within the school system.
00:14:35.460 That means not only taking over school boards, but it also means that that conservatives go into
00:14:42.080 civic life.
00:14:43.420 They go into public life.
00:14:44.640 They get jobs at the state departments of education.
00:14:47.440 They become the teachers.
00:14:49.340 That's the way you take it back.
00:14:50.540 It's not a quick process.
00:14:52.280 It took time to get to this point.
00:14:54.400 It will take time to reverse it.
00:14:56.080 But we have to rewrite the curriculums.
00:14:58.200 We have to have an America centric curriculum, one where students gain appreciation for the
00:15:03.940 United States of America, not chant death to America, as we've been hearing.
00:15:07.920 I mean, the king, I think the kingpin and leader of all this is obviously Joe Biden and the
00:15:13.380 Biden administration.
00:15:14.560 I mean, do you agree?
00:15:16.520 Well, I think it's the teachers union.
00:15:18.180 I do think it's the politicians, the political elites that have controlled the system of education
00:15:23.580 for decades.
00:15:24.720 I think that there are so many factors at play here that have gotten us to the situation.
00:15:29.900 And listen, I'm a parent and parents are partly responsible as well because they disengage from
00:15:35.520 the education process.
00:15:37.000 If you used to have about five people show up to a school board meeting, that would be
00:15:41.360 a lot.
00:15:42.300 Now, parents are starting to re-engage in the system.
00:15:44.860 You're seeing groups like Moms for Liberty.
00:15:47.180 You see organizations like Campus Reform trying to take education back.
00:15:50.800 But we all have a role to play within the system because when our education system fails, the
00:15:57.940 decline in our education system, notice how it directly correlates with the decline of
00:16:02.340 our nation as a whole and our nation getting weaker as a whole.
00:16:06.100 So what can parents do?
00:16:07.360 I mean, how do we get rid of the Randy Weingartners of the world?
00:16:10.480 How do we get rid of the Becky Pringles?
00:16:12.360 What can parents at home who are listening to you and watching you right now, what can they
00:16:16.900 do to stop this madness?
00:16:18.840 You know, we see parents go to, you could say, school board meetings, right?
00:16:22.320 But look what's happened to these people who go to school board meetings.
00:16:24.900 They get targeted by the Biden DOJ, the Biden regime DOJ.
00:16:28.500 And these people now are all of a sudden labeled domestic terrorists.
00:16:31.880 I mean, it's the same thing we saw with January 6th.
00:16:34.440 What can we do as voters?
00:16:35.960 What can parents at home do?
00:16:37.540 How do we get rid of these tyrants who are ruining our children and ruining society?
00:16:43.140 Well, I think when it comes to the parent perspective, it's pretty simple.
00:16:46.440 Just follow the Governor Glenn Youngkin roadmap, right?
00:16:49.860 I mean, you had Terry McAuliffe state that parents don't have a say in education.
00:16:54.420 Well, parents made sure that their voice was heard in that election.
00:16:58.080 And so parents have to do their civic responsibility and go to the school board meetings, complain
00:17:02.780 when they don't like what's being taught to the students, stand up for their children,
00:17:06.540 protect their children and speak out and also speak to the politicians, the elected officials
00:17:11.420 and the state departments of education.
00:17:14.740 At the same time, teachers play a role, too.
00:17:16.860 OK, let's be honest here.
00:17:17.960 The teachers are the ones that actually vote for the union presidents.
00:17:21.760 Now, I speak to teachers from all over the country that will reach out to me, and they
00:17:25.460 are very dissatisfied with the union leadership.
00:17:28.080 They need to start attending the meetings and they need to vote out the delegates, the
00:17:32.600 representatives, the union reps that are pushing a far left ideology.
00:17:36.660 We got to get back the unions to where they used to be, where it was about wages, salaries
00:17:41.440 and benefits, as opposed to corrupting children with a far left political agenda.
00:17:47.440 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:17:48.840 We're talking with Professor Nick Giordano.
00:17:50.500 When we return, we're going to talk to Nick about what illegal immigration is doing, what
00:17:55.780 all these illegals pouring into our country are doing to the education system and what it
00:18:00.300 means for your children.
00:18:01.400 Stay with us.
00:18:01.820 We're coming right back.
00:18:02.360 The Wellness Company and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust, and their
00:18:07.840 new medical emergency kits are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.
00:18:11.820 This medical emergency kit contains an assortment of life-saving medications, including ivermectin,
00:18:17.220 Z-Pak.
00:18:17.920 Rest assured, knowing that you have emergency antibiotics, antivirals and antiparasitics on
00:18:23.200 hand to help you and your family stay safe from whatever life throws at you next.
00:18:32.360 We're back.
