00:02:07.800 for those court dates, Trump's attorneys also complained that Smith has still not turned over

00:02:12.800 to the president all the discovery for the case. At the conclusion of the hearing, Judge Cannon said,

00:02:25.720 time, end quote. Judge Cannon told Just Department Prosecutor Jay Bratt, who asked to keep the trial

00:02:39.580 realities, end quote. The judge making it pretty clear that she's not pleased. The court already has

00:02:46.640 a packed schedule and summer recess, so it's looking likely to be after the 2024 presidential election.

00:04:41.800 York rhino reps, Lalota, Lawler, Molinaro, Langworthy, and Williams. I first want to point out that

00:04:49.540 constitutional due process doesn't apply here. We have the facts. They've been outlined over the

00:04:56.700 last 10 months. And the facts are that Mr. Santos actually admitted to those lies and deceptions.

00:05:05.540 He references the concern of this body and the fact that we quote, maybe losing trust.

00:05:12.700 I want to let everyone in on a stark reminder coming from New York, New Yorkers don't agree

00:05:22.520 on much of anything, but 78% of the individuals who live in the third congressional district do not

00:05:31.820 want George Santos as their representative. So it seems to me that trust has already been lost.

00:05:39.520 Desposito wants no due process at all for George Santos. I give Speaker of the House Mike Johnson

00:05:45.160 great credit on this, keeping most of his conference united and assuring Santos at least due process.

00:05:52.360 Turning now to the Senate and the rhinos at work there, Senators Lindsey Graham, Todd Young,

00:05:58.060 Mitt Romney, Dan Sullivan, and Joni Ernst all turning on Senator Tommy Tuberville for putting what has

00:06:04.560 been a nine-month hold on general and flag officer promotions until the military drops its abortion

00:06:11.280 policy. The military policy provides pay for military members to cross state lines to get abortions.

00:06:18.400 Those five Senate rhinos all came out publicly against Tuberville this week. Our guest today is the man

00:06:24.880 leading the House Oversight Investigation Committee Chairman James Comer. Congressman Comer, great to have

00:06:36.260 a new energy and sense of urgency to the investigating committees? Does it help your committee in particular?

00:06:43.300 It really does. Mike Johnson, someone that I consulted with a lot, he's on the Judiciary Committee.

00:06:49.240 Obviously, the Oversight Committee is working closely with Judiciary. Judiciary is focused on the

00:06:54.320 weaponization of the government. Judiciary is focused on the cover-up oversight. My committee,

00:06:59.660 we're focused on the crimes. So we're working hand in hand because it's not just an investigation of

00:07:05.660 Biden crimes. It's investigation of the crime and the cover-up. So Mike entered the speakership with

00:07:11.820 a good deal of knowledge about all the wrongdoing from the Biden family. And he said early on that

00:07:18.680 he's interested in holding them accountable. So it does add badly needed energy to this investigation.

00:07:24.440 And I'm very optimistic about working with him in the future.

00:07:29.440 I want to get your opinion on this because it's fundamental. Do you not believe,

00:07:37.360 and I'll put it this way, I believe you all have developed enough information to bring charges against

00:07:42.060 the President of the United States without any question. Do you believe that?

00:07:46.080 Yes, I do. I think we had already made the case long before we found these last two checks

00:07:52.360 to Joe Biden. But, you know, what we've got now is direct evidence that Joe Biden benefited

00:07:58.820 financially. Now, the White House law is trying to say these two checks were loans. They don't have

00:08:03.520 any evidence that they were loans other than on the memo line of the check, it says loan repayment.

00:08:09.160 But even if they were loans low, it doesn't matter. The family couldn't have paid the money back

00:08:14.480 had they not influence peddled the health care company in Florida and the Chinese nationals. So

00:08:21.800 either way, Joe Biden's $240,000 better off because of his family influence peddling. Now,

00:08:28.600 we think we've already produced enough evidence, but, you know, that's going to be the call of the

00:08:35.340 Speaker. We're going to continue digging. I believe there's a lot more evidence out there.

00:08:39.860 It's like pulling teeth. We're fighting the DOJ, the FBI, the media, the Democrats on the Oversight

00:08:45.900 Committee, the IRS. But at the end of the day, we continue on at least a weekly basis to come up

00:09:22.080 And how much more powerful would the investigation be, given all of the administration,

00:09:31.280 the agencies, the FBI, the Department of Justice, you name it, who've been fighting all the way?

