00:00:33.580 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:36.800 Great to have you with us.

00:00:38.280 Speaker Mike Johnson losing another staffer.

00:00:41.140 He's already lost three top staff officials.

00:00:43.600 This time he lost Raj Shah, the speaker's deputy chief of staff for communications, or at least he used to be.

00:00:52.820 Shah's departure comes after, well, quite a few people just saying, the heck with the speaker.

00:00:58.920 They got to go somewhere else.

00:01:01.000 The Punchbowl News is also reporting that three more of Johnson's senior policy staff will also be leaving at the end of May.

00:01:10.400 It's been anything but a smooth sail for Speaker Johnson.

00:01:14.980 He has no one to blame but himself. 0.97

00:01:18.000 He is a mess.

00:01:20.700 Former FBI Director James Comey, speaking of messes, is out with a new book tour.

00:01:26.180 He's making sure to stop by every Marxist TV outlet.

00:01:29.840 He was at MSNBC this week.

00:01:32.760 The 6'8", standing Comey, was visibly shook.

00:01:37.320 Comey was asked about the second term of President Trump and what it would mean to all the deep state actors.

00:01:44.360 You know, the folks who tried to overthrow the President of the United States and persecute him for nine years.

00:01:52.440 Comey just says he's confident President Trump will open a criminal investigation just as he rightfully should.

00:01:59.820 Here's Comey. 1.00

00:02:01.080 He is a threat to the rule of law in America.

00:02:03.880 To me, that's what this election is about, not about policy differences.

00:02:08.360 It's about what kind of country are we going to be.

00:02:10.840 If he has the ability, smarter than he was last time, to use the power of the Department of Justice and the FBI to target his enemies especially,

00:02:19.000 the rule of law in America will change in a way we haven't seen in our lifetime.

00:02:22.500 When you say target his enemies, how would he do that?

00:02:24.780 Well, I think the first thing he would do is he would express it in his first term as a wish.

00:02:29.520 I want people to go after so-and-so. 0.99

00:02:31.540 I want people to go after Andrew McCabe, the former Deputy Director of the FBI.

00:02:35.960 In his second term, he would go a step further, I'm highly confident, and say, I want him criminally investigated.

00:02:42.140 And he would have, he was close to the bottom of the barrel in his appointees last time.

00:02:45.620 He'll be at the very bottom.

00:02:47.020 And those are the people who carry out that order.

00:02:49.100 Comey obviously missed the document dump this week in which Merrick Garland and Joe Biden authorized the use of deadly force on that Mar-a-Lago raid until almost two years ago.

00:03:00.720 The new unsealed documents from Judge Eileen Cannon show the FBI was prepared to engage in gunfire with the Secret Service,

00:03:10.880 apparently with President Trump and his family as well, and all of the employees of Mar-a-Lago.

00:03:16.440 He's approved by none other than Merrick Garland.

00:03:19.780 And if Biden doesn't get rid of Garland, then he is the one responsible.

00:03:26.860 I have a feeling that Garland won't survive this.

00:03:30.040 To take up all of this, our guest today is former NSA senior intelligence analyst and whistleblower, Russ Tice.

00:03:37.120 Russ, let's start with something that I think has shocked the nation without any question.

00:03:41.260 And that is that the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, ordered the use of deadly force, if necessary, whether engaging with the President of the United States or the Secret Service.

00:03:54.700 This is stunning and outrageous, isn't it?

00:03:57.680 What's interesting about this is I see some of the more liberal folks that are trying to say that this is no big deal, saying, well, it's just a boilerplate that they use for this kind of an operation,

00:04:10.800 a SWAT type operation where they go in with guns, you know, you know, at the ready, fingers on the triggers kind of thing.

00:04:22.480 And but no one wants to, you know, go back to the fact that this is the former abode of the president of the former president of the United States that you're swatting with his nonsense.

00:04:33.340 So. So this is it's I mean, did they expect a shootout with the Secret Service?

00:04:40.220 Did they expect so?

00:04:41.840 Did they expect President Trump was going to pull out an M60 and do a Rambo, you know, blaze, go out and blazing glory or something?

00:04:51.660 What the hell are they thinking?

00:04:52.860 Well, they're thinking that they might get lucky and just one Secret Service agent engage with them, that the president pushed the wrong person.

00:05:03.920 They they meant to take advantage of an opportunity for conflict and the use of deadly force or otherwise he would not have authorized it.