00:18:38.180 Thanks for staying with us.
00:18:39.080 We're talking with Professor Nick Giordano.
00:18:40.860 And before we went to break there, we were talking about the effects of illegal immigration
00:18:45.320 on our schooling system.
00:18:46.980 You know, some estimates put it at near 20 million illegals are in this country right
00:18:52.700 now.
00:18:53.780 Nick, what is it doing to the schooling system?
00:18:56.040 What is it doing for these children, these American citizens who are going to public schools
00:19:00.640 and the parents who are sending their children to public schools to get an education and
00:19:04.540 we're just being overflowed by illegal aliens?
00:19:08.180 What is it doing to the children?
00:19:10.220 What is your estimated numbers on how many of these kids are infiltrating our system across
00:19:14.840 the country?
00:19:16.240 Well, it's done enormous harm to the, first of all, our education system, as we've explained,
00:19:20.780 has already failed.
00:19:21.820 It's been failing.
00:19:23.060 Proficiency levels are at all time lows.
00:19:25.060 And then you have the open border crisis and President Biden has allowed millions of unaccompanied
00:19:31.720 minors and family units to come to the United States.
00:19:35.020 Now, we are a humane nation.
00:19:36.820 If there are children in our country, we do provide an education because we don't want
00:19:40.480 them on the streets.
00:19:41.300 But it's not easy to do.
00:19:42.960 So take him in my area, New York City, 30,000 new students enrolled in just one academic
00:19:49.500 year.
00:19:50.040 And these were students that came illegally across the border.
00:19:53.040 You cannot introduce 30,000 new students in a year and expect that it's not going to
00:19:59.300 have an impact on the quality of education.
00:20:01.620 So the quality of education has declined dramatically.
00:20:04.820 You have a lot of non-English speaking people in the classrooms now, and there's a lot of problems.
00:20:11.060 And it's extremely expensive.
00:20:12.440 In New York City, it costs $38,000 per year to educate a student.
00:20:17.180 So looking at 30,000 students, that's over a billion dollars a year in American taxpayer
00:20:22.520 monies.
00:20:23.200 We're seeing the same thing in city after city.
00:20:25.440 In Denver, over 300 students from unaccompanied minors from other countries enrolling in a
00:20:31.940 week.
00:20:32.680 Every week.
00:20:33.580 This is overburdening in a ready-failed system.
00:20:36.920 So it's only going to get worse.
00:20:39.160 And that's part of our problem.
00:20:40.640 We need standards in place.
00:20:42.380 And the reality is that a nation exists to take care of the citizens of that country first
00:20:48.420 before it takes care of anywhere else.
00:20:51.220 And the education system has been derelict in its duty, and it can't do it until the
00:20:56.180 policy actually changes.
00:20:57.420 And there's nobody to blame other than President Joe Biden.
00:21:01.620 Let's turn to Joe Biden.
00:21:02.960 He's having a rough week, rough two weeks after that debate with President Trump, where, you
00:21:09.240 know, he got a real eye-opener to where he stands, and he's got his own Democratic Party
00:21:13.440 now turning against him.
00:21:14.940 I want to play for the audience a clip of President Biden this week on Morning Joe.
00:21:20.360 Just take a listen to how angry this man is.
00:21:22.920 The interview was early in the morning, so he was awake, I guess, for his four or five
00:21:27.020 hours a day that he's cognitive, allegedly cognitive.
00:21:29.800 But I want to play for the audience and get your reaction to it.
00:21:33.240 This is Joe Biden responding to the elites calling for him to drop out of the presidential
00:21:37.920 race.
00:21:39.200 The American public is not going to move away from me as an average voter.
00:21:43.680 And again, I'm here for two reasons, pal.
00:21:46.320 One, to rebuild the economy for hard-working middle-class people.
00:21:49.900 We'll give everybody a shot, just a straight shot.
00:21:53.400 Everybody gets a fair chance, number one.
00:21:56.140 Number two, remember all of us talking about how I don't have the black support?
00:21:59.840 Come on, give me a break.
00:22:01.460 Come with me.
00:22:02.180 Watch.
00:22:03.100 Watch.
00:22:04.380 I'm getting so frustrated by the elites.
00:22:07.340 Now, I'm not talking about you guys, but about the elites in the party who they know
00:22:11.780 so much more.
00:22:13.360 But if any of these guys don't think I should let them run against me, announce the president.
00:22:19.520 Challenge me at the convention.
00:22:21.020 Well, first of all, I mean, I think, I don't know if Joe Biden realized, but the primary
00:22:24.700 process is over.
00:22:26.100 But he mentions his fair chance.
00:22:27.460 He mentions fair chance for the American people.
