00:01:18.340 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs and welcome to The Great America Show. Happy 2024. It's great to have

00:01:24.680 you with us. We told you yesterday about the disgraced Harvard president, Claudine Gay, 1.00

00:01:30.100 who resigned as she battled claims of plagiarism and sought to defend her anti-Semitism. So she's

00:01:36.980 no longer the president of Harvard, but she is still gainfully employed by the university. In fact,

00:01:43.380 very gainfully. Gay still retains her almost million dollar a year salary working now as a 0.95

00:01:49.620 professor at the university. The Marxist mainstream media having a really difficult time dealing with

00:01:56.080 her ouster. Let's listen to MSNBC's Morning Joe broadcast covering the story. The Marxist and

00:02:03.120 that's almost everyone there say Gay was forced out because she's black and the people wanted her out 1.00

00:02:09.760 because they're racist. This is really an attack on academic freedom. It's an attack on people who 0.71

00:02:17.820 are pluralists and believe that you should bring people from all over the world together

00:02:23.200 of diverse backgrounds and that you actually have more scholarly rigor and more value can be

00:02:34.220 uh, brought by having people from different backgrounds. This is an attack on diversity. 1.00

00:02:39.740 This is an attack on multiculturalism and on many of the values that a lot of us hold dear.

00:02:47.180 And in fact, anybody really who is around my age in their thirties who went to any, uh, public major

00:02:54.860 public university or private university in this country, you know, these are values that are very

00:03:00.860 important. Um, and I think that's why these presidents are under attack. That's why Claudine

00:03:06.380 Gay was under attack. The fact that she's a black woman and the first person, uh, who is a black American

00:03:12.140 to lead Harvard, uh, only added to their thirst to dethrone her. That Marxist you heard there, 1.00

00:03:21.500 Mara Gay of MSNBC and the New York Times editorial board. She must have missed the part about Claudine Gay

00:03:28.380 being a plagiarist and an anti-Semite. 60 members of Congress made history yesterday going to the

00:03:35.020 border, being the largest congressional delegation ever to travel to the southern border. Now in the

00:03:41.020 control, of course, of the Mexican drug cartels. The delegation went down to Eagle Pass, Texas to

00:03:46.780 meet with top officials and see for themselves just how bad it is, the damage, the destruction,

00:03:53.100 Joe Biden and his administration have done to the country. Just a few days ago, there were roughly

00:03:58.700 6,000 illegal immigrants being held at a processing center in Eagle Pass. But coincidentally, there were

00:04:05.900 no illegal immigrants there when the congressional delegation arrived. So where did they go? Speaker

00:04:12.460 Mike Johnson has an idea. He says Biden diverted them to another location to hide the fact that the

00:04:18.460 border is out of control. In the last month, 151,000 illegals apprehended in just two border sectors,

00:04:26.140 Tucson and Del Rio, setting a new record. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas,

00:04:32.700 facing impeachment, he said on the record many times that the border is under operational control.

00:04:39.500 But I guess he didn't say who's operational control. It looks like he meant the cartels.

00:04:45.340 Now he says the border is out of control because of governors like Greg Abbott of Texas,

00:04:51.660 bussing illegal immigrants up to sanctuary cities like New York and Chicago.

00:04:56.540 Let me let me identify one fundamental problem here. And that is the fact that we have one governor

00:05:05.180 in the state of Texas, who is refusing to cooperate with other other governors and other local

00:05:11.980 officials and coordinate efforts to address a challenge that our country, which this country

00:05:18.780 should stand united to address, that our country is facing. And it's a remarkable failure of governance

00:05:26.140 to refuse to cooperate with one's fellow local and state officials. Biden created this crisis and he has

00:05:34.140 it worsening every day. And now the primaries. The Iowa caucus less than two weeks away. That got here

00:05:40.540 quickly, didn't it? President Trump holding a commanding lead in every primary state.

