The Great America Show - EXODUS in Congress could cost Trump and The GOP Everything, Including IMPEACHMENT!

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this

00:00:06.580 beautiful day in america thanks so much for spending part of your day your evening with us

00:00:10.540 we truly always appreciate each and every single one of you guys joining us we got an action-packed

00:00:16.200 show lined up for you guys tonight in just a few moments we're going to be joined by

00:00:19.600 roger stone the great roger stone so much to talk about uh congress president trump

00:00:26.220 all the good stuff we're going to take it up with roger in just a few moments but first i want to

00:00:30.420 get to some news of the day and some news of the week marjorie taylor green's surprise departure

00:00:37.340 from congress could prove that uh there may be an inception and inflection point happening

00:00:42.400 right now in congress punchbowl news is reporting that several gop lawmakers told punchbowl news

00:00:50.140 that they too are considering retiring before their term ends quote more explosive early

00:00:57.120 resignations are coming this is one unnamed senior house republican uh telling the outlet quote it's a

00:01:03.380 tinderbox morale has never been lower now according to this congressperson members are eyeing the exits

00:01:08.880 because of ongoing tensions they say with the white house they're saying mike johnson has done nothing

00:01:14.920 to remedy those tensions they're saying quote the entire white house team 0.95

00:01:19.180 has treated all members like garbage and mike johnson has let it happen because this is what

00:01:24.360 he wanted to happen that is a sentiment of nearly all appropriators authorizers hawks doves rank and file 0.98

00:01:30.960 the arrogance of the white house team is off-putting to members who run roughshod and threaded

00:01:37.920 the unnamed republican added they don't even allow little wins like announcing small grants or even

00:01:44.540 responding from agencies not even the high profile regular ranking file random members are more upset

00:01:51.680 than ever members know they're going into the minority after the midterms now this is of course on

00:01:58.500 anonymity but the punchbowl news they do lean left uh but uh sherman over there does a pretty good job

00:02:06.480 of reporting like i said you're not going to really get a right uh leaning reporter to report but

00:02:11.060 uh he does a pretty good job so unverified reports but nonetheless um they're saying a purge is

00:02:17.900 happening now we've been talking about the midterm elections here and if the republicans stay down

00:02:22.680 this path that they're on right now of america last they could kiss the midterms goodbye and

00:02:27.060 you know go right to trump impeachment because that's exactly what's going to happen make no mistake

00:02:31.980 as soon as they lose those midterms impeachment is coming the next day so um we hope and pray you know

00:02:38.620 president trump takes this seriously and mike johnson takes this seriously but i'm not entirely sure mike

00:02:43.080 johnson even cares about having the house the man seems like he's taking on so much stress that he

00:02:47.220 just doesn't care anymore and that's not the kind of leader that we need uh running congress so they've

00:02:53.800 got to get their act together folks they've got to push forward and i say this every day and i sound

00:02:58.820 like a broken record but it seems nothing is changing they've got to get the america first economic agenda

00:03:04.440 in front of the american people and put all of this nonsense and bullshit behind us the epstein files 0.82

00:03:10.140 are out they're getting released okay let's put it behind us now when the time comes to investigate

00:03:14.120 what needs to be investigated we'll bring it back up but they need to move forward with the plan

00:03:19.480 that the american people voted for in november last year because without that like i say you can kiss

00:03:26.040 the midterms goodbye you can't as a congressman as a senator

00:03:29.500 go out to your constituents and tell them to vote for you when you've done absolutely nothing for

00:03:35.920 them you had the big beautiful bill and we haven't had anything since then it's been ukraine it's been

00:03:42.120 gaza it's been russia it's been iran how about america you know the country that we all live in

00:03:50.280 country that's in enormous amounts of debts over 30 trillion dollars in debts how about we start

00:03:57.260 focusing on our own country because that's what the voters wanted folks now going back to that purge

00:04:03.160 happening in congress rhino congressman don bacon has been a thorn in the side of president trump

00:04:08.140 has admitted that he almost resigned from congress in protest of president trump's ukraine

00:04:13.440 peace plan imagine that resigning over another country's issues sounds like america first to me don

00:04:20.920 bacon huh last week the white house unveiled the 28 point peace plan that would provide ukraine

00:04:25.920 with long-term security guarantees access to european markets and reconstruction funds meanwhile