00:22:30.240 I'll tell you who hasn't gotten a fair chance over these last three and a half years, and
00:22:33.600 that is the American people, the African American, the Hispanic American, the Caucasian
00:22:39.320 American, the Asian American.
00:22:40.600 Every single person, every walk of life in this country right now has been hurt by this
00:22:45.940 man, whether it be inflation, whether it be illegal immigration.
00:22:50.460 You know, everyone is being killed by this man.
00:22:52.740 What is he talking about?
00:22:54.100 Well, speaking as a political scientist, I don't think that calling into news programs
00:22:59.500 without video is really helping his case, right?
00:23:02.120 A lot of people are questioning the president's cognitive abilities, and so this isn't really
00:23:06.660 helpful when he's not doing live appearances.
00:23:09.600 But more importantly, I think what we're witnessing is a civil war in the Democrat Party.
00:23:14.820 I mean, it's clear as day.
00:23:16.260 There are those that believe that the current president of the United States is incapable
00:23:20.740 of running for office, and therefore he should announce that he's not going to run and pass
00:23:25.400 the baton.
00:23:26.260 There are others who believe that the Democrat primary voters came out and voted and that
00:23:30.660 President Biden should remain at the top of the ticket.
00:23:32.960 What this is all leading to is it's reminiscent of 1980 when you had the contested convention
00:23:40.320 in the Democrat Party, where Ted Kennedy was not satisfied with the leadership of Jimmy
00:23:45.140 Carter and challenged Jimmy Carter.
00:23:46.900 Where this all ends, I think it's really hard to predict.
00:23:49.800 You know, there are some that say that only Biden could decide to leave the race.
00:23:54.260 But if you know the history of the United States, you know that the party bosses have an enormous
00:23:58.660 amount of influence, and so do Democrat donors, the people with the money.
00:24:02.740 And it's interesting, from the party that constantly screams about threats to democracy, well, many
00:24:07.760 of these people are saying that the president must stand down in re-election and they should
00:24:12.460 select the candidate of who's going to represent the Democrat Party.
00:24:15.360 So it's a mess for Democrats all across the board, and I don't think that they really know
00:24:19.800 which direction they want to take at this point.
00:24:22.220 You know, you said threat to democracy about two weeks ago after the debate.
00:24:26.740 Morning Joe, who you just heard there.
00:24:30.520 Morning Joe, the host.
00:24:31.460 Best Biden ever.
00:24:33.260 He says that in order to save democracy, we have to get rid of Biden.
00:24:38.100 But you didn't hear him saying anything to Joe Biden there.
00:24:41.080 It was like he's a TV gangster or something.
00:24:43.580 But speaking of Joe Biden staying in the race, we learned this weekend that a Parkinson's disease
00:24:49.360 expert visited the White House eight times in eight months.
00:24:52.860 Now, you want to talk about transparency.
00:24:55.200 You heard the Democrats when President Trump was in there talking about the 25th Amendment,
00:24:58.920 right?
00:24:59.600 They wanted to get rid of Trump because they couldn't impeach him.
00:25:01.980 They impeached him twice.
00:25:02.680 They couldn't get rid of him.
00:25:03.300 I should say they couldn't remove him from office after impeaching him two times.
00:25:07.140 But you have a Parkinson's disease expert visiting the White House eight times and then reportedly
00:25:13.240 one time for about seven hours until midnight with White House doctor Kevin O'Connor.
00:25:19.200 I mean, I don't know how we're not hearing it from the mainstream media, even from the Republicans.
00:25:25.460 I mean, they're you know, they're doing their same old song and a dance.
00:25:28.460 But I mean, if this was President Trump, there would be outrage.
00:25:31.620 This man's unfit for us.
00:25:32.600 He'd probably be impeached the next day, you know, or removed under the 25th Amendment.
00:25:38.380 What are the Republicans doing?
00:25:39.860 The double standard here and fighting within the party is just absurd.
00:25:46.560 Well, the Republicans can't do much.
00:25:48.400 They were talking about passing a resolution about the 25th Amendment, but the 25th Amendment
00:25:53.040 is an executive function and you can't impeach a president simply because cognitively they
00:25:57.800 have declined and are incapable of doing the job.
00:26:00.700 I find it interesting that people are saying that President Biden isn't fit to run a campaign
00:26:06.000 and yet they're not stating, well, then is he fit to run the United States of America?
00:26:10.220 That doesn't really make sense.
00:26:11.740 So there are a lot of questions here.
00:26:13.540 And I think that this deserves an investigation because let's face it, this may be the largest
00:26:18.940 conspiracy in the history of the United States, the biggest scandal that the United States
00:26:22.960 has ever witnessed, that they tried to shield the cognitive decline of a president
00:26:28.480 and a democratically elected president.
