Governor Tim Waltz is cheering on the demise of Tesla, a company that employs many Americans even in his home state of New Jersey. In another Marxist-run state, the New York Supreme Court this week struck down a law that would have allowed non-citizens to vote in municipal elections. In 2021, New York City lawmakers passed a bill that would give Non-citizens and illegal aliens the right to vote.
00:15:08.760And for me, Mark, as I was like a 27 year old kid, a 28 year old kid at the time.
00:15:12.900And having to question my doctor, I have no background in doctor.
00:15:17.080I have basic level earth science and chemistry from high school.
00:15:21.660But I'm sitting here and I'm questioning my doctor.
00:15:23.500And I'm like, now that I think back at it, like, it's crazy that we went through a time where we're questioning industry professionals.
00:15:30.200People have spent 10 years of their lives in school to try to put us down a better path to make us live a healthier life, gearing us towards the complete opposite.
00:15:40.740And I feel like it's the same exact thing with the climate change.
00:17:22.660We need to have provisions in the future where you can never have a rushed vaccine, no matter how emergency they think it is.
00:17:28.020And that vaccine, I mean, I've interviewed people and talked to specialists and doctors, and they say it could actually take the average person.
00:18:05.300So, you know, in his defense, I don't think he ever realized how deep the deep state was.
00:18:09.680I mean, he knew on one front, but not on the medical side, that it would ever come to that.
00:18:15.140And, you know, he's listening to Dr. Fauci and all these people who he presumed were good people because they had been around for 100 years.
00:18:22.620And he learned his lesson the hard way.
00:18:23.980I think he learned his lesson from his mistake on that.
00:18:26.400And he's vindicated by appointing RFK juniors.
00:21:06.420This isn't some lone opinion columnist.
00:21:09.880This was the entire Bloomberg News editorial board issued this decree.
00:21:14.940And what they're trying to do is it's a warning to America, essentially, on one hand, that we're giving up leadership to China.
00:21:23.920And China is now going to get all those accolades.
00:21:26.400John Kerry is going to be happy with China and not the U.S.
00:21:29.200Can you live with that on your conscience?
00:21:31.820And there's basically saying that China, because it makes money off solar and wind and produces solar and wind panels, they look at that as, oh, look at how green China is.
00:21:40.640They ignore the fact that China is over half the world's coal.
00:21:43.980They ignore the fact that they're building a new coal plant on basically one to two every week constructing it, that they have the highest CO2 emissions in the globe by far, even though the U.S. is the highest historical emitter.
00:21:57.380But they're essentially saying that Trump pulling the United States out of the entire climate scam is China can now step in and be the world leader and they're going to produce the kind of change we want to see.
00:22:11.800They actually are cheering China on because China will fulfill this role rhetorically and they'll go all kinds of BS and they'll try to, who knows, they might come out with pledges now to try to make themselves look so great next to U.S. and Europe.
00:22:27.500By the way, the latest U.N. climate goals, almost most of the developing, developed world, first world countries, which is a racist term back in the old days anyway, under DEI, you couldn't say first world, you couldn't say third world.
00:22:39.680But most of those countries didn't even submit a response by the U.N.'s latest deadline for their greenhouse gas target emission targets.
00:22:46.900So Bloomberg News is like begging China to fill this void so that the media can just praise them.
00:22:54.100Keep in mind, they have a long history, not just Bloomberg, but New York Times.
00:23:00.000China's dictatorship allows an enlightened group of people to do what's right for the people, bypass the messiness of democracy.
00:23:06.720The former U.N. climate chief, Christina Figueres, praising China's one party rule as able to get things done.
00:23:15.260You had the Apple CEO praise China saying the apples and China's values are the same when it comes to climate change.
00:23:22.000You had Justin Trudeau said he admired China's basic dictatorship.
00:23:25.120So all of these woke Western leaders who have been in charge pre-Trump were literally all in on China's governing model.
00:23:34.280China has the whole global domination of all of the rare earth mining and all of the economics.
