00:00:33.800 Hello, everybody.

00:00:35.120 I'm Lou Dobbs, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:37.840 Thanks for being with us.

00:00:39.720 The House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly yesterday to ban the Chinese app TikTok.

00:00:45.420 Congressman Mike Gallagher, who is the chairman of the Select Committee on the CCP, says this is a common sense measure for both national security and to protect the brainwashing of our youth.

00:00:57.280 The only impacted sites are those associated with foreign adversary apps, such as TikTok.com.

00:01:04.060 It can never be used to penalize individuals.

00:01:07.220 The text explicitly prohibits that.

00:01:09.780 And it cannot, cannot be used to censor speech.

00:01:12.840 It takes no position at all on the content of speech, only foreign adversary control.

00:01:20.120 Foreign adversary control of what is becoming the dominant news platform for Americans under 30.

00:01:28.560 This is a common sense measure to protect our national security.

00:01:32.540 I urge my colleagues to support this critical bipartisan legislation.

00:01:35.820 The legislation calls for China tech giant ByteDance to divest TikTok, or TikTok will effectively be banned in the United States.

00:01:46.000 The bill heads to the Senate, where it faces an uncertain future.

00:01:50.100 Joe Biden says if the bill makes it to his desk, he'll sign it.

00:01:53.960 So now we wait and see how many senators are just, well, compromised by the CCP.

00:01:59.740 Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee, the judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election case,

00:02:06.440 has dismissed six charges against President Trump and Fannie Willis' sham of an indictment.

00:02:11.960 The six indictments thrown out all relate to Trump allegedly soliciting elected officials to violate their oaths of office.

00:02:21.340 Former director of national intel and attorney John Radcliffe says the judge quashed these charges due to an inexperienced prosecutor not knowing how to present them.

00:02:33.860 That prosecutor is none other than Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor and Fannie Willis' lover.

00:02:40.700 Here's Radcliffe.

00:02:42.160 This is akin to, in federal court, a motion for a more definite statement.

00:02:47.840 It's called a special demur in the state of Georgia.

00:02:50.980 But essentially what it is, is it's various defendants saying, look, you've accused us of violating the law,

00:02:56.580 of specifically of violating our oath, but you haven't told us how our conduct matches up with something that we should be held criminally responsible for.

00:03:04.020 And here the judge agreed.

00:03:05.280 The judge said you didn't provide enough specificity in how you pled this.

00:03:09.820 And so he quashed them or dismissed these counts.

00:03:13.900 It's not a dismissal of the entire case.

00:03:16.240 I think, if anything, my first take is it really sort of lends itself to the argument that that the special prosecutor,

00:03:24.980 special prosecutor Wade, in this case, is inexperienced in these types of cases and didn't plead it properly.

00:03:31.000 And as a result, these counts are being dismissed.

00:03:33.640 Judge McAfee is also expected to rule this week on whether Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade should be disqualified from their roles as prosecutors,

00:03:43.420 given their romantic relationship and all allegations that they benefited financially from the situation.

00:03:51.820 Let's hope McAfee has the same conviction and principles when he rules on these crooks.

00:03:57.840 Our guest today is Congressman Corey Mills.

00:04:00.960 He just arrived back from Haiti, where he rescued 10 Americans from crime-ravaged Haiti.

00:04:06.880 This marks Congressman Mills' third civilian rescue mission, while Joe Biden has been president.

00:04:13.000 Mills' previous two rescue missions were in Afghanistan and Israel.

00:04:18.700 Congressman, first of all, thank you for rescuing those 10 Americans.

00:04:22.820 I'm still left with a bitter, bitter feeling about a president who won't take care of Americans who are caught overseas.

00:04:31.700 You're thinking.

00:04:32.780 Well, you're exactly right, Lou.

00:04:34.340 Unfortunately, this president has continued to show a pattern of abandonment of Americans.

00:04:39.880 We witnessed this in 2021 in Afghanistan, where my team and I had to go over at the behest of Representative Ronnie Jackson out of Texas 13 to conduct the very first successful overland rescue of Americans from a mother and three children who were born and raised Amarillo, Texas natives.

00:04:59.720 You know, fast forward to not too long ago.

00:05:02.180 Now, in October 7th, we had the horrendous incident that occurred in Israel.

00:05:07.080 Many nations had sent planes, to include Mexico, to get out and the Philippines, their citizens.

00:05:14.160 And when I knew that the Biden administration would do nothing, I went over on October 11th conducting the first rescue and then continuing on in subsequent days to pull out over 255 Americans from Israel.

00:05:25.740 Now, we go to this.

00:05:28.160 We have Haiti, which we know from a geopolitical perspective has been continuing to spiral out of control.