00:26:31.900 Well, who was making the decisions?
00:26:33.620 What on the elected bureaucrats were making decisions?
00:26:36.560 And so it raises so many questions from the party that constantly speaks about threats to
00:26:41.140 democracy.
00:26:41.920 Well, where is our say in this and how does it help our republic when you have bureaucrats,
00:26:48.280 the media and the Democrat Party trying to shield the condition of a president from the
00:26:53.040 American people?
00:26:53.860 So it really speaks volumes.
00:26:55.920 I think that this is just the beginning.
00:26:58.060 And I think that there are going to be there are serious questions ready.
00:27:02.300 I think the media should be ashamed of themselves because they are culpable in this.
00:27:05.900 They knew everything that was going on, yet they continued to push the narrative that everything
00:27:10.880 was fine.
00:27:11.600 And we all saw it on television ourselves whenever he spoke.
00:27:14.760 But so many chose to ignore it.
00:27:16.680 Well, now it's here.
00:27:18.200 And the real thing that bothers me the most is it puts us all at risk.
00:27:23.480 It puts our national security at risk.
00:27:25.200 And it's the American people that will bear the brunt of this conspiracy that took place.
00:27:30.980 Right.
00:27:31.440 You said threat to democracy, you know, coming out this week, the House Republicans, Chip
00:27:36.260 Roy and 104 co-sponsors introducing HR 8281, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility
00:27:42.000 App, also known as the Save Act, which would make it illegal and try to prevent these illegals
00:27:48.140 from voting in our election.
00:27:51.360 President Biden putting a letter out, which he probably didn't write from the White House,
00:27:54.600 saying, quote, this bill would do nothing to safeguard our elections, but it would make
00:27:58.020 it much harder for eligible Americans to register and vote and increase the risk of
00:28:02.600 eligible voters being purged from the voter rolls.
00:28:05.880 It's just funny to see, as we're now just a few months from the election, the Biden
00:28:09.760 administration doing all they could to save to save the administration.
00:28:15.180 That's really in trouble, even if it means having dead people vote and illegals vote.
00:28:20.620 It's really an extraordinary story.
00:28:22.640 When we look at our election system, you know, Britain just had an election and they were able
00:28:27.160 to figure out who won the election on the day of the election.
00:28:30.540 You have France that just held an election.
00:28:32.320 And again, you were able to figure out who won on the day of elections.
00:28:36.160 The United States, our election system has become a mess, and it's because of electronic
00:28:40.840 voting systems.
00:28:42.240 It's because there are too many people behind the scenes that are trying to destabilize
00:28:48.440 the system.
00:28:48.960 And we're seeing it.
00:28:49.920 I mean, this is a no brainer.
00:28:51.300 This is something where the most important privilege a citizen of a country has is to determine
00:28:57.960 who their elected officials are in the ballots, on the ballot box.
00:29:02.920 And that's the most important function as a citizen.
00:29:06.140 But what they're saying is, well, the citizens' rights don't matter because we don't really
00:29:10.800 have that secure of elections.
00:29:12.640 The idea that Americans don't have identification cards.
00:29:17.340 I mean, nearly if you want to do anything in this country over the age of 18, if you want
00:29:21.800 to go into a liquor store, if you want to buy Sudafed over the counter, if you want to take
00:29:26.080 a flight somewhere, if you want to enter any government building, if you need access to
00:29:30.140 any government benefit, you need a government ID.
00:29:33.500 The idea that people cannot get identification cards is completely ridiculous because everyone
00:29:39.800 has one already.
00:29:41.500 And so I don't understand the logic.
00:29:43.760 I mean, I do understand the logic.
00:29:45.060 It would be it's speculation, but it shows that people don't really care about our voting
00:29:52.060 system and making our voting system safe and secure, because if they did, there are very
00:29:57.280 simple things that we could do that don't cost taxpayers a dime and would make the voting
00:30:02.580 process a lot simpler and a lot more efficient.
00:30:07.040 And guess what?
00:30:07.640 Everyone would be able to respect the results when they came out.
00:30:11.300 I think Americans know why the Democrats aren't in favor of this.
00:30:15.500 There's only one group of people in this country, we could say, who are in favor of insecure
00:30:20.980 elections, and there's only one reason for it, and that's to cheat.
00:30:24.780 Nick Giordano, Professor Nick Giordano, host of the PAS Report.
00:30:27.720 Thanks for being with us today.
00:30:29.220 Thank you for having me.
00:30:31.160 And thank you, everybody, for joining us.

00:30:35.940 every night, 8 p.m., on Frank's Speech, Rumble, Roku, and X for Lou Dobbs Tonight.
00:30:41.300 Thanks, everybody.
00:30:42.000 God bless you, and may God bless America.
