The Great America Show - BIDEN IS OBAMA’S PUPPET

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and this is The Great America Show. Welcome. It's great to have

00:00:09.060 you with us. I've been telling you for some time now that I believe we're finally seeing the

00:00:15.020 beginnings of a turning point in what has been our long national nightmare of Marxist, dim,

00:00:20.980 and deep state corruption and control of our federal government. And today, I'm pleased to

00:00:27.160 tell you there is more evidence of improving prospects that we will be able to restore our

00:00:32.720 badly wounded republic. And thanks to the congressional investigating committees, the

00:00:38.100 Biden regime is increasingly desperate and running from the committee's revelations as more whistleblowers

00:00:44.780 stand up for what's right, for the good of the nation. The Biden Justice Department this week

00:00:50.960 sent a letter to Congress to inform House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan that they will

00:00:56.820 actually allow him to talk with the highly controversial U.S. Attorney for Delaware,

00:01:03.580 David Weiss, in committee to testify before Congress on his role in the five-year-long

00:01:09.880 Hunter Biden tax investigation. The Justice Department wants Weiss to testify before his committee

00:01:16.840 to address the testimony from two IRS whistleblowers who testified the DOJ pressured Weiss to stand down

00:01:25.180 on the investigation of Hunter Biden. Here's a quick excerpt from that letter to Chairman Jim

00:01:30.840 Jordan. Quote,

00:01:32.120 The department believes it is strongly in the public interest for the American people

00:01:37.140 and for Congress to hear directly from U.S. Attorney Weiss on these assertions and questions

00:01:43.400 about his authority at a public hearing. End quote.

00:01:47.420 Did you hear that? The department believes? How does a department believe? Do they mean Attorney General

00:01:54.420 Merrick Garland believes or maybe the FBI director believes? Who is it that believes? Isn't that

00:02:01.440 interesting? They hide from the American people in even their letters to Congress. And just the news is

00:02:08.560 reporting that congressional investigators have set a new date for former Hunter Biden business partner

00:02:14.340 Devin Archer to testify before Congress. The House Oversight Committee will be conducting the transcribed

00:02:21.300 interview next Monday. And Oversight Committee Chairman Comer has said all along that the committee

00:02:27.340 is focused on President Biden. It's investigating Biden and his corrupt regime. Comer released the

00:02:34.700 following statement yesterday. Quote,

00:02:37.000 Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he knew nothing about his son's business dealings.

00:02:42.260 Evidence continues to be revealed that Joe Biden was very much involved in his family's corrupt

00:02:48.500 influence peddling schemes and he likely benefited financially. This includes deal with a corrupt

00:02:55.160 Ukrainian oligarch and a CCP-linked energy company that generated millions of dollars for the Bidens

00:03:02.440 and undermined American interests. End quote. That from Chairman James Comer.

00:03:08.080 And so now we wait to see just how much Joe Biden knew about his son's business dealings. There's no

00:03:15.540 doubt now he was aware of his son's deals. That alone means that he lied to everyone. Last week,

00:03:22.780 when the two IRS whistleblowers testified before his committee, Marxist M. Congressman Dan Goldman

00:03:29.040 shocked onlookers when he said that Joe Biden was indeed aware and involved in his son's business

00:03:36.040 dealings. Here he is. And you testified that he said to to that Hunter told his dad, according to Rob

00:03:43.720 Walker, quote, I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys. Now, let me ask

00:03:51.840 you something. That doesn't sound much like Joe Biden was involved in whatever Hunter Biden was doing

00:03:57.880 with the CEFC if Hunter Biden is telling him that he's trying to do business with them, does it?

00:04:05.800 No, but it does show that he said he told his father he was trying to do business and he was talking.

