00:02:21.340Former director of national intel and attorney John Radcliffe says the judge quashed these charges due to an inexperienced prosecutor not knowing how to present them.
00:02:33.860That prosecutor is none other than Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor and Fannie Willis' lover.
00:02:42.160This is akin to, in federal court, a motion for a more definite statement.
00:02:47.840It's called a special demur in the state of Georgia.
00:02:50.980But essentially what it is, is it's various defendants saying, look, you've accused us of violating the law,

00:03:16.240I think, if anything, my first take is it really sort of lends itself to the argument that that the special prosecutor,

00:03:33.640Judge McAfee is also expected to rule this week on whether Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade should be disqualified from their roles as prosecutors,

00:04:06.880This marks Congressman Mills' third civilian rescue mission, while Joe Biden has been president.
00:04:13.000Mills' previous two rescue missions were in Afghanistan and Israel.
00:04:18.700Congressman, first of all, thank you for rescuing those 10 Americans.
00:04:22.820I'm still left with a bitter, bitter feeling about a president who won't take care of Americans who are caught overseas.
00:04:34.340Unfortunately, this president has continued to show a pattern of abandonment of Americans.
00:04:39.880We witnessed this in 2021 in Afghanistan, where my team and I had to go over at the behest of Representative Ronnie Jackson out of Texas 13 to conduct the very first successful overland rescue of Americans from a mother and three children who were born and raised Amarillo, Texas natives.
00:04:59.720You know, fast forward to not too long ago.
00:05:02.180Now, in October 7th, we had the horrendous incident that occurred in Israel.
00:05:07.080Many nations had sent planes, to include Mexico, to get out and the Philippines, their citizens.
00:05:14.160And when I knew that the Biden administration would do nothing, I went over on October 11th conducting the first rescue and then continuing on in subsequent days to pull out over 255 Americans from Israel.
00:05:28.160We have Haiti, which we know from a geopolitical perspective has been continuing to spiral out of control.
00:05:34.280You've got the G9 and family gangs who have united in a very violent outbreak to overthrow government and go after certain government officials.
00:05:43.880You had the prime minister who had fled the country to Puerto Rico, who has recently resigned, looking at trying to form some type of an interim government.
00:05:52.160And meanwhile, Americans were calling the State Department, begging for support, begging for help and ways to get out.
00:05:58.760And what they were told was that they were working on a plan.
00:06:02.700What they didn't tell them is that plan was to evacuate themselves, the State Department officials, not the Americans, thereby leaving them behind.
00:06:09.680But as you said, Lou, I'm not going to continue to allow this president, this guy in the Oval Office to define the American spirit.
00:06:18.660And if I have to continue to step up and do his job because he's unwilling, then so be it.
00:07:23.380And one of their primary orders is to try and if a NEO is conducted or if the embassy is in duress,
00:07:28.880trying to help those mission essential and non-essential personnel to be able to get to safety.
00:07:33.220The problem, however, is that the State Department, where the State Department has failed to do its duties, they are derelict in their duties.

00:07:50.940But also his continued attempts to try and thwart our efforts to try and rescue Americans, the lack of support.
00:07:57.300I mean, even in this operation recently, when we had Representative Lisa McClain, who asked us to go out and help to rescue these Michiganders who were working for Have Faith Orphanage there in Port-au-Prince,
00:08:09.780we, as a common professional courtesy, reached out to ask the State Department to support our efforts and even being able to get landing approvals and refill approvals for our helicopter.
00:08:20.200And they continued to try and dissuade us and work against us behind the scenes with the foreign minister of another country.
00:08:27.200And not until they saw that I was going to go one way or another, hell or high water, did we get across the border and it was a success,
00:08:34.540did they immediately rush to our aid to try and say, is there anything we can do?
00:08:38.040And, you know, sending consulate professionals to try and come over and walk us to our gates.
00:08:42.380And, you know, by then the mission is essentially already done.
00:08:45.720But, you know, I appreciate every every amount of support they can give us.
00:08:49.740But the reality is that the State Department has done very little to help Americans in need.
00:08:55.780And that falls, in my opinion, on the shoulders of Anthony Blinken as a secretary and Biden as the overall commander in chief.
00:09:02.160Without any question whatsoever, I don't think there is any American who would in any way quibble with what you've just said,
00:09:09.740because we've experienced it, we have watched it, and we've watched you rescue their, well, take their bacon out of the fire and save our citizens.

00:14:32.160And I and I find it interesting that there is talk that they will put together a escort, escort ships for the refugees from Haiti at some point,
00:14:47.340even though it's only 100 miles off the coast, they're suddenly preparing to do to do the large operation that would bring these refugees to our shores.
00:14:58.300And of course, they will be the people who are unvetted, who are the criminal elements.
00:15:07.820And and that will be a challenge for Governor DeSantis.
00:15:11.660Look, Haiti is dumping their prisons right now to go ahead and try to add to the barbarism that's going on.

00:15:20.980And what he claimed was the greatest airlift operation ever, where almost 70 plus percent of the people that he was putting on aircrafts in Afghanistan had not even received the SIV,

00:15:34.600These are some of the people that we were fighting against who are now actually sitting here at home that we've invited in after 20 years of sacrifices by the brave men and women who are willing to go over there.

00:15:53.780If they have the ability and they're seeking refugee asylum, they could go to the very next country to allow them to do so.

00:16:54.100But, you know, at certain points, we have to get a better, you know, working relationship with our allies.
00:17:02.560And you're not going to have that in the Biden administration. We see that time and time again.
00:17:06.020I sit on the Foreign Affairs Committee and you can see where our allies have kind of pushed and grown away from us.
00:17:12.440I mean, his inflammatory comments against Bibi Netanyahu the other day, one of our longest relationships that we've had as an ally in the Middle East was absolutely absurd.
00:17:23.640And our adversaries are running amok. They feel more emboldened.
00:17:27.680And that's why you're seeing the activities of the Houthi rebels disrupting commerce.

00:20:05.880They did not ask for the 1,200-plus innocent lives that were taken through the barbarism and horrific incidents by Hamas on October 7th.
00:20:14.240And I think that having this president, having Biden make the comments that he's made to force him to do a ceasefire, to expedite his operational timetable, things like this, that's the equivalent of another nation coming and telling America what we should do in Afghanistan after 9-11, after we were going after bin Laden and those who were responsible.
00:20:37.960We would have been at arms with the idea that we have allies trying to tell us what we can and can't do as a sovereign nation.
00:20:45.260But this president, in his ignorance, arrogancy, and his state of dementia, has literally started pushing away our longest-standing ally in the Middle East.
00:20:55.220And so it just seems to me, if you really look at it, Lou, this is no longer even fecklessness or ineptitude.
00:21:02.620He has weakened us more than ever before economically, militarily, and diplomatically.
