The Great America Show - BORDER STATES HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SECURE THEIR BORDERS WITH MEXICO BECAUSE BIDEN IS PRO CARTELS AND CHINA

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and welcome to The Great America Show. Great to have you with us.

00:00:06.020 And whatever you do, make that vote of yours count, and I hope you're among those who will be helping out at the polls.

00:00:12.940 It's a great constitutional republic we have, but now we need watchful eyes on our democracy,

00:00:19.280 because as we all know, there are those who rig and those who steal elections.

00:00:25.560 And we've had all of that any of us care to have. No more.

00:00:30.900 Sixteen primary elections are running this month, and those elections are big.

00:00:36.140 All of them are important, and there are five of those elections being held today.

00:00:42.640 And they are, as I said, important.

00:00:45.960 Arizona, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, and Washington.

00:00:51.280 Almost a third of the elections that will be held this month being held today.

00:00:57.140 And there are huge battles underway for the GOP nominations for the governorship, the Senate, and the Attorney General in the great state of Arizona.

00:01:07.280 In Arizona, favored as of Election Day, President Trump's endorsed candidates,

00:01:13.500 Carrie Lake for Governor, Abe Hamada for Attorney General, and Blake Masters for U.S. Senate.

00:01:21.280 And in Phoenix, working for the election of those candidates, a great American, Cash Patel.

00:01:27.040 He's also our guest here today on the Great America Show.

00:01:30.740 Cash is an attorney, former chief of staff to the Secretary of Defense.

00:01:35.100 House Intel Committee has his own podcast called Cash's Corner.

00:01:39.660 And he's written a best-selling children's book entitled The Plot Against the King.

00:01:44.860 Cash, it's great to have you with us.

00:01:46.540 You're working right now for those America First candidates.

00:01:49.220 How do they look?

00:01:50.740 How strong?

00:01:52.460 Well, Lou, it's always great to be on your show, one of the best in the country.

00:01:55.680 And, yeah, I'm out here winning back the West with America First candidates.

00:01:59.260 And you know me.

00:02:00.600 If President Trump endorses a candidate, I'm going to be on the trail pounding for people like Carrie Lake for Governor, 0.84

00:02:06.780 Blake Masters for Senate, and Abe Hamada for Attorney General.

00:02:10.020 It would be quite something, and I think we're going to do it if we took all three of those seats in a state like Arizona,

00:02:16.720 because people have seen the consequences of a border state that has been failed by their federal government

00:02:23.420 when it comes to illegal narcotics, human trafficking, and illegal entries and illegal aliens committing crimes.

00:02:29.320 And I think this place is fed up with it, and the people in Arizona are going to elect this suite of candidates, America First candidates.

00:02:38.340 Well, it's great to hear.

00:02:40.260 And I know that if anyone can boost these folks, it is Cash Patel, a true warrior for America First and for MAGA.

00:02:49.980 It's just great to talk with you.

00:02:53.040 As we look at what's going on out there, so many conflicting signals coming out of the governor's office still.

00:03:02.140 And the ridiculous, to me, candidates that emerged in the Republican primary.

00:03:09.120 To me, Carrie Lake just stands so far above all of the rest of those candidates. 1.00

00:03:15.360 It shouldn't even be close, is it?

00:03:17.960 I don't think it is, and I can just give you the empirical data.

00:03:22.300 You know, Lou, I'm not a pollster.

00:03:24.400 I'm a national security guy.

00:03:26.600 But when I came out, we were in Tucson last night, about an hour and a half north of Phoenix,

00:03:30.660 for an event at a venue that we sold out three times the allotment that the fire brigade would let in.

00:03:37.280 And we had a line down the street when we had Carrie Lake headlining event with us and Blake Masters and Abe Hamada. 0.51

00:03:43.020 And I'll tell you, I do these rallies and I do these events around the country.

00:03:48.440 I've been in at least 12 different states.

00:03:50.520 That was the loudest and loudest crowd I've ever heard.

00:03:53.420 These people are engaged.

00:03:55.140 So if they're that engaged in a liberal city like Tucson, Arizona, I can't wait till we go live in Tempe, Arizona tonight,

00:04:01.460 where we're supposed to have double the crowd.

00:04:03.320 And that, to me, tells you everything you need to know about the candidates that are running here.

00:04:07.040 Well, that sounds great.