00:04:11.320 Well, that is true. Hunter Biden does try to do business. That's correct. So you don't not only have

00:04:17.480 no direct evidence connecting Joe Biden to any of Hunter Biden's business deal. You actually had proof

00:04:25.360 that he wasn't involved. That is the proof that you had. As you heard, Congressman Goldman still has

00:04:33.200 to be choking on what he accidentally spilled in a thoughtless moment to the committee that day. That

00:04:39.000 is the truth about President Biden. Joining us now is former senior Department of Defense official,

00:04:45.640 author of the bestselling book, Government Gangsters, Kash Patel. He's also host of his podcast,

00:04:51.040 Cash's Corner. And Cash, we're delighted to have you back with us here on The Great America Show.

00:04:56.760 Let's start with the House oversight revelations with the unexpected assistance of the Marxist 1.00

00:05:01.920 New York Congressman Goldman. The word is that Joe Biden is a liar. He must still be crying. 0.99

00:05:09.280 Your thoughts? Well, Lou, it's great to be with you on your wonderful program that dares to put out

00:05:14.000 the truth, unlike so many other out there in the garbage media. So, and I'm happy to talk

00:05:17.920 anything, including our silver spoon friend, Representative Goldman, who has a history of

00:05:23.840 falsely castigating brave whistleblowers from the FBI and denigrating them because they were putting

00:05:29.140 out the truth and issuing corruption at the FBI and DOJ. And he did it with me, and I've referred

00:05:35.900 him criminally to the DOJ, actually, for committing crimes from the well of Congress when he lied about

00:05:41.780 the whistleblowers, me and my foundation. So I might have a personal bone to pick with him,

00:05:46.360 but there's a funny thing about the truth, Lou, talking about the hearings that were most recent

00:05:51.600 with the IRS whistleblowers. When all you do is go before Congress and swear to tell the truth and

00:05:57.020 then tell the truth, even guys like Adam Goldman or Dan Goldman, who is Schiff's protege, get caught

00:06:03.840 with the truth in their mouth. And they end up admitting the one singular fact that the Democrats

00:06:09.200 wanted to avoid a direct link between Hunter Biden and the money coming in from China and his father,

00:06:16.940 Joe Biden. And Dan Goldman admitted to the connection after the whistleblower testified that

00:06:23.520 that is exactly what the purpose of his testimony was, to show a money connection and a conversation

00:06:30.420 between Hunter and Joe. That is pretty damning evidence, whether it's in a court of law or the

00:06:35.140 well of Congress. It was an extraordinary moment, and much was revealed as a result of that hearing.

00:06:42.140 As James Comer, the chairman of the committee, had promised there would be, it was a little slow at

00:06:49.500 the start, but then the fireworks started, and away we go. There were all kinds of revelations that I

00:06:56.600 think are important. Did you find that affirming?

00:06:59.820 Well, I always go to CNN for one thing, to learn what the news is not. And they have failed to cover

00:07:07.660 these brave whistleblower testimony. And the funny, ironic twist is the fact that Dan Goldman

00:07:13.740 said what he said is forcing them to cover it. It's kind of the irony of all ironies when

00:07:19.820 their puppet masters perpetuating disinformation campaigns with the likes of CNN and the New York

00:07:24.960 Times are forced to cover a statement that Dan Goldman has connected Joe to Hunter and the money

00:07:30.220 in China. And so now they're actually trying to run a disinformation campaign, shielding Joe Biden

00:07:35.740 from it by somehow saying, oh, it was one phone call or one message. But the whistleblowers came in and

00:07:40.740 testified, there's more WhatsApp messages, there's more text messages, there's more phone calls. And

00:07:45.720 more importantly, these whistleblowers who are Democrats and don't like Trump or Republicans have

00:07:52.260 jeopardized their careers because they came forth and said, we want to do what the whistleblower

00:07:56.240 protection statute act says, expose corruption. They were shut down by Merrick Garland, Christopher

00:08:03.960 Wray, and this administration and attorney Weiss from prosecuting and investigating this case to the

00:08:10.140 fullest extent of the law. That is a damning indictment of the individuals, these government gangsters

00:08:16.440 that are in leadership positions. And the difference between the whistleblowers and them is the

00:08:20.600 whistleblowers came into Congress, swore an oath and testified to this information. Weiss and Garland

00:08:26.180 and Wray are putting out deflections and Washington speak cottage cheese versions of disinformation

00:08:33.100 so they can obfuscate the truth. Let's get them into Congress and see who's actually lying. And it tells me

00:08:40.380 that they're the ones lying.

