The Great America Show - BORDER CZAR TO THE RESCUE

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:05.220 It's great to have you with us today.

00:00:07.020 Christmas is just under two weeks away, and it's fast approaching.

00:00:10.860 Just after Christmas, we're going to have New Year's a few days after that.

00:00:14.680 And then just a short, under three weeks after that, Joe Biden's going to be departing the

00:00:20.120 White House back to whatever million-dollar home his son Hunter helped him buy, and out

00:00:26.600 into the sunset, hopefully to never be seen again.

00:00:28.760 And I think we're all going to be happy about that for the destruction he's done to this

00:00:32.120 country.

00:00:33.260 Last week, Biden granted a little clemency to some folks.

00:00:37.720 In fact, he granted 39 pardons on Thursday and over 1,000 commuted sentences.

00:00:44.920 And what they're saying is the largest in the history of this country for presidential

00:00:49.000 pardons in a single day.

00:00:50.980 Now, the White House won't release the list of names on folks he's pardoning and folks

00:00:55.300 that he is pardoned in that 39 and 1,000 people.

00:00:59.900 Very interesting to see.

00:01:01.300 I think we're probably going to find out that some of Hunter Biden's friends, former business

00:01:05.520 associates, maybe family members are in that list of pardons, because I'm not sure why the

00:01:10.780 White House would have a problem releasing that list.

00:01:13.740 It's going to come out eventually anyway.

00:01:15.380 Maybe they're just waiting until he leaves office for it to come out for no backlash.

00:01:19.220 Who knows?

00:01:20.060 I guess we'll see.

00:01:21.240 The Biden administration also boasting last week about making the first arrest related

00:01:26.780 to climate change ever, according to the EPA.

00:01:29.840 In its annual report, the EPA says that enforcement efforts over the 2024 fiscal year included the

00:01:35.100 first ever criminal charges for a crime related to climate change.

00:01:39.860 That's what these folks have been up to, folks.

00:01:41.820 We have a border that's wide open.

00:01:44.020 We have illegals coming into this country selling drugs and human trafficking. 0.63

00:01:47.540 But no, they're going after people who do climate change crimes now, apparently.

00:01:52.960 Michael Hart, who's 58 years old, of San Diego, was convicted in September of illegally bringing

00:01:57.240 forbidden greenhouse gases into the United States, according to a Department of Justice

00:02:01.640 news release, which said the man was accused of smuggling potent greenhouse gases into the

00:02:06.600 country.

00:02:07.540 Court documents say from June of 2022 to December of 2022, Hart sold hydrofluorid carbons online.

00:02:15.940 Once the orders were placed, Hart purchased the refrigerants in Mexico with the help of his

00:02:21.140 conspirators and illegally imported them into the United States.

00:02:24.900 Now, folks, the things that they're accusing him of importing and selling to the United States,

00:02:29.720 the hydrofluorocarbons, are refrigerants for your refrigerator, for air conditioning units,

00:02:36.320 for aerosols, for fire suppressant systems, for phone blowing, for installations.

00:02:40.900 And this is what the Biden administration is priding themselves on.

00:02:45.600 Imagine that, a border that's absolutely out of control.

00:02:49.360 And this is what they're worried about.

00:02:50.580 I want to bring in today's guest.

00:02:51.580 He knows a little bit something about the border.

00:02:53.760 Victor Avila.

00:02:54.700 Victor, it's great to have you back here on The Great America Show.

00:02:58.820 I want to begin with that first, because you're somebody who knows a little bit about the border

00:03:03.080 and how we've allowed it to be wide open with illegals and drugs and human trafficking pouring in.

00:03:09.820 The first EPA-related arrests, Victor.

00:03:13.960 Are you proud of this country or what?

00:03:16.500 What about the priorities being as screwed up as, you know, it's been upside down and backwards these last four years.

00:03:22.940 And I can't wait for the real priorities, public safety, national security, the economy,

00:03:29.780 to be the forefront of what this administration, and I'm talking about the Trump administration,

00:03:37.020 tackling everyday American issues that affect Americans all the way down to their neighborhoods.

00:03:44.540 And you're going to see a dramatic change, this nonsense of climate change and all that.

00:03:50.140 You're going to see, first of all, the funding go away for all those type of investigations.

00:03:54.600 That's not going to – that money that was possibly used for that is going to be used for the investigations that we really want as Americans.

00:04:02.660 As a matter of fact, the American people spoke and said that they want it.

00:04:06.920 Yeah, you're absolutely right.

00:04:07.860 I mean, if you look at some of the budgets and the workforce, EPA has got 15,000 people working for them,

00:04:13.880 almost a billion-dollar budget.

00:04:16.160 What a total waste of absolute money.

00:04:18.760 You know, the thing that drives me nuts, and obviously neither of you, neither you or I are EPA people or people know, 0.98

00:04:24.500 we know common sense, which I think is more important than some of this crap these people are doing.

00:04:29.480 But they're so worried about America, you put a billion dollars into this EPA, you hire 15,000 paper pushers. 0.70

00:04:35.680 But if you go look at, like, China, and you go look at the pollutions they're putting into the air, 0.87

00:04:40.580 and you don't – I don't have to be a scientist to see this, Victor,

00:04:43.100 but if you look at the ozone layer above China and over Beijing, it's a massive gaping black hole,

00:04:49.420 and there's no place in this country that's actually like China.

00:04:53.140 But we have an EPA that we waste a billion dollars on a year, 15,000 people need jobs. 1.00

00:04:57.220 Total, total bullshit. 0.99

00:04:59.560 I want to turn to that border. 0.99

00:05:01.460 And some of these news organizations, Victor, it seems in the month and change that President Trump has won,

00:05:08.100 these news organizations are shifting massively.

00:05:11.440 You look at Mark Zuckerberg giving a million dollars to President Trump's campaign.

00:05:15.420 He's scared as hell that they're going to come after his big tech, and they should.

00:05:20.320 For everything he's done in 2016 and 2020 with the Zuckerbucks and the influencing elections, 0.96

00:05:25.020 they went after alleged Russians who put up Facebook posts for election interference.

00:05:30.040 I think we should go after Mark Zuckerberg for election interference, but that's a story for a different day.

00:05:34.160 But some of these news organizations, Victor, are finally starting to report the news,

00:05:38.080 and I think it's because they know the next four years is going to be very rough for them.

00:05:42.040 A lot of them are already starting to realize that the women over at The View have meltdowns by the day. 0.99

00:05:47.920 Those people need medicine. 0.99

00:05:49.740 Joe and Mika Scarborough, another two.

00:05:52.340 You can go down the list of these people, but The Washington Post, nonetheless, Victor,

00:05:55.860 out with a report that they've done themselves that tells us that both Mexico and America

00:06:02.080 are underreporting the deaths that are happening at the border.

00:06:06.420 So I want to get your thoughts on that.

00:06:07.920 Just some numbers from 2017 to 2023, around 1,100 people drowned in Eagle Pass.

