00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Great America Show.
00:00:05.240 It's great to have you with us.
00:00:06.460 Thanks so much for joining us today.
00:00:08.460 The southern border is wide open for business.
00:00:10.900 Truth of the matter is, it's been wide open for business the last three and a half years
00:00:14.340 since the Biden regime took over.
00:00:16.540 It's open to illegal migrants to come in.
00:00:18.520 It's open to human smugglers to bring their victims in.
00:00:21.140 And perhaps most importantly, it's open to drug smugglers.
00:00:24.200 Those drug smugglers who are responsible for the importation of hundreds of thousands
00:00:27.960 of pounds of deadly fentanyl each year, and of course, the hundreds of thousands of deaths
00:00:32.480 that come with it.
00:00:33.620 Just along the fiscal year for 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized 240,000 pounds of
00:00:39.940 drugs at the southwest land border, which included an estimated over a billion doses of fentanyl
00:00:44.900 alone.
00:00:46.020 Today, of course, fentanyl is the leading cause of death for Americans between the ages of
00:00:49.720 18 and 45.
00:00:51.760 Also in the calendar year for 2023, the DEA seized more than 77 million fentanyl pills and
00:00:57.820 nearly 12,000 pounds of fentanyl powder.
00:01:00.580 This is the most fentanyl ever seized by the DEA in a single year.
00:01:04.760 It amounts to more than 386 million deadly doses of fentanyl, enough to kill every single
00:01:10.560 American in this country.
00:01:12.540 According to the DEA, the fentanyl we see today is deadlier than ever.
00:01:16.460 DEA laboratory testing in 2023 showed that 7 out of 10 pills tested contained a potentially
00:01:22.100 deadly dose of fentanyl.
00:01:23.400 This is an increase from 4 out of 10 pills in 2021 and 6 out of 10 pills in 2022.
00:01:30.620 A potentially deadly dose is considered just 2 milligrams of fentanyl, which is approximately
00:01:35.200 the amount that fits on the tip of a pencil.
00:01:37.580 This, of course, all brought to you by the Biden-Harris regime.
00:01:41.140 The drug problem is just a small part of a much bigger problem at the border.
00:01:44.180 We learned this week from a former chief CBP agent testifying on Capitol Hill that this
00:01:49.460 regime has allowed in hundreds of known terrorists.
00:01:52.340 That's right, has allowed them in and knew they were terrorists.
00:01:55.320 To take all this up, I want to bring in our guest today.
00:01:57.640 He's a man who's been a relentless advocate for border security.
00:02:00.840 He's Victor Avila.
00:02:02.400 Victor is a retired supervisory special agent with U.S.
00:02:05.320 Immigrations and Custom Enforcement.
00:02:07.340 He's also the survivor of a 2011 ambush by the cartel hitman.
00:02:10.660 Victor, thanks so much for joining us today here on The Great America Show.
00:02:14.300 I want to start with today and play this clip for the audience.
00:02:17.980 Retired Chief Border Patrol agent Aaron Heitke on Capitol Hill this week, letting us know how
00:02:23.680 bad the border really is.
00:02:24.960 Now, we all know it's bad and it's gotten worse over the last three and a half years under
00:02:28.920 the Biden-Harris administration or whoever's running the Biden administration.
00:02:33.000 But I don't think we all realized how bad it really is as regards to terrorists coming
00:02:37.920 across the border with everything that's going on right now.
00:02:40.200 I want to play this clip for the audience.
00:02:41.900 This was, as I said, retired Border Patrol agent Aaron Heitke on Capitol Hill this week.
00:02:46.840 In San Diego, we had an exponential increase in significant interest aliens.
00:02:51.180 These are aliens with significant ties to terrorism.
00:02:54.240 Prior to this administration, the San Diego sector averaged 10 to 15 SIA arrests per year.
00:02:59.980 Once word was out, the border was far easier to cross.
00:03:02.460 San Diego went to over 100 SIAs in 2022, well over that in 2023, and even more than that
00:03:10.420 registered this year.
00:03:11.960 These are only the ones we caught.
00:03:14.260 At the time, I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or
00:03:19.220 mention any of the arrests.
00:03:21.120 The administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border.
00:03:25.740 Fentanyl is another issue.
00:03:27.060 The San Diego area sees between 80 and 90 percent of the methamphetamine and fentanyl seizures
00:03:32.660 annually for our entire country.
00:03:35.060 With little enforcement at the border, these drugs were coming through en masse.
00:03:39.180 During my last year in San Diego, the price for a single pill of fentanyl, for example,
00:03:44.060 went from $10 to $0.25.
00:03:45.980 To make matters worse, during 2022 and 23, I had to shut down San Diego traffic checkpoints,
00:03:53.640 which are critical for drug interdiction, because the resources had been diverted to
00:03:57.700 the process and release mission.
00:04:00.120 The large numbers also had and still have a negative impact on the San Diego community.
00:04:05.180 I had to release illegal aliens by the hundreds each day into communities who could not support
00:04:09.520 them.
00:04:10.260 To quiet the problem, two flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas.
00:04:14.000 These flights simply brought aliens that would have been released in San Diego over to Texas.
00:04:19.240 Each flight cost approximately $150,000.
00:04:22.920 This was the administration's way to try and quiet the border-wide crisis.
00:04:29.000 First, if you will, for the audience, Victor, let everyone know the SIAs he was referring to.
00:04:33.780 What are those?
00:04:34.780 Because I think that's perhaps the most important thing he said.
