00:00:30.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Great to have you with us.
00:00:34.720 We're now five months into the 118th Congress, and the fundamental reason this Congress is off to such a great start,
00:00:43.340 the Republican conservatives who brought reform, principles, and energy to the many weighty and complex challenges they face legislatively, and, of course, politically.
00:00:54.280 We'll take up some of the challenges in our conversation today with the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Congressman Jim Jordan.
00:01:02.460 But first, there are a number of news developments to bring you.
00:01:06.100 Among them, Chairman Jordan is threatening more subpoenas for officials of the Biden administration
00:01:11.620 for their refusal to reveal whether there was a coordinated, orchestrated effort by the Biden regime
00:01:18.440 to dispatch the FBI's counterterrorism division to certain school board meetings for political purposes only.
00:01:27.600 In a five-page letter sent to Biden's chief of staff, Jeff Zietz,
00:01:32.460 Jordan is demanding Zietz turn over any documents that involve a pressure campaign from the White House
00:01:39.200 on the FBI to go after school board parents opposing the indoctrination of their children.
00:01:46.280 The chairman first sent a letter to the White House in January to then-chief of staff Ron Klain.
00:01:51.720 It was ignored.
00:01:53.140 Jordan's committee is investigating the misuse of criminal and counterterrorism resources
00:01:58.360 by the executive branch against concerned parents at local school board meetings, if you can imagine that.
00:02:06.100 The president's chief of staff, not the only one who received a demand request from Chairman Jordan,
00:02:12.360 Jordan's sending a letter to Attorney General Garland asking very nicely for a copy of Garland's scope memo
00:02:19.200 for the special counsel Jack Smith's investigation.
00:02:23.360 The letter to Garland reads, quote,
00:02:25.280 The Committee on the Judiciary is continuing to investigate the FBI's unprecedented raid of President Trump's residence at Mar-a-Lago.
00:02:35.280 We previously requested information and documents related to the raid.
00:02:40.960 Because you have not provided this information, and in light of your appointment of Jack Smith,
00:02:46.740 we write to request an unredacted copy of the memorandum outlining the scope of Mr. Smith's probe regarding President Trump.
00:02:56.540 Chairman Jordan is requesting that information no letter than the 20th of this month.
00:03:01.160 The chairman joins us in just moments, and I should say Jordan is one of the most plain-spoken and forthright representatives in all of government.
00:03:10.740 But because he's an exception, so many, particularly on the Marxist left, are not.
00:03:16.600 This is our quote of the day.
00:03:18.780 On what used to be an American characteristic when we prized plain speech and forthrightness.
00:03:24.500 Our quote today comes from George Orwell, who said this, which to me sounds timely and descriptive of our swamp creatures.
00:03:34.400 The quote, political language, Orwell said, is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable,
00:03:43.160 and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.
00:03:46.760 Let's go now to a large event in the business of sport, and one with global impact.
00:03:53.320 The PGA and Saudi-backed Leave Golf Tour announced their merging after almost a year of arguments and lawsuits.
00:04:01.600 The golf world shaken by the announcement, but President Trump not among those surprised.
00:04:07.840 In fact, President Trump not only predicted the merger almost a year ago,
00:04:12.920 but he advised PGA players what to do in anticipation of the merger.
00:04:18.840 Here's what President Trump said just under a year ago on how Leave and PGA would resolve their differences.
00:04:27.260 Trump said this,
00:04:28.800 All of those golfers that remain loyal to the very disloyal PGA in all of its different forms
00:04:35.340 will pay a big price when the inevitable merger with Leave comes.
00:04:39.140 And you get nothing but a big thank you from PGA officials who are making millions of dollars a year.
00:04:46.180 If you don't take the money now, you will get nothing after the merger takes place,
00:04:51.820 and only to say how smart the original signees were.
00:04:57.060 President Trump prescient, as he often is no matter the subject,
00:05:00.880 and joining us now one of the most prominent Republican leaders,
00:05:03.880 and one, I should point out, who has already endorsed President Trump for 2024.
00:05:09.740 Joining us, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee,
00:05:12.640 Congressman Jim Jordan, also chairing the Subcommittee on Weaponization of Government.
00:05:17.720 Mr. Chairman, great to have you with us. We appreciate your time.
00:05:21.080 Let's start with the informant in the Joe Biden bribery allegations.
00:05:25.320 Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna tweeted the following statement,
00:05:28.980 I have to ask you, do you take that, Mr. Chairman, as a warning,
00:05:46.020 or do you take that as an outright threat by the FBI?