00:08:42.580 It's America's heritage and our treasured system of government that has been defiled

00:08:47.780 by the Marxist Dems and the party that they are leading, the Democrat Party, as well as the deep

00:08:53.200 state.

00:08:53.360 But you're absolutely right. And I know there's a chorus for impeaching of Joe Biden, but I'm in

00:08:59.260 the minority. I say save our time and ammunition and impeach Ray and Garland. And the reason I say

00:09:05.140 that is because they have created the two tier system of justice. And when you have an impeachment,

00:09:09.540 I know the Senate, it's not going to go anywhere, but the trial is the win, Lou. And I think that's what

00:09:14.180 you're alluding to. They have to force the production of documents from the FBI, from these

00:09:18.900 whistleblowers, from the IRS emails and memorandums as to who authorized or declined to prosecute

00:09:25.020 these cases. And why was it they were given preferential treatment and the agents were actually

00:09:30.600 told not to speak to Hunter Biden and his family about this case and that the Bidens were given a

00:09:37.340 heads up that this investigation was even going on. All of that information would come out

00:09:42.820 in a forum because as bad as the fake news is, they would have to cover the impeachment

00:09:48.120 of a cabinet level judicial officer such as the attorney general or the FBI director

00:09:53.140 or a U.S. attorney in this case. And that would at least allow people to be educated on

00:09:58.600 the truth. It's not a right wing conspiracy. These whistleblowers are hatching up. It is

00:10:03.480 effective exposure of government corruption at the highest levels to do one thing, rig a presidential

00:10:10.200 election. And that cannot happen again. So I hope Congress and the Republicans do one big

00:10:15.580 impeachment of Garland and Ray. And that would be a win for America. 0.99

00:10:20.000 Well, we're going to talk about that win and that way to win. We're talking with Cash Patel,

00:10:25.300 great American. We're coming right back. Please stay with us.

00:10:28.640 We're back now talking with Cash Patel and your strategy, if you will, to bring an impeachment

00:10:43.360 proceeding against Garland and Mayorkas, both at the same time or one at a time. And what would be

00:10:52.620 the sequence? Yeah, I put my house investigative hat on from back in the day when I ran Russiagate

00:10:58.560 with Chairman Devin Nunes. And I think what Chairman Comer's staff is doing is one is a page

00:11:03.900 out of that playbook right now. They're collecting information. They're getting documents. Look at

00:11:08.200 the behind the scenes work that has gone on that we've now only just learned about that. These

00:11:12.360 whistleblowers, even though they testified publicly, have been testifying behind closed doors

00:11:16.640 in anonymity without any leaks for weeks and months. So that tells me they're running a righteous

00:11:22.340 investigation. And when that investigation leads to corruption at the top of the judicial system,

00:11:28.800 where it has here with Gray and Garland at the FBI and DOJ, respectively, that's the point where

00:11:34.280 you pull the trigger. And I think that's where we're at. So now what has to happen is subpoenas

00:11:38.720 of Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland have to come out and you have to give them the opportunity to

00:11:44.920 either come to Congress and speak or decline or show the American people that they refused

00:11:50.180 or deflected. And so once they're afforded that opportunity, then you bring the charges for

00:11:55.660 impeachment to say on such and such date, Merrick Garland lied about how his attorney general's office

00:12:04.580 kept a neutral position in the Hunter Biden investigation. They simply did not. How Christopher

00:12:10.580 Ray lied about retaliating against brave FBI whistleblowers who exposed waste, fraud and

00:12:17.040 abuse by firing essentially three of them? And how is it that this DOJ and FBI came in and kicked off an

00:12:23.960 IRS investigative unit of five years running on the Hunter Biden tax and bribery scandal and jettisoned

00:12:31.900 them overnight? These are questions that formulate the basis of an impeachment. And I think that's where

00:12:38.420 the road's heading. And hopefully before Congress breaks here in August, they'll issue the subpoenas.