00:05:13.560 But what is really to me also interesting, Russ, is it's not standard operating procedure as the Justice Department is screaming to everyone here.

00:05:23.580 That's just, you know, SOP, you know, it's SOP one time.

00:05:30.160 The fact of the matter is no one, no agency had ever raided a president's home before.

00:05:36.040 No agency that I'm aware of had ever decided to prepare to engage the Secret Service, if need be.

00:05:45.280 These are outrageous statements.

00:05:48.080 Eileen Cannon, the judge in the Florida case, the Florida documents case.

00:05:53.120 God bless her for releasing this information.

00:05:55.760 This is what Jack Smith, the special counsel, the corrupt SOB, has been trying to hide from the American people since 2022.

00:06:07.160 And it's got it's it.

00:06:09.180 This is just there has to be a consequence.

00:06:11.800 Do you do you not agree?

00:06:13.620 Of course, I agree.

00:06:14.860 And we're talking about some dispute over documents that the president had the right to to declassify at a whim.

00:06:22.320 So and he beforehand had told the FBI that when they were there, that that anything they wanted, that he would cooperate.

00:06:31.160 And he put a lock on the door at their request, some kind of special padlock.

00:06:35.800 Yeah, the the FBI requested that he do that two months prior.

00:06:42.500 I just want to remind everyone, this all began when Joe Biden retroactively nullified President Trump's executive privilege.

00:06:55.600 That opened the door to what followed and what followed straightforwardly a subpoena.

00:07:03.900 What followed that, then the Fed showed up at Mar-a-Lago initially to retrieve documents.

00:07:11.740 And as you said, add a lock to that storage locker by by November after the Mar-a-Lago raid in August, Jack Smith was appointed special counsel.

00:07:22.500 It's all part of a piece.

00:07:23.860 It was designed to go after this president with deadly force, obviously, or go after him with a special counsel if that failed.

00:07:34.240 That's really what this looks like, isn't it?

00:07:36.980 Biden had said early on, if some reporter asked him, well, what if before President Trump announced that he would he was going to go for it again?

00:07:45.480 That what happens if Trump tries to go go again and Biden says, well, we have we have some contingency that we're going to make sure that there's no way.

00:07:54.000 And then what, two, three, four a week after that, what, six different lawsuits come flying out the, you know, out the window that they've obviously had sitting, sitting in a pile, you know, waiting, guns, guns waiting as far as these lawsuits are concerned.

00:08:10.240 So, obviously, they were designed to keep President Trump so busy.

00:08:16.200 And here's another interesting thing.

00:08:17.700 You've got some congressmen on the Hill that are trying to put forth some legislation that says any government servant, including the President of the United States, who is convicted of a felony, loses automatically any Secret Service protection they have.

00:08:35.860 Well, guess what happens at the next raid when they show up?

00:08:41.060 There will be no Secret Service.

00:08:42.660 President Trump will have to hire his own security service.

00:08:45.400 And then you may well have hot lead flying every which way.

00:08:49.400 This is, and I want to tell everybody watching us and listening to us, Russ, that Russ is amongst the very earliest to express concerns to me about the safety of President Trump, fearing, obviously, an attempt on his life, fearing for his safety.

00:09:11.180 And this, in point of fact, I think, validates your concerns from the very beginning.

00:09:18.380 That is, that an agency of the United States government would even think about using deadly force against other agents, against the President of the United States, brought a medic with them because they expected there to be wounds and bloodshed.

00:09:35.220 And, and, in point of fact, they had identified a trauma center for the evacuation of anyone wounded in, quote, unquote, whatever engagement followed their entry into Mar-a-Lago.

00:09:50.220 This is outrageous on so many levels, Russ.

00:09:53.620 It is sickening. 0.50

00:09:55.220 And why Biden?

00:09:56.920 If Biden didn't order it, then Biden should be absolutely firing Merrick Garland.

00:10:03.080 There's only one way he can demonstrate his innocence, and that is to do exactly that for what he ordered on that day in August.

00:10:13.640 Well, this is coming through the puppet masters, the marionettes, to the President, who's got his strings, and then ultimately from that right to Garland and the DOJ.

00:10:23.120 You know, interestingly enough, I mean, I know these things because I know how, I know how we conduct assassinations to make it look like, you know, something, you know, funky or something innocent happened, like perhaps what just happened with the President of Iran.

00:10:39.140 But, so, so I know, that's how I knew, and as soon as I saw that raid on Mar-a-Lago, that, I mean, that just tripped my trigger.

