00:00:08.060 A med kit with all the essential pharmaceuticals, you know, the ones the mainstream media and Marxist left don't want you to have.
00:00:14.500 Like ivermectin, Z-Pax, amoxicillin, and much more.

00:00:34.040 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Thanks for being with us.
00:00:39.280 Over the weekend, my wife and I were watching a new Netflix documentary, and it's something we think that each and every one of you should see.
00:00:46.740 It's called American Conspiracy, The Octopus Murders.
00:00:51.480 The documentary is about Inslaw, a software company founded by a former National Security Agency employee and his wife.
00:01:00.200 In the early 1980s, the Justice Department asked Inslaw to develop a computer program that would allow U.S. attorneys to track criminal cases from office to office.
00:01:12.040 The Department of Justice eventually wound up stealing the program called PROMIS, P-R-O-M-I-S, PROMIS that Inslaw had created.
00:01:22.620 The documentary does a deep dive into how a journalist named Danny Casalaro was found murdered in his hotel room after he started investigating the DOJ and this PROMIS program.
00:01:36.480 I won't give away any more of the storyline because I really encourage you to watch this and see how many parallels there are in what we're seeing right now today regarding a deep state-run Department of Justice and what did happen 40 years ago.
00:01:53.820 Let's get to some news.
00:01:56.160 On Friday, a ruling from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee.
00:02:01.140 The question at hand was disqualifying Marxist Dem Fannie Willis and her lover Nathan Wade from President Trump's Georgia case.
00:02:10.360 And as expected, Judge McAfee folded like a lawn chair.
00:02:14.800 McAfee didn't disqualify Wade or Willis despite the fact they lied throughout under oath.
00:02:20.180 He simply said only one of them has to step down.
00:02:23.880 Imagine that.
00:02:25.000 The crime and corruption that we saw during that two-week hearing was unconscionable, yet they are allowed to remain.
00:02:32.760 Well, one of them is allowed to remain.
00:02:35.120 Fannie Willis lied under oath in the courtroom.
00:02:37.800 Fannie and Wade conspired together with the White House and the January 6th Committee to talk about how to bring RICO charges against President Trump.
00:02:45.960 And Fannie Willis overpaid her lover as he had zero experience with RICO cases, more than $600,000.
00:02:54.540 And it's also worth noting Judge McAfee worked for Fannie Willis early on in his career just out of law school.
00:03:02.040 And both he and his wife donated to her campaign in 2020.
00:03:07.160 So why was McAfee even presiding over the case to begin with?
00:03:11.720 Why did McAfee not recuse himself in the first place?
00:03:14.980 Because of his obvious bias.
00:03:17.960 Legal scholar Alan Dersowitz, well, he put it straightforwardly and forthrightly.
00:03:23.480 He says Scott McAfee didn't have the guts to issue an honest ruling, and he took the weasel's way out.
00:03:31.320 Here's Dersowitz.
00:03:32.560 Who are you going to believe?
00:03:33.960 This judge or your lying eyes?
00:03:35.740 We all know there was an actual conflict of interest here.
00:03:39.480 He just doesn't have the guts to say it.
00:03:41.500 And I predicted he wouldn't have the guts to say it.
00:03:43.660 He has to live in Fulton County.
00:03:45.400 Now, he may have said some things that are very critical of her, but still, he should have removed from the case.
00:03:51.380 There is an actual conflict of interest.
00:03:54.460 She made money from this case.
00:03:56.900 If anybody believes that she actually paid back every penny in cash, I got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.
00:04:03.860 There are people in prison.
00:04:05.900 There are people in death row based on evidence less strong than this.
00:04:11.780 The pings, the pings, the lies about why she why he was at her house at 11 o'clock at night until four in the morning playing Scrabble.
00:04:21.520 This is a scandal and the judge just didn't have the courage to do the right thing.
00:04:28.180 And judges often don't.
00:04:29.800 And they will find a way out.
00:04:31.900 And this is a weaselly way out.
00:04:34.660 Yes, of course, there was an appearance of injustice, appearance of conflict.
00:04:38.160 But there was an actual conflict.
00:04:40.500 And I hope that the defendants will appeal this.
00:04:43.460 And I think they can.
00:04:44.500 In many states, they could.
00:04:45.600 That disqualification denials are subject to mandamus or interlocutory appeals.
00:04:51.500 And so I would hope that there would be an appeal here.
