00:00:33.800 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Great to have you with us.

00:00:38.800 The Marxist Dems are in disarray after the Supreme Court in a 9-0 decision yesterday ruled President Trump may remain on the ballot.

00:00:47.920 In Colorado and other states that were trying to keep him off.

00:00:51.780 Here's Colorado's Secretary of State Jenna Griswold, a nasty Marxist Dem on MSNBC, fighting to hold back her tears, crying that the Supreme Court did the right thing.

00:01:05.460 My larger reaction is disappointment.

00:01:08.480 I do believe that states should be able, under our Constitution, to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists.

00:01:14.760 And ultimately, this decision leaves open, or leaves open, the door for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation.

00:01:23.400 But we know that Congress is a nearly non-functioning body.

00:01:28.620 So ultimately, it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November.

00:01:33.920 And just hours after that ruling, Maine's Marxist Dems Secretary of State withdrew her Trump ballot ban for her state.

00:01:40.600 Isn't it nice when these Marxist psychopaths all start to fall in line? 0.90

00:01:46.180 But there are always a few outliers who have a problem dealing with new realities, like sworn liar and deranged Congressman Jamie Raskin. 0.90

00:01:55.840 He says he plans to revive old legislation that would ban Trump from future ballots for causing an insurrection.

00:02:03.720 I am working with a number of my colleagues, including Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Eric Swalwell,

00:02:10.120 to revive legislation that we had to set up a process by which we could determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

00:02:21.500 And the House of Representatives already impeached Donald Trump for participating in insurrection by inciting it.

00:02:28.020 Like I said, these are sick, sick, deeply troubled people, folks.

00:02:33.660 President Trump had a few words to say to Joe Biden and the rest of the Marxist Dems who've been politically persecuting him for years.

00:02:40.820 Letitia James and Fonny and Derange Jack Smith, what they should be doing is fighting violent crime.

00:02:50.500 And that would lead me to the end.

00:02:52.460 I will say that.

00:02:55.100 President Biden, number one, stop weaponization.

00:02:59.920 Fight your fight yourself.

00:03:02.460 Don't use prosecutors and judges to go after your opponent, to try and damage your opponent so you can win an election.

00:03:09.420 Our country is much bigger than that.

00:03:11.960 The other thing I say to President Biden, close the borders now.

00:03:18.740 These Marxist Dems just can't help themselves, can they?

00:03:22.020 They mean to destroy America as we know it. 0.86

00:03:24.800 And our guest today is former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

00:03:29.160 He's also the host of the hit new show, America's Mayor Live.

00:03:34.280 Please stay with us through these quick messages from our sponsors.

00:03:51.100 We have to be ready as we can be.

00:03:53.200 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:03:58.200 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:04:03.840 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.

00:04:09.920 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:05:10.680 Prepare today.

00:05:11.820 Be ready tomorrow.

00:05:12.860 Rudy, great to have you with us.

00:05:17.840 Great to be with you.

00:05:18.580 Well, thank you for being here.

00:05:19.740 Great to see you.

00:05:20.920 Let's start with Fannie Willis. 1.00

00:05:24.380 Let's keep it simple.

00:05:25.640 Sure.

00:05:26.120 I know Fannie well.

00:05:27.400 She wants to put me in jail for the rest of my life. 1.00

00:05:29.060 She has famously said a few weeks ago that this isn't a trial about her.

00:05:39.060 She's not on trial, but the defendants, including the President of the United States, are.

00:05:46.160 We're watching her destruct before our very eyes.

00:05:48.760 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:05:49.160 The only crime down there is her and her lover. 1.00

00:05:52.180 I mean, the reality is people keep missing something she said in the middle of her testimony.

00:05:57.620 She said that she got the cash from her campaign fund and kept it at home.

00:06:04.520 I checked the statutes of the state.

00:06:07.900 That's a crime.

00:06:09.740 Immediately, they should put her under investigation.

00:06:12.880 Basically, she stole campaign funds. 1.00

00:06:16.040 Go back.

00:06:16.780 Listen to it.

00:06:17.280 You'll hear her say, just nonchalantly, well, yeah, I always kept cash at home.

00:06:21.460 I took a lot of cash from my first campaign, and I kept it at home.

00:06:25.460 It's a remarkable moment.

00:06:27.180 We're in crooked Fulton County, which I tried when we were litigating the case there.

00:06:32.900 It would explain the place is crooked as hell.

00:06:35.680 They don't even react to something that honest people would react to.