00:05:34.280 You've got the G9 and family gangs who have united in a very violent outbreak to overthrow government and go after certain government officials. 1.00

00:05:43.880 You had the prime minister who had fled the country to Puerto Rico, who has recently resigned, looking at trying to form some type of an interim government.

00:05:52.160 And meanwhile, Americans were calling the State Department, begging for support, begging for help and ways to get out.

00:05:58.760 And what they were told was that they were working on a plan.

00:06:02.700 What they didn't tell them is that plan was to evacuate themselves, the State Department officials, not the Americans, thereby leaving them behind.

00:06:09.680 But as you said, Lou, I'm not going to continue to allow this president, this guy in the Oval Office to define the American spirit.

00:06:18.660 And if I have to continue to step up and do his job because he's unwilling, then so be it.

00:06:23.060 Well, God bless you for doing so.

00:06:25.040 And at the same time, I have strong feelings about a man who would make that your responsibility rather than assume his own.

00:06:35.640 That's about as low a life as you can imagine on the part of any American is to turn his or her duty over to another.

00:06:44.640 But he's done exactly that again.

00:06:47.760 Give me, if you will, an understanding of where the Marine Corps anti-terrorism task group were in all of this.

00:06:59.440 What are they doing?

00:07:00.800 Well, my understanding is, is that their primary function was to provide support to the United States Embassy.

00:07:07.060 Outside of that, I don't have any further details on what the Marines were commanded to do.

00:07:12.880 And again, you know, our United States Marines are a great fighting force.

00:07:17.900 They add to the strength of our overall volunteer force and the armed forces.

00:07:22.160 But they're following orders.

00:07:23.380 And one of their primary orders is to try and if a NEO is conducted or if the embassy is in duress,

00:07:28.880 trying to help those mission essential and non-essential personnel to be able to get to safety.

00:07:33.220 The problem, however, is that the State Department, where the State Department has failed to do its duties, they are derelict in their duties.

00:07:39.260 I mean, I have co-sponsored and supported articles of impeachment against Secretary Blinken for his actions or failure and inaction for Afghanistan, for Israel and for others.

00:07:50.940 But also his continued attempts to try and thwart our efforts to try and rescue Americans, the lack of support.

00:07:57.300 I mean, even in this operation recently, when we had Representative Lisa McClain, who asked us to go out and help to rescue these Michiganders who were working for Have Faith Orphanage there in Port-au-Prince,

00:08:09.780 we, as a common professional courtesy, reached out to ask the State Department to support our efforts and even being able to get landing approvals and refill approvals for our helicopter.

00:08:20.200 And they continued to try and dissuade us and work against us behind the scenes with the foreign minister of another country.

00:08:27.200 And not until they saw that I was going to go one way or another, hell or high water, did we get across the border and it was a success,

00:08:34.540 did they immediately rush to our aid to try and say, is there anything we can do?

00:08:38.040 And, you know, sending consulate professionals to try and come over and walk us to our gates.

00:08:42.380 And, you know, by then the mission is essentially already done.

00:08:45.720 But, you know, I appreciate every every amount of support they can give us.

00:08:49.740 But the reality is that the State Department has done very little to help Americans in need.

00:08:55.780 And that falls, in my opinion, on the shoulders of Anthony Blinken as a secretary and Biden as the overall commander in chief.

00:09:02.160 Without any question whatsoever, I don't think there is any American who would in any way quibble with what you've just said,

00:09:09.740 because we've experienced it, we have watched it, and we've watched you rescue their, well, take their bacon out of the fire and save our citizens.

00:09:20.700 And God bless you for doing it.

00:09:22.400 We're talking with Congressman Corey Mills, and we're going to be right back after these quick words.

00:09:28.960 Please stay with us.

00:09:31.940 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.

00:09:35.780 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight.

00:09:39.020 Whether it's natural disaster, war, or another disease, we have to be ready as we can be.

00:09:45.200 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:09:50.160 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:09:55.580 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.

00:10:01.640 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:10:07.300 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.

00:11:03.560 Be ready tomorrow.

00:11:06.620 We're back.

00:11:07.820 We're talking with Congressman Corey Mills, who is just back from the third effort to rescue Americans,

00:11:14.360 first from Afghanistan, then from Israel and the Gaza region, and now from Haiti.

00:11:24.380 Congressman, at this juncture, do you get a thank you from the Biden administration?

00:11:33.080 Have they offered you a Medal of Freedom?

00:11:36.160 I mean, do they do anything to acknowledge your sacrifice and your efforts on behalf of the nation?

00:11:45.540 Well, I think that it's a bit of a rhetorical question.

00:11:48.540 And, you know, the answer to that, which is that, no, the Biden administration has not reached out,

00:11:52.620 has not shown any appreciation whatsoever in any of the rescues throughout all three of the nations

00:11:58.520 that our services, our expertise, our willingness to duty has brought along.