00:06:13.840 In 2023, more than one in 10 drowning, Victor, is a child.

00:06:18.520 I want your thoughts on that.

00:06:19.700 I have personally seen the drownings there when my visits to the border.

00:06:26.900 And, yes, these deaths occur.

00:06:28.760 And this is one thing that a lot of people don't understand, especially the left and the mainstream media,

00:06:33.260 that they didn't want to report.

00:06:35.320 One thing is Americans being affected by the financial impact of illegal immigration,

00:06:40.860 the crime, the schools, the health care system that we talk about all the time.

00:06:44.700 But the illegals themselves that are dying, drowning, raped, cooked to death by the sun.

00:06:55.120 And so when you secure that border, you're helping everyone.

00:06:59.000 You're actually going to help secure everyone and prevent these crimes from happening to them.

00:07:04.180 And these atrocities that the cartels do, by the way, the corrupt government in Mexico that the cartels that victimize these people,

00:07:12.940 you're going to save them from being victimized.

00:07:15.100 This is you're also going to clean that up as well.

00:07:18.180 And so the underreport of these crimes and we've been talking about, I know Tom and I have been talking about it for years.

00:07:23.620 The amount of death surrounding that border is a real thing.

00:07:27.820 And some of these are very tragic, especially when it comes to children.

00:07:31.540 But just this morning, another case of an illegal alien killing, in this case, a drunk driver, illegal alien in the Houston area,

00:07:39.980 killed a seven-year-old little girl, Ivory Smith. 0.99

00:07:43.540 I'm sick and tired of hearing these guys coming into our country and killing us, raping us, burglarizing our homes.

00:07:51.980 We had about enough of this and you're going to see a dramatic change of us going after these people and holding them accountable. 0.51

00:07:59.820 You mentioned one situation I can mention another.

00:08:02.580 A Trendy Agua gang member arrested this week.

00:08:05.320 A million-dollar drug bust.

00:08:07.020 I'm no drug user or have ever been, but I do know the price of what drugs cost. 0.99

00:08:13.160 And a million dollars is a lot of damn drugs, Victor. 1.00

00:08:16.920 If it's fentanyl, it's a million dollars that can kill a lot of damn people. 1.00

00:08:20.700 Going back to the Washington Post and the underreporting of debts, what people don't realize on the left, Victor, 0.99

00:08:26.820 is that the person to blame for these debts is the U.S. government because they're aiding and abetting.

00:08:33.900 When you have Joe Biden and Kamala Harris coming out here telling us, come, come, you can come here.

00:08:39.800 You've got Governor Pritzker saying, come, we'll be a sanctuary city for you.

00:08:43.860 When you have Mayor Eric Adams, before he got indicted for taking money from Turkey, saying, come to New York.

00:08:50.380 It's a sanctuary city.

00:08:51.640 We'll rent out the Roosevelt Hotel for you for $100 million a year.

00:08:55.940 They're aiding and abetting.

00:08:57.300 They're telling these people, take the journey.

00:08:59.440 Pay the drug lords.

00:09:00.820 A lot of what people don't realize, too, Victor, and I know people who own restaurants in New York who have illegals working for them.

00:09:07.600 And I talk to these illegals because I like to get a sense of, you know, what it's like, the border, what the trek is like.

00:09:14.200 I'm not like these Democrats, Victor.

00:09:15.640 I don't want to just read the news.

00:09:17.200 I want to talk to these people firsthand to understand what's going on.

00:09:21.340 To put it in perspective, a fellow I spoke to who goes back and forth through the border, through cartels.

00:09:27.440 And by the way, nobody gets through the border without paying the cartels.

00:09:31.700 If you think you're going to, you're going to be killed.

00:09:33.980 It's simple as that. 1.00

00:09:34.680 It doesn't matter if you're a woman, it doesn't matter if you're a child, you will be killed. 1.00

00:09:38.160 They give you the wristbands that tell you how much money you've paid, how much you have to pay at the next checkpoint.

00:09:42.660 So I spoke to this fellow.

00:09:44.200 When Trump was in or before Trump was in, it was about $5,000 to come to the country.

00:09:49.680 It's now over $20,000 for these migrants to come through the southern border.

00:09:55.100 We're aiding and abetting it, Victor.

00:09:57.020 We've turned over the border to the cartels.

00:09:59.460 We allow them to run this smuggling operation, and nobody seems to care on the left.

00:10:04.380 The Joy Bejars, the Whoopi Goldbergs, where is your heart?

00:10:07.740 Where is your heart for these folks who think they're coming to America for a better life, but don't realize what they have to do to get here?

00:10:14.260 And when they get here, it's not all the grass is greener on the other side.

00:10:18.980 Well, I thought they were supposed to be humanitarian, right?

00:10:21.240 And they never care about that because, yes, Biden, Mallorca, Harris, they have blood on their hands.

00:10:29.380 They have deliberately put these people in these conditions to begin with because of what you just said,

00:10:35.920 of the invitation and the magnets that are currently present in this country.

00:10:41.800 So that's what's going to go away.

00:10:43.400 The money's going to go away.

00:10:44.540 The magnets and incentives that are bringing the illegals into this country is no longer going to exist. 1.00

00:10:50.880 And I'm talking about employers.

00:10:52.680 I'm talking about schooling.

00:10:54.220 I'm talking about health care.

00:10:55.960 I'm talking about the biggest issues of why, the reason they come here to begin with.

00:10:59.960 When you take away those incentives and secure the border, they're not going to pay the $20,000 to the cartel because it's going to be lost money.

00:11:08.240 Right now, by the way, right now, the smuggling, because of what's happening in this transition period, the smuggling is through the roof.

00:11:16.420 Hundreds of stash houses are being located along El Paso, Texas, Laredo, Texas, and these border towns because they know that even though we have small groups of showing up in Eagle Pass, again, 200, 150, and so in El Paso,

00:11:30.500 there's a lot of them that don't want to go through this process and say, I better get in, and I'm going to pay extra money to get smuggled and not detected at all.

00:11:36.840 So, Victor, how do we, you know, the problem is, and there was a story on this about two weeks ago, I think it was in the New York Post,

00:11:43.820 that the folks in the construction industry are very upset because Trump wants to deport these illegals,

00:11:51.840 and a lot of these folks get their employees through illegal immigration, as I mentioned, restaurants being some of the biggest folks, construction being another big one.

00:12:00.340 This is my issue. Things after COVID, Victor, the prices, now, I don't know where you live if it's gotten this bad,

00:12:08.000 but in New York, we obviously had inflation, it took a hit, but it wasn't as bad as some of these restauranteers have made it.

00:12:14.980 They've raised the price. Victor, you can't go into a restaurant here in New York and get a Caesar salad for less than like 15 or 16 bucks.

00:12:21.000 Now, I know the price of lettuce is maybe went up 50 or 60 cents. It doesn't reflect the three or four dollars that you guys are charging extra on the menu.