00:06:40.520 If that happened in an honest place, people would say, she took money from a campaign fund. 1.00

00:06:44.920 Meanwhile, he got ruined.

00:06:46.180 And Bradley. 0.96

00:06:48.340 My goodness, I mean, every message is ridiculous. 0.78

00:06:52.560 He was begging that lady to testify. 0.52

00:06:54.480 Nathan Wade's divorce attorney suddenly is looking like he is a co-conspirator in the lowest denominator possible of public graph.

00:07:09.120 I'd really like to know, though, what went on with the meetings in the White House.

00:07:12.480 Because what you're talking about there with DeSantis and that whole thing, the reason this case has got to be dismissed in all of them, this was orchestrated right out of the White House.

00:07:20.240 And what they were orchestrating was scheduling.

00:07:23.700 Remember, this was pretty much the fourth case.

00:07:25.880 So they were orchestrating.

00:07:27.720 We've got to bring it down.

00:07:29.060 We've got to bring it down quickly so we can get it in.

00:07:31.920 Remember her first indictment.

00:07:34.620 She didn't get the grand jury to vote on it.

00:07:36.860 A little error.

00:07:38.180 Right.

00:07:38.420 She files it.

00:07:39.960 The grand jury hasn't voted.

00:07:41.720 She has to bring it back.

00:07:43.120 They vote again.

00:07:44.600 It's the same indictment.

00:07:45.600 So the grand jury added nothing to it.

00:07:47.500 Right.

00:07:48.060 And it was an absolute rush job.

00:07:51.440 So that must have come out of the meetings that lover boy had in the White House because they wanted one more case.

00:07:59.500 I don't know why they put so many in one year.

00:08:02.100 In a way, if they went with one good case, they might have a chance of getting it tried.

00:08:06.800 But by putting four in one year, I've never heard of anyone tried four times in one year.

00:08:11.560 Ever.

00:08:12.920 And if we were watching.

00:08:14.280 Anywhere.

00:08:14.600 We're watching exactly that.

00:08:16.960 And there's so many questions.

00:08:18.020 I want to come back to that question.

00:08:20.020 But I also want to point out to the audience that this, as Rudy says, I mean, this is not the only case in which we have seen this, a prosecutor, if you will, from the White House injected into a local DA.

00:08:35.400 The same thing happening with Alvin Bragg in New York City.

00:08:40.140 The same thing.

00:08:41.160 Bragg had actually concluded there was no case.

00:08:44.920 And, you know, he's not much of a lawyer or person.

00:08:50.260 And they just squeezed his arm and he went with a case where the legislature had to change the statute of limitations just so they could go get Trump for something nobody else has been prosecuted for.

00:09:03.440 In fact, most of these cases, if not all of them, are things that nobody else has ever been prosecuted for.

00:09:08.860 And we used to have a rule that if you're going to take on a major public figure because of credibility of the system, you have to have a good case.

00:09:19.360 It couldn't be one of these Jack Smith, you know, make it up and they get reversed by the Supreme Court, nine, nothing.

00:09:24.260 And why does Garland select Jack Smith?

00:09:27.100 He's got a big group of lawyers and he has the guy with the worst record in the Justice Department reversed twice for unethical behavior.

00:09:34.800 You only select him because he won an unethical case.

00:09:38.540 And right now, the Supreme Court has taken up immunity for this president.

00:09:42.580 I hope they remember Smith.

00:09:44.240 I hope they do, too.

00:09:45.240 And I think they do.

00:09:46.720 As a layman, let me say to you.

00:09:48.580 They're human beings.

00:09:49.300 They've got to remember how he screwed the governor of of Virginia.

00:09:53.920 Exactly.

00:09:55.000 And they've got to remember, too, that this man has been viciously and with great banality going after a president of the United States on the most novel of pretenses.

00:10:07.580 Yes.

00:10:07.820 Whether it be the raid on Mar-a-Lago, whether it be the nonsense that go to Judge Engeron, just step over there for just a minute,

00:10:18.080 $354 million in fine, ladies and gentlemen.

00:10:22.000 Are you kidding me?

00:10:23.340 This is this is out. 0.99

00:10:25.100 That's a Marxist psychopath as a judge.

00:10:29.520 I hope that the president's attorneys aren't afraid to argue and remind the court, you know, he's actually trying to do what he did twice before, your honors. 0.73

00:10:37.920 He's trying to get you to rush this case.

00:10:41.000 He'll get a verdict out of D.C. because you don't get a fair trial in D.C.

