00:00:26.620 The 118th Congress couldn't be much busier if you tried all sorts of different ways to get there.
00:00:33.100 I can't believe everything that is on the agenda. Investigating committees by my count four
00:00:38.340 at the forefront, including the Subcommittee on Weaponization, your committee, Ways and Means.
00:00:43.700 Give us a sense of your progress and your investigation from Ways and Means perspective.
00:00:49.820 Well, thank you for having me on again, Lou. And yes, it is a very active Congress,
00:00:53.560 and we finally have some accountability to this administration, which, in my opinion,
00:00:57.880 and I've been around a while, I think it's the most corrupt administration in history.
00:01:02.000 I think Joe Biden is the most corrupt president, someone who has used his position to enrich himself,
00:01:10.040 his friends. He's used his son, who is, you know, fatally or seriously flawed with a drug problem,
00:01:16.680 to enable this cash flow, which we've seen from suspicious activity reports that have been revealed,
00:01:23.340 and uses him to be able to fund money and funnel it into Biden family interest.
00:01:30.040 And this is something that we're all putting the pieces of the puzzle together between the committee that I'm on,
00:01:36.340 the Ways and Means Committee, getting out the issues with the IRS and the violations of the IRS,
00:01:41.680 tax evasion, money laundering.
00:01:43.840 All those things come into play with this very critical whistleblower that we had,
00:01:47.900 and we revealed their testimony for two of them, actually.
00:01:50.780 One does not want to reveal his identity, which, I mean, I think people can understand,
00:01:54.740 is the Biden administration is involved in retaliation.
00:01:58.160 We see attempts to suppress the witness testimony.
00:02:02.580 We've released a lot of this information to coordinate with Jamie Comer,
00:02:06.420 who's head of the Oversight Committee, and he's been able to piece some of this together.
00:02:11.140 I mean, this is a complex web of facts that the Biden administration, or Biden, has engaged in,
00:02:16.960 and now he's, you know, now he's president of the United States,
00:02:19.320 and he's getting shielded by some of our laws.
00:02:21.340 And it looks like he's getting shielded by our own Department of Justice and FBI.
00:02:25.880 You see, today, the Judiciary Committee's got the FBI director, Christopher Rayon,
00:02:30.440 who's getting grilled by some really good members of Congress.
00:02:32.900 We're finally getting some accountability, and I think the American people need this
00:02:36.780 because they're seeing that we not only don't have really a system of justice,
00:02:42.000 it's two-tiered, but it also doesn't provide a lot of justice and a lot of hope to a lot of Americans.
00:02:47.020 And so we continue to drill down.
00:02:48.780 I'm on the Oversight Subcommittee of Ways and Means.
00:02:51.820 We're going to be getting into some of the issues we need to present to the judge,
00:02:56.020 who is considering a plea deal that has been recommended.
00:02:59.840 We think wrongfully.
00:03:01.600 We're going to be writing a letter to the Department of Justice.
00:03:04.780 That would be Merrick Garland and also to Assistant Attorney General Weiss,
00:03:11.480 who is now giving conflicting statements about whether or not he had the authority to charge Hunter Biden
00:03:16.880 or whether it was Merrick Garland.
00:03:18.420 This is a real problem.
00:03:19.600 And we want to make sure that this plea deal doesn't go through to a judge on July 26th
00:03:24.820 before we know the facts and she knows the facts that we have a Foreign Agent Registration Act violation.
00:03:30.660 Why are some people being charged with this and Hunter Biden's not?
00:03:33.800 He clearly engaged as a foreign agent and was involved in Chinese entities, Romanian, Ukrainian.
00:03:41.200 We're finding out all this from the whistleblower and from the suspicious activity reports.
00:03:45.840 I think this is bombshell testimony and evidence that should take the Bidens and remove him right from office
00:03:52.280 directly from impeachment onto potentially criminal prosecution.
00:03:57.300 So, yes, a lot going on.
00:03:58.540 But this is unbelievable what's really happening in our system of government.
00:04:02.480 It's a tragic situation when you think about where America stands today
00:04:06.700 and where we were just two and a half years ago under President Trump.
00:04:10.260 Well, it is remarkable.
00:04:11.500 It is the most corrupt administration in the history of America.
00:04:15.140 And there is more than sufficient evidence because it is simply evidence this is a president who is in our face with his corruption.
00:04:27.640 It's every day in almost every way, whether it's the Secret Service covering up for him,
00:04:33.460 whether it's the Internal Revenue Service covering up for him.
00:04:36.240 In some cases, the Internal Revenue Service, the victim of the Department of Justice, which covers up for the Biden crime family 24-7.