00:04:38.000 Absolutely.
00:04:38.620 And I investigated these groups.
00:04:40.080 SIAs are special interest aliens.
00:04:42.060 And these are, this is the term the Department of Homeland Security refers to, people that
00:04:46.820 come from special interest countries that have ties to possible terroristic ties to that
00:04:53.040 country.
00:04:53.620 We're talking about countries like Somalia, Yemen, Bangladesh, and many others.
00:04:58.980 And so these are the ones that he's referring to.
00:05:01.700 But keep in mind here, the outstanding number, and I want to tell you why the number happened
00:05:08.540 and why the increase was dramatic, is one, is the lack of enforcement.
00:05:13.680 And if you didn't get that, I know it might be obvious.
00:05:15.980 But when I worked in Mexico, I was working on these smuggling investigations of Afghans and
00:05:23.240 other SIAs.
00:05:23.700 But we were enforcing it.
00:05:26.200 We were stopping them from coming to the border while they were in Mexico, because a lot of
00:05:30.200 these groups think and feel that if they hit Mexican soil, they're as good as being in
00:05:35.860 the U.S.
00:05:36.600 Right.
00:05:37.220 Yeah, it's unbelievable.
00:05:38.380 And the Biden administration, I mean, doing all they could to let as many people in as
00:05:42.540 possible.
00:05:43.680 We saw just this last week, 100,000 people in Arizona registered to vote with showing no
00:05:49.440 idea, they said it was an accident, but now it's like, you know, one of those situations
00:05:54.080 where you drop your vote in a box and it gets mixed up and every ballot looks the same.
00:05:58.200 So how do you know which one was one of those 100,000?
00:06:00.600 You know, it's all by design that none of this is an accident.
00:06:03.620 The Biden administration touting this week new numbers out, saying the border crossings
00:06:09.180 are falling, saying that Donald Trump is just hyping this up to more than nothing.
00:06:14.980 The numbers may be down for this month, but it's because it's the summer months and people
00:06:19.300 coming from Mexico, crossing through the desert.
00:06:21.920 Some of them don't make it through.
00:06:23.020 Can you explain that for the audience, if you will?
00:06:26.160 Yeah, and that's a great question because, yes, it's the summer months, but there's a
00:06:31.680 deal that the Biden administration, the Biden-Harris administration made with the government
00:06:36.160 of Mexico back in December to make a deal to favor the Mexican elections that they had
00:06:41.960 this past June.
00:06:43.120 Their new communist president is going to hit office on November 1st.
00:06:47.040 And also to help the Biden-Harris regime to continue.
00:06:50.760 So this, like you said, is by design to reduce those numbers.
00:06:55.220 But the reduction in numbers was in between the ports of entry.
00:07:00.140 Remember Eagle Pass, Texas, and Arizona.
00:07:02.520 That's where they stopped coming.
00:07:03.920 Where they didn't stop coming is through the air, flying in in hundreds of thousands legally
00:07:09.240 under the Biden administration.
00:07:10.820 They consider them legally, although I tell you right now it's 100% unconstitutional and
00:07:15.260 legal what they're doing, is issuing these paroles and the CPP1 app, flying people directly
00:07:21.620 from not just Mexico, but from their home country into ours, not counting them as gotaways or
00:07:30.200 as interdiction.
00:07:31.400 And so those numbers are skewed.
00:07:32.600 What do you estimate, your best estimate under this administration, numbers-wise, crossing
00:07:38.780 the border, illegal crossers, first of all, I want to get that number.
00:07:42.220 What do you estimate illegal crossers?
00:07:44.180 And then I want to get the number of gotaways, not the ones they estimate as gotaways, the
00:07:48.520 real number of gotaways.
00:07:49.760 I think that the total number of illegals totaled under this administration is between 15 and
00:07:55.700 18 million that have come in.
00:07:57.760 And I think that's a conservative and very, you know, with all my sources and my contacts,
00:08:03.260 we talk about this a lot because of the different categories that you just mentioned.
00:08:07.780 So we have the ones that came in and, you know, gave themselves up.
00:08:11.580 They call them give-ups.
00:08:12.680 We count those.
00:08:13.500 Then they have the known gotaways that we saw on a camera, detected on a zone or something,
00:08:21.120 but weren't able to go get them because we were processing the border patrol.
00:08:24.940 So we count those.
00:08:27.100 And then those are, by the way, are about 2 million under the official number.
00:08:32.540 So then you have the unknown gotaways, and these are completely undetected, 100% smuggled
00:08:38.960 individuals into this country that right now has shot in the last six to eight months,
00:08:44.620 has shot through the roof, the smuggling that is occurring in our borders.
00:08:48.440 And I'll tell you why.
00:08:49.840 One of the indicators is the number of stash houses that have been discovered, for example,
00:08:54.040 in El Paso, Texas, 270-plus stash houses, stash locations of where they house these individuals
00:09:02.600 temporarily while they get distributed throughout the country, the same thing in Laredo, Texas.
00:09:07.460 So the smuggling has increased dramatically because they noticed that there was some kind of
00:09:13.400 enforcement on the Mexican side.
00:09:15.020 So they figured the cartels don't care.
00:09:16.900 They're going to move you anyway.
00:09:17.960 You pay, and they don't care if you come in the back of a pickup truck or tractor-trailer
00:09:22.540 or turn yourself in.
00:09:23.940 They're going to get you in one way or the other.
00:09:26.040 So you've got the gotaways.
00:09:27.180 You've got the people who have come in here that we know about.