00:10:44.640 And it'll get reversed a year from now.

00:10:46.380 Meanwhile, the American people will be deprived of their ability to make a choice.

00:10:52.440 Let me ask you, do you think that the Supreme Court will, first of all, hold uphold immunity for this president?

00:11:00.060 Because that could undercut everything that's happened to this point.

00:11:04.900 And I don't think they'll give him the immunity that his lawyers are arguing for.

00:11:09.960 And I'm not sure why they don't qualify it a little bit.

00:11:13.840 He doesn't need immunity to commit murder.

00:11:16.460 He needs immunity to be able to carry out what you can conclude are official acts without being prosecuted.

00:11:23.620 It's not official to murder somebody.

00:11:26.100 You can sort of take that out of the category.

00:11:28.000 But it is official to check on the regularity of an election.

00:11:32.880 In fact, the Constitution says the president has to faithfully execute the laws.

00:11:37.340 I know because I was his lawyer at the time.

00:11:39.840 He had well over a thousand complaints of voter fraud.

00:11:44.980 He didn't make them up.

00:11:46.400 People brought them to him.

00:11:47.380 I didn't make them up.

00:11:50.380 They brought them to me.

00:11:51.520 I mean, at one point we had so many coming in, we couldn't keep track of them.

00:11:55.940 And I've had people tell me, you know, they changed my vote.

00:12:00.600 They changed the machine.

00:12:01.500 They did this.

00:12:02.040 They did that.

00:12:02.880 So, look, as a lawyer, you put witnesses on.

00:12:07.060 You take the evidence for your client.

00:12:09.340 And there was plenty of it.

00:12:10.740 So he had every right to pursue it.

00:12:12.600 And they're turning it into a crime.

00:12:14.200 I mean, that's so dangerous.

00:12:15.000 And they tried to turn it into a crime.

00:12:17.660 And I think that's going to backfire.

00:12:19.780 And that's the issue, the banality of all of this persecution of the president.

00:12:24.920 We're now in the ninth year of the political persecution of Donald Trump and his family.

00:12:31.280 And as we're wrapping up here, I'd just like to get your sense as to what you think will be the disposition by the Supreme Court.

00:12:41.080 Because we've got Jack Smith trying to bring a new trial date in July.

00:12:45.740 We've got him going after Trump just rabidly without reference to law.

00:12:52.060 Alvin Bragg, all of this.

00:12:53.920 If there's ever been a case built, it's been this case built by the Marxist Dems in this country in the political persecution of Donald Trump.

00:13:03.440 This Supreme Court has to understand the chief executive of this nation has to have extensive immunity.

00:13:11.620 So I think they're going to fashion a limited immunity, but we call limited immunity.

00:13:17.320 And they're going to send it back to the court to hold a hearing on whether he fits into that limited immunity category.

00:13:22.620 The limited immunity category is, are you actually in good faith exercising your responsibility as president?

00:13:29.820 Or have you gone beyond that and you are secretly having a personal agenda?

00:13:37.320 And for that, you have the factual hearing.

00:13:39.840 So it puts the case off, which I also think ultimately is the wisdom here to put this case off until after the election.

00:13:48.440 And I think they see that.

00:13:49.640 I think they should get rid of every case.

00:13:51.260 I think every case is pure nonsense.

00:13:53.780 I think the Supreme Court understands that.

00:13:57.000 They have been, my gosh, they've been intimidated every which way from Sunday by the Marxist left.

00:14:02.420 They're watching what is happening to Donald Trump.

00:14:05.080 They know that every president deserves that immunity.

00:14:07.960 I mean, prosecutors and legislators have it.

00:14:13.980 I think it would be pretty easy to make a finding that this was all done purely to interfere with the election.

00:14:21.760 And destroy it.

00:14:22.380 Because the legitimacy of trying to try a man four times in one year and claiming giving him due process.

00:14:29.400 If I had any client who tried four times in one year, the judges would throw the cases out.

00:14:34.400 They would say you can't possibly prepare for four trials in one year.

00:14:36.960 But you're making it impossible for the man to prepare his defense.

00:14:40.140 Absolutely.

00:14:41.460 And you have made it very easy to understand much of what's going on in the arcane world of the judicial system.

00:14:49.220 It's such a strange world.

00:14:50.620 I think you and I react to it the same way.

00:14:52.540 But everything we can do to clear it up, we have to try.

00:14:54.940 Well, you've done a wonderful job.

00:14:56.540 You do a great job.

00:14:57.280 Wow.
