00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:05.080 It's great to have you with us on this beautiful Friday in America.
00:00:08.120 Happy Friday, folks.
00:00:09.360 I hope you all had a wonderful week, and you are all ready to have a wonderful weekend,
00:00:13.280 as much as I am, at least.
00:00:15.580 So the war between America and Canada, of course, a metaphorical war, a trade war, I
00:00:21.020 guess you can say, has begun.
00:00:23.080 President Trump last night terminating all trade negotiations with Canada, announcing
00:00:29.240 that on Truth Social and the government, after the government of Ontario created an ad
00:00:35.560 campaign using selective audio of President Ronald Reagan speaking negatively about tariffs.
00:00:41.840 President Trump is accusing the government of Ontario of interfering with the Supreme
00:00:45.460 Court's decision on his tariffs.
00:00:47.920 High Court is set to hear oral arguments on November 5th on the Trump tariffs after a lower
00:00:52.480 court ruled they were illegal.
00:00:54.020 Now, the Ronald Reagan Foundation is speaking out against what this $75 million campaign
00:01:02.640 is alleging, and they put out the following statement, quote, the Ronald Reagan Presidential
00:01:07.320 Foundation and Institute learned the government of Ontario, Canada created an ad campaign using
00:01:12.180 selective audio and video of President Reagan delivering a, quote, radio address to the nation
00:01:17.440 on free and fair trade, dated April 25th, 1987.
00:01:22.620 The ad misrepresents the presidential radio address, and the government of Ontario did not seek
00:01:27.640 nor receive permission to use the edited remarks.
00:01:31.900 The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute is reviewing its legal options in this matter,
00:01:36.320 and we encourage you to watch President Reagan's unedited video on our YouTube channel.
00:01:41.240 You can watch that video over on the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute YouTube page.
00:01:48.960 Now we have that video for you so we can all sit and watch and laugh as the desperate Canadians
00:01:54.340 try to hurt America.
00:01:58.020 When someone says, let's impose tariffs on foreign imports, it looks like they're doing the patriotic
00:02:03.860 thing by protecting American products and jobs.
00:02:08.660 And sometimes for a short while it works, but only for a short time.
00:02:14.020 But over the long run, such trade barriers hurt every American worker and consumer.
00:02:20.940 High tariffs inevitably lead to retaliation by foreign countries and the triggering of fierce trade wars.
00:02:27.300 Then the worst happens.
00:02:30.460 Markets shrink and collapse, businesses and industries shut down, and millions of people lose their jobs.
00:02:37.580 Throughout the world, there's a growing realization that the weight of prosperity for all nations
00:02:43.180 is rejecting protectionist legislation and promoting fair and free competition.
00:02:49.380 America's jobs and growth are at stake.
00:02:57.300 Now, why would Canada put out a video like that to their own people?
00:03:01.580 Seems just as what President Trump said.
00:03:03.560 They're trying to interfere with the Supreme Court's decision coming in just about under two weeks.
00:03:09.780 Will they make a landmark decision on if the tariffs are allowed to stay, which I don't see why they wouldn't.
00:03:15.480 We take away the president's power to govern, then what really is a president?
00:03:21.000 Joe Biden had the power to govern.
00:03:23.120 He did whatever he wanted.
00:03:23.820 You remember, he forgave student loans when the Supreme Court said, you can't do that.
00:03:29.700 Continued, continued, and nothing happened to him.
00:03:32.940 So, if the Supreme Court should come back and say, no dice, I think President Trump should look back at them and say, well, too late.
00:03:42.300 Joe Biden went against you guys on student loan forgiveness.
00:03:45.240 I'm going against you on tariffs for the betterment of my country, to which I was overwhelmingly elected to go ahead and do.
00:03:53.960 Now, Carney was asked about this commercial and asked about the repercussions of it, as President Trump wants nothing to do, apparently, with them.
00:04:01.360 Now, take a listen to what he had to say rather interestingly.
00:04:04.900 Now, what we can control, absolutely, is how we build here at home, and that's the focus of Budget 2025, generational investment here in Canada.
00:04:16.420 And what we can also control or at least heavily influence is developing new partnerships and opportunities, including with the economic giants of Asia, which is the focus of this trip.
00:04:27.740 So, that's what he's going to do.
00:04:31.940 He's going to go over to China right now, or they're all heading over.
00:04:35.820 The leaders are heading over.
00:04:36.820 President Trump will be departing in just a few hours, en route to Malaysia for a series of meetings with Asian leaders.
00:04:43.580 That's what Carney's going to do.
00:04:44.660 He's going to go over to Asia and beg China.
00:04:47.620 Put his knee pads on and get on his knees and beg and glaze Xi Jinping.
00:04:53.280 Please do business with us.
00:04:54.600 That's fine.
00:04:55.660 There's one problem.
00:04:56.500 There's a little bit of a waterway between China and Canada.
00:05:01.520 There's not really much between Canada and America.