00:04:46.920 Yeah, first of all, you're right that this is very corrupt.
00:04:51.000 $17 million from IRS whistleblowers flowed through.
00:04:54.060 That's all we know of.
00:04:55.100 We think there's a whole lot more out there.
00:04:56.720 But this is what – when you talk about slow walking, the DOJ tried to obstruct the whistleblowers and others who brought these cases to their attention.
00:05:06.740 Remember, the whole reason the IRS stumbled upon the Hunter Biden issue is they were investigating an international porn ring.
00:05:14.560 And this Hunter Biden popped up in here, the suspicious activity reports, the violation of law, the money laundering, the tax evasion.
00:05:22.760 And so they're trying to slow walk it because as each year goes by, they lose another year of being able to prosecute Hunter Biden for the millions of dollars that came in and the millions of dollars in tax evasion.
00:05:34.720 So there's a motive there to protect the administration.
00:05:37.460 The job of the Department of Justice is not to protect the administration.
00:05:41.660 Yes, we know they're appointed by the administration, but their job is to uphold justice and our laws.
00:05:46.680 And this is where we're seeing a complete dereliction of duty by whether it's Christopher Wray with the IRS, whether it's Merrick Garland trying to engage in this cover-up.
00:05:55.920 And now we have Attorney General out of Delaware Vice giving conflicting statements, you know, which need to be looked at.
00:06:02.000 But I think what Kevin McCarthy is trying to do – and I'm not trying to defend him, but we want to make sure if we get an impeachment, we get an impeachment.
00:06:09.140 We don't want to go through the processes that the Democrats did, the abuse of power by Nancy Pelosi, to throw these impeachments out against Donald Trump wrongly that didn't happen.
00:06:20.180 And that really we want to make sure if we get – if we go for the king, we want to make sure we take his head off.
00:06:26.080 And I think that's what we really want to do with Biden.
00:06:28.080 We really want to make sure we have everything in place.
00:06:30.300 And we want to make sure we're following the Constitution and the law.

00:06:37.560 But I think right now we've had pretty good accomplishments over this very short time after a very arduous start with our speaker vote taking a long time with the very narrow majority that we have.
00:06:48.620 We have a lot of issues that have come to play, but we've gotten some things over the line.
00:06:52.280 And I think one of the things, Lou, that's important is that the Democrats always stick together, and we normally never do.
00:06:57.700 We have stuck together on a lot of issues this year and got some major accomplishments.
00:07:03.000 Our biggest hassle and problem now is getting things through the Senate and getting things to stick beyond the administration.
00:07:10.340 So holding them accountable is job number one.
00:07:13.120 But we've got to maintain our majority.
00:07:14.780 We've got to come back, and we've got to get a majority in the Senate, and we have to take back the White House because that's the only way we're going to save this country.
00:07:22.180 I think that's true, but at the same time, there's also an urgency because this corrupt administration is destroying lives every day, and the American people deserve action and not just simply process.

00:08:17.820 Let's turn to the whistleblowers, and those whistleblowers have made all of the difference in the investigation, for all of the investigation committees.
00:08:27.700 Give us your assessment as to where you are and the whistleblowers, their importance, and the status of their testimony.

00:08:40.300 Look, I'm getting older now, and one of my missions is to do whatever I can to save America just like you.
00:08:45.220 I mean, I look at it, it says Lou Dobbs' Great America Show.
00:08:48.200 I think it should be Great American Lou Dobbs Show and what you do and the courage to stand up, but I think that many of us now feel that way.
00:08:56.580 We are really at the brink.
00:08:58.580 I go out of my way to make sure that we can save this republic, and I think one of the most important things that we remember from Lincoln in a real crisis time during the Civil War was, yes, can we save the republic?
00:09:09.880 But more importantly, can we be self-governing?
00:09:12.880 And that's one of the reasons that I actually explain every vote that I take on the House floor in detail.
00:09:17.540 I try to decode Washington.
00:09:19.640 I want to create a nation of informed patriots who make good votes, who can be self-governing and preserve this country, because that's the only way we're going to preserve it.
00:09:28.460 And the authoritarianism, the creeping communism from the left is really part of that whole woke culture.
00:09:35.380 So the whistleblower is really important because this is about us being able to stand up to our government, to know, and when we see something wrong in our government, to hold that open.
00:09:45.280 And Jason Smith, our chairman, when becoming chair of the Ways and Means Committee, opened up a whistleblower portal, something we didn't have before, and encouraged whistleblowers to come forward.
00:09:55.880 I have to emphasize, neither one of these whistleblowers are political or even necessarily Republicans.
00:10:01.460 One said that he's actually a gay Democrat.
00:10:04.120 So this is why it's so important to preserve our country and our ability to stand up to our government.
00:10:09.020 This is just basic and critical to what our founders stood for.
00:10:13.600 So that's why these whistleblowers are so important, why we're highlighting them, why we're trying to make their testimony, you know, part of the record.

