00:00:51.780 Here's Colorado's Secretary of State Jenna Griswold, a nasty Marxist Dem on MSNBC, fighting to hold back her tears, crying that the Supreme Court did the right thing.

00:09:08.860 And we used to have a rule that if you're going to take on a major public figure because of credibility of the system, you have to have a good case.

00:13:17.320 And they're going to send it back to the court to hold a hearing on whether he fits into that limited immunity category.
00:13:22.620 The limited immunity category is, are you actually in good faith exercising your responsibility as president?
00:13:29.820 Or have you gone beyond that and you are secretly having a personal agenda?

00:13:39.840 So it puts the case off, which I also think ultimately is the wisdom here to put this case off until after the election.