00:05:49.720 Well, look, we obviously want to protect sources, but here's what we know.
00:05:53.320 We know the FBI created this document.
00:05:56.260 This is not just a document in possession of the FBI.
00:05:58.620 They produced it.
00:05:59.740 They produced it after talking to a confidential human source who they deem as credible,
00:06:04.580 so much so they've worked with this source for 10 years.
00:06:07.220 They've paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars of American tax money,
00:06:10.540 and this confidential human source told the FBI that they recorded in this document
00:06:15.640 that Joe Biden was talking with a foreign national about money for certain action.
00:06:21.220 That's what it says, according to Mr. Comer, the chairman of our committee,
00:06:24.480 who's went and viewed the document.
00:06:25.960 So we want that document to be made available so that the country, the citizens,
00:06:30.920 the taxpayers can see in its full context all the pages of the document, everything in it.
00:06:36.760 We want that made available.
00:06:38.920 The FBI keeps saying no to that, and so that's why we're pushing ahead with,
00:06:43.920 Chairman Comer is pushing ahead with a contempt hearing in the committee later this week.
00:06:48.020 I wonder, Mr. Chairman, if the FBI making such a statement doesn't understand that somebody is going to tell them
00:06:58.400 to protect that person, that whistleblower, with every resource, every bit of manpower the FBI has.
00:07:05.920 It sounds like they just threw up their hands and said they couldn't protect him.
00:07:09.340 That's outrageous.
00:07:10.160 Well, no, it is.
00:07:12.560 Now, there's two people who need to be protected here.
00:07:14.780 There's certainly the source who's given the information, and that's what's recorded.
00:07:18.280 And then there's the whistleblower who saw the document and came forward to the guy on Capitol Hill
00:07:23.740 who's viewed as the key player when it comes to whistleblowers, the guy who helped write the legislation,
00:07:28.480 the updated legislation, Senator Grassley.
00:07:30.840 So this whistleblower says, I'm going to go to the guy on Capitol Hill when it comes to whistleblowers.
00:07:35.280 He went to Senator Grassley.
00:07:36.300 We need to protect him so he's not retaliated against.
00:07:38.740 We need to protect the safety of the confidential human source.
00:07:41.140 But most importantly, a document that says what Mr. Comer, who's seen it, says that it's in the document,
00:07:48.020 that needs to be made available to the American people.
00:07:50.680 And you know this too, Lou.
00:07:52.140 If this document were about President Trump, CNN would have had it weeks ago.
00:07:56.480 You know they would have.
00:07:57.720 And it would have been all out there.
00:07:59.260 You know that's how this game is played.
00:08:00.940 So we don't want to do anything to harm the source.
00:08:03.420 What we do want is that information made available to we, the people of this great country.
00:08:08.900 And everyone is deeply appreciative.
00:08:11.280 But I have to say that the FBI's statement on its face sounds to me like a warning
00:08:18.820 because they're objectively saying they can't protect this informant, or for that matter, the whistleblower.
00:08:27.160 That's outrageous.
00:08:29.880 There's a level of arrogance.
00:08:32.040 I mean, Christopher Wray, with that smirk that he puts on his face every time he deigns to show up in front of your committee,
00:08:39.500 that's one level.
00:08:40.680 The other level is telling Chairman Comer to go to hell on producing an unredacted document
00:08:46.740 that has been subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee.
00:08:49.800 I mean, this is a level of arrogance that is stunning, even for the FBI.
00:08:56.240 Well, actually, it's stunning, but it's now becoming an all-too-familiar pattern
00:09:02.400 because if you look at the Durham report, you read through there.
00:09:05.320 I mean, the things they did, they had a referral memo.
00:09:10.320 Think about this.
00:09:10.960 They had a referral memo that said the intelligence community produced this memo,
00:09:16.120 said they had a credible source saying that the whole Trump-Russia thing was made up by the Clinton campaign.
00:09:21.160 And that memo gets shared with Mr. Comey and Mr. Strzok.
00:09:24.660 They do not share it with the agents on the case, working the Crossfire Hurricane case.
00:09:30.360 Mr. Durham, when he interviews one of those agents, shows him that memo.
00:09:33.800 The agent reviews the memo, becomes visibly – I mean, becomes emotional, visibly upset,
00:09:39.060 gets up, walks out of the room, comes back in and says, we should have had that memo.
00:09:42.460 If we'd have had that memo, it could have changed everything.