00:04:09.360 And I think your analysis is spot on.

00:04:13.080 As a young reporter, I worked in Arizona.

00:04:15.580 And when you described Tucson, Tucson's what I would call a deep blue liberal city.

00:04:24.200 But that's, you know, for a guy who started working at Yuba, Arizona.

00:04:27.700 So it's quite a different world.

00:04:29.600 I just think that so highly at Carrie Lake.

00:04:33.820 I talked recently with Abe Hamada, and I had not talked to him before.

00:04:40.200 Five minutes of talking with him, and, man, I wanted to see him elected immediately.

00:04:45.760 He's a great guy, smart as a whip.

00:04:50.280 He understands the values and the stakes here.

00:04:56.400 I just was so impressed with him.

00:04:58.220 Your thoughts?

00:05:00.020 Yeah.

00:05:00.340 You know, Lou, I think I'm biased when it comes to Abe.

00:05:02.860 We're both former federal prosecutors.

00:05:04.820 You know, Abe served in the military.

00:05:06.320 I was in the military as a civilian.

00:05:08.160 We both know how the law enforcement system works over there.

00:05:11.200 And I think you've also learned the importance, not you, but many people in Arizona, the importance of having a person with prosecutorial experience be your state attorney general.

00:05:20.360 Because they're the ones not only directing your election standards and your election reform standards and protecting against election fraud.

00:05:28.640 But in a state like Arizona, you need a crime fighter in your Arizona state AG.

00:05:34.100 And Abe has gone out there and said he's going to take on the cartels in Mexico and help shield the southern border and stop the illicit flow of narcotics, killing the youth here and the rest of America.

00:05:44.740 And I'm not hearing too many other people say that in a border state, which is why I think Abe is the right guy for the job.

00:05:50.600 I'm going to hold him to it.

00:05:51.660 He's a friend now after I endorsed him.

00:05:53.880 But I think he's the real deal.

00:05:55.480 He is going to help secure law enforcement priorities in Arizona, which will help the rest of the country, which is why it's so important.

00:06:03.020 Because China's pouring in fentanyl illegally and illegal immigrants are coming in on the Soros caravans day by day.

00:06:10.800 And that's impacting not just Arizona, but the entire country.

00:06:14.220 And Abe sees the bigger picture, which is why I'm such a big fan of him.

00:06:17.820 And he's made such a priority to combat these illegal activities.

00:06:21.860 And so and he's just a charismatic individual.

00:06:24.800 It's hard not to want to see him succeed.

00:06:27.080 Exactly. And he understands the importance of that border and border security and national security, all the same.

00:06:37.580 And when we look at the fentanyl issue, as you as you raised it, that we talk about 100,000 overdoses.

00:06:45.600 But the fact is, we understand now that that's a mass poisoning.

00:06:51.280 The ingredients are being shipped into Mexico from China.

00:06:54.820 From China, the cartels put it together and they start shoving that stuff up into El Norte to to destroy our youth. 0.70

00:07:05.200 Fentanyl is now the number one killer of 18 to 45 year old Americans.

00:07:10.940 And no one is talking about it in this federal administration, this Biden administration.

00:07:18.800 I don't know what to call them. 0.92

00:07:20.440 There are a bunch of Marxist dims.

00:07:21.940 They happen to have the levers of power. 0.97

00:07:23.720 It's one of the most disgusting moments in our history.

00:07:27.880 You're absolutely right.

00:07:29.280 And I think the fact that people are finally starting to talk about it shows you how much of a negative impact this has had on everyday Americans in middle America.

00:07:39.620 And you're right.

00:07:40.140 You know, these people in their gilded houses like Nancy Pelosi and company don't see the everyday drug overdoses.

00:07:46.860 They're not impacted by them.

00:07:48.420 But everyday Americans are.

00:07:50.080 And I've been saying it for a year now that Chinese fentanyl will be responsible for killing more youth than any single thing in America. 0.74

00:07:56.760 And it's killed over 100,000 in the last year.

00:07:59.160 And people have to start waking up to that.

00:08:01.440 And it's not just a federal government operation.

00:08:03.740 It is a federal government failure to declare – to not declare war on the cartels and to not have this a national security priority.

00:08:12.300 Instead, they're too busy talking about the weather and white rage.

00:08:15.400 But you need statewide offices.