00:12:29.420 The way I understand it is these illegals now are demanding more money. 1.00

00:12:33.900 They see how much more money is coming into the restaurant, and they're demanding more money from these restaurant owners, from these construction owners.

00:12:40.340 It used to be, Victor, where I live here in New York, if you're doing a construction job, you're going down to the local Home Depot.

00:12:46.000 Yes. And you pick up one of the fellows there. By the way, Victor, this is another thing I've seen change over the course of the last few years.

00:12:55.980 It used to go and it was Hispanic folks. You'd see some Mexican fellows. You'd see some Venezuelans.

00:13:02.940 Now you go and they're not there anymore. It's predominantly Haitians, people from Senegal.

00:13:09.020 I don't know what's going on at the border, where the where the people from Mexico are going, where the people from Venezuela are going, where the people from Honduras are going.

00:13:17.860 But it's predominantly now here, people from Senegal and people from Haiti.

00:13:21.220 And I'm not saying that based on their skin color. I've spoken to these people and I've asked them where they're from because I'm curious.

00:13:26.840 So we're seeing a shift there. But now, Victor, it used to be you'd go get these guys for 100 bucks a day.

00:13:31.440 Now they want 150 bucks, 200 bucks a day. If you tell them you're doing masonry work, no thank you.

00:13:36.020 They're getting spoiled. So the second we tell these people, these these restaurant owners, these construction workers, you can't hire these folks.

00:13:45.820 I think we can settle down the problem because these people have no jobs now, which is how I think you have to tackle it because they only come here because of work.

00:13:53.860 How can we hold these people, these were these owners of companies responsible to stop hiring these illegals because they are the problem? 1.00

00:14:02.020 Here's here's the key. And you haven't heard it in the last four years.

00:14:06.400 It's called worksite enforcement that both HSI, Homeland Security Investigations and ICE, ERO, Enforcement Removal Operations, work on.

00:14:14.540 These groups have been non-existent for the last four years.

00:14:18.620 They 100 percent focus on employers hiring the aliens. 0.99

00:14:22.300 And we're not we're talking about the construction business, the restaurant business, the food packing industries and those type of businesses.

00:14:29.660 Now you're going to go. They're going to go after the employers.

00:14:32.480 These groups are going to be up and running again and they're going to go tackle.

00:14:36.940 Now, here's the thing is that most of the time there's this huge fine, right, that's imposed on these companies.

00:14:43.060 And they don't really care because they have the billions of dollars to pay.

00:14:46.480 It's going to have to be an example of a criminal prosecution of some of these employers that is going to get their attention and say, wait a minute, I don't want to go to federal prison.

00:14:55.120 Well, unless you stop hiring these illegal aliens. 1.00

00:14:58.480 And once you start doing that and it's all about enforcement of the law, by the way, there's no new laws to be invented here.

00:15:04.940 We're just going to dust off the book that hasn't been used and we're going to open those pages up to those laws and enforce them.

00:15:13.200 And these, you know, sanctuary cities like Chicago and kind of kind of glad that New York is kind of jumping on board.

00:15:20.200 I think they don't have a they don't have a choice.

00:15:22.840 But Chicago is still now this morning saying that Tom Homan doesn't have any authority as the borders are.

00:15:27.620 He's going to find out the hard way the authority that he has.

00:15:30.760 And and we're kind of saying, you know, like Tom is saying, just stay out of the way.

00:15:35.140 Let us do our job. But if you get in front of us and try to impede and obstruct the federal government, you're going to find yourself in handcuffs.

00:15:42.260 Victor, there's a saying for that. I can't say it on air because of the integrity.

00:15:45.660 Lou did not like when I curse, but there's a saying it's F around and find out.

00:15:49.400 And these folks are soon going to find out. I want to take a quick break here.

00:15:52.360 And I do want to take up Tom Homan meeting with Mayor Eric Adams this week and J.B. Pritzker saying that.

00:15:56.820 But I also want to go a little bit further into the employment issue and how some of these folks are getting around Social Security numbers.

00:16:04.580 We're coming right back with Victor Avila.

00:16:06.460 He's a retired supervisory special agent with ICE, an organization we love so much.

00:17:18.860 We're talking with Victor Avila.

00:17:20.000 He's a former supervisory special agent with U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement.

00:17:25.420 Victor, we were talking about how these illegals comp into this country and how they get the permission to work here. 1.00

00:17:32.180 I've witnessed firsthand people who come here and somehow get Social Security numbers.

00:17:37.680 Now, it doesn't make any sense to me.

00:17:38.960 You're not a citizen.

00:17:39.660 You're not even a green card holder.

00:17:41.140 You're not allowed to work here.

00:17:42.140 But these folks are somehow getting Social Security numbers.

00:17:44.480 They go to their employer.

00:17:45.400 They hand them the Social Security card.

00:17:46.940 And the employer writes it off and says, well, I don't know. 0.98

00:17:49.700 I mean, you don't speak a damn word of English. 0.56

00:17:51.300 But somehow you're a U.S. citizen. 0.94

00:17:54.080 You have no other papers.

00:17:55.820 But somehow you have a Social Security number.

00:17:57.180 And they wash their hands clean.

00:17:58.400 They say, okay, it's a Social Security number in my books.

00:18:00.220 You're okay to work here.

00:18:01.840 How are we going to crack down on this?

00:18:03.760 I mean, how do you, you know, felonize these people to stop this?

00:18:08.540 Because what you're going to hear from these people, Victor, is we can't afford to stay in business if we don't hire illegals. 1.00

00:18:13.620 Well, that's total bullshit because 20 years ago we didn't have all these illegals in this country taking these jobs, right? 1.00

00:18:20.060 You went to the back of a restaurant and you'd see an old Italian guy working there off the boat from Italy, a citizen. 0.99

00:18:25.140 You'd go to an Irish pub and you had an Irish guy in the back working in the Irish pub.

00:18:29.200 I mean, you go down the list of things.

00:18:31.320 But we didn't have this issue 25 years ago.

00:18:33.040 You didn't walk into the back kitchen of a restaurant and find 10 illegals there.

00:18:36.800 You didn't go on a construction site and see 15 illegals working there.

00:18:40.500 How do we get rid of the notion that we've got to go out of business if we can't hire these illegals? 1.00

00:18:47.560 And I'm glad you're bringing that point because this is the point that nobody really talks about when it comes to the employment of legal aliens.

00:18:53.000 We're talking about the fraud, the document fraud, the benefit fraud that occurs.

00:18:57.560 And I worked a lot of these cases as an agent.

00:19:00.680 These are criminal organizations, a lot of them tied to the cartels.

00:19:03.940 So this is how the employer sometimes washes their hands, says, well, even though they know that this guy is illegal, but shows up with this social security number that doesn't belong to them.

00:19:13.120 By the way, it's an identity theft.

00:19:15.100 Also, it's somebody else's identity.

00:19:16.920 I could tell you, I have a twin sister.

00:19:19.060 Her identity was stolen by an illegal alien.

00:19:21.380 And she suffered tremendously because of that for years while she was in law school.