00:09:44.580 So this is now becoming a pattern with the leadership of the FBI.
00:09:50.240 And it's why, frankly, as we go through the appropriations process,
00:09:52.960 we've got to limit how American tax dollars can be spent in that agency.
00:09:56.400 We've got to put certain restrictions on.
00:09:57.960 And, frankly, we've got to make sure they don't get any new money for this new headquarters they want to build,
00:10:02.620 as just one example.
00:10:04.020 But you're exactly right.
00:10:05.260 This is a pattern.
00:10:06.640 And this is too little.
00:10:07.600 How much do you want to bet this confidential human source who put together this document that says –
00:10:14.160 who gave the information to the FBI, who put together this document that says Joe Biden was talking with a foreign national
00:10:18.080 about exchanging money for certain actions, how much do you want to bet this source has got a lot more credibility
00:10:24.200 than Christopher Steele, the guy who put together the dossier that they used to go spy on Trump's campaign?
00:10:29.900 How much do you want to bet?
00:10:30.720 I think that's another reason they're reluctant to give us this information in a public way.
00:10:35.480 And going back to James Comey, the man is absolutely evil.
00:10:41.340 Because the leadership, most of the leadership, the top leadership, lying to Congress, lying to the American people,
00:10:51.000 and half the population of this country believed their lies.
00:10:57.060 And I don't know – and I know that you and your committee, your committees, as well as Chairman Comer,
00:11:06.120 you're doing everything you can to get information out that has been stonewalled for years, literally.
00:11:15.980 And the American people are moving, and they're awakening.
00:11:19.620 But give us a sense of how successful you think you're being in educating the public right now.
00:11:25.440 Well, I do think we're getting invaluable information.
00:11:28.480 More of that will be coming here in two weeks, two weeks from today, two weeks from tomorrow,
00:11:33.960 when we have Mr. Durham in for a hearing, or we will walk through his report,
00:11:40.360 just give greater detail to that whole sad saga of what they did in the Trump-Russia investigation,
00:11:47.820 crossfire hurricane, the Mueller investigation, everything else.
00:11:50.400 Some interesting facts that add to what we already knew, I think, will come out there,
00:11:57.120 that will further underscore just how wrong and how bad the FBI and the Justice Department operated
00:12:03.680 when it came to the crossfire hurricane investigation.
00:12:06.720 So we'll do that.
00:12:07.340 We've got Mr. Ray coming in a few weeks after that, where we'll really focus in on, I think, the FISA issue.
00:12:12.640 I mean, understand, part of FISA is up for reauthorization,
00:12:15.120 and that we should not reauthorize that without making huge changes.
00:12:19.140 Number one change should be get the FBI out of it altogether.
00:12:23.080 So we will point that out.
00:12:24.960 And all the stuff, the work we've been doing, I think, has been laying the groundwork
00:12:28.920 to show how bad things are in these federal agencies.
00:12:32.920 We're talking with the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee,
00:12:37.160 leading the investigations into the weaponization of our federal government against the American people.
00:12:43.180 We'll be right back with Congressman Jim Jordan.
00:12:46.240 Stay with us.
00:12:50.140 This is a warning, my fellow Americans.
00:12:52.720 The news just broke, and it's grim.
00:12:55.000 The banking collapse of 2023 is now more devastating than the banking collapse of 2008.
00:13:02.620 First Republic, PacWest, Silicon Bank, just a few of the latest casualties in this banking crisis.
00:13:08.600 And don't wait for the email reading, quote,
00:13:11.160 Sorry, your account has been frozen.
00:13:13.180 End quote.
00:13:14.400 Take action now to protect what we've all worked so hard to build.
00:13:18.640 Believe me, you can protect your wealth by utilizing a straightforward tax loophole that's entirely legal.
00:13:25.220 Call my friends at American Alternative Assets.

00:14:02.080 Once again, call now, 866-387-2465.
00:14:08.080 We're back now with the House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Congressman Jim Jordan.
00:14:15.540 Congressman, the next steps here are critically important for the American people, for the country.
00:14:25.220 Give us your sense of what it means here to have the FTC, for example, destroy documents that your committee has apparently reason to believe are pertinent to your investigation.
00:14:42.300 Well, just one more example, Lou, of federal agencies being turned against the people they're supposed to serve, against the American citizen, the American taxpayer.
00:14:50.380 And understand, it was the FTC when Elon Musk bought Twitter.
