00:00:00.000 I'm saying on my phone, I don't know, some of you know this on the iPhone, they've got
00:00:05.900 that little stock app.
00:00:07.140 I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day.
00:00:11.960 $2.25 and dropping.
00:00:17.880 And if you own one, if you own one, we're not blaming you.
00:00:23.560 You can take dental floss and pull the Tesla thing off, you know, and take out, just telling
00:00:28.500 you.
00:00:30.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Great America Show.
00:00:32.440 It's great to have you with us today.
00:00:34.480 For those of you who don't know who that fine gentleman is, that very masculine man, Governor
00:00:39.920 Tim Waltz, member of the vice presidential candidate and Kamala Harris, man who's been
00:00:44.960 making headlines lately, looking to make a run in 2028.
00:00:49.220 Well, we're going to start today's show with our numbskull of the day, and it's none other
00:00:52.900 than Governor Tim Waltz cheering on the demise of Tesla.
00:00:57.060 Now, why would he do such a thing?
00:00:58.260 An American company run by Elon Musk.
00:01:02.580 A lot of jobs here in America, providing electrical vehicles, which they say is good for the
00:01:07.660 environment.
00:01:08.640 By the way, in just a few moments, we're going to be joined by Mark Marano of ClimateDepot.com
00:01:12.560 to take up all the EPA environmental things happening under President Trump and this administration.
00:01:18.140 But we wanted to start today's show with our numbskull of the day, who happens to be, like
00:01:21.500 I said, Governor Tim Waltz.
00:01:23.640 So cheering on the demise of Tesla and the share price, what Tim Waltz either doesn't realize
00:01:31.700 or fails to mention is that his state, their pension fund, holds 2 million shares of Tesla
00:01:40.360 stock, estimating about $362 million of the state's pension fund.
00:01:46.480 And so Tim Waltz is cheering against his own people, cheering against the pension fund of
00:01:52.700 people in his own state, the school teachers, the firefighters, the police officers, the
00:01:57.280 sanitation workers, anyone who's a state and city employee who's in that pension fund.
00:02:02.080 Is this man really that stupid?
00:02:05.680 I mean, there's no nice way to put it.
00:02:08.300 For Mr. Tim Waltz, this man wants to run for president of the United States, and he's cheering
00:02:13.060 for the demise of an American company that employs many, many Americans, even in his home state.
00:02:20.240 And their pension funds depend on this American company doing well.
00:02:26.800 Mind-blowing to me.
00:02:27.980 In other news, in another Marxist-run state, the New York Supreme Court this week has struck
00:02:33.980 down a law that would have allowed non-citizens to vote in municipal elections.
00:02:39.060 In 2021, the New York City lawmakers passed a bill that would give non-citizens and illegal
00:02:44.280 aliens the right to vote.
00:02:45.900 The new measure would give 800,000 green card holders and illegal alien dreamers the right
00:02:50.920 to cast a vote in the ballot.
00:02:52.180 But the city council passed that law by lawmakers and expected this to go into effect.
00:02:59.820 But the New York Supreme Court saying, not so fast.
00:03:02.600 Hold your horses.
00:03:04.360 And over the next week or so, we can start to see the dismantling, with an executive order
00:03:09.440 of President Trump, dismantling the Department of Education.
00:03:12.880 Now, since 1979, the U.S. Department of Education has spent over $3 trillion with really nothing
00:03:18.920 to show for what it has to show for.
00:03:22.300 Math and reading scores for 13-year-olds are at the lowest levels in decades.
00:03:26.640 Six- and ten-fourth graders, nearly three-quarters, eighth graders are not proficient in math.
00:03:32.040 Folks, this is in America.
00:03:33.440 Seven- and ten-fourth graders and eighth graders are not proficient in reading, while 40% of the
00:03:39.020 fourth-grader students don't even meet basic reading levels.
00:03:43.200 Standardized test scores have remained flat for decades, and U.S. students rank 28 out
00:03:49.900 of 37 in the OECD member countries in math.
00:03:53.680 So what has the Department of Education been doing for all these years?
00:03:58.880 I mean, we know in some states they've sort of turned it Marxist, where you've got illegals
00:04:05.420 in the classrooms who don't even speak the language.
00:04:08.000 Teachers have been forced to cater towards it.
00:04:09.940 And I've been saying this for weeks here on this show, getting rid of the Department
00:04:15.100 of Education is excellent.
00:04:16.340 It's sort of like Roe v. Wade and turning abortion back to the states.
00:04:21.380 If you live in a Marxist-run state, you'll be able to have abortions.
00:04:24.260 Same thing with education.
00:04:25.300 If you want to send your kids to a terrible school where maybe in a few years they'll be
00:04:30.420 talking in Spanish, teaching in Spanish, to meet the needs of those illegal aliens who
00:04:37.440 are evading the schools here, that's fine.
00:04:40.520 New York wants to do that.
00:04:41.480 New Jersey wants to do that.
00:04:43.020 If California wants to do that, that's fine.
00:04:45.460 They'll remain low in test scores and things like that.
00:04:48.840 Now, if you want your kids to get a good education, you're going to jump ship.
00:04:52.000 You're going to move to Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, maybe parts of Pennsylvania
00:04:56.600 that aren't completely radicalized.
00:04:59.480 You guys are going to move out to the Midwest.
00:05:00.880 You're going to move to states like Texas, where you know your kids are going to get an education
00:05:03.880 free of indoctrination and stupidity.
00:05:06.420 So we're going to be following this over the next few weeks and where it goes and the plans
00:05:10.700 moving forward for the Department of Education and giving the power back to the states to
00:05:15.480 govern their own body and govern their own education department, which is, we think, a
00:05:19.300 great thing for America and for students.
00:05:21.860 Folks, as I said, our guest today is the CEO and founder of ClimateDepot.com, Mark Marano.
00:05:28.240 I felt there's so much to talk about with the climate change agenda and everything that
00:05:32.420 President Trump is doing to get rid of the Green News scam and the destruction it's caused
00:05:37.460 to America.
00:05:38.460 Mark, it's always great to have you with us here on The Great America Show.
00:05:42.440 I asked you to come on because I'd like to check in.
00:05:44.660 I want to see what's going on with the planet.
00:05:46.680 It's another day.
00:05:47.860 It's a new week.
00:05:49.060 We're at the end of a week.
00:05:50.800 The planet is still here.
00:05:52.240 We're all still alive.
00:05:54.020 What's going on?
00:05:54.880 I've been told, Mark, for the last 10, 20 years that we're going to be dead any day
00:05:58.380 now because of global warming, and every day I wake up and look outside, and it's
00:06:03.600 either cold or freezing here in the middle of winter.
00:06:06.480 What's going on?
00:06:08.180 Very simple.
00:06:09.160 And I think this was Grist Magazine last November, 2024, nailed it.
00:06:14.140 Trump wins.
00:06:15.120 Planet loses.
00:06:16.420 The planet is about to expire.
00:06:18.340 There's no other way.
00:06:18.980 CBS News, the tipping points are accelerating.
00:06:21.560 Everything's coming to a head at this moment.
00:06:23.660 And there's no other explanation for it.
00:06:27.060 Every bad thing that's happening in weather is due to Donald Trump's presidency.
00:06:32.120 That's what the media, literally what the media is promoting right now.
00:06:36.620 You know, it's a lot of fun to see all this just continue.
00:06:40.560 And it's been a little bit, in some ways, quieter because, you know, the first, what
00:06:45.360 is Trump in, 60 days now or something?
00:06:47.700 Because they're sort of laying low.
00:06:49.000 But they're just now, the last 10 days, have started ramping up a lot of the hysteria
00:06:53.900 to sort of, I guess it excites their base.
00:06:56.440 It excites the actor.
00:06:57.500 It gets people riled up.
00:06:58.940 You know, the articles on 1.5 were about to blow through the UN temperature goals.
00:07:05.200 It's like, the UN temperature goals?
00:07:07.480 In 2007, they had a, 2006 or 7, they had a UN meeting of all the world leaders.
00:07:13.060 And it was the most buffoonery you ever saw when they first came up with this.
00:07:16.100 By the way, this is pulled from thin air, these temperature goals they come with.
00:07:19.740 The idea of a global average temperature is complete nonsense.
00:07:23.480 There have been peer-reviewed studies showing that they're statistically meaningless.
00:07:27.840 They're just pulling data from different parts of the world with uneven coverage.