00:19:26.200 It happens to everyone.

00:19:28.600 And so the benefit fraud and the investigations of the organizations providing the driver's license, providing the fake social security numbers, the fake birth certificates, not only of dead people, of people that are like you and me alive and steal their identity, but all this fraud that is surrounded that.

00:19:48.440 It's not just the employer, you know, hiring an illegal alien under the books, cash. 0.74

00:19:55.200 Yes, that happens a lot, too.

00:19:57.040 But, of course, E-Verify is going to be huge.

00:19:59.900 It's going to be huge because E-Verify, these employers are going to have to go through the system of E-Verify, and that alone will reduce dramatically the amount of people that then can get present the document.

00:20:13.220 And here's the other thing.

00:20:14.460 When an illegal alien presents, comes to an employer and presents a fraudulent document, this is where the check with the E-Verify and the I-9 form comes in, and they're going to do cross these cross-references and say, you're not the same person.

00:20:27.020 Well, that's another crime that the illegal alien committed, actually. 0.89

00:20:31.120 It doesn't excuse the illegal anymore.

00:20:33.320 And sometimes the illegal gets kind of given a pass because, well, I just came here to work.

00:20:38.740 Well, not only anymore, because now you actually committed fraud, you committed identity theft, you committed several other federal offenses here that you know well that what you were doing, and now you're going to be held accountable for it.

00:20:50.140 So all that is going to now be – you're going to hear about these cases now that you haven't heard because, again, there's a group under the HSI Homeland Security Investigations.

00:20:59.580 These are groups within the special agent in charge across the country called benefit and groups that go out there, and all they do is investigate these type of frauds.

00:21:12.840 Marriage frauds, by the way, is huge.

00:21:15.440 All these different types of frauds that illegals try to get in to employers and manipulate our system are going to finally be looked at, and they're going to be held accountable.

00:21:25.020 Marriage frauds, I just read an article yesterday, that girl who came from Hawaii, I don't know if you saw it, but the girl who went to L.A., she was going to New York, she went missing.

00:21:35.600 After L.A., her father wound up killing himself because he couldn't find his daughter for two weeks, was engaged in marriage fraud.

00:21:41.720 She went on a trip with her boyfriend.

00:21:43.320 They wanted to go to New York so they can take pictures to try to fool the system.

00:21:46.720 By the way, let me say something really quick.

00:21:49.480 The other agency here that you're going to hear a lot about is USCIS, U.S. Immigration and Citizen Services.

00:21:56.500 There's going to be a lot of cleanup there.

00:21:58.640 They're the ones that sometimes are the first ones to detect this fraud, but obviously in the last four years haven't done anything about it.

00:22:04.860 This is where a lot of people are going to be caught through that process.

00:22:08.480 Yeah, and you know what?

00:22:09.040 The budget they want to talk about.

00:22:10.200 The Republicans and the Democrats both, because they're both guilty of this, always want to spend money, Victor.

00:22:15.060 They want to send money over to Ukraine.

00:22:16.360 I can't wait to spend money on programs like CIS, ICE, DHS, and dumping billions and billions of more dollars into it because this is agencies that really need it.

00:22:27.160 Going back to some of these employees that these people are hiring, it really pisses me off, Victor, because going through college, I worked as a DJ.

00:22:35.780 I worked as a bartender.

00:22:36.800 I worked various jobs to make money, and I loved working.

00:22:39.820 I absolutely loved it.

00:22:40.640 It made me appreciate the value of money, and I was fortunate enough to have my parents pay for my college.

00:22:45.900 So, you know, I'd go out and work, and I was a college kid with all this damn money that I was out there making, and it made me appreciate it.

00:22:51.340 But I saw how things work. 0.99

00:22:53.580 The notion that you can't stay in business because of labor rates is total bullshit. 0.99

00:22:59.620 You know why, Victor? 0.97

00:23:00.480 When you go to a 7-Eleven, when you go to a Dunkin' Donuts, now it may be a massive corporation, but they're people who buy these corporations, and they're operated individually.

00:23:08.080 When you go to a gas station, these folks are making minimum wage. 1.00

00:23:11.000 When you go to a Walmart, they're making minimum wage, and they somehow manage to get by.

00:23:15.260 They manage to find these employees.

00:23:18.100 So these people want to get out by paying these folks cash and not pay the payroll taxes on it and all that stuff.

00:23:24.680 It's total BS.

00:23:25.660 It's not going to put them out of business.

00:23:27.720 You go to any restaurant, Victor, in New York City, and you're not leaving for two people if you're drinking alcohol for less than $200.

00:23:33.940 You're telling me you can't pay someone an extra $3 or $4 an hour? 1.00

00:23:37.980 It's total, total bullshit. 1.00

00:23:40.100 Don't call for it. 1.00

00:23:40.860 I'll tell you what's going to be exposed, and it's going to be exposed on these employers that exploit these individuals because you're absolutely right.

00:23:49.400 They don't want to pay them. 0.93

00:23:50.720 They don't want to pay them the fair wage, and there's a lot of exploitation, labor exploitation, as you're going to see.

00:23:56.600 As a matter of fact, we've already been seeing it this past year because we talk about sex trafficking a lot.

00:24:02.180 Well, there's labor trafficking of a lot of these individuals, and a lot of them are children that are being put in meatpacking plants in Florida, 9-, 10-year-olds working in these chicken factories.

00:24:12.340 And so you're going to see a lot of that come to an end because these employers are not going to get away with this anymore because they want to save their money, their earnings, their pocketbook, which is the only advantage that they have.

00:24:26.760 But you're right.

00:24:27.340 It's not going to make a difference.

00:24:29.800 Construction of houses is not going to be impacted.

00:24:33.520 In the 1960s, when immigration was low, we still built houses and buildings in this country.

00:24:38.980 And so the only difference here is that if you want to do it right and you want to come to the U.S., you're going to see different opportunities to do it the legal way.

00:24:49.780 But for now, you're going to have to go back to your home country and start that process again.

00:24:53.860 And, Victor, I don't want to sound like a broken record here, but it's a matter of dollars and cents.

00:25:00.860 You know, it's not a matter of paying someone $150 a day versus $300 a day.

00:25:05.980 It's a matter of paying someone $150 a day versus $175 a day and paying the tax on it, being a law-abiding citizen, paying taxes.

00:25:13.460 I've always worked, you know, W-2 jobs, so I've never had a chance to escape taxes.

00:25:17.700 But all these people, Victor, now the whole no tax on tips, I'm all in favor of that.

00:25:22.880 These people are doing the service industry.

00:25:24.840 They shouldn't be paying tax on tips, in my opinion.

00:25:26.760 But you're on the books.

00:25:28.140 You're making a living wage.

00:25:29.620 You should be paying taxes on it.

00:25:30.880 And a lot of these restaurant owners, and I use them because I have a lot of friends who are restauranteers, it's a matter of dollars and cents.

00:25:37.420 The other thing is the justification of prices.

