00:03:00.720The new unsealed documents from Judge Eileen Cannon show the FBI was prepared to engage in gunfire with the Secret Service,
00:03:10.880apparently with President Trump and his family as well, and all of the employees of Mar-a-Lago.

00:03:19.780And if Biden doesn't get rid of Garland, then he is the one responsible.

00:03:30.040To take up all of this, our guest today is former NSA senior intelligence analyst and whistleblower, Russ Tice.
00:03:37.120Russ, let's start with something that I think has shocked the nation without any question.
00:03:41.260And that is that the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, ordered the use of deadly force, if necessary, whether engaging with the President of the United States or the Secret Service.
00:03:54.700This is stunning and outrageous, isn't it?
00:03:57.680What's interesting about this is I see some of the more liberal folks that are trying to say that this is no big deal, saying, well, it's just a boilerplate that they use for this kind of an operation,
00:04:10.800a SWAT type operation where they go in with guns, you know, you know, at the ready, fingers on the triggers kind of thing.
00:04:22.480And but no one wants to, you know, go back to the fact that this is the former abode of the president of the former president of the United States that you're swatting with his nonsense.
00:04:33.340So. So this is it's I mean, did they expect a shootout with the Secret Service?
00:04:52.860Well, they're thinking that they might get lucky and just one Secret Service agent engage with them, that the president pushed the wrong person.
00:05:03.920They they meant to take advantage of an opportunity for conflict and the use of deadly force or otherwise he would not have authorized it.
00:05:13.560But what is really to me also interesting, Russ, is it's not standard operating procedure as the Justice Department is screaming to everyone here.
00:05:23.580That's just, you know, SOP, you know, it's SOP one time.
00:05:30.160The fact of the matter is no one, no agency had ever raided a president's home before.
00:05:36.040No agency that I'm aware of had ever decided to prepare to engage the Secret Service, if need be.
00:06:14.860And we're talking about some dispute over documents that the president had the right to to declassify at a whim.
00:06:22.320So and he beforehand had told the FBI that when they were there, that that anything they wanted, that he would cooperate.
00:06:31.160And he put a lock on the door at their request, some kind of special padlock.
00:06:35.800Yeah, the the FBI requested that he do that two months prior.
00:06:42.500I just want to remind everyone, this all began when Joe Biden retroactively nullified President Trump's executive privilege.
00:06:55.600That opened the door to what followed and what followed straightforwardly a subpoena.
00:07:03.900What followed that, then the Fed showed up at Mar-a-Lago initially to retrieve documents.
00:07:11.740And as you said, add a lock to that storage locker by by November after the Mar-a-Lago raid in August, Jack Smith was appointed special counsel.
00:07:23.860It was designed to go after this president with deadly force, obviously, or go after him with a special counsel if that failed.
00:07:34.240That's really what this looks like, isn't it?
00:07:36.980Biden had said early on, if some reporter asked him, well, what if before President Trump announced that he would he was going to go for it again?
00:07:45.480That what happens if Trump tries to go go again and Biden says, well, we have we have some contingency that we're going to make sure that there's no way.
00:07:54.000And then what, two, three, four a week after that, what, six different lawsuits come flying out the, you know, out the window that they've obviously had sitting, sitting in a pile, you know, waiting, guns, guns waiting as far as these lawsuits are concerned.
00:08:10.240So, obviously, they were designed to keep President Trump so busy.
00:08:17.700You've got some congressmen on the Hill that are trying to put forth some legislation that says any government servant, including the President of the United States, who is convicted of a felony, loses automatically any Secret Service protection they have.
00:08:35.860Well, guess what happens at the next raid when they show up?
00:08:42.660President Trump will have to hire his own security service.
00:08:45.400And then you may well have hot lead flying every which way.
00:08:49.400This is, and I want to tell everybody watching us and listening to us, Russ, that Russ is amongst the very earliest to express concerns to me about the safety of President Trump, fearing, obviously, an attempt on his life, fearing for his safety.
00:09:11.180And this, in point of fact, I think, validates your concerns from the very beginning.
00:09:18.380That is, that an agency of the United States government would even think about using deadly force against other agents, against the President of the United States, brought a medic with them because they expected there to be wounds and bloodshed.
00:09:35.220And, and, in point of fact, they had identified a trauma center for the evacuation of anyone wounded in, quote, unquote, whatever engagement followed their entry into Mar-a-Lago.
00:09:50.220This is outrageous on so many levels, Russ.
00:09:56.920If Biden didn't order it, then Biden should be absolutely firing Merrick Garland.
00:10:03.080There's only one way he can demonstrate his innocence, and that is to do exactly that for what he ordered on that day in August.
00:10:13.640Well, this is coming through the puppet masters, the marionettes, to the President, who's got his strings, and then ultimately from that right to Garland and the DOJ.
00:10:23.120You know, interestingly enough, I mean, I know these things because I know how, I know how we conduct assassinations to make it look like, you know, something, you know, funky or something innocent happened, like perhaps what just happened with the President of Iran.
00:10:39.140But, so, so I know, that's how I knew, and as soon as I saw that raid on Mar-a-Lago, that, I mean, that just tripped my trigger.
00:10:47.920And I tried to contact the Secret Service agent who's a retired Secret Service agent, and he just blew me off, because I wanted to very subtly try to get the message to President Trump that there's a real concern here.
00:11:01.680So, the Secret Service guy blows me off, and I was trying to do it very subtly, and then I'm like, you know, that's when I contacted you, Lou, and said, you know, instead of a whisper, perhaps I'm going to have to let this out with a trumpet, and here we are with trumpets.
00:11:16.340Well, and interestingly to me, this is, your views and your judgments on the possibilities have been proved to be highly accurate.
00:11:27.240And to think it all began with this Joe Biden, the puppet of these Marxist masters, and all of the acolytes of Barack Obama filling out the important jobs in this administration.
00:11:54.120Again, if Joe Biden is innocent of these, what appears to be the most outrageous order that could be imagined in sending in those people into, those agents into Mar-a-Lago,
00:12:10.820Merrick Garland, Chris Wray, the whole bunch have got to be fired, and immediately.
00:12:16.900Otherwise, Joe Biden is acknowledging his complicity.