00:07:31.840 And they come up with some baseline number and then a temperature.
00:07:34.460 Anyway, world leaders at this summit, this goes back to 2007.
00:07:37.600 I'm almost positive now.
00:07:38.600 They stood around and they're like, I will limit the Earth's temperature to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
00:07:44.500 Oh, they were 1 degree.
00:07:45.960 There was like an auctioneer where they're selling cattle, except these were world leaders
00:07:49.660 claiming they were going to limit the Earth's temperature 100 years after they're dead.
00:07:54.420 This is the kind of world in which we live.
00:07:56.400 But they have the science behind them.
00:07:58.980 How would you even do that?
00:08:01.180 Well, it's all based on the idea of if we limit, if we restrict carbon dioxide and follow
00:08:06.220 the net zero, this then equals doing a sophisticated scientific formula based on state-of-the-art climate
00:08:13.020 models, which don't even account for half the variability in nature and even the climate
00:08:17.000 model advocates admit aren't predictions.
00:08:19.520 They're just merely emission scenarios.
00:08:21.280 They claim that if they come up with certain restrictions on our human activity, i.e.
00:08:26.860 industry and transportation and our diets and methane, that they'll come out with an exact
00:08:31.920 temperature based on calculations of math.
00:08:34.660 It is complete bunk.
00:08:36.480 And I will say this, the Aztecs, who used to pull out organs and kill people to sacrifice
00:08:41.820 for the gods to end droughts, probably had a more effective climate control program than
00:08:46.640 the United Nations and these leaders touting net zero.
00:08:49.980 The only way to do that, Mark, is to hold your breath.
00:08:52.200 So if these folks think eliminating carbon dioxide works, then why don't they show us how it's done
00:08:57.400 and hold your breath and see how long you last?
00:09:00.120 And we'll see.
00:09:01.380 I mean, do you want to live or do you want to do you want to on that point?
00:09:04.940 I posted a climate depot.
00:09:06.500 You can look it up.
00:09:07.240 I think it's Sierra Club.
00:09:09.120 They had a whole analysis.
00:09:11.000 Human breath.
00:09:11.980 We inhale oxygen.
00:09:13.320 We exhale carbon dioxide about two pounds per person per day of carbon dioxide.
00:09:19.360 Now, if you are running marathons, if you're intense biking or some kind of exercise,
00:09:24.180 your ex-exhaling of carbon dioxide could reach five, six, seven, eight pounds.
00:09:30.120 And then you have people like Professor Matthew Lau from NYU who literally talk about reducing
00:09:35.900 the size of people.
00:09:37.200 Shorter people have smaller carbon footprints.
00:09:40.600 So the idea is he wants to actually inject kids and alter their growth plates so that they're
00:09:45.640 not taller, so that they'll have smaller footprints and lower CO2 emissions.
00:09:50.360 This is really scary stuff.
00:09:52.200 And this is what Donald Trump's presidency saved us from, because, you know, the more
00:09:56.280 we went down this road, the less democracy and choice they would ever give us to reject
00:10:01.340 this stuff.
00:10:02.360 Oh, man, I, you know, I could see a lot of men happy about that, about the shortening
00:10:06.740 of men.
00:10:07.840 I'm about six, too.
00:10:08.740 So I've never had an issue with that.
00:10:10.140 But I have a lot of short friends who deal with it.
00:10:12.420 The women won't be happy.
00:10:13.460 I can tell you that.
00:10:14.420 No woman likes a short man just from personal experience.
00:10:18.320 But, you know, it's not just these far left lunatics, Mark, who push this nonsense.
00:10:23.500 It's the media.
00:10:24.600 It's these news networks that we tune into each and every day that we're supposed to
00:10:28.340 be trusting.
00:10:29.020 We're supposed to trust these people as gospel.
00:10:30.880 When you turn on ABC News and CBS News, you're supposed to take that as no bias, just
00:10:36.860 news, no nonsense to it.
00:10:39.180 But CBS recently, and by recently, I mean, probably the last 10 years, has taken it upon
00:10:44.920 themselves to be social justice warriors, ESG warriors, DEI warriors.
00:10:49.660 They even have a national environmental correspondent.
00:10:54.020 His name is David Schlechter.
00:10:56.060 And he had this to say about climate change.
00:10:59.040 And he's warning us.
00:11:00.320 Take a listen.
00:11:01.560 I think the biggest risk is that we have a small window to deal with climate change,
00:11:07.580 really.
00:11:07.860 And there's, you know, it's it's getting smaller and smaller, less than 10 years to
00:11:11.900 sort of level out and reduce our emissions.
00:11:14.820 And we had and have currently a lot of rules that that deal with that to throw those all
00:11:21.640 out would undo a lot of progress that's been made to try to reach these new standards for
00:11:28.040 our country and for the world.
00:11:29.500 And and we will lose our opportunity to really get ahead of this problem or even stay current
00:11:35.780 with the problem.
00:11:37.860 That was from Media Research Center, Newsbusters.
00:11:40.640 They do a great job.
00:11:41.540 They pull all the hypocrisy.
00:11:42.980 Brent Bozell's people over there.
00:11:44.660 Shout out to them because they are terrific.
00:11:46.500 But Mark, it's it's insane.
00:11:48.440 I mean, it's like if you're just a normal person and there are people I being in this world
00:11:52.960 of politics, I always think it's hard to believe like there's people who are apolitical
00:11:56.220 who don't know what's going on.
00:11:57.760 But there's a lot of people out there who just don't know what's going on.
00:12:01.500 And you know what?
00:12:02.100 They're probably far happier than you and I, to be honest with you.
00:12:05.440 I wish I didn't know what was going on.
00:12:07.520 But you've got these people out there who don't know what's going on, who maybe occasionally
00:12:11.140 turn on CBS or ABC and they hear something like that.
00:12:14.660 And they're like, holy crap, we're dying.
00:12:17.560 How do these people get away with this stuff?
00:12:19.760 Well, you know what it reminds me of?
00:12:21.280 And if you can go back any random day and like 2020, 2021, watch CBS News, watch ABC News
00:12:29.080 during the covid hysteria.
00:12:31.420 It was all about covid case counts, mask mandates and how we have to get cases that it was all
00:12:37.660 just complete statistical bullshit.
00:12:40.380 And that's exactly what he's talking about when he talks about these tipping points and
00:12:44.780 we're about to exceed this and we're running out of time.
00:12:47.880 In my book, Green Fraud, I traced it back to 1864.
00:12:52.200 Abraham Lincoln was in the White House when the first academic, George Marsh Perkins, warned
00:12:57.380 of climatic excess unless mankind changed his ways.
00:13:01.160 This is deep wired within our sort of human psyche to keep worrying.
00:13:06.020 We have the AOC 10 years, Al Gore 10 years.
00:13:08.760 You have the U.N. 10 years.
00:13:10.180 In 1989, they issued their dire warning.
00:13:13.180 We had 10 years to solve climate.
00:13:14.780 So my answer to the CBS correspondent is very simple.
00:13:18.700 Let's let's have the deadline now.
00:13:21.920 Let's face the climate doom.
00:13:24.200 Something tells me it's not going to be that bad.
00:13:26.800 It's not even going to be noticeable.
00:13:28.280 Just like the covid doom.
00:13:30.460 If you have to wear your mask, if you have to get the shot, you have to get the clot shot
00:13:34.020 or we're going to have unbelievable, unprecedented.
00:13:37.740 We're going to have Spanish flu death toll.
00:13:39.880 Bullshit.
00:13:40.600 Let's call the bluff.
00:13:41.740 Let's ask for the climate doom now and let's see how bad it actually is.
00:13:45.700 And once we do that, you don't have to worry about the fear.
00:13:48.640 It's coming.
00:13:49.120 It's coming.
00:13:49.560 No, no, no.
00:13:50.160 It's got to be here by now.
00:13:51.580 We've had centuries of warnings.
00:13:53.400 Why isn't it here?
00:13:54.380 That's what we should be asking.
00:13:55.920 Yeah.
00:13:56.120 I mean, you brought up covid.
00:13:57.800 So now let's go down this rabbit hole a little bit and have some fun with it.
00:14:00.760 You know, I don't know one person.
00:14:02.020 You tell me if you know someone who says they're happy that they got the vaccine.
00:14:05.540 And I know people, Mark, who've gotten I mean, what's the max dosage five?
00:14:09.880 I know people.