00:25:39.320 I have a family friend, Victor, who wanted to do an extension on their house in New York in, I think, probably 2014, 2015.

00:25:45.920 Let's say it was $300,000.

00:25:48.200 Four years later, it was close to $700,000 for the same renovation.

00:25:52.500 There is no possible way, inflation included, to justify a doubling of price because I guarantee you these folks who work for them weren't making double the money, what they were making in 2012 or 13 versus 2015, 2016.

00:26:05.860 So people now are making more money.

00:26:08.180 The rich are getting richer.

00:26:09.960 The people who are owning these businesses are making more money now than they've ever made before.

00:26:13.920 And they're just being selfish, and they don't want to share it.

00:26:16.160 And they want to get away with the cheap, illegal immigrant labor. 1.00

00:26:19.220 And I think the time is over for that.

00:26:21.740 Victor, I want to turn to the border.

00:26:23.680 President Trump tapping former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott to take over as the head of Customs and Border Protection, CBP.

00:26:32.220 What's your thoughts on Rodney? 0.99

00:26:33.480 You think Rodney's going to sure up that damn border? 0.99

00:26:36.480 I love Rodney. 0.99

00:26:37.200 He's a personal friend of mine.

00:26:38.480 And I talked to him right after the announcement, and he is ready to go.

00:26:44.220 As you know, he was the chief of Border Patrol.

00:26:47.080 And one thing that Rodney's going to bring, he has integrity.

00:26:50.360 He's the one that the Biden administration basically forced him out because he wasn't going to do what Border Patrol was forced to do the last four years.

00:26:58.460 He said, I'm not going to participate in this.

00:27:00.140 And so that's the type of integrity that Rodney Scott brings as CBP commissioner, which oversees Border Patrol and CBP Customs at the ports of entry and airports.

00:27:10.040 And there's going to be a lot of attention being placed there because of the trade, of the negotiations that we're going to do with Mexico.

00:27:18.520 Remember, we don't talk about ports of entry a lot, but there's a lot that we can do there.

00:27:23.720 I kid around with Rodney and I said, well, maybe it'll be 100% checks, Rodney.

00:27:28.900 Initially, 100% checks on every single person and every single vehicle coming through that.

00:27:34.220 You know the type of chaos that it would cause on the Mexican side? 1.00

00:27:38.920 And I'm talking about it affects everyone.

00:27:41.940 And this is the problem is that the United States doesn't want to affect the free trade and the fair trade and the legal people that come in back and forth on the border.

00:27:51.360 We want that to happen.

00:27:52.740 I lived on the border.

00:27:53.880 I was born and raised on the border.

00:27:55.400 We want that to continue.

00:27:56.720 The legal system of that has always existed.

00:27:59.400 The problem is that they get affected with all the other criminal activity that happens at the border and the cartels and the smuggling of people and drugs.

00:28:08.400 And so, unfortunately, sometimes there's going to be some sacrifices, but there's a lot of things that could be done on the line, not that border, in between the ports of entry.

00:28:17.460 I know Rodney's going to do it.

00:28:19.140 He's on board with Tom Holman.

00:28:21.160 There's going to be a team effort there.

00:28:22.540 You're going to see these different directors and commissioners from different agencies come together along with the Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem.

00:28:32.620 It's going to be a group effort of people that know how to do it.

00:28:36.440 And you're going to see a dramatic impact.

00:28:38.820 Right away, by the way, the border is going to be something you have to wait about.

00:28:42.240 The deportation and all that, it's going to be, you know, it's going to be implemented.

00:28:45.720 And you're going to start seeing them maybe a little bit slower, but you're going to see the dramatic impact on day one at the border.

00:28:51.540 Yeah, I mean, I hope so.

00:28:52.840 And you're exactly right.

00:28:54.300 The harder you make it for these people to come into this country, the less they're going to want to come. 1.00

00:28:58.940 And you're absolutely right.

00:29:00.200 100% checks.

00:29:01.400 You look at how much drugs probably get by in the border.

00:29:03.700 And you know what?

00:29:04.400 I wouldn't even put it past there being, we know there's corrupt FBI agents in this country.

00:29:08.700 Who's to tell us there's not corrupt Border Patrol agents who are overlooking these things?

00:29:12.260 I mean, it's in every agency.

00:29:13.400 Unfortunately, in my career, I put a corrupt Border Patrol agent in prison and a corrupt CBP inspector.

00:29:20.700 It happens.

00:29:21.620 It's the reality of what we live in.

00:29:23.840 But those get weeded out as well.

00:29:26.680 Yeah.

00:29:26.920 And, you know, like it's in every industry.

00:29:29.040 It's not, like I said, I'm not vilifying Border Patrol because 99.9% of these folks are actually great people.

00:29:36.680 And they go out there and do a great job.

00:29:38.940 They're just handcuffed, not even metaphorically, literally handcuffed from doing their job.

00:29:43.480 So they're dealt the short end of the stick.

00:29:45.000 But, you know, you think about how much corruption is there where we're actually letting this in.

00:29:49.460 And it's not even these folks' fault.

00:29:51.980 It's the government.

00:29:52.680 They say the cartel owns the border.

00:29:54.760 So go ahead and have at it.

00:29:56.160 Do whatever the hell you want.

00:29:57.480 We're talking with Victor Avila, former Supervisory Special Agent for ICE.

00:30:01.000 We're coming right back.

00:31:06.500 We're back, folks.

00:31:07.580 Thanks for staying with us.

00:31:08.480 We're talking with Victor Avila, former Supervisory Special Agent for ICE.

00:31:12.680 Thanks, Victor.

00:31:13.660 We spoke about our southern border in great depth in these first two segments.

00:31:17.660 I want to talk about something people don't talk about a lot, and that's our northern border.

00:31:22.400 President Trump met with Justin Trudeau just weeks after winning the election.

00:31:27.780 Trudeau ran down to Mar-a-Lago because President Trump used the T word, and no, not Trudeau, the tariff word.

00:31:33.900 And it seems to be a great bargaining chip because this man caved like a cheap folding chair that Joe Biden uses at the beach.

00:31:40.240 Trudeau now is having a rough time dealing with his Trump derangement syndrome, excoriating America for not electing the first female president.

00:31:49.660 Take a listen to Mr. Trudeau.

00:31:51.240 Now, it shouldn't be that way.

00:31:54.020 It wasn't supposed to be that way.

00:31:55.540 We were supposed to be on a steady, if difficult sometimes, march towards progress.

00:32:02.500 And yet, just a few weeks ago, the United States voted for a second time to not elect its first woman president. 0.78

00:32:10.840 Everywhere, women's rights and women's progress is under attack, overtly and subtly.

00:32:19.240 But I want you to know that I am and always will be a proud feminist.

00:32:24.280 You will always have an ally in me and in my government. 0.73

00:32:27.360 Victor, that guy's a total freak, and I'm questioning now, I'm just seeing that, if he's a man himself. 0.98

00:32:33.260 I mean, the notion that America's not ready for a woman is just total nonsense. 0.97

00:32:38.240 You see how many women are in leadership in Congress.