00:09:36.280 Yeah. I mean, that's a great question. Hopefully, we'll be able to answer that very soon. Once it goes

00:09:43.400 to impeachment, then it'll leave my committee and go to the judiciary. Now, I have impeachment inquiry,

00:09:49.580 and that's about as much as I can have being the Oversight Committee. But because of the impeachment

00:09:55.660 inquiry, you know, we subpoenaed the personal bank records of Jim Biden, and we were prepared to go

00:10:02.440 to court. We just, because the lawyers had said we would go to court, that they weren't going to

00:10:08.420 hand him over. But that, for whatever reason, and I think it's because we built a case that would win

00:10:13.160 in court, we got those personal bank records. And when we got the personal bank records, Lou,

00:10:17.940 that's when we found the direct payments to Joe Biden. So I always suspected that when we would

00:10:24.880 show those eras from China to the different shell companies to the Biden family members, I always

00:10:29.700 felt like there was one more era that we didn't know because we didn't have the personal bank records.

00:10:35.520 And that last era was to Joe Biden, and that's what we found.

00:10:38.620 And at this point, how soon do you believe you will subpoena Hunter Biden for those records for

00:10:49.180 all that you need to learn from him? Well, we've subpoenaed his bank records, and we've gotten

00:10:56.920 almost all the bank records in. And during the process of giving us more, it's been a long process

00:11:04.060 because, Lou, he has so many bank accounts. He would have one shell company with a dozen

00:11:09.020 bank accounts, which shows you're a business guy, Lou. I grew up watching you on CNN and other

00:11:15.240 business shows. This isn't a legitimate business. This is a scam. They had different accounts.

00:11:23.560 They laundered money. But because we've got these bank accounts in, we're very close to bringing in

00:11:30.940 the Bidens. I would say it's a matter of days before they get served. We needed to have the

00:11:37.400 bank records because now, if we didn't have those bank records, we couldn't say, Jim Biden,

00:11:42.660 what is this $200,000 check to your brother Joe Biden? No one knew about that until we got the

00:11:48.000 bank records. So we built up a case, and I think that we just about got enough bank records to where

00:11:54.380 we can bring them in and ask them specific questions with specific hard evidence in the form of

00:12:44.200 I mean, this is a mind boggler that he would do such a thing.

00:12:55.440 they believe with all their heart that they're entitled to receive millions of dollars from our

00:13:02.760 adversaries around the world just because they're Biden's. And they don't believe the law applies

00:13:08.120 to them. And why should they, Lou? Look, the IRS whistleblower said they knew that the president's

00:13:13.820 son committed money laundering crimes and tax evasion crimes and wirefrog crimes, and the list goes on and

00:13:20.540 on. But they were told to not go any further, to drop the investigation. And so were the FBI

00:13:28.260 whistleblowers. So were the Department of Justice people, the Scott Brady's, the people that Jordan's

00:13:34.420 been deposing. They were all said they knew, look, it's obvious the crimes they were committed, but they

00:13:39.500 were told they can't touch the Biden. So if you've been treated that way all your life, like Hunter Biden

00:13:46.260 has, then of course you think you are entitled to break the law.

00:14:13.920 to attack his father, Joe Biden. I mean, this is a perversion of, to me, just unbelievable dimensions.

00:14:32.520 Yeah, that was in Gannett on newspapers like the USA Today and the crappy Gannett papers all over the

00:14:43.660 about the two checks that were sent to Joe Biden, the $200,000 check and the $40,000 check. It's not

00:14:49.960 even been in print anywhere, but yet they run an op-ed on poor little Hunter Biden who, you know,

00:14:58.860 who blew $30 million on drugs and prostitutes and expensive hotel rooms and expensive cars. He's had

00:15:13.180 tax evasion, prostitution, drugs, lying on a gun application, wire fraud, securities fraud,

00:15:20.720 just because he had a drug problem, Lou. I mean, shame on Gannett, but I'm not a bit surprised.

00:15:26.720 Well, and the author of the essay, obviously, Hunter Biden himself. So I'm expecting this week,

00:16:27.060 if you ask me, as someone who was involved in banking for a long time. You know, and they're

00:16:31.900 like, well, that interest rate, just that was awful good that Donald Trump got. He paid his loans back.

00:16:37.740 He paid it back with interest. The Bidens took money and they said that it was loans. They never

00:16:43.780 paid taxes on it, never paid any interest on it. And it's a joke. The joke is how they treat

00:16:49.300 the Bidens versus Trump. And the National Archives of all agencies. You can't imagine corruption

00:18:08.400 names. What was Joe Biden hiding, right? That's the first question. The second question with respect to

00:18:12.900 the National Archives, they've turned over 14 emails. And when they turned over the 14 out of 82,000,

00:18:21.140 they, out of 82,000, I've asked for all 82,000, Lou, they've given me 14, not 14,000, 14. And when they

00:18:29.940 did it, they sent it to Politico and MSNBC at the same time. And they wrote a story making fun of me

00:18:36.920 saying, oh, he wants these emails. And they're, they're just about, you know, it's junk mail and

00:18:41.420 spam and stuff like that. I mean, the fact that the National Archives was caught working with the

00:18:48.500 media to create a narrative, as you said, it should be disturbing because the National Archives, I mean,

00:18:54.360 who would have thought they were part of the deep state too, but they are.