00:05:45.820 Mega donors still seem to be having a really tough time dealing with the fact that President Trump

00:05:51.100 will be the Republican nominee. Rhino mega donors are now rushing in in their last ditch effort

00:05:57.580 to get rhino Nikki Haley across the finish line, donating $24 million to her dumpster fire of a campaign 1.00

00:06:05.900 over just the fourth quarter of last year. First, they flocked to DeSantis. We know how that worked

00:06:11.340 out. And now it's Haley. And so far, it looks like the same result. Our guest today is the founder

00:06:18.220 of the Article III project and attorney Mike Davis. Perhaps I should say Mike Davis, presumptive attorney

00:06:24.300 general. Should President Trump win the White House? Mike, great to have you with us. Thanks for joining us

00:06:29.660 and Happy New Year. Thank you, Lou. There's that pesky thing called Senate confirmation. And I would get

00:06:36.140 one charity vote from Chuck Grassley, my former boss, and it would end his 16-year political career. So I

00:06:42.220 don't think being the attorney general is in the cards, unfortunately. Well, think about how many

00:06:48.300 people you've helped win Senate confirmation. I have faith that you would, I think you would prevail.

00:06:55.660 That's my projection. It's great to have you with us. And by the way, I want everybody to know I'm

00:07:01.340 one of those people who would support Mike Davis as attorney general. Let's go to someone I wouldn't

00:07:07.580 support ever for almost anything. And that's special counsel, Jack Smith, who's now urging an appellate

00:07:14.860 court to reject President Trump's efforts to dismiss the Jack Smith's political interference and dismiss

00:07:27.100 President Trump's claims of immunity? Your thoughts? Well, I mean, let's look at what happened on January 6th.

00:07:34.940 January 6th was a lawful protest permitted by the National Park Service that devolved into a riot. How many

00:07:43.980 insurrectionists go unarmed into a nation's capital, walk through velvet ropes, follow police direction, 0.99

00:07:51.820 take selfies, and don't burn down the damn place? And what President Trump filed with his motion to 0.97

00:07:58.540 dismiss is this. Either he was acting within his official capacity as the President of the United

00:08:06.460 States when he was trying to make sure that the election was certified properly, and so that's covered

00:08:12.140 under presidential immunity or under his presidential powers or the outer perimeter of his presidential

00:08:18.700 powers under Supreme Court case law. So he's entitled to presidential immunity. If it's not

00:08:24.300 presidential immunity, if he's acting within his official capacity, it's protected by the First Amendment

00:08:30.540 because what President Trump did on January 6th was perfectly legal. He did not do anything illegal

00:08:36.300 on January 6th. It's not illegal to object to presidential elections. That's allowed. Democrats did it in 1968,

00:08:44.780 2000, 2004, and 2016. It's not illegal to twist arms politically. That's allowed by the First Amendment.

00:08:52.780 If that were illegal, Democrats would be in prison. You'd have Hillary Clinton. You'd have Al Gore. You'd have

00:08:58.860 John Kerry in prison for objecting to presidential elections. If it were illegal to twist arms politically,

00:09:04.700 every politician in the world would be in prison. So that's the issue. The only way you can charge

00:09:10.860 President Trump for a crime on January 6th is if he incited the riots. And there's zero evidence

00:09:19.580 that he incited the riot. There's actually evidence to the contrary. He told his supporters to go

00:09:24.540 peacefully to the Capitol. Yeah. And as we examine it, as you've laid it out there,

00:09:31.420 we realize, I think all of us now, how clearly powerful the corporatist legacy globalist media

00:09:40.940 is because they have driven that narrative that it's an insurrection almost from the very beginning of

00:09:48.220 the issue. And we, it's disinformation, it's misinformation. And it was, we were bombarded

00:09:56.700 with it. Not only from the Washington Post, the New York Times, all of left-wing media, but by the

00:10:06.380 ginning up of the January 6th committee and Nancy Pelosi regaling us with all of this nonsense with

00:10:13.100 almost, almost no Republican voice as a countervailing force. I think that if anybody

00:10:21.740 wants to see how important it is for our national media to be brought to, brought to heel, this,

00:10:28.860 this is a prime, if not the prime example. Yeah. I mean, and you have to break apart what

00:10:35.420 happened on January 6th. There were people who were there peacefully to protest. And whether you think

00:10:40.700 their rights are wrong, crazy or the same, they have an absolute first amendment right

00:10:46.460 to show up and protest the government. There are, are a separate group of people. There's a separate

00:10:51.820 group of people who trespassed into the Capitol. And those people should be charged with trespass if

00:10:57.340 there's not evidence that the police let them in. And then there's a third group of people. And that

00:11:01.500 third group of people are the people who were violent. And those are the people who are violent should