00:09:30.600 It's 15 to 18 plus.
00:09:31.960 You know, we're at over 20 million there.
00:09:33.460 Now, what do you put your estimate out as people who were actually flown here on private
00:09:37.420 charter jets by the Biden administration?
00:09:39.780 That's over millions there.
00:09:43.200 So we have towns just of the Central American region and South American region, forget the
00:09:50.180 rest of the world.
00:09:51.740 Remember, when we started talking a lot about the Haitians and what's going on, these Haitians
00:09:56.720 have been flown into the country from Haiti, hundreds of thousands of them in the last couple
00:10:02.440 of years.
00:10:03.180 So this is nothing new to me.
00:10:04.660 We've been trying to say this for a long time.
00:10:06.520 Like, remember, I forget the year 2021, the Haitian invasion down in Del Rio, Texas.
00:10:11.520 I was down there where we saw 17,000 such Haitians underneath that bridge.
00:10:16.480 Most of those Haitians did not come from Haiti directly under that day.
00:10:20.980 They had been in Mexico.
00:10:22.440 They had been in Central America and South America for many years.
00:10:26.260 Most of them speak fluent Spanish, as a matter of fact.
00:10:28.880 And so now you have this issue, the same thing.
00:10:31.600 The problem now and the reason why I'm kind of glad that it's coming out is that they're
00:10:36.500 showing up to these communities that are 4,000 or 5,000 in population and you drop 2,000
00:10:42.160 Haitians in there.
00:10:43.400 Well, now it's very noticeable and it's very hard to be absorbed into that community.
00:10:47.200 And guess what?
00:10:47.900 Something's got to give.
00:10:48.720 I talk to these police officers and sheriffs around the country.
00:10:51.800 They don't have more resources.
00:10:53.120 They don't have more police officers.
00:10:54.660 They don't have more hospitals or more schools.
00:10:56.840 So they're forced to absorb them.
00:10:59.640 And something's got to give.
00:11:01.060 And the problem that's giving right now is public safety.
00:11:04.540 Yeah, you know, and I spoke to somebody earlier today about it.
00:11:09.400 The issue we're going to have now as we have, you know, the birth rates in decline across
00:11:13.640 Americans to now 50, since 1950 to an all time low, these migrants are going to start coming
00:11:19.440 into the country.
00:11:19.980 They're going to start having children, which are now known as anchor babies, which are
00:11:23.480 under current law, citizens of the United States.
00:11:26.620 I'm not saying I agree with that because I definitely don't.
00:11:28.920 But that's going to be a big problem now.
00:11:31.280 And, you know, in five, 10 years, I mean, we're never going to see a Republican elected
00:11:35.340 again.
00:11:36.620 When I started seeing it was a problem, you know, probably the past two years, I'm in
00:11:40.180 New York here and used to go to Home Depot.
00:11:42.440 And if you went to Home Depot in the morning around here, seven, eight o'clock in the morning,
00:11:46.280 you'd see maybe 15 or 20 Mexicans lined up outside looking for work where, you know, people
00:11:52.420 would do construction, would come pick them up.
00:11:54.280 And I only know this because I've, you know, have friends who have picked them up before.
00:11:57.400 That's how I know they're Mexican.
00:11:59.480 You pick them up and, you know, they, you know, 150 bucks, 200 bucks for the day.
00:12:02.760 And you take them home in the past, I want to say year and a half or so, you go there and
00:12:08.760 you see these Haitian immigrants, migrants.
00:12:14.620 You don't see the Mexican migrants there anymore.
00:12:16.800 It's predominantly Haitian people from Senegal.
00:12:19.400 I've spoken to them before.
00:12:20.740 And I mean, like I said, it was maybe 15 or 20 folks from Mexico before.
00:12:24.880 It's now 30 to 40 of these Haitian and people from Senegal that are out there looking for
00:12:31.240 work.
00:12:31.640 And I said to myself before Lou passed, I'd sent him a picture.
00:12:34.560 I'm like, look at this.
00:12:35.320 Look what the hell's going on.
00:12:36.140 And Lou was like, holy hell, this is, you know, what's happening.
00:12:40.000 Victor, I want to take a quick break here.
00:12:41.200 When we return, I want to talk about another big issue at the border and it's drugs.
00:12:44.620 It's killing hundreds of thousands of Americans each and every year.
00:12:48.200 And they're coming across, they're pouring across and nobody's stopping them.
00:12:51.860 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:12:52.840 We're talking with Victor Avila.
00:12:53.900 We're coming right back.
00:12:56.300 Folks, are you tired of supporting big box stores and multi-billion dollar corporations
00:13:00.140 that don't support us?
00:13:01.560 Corporations that donate tens of millions of dollars a year to push woke Marxist dem ideologies,
00:13:06.000 whether it be Amazon and Jeff Bezos or Target with their transgender clothing for kids,
00:13:10.100 or even Bud Light going totally woke.
00:13:12.220 Enough is enough.
00:13:12.980 Why should we, as lovers of this country, continue to support these corporations?
00:13:16.980 The answer is we shouldn't.
00:13:18.820 I constantly get people who reach out to me and ask,
00:13:20.960 John, what can we do to save this country?
00:13:23.080 Where can we shop and support American-made brands and conservative ideologies?
00:13:27.140 Well, we now have a solution to stop shopping at these woke companies
00:13:29.860 and stop funding the deep state and a solution to buy American.
00:13:33.840 This is something we can all do right now to kick the deep state in the teeth
00:13:36.820 and stop funding our enemies and vote with our dollars.