00:05:05.220 So, that's fine.
00:05:06.560 Go ahead.
00:05:06.960 Go to your business.
00:05:08.220 It'll be the end of your country.
00:05:09.440 The prices will go through the roof.
00:05:10.800 That's fine, though.
00:05:13.480 As you all know, Canada's been having a little bit of a problem with their elected leaders.
00:05:18.380 Carney, a Marxist, Democrat, if he were to be in America.
00:05:24.180 He watched what happened to Justin Trudeau.
00:05:26.240 So, I think he should tread lightly and figure out what he's really going to do and what he wants to do before he wants to take this tough guy stance with Donald Trump.
00:05:37.140 Because there's no world leader who's won yet against Donald Trump.
00:05:40.600 I don't think something tells me Carney's not going to be the first.
00:05:46.240 To win against President Trump.
00:05:50.420 I just don't see it happening.
00:05:54.100 Early today, Big Tish James, New York Attorney General, turned herself in in Norfolk, Virginia, where she's fighting a little bit of some trouble.
00:06:03.500 She's in trouble, I guess we could say.
00:06:05.120 She decided she was going to do mortgage fraud and insurance fraud, and she got busted.
00:06:11.200 Because nobody is above the law.
00:06:14.020 At least that's what Big Tish told us.
00:06:15.660 So, now she'll have her day in court where she could defend that she lied about her mortgages on her mortgage papers, said she was married to her father for more favorable loans.
00:06:28.980 She'll have her day in court.
00:06:31.220 The government, folks, if you're wondering, 24 days, it's still shut down and most likely will shut down through the weekend.
00:06:37.340 Things are just getting weirder and weirder and weirder.
00:06:39.520 Yesterday, we told you the March's Democrats voted against opening and paying our essential workers.
00:06:46.460 They don't care about air traffic controllers.
00:06:47.880 They don't care about our military.
00:06:49.080 No, they don't care about them.
00:06:50.600 But it's getting weirder and weirder now because some Democrats are starting to come over to the Republican side because the writing is on the wall for them.
00:06:57.940 Take, for example, Senator John Fetterman, who did this video earlier today with Dave McCormick, his fellow senator from Pennsylvania.
00:07:06.660 This is when you know things are getting a little weird.
00:07:08.540 Here we are in Washington, D.C., and it is shut down.
00:07:12.540 But now here, it's both Pennsylvania's voice here in the U.S. Senate, even though we are in a different party.
00:07:18.560 And we both want to talk about why we believe it's so important to reopen this government.
00:07:23.580 Twenty three days, 12 votes.
00:07:25.260 Senator Fetterman and I have both voted to open up the government.
00:07:27.840 We agree on that 100 percent.
00:07:29.660 It's really starting to hurt Pennsylvania and Pennsylvanians, air traffic controllers, border patrol and also two million recipients of SNAP.
00:07:37.960 We've got to get the government open.
00:07:40.020 That's our main responsibility.
00:07:41.560 And I'd say that regardless of what party is in the majority.
00:07:45.340 So I think we both this our votes are about country over party at this point.
00:07:49.600 And now we have two million Pennsylvanians that rely on SNAP.
00:07:53.240 That's going to stop.
00:07:55.060 And now we can now stop, reopen this government and have an earnest conversation about extending those tax credits.
00:08:02.240 You know, I really we know we're going to participate in this process.
00:08:05.060 That's why we both vote to open up our government.
00:08:08.200 We're in a different party.
00:08:09.440 We're on the same team for Pennsylvania and our nation.
00:08:13.560 Pennsylvanians expect it.
00:08:14.880 Pennsylvanians deserve it.
00:08:15.820 Was John Federer standing on a cardboard box or something because he is a giant and a funny speaks in limericks.
00:08:23.020 I've I've gotten to actually like the guy don't agree with his politics or his policies.
00:08:26.900 But I like the fact that he's open to working with the Republicans, whereas no Democrats are because they're Marxists and they hate America.
00:08:36.920 We're going to be joined in just a few moments by our good friend.
00:08:39.880 And there's no better way to wrap up a show week, to wrap up a Friday than with our friend Roger Stone.
00:08:45.940 He's going to be joining us in just a few moments to take up all these issues.
00:08:50.080 But before that, I want to get to one more issue before we go to Roger.
00:08:54.000 Jack Smith, Junkyard Jackal Special Counsel.
00:08:58.280 Try saying that three times fast.
00:09:01.160 He wants to go testify before the Senate and House Judiciary Committees because he wants to clear his name.
00:09:07.500 He believes some of the work that he's done has been, quote, unquote, mischaracterized.
00:09:14.880 Hmm.
00:09:15.980 What part about it, Jack?
00:09:18.100 The part where you're extremely Trump deranged.
00:09:22.440 The part that you have a mental derangement syndrome of Donald Trump.
00:09:27.500 The part where you sent the FBI to raid Mar-a-Lago and Melania Trump's underwear drawer.