00:08:17.300 You need Cary Lakes in Arizona.

00:08:18.820 You know, you need guys in out west and gals who are going to combat the mission that our federal government has failed to do.

00:08:25.980 Narcotics is one of them.

00:08:27.120 And now you're seeing the border wall, of course, you know, not surprisingly being built because even this Biden administration can't duck away from the fact that it worked and too many people are dying and too many Americans are being victimized by illegal immigrants for crimes such as rape and murder. 0.92

00:08:45.120 However, how much is enough, and how much is the West Wing media going to help them cover for it?

00:08:50.800 They'll cover for it until whatever freezes over. 0.99

00:08:55.520 As you know, what's funny is to watch the idiots in the White House try to cover for their president, and they're still referring to it as a racist wall even as they are building sections of the wall now. 1.00

00:09:10.040 It is so pathetic to watch these people operate. 1.00

00:09:13.780 And talking about going to war against the cartels, it looks like we may have to go to war against China. 0.98

00:09:21.180 China is talking tough.

00:09:23.300 It's one thing when they're pushing Joe Biden around.

00:09:27.340 Now they're pushing around Speaker Pelosi.

00:09:30.280 Now the difference between Pelosi and Biden is she's genuinely tough.

00:09:35.640 This is not going to be an easy project for the commies.

00:09:38.340 And what they have said is, you know, if she goes in, so be it.

00:09:43.560 Just pray for her.

00:09:45.260 And I think it's about time somebody with some standing, some authority, stand up and say to the Chinese, no more rhetoric or you're going to eat something. 0.98

00:09:57.740 And you're not going to get anything but the indigestion from it. 1.00

00:10:01.440 Here is Kirby, Admiral Kirby.

00:10:06.620 His response to all of this has been that, you know, we're just going to not support Taiwanese independence.

00:10:17.160 That's coming out of the DOD.

00:10:19.660 That we oppose any eulateral changes to the status quo from either side.

00:10:25.000 We have said that we do not support Taiwan independence.

00:10:28.600 And we have said that we expect cross-trade differences to be resolved by peaceful means.

00:10:34.820 That's a former U.S. Navy admiral talking like a conflict-averse bond trader.

00:10:43.120 Who in the world are these people, Cash?

00:10:45.620 Lou, you're right, and I'm glad you're playing this because nobody's talking about this clip.

00:10:51.680 I mean, unless I've been asleep for 20 years, that is a tectonic shift in the United States position on China and Taiwanese relationships.

00:10:59.840 Now we have a U.S. commander-in-chief saying we don't support Taiwan and their independence.

00:11:05.900 Look at them slip that one under the rug. 1.00

00:11:07.920 While the Speaker of the House is out in that theater and she might stop in Taiwan, I think you're right.

00:11:14.060 The Chinese, and this is why Donald Trump puts such an emphasis on it, they are our number one adversary, period. 1.00

00:11:20.340 In everything from military to economic to diplomatic relations, China is our number one enemy. 1.00

00:11:28.540 And we, under the Biden administration, have seen the consequences when you politicize the national security apparatus

00:11:33.920 and you have rubes like Kirby go to the podium and make a historic change in American policy and have no one cover it because they're just empty words.

00:11:44.060 And the Chinese government hasn't been listening since Joe Biden ascended to the presidency.

00:11:48.240 They don't care what these people say or do.

00:11:50.520 And they have little respect for the likes of Nancy Pelosi hobnobbing around their, you know, in and around their country.

00:11:57.080 And I do, you know, I might be in the minority, but I think it's a terrible idea at this point for Nancy Pelosi to touch down in Taiwan

00:12:02.900 because we don't have the infrastructure or the audacity to protect any of our citizens, let alone the Speaker of the House,

00:12:09.600 should something go wrong.

00:12:10.720 But while she's out there, she's getting undercut by her best friend, Joe Biden, and saying we don't support Taiwan anymore.

00:12:16.400 I mean, this is record news and no one's talking about it.

00:12:20.520 It is stunning stuff.

00:12:22.960 And Kirby, he makes news most of the time if people would just listen to him because he is adroit at the ambiguous, the ambivalent, and the uninformed.

00:12:35.540 It is, to me, a remarkable moment in history where the Speaker of the House has more guts and more presence and more focus than the President of the United States.