00:13:06.460I think what happened back with Obama, when he changed the National Defense Authorization Act to include a segment that says the President of the United States can declare someone a U.S. citizen, an enemy combatant, and not only detain them indefinitely, which is a violation of our Constitution, but ultimately have them assassinated on our own turf, domestically.
00:13:32.160So, all they have to do is declare someone an enemy combatant, even if you are a U.S. citizen, and the Constitution be damned.

00:16:44.220We are beyond the beginnings of a dystopian police state.
00:16:50.300We are now to the point where they're starting to show their teeth with impunity.
00:16:57.200So if we don't do something very quickly, if we don't have our champion back in the castle soon, our democratically elected constitutional republic is doomed.
00:17:13.620And President Trump is the champion, there is no question.
00:17:20.060He is the only one, as I've said frequently, he is our Churchill in this, in 2024, which is our 1939.
00:17:31.840He cannot begin to rebuild this federal government and clean it up and expunge the traitors, the criminals, who right now fill nearly every post, it seems, in leadership in the federal government.
00:17:50.920And so I don't know where we go, but it's going to be a tough fight.

00:17:59.200I want to turn to an event, and you and I talked about it as well, the day that it happened.
00:18:08.120And that was the death of President Rehsi of Iran in a fog-bound mountainous region of the Azerbaijani province.
00:18:20.520Three helicopters, one explodes, we don't know whether it exploded on the ground or whether it exploded in the air, but we do know the other two helicopters didn't even slow down for all practical purposes and just moved ahead.
00:18:37.560Your thoughts about the speculation that the Israelis did it, that the United States did it, that others did it in the region, you're thinking.
00:18:50.180Either this was a crash because of the fog, and it just so happened, one of the three, the chopper that President Rehsi was on was the one that went down.
00:19:06.440The second is, okay, there's a, that this was internal, and that someone inside wanted the President to take a dive.
00:19:17.240And in that case, it's also the cleric, Al-Hassini, that's also going to be in jeopardy here because another, another younger crowd wants to take power.
00:19:32.840And it's not just power because they want to liberate the people of Iran.
00:19:37.520It would, there's a lot of money involved in this too.
00:19:39.640But, and the, the, the third is that the, that perhaps we and the Israelis had something to do with this.