00:09:33.660 You freak.
00:09:34.360 I'm looking forward to him going before the committees because you can just tell by looking at Jack Smith.
00:09:40.420 He's just a weirdo.
00:09:42.060 The guy is a total freak.
00:09:44.180 And I think once he gets before that committee, some of those members on that committee, he's going to crack under pressure.
00:09:50.860 It's going to be a force to admit the truth that he was just a lackey.
00:09:54.420 He was a little water boy.
00:09:55.780 I just withheld what I was really going to call him, but in the interest of a family friendly show, that he was just a lackey for Chris Ray and a lackey for Merrick Garland.
00:10:09.280 And that he was just doing the bidding of the Marxist Dems and the Rhinos.
00:10:12.380 So I think it's going to be good to get him in front of that committee where he can lie or perhaps tell the truth.
00:10:18.900 I guess we'll have to wait and see.
00:10:20.560 We're going to take a quick break here, folks.
00:10:21.800 On the other side of this quick break, we're going to be joined, as I promised, by our good pal, Roger Stone, the host of The Stone Zone, fan favorite, weekly guest here on The Great America Show.
00:10:30.260 If you join us on YouTube, Twitter, Rumble, please be sure to hit that like, subscribe, and follow button.
00:10:34.640 Please, please, please.
00:10:35.460 We're begging you.
00:10:36.440 We want to continue to grow this show.
00:10:37.680 We're doing a good job at it, but we need your help as it takes all of us.
00:10:42.560 We're coming right back, folks, with The Great America Show.
00:10:44.260 Please stay with us.
00:10:45.040 Happy Friday, folks.
00:10:52.120 Roger, happy Friday.
00:10:53.280 As always, a delight to have you with us, especially when it's a Friday.
00:10:57.260 Let's start with first, Big Tish.
00:10:59.080 Big Tish James turned herself in in North Fork, Virginia this afternoon.
00:11:03.280 She says she's innocent.
00:11:04.860 She didn't do any of the fraud.
00:11:06.620 Last night, Roger, Congressman Goldman, Kathy Hochul, congressmen and senators and all people in the state assembly held a rally, a vigil is what I guess it's closer to, saying that we cannot let Donald Trump and his DOJ do this because if we do, they're going to weaponize the Justice Department.
00:11:25.960 So let me get this straight.
00:11:28.600 The people who weaponized the Justice Department against Donald Trump charged him with a crime because he borrowed money from banks for real estate development loans.
00:11:42.220 Banks that did their own due diligence determined that the collateral he was putting up was sufficient.
00:11:48.220 Loans that he paid back in full in which they made 40 million dollars in interest.
00:11:54.180 That was a crime.
00:11:55.060 But Letitia James lying for 43 years about every single mortgage she's ever received is not a crime.
00:12:03.980 She is one of the most mendacious, vicious, ugly, disgusting, obvious, low class criminals I've ever met.
00:12:11.740 It's an open and shut case.
00:12:14.120 Now, whether you can get a left wing judge in the Eastern District of Virginia and a jury dominated by leftist Democrat activists to convict her, I don't know.
00:12:26.340 But I call on Mike Johnson.
00:12:27.980 Mike, this is simple.
00:12:29.960 You move a articles of impeachment regarding the judge and you send him up for hearings.
00:12:37.780 This is how you have to you have to respond to this.
00:12:41.160 I looked at the Constitution, John.
00:12:43.120 It's very interesting.
00:12:44.580 No place does it say that the judicial branch has more power than the legislative branch.
00:12:51.200 But when judges act politically, they must be held accountable.
00:12:55.480 And that means removing them.
00:12:57.680 Yeah.
00:12:58.100 At a minimum, even if you can't convict him in the Senate, they have to go through life saying you're in your honor.
00:13:04.300 No, you're not.
00:13:05.320 I'm not going to rise.
00:13:06.600 You are not honorable.
00:13:08.480 You have violated your oath of office.
00:13:11.160 We have to hold these crazy left wing judges accountable.
00:13:15.860 The Constitution provides for it.
00:13:18.360 You simply move articles of impeachment and you set the trial date and they have to come up and defend themselves and their rulings.
00:13:27.260 You got me crying here, Roger.
00:13:29.280 That was one of the best lines I've ever heard you say.
00:13:31.760 Your honor, I will not rise because you are not honorable.
00:13:34.700 No, you're absolutely right.
00:13:36.360 If they ruined your life and they try to ruin your life and they've tried to ruin it, it's time that we flip the coin.
00:13:43.380 President Trump's case in New York, Roger, was it Judge Engeron, that freak, the weirdo?
00:13:49.920 He was judge, jury, and verdict.
00:13:51.500 There was a no jury case.
00:13:52.960 It was up to the judge.
00:13:54.080 And he said, let's do whatever we want to do.
00:13:56.820 No, no, you're absolutely right.
00:13:58.660 And there's more to it.