00:14:10.440 I think it's higher than that now, like eight or nine.
00:14:12.460 If you're following all the CDC.
00:14:14.640 Oh, yeah.
00:14:14.980 So I know people who've gotten every single one of them and they're like, you know, they're kind of resentful now.
00:14:20.340 I didn't go ahead and get it because I said this is nonsense.
00:14:22.860 I was like one of the first I think I was probably like one of the first few thousand people in America to get actual covid.
00:14:29.300 And everyone was terrified of me that I was patient zero.
00:14:31.980 And I was going to kill all news because I was working there at the time.
00:14:35.660 You know, I fought the thing.
00:14:36.760 And, you know, it was crazy to me.
00:14:38.320 And I was telling somebody this the other day is I have a doctor who people joke is a television doctor.
00:14:43.580 For those who watch Fox News, you guys can probably figure out who my doctor is.
00:14:47.420 And I had said to him after I'd gotten covid, you know, what do I do?
00:14:51.520 And he's telling me, go ahead and get the vaccine.
00:14:54.320 And I'm going, no, doc, I had covid, though.
00:14:57.420 You know, why?
00:14:58.280 Why am I going to get the vaccine?
00:14:59.520 Well, you know, it's good to have extra immunity.
00:15:01.300 But no, I tested the other day and I still have like a really high level of antibodies.
00:15:06.860 Yeah, but you should get it.
00:15:07.660 It'll protect you anyway.
00:15:08.760 And for me, Mark, as I was like a 27 year old kid, a 28 year old kid at the time.
00:15:12.900 And having to question my doctor, I have no background in doctor.
00:15:17.080 I have basic level earth science and chemistry from high school.
00:15:21.660 But I'm sitting here and I'm questioning my doctor.
00:15:23.500 And I'm like, now that I think back at it, like, it's crazy that we went through a time where we're questioning industry professionals.
00:15:30.200 People have spent 10 years of their lives in school to try to put us down a better path to make us live a healthier life, gearing us towards the complete opposite.
00:15:40.740 And I feel like it's the same exact thing with the climate change.
00:15:43.960 What's your thoughts?
00:15:45.500 It's exactly the same thing.
00:15:46.960 And not only should you question your doctor, you should question your climate scientist.
00:15:50.300 And I too, like the, I absolutely didn't even consider the COVID vaccine for one simple reason.
00:15:57.160 I didn't trust a single person pushing it at that point.
00:16:00.280 I didn't trust Anthony Fauci, the CDC.
00:16:02.580 I didn't trust any of the public health people, my local public health.
00:16:05.540 And at that point, I didn't trust doctors either.
00:16:07.660 So it wasn't even, it wasn't even on my radar of things to consider.
00:16:12.280 And even my mom, who's 95 now, she didn't get the vaccine.
00:16:16.600 I had my aunt, I had to fight.
00:16:17.920 My aunt was in a nursing home at the time, lived to a ripe old age of 98 and even got COVID.
00:16:22.980 And I had to fight to have her.
00:16:24.700 She originally got the first dose and then they wanted to give her a booster.
00:16:28.040 And I had to fight the whole nursing staff.
00:16:29.980 And then they imposed all these regulations on her.
00:16:32.620 A restrictive of movement in the nursing home because she wouldn't get the booster.
00:16:36.640 This was the age.
00:16:38.500 What's that?
00:16:39.340 I said, they probably tried to put her in a cage.
00:16:41.320 Yeah, I mean, it was a dark chapter.
00:16:45.280 And I think, you know, I partially blame Donald Trump for starting it.
00:16:50.840 Although Trump obviously wasn't president.
00:16:52.360 Trump would never have done vaccine mandates.
00:16:54.360 But Trump did push this Operation Warp Speed, which is the last thing you'd ever want to do in America again.
00:17:02.700 And you shouldn't have done it the first time.
00:17:04.100 And the idea is you don't want to rush a vaccine when you know who's in charge.
00:17:08.400 People like Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, the World Health Organization pushing certain things.
00:17:14.160 You don't want to rush something that you know could easily be mandated, especially with all the hysteria.
00:17:19.240 So that was the problem even going that route.
00:17:21.840 And we need to go back.
00:17:22.660 We need to have provisions in the future where you can never have a rushed vaccine, no matter how emergency they think it is.
00:17:28.020 And that vaccine, I mean, I've interviewed people and talked to specialists and doctors, and they say it could actually take the average person.
00:17:35.960 It could take years off your life.
00:17:37.480 It's going to because of the inflammation levels and it keeps your spike protein higher.
00:17:42.140 And it could cause all sorts of problems down the road, depending on the person, depending on your reaction.
00:17:47.640 But in general, there's really no upside to that vaccine, so-called, so-called.
00:17:52.360 I hate to call it a vaccine.
00:17:53.520 I agree with the jab.
00:17:55.960 I agree with you on that, about Donald Trump.
00:17:58.420 But in his defense, I don't think he honestly knew because he'd never dealt with something like that before.
00:18:04.300 No, I understand.
00:18:05.160 Yeah.
00:18:05.300 So, you know, in his defense, I don't think he ever realized how deep the deep state was.
00:18:09.680 I mean, he knew on one front, but not on the medical side, that it would ever come to that.
00:18:15.140 And, you know, he's listening to Dr. Fauci and all these people who he presumed were good people because they had been around for 100 years.
00:18:22.620 And he learned his lesson the hard way.
00:18:23.980 I think he learned his lesson from his mistake on that.
00:18:26.400 And he's vindicated by appointing RFK juniors.
00:18:29.140 So I think all is forgiven.
00:18:31.580 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:18:32.880 I want to take a quick break here, folks.
00:18:34.440 We're talking with Mark Morano of ClimateDepot.com.
00:18:37.200 I want to take up a few things when we return.
00:18:39.320 Bloomberg's editorial department, they're cheering on communist China.
00:18:42.860 What can they possibly be cheering them on about?
00:18:45.200 2024 was the hottest year on record.
00:18:48.140 So these climate scientists, Bill Nye and the folks, may be right.
00:18:50.660 Maybe we are melting.
00:18:52.140 Climate change indicators have hit also record highs in 2024, according to UN News study.
00:18:58.400 I'm going to pick Mark's brain when we come back and find out what's going on.
00:19:02.240 If Mark's been lying to us or Bill Nye's been lying to us, coming right back with Mark Morano.

00:20:12.940 Folks, we're back with Mark Morato.
00:20:14.820 ClimateDepot.com is the website.
00:20:17.060 ClimateDepot.com.
00:20:18.340 You can get all your great climate change news there, any kind of trolling.
00:20:23.200 Mark usually makes a laughingstock out of these people.
00:20:25.340 So a lot of it is satire, but it's actually real-world stuff.
00:20:28.820 We wish it was satire.
00:20:30.580 Mark, I want to turn to Bloomberg, of all people, rooting for China.
00:20:35.440 I mean, absolutely insane.
00:20:37.220 Bloomberg News goes all in for China.
00:20:38.880 This is China's chance to prove it's a climate leader.
00:20:41.620 Trump's rejection of the UN.
00:20:43.540 Climate Goals has offered China a rare opportunity to expand its global influence.
00:20:48.440 China can produce the kind of change the world actually wants to see.
00:20:52.200 Folks, once again, you can read this on ClimateDepot.com, where you've got the actual Bloomberg article here.
00:20:57.760 And then you've got Mark doing his good old trolling of these fools.
00:21:03.360 What's going on, Mark?
00:21:05.100 Well, this was just so we understand.
00:21:06.420 This isn't some lone opinion columnist.
00:21:09.880 This was the entire Bloomberg News editorial board issued this decree.
00:21:14.940 And what they're trying to do is it's a warning to America, essentially, on one hand, that we're giving up leadership to China.
00:21:23.920 And China is now going to get all those accolades.
00:21:26.400 John Kerry is going to be happy with China and not the U.S.
00:21:29.200 Can you live with that on your conscience?
00:21:31.820 And there's basically saying that China, because it makes money off solar and wind and produces solar and wind panels, they look at that as, oh, look at how green China is.
00:21:40.640 They ignore the fact that China is over half the world's coal.
00:21:43.980 They ignore the fact that they're building a new coal plant on basically one to two every week constructing it, that they have the highest CO2 emissions in the globe by far, even though the U.S. is the highest historical emitter.
00:21:57.380 But they're essentially saying that Trump pulling the United States out of the entire climate scam is China can now step in and be the world leader and they're going to produce the kind of change we want to see.