00:32:41.260 You look at how many women are in the Senate. 1.00

00:32:44.440 It's total bullshit nonsense. 1.00

00:32:46.200 He's Trump's nominees for all his positions. 1.00

00:32:48.900 Right.

00:32:49.160 If you put up a woman who is worth a while, the American people will vote for it. 1.00

00:32:54.080 They knew Kamala Harris was totally full of shit. 1.00

00:32:56.760 They knew every word out of her mouth was a lie. 1.00

00:32:59.380 They knew she was a phony. 1.00

00:33:00.420 They knew she was a drunk. 1.00

00:33:01.680 They knew she didn't have an original thought of her own. 0.99

00:33:03.800 With Hillary Clinton, the American people knew how corrupt she was. 1.00

00:33:06.440 You put up two of the worst female candidates, Victor, in the history of this country, you're going to get a result like you got. 1.00

00:33:13.100 And President Trump beat them like a drum both times.

00:33:15.560 It didn't matter.

00:33:16.280 If you put up Joe Biden this election, President Trump was going to beat him like a drum.

00:33:19.820 Maybe not as bad as he beat Kamala, but he was going to beat him like a drum.

00:33:23.440 You put up a woman who was worth a while.

00:33:25.120 We're tired of the identity politics.

00:33:27.520 It doesn't work with the American people anymore.

00:33:29.780 People want a qualified, vetted person in these positions, and they're going to see that with the new Trump administration and the people that are being selected to place there.

00:33:38.720 Speaking of women, who did he pick to run DHS, Victor?

00:33:42.080 Was that a woman? 0.96

00:33:43.120 That's right.

00:33:43.960 Christine Nolan, governor of South Dakota.

00:33:45.880 And let me tell you, she's on board.

00:33:48.580 She's on board to – I know she's on board with Tom Holman and Rodney Scott and all to get this agenda, the mission, the homeland security mission.

00:33:57.660 Remember that?

00:33:58.220 There is one, by the way, to protect our sovereignty and our borders.

00:34:01.520 And you're going to see that really drastic change, especially coming from under the regime of Mayorkas in the last four years. 0.84

00:34:09.440 You know what he's – I hate that man more than – I don't hate anybody, Victor, but I hate that man for what he's done to this country, for all the problems he's caused in this country. 0.97

00:34:17.400 And he gets up there arrogant and pompous, like, who the hell he is? 1.00

00:34:20.960 That man's a criminal. 1.00

00:34:22.160 You know, the fact that the Republicans couldn't get through to impeach that man and make his life living hell, it absolutely enrages me because he's a criminal. 0.99

00:34:29.080 For what he's allowed to happen in this country, he's a criminal.

00:34:32.460 But we're talking now optimistically about a new regime.

00:34:37.320 I say regime as a joke.

00:34:39.380 But the Trump administration coming in and one of these folks, Tom Holman, I know Tom very well from working with him at Fox News and having him on the show.

00:34:49.820 And I know Tom to be a straight shooter.

00:34:51.300 There's no BS with that guy.

00:34:52.700 What you see is what you get.

00:34:54.220 He doesn't care if it's sugar-coated or not.

00:34:56.300 He's a New Yorker at heart.

00:34:58.800 And everyone who watches the show each and every day, you can see my mentality.

00:35:03.140 It's something we're born with, you know, the New York – when Ted Cruz said New York values about Donald Trump, he was right.

00:35:09.680 Us New Yorkers are a different breed of people.

00:35:12.020 We're raised differently to handle situations different.

00:35:15.000 We have a little bit thicker skin than somebody from maybe California.

00:35:19.660 Tom Holman has that.

00:35:21.400 What do you think we're going to get out of Tom Holman as borders are?

00:35:24.800 Well, you're going to get a different type of authority.

00:35:27.820 And I use the word authority given to him by President Trump in fixing the border problem.

00:35:33.660 But I'm going to tell you what you're going to get with Tom Holman, that a lot of people might not associate this border with him.

00:35:39.380 And that is compassion.

00:35:41.300 The man understands what we as individuals, as he was an agent, a Border Patrol agent himself, have seen the dead bodies, have seen the dead children, the rape children that him and I have seen firsthand.

00:35:54.020 And we're sick and tired of that.

00:35:56.600 That compassion that, you know, how Tom Holman says he wakes up pissed off every day because of that.

00:36:02.620 And I was fortunate enough to have been working with Tom for the last couple of years with War 9-1-1.

00:36:07.280 I was just with him just a couple of days ago.

00:36:10.480 And he is he is at a mindset right now in a mission mindset, a warrior mindset of saying enough is enough.

00:36:18.720 You're going to see some dramatic changes, especially with those that want to help us, local jurisdictions, sheriffs, police departments.

00:36:27.680 This is a team effort.

00:36:28.680 It's not President Trump by himself or Tom Holman by himself.

00:36:32.120 This is a team effort of a lot of people.

00:36:33.980 Hey, you want to jump on board?

00:36:35.520 You want to help save America?

00:36:36.740 You want to help save your neighborhood?

00:36:38.240 Let's go.

00:36:38.800 Let's do it.

00:36:39.520 If not, get out of our way.

00:36:41.020 If you're going to impede us, we're going to put you in jail because you're impeding us.

00:36:44.380 But we want to fix this big problem.

00:36:47.580 And it's a big problem of crime and everything else that we've been talking about.

00:36:50.700 And Tom Holman is I can't think of a better person to be in the forefront of it.

00:36:53.560 And you know what?

00:36:54.320 In Holman, he gets a worker. 0.99

00:36:55.820 And anyone who knows Trump knows that Trump is a damn worker. 0.99

00:36:59.080 It's 24-7. 0.99

00:37:00.260 The guy maybe sleeps four or five hours a night and he's up five or six o'clock in the morning back to work.

00:37:04.560 He gets that with Tom Holman.

00:37:06.060 I've seen Tom Holman sleep at Fox News in the green room to make hits early in the morning.

00:37:12.080 I mean, he's getting a workhorse in Tom Holman. 0.95

00:37:15.000 That's for damn sure.

00:37:16.960 And he's getting, like I keep saying, he's getting an absolute straight shooter. 0.96

00:37:20.800 Someone who's going to report right to President Trump.

00:37:23.140 Someone who's not going to go through any loopholes or anything like that.

00:37:26.440 Have to worry about getting through the ladder of people and this and that.

00:37:30.180 He's going to go right to President Trump.

00:37:31.940 And I think they're going to get the job done once and for all.

00:37:35.820 And, Victor, they have no excuse.

00:37:37.440 We have the presidency.

00:37:38.480 You have the Congress.

00:37:39.480 You have the Senate.

00:37:40.160 You have the Supreme Court.

00:37:41.620 By the Supreme Court, I'm being facetious to piss people off like the Democrats.

00:37:45.500 But you have it all.