00:13:59.760 I can tell you right now because there's an ongoing project.
00:14:03.040 Of the millions of dollars that Letitia James received through Act Blue, 70 percent of those donations are fraudulent.
00:14:09.880 They are from people who do not exist, more people who have now signed affidavits saying, no, I didn't give that contribution.
00:14:16.340 So you have campaign finance fraud.
00:14:18.760 I think ultimately you're going to find that she's also guilty of tax fraud.
00:14:22.920 This is just beginning, Tish.
00:14:24.380 All you have is one indictment.
00:14:25.820 You have many indictments coming, I suspect, in other jurisdictions.
00:14:29.340 I also think she has probably has superseding indictments in the Eastern District of Virginia.
00:14:36.180 No person is above the law, even when they weigh 300 pounds and they're eating collards.
00:14:44.500 I watch.
00:14:45.500 I try to watch Alex Jones a lot because he says some crazy things.
00:14:49.380 But in between some of the crazy things he says is a lot of buried truth.
00:14:52.740 And he claims that there is impaneled juries all across the country for various different people, which Big Tish could be one of them.
00:15:02.040 One of the ones we're having a little bit of issue with is pencil neck, pencil everything, Adam Schiff.
00:15:07.120 Apparently, the rogue deep state prosecutors in Maryland are claiming that they don't have enough evidence and they don't have a strong enough case to charge Adam Schiff with mortgage fraud.
00:15:16.740 It's very, very cut simple, Roger.
00:15:18.940 You have one residence you live in.
00:15:21.220 That's your primary residence, six months and a day.
00:15:24.520 If you are not there and you claim the other residence as your primary residence, bam, it's black and white.
00:15:30.040 It's mortgage fraud.
00:15:30.900 Either he did it or he didn't do it.
00:15:33.040 Yeah.
00:15:33.280 I mean, in all honesty, I'm hopeful.
00:15:36.100 I'm not I don't know if this will happen.
00:15:37.760 The president should fire the U.S. attorney in Maryland because they're wrong.
00:15:40.800 I spoke to David Schum, who is perhaps the preeminent criminal defense lawyer in the country.
00:15:47.320 He has reviewed all of the documents because they're a matter of public record, as you know, John, regarding regarding Adam Schiff.
00:15:54.700 There is no question whatsoever that he is guilty of an indictable crime.
00:15:59.680 And this is without looking at his tax records, because as I understand it, the Department of Justice has still not ordered the IRS records for Adam Schiff to be made available to the U.S.
00:16:12.460 Attorney or to the Justice Department.
00:16:14.640 So there's a there's a there's a there's a a voting rights crime in California.
00:16:21.660 You cannot be a principal resident of Maryland and be a congressman from California.
00:16:27.240 It's highly illegal.
00:16:28.560 So the question here to me is, does Todd Blanche, the deputy attorney general and the U.S.
00:16:34.940 attorney in the District of Maryland, both appointees of President Donald Trump, do they have the intestinal fortitude to to prosecute Adam Schiff or not?
00:16:45.820 I know people who are drafting bar complaints against both of them right now.
00:16:50.240 And an article can be made, an argument can be made.
00:16:53.140 They're not fulfilling their duties.
00:16:54.320 Now, I'm not a lawyer, but in preparation for the show, I did consult David Schoen, who I think is one of the most brilliant lawyers in the country, who concluded without any question, Adam Schiff is guilty of crimes.
00:17:07.120 By the way, the same kind of crimes that Letitia James actually indicted, charged and convicted people for.
00:17:14.120 Yeah.
00:17:14.840 The thing that's odd to me, there's a report, Roger, I don't know if you saw these, but earlier in this week or late last week.
00:17:20.240 President Trump called everybody into the Oval Office and by everyone, I mean, Cash Patel, Lindsay Halligan, I believe, was there, Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi.
00:17:29.780 And he pretty much said, what the F are you guys doing?
00:17:33.000 I mean, you're just guys are sitting on your hands.
00:17:35.220 And then we've also heard, Roger, over the last month that there's been some sort of rift between Pam Bondi and Lindsay Halligan simply for Lindsay Halligan doing her job as the new U.S. attorney, interim U.S. attorney for the for Virginia.
00:17:47.760 What are you hearing about this rift that Pam Bondi just doesn't seem to want to do her job?
00:17:54.340 I must say, I have not heard any of that.
00:17:57.500 I did notice that that Lindsay Halligan brought yet another indictment yesterday on a on an entirely separate criminal matter.
00:18:08.060 So she's doing the job.
00:18:11.500 Perhaps there is, you know, some jealousy with the administration because she's not only extremely smart and extremely capable.
00:18:18.260 She's also extremely beautiful.
00:18:20.080 By the way, I don't like the way the media keeps denigrating her as, quote unquote, an insurance lawyer.
00:18:25.600 She was a senior partner of a major, major law firm where she headed their civil litigation department, has extensive experience with juries, probably more experience with juries than Attorney General Pam Bondi.