00:13:39.460 We have a parallel economy for around 450 household products.
00:13:44.340 Not only can you cancel woke brands like Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson,
00:13:47.980 you can also cancel the stores that carry them.
00:13:50.500 I need you all to head over to switchwithjohn.com,
00:13:53.700 that's switchwithjohn.com,
00:13:56.200 where you can read all about our movement.
00:13:58.260 We have access to a conservative manufacturer that will replace these brands and the stores you buy them from.
00:14:02.680 It isn't an additional budget item because instead of turning right into Target or left into Walmart,
00:14:07.860 you're going to shop directly online, directly with the manufacturer.
00:14:11.060 Folks, this is a patriot movement that is happening right now before our eyes.
00:14:14.880 Every 47 seconds a shopper is switching to our online store,
00:14:18.360 and we need you to partner with us, join us, and band together.
00:14:21.780 I just canceled my Amazon Prime subscription because I've truly had enough.
00:14:25.440 So what do you say? It's time to put your money where your heart is?
00:14:27.700 Join us today and help save this nation.
00:14:29.980 Go to switchwithjohn.com, that's switchwithjohn.com,
00:14:34.120 to learn how you can join thousands of other patriots and help take this nation back.
00:14:39.320 Switchwithjohn.com. We'll see you there.
00:14:43.520 We're back. We're talking with Victor Avila.
00:14:45.600 And Victor, before we went to break, I had mentioned the drug problem that's happening here in this country,
00:14:50.400 the fentanyl coming from China.
00:14:52.360 The largest producer of fentanyl is China.
00:14:55.440 China, and this administration just letting it come in,
00:14:58.320 hundreds of thousands of people a year dying of overdoses.
00:15:01.640 As we just sit back and watch, I mean, you go to any big city across America, New York,
00:15:06.220 Philly is a really bad one.
00:15:07.860 I go to Atlantic City a bunch, and you see these people,
00:15:10.460 and they're not on regular drugs.
00:15:12.320 They're not on marijuana or cocaine where maybe they're functioning.
00:15:17.520 You see these people, and they're zombies.
00:15:20.720 How do you fix this drug problem?
00:15:22.860 I want to play this clip for you.
00:15:23.800 President Trump was on Fox News this week, and he has a proposal on how we take care of it.
00:15:29.020 I want to play it for you guys.
00:15:30.260 Be nice so we can be smart.
00:15:32.760 You're never going to – I set up blue-ribbon committees.
00:15:35.160 Friends of mine, oh, could I get on a committee?
00:15:36.780 They didn't know the first thing about it.
00:15:38.220 They don't know about El Chapo.
00:15:40.080 They don't know about – these are very smart, hardened people.
00:15:44.980 And, you know, I'm setting up a blue-ribbon committee with socialites from New York and California.
00:15:49.780 It's ridiculous.
00:15:50.480 They don't even want to talk about it.
00:15:51.840 They talk about it for two minutes, and then they start talking about society.
00:15:55.360 The only way you're going to stop this is the death penalty for drug dealers.
00:15:59.580 I don't know if this country is ready for it.
00:16:01.760 But if you think about it, each drug dealer, on average, kills 500 people.
00:16:06.880 On average, he or she, drug dealer, kills five.
00:16:10.620 I know so many families who have lost a son or a daughter or parents even to fentanyl.
00:16:18.860 I mean, the death penalty, I mean, seems obviously like the best case scenario with what's going on right now.
00:16:27.260 What do you think?
00:16:28.080 I mean, how do we stop the drug epidemic in this country that's coming across the southern border?
00:16:32.200 It's going to be a multifaceted approach.
00:16:34.680 I love the death penalty as a one-off part of the solution.
00:16:40.080 I'm 100% behind it.
00:16:41.520 In conjunction with declaring the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, therefore bringing in the DOD resources, bringing in the different jurisdictions that we don't have, even as a special agent myself, the investigations that I conducted in my career, those investigations and those techniques are so outdated now that we need to move forward and think beyond.
00:17:05.580 And things like the death penalty, declaring them as terrorists, stripping them of all their assets and properties that they have here in the U.S.
00:17:14.320 Because the cartels are here and they live here in our communities, and they have now full-time, more than ever before, we're talking about a Sinaloa cartel, a cartel that's a new generation.
00:17:24.980 These people are responsible.
00:17:26.100 By the way, the cartels, as powerful and as organized as they are, they're actually the soldiers to China and to Venezuela, Cuba, and the others that are bringing in the poison that are killing our youth.
00:17:38.880 And so I have also met with a lot of these family members that have lost their loved ones to a fentanyl counterfeit pill or have the angel moms and angel fathers that have lost their loved one to the hands of an illegal alien in a crime.
00:17:52.580 So those are the ones that outrage me, right?
00:17:55.480 Because for me, it's about protecting the public, and the Biden-Harris regime continues to allow this to happen, even though they see the crime happening in their own country.
00:18:07.420 We have enough crime, right?
00:18:08.860 I mean, we have enough to deal with on our own, and this revolving door and the failure to prosecute people at the state and federal level and all that other craziness that's going on.
00:18:17.660 Why in the world are we putting up with people from over 150 countries coming in and hurting us?
00:18:24.180 This, to me, is easily done, but it is two things.
00:18:28.540 We got the will, which I know President Trump does, and you need the right personalities in these type of agencies, Department of Homeland Security and others, to effectively put it forth.