00:37:46.980 So you have absolutely no excuse.

00:37:48.420 Mike Johnson on day one, and this is a mistake Paul Ryan made.

00:37:52.120 And I don't think it was a mistake.

00:37:53.080 I think it was on purpose.

00:37:54.420 But on day one, the border needs to be the first issue.

00:37:57.800 After you pardon the January Sixers, the border needs to be the first issue because it's an easy one. 1.00

00:38:02.840 We can get it through.

00:38:03.960 Paul Ryan started with health care. 0.96

00:38:05.260 He hung up the thing for a damn year trying to get Obamacare gone, and it wasted so much time. 0.97

00:38:12.360 The border is something so easy. 0.99

00:38:14.360 You pass an appropriation of the border.

00:38:16.100 You fund the border wall. 0.99

00:38:17.600 You hire 10 companies to go ahead and install that damn wall, and you can have it up in a month. 0.99

00:38:21.600 President Trump knows that. 0.99

00:38:22.820 He knows real estate.

00:38:23.580 He knows how it works.

00:38:24.540 That needs to be the first issue on day one.

00:38:27.720 What do you think?

00:38:29.240 I'm going to tell you what I think is going to happen.

00:38:30.840 You're going to have those rhinos that are in the Republican Party that are going to oppose it. 0.67

00:38:37.220 One of them is Tony Gonzalez.

00:38:38.560 I ran against that guy because I kind of wanted to say I told you so.

00:38:43.600 He's already kind of verbalizing that he's going to oppose some of these mass deportations.

00:38:47.800 And I'm like, here we go again.

00:38:50.160 These are the Republicans, by the way.

00:38:52.100 I'm not talking about the legs.

00:38:53.220 And that's the problem.

00:38:54.500 The only difference here is that they're going to be singled out.

00:38:58.500 The spotlight is going to be on them.

00:39:00.520 And I don't think they're going to be able to afford that spotlight when the American people are demanding this mandate that you heard of, right, that they want.

00:39:09.520 And, yes, the border is one.

00:39:11.240 The economy is a close second.

00:39:13.240 And they're not going to be able to.

00:39:14.860 They got away with it with voting with the left for so many years.

00:39:18.080 They're not going to get away with it now.

00:39:19.600 There'll be too much pressure, especially in Texas, for these representatives to pretend that because they're rhinos, they're Democrats in disguise.

00:39:27.440 And so that's the only issue I foresee, that our own Republican Party will be the ones that are actually opposed to it.

00:39:33.940 Well, Victor, I have a rebuttal to that, and you might like it.

00:39:38.440 It's one word.

00:39:39.600 2026.

00:39:40.320 The good thing about congressmen is they only serve two-year terms.

00:39:44.580 So they want to F around.

00:39:46.060 They're going to find out in 2026.

00:39:47.680 And if you decide you want to run in 2026, Victor, I've run many congressional campaigns successfully and unsuccessfully.

00:39:53.640 I will give you my word.

00:39:54.840 I will come down to Texas, and I will help you out for free because we can't afford to be doing this anymore, Victor.

00:40:00.720 We cannot.

00:40:01.420 The country, I mean, if Trump lost in November, Victor, I truly think things would have been over.

00:40:07.000 And I'm not being hyperbolic about it.

00:40:09.620 We would have allowed in another 20 million illegals. 0.96

00:40:11.860 We would have registered them to vote.

00:40:13.380 A Republican would have never won again.

00:40:15.520 President Trump, by the grace of God and the grace of him meeting Elon Musk, happened to win it. 0.99

00:40:21.060 Thank the Lord, because we would have lost this damn country. 0.99

00:40:24.300 Going back to home, and people are going crazy, Victor. 0.99

00:40:28.040 Democrat activists.

00:40:29.200 He's meeting.

00:40:30.100 And by workhorse, I mean workhorse.

00:40:31.700 The man's already getting to the job.

00:40:33.400 He was in Chicago last week meeting with folks there to try to figure out how to get cracking over there.

00:40:38.500 On Thursday last week, he was in New York City meeting with Eric Adams.

00:40:41.940 And the Democrat activists are going absolutely insane, saying it's despicable.

00:40:46.620 What's despicable about following the laws that this nation were founded on, Victor?

00:40:51.360 In Tom Homan's words, tell me what the downside is to a secure border.

00:40:57.880 Tell me what the downside is to less trafficking, to less human smuggling, to less crime by legal aliens.

00:41:04.300 Tell me what the downside is.

00:41:05.480 It is incredible to me that the Chicago mayor and all these other sanctuary city people would want to side with the cartels.

00:41:14.980 They want to side.

00:41:15.920 What side are you on?

00:41:17.420 What country do you think you're representing here?

00:41:20.780 And the people, by the way, even in the blue states, even in the blue states, you have a large number of constituents that voted red.

00:41:28.540 And it might have not turned that state red, but it still might be blue.

00:41:33.160 But the people in California is a perfect example of it.

00:41:35.860 You see a lot of red in this map and you cannot ignore that population as well.

00:41:41.520 They are seeking and demanding.

00:41:43.360 And I say this to the American people.

00:41:45.880 You start at the local level.

00:41:47.280 You have to hold your local politician and representative accountable for what you want and what you voted for,

00:41:53.280 because this is going to trickle down all the way to the local level.

00:41:56.300 You're going to see this.

00:41:57.240 We're talking about the local police department, local sheriffs.

00:41:59.780 And there are already some sheriffs and people are saying, well, the mayor is not going to allow them to to work with ICE.

00:42:05.400 Well, the county judge is not going to allow them.

00:42:07.280 Listen, I've been talking to a lot of police departments and a lot of sheriffs and police chiefs.

00:42:12.560 And a lot of them are patriots.

00:42:14.280 And I'm like, we don't care what they say because we're not going to we're not asking them to do anything illegal.

00:42:19.240 We're just going to ask them to follow the law and they will be doing absolutely nothing wrong in helping ICE find these guys and send them back home.

00:42:27.240 You know, I don't know if you watch the show or not, Victor, but you're saying exactly what I say every single day on the show.

00:42:33.160 I'm not asking you to recreate the law.

00:42:35.060 I'm not asking you to break the law.

00:42:36.460 I'm asking you to follow the law.

00:42:38.180 And if you follow the laws that are on these books, Victor, you get to an end result that gets these people the hell out of this country and these towns secured.

00:42:45.760 Now, it's going to take each and every one of us to do this.

00:42:48.340 And it's good to see now that there's some folks doing that.

00:42:50.980 San Diego sheriff.

00:42:52.600 Her name is Kelly Martinez has rejected from this is from her her South Southern California County board. 0.71

00:43:02.280 A new sanctuary policy that they adopted where they want to make San Diego a sanctuary city.

00:43:07.660 A sanctuary city, right?

00:43:10.520 Kelly, Kelly Martinez saying, quote, the board of supervisors does not set policy for the sheriff's office.

00:43:16.580 The sheriff, as an independently elected official, sets the policy for the sheriff's office.