00:23:41.980Chinese EVs, by the way, look like they're going to knock Tesla out at this point, especially with the rate Teslas are being torched and no one seems to be able to stop it.
00:23:49.780And the sales are tanking because people aren't happy.
00:23:52.480The liberals who were once the base of Tesla aren't happy with us.
00:24:59.420China didn't even didn't even respond by the deadline.
00:25:01.720And yeah, what's funny about this is, you know, one hundred and what did you say, 94, 84 countries and only eight responded.
00:25:08.680You go to these U.N. conferences, which are the giant floating parties around the world, everywhere from Bali, Indonesia to multiple parts in South America.
00:25:17.700The one this November is going to be in a rainforest city in Brazil, which I guess we'll talk about with a clear cut highways.
00:25:22.960But almost every single country and delegations are represented at those U.N. climate summits.
00:25:48.620I mean, I'm saying you may have like five out of 190 countries who don't show up at these summits.
00:25:53.820But when it comes time to actually play the U.N.'s game, you get eight countries that respond, you know, to meet their so-called net zero goals.
00:26:13.220It's the World Health Organization people, the Klaus Schwab of the world, all these people who are just full of crap, you know, come in on their private jets, which emit more, you know, carbon than they can breathe in a lifetime on one flight, carbon dioxide.
00:26:29.600And then they go there and practice not what they're preaching.
00:26:32.960They preach not what they're practicing.
00:26:35.000But the world lets them get away with it.
00:26:40.160And these people go out there, they go do their little week down in Brazil, they go out clubbing, they go out partying, don't pay for a dollar of it.
00:26:48.280And then they got back on their private jets and go back to where they came from.
00:26:51.920The hypocrisy of it all is totally insane.
00:26:56.100I want to turn to some climate change indicators is what they call it, I believe.
00:27:01.320According to Axios, climate change indicators have hit record levels in 2024, according to a new UN of all people, Mark, the United Nations.
00:27:12.220The average rate of sea level rise is 2.1 millimeters per year between January of 1993 and December of 2002 and accelerates to an average of 4.7 millimeters between the years January of 2015 and December of 2024.
00:27:28.460So now we're going to have to listen to the United Nations once again on what's going on in the world, because they're the world scientists.
00:27:37.080They're the people that we should trust.
00:27:38.640Isn't this like trusting the World Health Organization with COVID?
00:27:44.460And even this world meteorological, these are all these are just these are globalist institutions set up funding from all the usual suspect billionaires.
00:27:52.460And they have all the usual globalists behind them in terms of the actual science.
00:27:58.300Interesting things on sea level, the sea level, which has historically been done from tide gauges.
00:28:03.880And there's also a sea level that began in the early 90s from satellite monitoring.
00:28:09.560Now, there's a big jump in sea level rise monitoring when they switched over to satellite.
00:28:14.200So what do you think became their gold standard because it showed higher was satellite.
00:28:17.900And that's what they're showing you here.
00:28:19.120Satellites in space trying to measure millimeters that are at odds with what the tidal gauge shows.
00:28:26.280And you have people like Steve Coonan, who was the former Obama energy scientist who worked for, I believe, an NYU professor.
00:28:33.200He's come out and done all his analysis and showed there's been no acceleration in sea level rise.
00:28:38.200And to the extent and what I mean is is always sea level rise.
00:28:43.360The seas have been rising since the end of the last ice age, 10,000 plus years ago.
00:28:47.860That's just that's the nature of the earth.
00:28:50.280But during our lifetime, you wouldn't even notice it.
00:28:53.640It's several inches, maybe six, seven inches of a span of someone who's 70 years old today in their lifetime.
00:28:59.440It's a normal thing for sea level to rise.
00:29:01.960And it's absolutely not related to any kind of CO2 emissions or human activity.
00:29:07.560It is related to one kind of human activity, though, that when you deal with cities like Miami and along the U.S.
00:29:13.320East Coast and other cities around the world where it's called subsidence, where they pump out too much groundwater, do too much construction, too much interruption.
00:29:21.300And the land sinks because of local development and water policy issues.