00:04:54.700 Our guest today is another brilliant attorney.
00:04:56.600 He's former mayor of New York City, host of America's Mayor Live every night at 8 p.m.
00:05:01.840 Eastern on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
00:05:05.040 Rudy Giuliani.
00:05:06.400 And it's great to have you back with us here, Rudy.
00:05:08.940 Thanks for joining us.
00:05:09.960 A lot to take up.
00:05:11.120 Fannie Willis apparently has to dump her lover boy prosecutor.
00:05:14.280 And she can proceed as if nothing happened, apparently, even though they both lied under oath.
00:05:19.920 Your reaction to this ruling by judge, if I can call him that, Scott McAfee.
00:05:25.900 Seems like a terrible ruling.
00:05:27.660 It's like, remember the old Solomon story?
00:05:31.800 Solomon presented the baby and was going to split the baby in half.
00:05:36.160 Right.
00:05:36.520 And everyone thinks that, well, he split the baby in half.
00:05:39.280 No, he didn't.
00:05:39.740 He held the baby together for the person who really loved the baby, who was willing to give it up.
00:05:45.700 This guy is like trying to play both sides against the middle.
00:05:48.820 I'm talking about the judge.
00:05:50.400 This case stinks from high heaven.
00:05:54.460 There's everything wrong with it.
00:05:56.540 Not only that, there are so many unexplored things that this judge left open, which any honest judge would have pursued.
00:06:02.940 For example, she said that she took money from her campaign and that constituted the cash that she had available.
00:06:11.100 That's a crime, as far as I can tell, in the state of Georgia.
00:06:14.960 So we're going to go to trial against the former president of the United States with a DA that has an unresolved serious felony.
00:06:22.300 She also committed perjury around five times, which would have put any ordinary human being and lots of people she has in prison and prison.
00:06:30.840 So we're going to go to trial with a corrupt DA in a case against a former president of the United States being scheduled on the eve of his election in order to defeat him.
00:06:42.440 I mean, what do they want to do to prove to the world, the Democrats, that they're corrupt?
00:06:46.420 Every one of these cases in which they are persecuting him is run by a Democrat.
00:06:50.640 Every single one of these Democratic prosecutors has ethical problems up the—I mean, Smith gets his case thrown out by the Supreme Court after he frames someone just like he's doing to Trump.
00:07:04.500 Bragg is probably the biggest single cause of crime in New York.
00:07:08.260 People in New York want to throw him out.
00:07:11.220 The DA in Arizona won't return a case in New York if he doesn't trust them.
00:07:15.000 So how is it that we end up with the three worst prosecutors in America, all Democrats, not a single independent, not even—this—all of these cases should be thrown out, Luke, because they trash our Constitution.
00:07:32.220 They are—they are a violation of fundamental due process in the very way in which they were connected.
00:07:39.040 Plus, we've never pursued why Loverboy was going to the White House.
00:07:45.120 That is surely an unethical connection for her.
00:07:49.480 She also raised money all over the country for prosecuting Trump.
00:07:55.860 Hey, sounds like a bribe to me.
00:07:58.720 I mean, there are so many questions about her.
00:08:00.500 I don't know what this judge is thinking.
00:08:02.800 During the trial, if I'm on trial, I'm going to try her instead of me.
00:08:06.320 Yeah, you know, and Scott McAfee, it turns out, one of his first jobs out of law school was working for her as—in charge of criminal division for the prosecutor's office.
00:08:21.680 It turns out he and his wife both have donated money to Fannie Willis.
00:08:27.080 It turns out that that scared little boy look that he gets on his face, he wasn't kidding.
00:08:33.540 He's really intimidated.
00:08:34.680 And he backs off completely.
00:08:37.900 It's outrageous.
00:08:39.240 It's almost axiomatic if this weren't a fixed political case.
00:08:43.800 But the minute you have the DA there in her most important case, the case of international importance, you work for her, you donate it to her, your wife donated to her.
00:08:54.780 End of story.
00:08:55.420 You recuse yourself.
00:08:56.260 You recuse yourself if you're an honest judge.
00:08:57.980 Now, if you're a judge in a political system that is totally crooked, where your future depends on whether you kiss the party's backside, which is New York, which is Chicago, which is D.C., and here.
00:09:12.620 You do this.
00:09:14.820 This is a completely undefensible position.
00:09:18.600 It isn't even a—of course you should be thrown out of the case.