00:10:33.420 And this is just a small snippet of the beginning of all the crime that has been put together by the Biden administration.

00:10:43.020 And I know a lot of people say, well, gee, Joe Biden's just supporting his son.
00:10:47.380 Let us be clear. Joe Biden is using a son, a vulnerable person with a disability, a drug problem.
00:10:53.740 And he's using him. He's still taking him, you know, brass brazenly.
00:10:58.420 He's at state dinners. Well, a state dinner that Merrick Garland is in.
00:11:02.140 He's traveling around the world with him.
00:11:04.240 He traveled on Air Force Two when he was vice president of the United States and met with the Chinese Communist Party officials.
00:11:10.140 And then what do you know, a few weeks later, made a Chinese part, a deal with the Chinese Communist Party for an energy deal.
00:11:15.860 This is the guy that's forcing the Green New Deal on all of us and especially in New York State.
00:11:20.600 And yet at the same time, you know, is making money off energy and oil and gas and natural gas and liquefied natural gas.
00:11:28.360 This is just totally hypocritical and totally outrageous.
00:11:32.000 So we have to stand up as Americans.
00:11:34.780 And the whistleblowers have just stumbled on this information.
00:11:38.220 And once we attach and link those what they call suspicious activity reports, so-called SARS reports,
00:11:46.200 to come out of the financial sector with IRS.
00:11:49.900 And by the way, Ways and Means, we have jurisdiction over the IRS.
00:11:53.020 We can link together the series of crimes that have gone on to cover this up, the cover up by the DOJ.
00:11:59.680 You know, remember something, you know, Richard Nixon was never really guilty of the crime.
00:12:03.400 He was guilty of the cover up.
00:12:04.800 We have Joe Biden, who's not only guilty of the crime, he's also engaged in a cover up.
00:12:09.740 How is this guy still president of the United States?
00:12:11.820 Why aren't Democrats as well moving to have him removed, moving for the impeachment?
00:12:17.040 And that's where we have to make this case so clear.
00:12:19.300 And the media also, unfortunately, the mainstream media is doing a lot to help Joe Biden.
00:12:24.660 We have got to continue this fight.
00:12:26.020 We can never quit, which is one of the reasons I love you, Lou Dobbs.

00:12:32.300 So I want to say this is where we are going with the whistleblower.
00:12:34.960 We're looking at trying to find ways to do an amicus brief, which is all we can do as members of Congress,

00:12:43.700 We're going to be holding hearings to make sure that Hunter Biden doesn't get away with this.
00:12:48.580 Literally a slap on the wrist that he doesn't get away and not charge for the FARA violations,
00:12:55.180 the Foreign Agent Registration Act.

00:12:58.240 He clearly did not register.
00:12:59.760 So a lot of this stuff is really we've got to make it really understandable and just commonplace for people to understand.
00:13:07.400 And that's what we're trying to do.
00:13:08.420 And I think when more Americans realize what's going on and why it's leading to us having inflation spending and letting these people get away with the types of things they are in our criminal justice system,
00:13:19.280 why it's so important that we continue this fight and using the whistleblowers and giving them the opportunity to speak out when they see corruption in their own ranks.