00:29:26.560And then the water comes in more and people say, oh, look, it's global warming your SUV.
00:29:34.680So it becomes it becomes a local utility management issue of local governments and state governments.
00:29:40.640But in terms of sea level rise, there's no there there to worry about.
00:29:44.240It's all exists in scary projections of the future.
00:29:47.420They also in this indicator warned about methane, which is another joke because there's been peer reviewed studies, scientists saying that methane is the irrelevant greenhouse gas.
00:29:57.220It doesn't last long enough in the atmosphere.
00:29:58.880And by the way, if you're worried about cows, agriculture has been around for thousands of years.
00:30:03.700And suddenly in the year 2025, agriculture is going to somehow cause a climate catastrophe through methane.
00:30:09.960This is the basis for net zero meat restrictions.
00:30:12.680This is the basis for trying to push us to eat insects.
00:30:14.940This is the basis for the lab grown meat that Bill Gates and Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos have been pushing, made from stem cells from a cow, sheep, pig mixed with fetal blood, put into a steel vat, petri dish, and then put on a 3D printer and put all the additives and texture, the most highly processed meat you could get.
00:30:38.280It's just the same old recycled scare year after year, appealing to the same authority and the same claims, which are easily debunked by the growing number of scientists.
00:30:47.220And that's what Trump, by the way, is at least two dozen scientists that they're considering bringing in for his EPA scientific advisory board.
00:30:54.360And many of these are the foremost expert on greenhouse gases, Dr. Will Happer from Princeton University, former NASA scientist, John Christie, Georgia Tech climatologist, Judith Curry.
00:31:06.820These are some of the names they're talking about.
00:32:28.000Like, nobody calls these people out on, like, things that are very โ you don't have to run through statistical data, Mark, to show someone that the hotel's still there.
00:32:35.440Yeah, and what they would say back is, well, we've had to do beach erosion and sand movements.
00:32:41.160You can easily do that, because sea level's always rising.
00:32:44.060Remember, it's been rising for 10,000-plus years.
00:32:46.320Look at places like the Netherlands, who've mastered the art of how to pull the whole back sea level and engineer it.
00:32:52.500It's not that complicated, and I'll tell you what.
00:32:54.500It's a lot easier and affordable to manage coastal erosion and subsidence and sea level rise, regardless of the cause โ I won't even get into that โ than it is to shut down your entire society and all your proven energy and to start restricting meat and to start giving you CNN's carbon passports to restrict your travel and to come after gas-powered cars.
00:33:16.540Or is it โ wouldn't you much rather have a local community do a sand restoration project on the beach?
00:35:52.800Slippers, bathrobes, pet beds, blankets, mattresses, sleepwear, loungewear, duvets, comforters, potholders, aprons, oven mitts, and so much more.
00:37:07.140So let me ask you, what's going on here?
00:37:08.920You have these people who six months ago, before Donald Trump almost got assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania, when Elon Musk endorsed him, people love the Teslas.
00:37:19.320They were saving the planet there, which I don't agree with because you can't dispose of the batteries ever.
00:37:48.260Now, all of a sudden, six months later, these people have flipped the coin, and they are all out balls to the wall trying to kill this man.
00:38:01.140You know, you had the astronaut Mark Kelly, now senator from Arizona, call him an a-hole and urge boycotting of it.
00:38:08.680By the way, Mark Kelly, the astronaut, when he was in space, I don't know, this was probably 10 years ago, said he could see climate change from a spaceship.
00:38:15.140Very similar to Tina Fey saying she could see Russia from her house playing Sarah Palin, which is absurd comment.
00:39:48.460They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
00:39:51.200This needs to stop because this will get out of hand.
00:39:54.540And what's funny is the EV batteries that they're torching are much worse than lighting up a gas-powered car because you're going to get so many toxic plumes.
00:40:02.080And here's a funny thing. If these people would oppose EVs on the environmental standards, I'd be with them.
00:40:08.200It takes half a million pounds of material to dig up the earth, half a million pounds to make one average-sized Tesla battery.