00:09:22.640 The real question is how much time should she spend in prison?
00:09:25.960 I mean, the big question for Fannie Willis is she committed crimes.
00:09:30.000 How many?
00:09:31.360 How expensive?
00:09:32.280 How much money did she steal?
00:09:33.860 She took money from a campaign fund.
00:09:35.540 How much was that?
00:09:36.340 They never asked her.
00:09:37.040 She took money from the fund from the federal government.
00:09:40.860 How much did she take of that?
00:09:42.900 How much did she steal, Tanny?
00:09:44.280 I mean, you're trying people for frame-up, and you're making money on it.
00:09:49.980 You're making a fortune on it.
00:09:51.180 Plus, you're sending Wade off as your emissary to the White House so the case can be calculated to hurt Trump politically as much as possible.
00:10:02.260 That's the only reason they went to the White House.
00:10:04.620 It's political calculations about when and how to try this case to destroy his chance of being president.
00:10:12.180 And one kicker.
00:10:13.920 Scott McAfee is running for a full four-year term in two months.
00:10:20.400 The election is in May in Fulton County.
00:10:23.360 Do you think that played any role in the way he's operating?
00:10:27.500 100%.
00:10:28.020 Of course.
00:10:28.780 Yeah, I mean, he's in a county that is, I mean, I don't think I'm saying anything that isn't known by every Democrat.
00:10:39.080 Fulton County, Atlanta, think of it as, you don't think of it that way, but think of it as functionally Chicago, New York, Philadelphia.
00:10:47.400 It's a Democrat crooked machine in which a lot of them have gone to jail.
00:10:51.360 You can't do business honestly there.
00:10:57.640 This DA, as it makes it apparent that the DA loves to take money.
00:11:04.960 How can you possibly present this to the world?
00:11:10.580 This prosecution is going to get presented to the whole world by a DA that's trying things that don't even sound like crimes when she's clearly committed very serious crimes.
00:11:22.200 Absolutely.
00:11:23.480 We're talking with Rudy Giuliani, America's mayor, great federal prosecutor, great American advisor to President Trump.
00:11:31.880 Rudy, we're going to come right back.
00:11:34.220 And when we do, I want to take up why it is that you can't seem to find an honest court anywhere President Trump's name is mentioned.
00:11:45.620 We'll be right back with Rudy Giuliani.
00:11:47.660 Stay with us.
00:11:49.980 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.
00:11:53.440 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war or another disease.
00:12:00.740 We have to be ready as we can be.
00:12:03.220 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:12:08.160 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.
00:12:13.580 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.
00:12:19.640 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.
00:12:25.300 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.

00:13:20.400 Prepare today.
00:13:21.560 Be ready tomorrow.
00:13:25.080 We're back now with Rudy Giuliani.
00:13:27.320 And Rudy, looking at Alvin Bragg in Manhattan, looking at Letitia James, looking at the state of Georgia on any number of levels,
00:13:37.980 there's just no way in the world, it seems, that President Trump can get a break from an honest court.
00:13:44.100 I thought Eileen Cannon, the federal district judge in the Northern District in Florida, would be that opportunity.
00:13:53.480 But suddenly she decides she doesn't want to hold forth on a number of rulings and says it's a great case to discuss later.
00:14:01.760 Your reaction?
00:14:04.120 Well, I haven't lost confidence in that one last one that you mentioned.
00:14:07.360 And hopefully that's an intellectually honest statement.
00:14:11.100 She needs more facts because that case is a clear dismissal.
00:14:16.340 That one, the statute doesn't even have a criminal penalty.
00:14:21.480 The statute is the Presidential Record Act.
00:14:24.600 Sui violated it.
00:14:25.940 Violated it.
00:14:26.640 It's a civil penalty.
00:14:27.660 They had to go invent a criminal statute, a fraud statute, and attach it to it.
00:14:32.440 Now, hopefully she's going to understand, it doesn't take being a Republican, it just takes being a lawyer to dismiss that case.
00:14:40.500 The grounds on which she didn't dismiss it were more questionable.
00:14:43.740 I thought she could.
00:14:45.160 So I haven't given up yet.
00:14:47.020 I might, but I haven't given up yet.
00:14:49.260 All the rest, you're absolutely right.
00:14:50.520 All the rest.
00:14:51.440 Look, that one they wanted to try to get in D.C.