00:14:54.980 It was the FTC who sent him 13 letters in a matter of a few months just asking him all kinds of things.
00:15:00.420 One of those letters that came out after the very first Twitter files went public, one of those letters asked Twitter, who are the journalists you're talking to?
00:15:07.960 I mean, as if they've never read the First Amendment, for goodness sake.
00:15:12.820 So there's a harassment going on, and they're going after, I think, Twitter because Elon Musk has now embraced the First Amendment, like we all should.
00:15:21.700 So there's that agency.
00:15:23.540 There's these other agencies.
00:15:24.480 I think what our real focus has to be here.
00:15:27.000 That's why I think the parameters put in place in this big vote last week are going to help us when we go into the appropriations process.
00:15:34.140 We've got to say that American tax dollars cannot be used for certain types of things.
00:15:39.540 For example, we have some jurisdictions in the Judiciary Committee over the Department of Homeland Security, particularly when it comes to immigration.
00:15:45.640 But also when it comes to what they were trying to do with speech, no money can be used at DHS in any way to try to limit American speech.
00:15:55.100 You can't form a disinformation governance board.
00:15:57.120 No money can be used to label speech misinformation, disinformation, malinformation, all these things that the DHS does.
00:16:03.360 We say, no, you can't use American tax dollars for that.
00:16:06.760 And frankly, we should look at giving them less money for some of these other things that they do so that they focus on their core mission.
00:16:13.340 Same thing applies with the Justice Department.
00:16:15.520 Same thing applies with the FBI within the Justice Department.
00:16:17.920 Those are the kind of things we have to get and push for in the appropriation process.
00:16:22.080 Use the power of the purse to get the kind of policy that the American people elected us to get.
00:16:27.640 And one of the things that you're going after is the investigation.
00:16:31.540 You're investigating the the the federal government's political persecution of Donald Trump, if I can put it straightforwardly.
00:16:41.420 And and again, you're running into very agency and departments that are stonewalling you at every turn.
00:16:50.060 Yet we know, for example, Jack Smith, the special counsel that is going after Donald Trump on the at least as we understand the scope memo.
00:17:00.000 And that's a whole nother discussion.
00:17:02.280 The Mar-a-Lago classified documents and January 6th.
00:17:06.060 And this is the same guy who allied himself with Lois Lerner and basically created the template for weaponizing the federal government against conservatives, the Republican Party.
00:17:21.280 Yeah, no, exactly right.
00:17:23.160 We'd like to know what what is what is exactly the mission, the objective, the scope of that investigation?
00:17:28.680 What kind of crossover is there with with various agents who may have who now working on Jack Smith's investigation or some of the same people working on Crossfire Hurricane to some of the same people working the Mueller investigation?
00:17:41.680 We don't know.
00:17:42.720 But those are kind of things that we think it's important for the American people to understand and to have knowledge of.
00:17:48.180 So that's why we sent the letter to him.
00:17:50.340 We'll see what happens.
00:17:51.340 But you're you're so right, Lou.
00:17:52.720 So there has been a pattern to just go after the president at any.
00:17:56.840 Remember, it started with the whole Trump Russia narrative that was created by the Clinton campaign that they spied on his campaign in 2016.
00:18:03.300 Then that turned into the to the Mueller investigation when the Mueller investigate.
00:18:07.720 Never forget the day Mueller testified in front of Congress that July 2019.
00:18:11.900 He testified and says no collusion, no conspiracy, no coordination between Trump and Russia.
00:18:16.800 He says all that the very next day.
00:18:18.940 The Democrats didn't miss a beat.
00:18:20.000 They couldn't even wait 24 hours, 24 hours later.
00:18:22.720 They launched the impeachment.
00:18:24.260 They seized on a phone call.
00:18:25.320 President Trump has with President Zelensky and they get some anonymous whistleblower.
00:18:28.640 No firsthand knowledge who used to work for Biden says, oh, President Trump was pressuring Ukraine.
00:18:33.740 And that becomes impeachment.
00:18:35.500 I mean, they couldn't wait.
00:18:36.380 They couldn't even wait 24 hours.
00:18:38.500 So then there's impeachment.
00:18:39.800 Then there's then there's what they did with a 51 former Intel officials who signed a letter to suppress the Hunter Biden story.
00:18:46.880 Then, of course, this past election, they raid his home 91 days before an election.
00:18:50.740 And now here we are.
00:18:52.720 Indicted by Alvin Bragg in New York.