00:11:05.740 be treated more harshly. But for the, for the Democrats and the Trump deranged rhinos and the

00:11:10.380 corporate media to lump together every one of those people on January 6th, and they just labeled

00:11:15.900 them insurrectionist. And then say that they should be, you know, basically thrown in jail

00:11:22.060 and canceled from society. That's un-American. Those are the people who are undemocratic. We have a 0.96

00:11:27.180 first amendment right to protest our government. And all these people who are complaining about

00:11:32.700 violence on January 6th, and it was, the violence was bad. But where, where the hell were they

00:11:37.260 when BLM and Antifa caused a hell of a lot more violence, billions of dollars in damage, many more

00:11:43.180 deaths, a lot more destruction. They attacked the, attacked the, the Portland Federal Courthouse on a

00:11:48.940 nightly basis for more than six months. The abortion industry activists organized obstruction of justice

00:11:55.820 campaigns, intimidation campaigns outside of Supreme Court justices homes. Before the Dobbs decision, Chuck

00:12:04.220 Schumer went to the steps of the Supreme Court and threatened essentially violence against the

00:12:10.380 Supreme Court justices if they didn't rule the right way. And then, you know, to reap the world. 0.58

00:12:16.940 Yeah, to reap the world. And those Democrat supporters, you know, one of them tried to kill

00:12:21.740 Justice Kavanaugh and his wife, Ashley, and their two teenage daughters at 1 a.m. in their home.

00:12:26.540 Yeah. And to the issue right now before us, and everything you say, I agree with. The issue right

00:12:35.820 now is Jack Smith is in his absurd statement that the president doesn't have an immunity defense.

00:12:43.740 Jack Smith and others have already stripped this president of executive privilege, the privilege

00:12:51.020 between attorney and client. He has been stripped of just about every immunity that

00:12:57.580 most Americans took for granted by this left wing authoritarian. You know, this is a totalitarian regime

00:13:06.540 right now that we call the Biden administration. Yeah, well, obviously, Lou, there's a Trump derangement

00:13:14.220 syndrome exception to the Constitution, to executive privilege, to attorney-client privilege, to

00:13:19.740 presidential immunity. It's amazing that these Democrats who pretend like they're saving democracy are

00:13:26.220 destroying democracy, right? They want to, they want, they've impeached Trump twice for nonsense.

00:13:31.340 They've indicted him four times for non-crimes. They've illegally gagged him twice. They're trying to

00:13:37.980 bankrupt his business for non-fraud. And now they're just trying to kick him off the ballot. Like in California,

00:13:44.220 in Maine, it is insane what they're doing. Let's go back to this presidential immunity part. Remember this.

00:13:48.780 Can we do this? We're going to take a quick break, Mike. And we will be back with Mike Davis right after

00:13:55.180 these quick words. And we are going to get to the issue next. What does Mike Davis think about the

00:14:02.300 prospects for this president before the Supreme Court on the issue of presidential immunity? And will,

00:14:09.900 will the court at the same time be invited to take up the criminal political persecution by one party

00:14:18.220 of President Trump over a course of eight years? We'll be right back with Mike Davis.

00:14:28.940 We're back with Mike Davis and the issue before the Supreme Court and now us. We're going to ask Mike

00:14:34.620 Mike Davis, attorney, the founder of the the article three project to to answer the question for the court.

00:14:43.660 Does the president have this immunity that he claims or does he not?

00:14:48.140 Presidents absolutely have absolute immunity for their official actions and the outer perimeter of their official actions.

00:14:56.620 And this has been decided in several contexts. Judges have judicial immunity, both civil and criminal,

00:15:04.940 for their official actions. Congress has congressional immunity, speech or debate clause, criminal and civil,

00:15:13.340 for their official actions. The Supreme Court has already decided that presidents have civil immunity for

00:15:19.740 their official actions. This is the first time ever that a former president of the United States has

00:15:25.260 faced an indictment for in our history by Joe Biden going after weaponizing his Justice Department to go

00:15:33.180 after his political rival, Donald Trump. And so now the Supreme Court will have to decide whether the

00:15:38.780 president has immunity from criminal prosecution. There's no doubt that he does. If you if judges have

00:15:46.140 immunity and members of Congress have immunity from criminal prosecution for their official actions,