00:14:53.720 It's not by virtue of Crooked Smith not trying.
00:14:56.940 But he tried to bring that case in D.C.
00:14:59.720 A little tough since they're talking about documents in Mar-a-Lago.
00:15:03.940 So that one was the only one where they couldn't get it in one of their fixed Democrat jurisdictions.
00:15:10.000 So let's keep our fingers crossed with that one.
00:15:13.220 Plus, that could be dismissed just on the basis of Biden did much worse.
00:15:18.060 How do we have equal justice?
00:15:20.240 I mean, you can't have blinders on when you're a judge.
00:15:23.080 The whole world is looking at this.
00:15:24.880 Biden did much worse.
00:15:26.060 Hillary did much worse than both of them.
00:15:29.320 And he's the only one being prosecuted.
00:15:31.940 It's just it's just it reeks out of political corruption.
00:15:38.020 And selective prosecution by every standard.
00:15:42.540 It's selective prosecution.
00:15:44.640 You don't have to be an attorney.
00:15:46.760 Just common sense tells you none of them.
00:15:50.060 No one else has ever been prosecuted for what President Trump is being prosecuted.
00:15:55.180 That seems pretty straightforward to me.
00:15:57.980 You know, it's almost true in every case that nobody's been prosecuted in these things.
00:16:02.600 No one.
00:16:02.980 No president's ever been prosecuted for mishandling documents under the Presidential Record Act.
00:16:08.280 Doesn't even have a criminal statute.
00:16:10.500 The thing that the thing that Bragg is prosecuting him for New York basically is violating a nondisclosure agreement.
00:16:17.300 I mean, in my career as a lawyer, I've done a thousand nondisclosure agreements.
00:16:22.760 They're perfectly legal.
00:16:23.900 There's absolutely nothing wrong with them.
00:16:25.580 Both sides freely agree to them.
00:16:28.000 Right.
00:16:28.180 There was no extortion involved.
00:16:30.120 They don't claim it.
00:16:31.040 The records are business records, internal business records, and the statute of limitations is run.
00:16:41.980 So, I mean, that whole case is one I've never heard anyone being prosecuted for.
00:16:46.880 The civil case, every real estate person in America tells you either they've done it or their friend did it.
00:16:55.180 And there's nothing wrong with it because the bank makes its own determination.
00:16:57.720 The banks, in court, said there's nothing wrong with it.
00:17:01.720 Nobody lost any money, but this guy comes up with $340 or $350 million, just pulls it out of the air.
00:17:09.380 How can you come up with a number when nobody lost money?
00:17:12.980 I mean, the cases are wild.
00:17:15.500 They are wild, and every one of them are given credence by, of course, the national left-wing media.
00:17:22.420 They're acting as if every one of these is a case of Jack the Ripper.
00:17:26.220 And, you know, just continuing to, you know, just bombard President Trump with what are truly just bogus accusations and taking it as if these rulings matter.
00:17:43.480 All of this looks to me like it should be, should be reversed on appeal because it's just, it's all a sham.
00:17:51.260 Well, that's Smith's game.
00:17:55.100 I mean, he's done that.
00:17:55.920 I mean, the other thing that's outrageous is that the Attorney General would pick him for this case.
00:18:01.800 The guy has a record of doing this.
00:18:04.500 I mean, the Attorney General can't sit back and say, gee, I'm surprised he's trying him on a case of questionable validity that could get reversed on appeal when it's too late to save his reputation.
00:18:16.460 Because that's what happened in front of the Supreme Court, 9-0.
00:18:19.900 And they excoriated him for his unethical behavior.
00:18:22.900 You would only choose him if he wanted to do an unethical case.
00:18:26.880 If you're an honest AG, you look for a man or woman with an impeccable reputation, hopefully not a partisan Democrat or Republican.
00:18:36.060 Lots of lawyers are not partisan.
00:18:38.600 Lots of lawyers, lots of prosecutors don't make donations.
00:18:41.140 You could easily find, well, same thing with this judge.
00:18:46.440 How do we end up with a judge that donates to the crooked DA?
00:18:52.000 Amazing.
00:18:52.600 We shouldn't have a judge sitting on this very important case.
00:18:55.200 And we shouldn't have a DA prosecuting case where there's evidence on the record that she steals money.
00:19:01.400 Do you think it matters to the judiciary in New York that they are regarded as absolutely crooked?