00:43:20.960 California law prohibits the board of supervisors from interfering with independent, constitutionally and statutory designated investigations a function of the sheriff.

00:43:30.200 I love this woman.

00:43:31.440 I've never met this woman.

00:43:32.260 I've never even heard of her before, but I absolutely love this woman.

00:43:34.660 It's going to take more people like her to stand up. 1.00

00:43:37.400 Victor, where do we find them?

00:43:39.380 Well, I'll tell you, they're all over Texas, and these parents are anxious to work.

00:43:43.560 Tom Holman was down with Sheriff Daniels in Cochise County, Arizona.

00:43:47.820 He's ready to go.

00:43:49.320 Mark Daniels, all these other sheriffs around Arizona and Texas, they're anxious and ready to go.

00:43:56.580 And that's what we want.

00:43:57.720 We want the response of, like one of you just read in San Diego, of these sheriffs to say, listen, I have the law on my back.

00:44:05.000 I have the citizens behind me.

00:44:07.200 We got their six.

00:44:08.580 We're going to do this for the benefit of everyone, by the way.

00:44:11.760 By the way, we're not going to say, well, we're going to go in there and only represent the Republicans.

00:44:16.000 No, no, no, no.

00:44:16.460 Now, public safety affects everyone across the board positively.

00:44:21.260 Crime going down affects everyone.

00:44:23.160 We want our children to go back and ride their bicycles where we're used to.

00:44:26.500 We want to be able to visit parts of town that we haven't been able to visit because it's full of illegals and crime written in these areas.

00:44:32.700 That's the big change.

00:44:33.780 And when people start realizing that it's only going to get stronger, and you mentioned something about the elections and everything else about how the people, you know, where we got what we got.

00:44:43.820 Well, I think that if we want to win this election, which you just said, and I believe 100 percent, this is where we get the opportunity to continue this, not just for four years, but the next 12, 18 years.

00:44:55.060 Because this is this is the movement that the American people are recognizing that this is the right path, because one, it's the truth.

00:45:02.740 One, it's safety.

00:45:04.460 One, it's it's what this is the American dream rather than the fundamental change that the left was trying to do by all these different means, right, by destroying this country.

00:45:15.100 And now we're in the right path and makes you know, it brings a smile to my face.

00:45:18.460 I know that it's a it's exciting.

00:45:20.820 It's a lot of work ahead.

00:45:22.120 But but with everybody's input and everybody's help, it's going to definitely get there.

00:45:27.280 Yeah, and I think this is where we conclude, Victor, because I couldn't say it any better.

00:45:30.480 The only thing I would add to that is that it wasn't just a one election, Victor.

00:45:33.700 It was a mandate by the American people.

00:45:35.820 Over 50 percent of the American public voted for this.

00:45:39.360 And you look at these poll numbers.

00:45:41.020 It's not just a popular vote that President Trump won.

00:45:43.100 You look at some of these poll numbers on how Americans are viewing mass deportations.

00:45:50.340 They are heavily in favor of it.

00:45:52.200 After this election, Victor, I've been in politics for most of my adult career.

00:45:55.740 I like to look at the numbers.

00:45:56.960 I went down some of the numbers in some of the deepest blue areas, Victor, you can possibly find in New York, in California.

00:46:03.480 Would you be surprised if I told you that for the first time in many years, President Trump won Beverly Hills, California?

00:46:09.240 That's a place where, Victor, four or five years ago, if you walked around with a Trump hat, you'd probably get your head taken.

00:46:14.020 That's true.

00:46:14.580 By some of these Marxist leftists.

00:46:16.620 One, Beverly Hills County decisively.

00:46:20.180 This is a momentum.

00:46:21.380 It's a massive shift.

00:46:22.240 And it breaks my heart to know that this was President Trump's last election he'll ever run because no Republican can ever do.

00:46:28.520 I love Don Jr. to death.

00:46:29.780 If Don Jr. decides to run one day, I don't even think he can do what his father does because he's just so loved by people.

00:46:36.020 And to see things like that.

00:46:37.240 Victor, I want to get your thoughts.

00:46:38.560 Lastly, where are we going to see Victor?

00:46:40.200 Is Victor going to make another run for Congress?

00:46:42.280 Is Victor heading to the Trump administration?

00:46:43.820 What's up with Victor?

00:46:45.120 I'll tell you what.

00:46:46.100 I'm ready to go.

00:46:47.080 If I get a call from the Trump administration, I am ready.

00:46:49.840 I've told Tom Holman I'm ready to come and serve at any capacity.

00:46:54.100 I've been in public service since the age of 22.

00:46:57.140 I'm ready to come out of retirement and come back and give everything that I have.

00:47:00.840 And you mentioned something that caught my attention when you mentioned Tom Holman as a workhorse.

00:47:04.880 I'm proud of being a working agent, something that I always allude to when I speak around the country.

00:47:10.460 And people say, what do you mean you're a working agent?

00:47:12.380 Well, I like to work.

00:47:14.260 And this is going to be the accountability across the federal government, by the way.

00:47:17.520 You've heard about the people not wanting to come back to the office and they want to – all that nonsense is going to go away.

00:47:24.040 It's going to be cleaned out.

00:47:25.180 We want people that want to work.

00:47:26.900 They want to work with a mission that put America first.

00:47:30.280 And it's a beautiful thing.

00:47:31.240 I get chills as I talk to you about it.

00:47:33.040 I would love the opportunity to be considered, and I hope I do.

00:47:36.260 And either way, I'll be in a role where I'll be around, stick around.

00:47:39.940 Politics is not in my near future right now.

00:47:42.720 But in any way I can serve, I'll definitely be available to do it.

00:47:47.160 And if any way we could be of help, we're happy to help you.

00:47:49.860 You mentioned you're retired and ready to go back to work.

00:47:52.620 I don't know if you saw, but a few months ago there was an article published of Trump won.

00:47:56.300 There was hundreds, if not thousands, of Border Patrol agents who wanted to come back to work,

00:48:01.360 who were willing to forego their pension for right now and get back to work.

00:48:05.120 You're ready.

00:48:05.700 I've gotten the phone calls like crazy.

00:48:07.640 They're ready to come.

00:48:10.160 They want to come back as contractors.

00:48:11.960 Some want to come back because we hired a new one.

00:48:13.600 Whatever.

00:48:14.120 I know that the Trump administration is going to consider them because, by the way,

00:48:18.560 you don't have to wait for the training.

00:48:20.220 You don't have to wait for academies.

00:48:21.460 You don't have to hire another 10,000 Border Patrol, which we will.

00:48:24.480 But right now, these guys will be ready to go on day one.

00:48:27.400 Yep.

00:48:27.620 And I think it's an absolute great idea.

00:48:29.420 Victor Avila, former supervisory special agent for ICE.

00:48:33.040 We thank you for joining us today.

00:48:34.360 And we hope you'll come back soon.

00:48:36.140 Always great to be with you.

00:48:37.080 Thank you.