00:22:09.680 This is just twisted stuff.
00:22:11.800 They actually are cheering China on because China will fulfill this role rhetorically and they'll go all kinds of BS and they'll try to, who knows, they might come out with pledges now to try to make themselves look so great next to U.S. and Europe.
00:22:27.500 By the way, the latest U.N. climate goals, almost most of the developing, developed world, first world countries, which is a racist term back in the old days anyway, under DEI, you couldn't say first world, you couldn't say third world.
00:22:39.680 But most of those countries didn't even submit a response by the U.N.'s latest deadline for their greenhouse gas target emission targets.
00:22:46.900 So Bloomberg News is like begging China to fill this void so that the media can just praise them.
00:22:54.100 Keep in mind, they have a long history, not just Bloomberg, but New York Times.
00:22:57.560 It was Tom Friedman, 2009.
00:23:00.000 China's dictatorship allows an enlightened group of people to do what's right for the people, bypass the messiness of democracy.
00:23:06.720 The former U.N. climate chief, Christina Figueres, praising China's one party rule as able to get things done.
00:23:15.260 You had the Apple CEO praise China saying the apples and China's values are the same when it comes to climate change.
00:23:22.000 You had Justin Trudeau said he admired China's basic dictatorship.
00:23:25.120 So all of these woke Western leaders who have been in charge pre-Trump were literally all in on China's governing model.
00:23:34.280 China has the whole global domination of all of the rare earth mining and all of the economics.
00:23:41.980 Chinese EVs, by the way, look like they're going to knock Tesla out at this point, especially with the rate Teslas are being torched and no one seems to be able to stop it.
00:23:49.780 And the sales are tanking because people aren't happy.
00:23:52.480 The liberals who were once the base of Tesla aren't happy with us.
00:23:55.800 So it's incredible what's happening.
00:23:57.720 And again, they're cheering on China's global dominance of the world.
00:24:01.220 And that's I'm not even sure Donald Trump can prevent this.
00:24:03.800 It's so it's been so baked in for decades.
00:24:06.840 The we've done for China.
00:24:09.120 That brings us to our next issue here.
00:24:12.540 And that is the Paris Climate Accords that Donald Trump pulled us out of, rightfully so.
00:24:19.780 Only 15 countries, Mark, have met the latest Paris Agreement deadline.
00:24:25.060 The latest filing for the deadline plans to slashing the greenhouse gas emissions by fueling climate change has paused.
00:24:30.760 Only 15 countries met at less than 8 percent of the 194 currently signed up to the Paris Agreement.
00:24:36.980 Now, Mark, this is no little BS PTA meeting club.
00:24:42.440 This is a hundred billion dollar initiative.
00:24:44.640 That's just total nonsense.
00:24:46.720 And the left went absolutely berserk when Donald Trump pulled us out of it, that the world is going to end.
00:24:52.500 Everything's coming to an end all because he pulled us out of this thing that nobody really gives a crap.
00:24:58.360 Including China.
00:24:59.420 China didn't even didn't even respond by the deadline.
00:25:01.720 And yeah, what's funny about this is, you know, one hundred and what did you say, 94, 84 countries and only eight responded.
00:25:08.680 You go to these U.N. conferences, which are the giant floating parties around the world, everywhere from Bali, Indonesia to multiple parts in South America.
00:25:17.700 The one this November is going to be in a rainforest city in Brazil, which I guess we'll talk about with a clear cut highways.
00:25:22.960 But almost every single country and delegations are represented at those U.N. climate summits.
00:25:28.900 So they want the benefits.
00:25:30.360 They want to send their delegation.
00:25:32.700 They get there have been stories on the food.
00:25:35.120 They fly in private chefs.
00:25:37.540 They have private jets fill the runways.
00:25:40.400 They have parties and receptions every night.
00:25:42.920 This is an awesome junket for every delegation of every country.
00:25:47.060 And they almost all show up.
00:25:48.620 I mean, I'm saying you may have like five out of 190 countries who don't show up at these summits.
00:25:53.820 But when it comes time to actually play the U.N.'s game, you get eight countries that respond, you know, to meet their so-called net zero goals.
00:26:02.500 It's so absurd.
00:26:03.500 And like you said, they go probably presumably for the parties to mingle around and have some fun.
00:26:08.940 And they and the hypocrisy of it all.
00:26:10.540 It's like he's left.
00:26:12.000 It's the same thing with all of them.
00:26:13.220 It's the World Health Organization people, the Klaus Schwab of the world, all these people who are just full of crap, you know, come in on their private jets, which emit more, you know, carbon than they can breathe in a lifetime on one flight, carbon dioxide.
00:26:29.600 And then they go there and practice not what they're preaching.
00:26:32.960 They preach not what they're practicing.
00:26:35.000 But the world lets them get away with it.
00:26:36.920 There's a total double standard.
00:26:38.800 Nobody says a word about it.
00:26:40.160 And these people go out there, they go do their little week down in Brazil, they go out clubbing, they go out partying, don't pay for a dollar of it.
00:26:48.280 And then they got back on their private jets and go back to where they came from.
00:26:51.920 The hypocrisy of it all is totally insane.
00:26:56.100 I want to turn to some climate change indicators is what they call it, I believe.
00:27:01.320 According to Axios, climate change indicators have hit record levels in 2024, according to a new UN of all people, Mark, the United Nations.
00:27:12.220 The average rate of sea level rise is 2.1 millimeters per year between January of 1993 and December of 2002 and accelerates to an average of 4.7 millimeters between the years January of 2015 and December of 2024.
00:27:28.460 So now we're going to have to listen to the United Nations once again on what's going on in the world, because they're the world scientists.
00:27:37.080 They're the people that we should trust.
00:27:38.640 Isn't this like trusting the World Health Organization with COVID?
00:27:42.820 It's exactly like that.
00:27:44.460 And even this world meteorological, these are all these are just these are globalist institutions set up funding from all the usual suspect billionaires.
00:27:52.460 And they have all the usual globalists behind them in terms of the actual science.
00:27:58.300 Interesting things on sea level, the sea level, which has historically been done from tide gauges.
00:28:03.880 And there's also a sea level that began in the early 90s from satellite monitoring.
00:28:09.560 Now, there's a big jump in sea level rise monitoring when they switched over to satellite.
00:28:14.200 So what do you think became their gold standard because it showed higher was satellite.
00:28:17.900 And that's what they're showing you here.
00:28:19.120 Satellites in space trying to measure millimeters that are at odds with what the tidal gauge shows.
00:28:26.280 And you have people like Steve Coonan, who was the former Obama energy scientist who worked for, I believe, an NYU professor.
00:28:33.200 He's come out and done all his analysis and showed there's been no acceleration in sea level rise.
00:28:38.200 And to the extent and what I mean is is always sea level rise.
00:28:41.820 Don't get scared by sea level rise.
00:28:43.360 The seas have been rising since the end of the last ice age, 10,000 plus years ago.
00:28:47.860 That's just that's the nature of the earth.
00:28:50.280 But during our lifetime, you wouldn't even notice it.
00:28:53.640 It's several inches, maybe six, seven inches of a span of someone who's 70 years old today in their lifetime.
00:28:59.440 It's a normal thing for sea level to rise.
00:29:01.960 And it's absolutely not related to any kind of CO2 emissions or human activity.
00:29:07.560 It is related to one kind of human activity, though, that when you deal with cities like Miami and along the U.S.
00:29:13.320 East Coast and other cities around the world where it's called subsidence, where they pump out too much groundwater, do too much construction, too much interruption.
00:29:21.300 And the land sinks because of local development and water policy issues.
00:29:26.560 And then the water comes in more and people say, oh, look, it's global warming your SUV.
00:29:31.040 No, it's not the SUV that caused it.
00:29:33.080 You pumped all the groundwater out.
00:29:34.680 So it becomes it becomes a local utility management issue of local governments and state governments.
00:29:40.640 But in terms of sea level rise, there's no there there to worry about.
00:29:44.240 It's all exists in scary projections of the future.
00:29:47.420 They also in this indicator warned about methane, which is another joke because there's been peer reviewed studies, scientists saying that methane is the irrelevant greenhouse gas.
00:29:57.220 It doesn't last long enough in the atmosphere.
00:29:58.880 And by the way, if you're worried about cows, agriculture has been around for thousands of years.