00:19:09.860 Do you think it even matters to them that people understand they can't get a fair trial in the state of New York?
00:19:18.020 No, they deny it.
00:19:19.940 It's like I've said to a few people in the District of Columbia, including nameless judges.
00:19:24.600 You know, your court, there isn't a responsible lawyer in America, Republican or Democrat, that would have his client go to trial there if he's a Republican.
00:19:34.000 Because he'll get convicted.
00:19:35.980 Because you don't have a justice system.
00:19:40.160 No, that's not true.
00:19:41.740 I said, well, point to me one case where a Republican tried to have been convicted.
00:19:45.740 We haven't put him in jail for five times.
00:19:47.900 Or your chief judge, first couple of sentences, she goes and tells him that I'm putting people in jail for a long enough time.
00:19:56.000 So when have you ever heard of that?
00:19:58.160 I was on the Southern District, law clerk, assistant U.S. attorney, U.S. attorney.
00:20:03.560 I never remember the chief judge calling all the judges together and saying, you're not giving enough time for robbery.
00:20:08.880 She pulled all the judges together and said, you've got to put these January 6th people in jail for a longer period of time.
00:20:14.160 But doesn't that show a person whose emotions and intellect is out of control and should be thrown out of the case?
00:20:21.480 Of course it does in a fair system.
00:20:24.500 But the desire to stop Trump is a, well, I think it's become a sick, an illness, you know, a mental illness that's affecting the land.
00:20:35.020 Luckily, not everyone.
00:20:36.500 And luckily, right now, if you look at the polls, I'd love to have the election today.
00:20:42.620 Yeah, absolutely.
00:20:45.000 Much hope it stays that way.
00:20:46.140 It gets better.
00:20:47.640 You know, I have the feeling that it will.
00:20:49.660 I have to admit I'm prejudiced.
00:20:52.520 But I have that feeling, too.
00:20:53.820 But on the other side of me, I'm worried.
00:20:57.780 One part of me, I'm very optimistic.
00:20:59.520 Sometimes people will say to me, I was at a thing at Mar-a-Lago for Scott Lobato's movie, which is great fun if you want to watch it.
00:21:06.520 I mean, it's a fabulous movie.
00:21:08.520 And after people say, how can you be so optimistic?
00:21:11.520 Then I talk to somebody else and they say, why are you so pessimistic?
00:21:17.000 Well, it does depend on perspective, doesn't it?
00:21:20.540 We're talking with Rudy Giuliani.
00:21:22.440 We're going to continue the conversation.
00:21:24.380 We're coming right back.
00:21:26.240 Stay with us.
00:21:26.940 Lou Dobbs here.
00:21:30.080 I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to the air.
00:21:36.660 That's right.
00:21:37.500 Lou Dobbs Tonight is back.
00:21:39.980 We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m.
00:21:43.500 Eastern and 6 p.m.
00:21:45.260 Central on Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.
00:21:49.320 That's Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.
00:21:52.420 I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.
00:22:05.240 We're back.
00:22:06.240 We are talking with Rudy Giuliani.
00:22:08.060 And Rudy, you know, sometimes tangents can be interesting paths to follow.
00:22:14.400 So I've been following Bill Barr for some time.
00:22:19.140 He is the guy who really gave a shield to Joe Biden.
00:22:24.680 He's the guy who didn't say, even though we later knew in his book, that he knew Joe Biden was lying,
00:22:31.360 but he decided not to intervene in the 2020 election, even though he knew Biden was lying when he said it was Russian disinformation.
00:22:41.080 And Bill Barr is an interesting character.
00:22:43.580 I don't think most people realize he was in the CIA.
00:22:48.100 I don't think most people realize that he had had other big issues that he dealt with.
00:22:54.280 And by the way, there's a great series going on right now on Netflix.
00:22:58.440 It's called The American Conspiracy, Inslaw.
00:23:02.280 It is a story about the murder of a reporter.
00:23:05.640 And the reality is that Bill Barr played a significant role in dealing with that crime, that great crime.
00:23:17.120 But so Bill Barr has all sorts of interesting elements to him.
00:23:22.720 So I wanted to get your impression of him.
00:23:25.160 What do you think about Bill Barr?
00:23:27.660 Well, I begin with up until the middle of 2020, a totally positive view of him, both when he was attorney general for Bush and during his time with Trump and the times I dealt with him independent of that.