00:18:57.280 They absolutely are. And they have, the extraordinary, to me, the, I think the most

00:19:04.860 extraordinary thing that I'm witnessing here, again, because of your investigation and the help

00:19:10.660 of some of the other committees, we're looking at a government that is protecting a political

00:19:47.040 every agency in Washington, D.C. has been infiltrated by liberal activists. And these are the career

00:19:52.800 employees. And whoever the next president is, Lou, they're going to have to go in there and they're

00:19:57.260 not just going to, you know, they're obviously going to put their people in, in the, in the

00:20:00.980 political appointees, but they've got to go after the top level of career employees. And you've seen

00:20:06.660 that at the Department of Justice with Leslie Wolf, who wasn't appointed U.S. Attorney. She's a career

00:20:11.340 U.S. Attorney. She's the one that stopped all of these investigations of the Biden. So, you know,

00:20:18.040 it's, it's widespread and we've got to, we've got to have fundamental reform with these government

00:20:25.120 employees, these career employees. It has to start with a, with a new president and, and with a plan

00:20:54.340 Congressman, there seems to be so much here. There seems to be, at least intuitively,

00:21:02.240 a pattern to the behavior of the Bidens and their relationships with various foreign operators,

00:21:08.460 various countries and companies and oligarchs. What is, what are the patterns that you've detected

00:21:17.840 and expect to see reconfirmed again? Yeah. Well, the pattern is that the Bidens would locate

00:21:25.740 people, bad people in bad countries that needed help. They needed help either because they were

00:21:32.420 being investigated for fraud in their own country. They needed help because they were facing sanctions.

00:21:38.200 They needed help because they were wanting to invest in the United States and there were barriers

00:21:43.040 to entry. But whatever the reason, they were bad people in bad countries. They would meet Joe Biden

00:21:50.360 through his son. And then his son would take it. You know, there's like Joe Biden was sending a signal.

00:21:56.120 OK, this is my son or my brother. You deal with him. You're dealing with me. Then then he would disappear.

00:22:02.500 So he could say plausible deniability and all that. Then the family would start getting payments

00:22:14.740 wanted. In the case of Burisma, they got the prosecutor fired. We know we know that Joe Biden did that.

00:22:36.000 we'll get you all the capital you want. They paid him six hundred thousand dollars.

00:22:39.820 And Joe Biden and Jim Biden gave him the middle finger. He took their money and ran.

00:22:43.700 And now they're bankrupt. So, you know, the there was an influence peddling scheme

00:22:48.060 where Joe Biden met every single person that sent their family money, including the AmeriCorps

00:22:53.840 health people. And then then the family would start receiving money and they didn't do it,

00:22:59.560 you know, like a paycheck or through one LLC. They would do it through a series of companies

00:23:04.780 so that they could disguise the source of the payment and deceive the federal government in the form of

00:23:12.060 the IRS and not paying taxes. Incredible. That's incredible.

00:23:17.900 And there's some question about why there's no impeachment here. I mean, this is on its face

00:23:25.320 evidence of massive corruption in this White House. I want to raise another issue, and that's how much

00:23:32.440 how much you're concerned about the safety of your your staff, your your members yourself in this,

00:23:39.980 because there are powerful forces that are being deeply disturbed here. And we know for a fact

00:23:46.120 that even a powerful committee like the House Oversight Committee was surveilled by the NSA,

00:23:52.480 the FBI and the Senate intelligence in years previous. Do you believe you're under that kind of

00:24:00.280 surveillance and what countermeasures are available to you? I assume every text I send someone that

00:24:07.300 somebody else is reading it. I mean, we've got a government that especially in the intelligence

00:24:12.420 community that has abused their power. And I have zero confidence in there. I don't think you had

00:24:19.100 mentioned earlier, why does the government do this with the Bidens? I don't think it's because they

00:24:24.120 like the Bidens. And it's certainly not because they have respect for the Biden. I think it's because

00:24:28.800 they fear Donald Trump. And they know if Donald Trump becomes president again, he's going to go in and

00:24:35.540 he's going to spend every ounce of energy he has in trying to drain the swamp and get rid of the deep

00:24:44.000 state. And and Joe Biden is fine. He ain't gonna do anything. And these guys are all about self

00:24:50.800 preservation. So, you know, I do think that that I think that that they're probably watching everything

00:24:58.420 we do. I know that these government agencies work hand in hand with the media to create hit piece

00:25:21.740 trying to do something. And it's the it's the White House and the Democrat National Committee that sets the

00:25:26.920 narrative along with these deep state actors in these government agencies. It's it's a historic

00:25:33.260 moment. It is, unfortunately, ugly history for this country. And I and we're going to learn more and