00:12:05.160 And so, you know what?

00:12:07.080 At the end of the day, if he doesn't view that as being worthy of at least a phone call or some support,

00:12:13.160 then I take, you know, some psalm in the fact that I get to watch the smiles,

00:12:18.540 the size of relief of Americans every single time that we pull them out of harm's way.

00:12:23.420 And, you know, not to mention the fact, Lou, that I do this out of my own pocket.

00:12:27.240 You know, I pay for these operations myself.

00:12:29.240 And so it's not just the risk of life and my own safety and doing these things, but it's also my own treasures.

00:12:36.380 And, you know, I go back to the preambles of the beginning of our actual republic,

00:12:40.660 where it talks about the ideas of being willing to sacrifice your name, your treasures up into including your life.

00:12:47.860 And that's what every one of our founding fathers had done.

00:12:50.020 And that's what I feel that every single elected representative,

00:12:53.160 when you say that I'm going to commit to serving the people,

00:12:55.900 those are the things at minimum that you should be willing to commit to to to sacrificing.

00:13:00.700 And public service is meant to be sacrificed.

00:13:02.740 But I don't expect that the Biden administration is going to reach out to thank me for my efforts in doing their job for them.

00:13:08.940 If anything, we're going to have to shame them into doing their jobs.

00:13:12.820 Well, I would I just don't believe they have I don't believe they can be shamed, Congressman.

00:13:19.260 You're right.

00:13:20.180 I just don't think they can be shamed.

00:13:21.900 These people are a life form lower than any we want to contemplate who people this administration,

00:13:30.260 this regime and the conduct, their conduct is just it's dispiriting to think that these are.

00:13:39.800 It really is.

00:13:40.380 And especially in the role that he's in as the president of the United States, you know,

00:13:44.440 it's just that you try to be as optimistic as possible that each time this occurs,

00:13:49.400 that they're going to have a lesson learned and they're going to do more for the American people.

00:13:52.640 And it seems that not only do they not change their behaviors, they actually are even far worse.

00:13:58.180 I mean, if they wanted to claim the risk of Afghanistan, that's one thing. 0.53

00:14:01.480 If they wanted to claim that, you know, Israel and others and we're working with partners, OK, that's another.

00:14:07.120 But we've literally had to force their hand to even send a single plane from the State Department to rescue Americans in Israel.

00:14:13.220 And now here in Haiti, only 100 miles off our own coast, they're not even willing to actually do the necessary things to get Americans out. 0.78

00:14:22.000 But I can tell you with absolute 100 percent confidence that if President Trump was in the White House,

00:14:27.440 that neither three of these things would have occurred.

00:14:29.600 Yeah, I agree.

00:14:32.160 And I and I find it interesting that there is talk that they will put together a escort, escort ships for the refugees from Haiti at some point,

00:14:47.340 even though it's only 100 miles off the coast, they're suddenly preparing to do to do the large operation that would bring these refugees to our shores. 1.00

00:14:58.300 And of course, they will be the people who are unvetted, who are the criminal elements.

00:15:07.820 And and that will be a challenge for Governor DeSantis.

00:15:11.660 Look, Haiti is dumping their prisons right now to go ahead and try to add to the barbarism that's going on. 1.00

00:15:17.600 And Joe Biden will do the same thing that he did.

00:15:20.980 And what he claimed was the greatest airlift operation ever, where almost 70 plus percent of the people that he was putting on aircrafts in Afghanistan had not even received the SIV,

00:15:30.900 had not been through vetting, had not been properly qualified to be in America.

00:15:34.600 These are some of the people that we were fighting against who are now actually sitting here at home that we've invited in after 20 years of sacrifices by the brave men and women who are willing to go over there.

00:15:43.920 And he doesn't need to send a ship. We've seen CBP reports where every single quarter more and more Haitians are crossing the border at points like Eagle Pass in Texas.

00:15:53.780 If they have the ability and they're seeking refugee asylum, they could go to the very next country to allow them to do so. 0.97

00:16:00.400 But they don't. And why? Because they look at America as the land of opportunity.

00:16:04.160 And that opportunity is free handouts by the Biden administration off the hardworking Americans who are getting up before daylight and going to bed long after their kids have been put to sleep,

00:16:14.840 trying to afford Bidenomics and the untenable cost of living.

00:16:20.140 And now Biden's going to open arms, help those who are not even American citizens, more so than the ones who are actually his constituents, which are the American people.

00:16:29.220 And the Dominican Republic, have they been taking in refugees?

00:16:35.840 No, not at all. They're actually turning them away and they're not even allowing aircraft to come in from Haiti into the DR.