00:30:03.700 And suddenly in the year 2025, agriculture is going to somehow cause a climate catastrophe through methane.
00:30:09.960 This is the basis for net zero meat restrictions.
00:30:12.680 This is the basis for trying to push us to eat insects.
00:30:14.940 This is the basis for the lab grown meat that Bill Gates and Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos have been pushing, made from stem cells from a cow, sheep, pig mixed with fetal blood, put into a steel vat, petri dish, and then put on a 3D printer and put all the additives and texture, the most highly processed meat you could get.
00:30:35.860 But this is all the basis for this.
00:30:38.280 It's just the same old recycled scare year after year, appealing to the same authority and the same claims, which are easily debunked by the growing number of scientists.
00:30:47.220 And that's what Trump, by the way, is at least two dozen scientists that they're considering bringing in for his EPA scientific advisory board.
00:30:54.360 And many of these are the foremost expert on greenhouse gases, Dr. Will Happer from Princeton University, former NASA scientist, John Christie, Georgia Tech climatologist, Judith Curry.
00:31:06.820 These are some of the names they're talking about.
00:31:08.720 It's incredible.
00:31:09.900 And then we're going to listen to these global hacks.
00:31:12.200 And many of these people aren't even any disciplines related to climate.
00:31:17.060 A lot of them are just computer, I guess you'd call them software engineers.
00:31:23.780 They just do climate models and statistical analysis of what could, might, may happen, and they try to scare the public into that.
00:31:31.240 Yeah, sometimes that stuff is right, but oftentimes it's not right.
00:31:34.100 And it's just the reality.
00:31:35.200 Rarely.
00:31:35.500 Right.
00:31:35.740 I mean, they actually specify it into an actual climate prediction.
00:31:38.900 It's almost never right.
00:31:40.380 It's only when, you know, after the fact, they can say, well, a lot of times they do it by predicting both outcomes.
00:31:46.960 San Francisco will have more fog, less fog.
00:31:49.220 There'll be more hurricanes, less hurricanes due to global warming.
00:31:51.980 There'll be more malaria, less.
00:31:52.860 So no matter what happens, they predicted it.
00:31:55.040 Like, you predict both teams to win the Super Bowl, you're going to declare yourself a winner the next day.
00:31:59.320 You'll be 100% right, 100% of the time.
00:32:01.960 Funny you mentioned Florida, because Florida's like a piece of Swiss cheese.
00:32:05.420 I mean, you've got legs.
00:32:06.560 Miami in particular has sinking.
00:32:08.440 It's nothing to do with sea levels rising.
00:32:11.240 Right.
00:32:11.520 So the oldest hotel in Miami has been there, I think, since like the 1930s.
00:32:14.900 It's the Savoy Hotel on South Beach.
00:32:17.540 If we listen to these people, that's almost 100 years now.
00:32:21.580 That should be underwater, right?
00:32:22.840 It should be underwater.
00:32:24.100 Their pool's still there.
00:32:25.160 The place is still there.
00:32:27.140 This is the thing.
00:32:28.000 Like, nobody calls these people out on, like, things that are very โ€“ you don't have to run through statistical data, Mark, to show someone that the hotel's still there.
00:32:35.440 Yeah, and what they would say back is, well, we've had to do beach erosion and sand movements.
00:32:40.300 Right.
00:32:41.160 You can easily do that, because sea level's always rising.
00:32:44.060 Remember, it's been rising for 10,000-plus years.
00:32:46.320 Look at places like the Netherlands, who've mastered the art of how to pull the whole back sea level and engineer it.
00:32:52.500 It's not that complicated, and I'll tell you what.
00:32:54.500 It's a lot easier and affordable to manage coastal erosion and subsidence and sea level rise, regardless of the cause โ€“ I won't even get into that โ€“ than it is to shut down your entire society and all your proven energy and to start restricting meat and to start giving you CNN's carbon passports to restrict your travel and to come after gas-powered cars.
00:33:16.540 Or is it โ€“ wouldn't you much rather have a local community do a sand restoration project on the beach?
00:33:23.160 It's done all the time.
00:33:24.100 It's affordable.
00:33:24.860 It's tried and true.
00:33:26.240 What are we panicking about?
00:33:27.780 And, you know, there's some places, Mark, that I'd argue, and I'm sure there's people who disagree with me on this.
00:33:32.140 You might even disagree with me on this.
00:33:33.620 There's some places I don't think should have ever even been developed just based on strategic โ€“ you look at New Orleans, Louisiana.
00:33:39.920 They're, like, below the water table.
00:33:41.900 Yet the place will flood during a hurricane.
00:33:43.900 It'll flood during whatever.
00:33:44.860 And people are, like, look, the global warming โ€“ well, no.
00:33:47.180 If you look at the water table and you look at the sea level table, they're pretty much negative.
00:33:51.160 They're underwater to begin with.
00:33:53.180 What the hell do you think is going to happen?
00:33:55.020 Do you agree with that assessment?
00:33:56.360 I do, yes.
00:33:57.360 I remember that was โ€“ was that 2005, Katrina?
00:34:00.560 Was it Katrina?
00:34:01.240 Remember, the hurricane had a name, and it wasn't Katrina.
00:34:04.700 It was global warming.
00:34:06.360 And, okay, so you have levees that were completely neglected, a city completely mismanaged, no proper evacuation,
00:34:13.060 and you had essentially a hurricane hit in Hurricane Alley in the hurricane zone, and you're blaming that on that.
00:34:20.420 Now, what's interesting is you can't really fault people for building originally, but you can fault FEMA,
00:34:27.080 the Federal Emergency Management Agency, for just constantly rebuilding and rebuilding and funneling.
00:34:32.640 At some point, you've got to say, you know what, this isn't inhabitable, and if it is, you're on your own.
00:34:37.840 We're not โ€“ and we're no longer guaranteeing this.
00:34:40.260 And that's one of the things you would have to look at, and each area, of course, is different on that.
00:34:44.960 But there's always a risk anywhere on the coast, especially from, like, North Carolina south or anywhere on the Gulf Coast.
00:34:52.480 Is it called the Gulf of America or the Gulf of Mexico?
00:34:54.760 But I guess there's the Gulf of America more.
00:34:57.460 No, there's โ€“ and there's some people โ€“ there's certain ways you have to do things.
00:35:00.940 Where I'm from in Staten Island, New York, we had Hurricane Sandy.
00:35:03.980 And, I mean, it did a bunch of damage.
00:35:05.360 And there was supposed to be a seawolf built for years and years and years, dragged their feet, dragged their feet.
00:35:10.100 Now, after the hurricane came through, they did some eminent domain,
00:35:14.040 and they're going to convert some of the land so that it won't happen again.
00:35:18.720 But that's what small people do.
00:35:20.240 That's what, you know, the marine engineers do.
00:35:22.720 Other places, like you said, they just keep rebuilding and rebuilding and rebuilding.
00:35:26.220 I want to take one more quick break here, Mark, when we come back.
00:35:29.180 I want to talk a little bit more about what Axios says the world is experiencing a fever right now.
00:35:34.280 I want to take up Tesla and what these Marxist lunatics are doing over there.
00:35:39.200 The EPA and the Amazon rainforest, there's so much more to talk about.
00:35:43.680 We're coming right back with Mark, folks.
00:35:44.860 Stay with us.
00:35:46.640 I hear every day about the products you all wish my pillow carried.

00:36:46.440 Folks, we're back with Mark Morano, ClimateDepot.com.
00:36:52.240 You can catch all of his stuff there, ClimateDepot.com.
00:36:55.600 Mark, before we get into some more juicy things, we've got some news to break here.
00:36:59.540 Some suspected Tesla arsonists are hit with federal charges and acts of domestic terrorism.
00:37:05.740 It's about damn time.
00:37:07.140 So let me ask you, what's going on here?
00:37:08.920 You have these people who six months ago, before Donald Trump almost got assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania, when Elon Musk endorsed him, people love the Teslas.
00:37:19.320 They were saving the planet there, which I don't agree with because you can't dispose of the batteries ever.
00:37:24.280 There's so much stuff into it.
00:37:25.660 How do you produce the batteries in the charging stations with greenhouse gases, fossil fuels?
00:37:30.120 Okay, so it's just kicking the can down the road.
00:37:32.020 But anyway, nonetheless, there's people who like the electrical cars, and they serve a purpose.
00:37:35.300 That's fine.
00:37:36.080 You should be able to buy them.