00:15:50.940 why wouldn't the president of the United States? And I would just warn people that this is so much

00:15:56.380 bigger than Donald Trump, because think about this scenario. If presidents do not have immunity from

00:16:02.380 criminal prosecution for their official actions or the outer perimeter of their official actions under

00:16:08.380 Supreme Court precedents, then can the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecute President Obama for ordering a drone

00:16:17.020 a drone strike on a drone strike on two American citizens, a father at a wedding and a 16-year-old American

00:16:22.380 son. That extrajudicial killing, if President Obama does not have presidential immunity for that, does that mean

00:16:29.820 that the Trump 47 Justice Department can prosecute President Obama for murdering two American citizens?

00:16:35.980 And of course, on a partisan basis, there would be a lot of people who would say, oh, absolutely.

00:16:41.580 But the partisan issue is at the foundation of this. If the if the court decides the president

00:16:47.420 doesn't have that immunity, presidential immunity, complete, whole and absolute,

00:16:54.140 you could create all sorts of interferences with every presidency just simply by being in the right

00:16:58.940 jurisdiction with the right partisan bent and descend upon the White House with your subpoenas

00:17:05.260 and compel a president to to to fall into whatever who scow was nearest the you know, the the charging

00:17:16.140 jurisdiction. I just don't understand right now why there isn't a counterclaim here on the part of the

00:17:22.300 president while this is before the court that of political criminal political persecution by the

00:17:31.260 very same people who are looking to the Supreme Court right now. That is the special counsel Jack

00:17:36.940 Smith, the Department of Justice that carried out a raid on his home, seeking the papers that were

00:17:42.780 his, as you have documented throughout, no pun intended. And it is just disgusting that he has

00:17:50.780 to be in a defensive mode when we know that Merrick Garland and Jack Smith and his ilk are the ones who

00:17:57.260 should be prosecuted right now for abuse of power. I mean, there's no question that this is a criminal

00:18:04.700 conspiracy by President Biden and his Justice Department, including Garland and Jack Smith,

00:18:12.860 to weaponize the Justice Department to go after his political enemy, Donald Trump. And this is obvious

00:18:20.060 election interference. Remember, it was Deputy White House Counsel Jonathan Hsu who relayed to the

00:18:28.220 National Archives that President Biden waived President Trump's claim of executive privilege,

00:18:34.700 which led to the unnecessary, unprecedented and unlawful home raid on former President Trump for

00:18:41.820 presidential records he's allowed to have in the office of former president under the Presidential

00:18:46.700 Records Act. Those documents did not leak until Joe Biden's Justice Department got their hands on

00:18:53.340 them. And then they started to leak. And remember, it was Matthew Colangelo, a senior Biden Justice

00:19:00.460 Department official who went to Alvin Bragg's office, the Manhattan DA's office, to resurrect this zombie

00:19:08.140 case against President Trump, the first indictment ever against a former president.

00:19:13.820 Would you refer to that? Would you refer to Suze going to the to the Manhattan prosecutor's office

00:19:22.620 is going to or transferring to from the Justice Department?

00:19:26.700 Well, I think he was being sent to redeploy to. And it was it was Matthew Colangelo who got redeployed

00:19:33.900 from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department to Alvin Bragg's office to resurrect

00:19:39.580 that zombie case against Trump, the first indictment ever. Remember, this was the case that the prior

00:19:45.980 Manhattan DA passed on, the Federal Election Commission passed on, the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's office passed

00:19:55.180 on, and Alvin Bragg himself passed on until Matthew Colangelo got deployed, redeployed from the Biden Justice

00:20:02.380 Justice Department to Alvin Bragg's office. And voila, this first indictment against a former president

00:20:09.740 in American history appears.

00:20:11.340 You're bringing up great points and a great survey of the history. What frustrates

00:20:19.340 me and I'm sure lots of other people is that there is no official aggregation of all of the material,

00:20:27.420 the evidence, the activities, the conduct, the conspiracy by the Marxist Dems against the president

00:20:34.140 of the United States, Donald Trump. And there is record after record after record in existence.

00:20:42.220 No one is subpoenaing them. No one has the power at this point to do so, it seems. How in the world can

00:20:48.940 we put the facts before the American people, besides those of us in the media doing so, but without

00:20:54.780 obviously subpoena authority or color of law or government power to actually intervene and say,

00:21:05.100 this has to stop? Why is there not a legal remedy to that right now?