00:18:38.600 Yeah, you know, you bring up an excellent point that our criminal justice system is going harder on Americans for crimes that are far less as bad as what these illegals are doing in this country.
00:18:50.500 If you look at some of these gangs, you know, you brought up a really good point about designating them foreign terrorist organizations, just as Governor Greg Abbott did to Trendelagua down in Texas.
00:19:03.400 You had mentioned the military, right?
00:19:05.880 So when you designate them a foreign terrorist organization, you're allowed now to bring in the military.
00:19:10.520 And everyone gets nervous when you say military, you know, you can't do this.
00:19:14.040 These are civilians.
00:19:14.660 Well, I've got news for people.
00:19:15.980 More people have died from drug overdoses and fentanyl in this country than U.S. soldiers have died over in the Middle East fighting pointless wars since 2001.
00:19:27.060 So the idea of bringing in the military, scaring people is absolutely ridiculous.
00:19:33.500 These people are criminals.
00:19:35.060 And in some cases, they're worse than some of the terrorists overseas with what they're doing in this country.
00:19:39.740 Your thoughts?
00:19:40.600 They're vicious killers is what they are.
00:19:43.300 They have no regard for human life.
00:19:45.140 They're there for the power and the money.
00:19:47.220 And let me tell you, right now, as you and I are speaking, there's a war broken out in Mexico between the Sinaloa cartel that's going to have an impact on us, on the fentanyl, on the methamphetamine.
00:19:57.260 And by the way, cocaine and the other drugs making a huge comeback into this country because now those drugs are being laced with fentanyl.
00:20:03.580 And the zombie drug that you mentioned, the xylazine, killing us and just taking over these communities.
00:20:09.860 But the designation, and I think people do get scared when they think military, it doesn't mean that as soon as you designate them, we're sending in black, you know, helicopters into Mexico.
00:20:19.860 No, it means that the resource is now there and it's right there on the table ready to be used when we want to use it.
00:20:26.940 So we get to go through whatever steps we want to, but then the option is there to do it, kind of Colombia style that we did in the late 80s.
00:20:33.940 But we have to start looking for our interests because, you know, who puts Mexico first?
00:20:38.440 Mexico does. And Venezuela puts Venezuela first.
00:20:41.160 So I'm OK with putting the United States first and protecting our citizens.
00:20:45.020 Well, you didn't say one thing there, Victor.
00:20:46.800 I think America puts Mexico first as well with what we're looking at.
00:20:50.660 You know, back in the Trump administration, Mark Esper, who worked for President Trump, a total dunce, came out in his book and said,
00:20:57.860 Oh, you know, President Trump spoke about sending missiles into blowing up the drug factories and like it was a bad thing.
00:21:05.720 You know, now that we think about it, is it really a bad idea, as bad ideas as Mark Esper said it was, to blow these damn guys up?
00:21:13.340 There's a hundred super labs in Mexico that are producing these pill mills that we call.
00:21:18.740 And we have the precision and the military technology to absolutely go out there and take these.
00:21:24.960 Most of these labs are out in the in the in the hills, in the forest and these outskirts of most of these towns.
00:21:30.840 So we could easily attack them there.
00:21:33.380 But but where you hurt the cartels is with the money.
00:21:36.660 And there's the money laundering aspect of it that a lot of times is not spoken.
00:21:40.360 By the way, China, China, this is they're making billions of dollars with the cartels.
00:21:45.760 And the lack of talking about the money is the real reason, because China is not only infiltrating military age Chinese nationals,
00:21:54.080 they're sending balloons where they have police stations in the country.
00:21:57.640 So this is a huge national security issue.
00:22:00.940 They grabbed two national national Chinese men in East Texas a few weeks ago with bars of gold,
00:22:10.120 bars of gold driving back, you know, somewhere through Dallas.
00:22:13.480 Are you sure that wasn't Senator Bob Menendez?
00:22:16.140 It wasn't. But this is it's an indicator, right, that that's the reason why it's the money and the power.
00:22:23.560 And the cartels are the ones that will chop your head off to do it.
00:22:27.200 And so we have to deal with them adequately.
00:22:29.420 We have to, like they say, in law enforcement, we have to go do one up, one up on them.
00:22:34.900 And we've always been right now. We're behind so much on the development of these cartels because they're highly sophisticated.
00:22:41.340 If you think these are gangs, you're highly you have to first recognize how sophisticated they are, where they have their personnel in the U.S.
00:22:49.900 They're infiltrated in our court systems.
00:22:52.120 They're infiltrated with attorneys, with everywhere that you would think in different communities.
00:22:56.460 They have no idea that they're working with these cartels to sell these drugs.
00:23:00.160 And by the way, the human trafficking and the human smuggling, when I when I worked the cartels, they didn't deal with the humans.
00:23:06.880 But then they saw how much money that the humans are paying.
00:23:09.540 So they took over that industry as well.
00:23:11.540 And so now they're making billions on that end of the sex trade and the forced labor trade as well.
00:23:15.920 Yeah. Yeah. I mean, the human trafficking aspect of it, I spoke to a gentleman from Mexico who came across the border illegally and he told me he paid, I think, $18,000 back a few months ago, whereas like 10 years ago was only five grand because these these cartels have now exploited, you know, just how vulnerable these people are.
00:23:36.520 And, you know, they people don't realize the cartel owns the southern border.
00:23:39.680 You ain't getting past that damn border without paying one of those people.
00:23:43.140 And if you think you are, you're going to have no head once you get to the other side.
00:23:48.180 You know, as for the for the drug cartels, I they're essentially little governments with inside Mexico.