00:10:47.920 And I tried to contact the Secret Service agent who's a retired Secret Service agent, and he just blew me off, because I wanted to very subtly try to get the message to President Trump that there's a real concern here.

00:11:01.680 So, the Secret Service guy blows me off, and I was trying to do it very subtly, and then I'm like, you know, that's when I contacted you, Lou, and said, you know, instead of a whisper, perhaps I'm going to have to let this out with a trumpet, and here we are with trumpets.

00:11:16.340 Well, and interestingly to me, this is, your views and your judgments on the possibilities have been proved to be highly accurate.

00:11:27.240 And to think it all began with this Joe Biden, the puppet of these Marxist masters, and all of the acolytes of Barack Obama filling out the important jobs in this administration. 0.93

00:11:44.400 These people are evil. 0.79

00:11:47.060 And, by the way, Chris Wray now holds, he's got to be fired.

00:11:51.680 This is outrageous what he's done.

00:11:54.120 Again, if Joe Biden is innocent of these, what appears to be the most outrageous order that could be imagined in sending in those people into, those agents into Mar-a-Lago,

00:12:10.820 Merrick Garland, Chris Wray, the whole bunch have got to be fired, and immediately.

00:12:16.900 Otherwise, Joe Biden is acknowledging his complicity.

00:12:19.780 He's acquiescing to his own guilt and broadcasting it to the world.

00:12:24.840 And this is no longer conjecture.

00:12:28.540 These are no longer conspiracy theories.

00:12:31.100 These are, as has been the case since Joe Biden took the Oval Office, they are absolutely true.

00:12:39.520 Everything we feared is true. 0.93

00:12:42.500 And I'm not sure where we go from here, frankly, except as quickly as possible to November 5th and get the fool and all of his Marxist dominions out of that White House, out of the Pentagon, out of every national security agency in the country, as quickly as possible, including the intelligence agencies. 0.94

00:13:05.180 Including intel. 0.95

00:13:06.460 I think what happened back with Obama, when he changed the National Defense Authorization Act to include a segment that says the President of the United States can declare someone a U.S. citizen, an enemy combatant, and not only detain them indefinitely, which is a violation of our Constitution, but ultimately have them assassinated on our own turf, domestically.

00:13:32.160 So, all they have to do is declare someone an enemy combatant, even if you are a U.S. citizen, and the Constitution be damned.

00:13:42.400 Well, the Constitution be damned, indeed, by these Marxist evil—I mean, I'm so furious right now with these people. 0.94

00:13:55.080 They're an insult to everything that is America.

00:13:57.360 And we are proud to say that Russ Tice is emblematic of everything that is great about America.

00:14:05.720 Russ, we'll be right back.

00:14:07.880 Folks, stay with us. 0.87

00:14:08.880 We've got a lot more to cover.

00:14:10.960 Stay with us.

00:14:13.600 Folks, you know I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis, and when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war, or another disease.

00:14:24.720 We have to be ready as we can be.

00:14:26.600 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:14:31.820 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:14:37.240 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.

00:14:43.320 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:14:48.980 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.

00:15:44.100 Prepare today.

00:15:45.220 Be ready tomorrow.

00:15:46.260 We're back now.

00:15:49.820 We're talking with Russ Tice, former senior intelligence analyst for NSA, a great American, also a whistleblower on the issue of agencies spying on American citizens.

00:16:04.340 We just watched the Congress of the United States swallow whole the idea of warrantless surveillance of American citizens.

00:16:13.280 You and I talked about it.

00:16:15.100 It's sickening. 0.86

00:16:15.940 It's gut-wrenching.

00:16:17.160 And we watched officialdom, the leadership of both parties, buy in to the demands of the intelligence community and, of course, the military-industrial complex.

00:16:30.600 Your thoughts right now as we sit here in 2024 contemplating the future of this great nation?

00:16:42.020 Well, it's not a real positive one, is it?

00:16:44.220 We are beyond the beginnings of a dystopian police state.

00:16:50.300 We are now to the point where they're starting to show their teeth with impunity.

00:16:57.200 So if we don't do something very quickly, if we don't have our champion back in the castle soon, our democratically elected constitutional republic is doomed.

00:17:13.620 And President Trump is the champion, there is no question.

00:17:20.060 He is the only one, as I've said frequently, he is our Churchill in this, in 2024, which is our 1939.