00:12:44.200 And as soon as they come back, I would start the impeachment process. And I remind everyone,

00:12:47.940 an impeachment isn't a conviction. It's the bringing of charges. Look what they did to President Trump

00:12:53.260 baselessly. Just because the Democrats had the majority in the House, they baselessly impeached

00:12:58.860 President Trump twice. It led to nowhere. But the good thing was we saw what a fake deck of cards

00:13:05.500 Adam Schiff and company were carrying about January 6th and about everything else related to the

00:13:10.920 Ukraine. Here, it's a little different. We will see the truth come out to the world about Hunter

00:13:16.320 Biden, about bribery, about China, about the two-tier system of justice and how Chris Wray and Merrick

00:13:21.700 Garland have lied and committed acts of felonies by lying under oath and violating congressional subpoenas.

00:13:28.680 Those are heavy charges that this Justice Department supposedly tells us they prosecute all the time.

00:13:32.980 To Chairman James Comer and his committee, great credit is owed because what they have revealed to

00:13:42.580 this point, there is a decent person in this country who does not see what Joe Biden, his crime family

00:13:50.500 and his sickening Marxist regime is. And we know so much now about what they've done.

00:13:57.520 It is remarkable what that committee has done, in my opinion. Also, I want to give credit to Chuck Grassley

00:14:06.160 over the Senate, getting a hold of that 1023 and revealing that Biden was the subject of a $10 million

00:14:15.620 bribe file. The Burisma chief said he was coerced to pay Joe and Hunter to just save his skin.

00:14:24.460 This is the same oligarch who has apparently 15 to 17 tapes or so we're told.

00:14:34.260 Well, look, you raise a great point. Senator Chuck Grassley, who I worked on when I was running

00:14:39.960 Russiagate for Chairman Nunes, was a powerful ally in the Senate, and no one can besmirch his

00:14:44.000 credibility when it comes to whistleblowers. It's a passion of his, and he always brings

00:14:48.000 forth information only after it has been credibly verified. So when he tells you that there are 15 to

00:14:53.740 17 recordings sitting somewhere in FBI holdings because a confidential human source recorded

00:14:59.180 conversations involving Hunter Biden, his family, Joe Biden and the Chinese and the CCP,

00:15:06.280 you could take that to Vegas, my hometown, and go to a casino and bank it because that is absolutely

00:15:11.460 truthful information coming out of Chuck Grassley's mouth. The question is, what do we do next? And it

00:15:16.840 relates to the impeachment inquiries we were just talking about. The subpoenas have gone out for this

00:15:21.680 information. It almost led to a contempt of Congress hearing. And Chris Ray bent the knee and provided

00:15:26.840 the document in piecemeal, which I didn't think was sufficient because he did not provide the

00:15:32.080 recordings. And now we are hearing from other whistleblowers that those recordings were credibly

00:15:37.780 attributed to this investigation. And then there exists. So the subpoenas for the actual recordings

00:15:43.960 must be issued. And those recordings should be played for the entire world to hear during said

00:15:50.560 impeachment of Ray and Garland. I think Senator Grassley is adding an extremely valuable

00:15:55.580 position because he is a man who has a platform in the Senate. Unfortunately, we're Republicans in the

00:16:01.660 minority, but he's adding value by showcasing what whistleblower programs are supposed to be like

00:16:08.340 and juxtapositioning them. If we can rewind the tape a little here, Lou, to how whistleblower programs

00:16:14.000 have been corrupted, i.e. Eric Chiaramella and his sidekick, Alexander Vindman, and of course,

00:16:19.960 their protege or their buddy Adam Schiff. They baselessly accused a president of unlawful

00:16:27.300 conduct and were rewarded for it by the media. Now that we are truthfully receiving whistleblower

00:16:33.280 content, the media is ducking and covering and Adam Goldman is jumping through hoops. But thankfully,

00:16:40.600 he did his job for us. And I think Senator Grassley is just warming up. I think knowing how Senator

00:16:45.920 Grassley works, he's just revealed 5% of the information he already has. He's waiting for

00:16:50.920 the media to step in it time and time again. And we're going to see a release of information over

00:16:55.680 the next couple of months. It's going to be extraordinary. We'll be right back with Cash Patel.