00:21:10.940 Yeah, well, there is. And the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan can issue subpoenas

00:21:17.580 to Alvin Bragg and to Matthew Colangelo and to Jack Smith's office. And these various bogus

00:21:25.580 investigations, these bogus indictments, Fannie Willis down in Georgia, Alvin Bragg in New York,

00:21:32.620 Jack Smith in D.C. and Florida. So, and he has, Jim Jordan has sent letters, but I'll tell you what

00:21:39.420 needs to happen, though. We've been talking about this for a while. The Article III project came up with

00:21:44.220 two appropriations writers that House Republicans can force right now. Number one, no federal funds

00:21:51.980 can go to the federal prosecution of any major presidential candidate on or before

00:21:57.580 November 5th, 2024. And number two, any state or local jurisdiction that prosecutes any major

00:22:04.940 presidential candidates on or before November 5th, 2024, loses all federal funding. Cut off all federal

00:22:11.660 funding to these investigations at the federal level. Cut off all funding to the state and local

00:22:16.140 governments if they pursue these. That's how you end the weaponization and the election interference.

00:22:21.500 If they want to go after Trump, they waited 30 months to bring these bogus political indictments,

00:22:27.660 four political indictments timed to go to trial back to back to back to obviously interfere in the

00:22:33.500 election, right? You have trials, four different trials that are set to go this year before the

00:22:39.100 presidential election. And if they want to do this, if they want to go after President Trump,

00:22:43.820 wait till after the presidential election. There's no reason they can't do it. They don't

00:22:47.580 even have all the evidence produced to Trump in all these cases. These cases are not ready to go to

00:22:53.020 trial. And so the Congress needs to step in and say, guess what? We are going to let the American people,

00:22:59.580 not these Democrat prosecutors and these Democrat judges and these Democrat juries and these Democrat

00:23:06.700 ho-holes like New York, D.C. and Atlanta pick our next president. 0.99

00:23:11.420 We're talking with Mike Davis, the founder of the Article 3 project. And that is the very question

00:23:17.100 we're going to take up because Mike Davis has informed the Congress of what their powers are

00:23:23.100 and the way in which to use those powers to stop the persecution of President Trump and their

00:23:28.220 interference in the election of 2024. Our question to Mike Davis when we return,

00:23:33.580 why in the world has the Congress of the United States not acted? We'll be right back. We're talking

00:23:39.500 with attorney Mike Davis.

00:23:47.180 We're back with the founder of the Article 3 project, a great American attorney, Mike Davis. And I don't say

00:23:54.460 many attorneys are great Americans, but certainly Mike Davis is. Mike, first of all, again, it's good to

00:24:01.900 have you with us. Why in the world has this Congress not acted? This new speaker not acted?

00:24:11.180 Because as you say, the power is theirs to use and nothing has happened. I mean, the 118th Congress,

00:24:20.140 which looked like it was going to be remarkable in its achievements and accomplishments in its first year,

00:24:26.220 with the exception of the investigating committees, has done is well, it has been the least productive

00:24:32.140 Congress in history. Yeah, I would say this on these appropriations writers to cut off federal

00:24:37.740 funding to these bogus indictments of a former and likely future president of the United States,

00:24:43.660 this obvious election interference. Congressman Andrew Clyde from Georgia has taken the baton

00:24:50.300 from the Article 3 project to introduce these appropriations writers. And the House Republicans

00:24:56.060 need to get behind these writers. It's not ending these prosecutions or these investigations. It's

00:25:01.660 simply saying you're going to wait until after the presidential election to prosecute Donald Trump

00:25:08.540 and let the American people decide the election. You rushed, you waited 30 months to bring these

00:25:15.260 charges. Now you're trying to rush these trials before the presidential election. This is obvious

00:25:20.540 election interference. It's obviously coordinated by Jack Smith and Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis and these

00:25:29.500 biased judges who are out to get President Trump. And if you want to do this, if you want to pursue

00:25:36.380 these prosecutions, you're going to lose all federal funding. And the House has the power

00:25:41.660 to do that right now. They can insist on these appropriations writers. And if the Senate Democrats 0.52