00:17:28.760 But he can't do it alone.

00:17:31.840 He cannot begin to rebuild this federal government and clean it up and expunge the traitors, the criminals, who right now fill nearly every post, it seems, in leadership in the federal government.

00:17:50.920 And so I don't know where we go, but it's going to be a tough fight.

00:17:55.580 I do know that.

00:17:56.500 But it's a fight, as they say, well worth having.

00:17:59.200 I want to turn to an event, and you and I talked about it as well, the day that it happened.

00:18:08.120 And that was the death of President Rehsi of Iran in a fog-bound mountainous region of the Azerbaijani province.

00:18:20.520 Three helicopters, one explodes, we don't know whether it exploded on the ground or whether it exploded in the air, but we do know the other two helicopters didn't even slow down for all practical purposes and just moved ahead.

00:18:37.560 Your thoughts about the speculation that the Israelis did it, that the United States did it, that others did it in the region, you're thinking.

00:18:48.860 One of three cases.

00:18:50.180 Either this was a crash because of the fog, and it just so happened, one of the three, the chopper that President Rehsi was on was the one that went down.

00:19:03.160 I kind of discount that.

00:19:06.440 The second is, okay, there's a, that this was internal, and that someone inside wanted the President to take a dive.

00:19:17.240 And in that case, it's also the cleric, Al-Hassini, that's also going to be in jeopardy here because another, another younger crowd wants to take power.

00:19:32.840 And it's not just power because they want to liberate the people of Iran.

00:19:37.520 It would, there's a lot of money involved in this too.

00:19:39.640 But, and the, the, the third is that the, that perhaps we and the Israelis had something to do with this.

00:19:48.240 So of those three, I've thought about them.

00:19:51.340 It would take an awful lot.

00:19:53.060 Now we do these things.

00:19:54.100 And just so happens, my satellite stuff, I may have been involved with supporting some of these sort of things, that it would take a whole lot.

00:20:04.960 Not only would you have to bribe a mechanic of the helicopters, but you would have to know which one of those helicopters the President was going to be on.

00:20:14.060 That's a lot harder, and that's going to be at a much higher echelon.

00:20:17.240 And I would, I doubt very seriously the Mossad or our CIA would have that capability.

00:20:23.800 So I believe, of those three, I believe this was an inside job.

00:20:27.880 I believe that the, the, the, the varying factions within Iran did the former President in.

00:20:36.940 And that being the case, do you expect the, that being the case that that looks like the likeliest scenario to you?

00:20:47.240 If that is where the Iranians come down, would they in any way try to retaliate? 0.70

00:20:57.080 Well, they might try to blame it on Israel.

00:21:00.520 But an interesting thing that if it was Israel, Israel would leave a calling card because they, they would want them to know that, oh, by the way, because of what happened on, on October 7th, that, that we've, we've come for you.

00:21:16.300 And that there's no place to hide, and that we've got you.

00:21:20.160 Ultimately, I would think the, the powers to be would be having some, some huge, you know, pointing of the fingers at Israel in this case, or, and or perhaps our CIA and Israel. 0.74

00:21:32.140 So, but, but, but they're really not.

00:21:34.780 So, I think they're leaning towards this was just an accident in the fog.

00:21:40.540 But, I don't believe that because, you know, altimeters don't lie.

00:21:45.340 And even if they had to spread out because of the fog, you don't, you don't, you don't put the, the president's helicopter at the, you know, flying point in the, in the, of the three helicopters.

00:21:57.040 So, that doesn't make sense to me.

00:22:00.560 All right.

00:22:02.040 Well, it's, it's, it's interesting to see your thought process and bring your, your experience and your knowledge to bear on these unlikely happenings, of course, both domestically and internationally.

00:22:14.940 We're talking with Russ Tice, former NSA senior intelligence analyst and whistleblower.

00:22:21.620 We'll be right back.

00:22:22.700 Stay with us.

00:22:24.720 The wellness company and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust.

00:22:28.480 And their new medical emergency kits are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.

00:22:32.860 This medical emergency kit contains an assortment of life-saving medications, including ivermectin, Z-Pak.

00:22:38.620 Rest assured, knowing that you have emergency antibiotics, antivirals, and antiparasitics on hand to help you and your family stay safe from whatever life throws at you next.

00:22:57.860 We're back talking with Russ Tice.

00:22:59.840 Russ, and Russ, I just want to say thanks for your, sharing your reasoning and your, your experience and your insight into all of these developments, whether in Iran, whether in Mar-a-Lago, wherever it may be.