00:12:49.240 Or let's go to the, what would be Nancy Pelosi's number two boss in the succession of things, Kamala Harris. 0.99

00:12:59.340 But you know who's missing in all of this?

00:13:01.800 What happened to Secretary of State Blinken? 0.79

00:13:05.600 Is he Blinken?

00:13:07.440 I mean, he's disappeared from the face of the earth.

00:13:11.220 He's got nothing to say about Ukraine, Russia, China.

00:13:16.180 Where the hell is he on Venezuela and South America and Central America, the takeover of Central America by the Communist Chinese? 1.00

00:13:24.860 Does anybody in this administration awaken with maybe just a sip of coffee and a little, just a little mental focus?

00:13:32.340 Well, you know what, Lou?

00:13:34.500 I hadn't even thought of it until you put it out so brilliantly just now.

00:13:37.960 You're right.

00:13:38.780 Where is the Secretary of State?

00:13:41.500 He's supposed to be leading the charge on diplomatic relations.

00:13:45.620 And I haven't heard from this guy in two months that I can recall anywhere.

00:13:50.640 He's not traveling.

00:13:52.080 He's not giving press conferences.

00:13:53.520 He's not dictating the policy diplomacy that's supposed to be happening from our State Department.

00:13:59.740 Instead, you know, you put it astutely, you have Nancy Pelosi flying around the world and commandeering for herself from the legislative branch, the authorities at the executive branch is failing to perform.

00:14:11.940 And maybe that's her ploy. 0.85

00:14:13.280 Maybe that's what she's trying to do. 0.99

00:14:14.860 And she's trying to show these people up.

00:14:16.640 And maybe in the long term, her game is to show enough of her party that Joe Biden can't run for a second term.

00:14:23.580 So that'll be an interesting conversation.

00:14:25.600 I think that Joe Biden is going to be forced to pardon his son Hunter in the near future and not run for a second term.

00:14:34.160 And maybe our friend Hillary will jump back in. 1.00

00:14:36.620 But that's a different tale.

00:14:39.560 It's a different one.

00:14:40.560 I want to get to it.

00:14:41.400 But my guess on Antony Blinken, Secretary of State, and Lloyd Austin, Secretary of Defense, is my guess is this, at this very moment, with all that's happening in Ukraine, all the threats emanating from the Kremlin, with all of the threats emanating from Beijing and Xi Jinping,

00:15:01.960 my guess is that those two men right now are in their private toilets grabbing hold of porcelain and puking their guts out with fear, uncertainty, and anxiety about what to do next because they knew who the commander-in-chief is.

00:15:19.140 I mean, I'd be scared to death, too, to tell you the truth.

00:15:23.240 You know what?

00:15:24.140 I think you're right.

00:15:25.060 I think the top two cabinet secretaries, the SecDef and the SecState, have been completely muted by the incompetence and politicization of the national security apparatus.

00:15:36.500 Now, listen, they're not innocent in this.

00:15:38.280 They've helped us get there.

00:15:39.640 They've steered the machine so that America has gotten so weak that we have no authority left overseas whatsoever.

00:15:47.780 We have no capabilities to assuage the enemy from attacking us.

00:15:52.080 China is pillaging us via TikTok and all these other matters, Huawei and everything else. 0.99

00:15:57.620 They're stealing American information, and information in warfare is key, and everybody's focused on how much more money we can print to give to the Ukrainians rather than how much we can focus on American national security and American citizens. 0.87

00:16:12.340 And that's the message that's been lost.

00:16:14.240 That's the message, though, that's been transported by the likes of Austin and Millie and Blinken and whoever else is in this guy's cabinet.

00:16:22.700 It's been a total failure of diplomacy and leadership, and this is where we are now. 0.58

00:16:28.020 What a list of the inept. 0.97

00:16:31.020 And it's just they're killing us with fentanyl. 0.94

00:16:34.240 They've got away with releasing the Wuhan virus to the world without warning anyone, the moral equivalency of certainly murder, and there's no response from the world. 0.96

00:16:47.520 And, by the way, no response from the United States either.

00:16:50.240 We are hardly blameless.

00:16:52.300 Instead, we have Biden in the White House appeasing, going soft is too much.

00:16:57.620 He is embracing servitude as he bows to Xi Jinping.

00:17:04.500 It's appalling.

