00:01:53.180Let us know where you're tuned in from, all of that good stuff.
00:01:56.000And then before the end of tonight's show, we're going to get to something a little bit interesting that I think it's probably right.
00:02:05.760So we're getting, like I said, to all of that tonight and much, much more here tonight on The Great America Show.
00:02:09.800So be sure to tune in. Be sure to lock in. Let us know in the chat where you're tuned in from and all of that good stuff.
00:02:16.760So I want to begin tonight with the big news of Elon Musk finding himself back in Washington, D.C.
00:02:23.840Now, we all know about he and President Trump's little scuttle, whatever you want to call it.
00:02:30.080Some called it a falling out. Some called it a major falling out.
00:02:33.940But nonetheless, Elon is back in the good graces of President Trump.
00:02:38.440And I think America is better off and the Republican Party is better off and President Trump, quite frankly, is better off when he has Elon Musk at his side.
00:02:46.480We all know how he and Elon, Elon, I said Elon, worked together.
00:03:03.000And it seems now they're back in the good graces.
00:03:05.680He was with President Trump the other day at the AI summit at the White House.
00:03:09.480And now the world's richest man, legend, is returning to the Trump administration.
00:03:15.520This time, though, it won't be with President Trump. This time around, it's with the Pentagon, his new Pentagon role that could give him a direct hand in shaping the future of warfare. Sort of interesting. Elon Musk, the world's smartest man, the world's richest man, helping out Pete Hegseth. Hegseth announced that Elon Musk will co-lead a new government project that tasked with studying the future of warfare.
00:03:41.180The new project is being called Project Meridian, and according to the Pentagon,
00:03:45.200its goal is to identify the capabilities required to achieve absolute technological dominance
00:08:26.220Then you have these judges who have continuously leaked and spread propaganda and lies.
00:08:34.080And they're now being targeted by the Department of Justice and Todd Blanche.
00:08:37.520Take a listen to A.G. Blanche and this latest investigation into these low-life judges.
00:08:46.640Today, we're also announcing that just a few minutes ago, the Department of Justice filed a judicial misconduct complaint with the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
00:08:56.220against all but one district court judge in the District of Minnesota for violating various
00:09:03.440judicial canons. These judges talk to the media, or at least to the New York Times,
00:09:10.100about cases, some of which are ongoing, in a matter that the department views as a clear
00:09:16.340violation of their ethical duties. Specifically, the former chief judge spoke on the record to
00:09:24.140the new york times about the immigration surge late last year and early this year in minneapolis
00:09:29.480his comments along with a picture he appeared to pose for were included in a september 17th
00:09:36.7602026 article in the new york times and according to that article the judge sat for a 90-minute
00:09:44.080interview with the new york times according to the article six other members of minnesota's
00:09:50.040federal bench, also agreed to speak to New York Times about last winter's efforts in Minneapolis.
00:09:57.700It, again, according to the article, included six of the seven judges who held active status
00:10:03.840in Minnesota, at least as of last winter. During this 90-minute interview, the judge apparently
00:10:12.200told the reporter that the Trump administration has a, quote, disregard for court orders, end
00:10:18.380quote, and continued to give his view that this disregard clogged his courthouse to a
00:10:25.060near standstill, contributing to rising tensions in the protest-filled city of Minneapolis.
00:10:30.680This judge also told the New York Times that his impression was that most, if not all,
00:10:37.400of the noncompliance was due to incompetence, not due to conscious defiance of orders, and
00:10:42.520that the lack of resources led to a result that should have been anticipated and that
00:10:46.620threatened the foundations of the legal system. He complained about other things that the Trump
00:10:53.040administration had supposedly done in this article, all of which was on the record.
00:10:58.360And obviously, in our view, this is a violation of not only the judicial canons, but of his ethical
00:11:06.780duties as a judge. Another judge in Minnesota spoke on the record about the immigration surge
00:11:11.960as well, saying that they weren't arresting, meaning DHS and ICE officials, they weren't
00:11:17.880arresting, in my view, people who were dangerous criminals on the street.
00:11:21.740The article makes clear that the events at issue concerned Operation Metro Surge, an
00:11:26.820immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis, and a flood of habeas corpus petitions, according
00:11:32.720to the article, lawsuits from detainees demanding to be set free.