00:23:53.540 Like you said, they're they're very powerful.
00:23:56.620 Why? I mean, is the Mexico government in on it?
00:23:59.320 Is the Mexico government in on getting kickbacks from these people?
00:24:03.200 Well, why, you know, haven't they done anything to shut them down?
00:24:06.660 You go to places like Tulum, which is heavily run by the cartels, and it's apparently one of the safest places in Mexico.
00:24:13.980 And it's probably because the cartels need the tourism, you know, to go in there and pay.
00:24:18.940 And it's why people don't overdose on drugs there.
00:24:21.120 And presumably everyone there is doing drugs if you're, you know, they're partying.
00:24:25.660 But you don't hear of anybody overdosing in Tulum or very rarely dying in Tulum or someone died in Tulum maybe a year ago.
00:24:35.680 And I think the cartels killed the guy who killed the American because they need that for tourism.
00:24:40.220 But why is the Mexican government not doing anything to stop these people?
00:24:44.160 Especially the current outgoing president, Amal, this guy is something else.
00:24:50.460 You know, the old saying when he came in six years ago that he was going to give them hugs and not bullets.
00:24:54.940 Well, he actually stood by his words.
00:24:57.620 And the cartels are now running a parallel government, meaning that they have the power and influence no longer just at the border because they've had they've been at the border for many years.
00:25:08.160 I've been there in my career for 20 years.
00:25:09.720 But now they have infiltrated the interior of Mexico into Michoacan, Zacatecas, all these states that you never would have thought.
00:25:17.060 Well, now they have so much heavy influence into the government, into the political system.
00:25:22.820 The media, by the way, is a big factor that they use.
00:25:26.640 And so they are running a parallel government.
00:25:29.520 Now, it's going to be very interesting with the new the new president, the female president, Klaida Scheinbaum, that's basically a communist.
00:25:37.540 I'm going to I'm really interested to see how how Mexico is going to take this direction, because the cartels are going to just possibly take this opportunity to really, really take over.
00:25:48.780 And, you know, the AMLO, by the way, just fired all the federal judges and now they're going to be elected.
00:25:55.500 Well, who do you think they're going to elect?
00:25:56.960 It's so corrupt.
00:25:57.980 And AMLO comes across as a socialist, want to care for the poor people.
00:26:03.500 But really what he did is promote the cartels, made them stronger, made them more powerful and more richer that now we are where we're at.
00:26:12.000 Yeah, I'm against any military intervention or any American intervention in any country that, you know, like I said, Iraq, Afghanistan, you can go down the list in the Middle East of all the damn countries that we've ruined over there.
00:26:25.340 But with Mexico, it's actually hitting us here at home, you know, with these people coming across the border, infiltrating our communities, the gangs, infiltrating our communities across big cities.
00:26:36.260 Aurora, Colorado, I want to take a quick break here.
00:26:38.340 When we return, I want to take that up and and talk about why the Democrats, you know, there was a brief period in this election cycle where the Democrats were all for border security.
00:26:48.080 And, you know, they wanted to protect the border because obviously President Trump is exploited to what's really going on.
00:26:53.740 But now they're sort of pulling back a little bit.
00:26:56.040 I want to take that up on the other side of this quick break.
00:26:57.580 We're talking with Victor Avila.
00:26:58.560 We're coming right back.
00:27:01.260 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:27:07.820 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:27:11.560 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:27:14.460 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one problem, one solution company.
00:27:18.660 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products some of you may not even know about.
00:27:25.340 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.

00:27:43.520 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:27:49.660 That's MyPillow.com.

00:27:58.520 And be sure to use promo code John, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all MyPillow products.
00:28:05.420 We're back with Victor Avila.
00:28:09.420 Victor, I want to talk about this week a bill on the House floor from Congresswoman Nancy Mace.
00:28:15.320 What the bill did was it made any illegal immigrant who was here illegally, who committed any sorts of sex crimes or any sort of domestic violence or sex-related charges,
00:28:28.460 immediately deportable and inadmissible for any sort of green card or permanent immigration status here in America.
00:28:38.480 158 Democrats voted against that bill.
00:28:41.880 What does that tell us about just where the Democrats are in this, we'll call it a fight?
00:28:47.520 It's lawlessness.
00:28:49.300 It's a disregard for the U.S. Constitution.
00:28:52.400 It's a disregard.
00:28:53.860 And the bigger picture for our sovereignty really is what you're looking at here.
00:28:57.340 They're destroying our sovereignty and our protection for it.
00:29:01.220 I get this question asked a lot is why?
00:29:03.700 Why do they do this?
00:29:04.640 Why are they purposely doing this?
00:29:06.240 I think they're fundamentally wanting to change the fabric of this country.
00:29:10.420 And they're doing it one neighborhood at a time.
00:29:12.120 We're seeing El Tendaragua take over apartment complexes in El Paso, in Dallas, in Chicago, in Denver.
00:29:19.840 And it's going to happen again.
00:29:21.300 They're being allowed to do it.
00:29:23.180 And when the people from all over the world are seeing that they're being allowed with no consequences, they're going to continue to do it.
00:29:29.720 But here's where this is where it just makes me very angry is that the American people, we don't want to put up with we don't we don't want to put up with this.
00:29:38.000 We're sick and tired of the crime and the violence and everything else associated with illegal immigration.
00:29:44.700 We're tired of the economic impact associated with illegal immigration in our schools, in our hospitals, in our criminal justice system for crying out loud.