00:40:48.740And I've been a student of this kind of attempts at budget cutting going back to the 80s when you had David Stockman as Ronald Reagan's management and budget director his first term.
00:41:23.740We need Congress to defund a lot of these programs and follow up with what Doge has done.
00:41:30.440The problem with what he's doing, it's great PR and it's great framing the narrative and it's great publicity to expose the fraud of the taxpayer money.
00:41:38.580But ultimately, it's going to get mired down.
00:41:42.420So it's great what he's doing, but I just don't know how effective this strategy is going to be long term, because eventually they're going to get stifled by every federal judge.
00:41:50.440And some legal scholars, conservatives may argue there's a case here to be made.
00:41:55.340Until they've proven a case that this is absolute fraud and not just we don't like the original intent, judges are going to keep ruling against them.
00:42:03.500This happened with the Inflation Reduction Act money.
00:42:05.660They claim fraud, but it just takes one judge to say no.
00:42:09.220So all of that great stuff we heard about stopping is now being restarted or is being unfrozen.
00:42:26.160The way I see it is it doesn't hurt to try, which is what they're doing.
00:42:29.900But no, actually, I'm not criticizing.
00:42:31.440I think what they're doing is fantastic, but you just have to be careful because they're going to look like it's the same old song and dance until they get someone.
00:43:20.020So these people are, you know, they ready guns blazing.
00:43:22.760We find out now that an unelected bureaucratic judge has blocked the EPA for canceling a twenty billion dollar grant for climate change.
00:43:31.760What's going on over at the EPA with Lee Zeldin and the boys?
00:43:35.580He's been doing a fantastic I mean, beyond what I would have imagined he could do blows away any of Trump's first term EPA chiefs by far.
00:43:43.760Now, having said that, I think a lot of this is Donald Trump personally.
00:43:48.020He is issuing marching orders that he never would have allowed, you know, never had in his first term.
00:43:53.680Lee Zeldin is going after exposing all this funding and working with Doge, by the way.
00:43:58.960And they're exposing stuff like Stacey Abrams getting millions, tens of millions of dollars for these groups that didn't even exist,
00:44:05.260didn't even know how to submit a federal proposal or do a federal budget weeks before they got the money to put in energy efficient appliances and homes.
00:44:13.940John Podesta overseeing billions of funds to Democratic donors and Democratic supporters.
00:44:59.180He said, you're paraphrasing me, he's going after the CO2 carbon dioxide endangerment finding that began under Biden and continued under Obama,
00:45:07.760other way around, began under Obama, continued under Biden, that regulates carbon dioxide as a pollutant.
00:45:13.900And they're going to go after the scientific basis for that.
00:45:16.620This is the key regulation that Trump failed to go after as EPA the first term.
00:45:20.980And this goes after the EV mandates, gas-powered car bans, solar and wind mandates, offshore wind, any meat restrictions, methane,
00:45:29.080the entire basis for all of the green nonsense that the states use, cities use.
00:45:33.680If we can overturn this, and it's going to take a year or two, and it's going to be a legal case,
00:45:37.740and there's going to be judges that may end up going to the Supreme Court,
00:45:40.140this is how you get America free of the climate scam once and for all.
00:45:44.260That, and there's talk of Donald Trump submitting the U.N. Paris Agreement to the United States Senate as a treaty to be rejected,
00:45:51.480and then the next president can't just say, we're back in the Paris Agreement.
00:45:55.040They'd have to sign a new agreement with the United Nations.
00:45:58.740This treaty, which we have now, the U.N. Paris, goes back to the 1990 Rio Earth Summit Treaty
00:46:04.120that George H.W. Bush, Republican president, signed and got us into this whole U.N. climate mess and net zero.
00:46:10.000So you're optimistic that we can get this thing turned around?
00:46:12.400Well, it's a lot of work, but yes, I think we can.
00:46:15.580I get excited when I heard Steve Bannon say that Donald Trump's planning on running for re-election,
00:46:20.500and they're working on a legal strategy.