00:37:36.920 You should also be able to buy gas cars.
00:37:38.960 So these people love Elon Musk.
00:37:41.320 They absolutely adored him because he was saving the planet in their eyes, even though you and I both know he wasn't.
00:37:46.900 That's neither here nor there.
00:37:48.260 Now, all of a sudden, six months later, these people have flipped the coin, and they are all out balls to the wall trying to kill this man.
00:37:56.740 What's with the hysteria?
00:37:59.180 There is such deep-set anger.
00:38:01.140 You know, you had the astronaut Mark Kelly, now senator from Arizona, call him an a-hole and urge boycotting of it.
00:38:08.680 By the way, Mark Kelly, the astronaut, when he was in space, I don't know, this was probably 10 years ago, said he could see climate change from a spaceship.
00:38:15.140 Very similar to Tina Fey saying she could see Russia from her house playing Sarah Palin, which is absurd comment.
00:38:21.660 So he's a hardcore activist.
00:38:23.260 You had Sheryl Crow have her Tesla towed away.
00:38:25.580 They are so angry at Elon Musk.
00:38:28.120 Partially, it's Elon Musk's fault.
00:38:29.660 For years, he pandered to climate alarmists.
00:38:31.920 He did all the rhetoric.
00:38:32.920 He warned of all the same stuff we're making fun of today.
00:38:35.820 I'm talking 10 years ago and beyond.
00:38:37.740 He started changing, you know, post-COVID.
00:38:40.180 He started reexamining.
00:38:41.080 Like a lot of other, I would say, liberals, he started reexamining.
00:38:43.780 And I'm not saying I don't welcome him.
00:38:45.480 I'm just saying his history.
00:38:46.760 He created this is what I'm getting at, that base.
00:38:49.940 But then you have something besides just angry liberals.
00:38:52.440 At the same time, you have a rise of this justifying by the radical left to progressives, this eco-terrorism.
00:39:00.520 The New York Times has profiled multiple times a guy from Sweden named Malmo,
00:39:07.560 who literally praises acts of terrorism as a way to get environmental awareness and make environmental action happen.
00:39:17.020 The UK Guardian recently had an article talking about the wave of young, basically, eco-terrorists who were torching SUVs and Teslas.
00:39:25.820 And so they've justified this intellectually.
00:39:29.400 This isn't just a bunch of crazies.
00:39:31.140 They're being now directed by aspects of this movement to do this.
00:39:35.520 And I think the only way to do this is to have to declare these.
00:39:39.380 I don't want government to go overboard in the sense that it's always way too easy to use force.
00:39:46.260 But I want them to go after them.
00:39:48.460 They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
00:39:51.200 This needs to stop because this will get out of hand.
00:39:54.540 And what's funny is the EV batteries that they're torching are much worse than lighting up a gas-powered car because you're going to get so many toxic plumes.
00:40:02.080 And here's a funny thing. If these people would oppose EVs on the environmental standards, I'd be with them.
00:40:08.200 It takes half a million pounds of material to dig up the earth, half a million pounds to make one average-sized Tesla battery.
00:40:15.940 OK, that is not eco-friendly.
00:40:18.580 That is not, oh, that's better than a gas-powered car.
00:40:20.820 If they had those kind of objections, it would make sense to me.
00:40:23.560 But I don't want to see these cars torched and properly destroyed.
00:40:26.460 More to hate Elon on, I've got some more breaking news.
00:40:30.900 Elon Musk's doge has blocked a payment of $52 million to the World Economic Forum.
00:40:37.200 Oh, I didn't see that.
00:40:38.360 Well, here's the problem.
00:40:39.360 OK, that sounds great.
00:40:41.000 But, you know, it's going to be stopped by a Clinton or Biden judge within days, probably.
00:40:46.140 Here's the problem.
00:40:47.160 I love everything Elon's doing.
00:40:48.740 And I've been a student of this kind of attempts at budget cutting going back to the 80s when you had David Stockman as Ronald Reagan's management and budget director his first term.
00:40:57.280 It's very hard.
00:40:58.540 But here's the problem.
00:41:00.120 What they're doing is great.
00:41:01.620 They're exposing all this absurdity.
00:41:03.660 They might be actually hurting the cause by doing all this unilateral executive stuff on their own.
00:41:11.360 What they really desperately need, and this is where I had a problem with this budget, what's it called, the continuing resolution.
00:41:17.420 They need Congress to follow up.
00:41:20.140 We need to defund the Inflation Reduction Act.
00:41:22.540 We need to overturn it.
00:41:23.740 We need Congress to defund a lot of these programs and follow up with what Doge has done.
00:41:30.440 The problem with what he's doing, it's great PR and it's great framing the narrative and it's great publicity to expose the fraud of the taxpayer money.
00:41:38.580 But ultimately, it's going to get mired down.
00:41:41.360 And I just don't know.
00:41:42.420 So it's great what he's doing, but I just don't know how effective this strategy is going to be long term, because eventually they're going to get stifled by every federal judge.
00:41:50.440 And some legal scholars, conservatives may argue there's a case here to be made.
00:41:55.340 Until they've proven a case that this is absolute fraud and not just we don't like the original intent, judges are going to keep ruling against them.
00:42:03.500 This happened with the Inflation Reduction Act money.
00:42:05.660 They claim fraud, but it just takes one judge to say no.
00:42:09.220 So all of that great stuff we heard about stopping is now being restarted or is being unfrozen.
00:42:15.040 So it's a complicated mess.
00:42:17.160 My message is this.
00:42:18.760 Johnson and the Republican Congress, Speaker Johnson, have to get their act together.
00:42:22.360 And unfortunately, I've seen no indication of that happening.
00:42:24.760 Yeah, no, you're absolutely right.
00:42:26.160 The way I see it is it doesn't hurt to try, which is what they're doing.
00:42:29.900 But no, actually, I'm not criticizing.
00:42:31.440 I think what they're doing is fantastic, but you just have to be careful because they're going to look like it's the same old song and dance until they get someone.
00:42:38.640 They need backing.
00:42:39.380 It's like it's like they're they need the air support.
00:42:42.260 You're a military operation.
00:42:43.440 You're coming in.
00:42:44.500 You're blowing up the front lines.
00:42:46.240 But at some point, you're going to need the backup from the sea or the air.
00:42:49.300 And they're not getting that yet.
00:42:50.480 They're just out there alone.
00:42:51.720 And eventually they're going to be surrounded.
00:42:53.400 It's going to be ineffective.
00:42:54.560 What I'm saying is worst case, best case scenario, they get existing payments canceled.
00:42:58.520 Worst case scenario, they don't go into a budget next year.
00:43:01.740 And these payments, that's true.
00:43:03.320 By highlighting it, that's true.
00:43:04.880 Yeah, that's that's the way I see it.
00:43:06.580 But you're absolutely right.
00:43:07.560 Is these unelected judges, these bureaucrats who are America last?
00:43:11.480 I think they've brought one hundred and twenty nine lawsuits against the Trump administration.
00:43:15.840 Last administration, President Trump's administration, I think it was sixty five.
00:43:18.900 And that was the most in history.
00:43:20.020 So these people are, you know, they ready guns blazing.
00:43:22.760 We find out now that an unelected bureaucratic judge has blocked the EPA for canceling a twenty billion dollar grant for climate change.
00:43:31.760 What's going on over at the EPA with Lee Zeldin and the boys?
00:43:35.580 He's been doing a fantastic I mean, beyond what I would have imagined he could do blows away any of Trump's first term EPA chiefs by far.
00:43:43.760 Now, having said that, I think a lot of this is Donald Trump personally.
00:43:48.020 He is issuing marching orders that he never would have allowed, you know, never had in his first term.
00:43:53.680 Lee Zeldin is going after exposing all this funding and working with Doge, by the way.
00:43:58.960 And they're exposing stuff like Stacey Abrams getting millions, tens of millions of dollars for these groups that didn't even exist,
00:44:05.260 didn't even know how to submit a federal proposal or do a federal budget weeks before they got the money to put in energy efficient appliances and homes.
00:44:13.940 John Podesta overseeing billions of funds to Democratic donors and Democratic supporters.
00:44:20.380 I mean, it's just unbelievable.
00:44:21.980 As the undercover video said, from the time that Kamala Harris lost the election, that Trump was sworn in,
00:44:28.120 it was like the EPA was just throwing gold.