00:29:54.720 It's affecting everyone everywhere now.
00:29:57.280 And they will still do it because they prefer those people over us.
00:30:02.900 And when I say those people, I know not everybody that comes across the border is a bad person.
00:30:08.320 But if you go low and I'm going very low on this percentage of five percent being bad people of all of them that have come in.
00:30:15.420 Well, that's already in the millions of people that are here to cause us harm.
00:30:19.560 And the big difference now from the ones that I used to investigate as an agent is that these people are coming with a very different mentality, a very different culture.
00:30:27.860 They're not assimilating to the United States.
00:30:29.680 They don't want to be Americans.
00:30:31.100 They're here with a purpose to destroy us.
00:30:33.520 You had said it's a small number, and I take issue with that because all it takes, Victor, is one.
00:30:39.580 It takes one.
00:30:40.500 One is too many.
00:30:41.300 One is too many, right.
00:30:42.800 It takes one damn person to do a terrorist attack.
00:30:46.220 It takes one damn person to ruin somebody's family with a dirty fentanyl pill or tainted cocaine or tainted marijuana or whatever that person, drug that person is doing.
00:30:59.100 If anyone, you had mentioned also the media, anyone watching the debate the other night saw it was.
00:31:03.520 It was three against one, two moderators, and Kamala Harris against Donald Trump.
00:31:07.120 And Donald Trump had brought up that situation you had mentioned in Aurora, Colorado, the trend de agua.
00:31:11.760 And I think David Muir had stepped in and said, oh, you know, that's unconfirmed.
00:31:15.880 Well, I have confirmed news for David Muir today.
00:31:18.500 Colorado police have now named 10 Venezuelan gang members in connection with that apartment incident in Aurora, Colorado.
00:31:25.360 So the media, I mean, is more than complicit, I think, than maybe even the Kamala Harris and Joe Biden administration.
00:31:33.140 What do you think?
00:31:34.340 They're avoiding to go in there, and the media will not go in there and investigate and send their investigative journalists in there because guess what they're going to find out?
00:31:41.840 The truth.
00:31:42.240 You and I are talking about that our lying eyes are telling us something else.
00:31:46.640 And so, therefore, the media is so corrupt and lying to us and really gaslighting us and making us think that we're crazy because of the crazy things that the Haitians are doing and the trend de agua people taking.
00:31:58.540 I'm telling you, I saw them here in Dallas, Texas, doing it here a year and a half ago.
00:32:02.280 I was screaming about it.
00:32:04.380 How is it that Dallas PD couldn't even go in there and get them out?
00:32:07.500 They needed to hire a private security group to do it, and they did.
00:32:11.640 These are the extremes that we're going to that the local jurisdictions are not able to handle it.
00:32:16.440 But I'll say this about President Trump.
00:32:18.600 I want him to focus a lot on that.
00:32:20.320 I want him to say it over and over about the deaths and the fentanyl, but I also want him to focus on the education that we need to bring to our children in the United States.
00:32:29.960 I want to see billboards.
00:32:31.360 I want to see social media.
00:32:32.600 I want my son and my daughter to get a pop-up saying that if you take a pill, you're going to die.
00:32:38.820 I have a 20-year-old in college, and let me tell you, I told him, please, his name is Victor, Victor, don't you dare take a pill.
00:32:45.120 I'm so terrified of that.
00:32:46.800 And he says, Dad, I'm not going to take it.
00:32:48.320 You don't have to worry about it.
00:32:49.360 But you know what he tells me?
00:32:50.480 The pills are flowing on campus.
00:32:52.740 They're all over.
00:32:53.440 They're readily available.
00:32:54.540 It's easier to take and buy a counterfeit pill than it is to buy alcohol.
00:32:58.300 And you're talking about Adderall, Xanax, whatever you want to call it.
00:33:02.040 And that's all counterfeit.
00:33:03.280 Seven out of ten of these pills are deadly fentanyl laced, according to the DEA.
00:33:09.000 And this is the world that we're living in right now.
00:33:11.320 This is the type of conversations that I want people to have with their kids.
00:33:15.180 I want social media education.
00:33:17.020 I want it in the schools.
00:33:18.260 At a young age, this is where we start combating it, because if we don't get that word out and the awareness, we're going to be suffering more deaths.
00:33:25.880 Yeah.
00:33:26.080 And you know what?
00:33:26.720 It's just horrible, because the media could be reporting on this.
00:33:30.060 They could be scaring the hell out of these kids, saying, you know, this is what can happen.
00:33:33.680 This is what's going to happen.
00:33:34.580 We had the D.A.R.E. movement years ago, you know, which was a massive push.
00:33:40.340 And I think it helped, you know, push kids away from drugs.
00:33:44.180 But now it's just like, you know, they're so readily available.
00:33:47.800 They're very cheap to get that chief border patrol agent on Capitol Hill said, you know, a pill used to cost, I think, 25 bucks.
00:33:55.060 It's now 50 cents a pill because there's just such an abundance of them on the street.
00:33:59.840 I want to turn to something else.
00:34:01.080 The CBP one app that the Democrats say is, you know, this great app.
00:34:05.880 And it lets asylum seekers come into this country.
00:34:08.360 Well, we have a report and this is only one report.
00:34:10.780 But where there's one, there's usually more where there's smoke, there's fire.
00:34:15.360 This Venezuelan migrant came through on the CBP one app, wasn't asked one damn question about seeking asylum, came right in.
00:34:23.280 No questions asked.