00:17:06.260 And the left-wing media, Cash, they are so corrupt and servile as they bow before their corporate masters to do what they're told by corporate America and Wall Street.

00:17:22.940 It's just a disgusting time for a working man, a working woman, their families. 1.00

00:17:29.220 Anyone in this country who is a patriot has got to be just sick to their stomachs right now.

00:17:35.400 I think you're right, and I think that's what we're seeing in these statewide races, whether I'm in Arizona or Nevada or Washington State or down in Florida or where have you.

00:17:44.180 I think you're seeing that so much in the American citizenry who used to be quiet and expected our leadership to perform have seen what happens when they fail to perform, which is why they're showing up in such record numbers to events that we're all doing for America First candidates around the country.

00:17:59.160 And that's how I think people have realized, and I believe it's the only way, to force change needed in Washington.

00:18:05.100 They have now seen what happens when you hand over the radical-left Democrats, the gavels, the majorities in Congress.

00:18:12.740 They will run the unselect committee from January 6th from now until the moon to create false narratives and fake disinformation campaigns that the left-wing media will carry because they're all in bed together, and they're getting paid together, and they're making each other rich.

00:18:26.920 When they leave Congress, they're getting hired by New York Times and CNN and MSNBC, but the American citizenry is waking up and saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, we have to stop this.

00:18:37.140 And the way you stop it is by statewide offices who have control over how your elections are run, not the federal government, and then sending folks to Congress in the midterms with a Republican majority to investigate matters of consequence.

00:18:50.740 Why the FBI is so corrupt, not just on Russiagate, but what is going on in the Hunter Biden laptop investigation?

00:18:57.360 Where are those criminal charges?

00:18:58.740 How are corrupt FBI agents allowed, under Chris Wray, a total failure to have zero accountability when they violate the law, yet they are allowed to launch massive political witch hunts against everyday Americans who are exercising their rights, be it on January 6th or elsewhere?

00:19:13.760 And this Department of Justice is just as corrupt and liable for depriving so many innocent people of due process under the law that, you know what, people around the country have said, that's it, we can't have you guys anymore.

00:19:26.780 Even the people that used to be quiet are starting to make noise, and I think that we are reaching a breaking point.

00:19:31.780 Well, I, like you, hope that the American people will make a large, loud, and convincing noise on November 8th, because we must.

00:19:43.300 Abe Hamada said to me on this show that, you know, people need to remember that this country's federal government was created by the state governments, 13 of them,

00:19:56.020 and that it's going to take the state governments to actually rescue this federal government this time.

00:20:03.280 And I believe he's exactly right, and I think it's a wonderful way to put it.

00:20:07.300 Because this, you know, and no one knows more about the national security apparatus of this country than, than Kash Patel.

00:20:14.680 So I want to ask you this.

00:20:16.700 We know that the FBI is pervasively, completely corrupted politically.

00:20:23.280 But we also know that half of that operation, at least, more than half, is devoted to national security,

00:20:32.860 which means that they are also part of the intelligence community.

00:20:36.580 And we know that the intelligence community, at least as it, as it's represented by the CIA, is corrupt through and through.

00:20:47.060 Where does this end?

00:20:48.280 I mean, where does, is there a, is there a moat around our intelligence agencies that keeps them from further corrupting the government itself?

00:20:58.100 Or is this government-wide?

00:21:02.320 It ends, it ends, it's, unfortunately, it's right now, it's endemic in certain levels of every agency and department.

00:21:09.240 And what I mean by that is, look, I've worked at the DOJ, the FBI, the DOD, and the IC, and some of the senior most positions.

00:21:16.240 And when we have leadership and personnel there that don't bow to partisan whims and the left-wing media,

00:21:22.460 we get the job done because we put the mission first, like we did under President Trump.

00:21:26.460 What happens when you allow these people to flourish into cabinet positions, like the names we've been talking about,

00:21:32.600 is they put, they pull up the few folks in those agencies and departments who believe that they're,

00:21:38.760 the system of government in America is failing, and for some reason we need to move towards socialism and give them jobs.

00:21:44.600 And the way you change that, and look, I believe this, the following statement,

00:21:48.540 most of the people I serve with who are still in these government agencies are great Americans.

00:21:53.120 They do awesome work on the national security front.