00:18:39.100 Yeah, Pam Bondi, the old saying, Roger, either crap or get off the toilet.
00:18:44.260 It's we can't constantly hear.
00:18:45.860 And I think, in my opinion, Roger, she's sort of holding Cash Patel back.
00:18:50.360 I think Cash is probably trying to do the best job he can do, but I think she's holding him back a little bit just based on these reports that she's abhorrent and angry that Lindsay Halligan is simply doing a job.
00:19:02.220 You're hearing the same thing from Todd Blanche, who I don't know.
00:19:04.760 I've never met.
00:19:05.360 I've never even spoke to him as the assistant AG.
00:19:08.680 I think it's time for her to do her job or she's got to go.
00:19:12.300 We don't have much time, Roger.
00:19:14.120 We've really if you think about it, we're a year now.
00:19:17.200 We're coming up on a year to the election.
00:19:18.600 So that's three years. And the president really doesn't do anything the last four or five months.
00:19:22.820 So we're down to two and a half years now, two and a half years to get indictments on a lot of people, Roger.
00:19:29.980 Yeah, I'm just trying to look this up for you, John.
00:19:32.600 Lindsay Halligan won yet another victory at Pakistani National.
00:19:37.720 Yesterday was sentenced to 40 years for transporting Iranian made advanced conventional weapons.
00:19:44.160 So she's doing the job.
00:19:47.080 She's doing the job.
00:19:48.020 The president pointed her to James Comey, as you know, is trying to dispute her authority, saying that because she's serving as the interim U.S.
00:19:58.040 attorney has not been yet confirmed by the Senate, would not be confirmed by the Senate because we have this game.
00:20:05.220 You see, when Joe Biden was president, the Republican senators, even in states where both senators were Republicans, moved to confirm the U.S.
00:20:14.680 attorneys. It's the way it's always worked, unless you're Donald Trump.
00:20:19.020 You know, when you're Donald Trump, you have you have these obstructionist senators like the two freaks from Virginia.
00:20:25.240 They refused to to approve anybody other than the deep state operative, Eric Sieber, Eric Sieber, who, frankly, because he failed to disclose the fact that in the Comey case, his father in law, that is to say, his wife's father, is James Comey's daughter's godfather.
00:20:49.220 To me, that's a bar complaint that needs to be filed with the Virginia bar.
00:20:55.000 And the thing I like about bar complaints is they can't be swept away.
00:20:57.840 They have to have a hearing and the lawyer in question has to be questioned in front of the bar.
00:21:03.360 So I suspect that Mr. Sieber has multiple bar complaints coming.
00:21:07.660 He's going to have to defend his law license because of his serial misconduct as the U.S. attorney.
00:21:14.040 Let's turn to another bad cop, Roger.
00:21:15.540 Jack Smith. He's out today. He says he wants to clear his name because there's been mischaracterizations in his investigation into President Trump.
00:21:23.540 Yesterday, we find out that Chris Wray and Merrick Garland personally, both of them, set up Arctic Frost, the whole premise to the January 6th sham investigation.
00:21:32.880 Smith's lawyers sent this letter to Chuck Grassley saying, quote, given the many mischaracterizations of Mr.
00:21:38.720 Smith's investigation into President Trump's alleged mishandling.
00:21:42.080 Now, there is no mishandling because he's been cleared of that, of classified documents and attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
00:21:49.920 Mr.
00:21:50.220 Smith respectfully requests the opportunity to testify in open hearings before the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
00:21:56.360 I'm all for that because just based on looking at Jack Smith, he's going to crack like an old piece of rubber, Roger.
00:22:04.080 Roger, you can just tell he's one of these Trump deranged Lilliputians.
00:22:09.660 Yeah, I would like to see that as well.
00:22:11.300 General Flynn and others have supplied in a formal complaint to the Justice Department a series of documentations of Jack Smith taking enormous bribes when he was an international prosecutor.
00:22:23.480 So, yes, he should be asked about those bribes very specifically under oath when he appears.
00:22:28.620 Why the Justice Department has not moved an investigation into Mr.
00:22:32.640 Smith, this between the spying on U.S.
00:22:35.800 senators, between this this depraved idea that disputing an election that just saying I don't agree with the integrity of the count in the last election,
00:22:47.960 that that's a crime, which, of course, it isn't under the First Amendment.
00:22:51.280 And every American has the right to do that.
00:22:53.820 I would like to see him I would like to see him go to hearings.
00:22:58.100 But I think that that the topics that need to be extremely broad, including his conduct at The Hague.
00:23:04.840 Yeah, he doesn't get to call the topics.
00:23:06.680 And if he wants to do that, let him come in and get blindsided is what is.
00:23:10.020 You've got to answer questions, Roger.
00:23:17.620 If Trump had to sit in a courtroom and answer questions about an alleged rape in a Bergdorf Goodman fitting room 65 years ago in a store,
00:23:25.480 he's probably never been in a fitting room before.