00:17:06.080 We're back with Cash Patel. And Cash, I want to turn to, if I may, the whistleblower,

00:17:12.420 Joseph Ziegler saying that the IRS investigators were discouraged from pursuing Biden crimes,

00:17:21.800 being told that they could not talk with the adult children of President Biden. These are

00:17:30.240 outrageous statements. And the FBI and DOJ people making, well, forming that communication and then

00:17:38.380 making it, they have to be absolutely either stupid or so arrogant to do that. Because this, 1.00

00:17:47.200 we're going to find out who did what now. You're absolutely right. And it's their arrogance. And

00:17:52.200 look, as a former national security prosecutor, I worked with these individuals, the special counsel's

00:17:56.860 team, the DOJ team, and all the people that are getting glad handed by the media for putting up these

00:18:02.060 baseless prosecutions and investigations. But here's the one thing, Lou, and you know this better than

00:18:06.160 probably anybody. If what the whistleblowers were saying was even remotely false, the deep state

00:18:12.360 would have risen up and leaked information to castigate them personally and attribute a false

00:18:17.880 narrative to their names. They haven't said anything. No one at DOJ and FBI has denied what

00:18:22.740 these brave whistleblowers are saying. No one at the IRS has come forward and say, no, no, you guys are

00:18:26.740 liars. All they've resorted to is personal attacks against individuals who don't even subscribe to a

00:18:33.120 conservative agenda. So they can't be political hacks. Instead, we are seeing the true weaponization

00:18:39.920 of government, not just in the executive branch, but in the oversight branch of the legislative body.

00:18:45.940 And so I hope that more whistleblowers come forward, not just within the IRS and DOJ, but from

00:18:53.340 elsewhere. And I think you're going to see a direct linkage of the following. The bank accounts that

00:18:59.380 Comer is sitting on show that the immutable fact that money doesn't lie. And when you have 17 million

00:19:07.740 dollars being exchanged from CCP affiliated entities, the Ukraine, then the Biden crime family syndicate

00:19:14.520 and the DOJ and FBI come in and tell their investigators, don't talk to the kids. Did anyone

00:19:20.100 at the DOJ and FBI tell Donald Trump's family or excuse me, the agents investigating Donald Trump

00:19:25.360 basically not to talk to his children? Of course not. It's a two tier system of justice,

00:19:30.980 even when it comes to the, excuse me, the legislative branch. And I think the win, as I've told President

00:19:38.280 Trump here on this issue, the win is that America is seeing this two tier system of justice. So I hope

00:19:44.280 James Comer continues on this track. I know it's not easy. I know the staff is short and they're doing

00:19:50.480 what they can, but I echo what you said. It's commendable what they've done. And now they need to

00:19:54.380 double down and keep going because no one on the left has issued a counter narrative to what the

00:20:01.020 whistleblowers have said, because it is true. They just want to bury it. And now we must expose

00:20:07.880 the cast of characters who tried to have it buried at DOJ and FBI. And I think that's what's coming

00:20:12.900 next. They need to start naming names. One of the most idiotic things I have seen in Congress

00:20:20.100 is Debbie Wasserman Schultz trying to shut down as censure Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in a hearing on 1.00

00:20:31.380 government censorship. It's just, you can't make her up.

00:20:37.840 Well, I think you've seen the height that the democratic machine will go to just to ensure

00:20:44.400 that no one threatens their puppet master that is Joe Biden or empty puppet master.

00:20:50.240 RFK Jr. is mounting a serious campaign as a democratic candidate for presidency.