00:23:44.640 Wouldn't call him a friend, but somebody I knew, certainly someone I respected.
00:23:49.660 I thought originally he had a really he got a really hard time.
00:23:55.340 He handled it beautifully.
00:23:58.020 Here's where here's where I become totally puzzled and really disappointed.
00:24:01.920 When he gets that hard drive.
00:24:07.280 I don't see how he doesn't realize it's it's an imperative to examine this fully, because if you just do a fairly, let's say, a one day review of it, like I did originally to figure out, am I being snookered or is this real?
00:24:23.940 You realize as an experienced prosecutor, you rarely get a piece of evidence like this.
00:24:29.100 This is this is the this is the main focal point actor in this conspiracy.
00:24:34.860 The bad man was explaining to you for five or six years why and what he's doing.
00:24:40.260 Right. The Hunter Biden laptop.
00:24:42.480 Yeah, it is.
00:24:45.980 Incriminating would be an understatement.
00:24:47.980 It's hard to find a word to describe it because I've never seen a word damaging piece of evidence as a lawyer.
00:24:52.620 And you also realize it implicates a possible future president of the United States who, again, with a fairly cursory view of this, you realize is involved in 30 years of crime.
00:25:04.540 In fact, Hunter makes it easy for you in a in an email to his daughter saying for 30 years.
00:25:11.400 I've been paying all the bills of this family and pop still requires me to give that give him 50 percent of my salary.
00:25:21.200 So as an experienced prosecutor, when I read that, I don't go saying to myself, is he lying?
00:25:27.900 Is he I take it on the face value, which I have to do.
00:25:31.160 And I say, boy, that sounds like it explains everything, doesn't it?
00:25:35.080 I mean, everybody's saying, why would a crooked guy in Ukraine give 10 million dollars to a broken down drug act?
00:25:44.120 Well, because it really is for the guy he's giving 50 percent of his salary to.
00:25:48.140 Or let's go to China.
00:25:49.980 Why would the spy chief of China give him 10 million?
00:25:52.440 So once you read that and he had to have read it, you know, you have a massive crime on 30.
00:26:00.440 The major protagonist is telling you, I've been doing this for 30 years and I've been kicking back half of the money to my own man.
00:26:07.680 Who tells you that?
00:26:08.980 Yeah.
00:26:10.960 For me, if I were the attorney general, I don't care who the president is.
00:26:16.780 The case turns around immediately and this becomes a major task force to get this crime done.
00:26:21.840 Could have been done before he was nominated.
00:26:24.540 They had it in December of 2019.
00:26:29.100 He wasn't nominated until August or September.
00:26:32.940 The case that I put together a year earlier without the hard drive.
00:26:37.920 I presented to him in January of 2020, ready to be prosecuted.
00:26:43.360 And they agreed that it was a good case.
00:26:46.980 But they decided they had to make the case independent of me because it might be tainted.
00:26:51.840 And that's when they went to the Smirnoff, who, thank God, I had nothing to do with, but for whom I have great sympathy.
00:27:00.420 And they tried to make the case all over again.
00:27:03.360 And frankly, they did.
00:27:05.540 You got my case.
00:27:07.180 You got their case.
00:27:08.140 And you got the hard drive.
00:27:08.980 You got about three different versions of this.
00:27:11.080 He knows all that.
00:27:12.000 And then all of a sudden, the point that you make.
00:27:15.560 In the middle of the election, this becomes a major campaign issue.
00:27:19.920 The guy who wants to be president of the United States gets up and lies his backside up on television, saying that this is a phony Russian disinformation.
00:27:30.280 You got to come forward if you're the attorney general.
00:27:35.140 That isn't just lying.
00:27:37.300 It involves national security.
00:27:40.740 The money was coming from China.
00:27:42.880 Our biggest enemy.
00:27:44.100 That's national security.
00:27:45.320 Not just bribes from a salesman.
00:27:49.960 There's no explanation for me, except something corrupt going on with Barr, something they have on him, because the man changed.
00:28:01.420 The man went from being Boy Scout to being a cover-up artist.
00:28:08.360 That's the point exactly.
00:28:10.460 That's the point exactly.
00:28:11.900 You and I are old enough to know something had to happen, right?
00:28:14.380 Yeah, absolutely.
00:28:15.840 And it's what's fascinated me.
00:28:17.920 And Barr's name is associated with an extraordinarily unlikely string of, quote-unquote, cover-ups.