00:13:29.400 And talking about inflation, not only is Joe Biden lining his own pockets and those of his associates and his family,
00:13:38.600 he's driving further spending through his fiscal policies that are creating raging inflation across this country
00:13:47.000 and taking money out of the pockets of working men and women and their families,
00:13:51.860 our middle class, our small business people.
00:13:54.660 It's outrageous.
00:13:56.200 Yeah, let me there's two points I want to make before.
00:13:58.840 So, first of all, and this this is incredible that this man is on the run because he has information and was courageous enough to stand up
00:14:05.820 and put out a statement about what's really going on with Hunter Biden.
00:14:09.440 Why can't this man be put in a safe place where we can actually hear his full testimony, whether they want to charge him or not?
00:14:16.240 His testimony could be critical to proving that Hunter Biden is even more guilty than we thought.
00:14:22.040 And it leads directly to Joe Biden, who's the president.
00:14:24.540 I think this is what it's all about.
00:14:25.940 It's really about Biden enriching himself and his family.
00:14:29.360 It's about a guy who has been, you know, tried to claim that he was regular Joe riding the train, who is an arrogant guy.
00:14:36.540 He has a well-known liar.
00:14:38.280 He tells, you know, he tells tales worse than anyone that we can think of.
00:14:42.280 And yet everyone keeps the Democrats want us to keep focusing on, oh, poor Hunter Biden and Joe supports his son.
00:14:48.140 I think we need to focus on the fact that Hunter Biden used his family.
00:14:51.440 You don't live like Joe Biden in multimillion dollar mansions on the salary that you make as a career politician.
00:14:57.600 And he is that a career politician.
00:14:59.420 He got elected right after law school and has always been in an elected office.
00:15:04.280 So the only way he can make money is actually by using his position in government, whether it's as a senator or vice president or now as president of the United States.
00:15:13.880 You can't do it directly, but you can use your family members.
00:15:16.420 And that's what he's doing.
00:15:17.700 So that's why I think the whistleblower testimony will come into play.
00:15:20.840 I do want to mention one thing that's really important, Lou.

00:15:24.660 And, you know, we talked about inflation.

00:15:27.320 The media is trying to spin inflation right now.
00:15:30.600 So inflation is only going up three percent more in June.
00:15:34.180 The media is trying to say it's not going up as fast.
00:15:36.860 So therefore, it's in decline.
00:15:38.760 No, it's still going up.
00:15:40.360 We still have record inflation going up, maybe not at a higher rate, but it's still inflation.
00:15:45.380 And it's hurting Americans every single day.
00:15:47.740 It's hurting our small business owners.
00:15:50.640 It's hurting our economy.
00:15:52.180 It's preventing us from being competitive on the world market.
00:15:56.000 And this is going to be a problem going forward if we don't deal with this inflation issue,
00:15:59.820 which is directly tied to the Biden administration's, you know, excessive spending.
00:16:05.360 Their handouts to their friends who are in the Green New Deal businesses that are really just private equity firms that are setting up,
00:16:13.140 you know, money to get from government, giving themselves high salaries and then forcing us all, you know,
00:16:18.880 to live without air conditioning, live without heat and, you know, to not be able to drive our cars and get to work.
00:16:24.080 And I think this is part of the control situation that you're seeing, that the Biden administration is masterminding and hurting Americans.
00:16:31.180 But inflation and just the way the media is also covering for them, that's really dangerous when we have a media that's not in check.
00:16:40.020 And your show and independent media organizations that call this out are what people are going to be relying on.

00:17:23.080 The oligarch, the Ukrainian oligarch who has tapes, he says, of Hunter and Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, and for his protection, he kept them.
00:17:35.680 Has the Congress seen any of the investigating committees seen or heard of these tapes?
00:17:40.680 Do we know if the oligarch still has them in his possession?
00:17:44.160 As far as we know, I don't know of anyone officially on Oversight Judiciary or on our Ways and Means Committee who have actually listened to the tapes.
00:17:54.320 And if they're still in existence, they would be certainly critical.
00:17:57.240 But just look to what Tony Bobulinski said and look at the laptop.
00:18:01.240 I mean, the laptop is, you know, a wealth for information all over that laptop that leads us everywhere.
00:18:07.680 We know that Joe Biden was actually, you know, the Democrats and the Hunter Biden's lawyer trying to claim that the WhatsApp message was fake.
00:18:16.660 I mean, we know that was actual.
00:18:18.180 That was an actual message verified by WhatsApp taken from, you know, and then the time frame that happened on a Sunday in Delaware.
00:18:25.740 And we have placed Joe Biden and Hunter Biden at their home and at Joe's home in Delaware at the same time.
00:18:32.080 So the question is, if Joe Biden's sitting in the room and he's engaging in this type of extortionary threats to these foreign countries, again, more leverage on foreign countries.
00:18:42.240 Why aren't we bringing FARA charges?
00:18:44.240 And where's the DOJ?
00:18:45.800 Where's the independents in this agency to come and enforce our laws while they go after Mr. Gale?
00:18:52.660 I mean, this is totally unprecedented and unfair.
00:18:55.980 I don't understand how we can go forward, frankly, from here with Merrick Garland as the attorney general.
00:19:03.000 Christopher Wray is the director of the FBI.
00:19:07.100 Alejandro Mayorkas, the head of the DHS.
00:19:10.260 Each one of these top officials of this regime, the Biden regime, has been derelict, has been abusive of their powers.
00:19:22.660 And and they have to be, it seems to me, be held to account by this Congress, because if not this Congress, who else?