00:23:27.200 Trump wears the same exact suit, not the same one, but the same version of a suit, the same exact shirt every single day,
00:23:32.540 the same exact tie every single day.
00:23:34.700 I don't buy for a second that Trump was shopping at Bergdorf Goodman.
00:23:37.820 And if Trump had to do that from 40 years ago, Jack Smith should have to answer on his questions on these questions,
00:23:43.840 because it's a background of ethics.
00:23:45.780 Roger, if you had this man who was extremely unethical when he was working in The Hague,
00:23:49.720 what's going to stop him from being unethical when he's investigating a man that he hates his guts?
00:23:54.060 No, I think there's a there's very, very substantial evidence that Jack Smith used extra legal tactics in his efforts to get Donald Trump.
00:24:03.560 For example, Mr. Smith, talk to us about your conversations and your coordination with prosecutors in Nevada, in Arizona, Georgia and in New York.
00:24:13.240 Anybody in your office ever meet with Alvin Bragg or the or the luscious Letitia James?
00:24:20.160 I'd like to hear the answers to those questions.
00:24:23.340 Can you explain something, Roger, because I still don't really understand it.
00:24:26.700 And if I don't understand, the audience is probably a little perplexed to this whole alternate elector thing.
00:24:31.560 Isn't this something that's done every single election for all for electors, alternate electors?
00:24:37.180 And what was there going after them for?
00:24:40.400 Can you explain that?
00:24:41.720 Sure. I couldn't say that's happened in every election because not all of our elections have been close.
00:24:47.500 But, for example, if anyone will read extensively about the election of 1877,
00:24:52.140 which was very disputed and ended up, you know, in the courts and so on.
00:24:57.600 But the most classic example is 1960.
00:25:00.600 1960, in the skin tight race between Vice President Richard Nixon and Senator John Kennedy,
00:25:07.200 on election night, it appeared that Nixon had carried Hawaii based on the vote count.
00:25:13.400 And therefore, Nixon filed a slate of electors who expected to be seated.
00:25:19.040 John Kennedy disputed that.
00:25:20.600 His campaign believed that once all the absentee ballots were counted in Hawaii, that Kennedy would emerge as a victor.
00:25:27.280 So they filed an alternative elector's slate.
00:25:30.980 Now, nobody in John Kennedy's campaign got charged with a crime because having an alternative elector's slate in place contingent on litigation,
00:25:42.340 meaning you're preserving your rights to be seated, if litigation over the outcome of the election in that state were to go your way, is not a crime, has never been a crime,
00:25:53.880 unless you're Ari Melber and you're this tall.
00:25:56.880 This guy invented this into some kind of crime.
00:26:00.220 It's not a crime.
00:26:01.480 It exists throughout our history.
00:26:03.500 But, again, there are different rules for Donald Trump.
00:26:06.400 You know, if you dispute an election, you're an election denier.
00:26:11.360 Now, you know that when George Bush beat Al Gore, that every Democrat in the world claims that election had been stolen.
00:26:19.200 But none of them were charged with crimes.
00:26:21.720 No one ever said that was a crime.
00:26:23.760 You've seen the videos of all these sick individuals in the Senate and the House, various Democrats.
00:26:30.900 You see Poussey and the rest of them.
00:26:33.280 I mean, it's the two-tiered justice system.
00:26:38.400 Speaking of these idiots, Roger, in the Senate and the House, I mean, you've got Democrats who went on the record yesterday, Roger,
00:26:45.400 and they voted against pay for our air traffic controllers, for our military members,
00:26:51.520 for anybody who's on the front lines who have been working and haven't gotten a paycheck since October 1st.
00:26:56.560 They had the balls, Roger, to go out and vote against this.
00:27:01.280 How do they ever win an election again when the American people, almost every single American person has gotten on a plane at some point in their life,
00:27:08.660 and you think to yourself, well, they don't give a damn about us if we get in a plane crash, God forbid, or something happens.
00:27:15.080 Well, John, you understand the real problem, of course, is, and that is to what extent are the American people who have, you know,
00:27:21.020 the struggles of their everyday lives paying attention?
00:27:24.260 So you and I are paying attention because we eat, sleep, and breathe politics.
00:27:29.760 Unfortunately.
00:27:30.460 But the average American, I think, has figured out that the shutdown of the federal government hasn't affected their life in any way whatsoever.
00:27:39.400 The mail is still being delivered.
00:27:41.360 Social security checks are still being delivered.
00:27:43.240 So what was this all about?
00:27:45.940 I mean, the fact that bureaucrats who don't even bother to show up in the office because there's no real work for them to do anyway,
00:27:52.720 but continue to make millions of dollars on the taxpayers are furloughed.
00:27:58.180 That hasn't affected the lives of a single American I know.
00:28:01.160 I don't know anyone who says, oh, my life is terrible because the federal government is shut down.