00:16:43.260 We had to work tirelessly with the DR to try and get certain approvals to be able to even do a refuel for our helicopters so that we wouldn't go down and had to file an emergency landing.

00:16:54.100 But, you know, at certain points, we have to get a better, you know, working relationship with our allies.

00:17:02.560 And you're not going to have that in the Biden administration. We see that time and time again.

00:17:06.020 I sit on the Foreign Affairs Committee and you can see where our allies have kind of pushed and grown away from us.

00:17:12.440 I mean, his inflammatory comments against Bibi Netanyahu the other day, one of our longest relationships that we've had as an ally in the Middle East was absolutely absurd.

00:17:23.640 And our adversaries are running amok. They feel more emboldened.

00:17:27.680 And that's why you're seeing the activities of the Houthi rebels disrupting commerce.

00:17:32.100 That's why you see attacks in Iraq and Syria.

00:17:35.040 That's in Jordan, where it's cost American soldiers' lives.

00:17:39.240 You're seeing the continuation of the force against Taiwan.

00:17:43.140 And it's all because our adversaries don't fear us and our allies don't trust us.

00:17:46.820 And that's thanks to the Biden administration.

00:17:48.920 And there's very little to thank the Biden administration for.

00:17:52.980 We're continuing with Congressman Corey Mills.

00:17:55.440 We're coming right back. Stay with us.

00:17:57.000 I want to I want to ask the congressman, what keeps Benjamin Netanyahu from telling Joe Biden to go straight to hell?

00:18:06.840 We'll be right back.

00:18:09.580 Lou Dobbs here.

00:18:10.500 I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to the air.

00:18:17.000 That's right.

00:18:17.780 Lou Dobbs Tonight is back.

00:18:19.840 We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m. Eastern and 6 p.m. Central on Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.

00:18:29.620 That's Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.

00:18:33.060 I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.

00:18:40.040 We're back now with a modern American hero, Congressman Corey Mills, who's rescued another 10 people from the hell that is that is Haiti right now. 0.99

00:18:58.720 And again, our thanks to you, Congressman, for what you've done.

00:19:03.660 I know you've got the thanks of all Americans for rescuing these fellow Americans.

00:19:09.920 I want to turn to right now an administration that is creating so, so, so many enemies for traditional America that it is it's just almost unthinkable.

00:19:24.000 But let me ask, Joe Biden is attacking Benjamin Netanyahu, calling for the collapse of his government in the midst of a war. 0.60

00:19:37.100 And I have to ask, why does Bibi Netanyahu not just simply say to him, go to hell?

00:19:44.940 Well, I mean, I personally think that Bibi would be well in his rights to be able to do so. 0.75

00:19:49.600 I mean, he's the leader of his free nation, and it is his duty to protect his citizens, something that Joe Biden doesn't know much about, given the last three kind of neos that's gone on in Afghanistan, Israel, and now in Haiti.

00:20:03.560 Look, Israel has a right to its own defense.

00:20:05.880 They did not ask for the 1,200-plus innocent lives that were taken through the barbarism and horrific incidents by Hamas on October 7th. 0.92

00:20:14.240 And I think that having this president, having Biden make the comments that he's made to force him to do a ceasefire, to expedite his operational timetable, things like this, that's the equivalent of another nation coming and telling America what we should do in Afghanistan after 9-11, after we were going after bin Laden and those who were responsible.

00:20:35.680 I mean, we would have been outraged.

00:20:37.960 We would have been at arms with the idea that we have allies trying to tell us what we can and can't do as a sovereign nation.

00:20:45.260 But this president, in his ignorance, arrogancy, and his state of dementia, has literally started pushing away our longest-standing ally in the Middle East.

00:20:55.220 And so it just seems to me, if you really look at it, Lou, this is no longer even fecklessness or ineptitude. 0.89

00:21:02.620 He has weakened us more than ever before economically, militarily, and diplomatically.

00:21:08.400 And what President Trump is going to inherit when he comes back into office in 2025 is going to be an absolute quagmire and a minefield to try and navigate.

00:21:19.520 But I stand here ready.

00:21:21.820 I stand here to serve this nation, to serve the American people.

00:21:26.040 And I don't care what Joe Biden has to say.

00:21:28.460 I stand with Israel's rights to its defense.

00:21:31.660 And, you know, I stand with the American people who are still abroad and who need to come home safely.

00:21:37.640 And you do stand with them, and they know that.

00:21:42.080 It isn't lip service when Congressman Cory Mills says that.

00:21:45.440 But he's a man of action, a man of deeds, and a man of great honor.

00:21:50.360 We thank you so much, Congressman Cory Mills, for being with us here today and for all that you have done.

00:21:56.700 Thank you, sir.

00:21:57.200 Thank you so much, Lou.

00:21:58.380 God bless.
