00:00:32.320 expensive voting machines that have been ruining our election now for a very long time, particularly

00:00:38.580 most recently in 2020. The Democrats love them, which means they're probably bad for America.

00:00:52.360 every dollar he has and dumped it into trying to save this country, trying to save our elections

00:01:19.680 statement that President Trump put out yesterday on Truth Social that I think may be directed at

00:01:26.200 you because you're one of the few people, along with the great Lou Dobbs, may he rest in peace,

00:01:30.880 who never gave up the fight about one thing, and that's voting machines. And I'm just going to read,

00:01:35.220 I read it on yesterday's show, but I'm just going to read the first sentence and get your reaction

00:01:38.420 from President Trump on Truth Social. Quote, I'm going to lead a movement to get rid of mail-in ballots

00:01:42.660 and also, while we're at it, highly, in quotes, inaccurate, very expensive, and seriously

00:01:48.880 controversial voting machines, which cost 10 times more than very accurate and sophisticated

00:01:53.600 watermark paper, which is faster and leaves no doubt at the end of the evening as to who won

00:01:59.780 and who lost the election. This is something we've all been waiting for since election night on November

00:02:07.360 of 2020. Yeah, absolutely. And Lou is waiting for it since 2006, I believe. We just, we caught the

00:02:15.380 tail end, John. But I'm telling everybody, I was telling the media today as they kept calling me,

00:02:21.460 and you won't see my quotes out there, what I told them. I've been looking, oh, you didn't use any of

00:02:25.740 my quotes because they wanted to say, one of them said, well, Mike, you know, when did you meet with

00:02:31.100 them and tell them to say this? And I go, you guys, I've been telling all you guys this for four and a half

00:02:36.920 years. I don't change. I said, I guess when Tulsi Gabbard came out a couple weeks ago and said the

00:03:27.320 months. He is a great president. When he put this out, I mean, it's like the, he knows, and he, and

00:03:41.200 he was okay with early voting in the, in the 2024 election. I said, he was, I said, what he said was

00:03:48.020 too big to rig. I said, he has always been against the machine. He's over here saying paper ballots

00:03:53.800 and counting. I'm over here saying melt down the machines and turn them into prison bars. I think

00:03:58.800 we're pretty much saying the same thing. We've been in lockstep for four and a half years.

00:04:56.400 together, roughly cover 92% of us voting machines. We can estimate that their machines processed a

00:05:04.040 significant portion of the votes. ESNS without about 50% of the market, their machines likely

00:05:11.160 counted 80 million votes dominion with an estimated market share of 30 to 35% counted anywhere from 48

00:05:18.880 to 56 million votes and heart estimated about 10 to 15%. Mike did about 16 to 24 million, three companies

00:05:28.760 counting 92% of the vote here in America. Do I seem crazy? Does Mike Lindell seem crazy to ask the

00:05:38.100 question, why are three private companies counting the most important thing that we do as citizens in

00:05:45.980 this country? Yeah. And then also let's not, let's not forget smart manic who just has LA County

00:05:56.540 supposedly, but all of their software, which is called Jim's G E M S is in every single device. So, um, this is

00:06:05.880 what I've been all along. Everybody, you have these companies and even Amy Klobuchar said it in kill chain. You

00:06:11.600 have you, she said you basically have four companies, private companies, just like you said, John, or three, um, doing,

00:06:17.880 doing, uh, doing all our election, uh, our election, um, um, um, platforms. They're, they're the ones counting the votes. They're the

00:06:24.880 ones doing everything. And, and she wanted them gone. That was Amy Klobuchar on 2018 in kill chain,

00:06:30.640 Kamala Harris, hundreds of Democrats wanted them gone. Okay. Well, they weren't part of the unit party

00:08:01.980 enforced. And these guys are out there saying, don't enforce it. This was the last one he did in

00:08:06.620 March. You know, what you guys just wait here, you know, even though all our machines are obsolete

00:08:11.120 or they, uh, they're out, they made with foreign parts. Um, we'll just stall here till we get to

00:08:16.220 these midterms. And it's disgusting, but you're right. You're right, John. These, uh, um, you know,

00:13:35.840 does like to be cheated. And he knew, he knew in the summer of 21 or the spring of 21, um, you know,

00:15:40.500 you need to have computers to do all that stuff. Okay. You can't get these computers because if you

00:15:47.300 had all this come in, I'll give an example, John, are you a Cava votes, our military vote, everybody.