00:28:06.640 It simply hasn't happened.
00:28:07.700 Yeah, I think you're right.
00:28:09.540 It's just sad, though, that we've come to this point.
00:28:12.060 We've come to this inception point when the Democrats have gone just absolutely rogue, Roger.
00:28:16.300 They are absolutely lost their minds, as Donald Trump puts it.
00:28:20.780 Last night, President Trump, Roger, before we wrap up, President Trump, let Canada know he's terminating all trade negotiations
00:28:26.920 after the government of Ontario fraudulently used ad campaigns for reaching Ronald Reagan speaking negatively about tariffs.
00:28:34.940 Your thoughts as the Canadians now want to try to play by the Donald Trump book.
00:28:42.220 It only works for one person, at least I've seen in my lifetime.
00:28:44.660 Well, you know, John, the Canadians are very, very nervous because under the Canadian Constitution,
00:28:49.840 any province can secede from the Union and seek their independence.
00:28:54.380 So right now there are very active movements in Saskatchewan and Alberta, two of the most conservative provinces.
00:29:02.020 Now, in the case of Saskatchewan, this is a huge problem because most of the wealth in the country comes from those two countries
00:29:08.820 in terms of uranium, oil, natural gas, rare earth minerals and so on.
00:29:15.160 So the hardworking, more conservative people in Western Canada, principally in Saskatchewan, in Alberta,
00:29:22.240 they're kind of sick of footing the bill for the people on the eastern part of the country that don't have any, you know, natural resource wealth.
00:29:32.300 Now, under their constitution, if a question is put on the ballot, say in Saskatchewan, which is being worked on right now,
00:29:40.980 they can become independent with a simple majority vote of the people.
00:29:46.340 There's nothing in their constitution that prevents this.
00:29:48.760 Now, once they became an independent entity, they could apply to statehood with the United States.
00:29:56.940 The poll numbers are overwhelming in Saskatchewan.
00:30:00.360 They're also quite positive in Alberta.
00:30:02.880 That means, theoretically, if both were to become states, which, of course, would have to be ratified by a majority of the U.S. states,
00:30:11.880 from the border of Canada all the way to the state of Alaska could all be the United States.
00:30:18.760 Oh, that would make the liberals' minds explode.
00:30:21.920 Anything Donald Trump's for, obviously, the liberals are against.
00:30:25.120 Also, by the way, also get you four more conservative Republican U.S. senators, which I'm sure they wouldn't be very happy about.
00:30:32.240 And a slew of new House Republicans.
00:30:35.780 I can hear the Democrats, Roger, quivering right now, as they have been for the last month or two.
00:30:42.200 I'm sure you've been following the news, Roger, of this new wing that President Donald Trump is putting on the White House.
00:30:48.980 I don't know if you've seen this video, but this is the demolition that they're doing.
00:30:53.020 Pretty amazing.
00:30:54.480 We'll walk it together.
00:30:55.780 I've watched that video about 20 times, and I laugh at it every single time.
00:31:14.660 Why are the Democrats so upset about Donald Trump throwing down a part of the White House that nobody uses?
00:31:21.580 It's, quite frankly, obsolete.
00:31:25.600 What's their deal?
00:31:26.540 Why do they care?
00:31:28.440 Because they hate everything that Donald Trump does and anything he does.
00:31:31.460 They didn't complain when Truman made huge renovations to the White House.
00:31:36.520 They didn't complain when President Taft do it.
00:31:38.940 They had no problem with even Richard Nixon putting in a bowling alley.
00:31:42.300 They didn't have a problem with that, but it's because it's Trump.
00:31:45.520 Now, the one thing I do think it lacks is the flashing on and off Trump neon sign.
00:31:50.380 I do want to see that.
00:31:51.600 That would really be ideal.
00:31:53.740 I heard that if they don't approve the ballroom, this is option number two, Waffle House on the side of the White House.
00:32:01.980 And if they don't approve that, they were going for a more of an elegant look, and it was the White Castle at the White House.
00:32:10.080 So they better get in line.
00:32:11.660 Raj, before we wrap up, we've got to talk about my favorite person, Rosie O'Donnell.
00:32:15.960 She's calling for an economic blackout here in America.
00:32:18.800 She wants every restaurant to shut down.
00:32:20.300 She wants every business to shut down.
00:32:22.140 Big Fat Rosie wants America to implode.
00:32:25.100 Is it going to happen?
00:32:25.800 Are we going to listen to Rosie O'Donnell?
00:32:28.000 Hasn't she left the country?
00:32:29.640 That's right.
00:32:30.080 Cool.
00:32:30.720 Yeah.
00:32:30.980 I mean, last time I saw her on the air, she had a really nasty-looking cold sore.
00:32:35.300 I really don't know what that is.
00:32:36.340 I hope she's doing much better.
00:32:37.800 But, no, look, no one cares what she thinks.
00:32:41.240 She's a typical Hollywood celebrity, out of touch with the working people of America.