00:34:25.080 I mean, how many people is this happening to, Victor, that are just coming in here as freely as they want through the we'll call it the legal way, according to the Democrats?
00:34:34.120 It's completely illegal.
00:34:35.540 And let me tell you, I have seen it firsthand and I have never all the times that I've been to the border and interviewed.
00:34:40.780 Hundreds, thousands and thousands of illegals never won.
00:34:44.900 Not one time was the word asylum coming out of their mouth.
00:34:48.120 It was always I'm here to work or I'm here because I'm leaving Guatemala and there's a lot of crime.
00:34:52.680 And it's all these other excuses, but never a qualification under our own asylum criteria to come in.
00:34:58.200 And now the manipulation of this administration to create the CBP one app that, by the way, has absolutely no vetting.
00:35:04.920 They could put whatever information they want on there from their home country.
00:35:09.260 And now they added the ones that are stuck in Mexico and down in Tapachula, by the way, they estimate about one hundred and twenty five thousand of them.
00:35:17.340 Now they just cleared their way for them to come in under the CBP one.
00:35:20.400 That means that they walk through a port of entry through the pedestrian lane, as you said, considered legal.
00:35:28.580 This is they're going to I'll tell you this way.
00:35:30.160 President Trump comes in and these people are going to find themselves immediately without absolutely no status, because everything that's been issued to them has been issued to them illegally.
00:35:39.340 Just like when I did a search warrant when I was an agent illegally, everything that I got there was the food of the poisonous tree.
00:35:47.480 Right. Well, the same thing here.
00:35:48.820 They're going to find that themselves the hard way that this is going to be completely without any status to be in the U.S.
00:35:55.660 And I think there's there will be the mass deportation.
00:35:59.060 There will be that other way that we haven't even talked about enforcement.
00:36:02.480 Right. We've got to go back to enforcement.
00:36:04.460 We've got to go back to you don't know how many calls I've had with friends and saying we could have gone and done an op and taken out that apartment complex in Aurora and got it back on order.
00:36:14.100 It's just that the will of the administration has the hands tied of our ICE agents and other law enforcement agencies.
00:36:21.120 So that that all that we've just spoken about is obviously the southern border.
00:36:25.080 But since the Biden administration has come in, I want to conclude with this, Victor.
00:36:28.980 It seems we now have a problem at the northern border.
00:36:31.080 There's a group of tick tockers who go on on tick tock every day and do these videos on how now they're smuggling people across the northern border with Canada.
00:36:40.920 First of all, where are these people coming from in the first place from Canada?
00:36:46.640 Yes, I actually be I'll be at the Canadian border next week speaking over there.
00:36:50.360 And let me tell you, you'll be surprised who's coming to the southern border.
00:36:53.400 As soon as I tell you, Mexican nationals, how because Mexico, if you're a Mexican national, you will get turned back at the southern border right now, because that's the deal that the Biden administration made with Mexico.
00:37:07.820 So the Mexican said, oh, yeah, well, we're going to go through Canada.
00:37:11.580 So you're going to see Mexican national cartel members and a lot of other people, by the way, a lot of SIAs as well.
00:37:17.920 A lot of terrorist link people coming through the Canadian border up in the Buffalo area and all these areas, which is wide open.
00:37:25.320 But yes, Mexican and Central Americans coming through that Canadian border.
00:37:30.100 And I'm going to go and talk about that next week up there.
00:37:32.680 So how are they getting there? Are Mexicans able to fly freely into Canada without any visas?
00:37:36.440 Good question. They get easy Canadian visas, Canadian passports so that they don't have the same restrictions that they have to to try to come in here.
00:37:45.660 And so they fly in there. It's very easily transitioned for them from Mexico to do it.
00:37:51.780 And the other ones have learned that the southern border is going to be tied up for now, especially if President Trump come in.
00:37:58.000 You're going to see that northern border need a lot of attention because they're going to try to divert themselves that way.
00:38:03.420 I always thought Justin Trudeau was a total idiot. It apparently is now the case.
00:38:08.220 I mean, something that's very simple to stop. I've been to Brazil before.
00:38:12.300 I was in Brazil for the Olympics many years ago. No visa was needed to get there.
00:38:16.380 Now I just saw something recently that if you want to go to Brazil now as an American, you have to show them X amount of money in your bank account.
00:38:22.660 Something as simple as that will weave out the people going up to Canada.
00:38:27.600 But Justin Trudeau, I mean, what a total idiot and why Joe Biden or Kamala Harris is not saying to him, listen, you know, let's stop this now before it gets out of control, because we know it's going to get out of control.
00:38:39.340 Last question here, Victor. Has the cartel infiltrated that northern border yet?
00:38:42.860 Oh, yeah. They're present there. They're present up in New York. They're present up in the Seattle area.
00:38:48.400 They're present everywhere in the U.S. That's not their common route and smuggling route.
00:38:54.600 Obviously, we're talking about Arizona, Texas and California where the drugs.
00:38:59.220 But the distribution from the from Canada to Europe is another member, these cartels are present in 40 to 50 countries around the around the world, especially the Sinaloa cartel.
00:39:12.040 It's not just in the U.S. They happen to be headquartered in Mexico.
00:39:15.280 But these people have personnel everywhere, especially in Europe and Spain and all these they're trafficking in children and trafficking in humans and trafficking in drugs.
00:39:26.440 And so the northern border is just another facilitator for them to another option for them to get the drugs through to to the other part of the world.
00:39:36.560 Unbelievable. Victor Avila, thank you for everything you do.