00:21:55.280 They're being suffocated by the likes of Chris Wray and Merrick Garland and Lloyd Austin and Blinken and whoever the guy is at the CIA and whatnot.

00:22:04.740 These people have been put in to politicize the national security apparatus.

00:22:08.800 So how do you stop it short of 2024 and another Republican president?

00:22:12.980 When the midterms are won, you subpoena every one of these individuals.

00:22:17.320 The Republicans hauls them before Congress under oath and demands all the documentation to expose the corruption

00:22:23.320 in the 100 Biden laptop, in the Russiagate sequencing, in the election stuff, everything.

00:22:28.460 And you force them to provide that like they are forcing Americans today on January 6th committee to force themselves into court.

00:22:36.140 We must do what they did to us.

00:22:38.620 But the difference is we will have the facts.

00:22:40.940 We know they've been corrupt.

00:22:42.300 We know they've been political.

00:22:43.420 And we know they've been hiding information from the American public.

00:22:46.600 And that is the job of constitutional oversight in Congress.

00:22:49.780 They are supposed to expose the waste, fraud, and abuse through the whistleblower programs and through subpoenaing cabinet secretaries.

00:22:56.400 And I hope they have a big list on day one after we win the midterms.

00:23:00.540 And they better go full tilt into these people because that's the only way to slow and stop until 2024.

00:23:08.460 And the 800 people that on January 6th whose rights have been trampled, they've been tortured.

00:23:19.120 And by the way, I'm using the term advisedly.

00:23:21.520 But these prosecutors, the FBI, have participated, along with the Bureau of Prisons, they have absolutely tortured those people.

00:23:33.120 It's just sickening to watch.

00:23:35.960 Innocent in every respect, they are guilty, some of them, of thought crimes.

00:23:40.700 Harvard put out a study that only 8% of the people out in the demonstrations of the riot of January 6th wanted an insurrection.

00:23:52.680 That's quite a difference in statement than who participated in an insurrection or attempt to overthrow the government.

00:24:00.020 They did not.

00:24:01.360 They may have wanted to see a civil war.

00:24:03.680 They may have wanted to see an insurrection.

00:24:05.760 But between wanting and doing, there's no distinction in this Justice Department. 0.92

00:24:12.760 These are sickening zealots of the left.

00:24:16.320 And by the way, these judges, many, not all, but most of them certainly, have participated in just the oppression of January 6th. 0.93

00:24:28.880 It has become a crusade, a jihad of the left.

00:24:34.240 And can we do anything about it before 2024?

00:24:40.060 I don't know.

00:24:41.040 You know, look, as a former federal public defender, a guy who used to go into court and champion due process because due process is blind, it's not Republican or Democrat,

00:24:51.300 it's shocking to me to see the liberals who used to say they used to own the rights to the Constitution when it came to due process.

00:24:58.400 And the people like in the public defender community, the ACLU of the world, it's shocking to hear their deafening silence when the rights, as you outlined, of the January, so many of the January 6th detainees are being violated.

00:25:09.620 People are being held no bond who have no criminal history or little criminal history because the judges have bought into the political farce that these prosecutors have shoved into the courtrooms.

00:25:20.120 And they are all, I agree with you, complicit in the unlawful, illegal detention of so many of these individuals.

00:25:26.160 And one of these individuals tragically committed suicide.

00:25:29.080 And so many others are forcing themselves to plead guilty early so they can get out of solitary confinement in these conditions in prison, which are just terrible.

00:25:38.700 And short of 2024, again, the only lever we have right now is to win back Congress and then conduct oversight over these prosecutions and prosecutors over these judges.

00:25:50.380 And that falls to the Judiciary Committee in the House and the Senate to haul the attorney general and the Bureau of Prisons chief and every one of these prosecutors into court to say,

00:26:00.000 What is your justification for holding 60-year-old women with almost no criminal history behind bars because they trespassed?

00:26:08.260 And, oh, by the way, into the Capitol, as you say, why is there a double standard of justice when Stephen Colbert's kangaroo crew goes in and commits the same offense and the Capitol police arrest them for the same offense and all of those guys get a get out of jail free card? 0.60

00:26:23.860 But if you're a Republican and you're pushing Trump, you are detained in prison without bond.

00:26:30.300 That question needs to be answered, and I think that's what's driving a lot of people to focus on January 6th, because it's the highlight of the two-tier system of justice that we see going across America.