00:23:14.380 I want to turn to the, to another Biden outrage.

00:23:18.400 There is no shortage of them, as you know.

00:23:20.400 But it appears that the Biden regime has come to an agreement in Niger to leave our troops there until September, some 1,000 of them, and they will be extricated and leave behind a military base, air base, that we constructed for in excess of a hundred million dollars.

00:23:45.180 This looks like another version of Afghanistan brought to you by Joe Biden and his Marxist Dems in all areas of the federal government.

00:23:58.380 Well, this would be a cheap air base to give up to the, to the powers that are going to come take over, considering the one in Afghanistan was what, a couple billion dollars worth.

00:24:07.000 So, well, what do you expect?

00:24:10.640 These, these guys, it's, it's, I don't know whether they pulled their foreign policy out of a hat, but not only that, but, but you're leaving, you're leaving our folks there that are sitting ducks.

00:24:24.520 And, and, and not only there, but other places too, we, we have sitting ducks in the Middle East that are fired on constantly.

00:24:31.200 And we've lost some of them.

00:24:33.380 So, and a contractor or two, if I recall.

00:24:37.960 And it's, they're all forgotten.

00:24:40.460 I've, I've been overseas in a position where I'm, I'm in some place, probably maybe not, I shouldn't have been, but it's, it's, you wonder if they just plain forget about you.

00:24:49.760 And it's like, oh, you know, you're just cannon fodder, or if something happens, they'll, they'll just determine that, oh, that's just the way it goes.

00:24:58.860 So I, it's, it's another, I got to watch my language.

00:25:04.820 It's, it's another folly of, of, of continuing follies of this administration.

00:25:11.700 And, you know, when you think about all of this, whether they're forgotten, I don't know that anybody built any statues.

00:25:21.400 I don't know that anybody erected a plaque anywhere for those who've fallen in these peacetime adventures of the Marxist Dems and the, and the military industrial complex.

00:25:37.220 And to that point, I think it's one of the reasons, one of many, but one of the reasons that we can't recruit young people for our military.

00:25:47.180 It isn't just the Navy or the Marine Corps, the, the Air Force.

00:25:51.380 It's every branch of the U.S. military fails to meet its recruiting goals.

00:25:57.580 And I don't believe that they're ever going to meet a goal again, without, without a, without a draft of being instituted.

00:26:07.880 What do you think?

00:26:09.740 Well, I just came back from my nephew's graduation a little farther west of here.

00:26:14.160 And, and he just joined up in the Army.

00:26:17.400 He's going to be an Army medic.

00:26:18.480 He wants to, he wants to get into the medical field and that's a good way for him to get in.

00:26:24.420 But we've had this discussion about what the military is right now and, and what he can expect and what he cannot expect as far as, you know, his service in the military.

00:26:37.840 So he's, he's well aware and his, I think his attitude is he's just going to ignore the nonsense and, and try to do his duty for the country and, and ultimately to use that experience to, to move further into the medical field later on.

00:26:52.500 But, but, but, you know, you got to understand that these kids coming out of college or, and, or a high school that they, they look at what's happening and, you know, oh yeah, we're going to, we're going to put you in a foxhole with some, some, some freak in a tutu and, you know, waving a, you know, a multicolored flag or it's like, or, or, or some other crazy scenario.

00:27:14.080 And, and ultimately when we have to have a real, a real fight with boots on the ground and, and, and sabers at the, you know, at the end, at the end of the rifle, we're going to get our cabooses waxed when this happens.

00:27:28.320 And, and I fear Lou, that you're absolutely right. 0.99

00:27:31.420 That once we have a slaughter of our own troops, then they'll come to the conclusion that we have to stop this stupidity. 0.98

00:27:38.740 And then we're going to have to, to draft a lot of strong young men to, to, to, to, to, you know, supply some fighting force to our military. 0.99

00:27:50.240 Otherwise, with the military we have, we're basically a paper tiger.

00:27:54.200 Yeah. And the standpoint of that scenario that you outlined is the fact that they would still have the same awful and weak and limited leadership at the Pentagon at leading each branch of the service.

00:28:10.020 It's again, unfortunately not going to be a quick fix.

00:28:12.880 And I think a lot of heartache could await us if we do not come to our senses very, very soon.

00:28:20.020 Russ Tice, thanks so much for being with us and sharing your thoughts.