00:25:48.460 and President Biden don't want to go along with this, if they don't want to take the appropriations 0.99

00:25:53.260 with these conditions, then shut down the damn government. Because you know what, we're going to 0.99

00:25:57.420 lose our country anyway. If you, if they think that if these Democrats and these Trump range rhinos think 0.90

00:26:03.740 that they're going to put the leading presidential candidates in prison and the American people are going

00:26:09.260 to be okay with that, our country is going to be over. This is how the Roman Republic fell. Remember, 0.99

00:26:15.260 it was the Roman insiders who pursued their lawfare against Caesar and chased, chased him all over the

00:26:23.260 empire. And Caesar crossed the Rubicon from Gaul into Rome, and it led to the fall of the Roman Empire.

00:26:30.940 And I'm not saying there's going to be a civil war in the United States, but it was going to be...

00:26:36.380 We mustn't in any way mention the word civil war. We mustn't in any way mention that there is a

00:26:41.420 precursor to all conflict. We must just sit here quietly and pretend that they are not trying to

00:26:49.500 destroy the republic. Let's be clear who the Marxist Dems are. They are the Marxists who control the

00:26:55.340 Democrat Party. They are the party that has opened up a 2000 mile border wide open and turned it over to

00:27:02.700 the drug cartels. This president has drained the strategic petroleum reserve by more than half,

00:27:09.580 and it is at the lowest level more than four decades, while sending some of that oil to

00:27:14.700 the People's Republic of China. This is the same president who could have stopped a war between Russia

00:27:20.540 and Ukraine, but chose not to. He could have ended the war, but told Zelensky that he would not approve of

00:27:31.500 the negotiations with Russia. This is an administration that is powerfully and criminally corrupt across the

00:27:43.500 expanse of the executive branch. Why are we to be hushed when we say there is a conflict brewing?

00:27:51.500 Because this conflict is already underway. We're watching our lives be destroyed by fentanyl. We're

00:27:58.380 watching lives being destroyed in Ukraine, in Gaza, in point of fact. This president would have the

00:28:05.180 Israelis simply put up a white flag of surrender and say that they will live peacefully with the

00:28:12.780 Palestinian Hamas, both the Iranian-backed Hamas and Hezbollah in Lebanon. This is mindlessness. 0.68

00:28:24.060 We're not looking at the account, the ledger. There is nothing on the good side of the ledger for this

00:28:30.780 administration when it comes to the American interests, the safety and the welfare and

00:28:35.340 prosperity of the American people. It is all the inverse. 0.73

00:28:39.500 You would think, Lou, that if you were China and if you were able to put a president of the United

00:28:44.700 States in office who would undermine our country so badly, like you said, destroy our economy,

00:28:53.260 destroy our energy independence, destroy our border, destroy our sovereignty. If you were China, 1.00

00:28:59.980 who would be the president you'd pick? I would say that Joe Biden would be the best president ever

00:29:05.260 for the People's Republic of China because Joe Biden has done more to carry the water for the CCP

00:29:15.340 and to destroy America economically and militarily and our sovereignty. There's no one who's been more

00:29:23.260 destructive to the United States of America than Joe Biden.

00:29:28.220 Well, I think you're exactly right. And one gets the sense that Obama might have been that person

00:29:35.020 that had a third term have been available to him, but he's got the next best thing. He has a puppet in

00:29:39.740 the name of Joe Biden. He can recede into the shadows and the background. And along with a,

00:29:47.500 I can't tell you how many others who are in actual control of this administration,

00:29:52.700 but that cabal of Marxists have been working their will since 2009 in this country with the

00:30:02.220 advent of the Obama administration. And it's destructive and debilitating and

00:30:08.140 Americans are despairing right now. Much has to be done. You get the final word here, Mike,

00:30:15.580 as we try to give to all of our guests. Your concluding thoughts, if you would.

00:30:20.060 I would say that 2024 is the make or break year for America. And I don't say that lightly. You hear

00:30:26.540 this every election year. If Republicans, if President Trump loses the White House, we are going to lose

00:30:33.500 control of the Supreme Court. If we lose control of the Supreme Court, that is our last line of defense

00:30:39.340 as Americans to protect us from the Marxist left. There goes our God-given rights to speak, to worship,

00:30:46.940 to associate, to protect ourselves. Everything is on the line on November 5th, 2024.