00:26:41.640 And that must be stopped, in my opinion, more than any other danger we currently face domestically.

00:26:48.580 And to me, it's Marxist authoritarian justice under the trade style of the Democrat Party.

00:26:58.680 I want to turn one last question here, and it is a political question.

00:27:04.400 Ronald McDaniel, Ronald McDaniel, the chair of the OECD, now predicts the Republican Party will only gain four House seats in the midterms.

00:27:14.940 Now, I have talked strategist after strategist, pollster after pollster, and the numbers are 40 to 60, a landslide, a red wave.

00:27:28.320 And the chair of the RNC goes out on cable television and says only four seats. 0.98

00:27:35.900 Is she managing expectations, or she is just as dumb as some of her critics say? 0.99

00:27:41.060 I don't know where that information comes from, but I've said from the beginning of this race that it's a 40-seat swing to get a Republican supermajority in the House. 0.98

00:27:52.360 And I think we can pick up three to four seats in the Senate.

00:27:55.720 I do think we're going to get Nevada and Arizona and Ohio and possibly even Georgia or Pennsylvania.

00:28:01.840 We do that, and we're getting the 53-54, and that's a massive win.

00:28:05.800 And the RNC writ large should be pushing all of these right stories out front.

00:28:12.140 Maybe I need to send them my children's book on Russia, Kate, The Plot Against the King,

00:28:17.140 so they can learn that there are America First candidates out there who are swinging for their Republican, our Republican Party.

00:28:26.080 And instead of dividing us, maybe they can unify us.

00:28:29.320 And I will shamelessly say, Lou, that I've just launched today the audiobook of the great book, The Plot Against the King,

00:28:36.460 which is the number one children's bestseller, Russiagate for Kids, and it's out now.

00:28:40.260 So if anyone out there wants a great read, go to gettheplotagainsttheking.com and maybe even grab yourself an audiobook.

00:28:48.160 We'll be sending some your way, Lou.

00:28:49.600 Great, and I thank you for that, and we'll be buying them at Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and wherever we can find them

00:28:56.700 because I believe in boosting great authors like Cash Patel.

00:29:00.680 Cash, we always let our guests have the last word.

00:29:04.360 The last word is yours, and if I could ask your thoughts about the ability of the left to once again rig an election.

00:29:12.000 Yeah, well, look, the ultimate example of rigging an election is a Hunter Biden laptop,

00:29:18.420 which they dropped as, quote-unquote, all 51, you know, geniuses in government said that was Russian disinformation,

00:29:24.740 only to be proven wrong, and none of them retract their stories, including the fake-wing media.

00:29:30.120 And now we know Joe Biden and Hunter Biden are complicit.

00:29:33.700 Hunter Biden definitely committed criminal offenses, in my opinion,

00:29:36.580 that violate the federal tax code and federal crimes relating to foreign agency registration.

00:29:42.900 And so I think those prosecutions against him are coming.

00:29:46.120 But the left-wing media is never going to stop, Lou, and you know that.

00:29:49.000 And the way we win, the way we win is we go on platforms that allow free speech like Truth Social,

00:29:55.020 which is where you'll find me, the only place you'll find me at Cash, over there.

00:29:58.820 And it's growing by the day, and I see your posting up there, and the engagement is off the charts.

00:30:04.280 And we have to teach Americans that there are alternate places to go to get their news.

00:30:10.020 Your show is a game-changer, is a starter.

00:30:12.920 It's the number one way to do it.

00:30:14.560 But we have to start drafting more and more people over to our platforms so we can get the message out,

00:30:19.820 the truth out, and get them.

00:30:21.300 And I think people are turning off the cable.

00:30:23.260 I think they are.

00:30:23.960 Everywhere I go, people are more and more like, hey, I saw this on Truth.

00:30:26.980 I listen to Lou Dobbs.

00:30:28.320 I listen to these great news stations that aren't CNN, and they don't read The New York Times.

00:30:33.500 And I'm happy to call those guys out all the time.

00:30:35.940 So I love being on your show, and you're doing great service for the American people.

00:30:41.860 I hope you keep pounding for us, Lou.

00:30:45.140 Guaranteed.

00:30:46.220 Like you, constant.

00:30:48.020 Constant.

00:30:49.260 And we will prevail.