00:46:23.460You know, you can't do more than two consecutive terms at a time,
00:46:27.320meaning that he theoretically could qualify as a third term.
00:46:31.680So anyway, the reason I like that is because Donald Trump is as good as a president we're going to see in our lifetime
00:46:36.740because of the hell he's been put through.
00:46:39.120So no other president is going to be as authentic and as strong as him.
00:48:36.720It reminded me of a lot of other things from 9-11 and the surveillance state and everything else.
00:48:41.040So anyway, that's the one area I disagree with them on is just that whole idea of โ they need to go after the people.
00:48:47.980But I just don't know โ I feel uncomfortable because there's a chilling effect on all free speech and any protest, even legitimate ones and ones that don't involve violence and taking over buildings.
00:48:59.720You've managed to piss the hell out of the audience by now at this point.
00:49:02.640But I mean, the way I see it, Mark, is that if they're American citizens, you're afforded the right of free speech.
00:49:07.840You're afforded the right of peacefully protesting.
00:49:10.460But if you're a foreigner over here on a visa, you're here as โ the other way I look at it too, Mark, is if we go to any other country in the world, north of our border, south of our border, west and east, our asses are in jail if we do that.
00:52:13.640Before we wrap up here, getting off this tangent that we're on, I want to talk about the Amazon rainforests that are currently being bulldozed as we talk.
00:53:02.040And this was a celebrity cause at the time, pre-global warming.
00:53:05.880Well, the whole issue was all these poor developing countries with rainforests weren't allowed to allow people to have โ they were allowed to, but they had all these restrictions for agriculture.
00:53:17.300They weren't letting them use their natural resources.
00:53:19.300So that's what we were fighting, allowing the poor indigenous people, the poor residents to be able to use their natural resources.
00:53:25.680Well, turns out all those restrictions were just melted away.
00:53:29.560U.N. Climate Summit, COP30, is coming to Belรฉm, Brazil, a rainforest city.
00:53:34.740And the city, because it wants to be on Showcase for the World, for the United Nations Climate Summit, is clear-cutting thousands of acres for a four-lane highway of tropical, virgin, untouched rainforest, in their phraseology.
00:53:46.340And this is hilarious because they're going to be flying in on private jets, and they're going to be transporting people on the highway.
00:53:55.120This highway is not accessible to the locals.
00:53:57.800They're putting up a giant wall cut through the jungle so the people who live in the jungle cities or near it have no access to the highway.
00:54:04.580They'd have to go huge swaths of land and long mileage around to even get to the highway.
00:54:10.860But this is just another example of the global elites get what they want.
00:54:14.760Decades poor people weren't allowed to access the forest and use it because the global elite thought they had to preserve it like a museum or a zoo.
00:54:22.540Suddenly, they authorized quick clear-cutting for the power brokers from the UN and the World Economic Forum.
00:54:31.160And I would almost bet you a million bucks, Mark, that none of those people who live in the area are even afforded jobs to help build that highway.
00:54:37.220Anyway, it's probably these globalist elites who brought in their multibillion-dollar corporations to build the road, and they're not paying for it because it's probably โ I'd even go as far as to guess that the Americans are somehow paying for it or helping pay for it in one way or another.
00:55:24.480So, and I'm sorry if I've offended your listeners on the whole free speech issue, but I just โ it's an area, especially coming from COVID and everything, I just โ I'll do some more research.
00:55:34.440I totally agree with you about them being non-citizens, and there's a different standard, but we just have to be careful of the effect on it as well, of the chilling effect, even for citizens.
00:55:44.340Yeah, and like I said, too, I think Donald Trump knows that better than anybody.
00:56:16.280Thanks, everybody, for being with us today, and thanks to Mark Marano.
00:56:18.720Also, Climatedepot.com is where you can find Mark and all the work that he does, holding these leftists accountable, these Marxists who want to take over the world with their global climate initiative nonsense.
00:56:31.900Folks, we'll see you back here tomorrow, hopefully same time, same place, where our quest for truth, justice, and the American way continues.