00:18:54.380 Looks like he's going to be indicted by Fannie Willis in Atlanta and potentially Jack Smith, the federal federal special counsel.
00:19:02.640 I mean, it never stops.
00:19:04.680 And it's it's wrong.
00:19:05.780 And the country sees it for being wrong.
00:19:08.420 We just got to continue to point out the facts.
00:19:10.420 And what to what degree do you think you can successfully use the power of the purse, the budget, the funding for each of these agencies, the the officials of these agencies who are on its face.
00:19:28.380 They are corrupt and politically persecuting the president of the United States.
00:19:35.080 Yeah, it's I think we're we've created an environment, a context and a framework where we have the best chance ever.
00:19:43.420 It might come in Congress to actually have an impact on the appropriations process.
00:19:47.940 We've now set a level of spending that's below last year's level of spending that hasn't that never happened in this town.
00:19:54.060 And within that that level of spending, we now have to say you can't use American tax dollars for this.
00:19:59.900 You can't use it for that.
00:20:01.300 You can't use it for X, for Y, for Z.
00:20:02.960 You can't use to set up a disinformation governance board.
00:20:05.040 You can't use American tax dollars to go pressure big tech to say, oh, take down this certain speech.
00:20:09.760 We think this violates your terms of service.
00:20:11.280 We don't like this tweet.
00:20:12.260 You cannot do that.
00:20:13.260 So those are the kind of things we are we're already working, been working with the Appropriations Committee to to get that language in the bill when it comes out of the committee, then goes to the House floor.
00:20:24.340 That's how you do this.
00:20:25.520 And it's that's why we're doing these investigations so we can impact legislatively how American tax dollars are spent and protect their First Amendment liberties.
00:20:34.620 We're talking with Congressman Jim Jordan.
00:20:36.880 And we'll continue this discussion with the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee right after these words from our sponsor.
00:20:43.420 Stay with us.
00:20:44.200 We're coming right back.
00:20:50.700 We're back with Congressman Jim Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Subcommittee on Weaponization.
00:20:58.040 Congressman Jordan, this this week, you you threatened enforcement against the so-called election integrity partner, Stanford University.
00:21:09.140 Tell us what provoked that and where the investigation stands.
00:21:15.900 Well, this is all part of what Matt Taibbi and Michael Selenberg called the censorship industrial complex, a very appropriate labeling of what's going on.
00:21:23.340 You have big government working with big universities and big nonprofits and big tech in limiting American speech.
00:21:32.200 And we have the third day of the Biden administration.
00:21:34.600 We have someone in the White House sending an email to Twitter saying, hey, we think we want this tweet taken down as ASAP.
00:21:41.620 And like and then you read the tweet and there's not one factual mistake in the tweet.
00:21:45.120 It's all truth.
00:21:46.160 But they wanted to take it down because it didn't adhere to their political agenda.
00:21:49.760 That and you have these universities setting up these.
00:21:53.440 We're going to be a few fact checkers to label speech misinformation.
00:21:57.300 And it's all.
00:21:58.620 Think about this.
00:21:59.580 The biggest disinformation operation ever run on the American people and used by our Justice Department was the dossier.
00:22:08.360 That was the biggest misinformation.
00:22:10.100 That was a bunch of garbage, bunch of false.
00:22:12.260 They did.
00:22:12.680 Durham says they didn't validate one substantive allegation in the report.
00:22:16.100 And yet they got it and they used it two days afterwards in the draft FISA application.
00:22:20.900 That's the biggest misinformation.
00:22:22.400 And these are the same people who are now telling us what we can say, what we can say.
00:22:26.540 They're the ones who are going to decide what's misinformation, disinformation when they use a document that was complete lies to launch an investigation into a presidential campaign.
00:22:34.820 So today we have one of these university professors who's part of this effort.
00:22:41.900 We've got a deposition with them today.
00:22:43.420 We've done a countless number of depositions and interviews trying to get to the bottom of this and find out just how pervasive it was.
00:22:49.780 Because we think everything we learned in the Twitter files that was going on at Twitter, we think it was going on at Facebook and all these other big tech companies as well.
00:22:56.460 And that's what we're trying to show, just how extensive, just how broad, just how wrong this whole process was.
00:23:02.160 And the farther you dig into this, the worse it looks for 2020 and the corruption of that election.
00:23:11.920 And for the Dems to demand that they decided to label it denial, denialism, if you said with President Trump that it was rigged.
00:23:23.980 I can't find an exception, frankly, to the rule.