00:19:31.880 Yeah, I do think that all of them need to be impeached on a number of issues.
00:19:35.240 I've called for Joe Biden's impeachment.
00:19:37.040 I agree 100 percent with that.
00:19:39.260 Just on the Afghanistan withdrawal alone, add the border, add this now corruption scheme that we're finding out about.
00:19:45.920 Let's put all these these in place and make sure that we get a solid impeachment against him.
00:19:51.580 I think Mayorkas alone on the border should get impeached.
00:19:54.820 And I think what's happening with Merrick Garland is totally corrupt.
00:19:57.600 And then let's look at the conflicting statements of A.G. Weiss in Delaware of not of saying, well, I was in charge.
00:20:04.360 Oh, no, I didn't have you know, these are if these were Trump family members or Trump administration people, they would all be charged with something.
00:20:13.080 And so as the House, we have that we can bring impeachment proceedings.
00:20:17.040 We just have to make sure we have enough evidence that we can get the Senate to go along with us.
00:20:22.760 I mean, that's part of the problem is getting the Senate to go along with us under Chuck Schumer, who is, you know, from New York.
00:20:28.600 Remember, Chuck Schumer, who runs the Senate side of the of the Capitol, is from New York and served in the state legislature.
00:20:35.800 Hakeem Jeffries, who runs the minority side, you know, only we only have a five seat majority at the moment, but runs the minority side in the House of Representatives.
00:20:44.040 On the other side of the Capitol also comes from the House of Representatives or from the state assembly.
00:20:49.240 And he used to incidentally sit next to me in the state legislature in my first term.
00:20:53.340 So we have two New York City left wing Democrats on, you know, running and running interference, running interference with the Biden administration.
00:21:02.300 You see people like AOC are supposed to be independent and standing up.
00:21:06.000 What's she doing? She's now decided she's going to support, you know, decrepit old Joe, who's also really corrupt and really gross.
00:21:12.920 You know, touching other young children. And I mean, you know, the list goes on.
00:21:17.840 I can't find a redeeming quality in Joe Biden, to be honest with you.
00:21:20.820 I got to be I just I've never really cared for the guy. I think he's worse as president.
00:21:25.580 I think he's had a number of, you know, slip ups in terms of his mental acuity to be able to do this really, really important and serious job.

00:21:35.980 They, you know, as Nancy Pelosi famously said, I can get a glass of water elected.
00:21:40.660 And so as long as they have people behind the scenes, you know, commandeering Joe Biden and acting as the puppet, you know, the puppeteers, they're going to keep them there.
00:21:50.860 And that's just a sad state of affairs for Democrats to think it's OK to have a person that doesn't have the ability to make decisions,
00:21:57.760 a person that doesn't have the ability to really understand everything that's going on that he needs to understand as the commander in chief
00:22:04.720 and the president of the most important country in this in this world right now.
00:22:08.840 It's truly dispiriting your your description of the the leaders of the Democratic conference in the House and the Senate.
00:22:21.540 It's because it's so accurate and it is so true what they have done to President Trump,
00:22:29.040 what the political persecution of a sitting president trying to derail a candidate and failing and then trying to overthrow his presidency,
00:22:39.740 then persecuting him beyond his term in office.
00:22:44.140 I agree. And we this is the people have to stand up now.
00:22:47.160 They have to recognize this. We have to make this clear.

00:22:51.400 He was in charge when they were spying on President Trump and trying to create the Russia collusion,
00:22:57.560 collusion hoax with Hillary Clinton.