00:20:55.780 And the radical left is terrified. Enter Debbie Wasserman Schultz and her somehow attributing

00:21:02.900 falsely that RFK Jr. is an anti-Semite and was somehow pro-Holocaust. I mean, the narrative is

00:21:08.760 ludicrous. And when it enters her mouth and leaves it at the dais of Congress and America listens to it, 0.94

00:21:14.400 the look that RFK Jr. gave back to her was stunning yet actually mildly polite because he

00:21:21.220 was probably thinking this lady is so out of her mind to accuse me of these things. And he's just

00:21:27.780 going to combat powerful, more stronger from this narrative. And this escapade that the Dems are on

00:21:35.580 at the weaponization of government subcommittee hearings, I think is going to fail. They desperately

00:21:40.700 want RFK out of the race. They desperately don't want a Green Party candidate or a Libertarian

00:21:45.780 candidate entering the race like they are around the country because it will splinter their vote

00:21:50.340 and ensure Joe Biden's defeat. And that's just the political landscape. Now you're talking about

00:21:56.120 the subject matter that Joe Biden is running on. And there's not one single issue that he has

00:22:01.840 improved in this country since taking office, not the border, not China, not ending wars,

00:22:06.260 not drugs, not crime, not Russia, not international relations, not anything going on in South Asia and

00:22:13.080 the South China Sea. He has ruined the economy and he has taken a wrecking ball to American 0.95

00:22:19.100 constitutional values. And when a guy like RFK Jr. enters the scene and shows that from the

00:22:25.000 Democratic position, oh, you better bet they're threatened. So they're looking to take him out.

00:22:29.340 Why is the DOJ, the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service, the Treasury Department? Why are they

00:22:37.760 protecting Joe Biden? They're protecting themselves. These government gangsters, as I label them in my

00:22:44.400 book, Gray, Garland, Mayorkas, Esper. Well, Esper is not in Austin. Excuse me, Mark Milley. All of these

00:22:53.660 people, the only thing they care about is staying in power, staying in their perch atop of the United

00:23:00.020 States government and making sure their names are in the headlines and they are lauded for their fake

00:23:05.000 false work for the American people. So they don't care about Joe Biden. Joe Biden is their vehicle

00:23:10.980 to stay in power and run this country. We all know that Joe Biden himself is not in charge of

00:23:16.940 anything. His White House is run by Obama, former officials, and from the Obama team on the outside.

00:23:22.420 And we've seen what his executive branch and cabinet officers and secretaries are doing.

00:23:27.400 They don't care. They will do and say anything, including things at DOD, such as the Department

00:23:36.140 of Defense, which I used to run as chief of staff now under the Biden administration and Mark Milley

00:23:39.940 care more about diversity, equity, inclusion than they do about stopping the flow of Chinese fentanyl 0.98

00:23:44.840 through our southern border. Then they do about the war that might be coming in the South China Sea,

00:23:49.160 than the war that is in the Ukraine. And all they want to do is print money because the narrative

00:23:55.080 in the media is, oh, we have to send more and more over there. I think all of it is catching up to

00:23:59.860 them, Lou. And I think they are about to run out of runway and the fake news mafia is desperately

00:24:06.680 trying to lay down more pavement and more runway for them to run on. But I think it's coming to an

00:24:12.240 end. We just need Congress to be strong in these next few months. And that's my message to everybody.

00:24:17.820 Everybody asked me what you can do. Call Congress and tell them the single issue that matters to

00:24:21.680 you most and make sure they hear you say it because they react to the public just as much

00:24:27.140 as anyone else in Washington.

00:24:28.920 And corporate America bears great responsibility here. And they don't get the attention they should

00:24:35.500 from either the political leaders of the Republican Party or the administration.

00:24:42.200 Forget about the Marxist Dems. They're quite happy with the status quo. But we all need to be aware

00:24:49.820 that this is a corporate problem as well as a government problem.

00:24:53.520 I think you're absolutely right. And just look at two cultural items that are just in vogue right now.

00:24:58.620 Jason Aldean's song, Try That in a Small Town, is number one on the charts. And they tried to

00:25:03.720 fake and falsely accuse him of being a racist and stoking violence when all he cared about,

00:25:10.240 and I know him personally, was to stop violence and stop the burning of buildings and help law

00:25:15.180 enforcement and bring our community together. That song's number one. So corporate America

00:25:18.560 in the music industry failed. And then look to my friend Jim Caviezel and his amazing movie,

00:25:23.100 The Sound of Freedom, about the story about child sex trafficking and defeating that.