00:44:29.980 The Biden EPA was throwing gold bars off the Titanic.
00:44:32.700 They were just pumping money out to all their friends as much as they could.
00:44:36.000 And once again, we need Congress to come in and return that.
00:44:39.260 Now, Lee Zeldin issued 31 new orders, Revolutionary Day.
00:44:43.280 He actually quoted me indirectly a week before in Bloomberg News.
00:44:48.440 I had said that the CO2 endangerment finding of the EPA is the holy grail of the climate activist movement.
00:44:55.660 And he said this has been called the holy grail.
00:44:58.000 And he repeated that phrase.
00:44:59.180 He said, you're paraphrasing me, he's going after the CO2 carbon dioxide endangerment finding that began under Biden and continued under Obama,
00:45:07.760 other way around, began under Obama, continued under Biden, that regulates carbon dioxide as a pollutant.
00:45:13.900 And they're going to go after the scientific basis for that.
00:45:16.620 This is the key regulation that Trump failed to go after as EPA the first term.
00:45:20.980 And this goes after the EV mandates, gas-powered car bans, solar and wind mandates, offshore wind, any meat restrictions, methane,
00:45:29.080 the entire basis for all of the green nonsense that the states use, cities use.
00:45:33.680 If we can overturn this, and it's going to take a year or two, and it's going to be a legal case,
00:45:37.740 and there's going to be judges that may end up going to the Supreme Court,
00:45:40.140 this is how you get America free of the climate scam once and for all.
00:45:44.260 That, and there's talk of Donald Trump submitting the U.N. Paris Agreement to the United States Senate as a treaty to be rejected,
00:45:51.480 and then the next president can't just say, we're back in the Paris Agreement.
00:45:55.040 They'd have to sign a new agreement with the United Nations.
00:45:58.740 This treaty, which we have now, the U.N. Paris, goes back to the 1990 Rio Earth Summit Treaty
00:46:04.120 that George H.W. Bush, Republican president, signed and got us into this whole U.N. climate mess and net zero.
00:46:10.000 So you're optimistic that we can get this thing turned around?
00:46:12.400 Well, it's a lot of work, but yes, I think we can.
00:46:15.580 I get excited when I heard Steve Bannon say that Donald Trump's planning on running for re-election,
00:46:20.500 and they're working on a legal strategy.
00:46:23.460 You know, you can't do more than two consecutive terms at a time,
00:46:27.320 meaning that he theoretically could qualify as a third term.
00:46:31.680 So anyway, the reason I like that is because Donald Trump is as good as a president we're going to see in our lifetime
00:46:36.740 because of the hell he's been put through.
00:46:39.120 So no other president is going to be as authentic and as strong as him.
00:46:43.480 There's just nothing we can do.
00:46:44.620 I would absolutely be open to a way he could run for a third term.
00:46:48.760 We all would, but, you know.
00:46:50.780 It's probably not going to happen.
00:46:51.840 I'm just having some fun.
00:46:52.500 That's what Steve Bannon had some fun with.
00:46:53.600 It's 100% not going to happen.
00:46:55.120 I'm not sure what Steve Bannon's taking or what he's coming up with.
00:46:58.380 But what do they call it, click porn?
00:47:00.820 Click porn?
00:47:01.180 Yes.
00:47:01.760 I fell victim to that.
00:47:03.220 So sorry.
00:47:03.480 I think probably a lot of people did.
00:47:05.340 And I don't think it helps the call.
00:47:06.820 I really don't think it helps the call.
00:47:09.420 It doesn't help Trump's agenda.
00:47:10.660 No, I understand.
00:47:11.580 I mean, I'm saying it more as a point.
00:47:13.880 I'm with you.
00:47:14.780 It's hard to think.
00:47:16.080 I mean, even J.D. Vance.
00:47:17.460 Yeah, there's nobody.
00:47:18.580 Five years ago, he was all into the green scam.
00:47:20.920 He called Trump Hitler.
00:47:22.220 You look at Vivek Ramaswamy.
00:47:25.460 I don't know if I trust these people.
00:47:27.760 Who knows?
00:47:28.260 Elon may.
00:47:28.700 I don't know if I โ€“ there's no one that's been there long term enough that I really trust to run to replace Trump.
00:47:33.980 No, you're absolutely right.
00:47:35.220 Dan Scavino, who's one of Trump's closest allies.
00:47:38.400 But there's a lot of people, Mark, who turn the corner.
00:47:41.040 And you know what?
00:47:42.140 I'm sort of in the same camp with you where I don't trust anybody.
00:47:45.900 But the way I look at it is there's some people now who have started to prove themselves.
00:47:51.020 And it's basically Marco Rubio.
00:47:52.740 I was a fan of Marco Rubio.
00:47:54.800 I'm stunned by Marco Rubio.
00:47:56.640 I'm beyond his positions.
00:47:57.840 It's just his personality and the way he's handling the media.
00:48:00.800 It's unbelievable.
00:48:01.940 Not that I even agree with everything Trump's doing.
00:48:04.080 I'm still โ€“ I still โ€“ I get a little nervous when Marco Rubio goes on TV and talks about the national security.
00:48:10.820 Even if you're on a visa, you know, I just don't like to see free speech crack down.
00:48:16.720 And I know you could argue they're terrorists and they're not subject to that.
00:48:19.540 But I just don't like that.
00:48:21.180 I don't like it.
00:48:22.100 It rubs me the wrong way somehow regardless.
00:48:25.340 They're going after guys who are here on green cards.
00:48:27.180 Those people aren't afforded the same rights.
00:48:28.700 I know that.
00:48:29.240 I know that.
00:48:29.840 But still, it bothers me just because he invoked national security and I don't like that.
00:48:35.800 It bothered me.
00:48:36.720 It reminded me of a lot of other things from 9-11 and the surveillance state and everything else.
00:48:41.040 So anyway, that's the one area I disagree with them on is just that whole idea of โ€“ they need to go after the people.
00:48:47.980 But I just don't know โ€“ I feel uncomfortable because there's a chilling effect on all free speech and any protest, even legitimate ones and ones that don't involve violence and taking over buildings.
00:48:57.860 So anyway, that's my two cents.
00:48:59.720 You've managed to piss the hell out of the audience by now at this point.
00:49:02.640 But I mean, the way I see it, Mark, is that if they're American citizens, you're afforded the right of free speech.
00:49:07.840 You're afforded the right of peacefully protesting.
00:49:10.460 But if you're a foreigner over here on a visa, you're here as โ€“ the other way I look at it too, Mark, is if we go to any other country in the world, north of our border, south of our border, west and east, our asses are in jail if we do that.
00:49:25.340 So they're โ€“
00:49:26.380 I understand that.
00:49:27.120 I understand the โ€“ yes, I do understand that about they're not U.S. citizens.
00:49:31.460 It still has a chilling effect even on U.S. citizens.
00:49:34.100 And I just โ€“ I don't like the national security that โ€“ you mentioned Rubio.
00:49:37.300 That's what triggered it in my head.
00:49:38.680 But, you know, maybe I'm watching too many left-wing bloggers go off about this.
00:49:43.080 But it's โ€“ it just โ€“ I want to be โ€“ I want them to be consistent on free speech.
00:49:47.080 And I don't want them to go over overboard.
00:49:48.920 You know, you get โ€“ again, if there's violence or anything like that, I just don't let every group to be โ€“ have a chilling effect.
00:49:56.240 So that's all.
00:49:56.780 I agree with you, though.
00:49:57.580 They're not U.S. citizens.
00:49:58.580 They haven't.
00:49:59.180 I mean, this is the only person, I think, to the best of my knowledge, that has faced any sort of repercussions.
00:50:04.200 So, I mean, you look at those people at the Elon Musk's dealership in New York City.
00:50:09.260 The only ones who were arrested were the ones who were doing violence.
00:50:11.380 Everyone else is โ€“ now, we don't agree with them.
00:50:12.820 We think they're idiots.
00:50:13.600 But, you know, they're free to protest just as โ€“
00:50:16.020 And that's good, yes.
00:50:17.160 January 6th.
00:50:17.960 So, that's the way I see it.
00:50:19.540 Well, maybe it was the way Rubio said it, because I re-watched that interview, and he said anyone โ€“ he said,
00:50:24.800 he says anything that's contrary to the national security interest in the U.S.
00:50:28.340 You know, that's as defined by the government.
00:50:30.160 That makes me uncomfortable.