00:19:54.100And just so happens, my satellite stuff, I may have been involved with supporting some of these sort of things, that it would take a whole lot.
00:20:04.960Not only would you have to bribe a mechanic of the helicopters, but you would have to know which one of those helicopters the President was going to be on.
00:20:14.060That's a lot harder, and that's going to be at a much higher echelon.
00:20:17.240And I would, I doubt very seriously the Mossad or our CIA would have that capability.
00:20:23.800So I believe, of those three, I believe this was an inside job.

00:20:36.940And that being the case, do you expect the, that being the case that that looks like the likeliest scenario to you?
00:20:47.240If that is where the Iranians come down, would they in any way try to retaliate?

00:21:00.520But an interesting thing that if it was Israel, Israel would leave a calling card because they, they would want them to know that, oh, by the way, because of what happened on, on October 7th, that, that we've, we've come for you.
00:21:16.300And that there's no place to hide, and that we've got you.
00:21:20.160Ultimately, I would think the, the powers to be would be having some, some huge, you know, pointing of the fingers at Israel in this case, or, and or perhaps our CIA and Israel.

00:21:45.340And even if they had to spread out because of the fog, you don't, you don't, you don't put the, the president's helicopter at the, you know, flying point in the, in the, of the three helicopters.

00:23:58.380Well, this would be a cheap air base to give up to the, to the powers that are going to come take over, considering the one in Afghanistan was what, a couple billion dollars worth.
00:24:10.640These, these guys, it's, it's, I don't know whether they pulled their foreign policy out of a hat, but not only that, but, but you're leaving, you're leaving our folks there that are sitting ducks.
00:24:24.520And, and, and not only there, but other places too, we, we have sitting ducks in the Middle East that are fired on constantly.
00:24:40.460I've, I've been overseas in a position where I'm, I'm in some place, probably maybe not, I shouldn't have been, but it's, it's, you wonder if they just plain forget about you.
00:24:49.760And it's like, oh, you know, you're just cannon fodder, or if something happens, they'll, they'll just determine that, oh, that's just the way it goes.

00:25:37.220And to that point, I think it's one of the reasons, one of many, but one of the reasons that we can't recruit young people for our military.
00:25:47.180It isn't just the Navy or the Marine Corps, the, the Air Force.
00:25:51.380It's every branch of the U.S. military fails to meet its recruiting goals.
00:25:57.580And I don't believe that they're ever going to meet a goal again, without, without a, without a draft of being instituted.
00:26:18.480He wants to, he wants to get into the medical field and that's a good way for him to get in.
00:26:24.420But we've had this discussion about what the military is right now and, and what he can expect and what he cannot expect as far as, you know, his service in the military.
00:26:37.840So he's, he's well aware and his, I think his attitude is he's just going to ignore the nonsense and, and try to do his duty for the country and, and ultimately to use that experience to, to move further into the medical field later on.
00:26:52.500But, but, but, you know, you got to understand that these kids coming out of college or, and, or a high school that they, they look at what's happening and, you know, oh yeah, we're going to, we're going to put you in a foxhole with some, some, some freak in a tutu and, you know, waving a, you know, a multicolored flag or it's like, or, or, or some other crazy scenario.
00:27:14.080And, and ultimately when we have to have a real, a real fight with boots on the ground and, and, and sabers at the, you know, at the end, at the end of the rifle, we're going to get our cabooses waxed when this happens.

00:27:31.420That once we have a slaughter of our own troops, then they'll come to the conclusion that we have to stop this stupidity.