00:28:29.380 And I think most people don't know this either.
00:28:33.060 Barr, it's really interesting.
00:28:35.880 He has a personal association with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:28:39.440 His father was the headmaster of the Dalton School and hired Jeffrey Epstein.
00:28:44.520 I mean, extraordinary controversies.
00:28:48.600 He was tied to Bob Mueller.
00:28:50.680 He's tied to Inslaw.
00:28:52.780 He also, by the way, in the case of Inslaw, he was the guy who refused to appoint a special investigator to settle that case between Inslaw and the Justice Department.
00:29:08.720 The theft of Inslaw's program called PROMISE, he covered up for it with the Department of Justice.
00:29:17.180 That's his role.
00:29:18.700 And he covered up, again, for Joe Biden.
00:29:23.080 And it's just insane to think that these are coincidences that could be statistically possible, even.
00:29:30.780 And there he is at every moment in the life of Jeffrey Epstein, in the life of Biden.
00:29:39.000 One of those things that people don't realize when they talk about Trump and the election and challenging the election, very often they use against him the fact that Barr says there's no evidence of collusion.
00:29:54.280 They don't realize that at the time Barr was giving me, and I was his lawyer, that advice, we already distrust him.
00:30:02.180 We already knew he covered up the hard drive.
00:30:05.520 I'm in a position like you're saying right now.
00:30:08.900 I know he did something wrong.
00:30:10.880 I know he had to have been compromised.
00:30:13.320 I don't know what it is, but I know I can't trust him.
00:30:15.920 Right.
00:30:16.040 Then, every single time I checked him out that he went and investigated, he didn't.
00:30:22.620 U.S. attorneys would tell me, afraid they'd be fired, he told me not to investigate.
00:30:27.180 He told me not to investigate.
00:30:29.500 Right.
00:30:29.860 We lost evidence.
00:30:32.360 We lost a woman who says, and how do I know until I interview her, she can give us all the Biden offshore bank accounts.
00:30:40.740 Now, she's not just a woman.
00:30:41.960 She was the chief accountant for Burisma, and she wanted to be in the witness protection program.
00:30:47.660 And in good faith, I turned her name over to the U.S. attorney in Pittsburgh.
00:30:51.940 At his request, that woman has never been contacted.
00:30:56.440 She's actually in peril of her life.
00:31:00.320 They didn't do anything about her.
00:31:01.920 Now, you have many stories like this.
00:31:04.340 Bob Alinsky, they question him once.
00:31:06.960 He becomes like one of five major witnesses against Biden.
00:31:09.960 They never talk to him again.
00:31:11.960 Right.
00:31:13.220 So, something, and it's true, he changed.
00:31:18.320 So, something happened in that period of time where maybe with one of these cases, they had something on him.
00:31:25.600 I don't know.
00:31:26.500 And we know that the attorney general turned down the request by the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to investigate voter fraud.
00:31:37.320 This is, he is saying it, that there's, it was a perfectly secure election.
00:31:44.640 He's also the attorney general while FBI agents are being dispatched to Twitter, to Facebook, to destroy this, the narratives of those, those stories that late, later we, you know, have been proved absolutely true.
00:32:03.380 So, this is an area for fruitful investigation.
00:32:07.420 It's been bothering me for years.
00:32:09.220 It's, that's how I picked up the Epstein thing and other things.
00:32:15.760 We just don't have the one, like we have on Biden, we have extraordinary, we don't have a laptop like we have on Biden.
00:32:23.400 We have an extraordinary evidence against Biden where we can see right into the crime.
00:32:27.000 In this case, we're looking in from the outside, we don't have, we don't have that piece of evidence yet.
00:32:34.060 But certainly, the conduct cannot be explained, legitimately.
00:32:38.080 And that is the issue for all thinking people and the people that you and I know and respect are all thinking people.
00:32:47.780 So, we will get to the bottom of this.
00:32:51.260 Rudy, thanks for indulging me.
00:32:53.380 Thank you.
00:32:53.840 It's always a pleasure.
00:32:55.120 You're the best.
00:32:55.700 You really are.
00:32:56.440 Well, thank you very much.
00:32:57.700 You're the best.
00:32:58.440 What an example to people that are starting now doing it.
00:33:02.480 And you're the guy I tell them to go watching.
00:33:05.920 I don't know how much I admire you, but what a career.