00:50:31.400 Well, no, he was talking about โ€“ I know the interview you're talking about.
00:50:33.460 He was talking about the questionnaire form that these people have to fill out.
00:50:36.080 Do you have any intention when you come to the country?
00:50:38.760 Okay.
00:50:39.440 Yeah.
00:50:39.920 In the past, I just don't like โ€“ anything can be declared that you're a violation of that.
00:50:44.600 But anyway, it goes back to even the torture of Dick Cheney.
00:50:47.720 Those weren't U.S. citizens at Guantanamo.
00:50:49.780 But eventually, that kind of behavior ends up being used on U.S. citizens.
00:50:54.440 And even though these are Visa cards, that's all.
00:50:56.160 I'm just throwing that out there.
00:50:57.280 It's like the date period act you're describing now.
00:50:59.280 It is.
00:50:59.820 But, I mean, it's the same concept.
00:51:01.340 Even though, you know, if you're here on a Visa, you have to look at it historically.
00:51:04.300 But anyway, I'm not โ€“ again, it's not my issue that big.
00:51:07.700 I'm just saying it makes me uncomfortable.
00:51:09.200 And I'm just warning them not to go overboard on that in terms of โ€“
00:51:12.460 Mark, the good news is this is America.
00:51:15.020 And if you don't want to be here, you know, it sounds like you're running a dogfighting ring over there.
00:51:20.240 Yes.
00:51:20.980 But, no, the good news is it's America, Mark.
00:51:23.420 If you don't like to be here, you can โ€“ and I'm not saying you, but I'm saying these people.
00:51:26.540 If you don't agree with our values, take your shit and get the hell out of here.
00:51:29.880 I mean, there's so many other countries you could live in in this world.
00:51:32.600 Even the American people.
00:51:33.980 I hate Rosie O'Donnell, but you know what?
00:51:35.880 Good for her.
00:51:36.460 She finally kept her word and got the hell out of the country.
00:51:39.000 Ellen DeGeneres.
00:51:39.760 I hate she had other problems.
00:51:40.640 Well, it doesn't help when โ€“ I don't even like Donald Trump criticizing like 60 minutes to be shut down.
00:51:45.580 I know they're off-the-cuff comments, but you just need โ€“ you need to be careful with stuff like that.
00:51:50.240 That's all.
00:51:50.620 Because, again, when you're in power, it's easy to not like the โ€“ to hate the people you disagree with and what those kind of actions.
00:51:57.020 Trump has made a couple just off-the-cuff โ€“ Trumpian comments.
00:52:00.560 I don't hold it to him, but I'm just saying in general, that's โ€“ they have to be careful with those kind of comments.
00:52:05.520 No, and I think he understands because nobody's free speech has been infringed upon more than him.
00:52:09.600 You know, he was removed.
00:52:10.500 He was deplatformed from every single platform.
00:52:12.860 Exactly, yes.
00:52:13.640 Before we wrap up here, getting off this tangent that we're on, I want to talk about the Amazon rainforests that are currently being bulldozed as we talk.
00:52:24.880 That's sacred ground.
00:52:26.260 What's going on?
00:52:27.620 This is amazing.
00:52:28.800 I did an Amazon rainforest documentary, which was released in 2000, the year 2000, and I went to the Amazon multiple times.
00:52:35.280 I interviewed the local ecologists.
00:52:36.780 First of all, the whole idea of the Amazon disappearing was BS.
00:52:40.240 Second of all, for every acre of rainforest cut, 50 are being regenerated.
00:52:44.860 Having said all that, in the 70s and 80s and in the 90s, that was the number one environmental issue.
00:52:50.260 You had Sting's annual rainforest concert.
00:52:52.140 I interviewed Donald Trump, by the way.
00:52:54.360 First time I ever met him was at the Sting's rainforest concert.
00:52:57.340 I think it was 19 โ€“ I think it was 98 or 99.
00:53:00.660 I think it was 99.
00:53:02.040 And this was a celebrity cause at the time, pre-global warming.
00:53:05.880 Well, the whole issue was all these poor developing countries with rainforests weren't allowed to allow people to have โ€“ they were allowed to, but they had all these restrictions for agriculture.
00:53:15.880 They were keeping people poor.
00:53:17.300 They weren't letting them use their natural resources.
00:53:19.300 So that's what we were fighting, allowing the poor indigenous people, the poor residents to be able to use their natural resources.
00:53:25.680 Well, turns out all those restrictions were just melted away.
00:53:29.560 U.N. Climate Summit, COP30, is coming to Belรฉm, Brazil, a rainforest city.
00:53:34.740 And the city, because it wants to be on Showcase for the World, for the United Nations Climate Summit, is clear-cutting thousands of acres for a four-lane highway of tropical, virgin, untouched rainforest, in their phraseology.
00:53:46.340 And this is hilarious because they're going to be flying in on private jets, and they're going to be transporting people on the highway.
00:53:52.320 And the BBC give them credit.
00:53:53.980 They interviewed local people.
00:53:55.120 This highway is not accessible to the locals.
00:53:57.800 They're putting up a giant wall cut through the jungle so the people who live in the jungle cities or near it have no access to the highway.
00:54:04.580 They'd have to go huge swaths of land and long mileage around to even get to the highway.
00:54:09.280 You probably don't even own a car.
00:54:10.860 But this is just another example of the global elites get what they want.
00:54:14.760 Decades poor people weren't allowed to access the forest and use it because the global elite thought they had to preserve it like a museum or a zoo.
00:54:22.540 Suddenly, they authorized quick clear-cutting for the power brokers from the UN and the World Economic Forum.
00:54:31.160 And I would almost bet you a million bucks, Mark, that none of those people who live in the area are even afforded jobs to help build that highway.
00:54:37.220 Anyway, it's probably these globalist elites who brought in their multibillion-dollar corporations to build the road, and they're not paying for it because it's probably โ€“ I'd even go as far as to guess that the Americans are somehow paying for it or helping pay for it in one way or another.
00:54:53.500 Absolutely insane.
00:54:54.660 Mark Marano, it's always great talking with you here on The Great America Show.
00:54:58.080 So, Climatedepot.com, you get the last word.
00:55:00.980 Anything you want to say, the floor is yours.
00:55:03.840 No, I mean, this is just unprecedented.
00:55:06.160 Again, the most consequential presidency in our lifetime, Donald Trump.
00:55:09.720 I think I can say that after 60 days.
00:55:12.100 Changing all the โ€“ you could argue Ronald Reagan.
00:55:13.960 I think you have to go back to FDR, really, to get to this level of just cultural change that we're seeing in America.
00:55:21.040 So, with that, my website's Climatedepot.
00:55:22.960 I'm Twitter, at Climatedepot.
00:55:24.480 So, and I'm sorry if I've offended your listeners on the whole free speech issue, but I just โ€“ it's an area, especially coming from COVID and everything, I just โ€“ I'll do some more research.
00:55:34.440 I totally agree with you about them being non-citizens, and there's a different standard, but we just have to be careful of the effect on it as well, of the chilling effect, even for citizens.
00:55:44.340 Yeah, and like I said, too, I think Donald Trump knows that better than anybody.
00:55:48.220 Yes, and I agree with that.
00:55:49.480 Free speech has been infringed upon more than him, and he understands that.
00:55:53.640 But at the same time, he's got a country to protect, and like I said, you don't want to be in this country.
00:55:58.720 You've got a problem with who we support.
00:56:01.140 If we support Israel and things like that, take your shit and get out.
00:56:04.620 Mark Marano, Climatedepot.com, folks.
00:56:07.020 We recommend it to you highly.
00:56:08.740 Always good reads there if you want some satire and some serious stuff at the same time.
00:56:13.660 Mark, come back soon.
00:56:14.920 Thank you, John.
00:56:15.420 Appreciate it.
00:56:16.280 Thanks, everybody, for being with us today, and thanks to Mark Marano.
00:56:18.720 Also, Climatedepot.com is where you can find Mark and all the work that he does, holding these leftists accountable, these Marxists who want to take over the world with their global climate initiative nonsense.
00:56:31.900 Folks, we'll see you back here tomorrow, hopefully same time, same place, where our quest for truth, justice, and the American way continues.
00:56:38.740 See you tomorrow.
00:56:40.120 Until then, may God bless you, may God bless America, and may God bless the great Lou Dobbs.
00:56:45.340 See you tomorrow.
00:56:45.760 See you tomorrow.