00:15:52.720 And I went around, remember, I put on 750 hours in my plane before I, before it's gone now.

00:16:16.000 these people would meet me and only me in person. They, some of them even have to cover their face.

00:16:47.460 a Republican. And all of them match. They were like the down tickets match too.

00:17:18.460 paper, then the computer can tell you whatever it wants. And the computer, and by the way,

00:18:09.700 there was nothing malicious, nothing. That fail rate of these is off the charts.

00:19:23.520 it from Chris's standpoint, I understand why he settled, Mike. He was facing a Delaware court,

00:19:28.680 a Marxist Democratic judge, the same judge who was in charge of the case against Fox

00:19:34.420 News, where he repeatedly went after people by name, like Lou Dobbs, like Tucker Carlson,

00:19:40.900 which has never been done by a judge before, which is unethical for a judge to do. So Chris

00:19:45.880 Ruddy looks at this and says, well, what am I doing? Am I going to go into this courtroom

00:19:49.160 in an uphill battle with a judge who may rule against me for a billion dollars or $500 million

00:19:55.820 and sink my entire company? Or can I do $70 million? Now, it's sad that Chris had to even

00:20:01.220 come to that point and say, this is what it is. But this is a new reality in America that we have

00:20:06.860 lawfare.

00:20:08.040 You know, that's lawfare. And if you didn't have people fight it like I did and we won,

00:20:12.100 remember everybody, my pillow won in Colorado. Three weeks ago, they told me it was impossible,

00:20:18.400 the $5 million challenge in a Minnesota court. And a corrupt judge in Colorado that we had,

00:20:24.500 a horrible judge there, where my pillow won and we're going. And she also let the $5 million

00:20:29.800 challenge go into that Mike's evidence is no good, even though it was still an appeal.

00:20:34.500 Anyway, we appealed that. We lost in a state appeal. I said to my lawyers last November,

00:20:40.600 I said, can I do anything else? He goes, you can go to federal appeal court, but it never gets

00:20:45.000 turned over. It'd be millions against you to one and hadn't been done in 40 years. I said, I don't

00:20:50.660 care. The truth will set you free. And we went there, everybody, and the three judges,

00:20:55.500 federal judges overturned it three weeks ago. Now that I can take back. Now we get a new trial

00:21:01.460 in Colorado for the, oh, with me, the $2 million instead of $68 million. Here's the reality.

00:21:07.640 Chris Ruddy is a coward when it came to, he testified in mine over in Colorado. He was so afraid

00:21:14.100 of getting much. You were already sued, Chris. And I'll say this to him on your show. I texted

00:21:19.220 to him. I've said it to him to his face. Chris, you're a big coward. You're listening. And I said,

00:21:25.120 you should have never settled. You shouldn't have settled the first time around with Coomer.

00:21:28.840 He's the one that first settled, John, back in the spring of 21 to any one of these companies.

00:21:35.000 And he settled to Coomer for $750,000. So then it sets the precedent. Oh, Coomer must be right.

00:21:54.920 he had insurance. So insurance companies also can make decisions for the company. I told my

00:22:01.140 insurance company back then, give me whatever money we'll settle on. And I'm fighting to the end

00:22:10.120 that's, I can't stand it. So Chris could have, he's publicly traded. He talked to me

00:22:14.620 and maybe he had to get that out because, you know, to move the stock, just at least a finite

00:22:21.340 number. They're afraid of the one point some billion, like you said, but insurance company

00:22:26.320 could have paid that. I did. I don't believe that came out of Chris's pocket. It came out of the

00:22:30.360 publicly traded company payments in three installment payments over the next three years, I think.

00:23:11.240 names, but they came to them and said, Hey, can we sell? We'll do a walk away. Well, that's a lot