00:11:36.180now the article did note that it's unusual for federal judges to give extensive interviews
00:11:42.140that reflect on periods when their rulings have made headlines but let me just say that
00:11:48.520aside from what is obvious from the article and from the on the record statements by these
00:11:54.460judges there's an obvious bias against the department of homeland security
00:11:59.080and immigration authorities in minnesota these judges are commenting publicly on pending and
00:12:05.020impending cases and making political statements on matters that are currently or just recently
00:12:10.600been before them, many of which are still on appeal.
00:12:15.540At least one case is currently pending before the Supreme Court.
00:12:20.300This is a flagrant violation in the department's view of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
00:12:25.120The comments are not only overtly political, itself a violation, but also concern matters
00:12:31.300pending before these judges, or still in the appellate process, a separate violation.
00:12:39.880Aside from the fact, on top of the comments themselves, the comments are not even true
00:17:29.500And just a clear message, if you voted in our elections and you weren't legally able to vote, we're going to find you.
00:17:38.920We may not find you today, we may not find you tomorrow, but we will find you.
00:17:43.340We're going through every single one of these names.
00:17:47.420We have partnerships with other agencies where we're cross-referencing each one.
00:17:53.360We're looking at a pattern or a history of individuals that may have voted illegally, may have frauded the system, took advantage of the American people, and chose to say, hey, I know I'm not here legally.
00:18:07.280I know I shouldn't be voting, but I'm going to still be part of the election cycle.
00:22:48.640Before we wrap tonight, we're going to get to your comments, your questions, concerns.
00:22:51.640I want to talk a little bit about this plane incident that took place the other day.
00:23:00.000Now, before I start talking about this, I want to preface it with it's very well possible everything we've been told so far from our government, from the Israeli government, from all parties involved.
00:23:15.500It's very well possible that what we've been told is true, but like everything else, I think it's right that we question things, that we find answers to things, and it's usually when we're being told to shut up, that's when I think it's right to question things.
00:23:45.500and I think this is one of those things that it's worth looking into
00:23:51.360and worth talking about, and like I said, as a pilot myself,
00:23:55.640I find some things very, I don't know if I say hard to believe,
00:24:03.200but pretty close to miracle-type caliber,
00:24:42.340We're being told this is what's what's being reported to us.
00:24:45.460I just want to go down the fact sheet of what we're being told.
00:24:48.700Israeli officials said the co-pilot of the aircraft stabbed the captain and attempted to crash the aircraft.
00:24:54.940The airline has confirmed the altercation occurred, but says the motive remains under formal investigation.
00:25:00.720OK, so that's that. The captain, we're told, is a Indian national.
00:25:05.160We're told the first officer identified as an Omani national.
00:25:09.220all. So there's the facts on that. So the flight's cruising 34,000 feet. This incident begins to
00:25:20.000happen. The aircraft takes a nosedive down to about over 14,000 feet in approximately 30 seconds.
00:25:29.840So that would be at about a descent rate of close to 30,000 feet per minute. If you're at about,
00:25:36.420It was close to 15,000 feet in 30 seconds, so we'll call it 30,000 feet per minute during that 30-second interval.
00:25:46.580Now, to put it in perspective, common descent rate on an aircraft is a few thousand feet per minute, 1,500, 2,000 feet per minute.
00:25:55.520So you've got this plane nose down, 30 seconds, dropping 14,000 feet, 15,000 feet, and what we're told is a man who was an Israeli plumber was able to get up from his seat, and the captain was able to unlatch the door.
00:26:22.500so inside the cockpit there's a switch
00:38:01.880But this is what we've come to with cowards, with these Islamic rattle, those cowards.1.00
00:38:06.820They'll use any means necessary, which is why, you know, you see people say, oh, gun control, a terrorist, a coward, a killer is going to find any weapon, any means to do the damage they want to do.1.00
00:38:22.320They get machetes. They take cars. They they find a way to kill people.
00:38:31.040Let's see. Some of their findings have simply defied logic, birthright citizenship being a prime example.
00:38:36.100Yeah. The Supreme Court you're talking about. Does anybody know how the captain is doing?
00:38:42.240I think they said he was in the hospital and he was recovering. Not entirely sure.
00:38:47.340I guess they don't search pilots before their flights, so I don't know how it's done, Fall Girl, over there, but here there's a program called Known Crew Member.
00:38:59.140Pretty much what it is is you go through background checks, and they identify you, which I guess every pilot should have it because you should pass a background check, but no, you don't get searched.
00:39:14.160You can get random search by TSA, but you go around the line at TSA.
00:39:17.280I don't know if they have the same thing over there.