00:32:45.660 As I travel, I find people very happy with the state of America.
00:32:49.800 They feel much better about America's future.
00:32:51.940 There's more economic opportunity.
00:32:54.180 There's certainly in our big cities, there's more security than there was.
00:32:58.180 I saw a survey of African-American voters the other day.
00:33:02.440 Donald Trump's support is actually skyrocketing in some of these cities because, well, people's children and grandchildren can play in the front yard without fear that they're going to be shot in the head by some gangbanger.
00:33:13.400 Because Donald Trump is removing these dangerous, illegal criminals through the greatest mass deportation in American history.
00:33:21.720 So what you're getting here is real results from a real president, not some guy sleeping in his basement.
00:33:28.460 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:33:30.020 Roger Stone, the host of The Stone Zone.
00:33:31.860 Roger, what do you got up tonight for The Stone Zone?
00:33:35.100 Who's your guest and where can people listen?
00:33:36.500 You know, I got to be honest with you, John, people can listen tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern by going to wabcradio.com.
00:33:45.260 I've invited a very special guest.
00:33:47.180 I don't have an answer yet as to whether he's going to make it.
00:33:50.960 But last night's show was amazing.
00:33:53.660 I interviewed Martha Byrne, who is the wife of Mike McMahon.
00:33:58.920 Mike McMahon is a New York City police detective who was framed by the Biden Justice Department
00:34:05.420 because while retired and working as a private investigator, he uncovered the fact that there were two Chinese communist illegals
00:34:15.040 who had embezzled millions of dollars.
00:34:18.860 One guy was actually the former mayor of Wuhan.
00:34:22.220 You can't make this stuff up.
00:34:23.620 But rather than deporting them because they lied to get in the country, the Chinese official and his wife,
00:34:33.380 in order to avoid embarrassment, the Biden administration charged Michael McMahon,
00:34:39.760 an honest and highly decorated New York City police officer, sending him to prison for 18 months,
00:34:45.340 claiming that he had violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act,
00:34:50.320 when, in fact, his client is a private investigator, was a U.S.-based company.
00:34:55.280 No evidence that he took any money from any foreign entity.
00:34:58.920 So it just is the epic corruption.
00:35:01.020 It was a great interview.
00:35:01.980 You can go on wabcradio.com and listen to it, or you can also go to stonezone.com.
00:35:08.860 We have it posted there.
00:35:09.960 Great interview with Martha Byrne.
00:35:11.980 You may remember her.
00:35:13.260 She was a very famous soap opera actress in Days of Our Lives and Hospital and a number of other huge hit shows.
00:35:21.860 But she came on the show as a wife and a mother who needs her husband out of prison.
00:35:28.660 I've written a very good piece on this at stonezone.com as to why President Trump should pardon
00:35:34.940 this brave New York police officer, Michael McMahon.
00:35:38.380 Yeah, Martha, I met her maybe a year or two years ago, and she wanted to come on the show.
00:35:43.160 I actually got to text her.
00:35:44.540 I texted her.
00:35:45.700 Crazy story.
00:35:46.580 Absolutely absurd.
00:35:47.600 Crazy.
00:35:48.440 But it's what the new Justice Department has turned to, Roger.
00:35:52.080 We've opened our eyes now where back in the day, anyone who went to jail, I'd say, was automatically guilty.
00:35:57.360 Now I'd say it's probably 50-50 with how corrupt the Justice Department is of people who are in jail.
00:36:02.560 I'm glad that you never got to see the light of day of being in a prison cell because the left would have won at that point.
00:36:08.960 You were saved by God and President Trump, and we thank him every day for that.
00:36:12.760 The great Roger Stone.
00:36:13.660 Catch him tonight, 8 p.m.
00:36:14.760 Eastern time, wabcradio.com, thestonezone.com, where you catch him 24-7.
00:36:19.140 Roger, we'll see you next week, my friend.
00:36:20.560 Have a great weekend.
00:36:21.600 Thank you, John.
00:36:22.260 God bless you.
00:36:23.540 Thanks to Roger Stone, folks, and thank you all for being with us today here on The Great America Show.
00:36:26.960 We'll see you back here on Monday.
00:36:28.660 I almost said tomorrow, but I realize it's Friday, and we're all getting a day or two off for the weekend to enjoy some college football in the NFL.
00:36:37.400 Make sure to get your sports bets in and consult with Chauncey Billups if you need any insider information.
00:36:45.000 Just being facetious, of course.
00:36:46.840 Folks, we'll see you back here on Monday for The Great America Show.
00:36:49.340 Truth, justice, and the American way.
00:36:51.360 You know where to find us, 6 p.m. each and every weekday, here for The Great America Show.
00:36:56.460 We'll see you back here Monday, folks.
00:36:57.820 Until then, may God bless you.
00:36:59.280 May God bless America, and may God bless the great Lou Dobbs.
00:37:02.300 Have a great night, everybody.