00:23:26.820 We're looking at the vindication of Jesse Morgan, the truck driver who took ballots across three state lines and was called a liar and a fool.
00:23:37.880 But it took two and a half years and he's vindicated.
00:23:40.400 We also know that CISA, the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency, that said it was a terrific election a week after, not even a week after the election.
00:23:52.240 Turns out they didn't even investigate it, had no idea of what they're talking about.
00:23:56.300 And it turns out that all of those electronic machines, not all of them, but many of them, had vulnerabilities.
00:24:01.940 And that was discovered by one of the leading experts on electronic voting in the country, as well as computer science.
00:24:10.480 And that report has been held back, even though it exposed nine vulnerabilities to those voting machines.
00:24:17.540 And by the way, this only comes to light a year and a half after that statement, a week after the election.
00:24:24.080 It turns out that remains under seal in the desk, presumably, or a vault of the federal judge in Atlanta, Georgia.
00:24:33.580 I mean, how widespread is this?
00:24:36.700 Yeah, well, this is one of the agencies that we think is involved in this whole censorship industrial complex concept as well.
00:24:43.700 So someone that we're interested in talking to folks who are there.
00:24:49.480 But it's all part of this effort to suppress speech.
00:24:52.980 And it's the scariest thing I see going on in our government, that you're going to have the government label what Americans can say, what they can't say, what they can post, what they can share online.
00:25:02.900 I mean, this is frightening, as if some bureaucrat in the Department of Homeland Security working for the Disinformation Governance Board is equipped to say what's appropriate, first and then the free speech, what isn't.
00:25:15.520 Like, give me a break.
00:25:16.800 But that is exactly where things are headed.
00:25:19.400 You had, as I said before, you had the FBI meeting regularly with big tech out in San Francisco in the run-up to the 2020 election, telling them to be on the lookout for a hack and leak operation.
00:25:30.600 They were pre-bunking the Hunter Biden story, the laptop story.
00:25:34.600 That is frightening.
00:25:35.640 And this same FBI used the DOCDA to spy on a presidential campaign.
00:25:42.000 What?
00:25:42.800 How backwards and upside down is that world?
00:25:45.480 But that is the world that we're trying to expose so that it doesn't happen anymore in our country.
00:25:50.680 Well, I shudder to think where we'd be right now if the 118th Congress was not led by the Republicans and Jim Jordan and Jim Comer and the Speaker McCarthy.
00:26:08.220 This is just a moment in history that could have turned even worse.
00:26:14.100 It's ugly now, but I assure you, ladies and gentlemen, without the GOP leadership of the 118th Congress, we would be, I don't know, I don't even want to think where we would be.
00:26:26.200 Congressman, I want to just ask you to clarify one thing for me if I can impose for just a few seconds.
00:26:30.620 A short question on the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency.
00:26:38.100 You said that that is a focus of interest.
00:26:41.320 Can you tell us where you are with that?
00:26:45.360 Yeah, I believe we've sent some letters there asking them some of the same questions about concerning censorship and the role of CISA in this.
00:26:53.900 Again, what we've called the complex or what we've called, I think Jonathan Turley called it censorship by surrogate, where governments pressuring tech companies and other folks to take on certain content.
00:27:06.600 So it's just part of that broader investigation.
00:27:08.400 And it's one of those agencies that have popped up that we're interested in.
00:27:12.780 And we've, I think, reached out with some letters looking for some information.
00:27:18.320 Congressman, as always, we appreciate your time.
00:27:21.100 And thank you so much for your leadership in these critically important investigations.
00:27:27.820 We're all in your debt.
00:27:29.340 And we thank you so much.
00:27:31.200 Congressman Jim Jordan.
00:27:32.300 Thanks for all you do.
00:27:33.300 Take care.
00:27:34.080 Congressman Jim Jordan, great American doing historic work for the nation.
00:27:38.300 Thanks, everybody, for being with us.
00:27:39.740 Here tomorrow, our guest is Congressman James Comer, chairman of the House Oversight Committee investigating Biden corruption stonewalled by the Biden regime.
00:27:49.440 And now Chairman Comer is charging FBI Director Chris Wray with contempt of Congress for failing to honor a subpoena to deliver a critical and unclassified document to the Oversight Committee.
00:28:02.240 We hope you'll join us for all that and more.
00:28:04.660 You can follow me on social media at Lou Dobbs on True Social and Twitter.
00:28:09.800 That's at Lou Dobbs.
00:28:11.680 Thanks and have a great day.