00:25:28.800 And that movie is nearing $100 million in box office sales. And the corporate regime in Hollywood

00:25:34.360 failed. And these people are actually coming out against a movie that talks about defeating

00:25:39.900 trafficking children in sexual tirades. I mean, just think about that. That shows you how far

00:25:46.160 the radical left has come. These are the same people who are conspiring with the people in government

00:25:51.700 to take down our country. But I think America is waking up. I think they really are. And I just want

00:25:56.860 to add one more thing, Lou. It dovetails with what we're talking about today. Jim Jordan just launched

00:26:02.860 an investigation into the FBI and DOJ, specifically Chris Wray and Rod Rosenstein,

00:26:08.080 for spying unlawfully on Devin Nunes and myself when I was running the Russiagate investigation

00:26:13.340 five years ago. They actually had the gall to come and investigate senior congressional staffers and use

00:26:19.640 grand jury subpoenas to collect our information because we were exposing their corruption. I know

00:26:24.860 this was five years ago, but we only found out about it a few months ago because Google called us

00:26:28.720 and said, hey, you were subpoenaed five years ago. We can now tell you because it's over

00:26:32.660 because the five years have expired. But thankfully, Jim Jordan has opened an investigation.

00:26:38.060 He has sent out a letter and subpoenas, hopefully, to get these documents. Now,

00:26:41.640 Ray and Rosenstein must answer the question under oath why they were subpoenaing and surveilling

00:26:45.880 senior congressional staff who are exposing their waste, fraud and abuse in government.

00:26:51.280 There's some irony in Google being the ones to inform you.

00:26:55.480 That's right.

00:26:56.540 That you were spying.

00:26:57.280 That's right.

00:26:58.780 When I read those first reports on that, I thought to myself, this is just too ironic for words.

00:27:06.600 What was your thought when you saw that you had to be suspicious because you'd been spied on before?

00:27:13.600 Were you suspicious at the time?

00:27:16.560 I was suspicious at the time. I guess there are no coincidences in government. And then we had a

00:27:23.300 January meeting in January of 2018. It was myself, Devin Nunes, Christopher Wray, Rod Rosenstein and his senior

00:27:30.420 goon squad from the FBI. And we were meeting in the Capitol in a skiff. And Rod Rosenstein unleashed on us.

00:27:37.300 He threatened to investigate us. And the irony of it all is that he lied in that meeting.

00:27:42.120 So did Chris Wray. They already authorized subpoenas three months earlier to collect our information so you could see their intent.

00:27:49.920 What are they going to say? Cash Patel was disclosing national security secrets. That's a total farce.

00:27:55.660 It was going nowhere. It's a pretext to come in and dig up dirt because we had proven to them that the FISA that Rod Rosenstein had signed

00:28:02.860 surveilling President Trump was unlawful and violated every tenant of justice and enter.

00:28:08.540 Don't believe us. Look at what John Durham said. No lawful premise to ever investigate Trump ever.

00:28:14.240 And Rod Rosenstein goes in and signs the fourth and last FISA based on bogus Trumped up information.

00:28:19.040 He's the same guy that authorized Andy McCabe to go out and wear a wire against President Trump under the 25th Amendment.

00:28:25.660 That's why we knew those suspicion existed back then.

00:28:29.240 But Lou, even after everything I was been through, I was kind of even surprised when I read Google's notification.

00:28:35.060 And Google's not the only one. That's just the one we know about.

00:28:38.100 The hole is much deeper. They surveilled us. We're going to get to the bottom of it.

00:28:42.260 Hopefully, Jim Jordan executes some subpoenas ASAP and puts butts in seats and gets us documents.

00:28:48.400 Cash Patel, we wish you all the best. You are a great American. You serve this country daily.

00:28:55.660 We appreciate it so much. And God bless you.

00:28:59.060 Thank you, my friend. It's great to be on your show. And I hope to come back soon.

00:29:01.740 Cash Patel, top Trump official, great American.