00:04:31.400 the agreement would enshrine some of russia's territorial gains and guarantee that ukraine

00:04:36.060 never joins nato as well as capping the size of its military to 600 000 now speaking with axios

00:04:42.860 bacon said that he was appalled by the proposal and had seriously considered giving up politics altogether

00:04:49.740 quote i was so angry at the trump administration's proposed 28 point russia plan last week that i

00:04:57.480 thought about resigning early now axios calls him a centrist foreign policy hawk and a staunch supporter

00:05:04.820 of ukraine he's already announced his plans to retire at the end of 2027 rather than seek another term

00:05:11.160 i mean this is the members of congress folks that need to to get off and go into the sunset and finally

00:05:17.940 retire he was going to resign over president trump's plan to end the war in russia and gaza

00:05:26.540 he's crying about that this is what we're dealt with now folks this is what we're dealt with now

00:05:35.920 there's crime running rampant across this country uh in states like chicago cities like chicago i should

00:05:44.040 say states like illinois i know the difference i promise uh and their governors want nothing to do

00:05:50.220 with it they don't want to fix the crime president trump has tried to send the national guard and they

00:05:54.640 push back and the judges and this and that and just yesterday we watched another person

00:05:59.860 woman burned on a train lit up on fire alive in america president trump addressed it earlier today

00:06:11.140 you saw all the crime that took place last night the night before the woman with the burning they

00:06:16.780 burned the woman to be talking about that now they burned this beautiful woman riding in a train 1.00

00:06:24.240 a man was arrested 72 times 72 times think of that and they'll let him out again the liberal judges will

00:06:34.640 let him out again but we're ready to go you know we've been uh moving toward chicago we have a governor

00:06:42.840 that thinks it's wonderful that only like seven people were killed this week but we are uh moving

00:06:50.040 toward doing we're gonna if crime gets it's horrible what's happening chicago we could make chicago a safe

00:06:57.100 city in a period of four weeks in a period of eight weeks nine weeks ten weeks it would be totally safe

00:07:06.060 and the people of chicago want us to go there and if you look at the crime that's taken place in chicago

00:07:12.440 in the last two weeks just take a look it's on the front page of every newspaper it's out of control 0.90

00:07:19.380 the mayor is incompetent and the governor is a big fat slob he ought to invite us in say please make

00:07:31.620 chicago safe we're going to lose a great city if we don't do it quickly make chicago we'll do the same 0.97

00:07:38.300 thing as we did in dc the same thing as we did everywhere we've gone that girl who was set ablaze

00:07:46.280 26 year old bethany mcgee um thanks you thankful for some good samaritans who are nearby um she got

00:07:54.580 off the train and collapsed and people helped her she's now in critical uh condition i mean it's just

00:08:00.900 a shame that this is what we're dealing with in here in america the governors hate president trump

00:08:07.880 the mayors hate president trump so much that this man 22 prior arrests since 2016 53 criminal cases in

00:08:15.300 cook county dating back to 1993 nine of them were felonies for which he pled guilty to

00:08:21.980 you know how many times he served time in jail just twice just two and a half years behind bars in total

00:08:30.720 this is under jb pritzker

00:08:35.820 who as you heard president trump there did not have nice things to say

00:08:41.320 a man who's ruining that state and a mayor that's ruining that city 0.99

00:08:47.180 in america we're witnessing this it's a damn shame folks it's a damn shame and i hope president trump 0.98

00:08:55.720 sends in not the national guard the active military to those people because this is what the democrats 0.87

00:09:04.180 have put us into uh have put us into now it's some lighter news uh before roger joins us uh president

00:09:10.340 trump today issuing his uh annual or the president's annual uh pardoning of the turkey take a listen to

00:09:18.100 president trump uh jabbing some fun pardon was signed but it wasn't with an auto pen before going any

00:09:24.860 further i want to make an important announcement because you remember last year after a thorough and very

00:09:31.260 rigorous investigation by pam bondy and all of the people at department of justice the fbi the cia

00:09:40.740 the white house counsel's office and the department of everything we have a department of everything you

00:09:48.200 know what that is i think that's called the white house

00:09:50.000 into a terrible situation caused by a man named sleepy joe biden he used an auto pen last year for the

00:10:00.140 turkey's pardon so i have the official duty to determine and i have determined that last year's

00:10:07.060 turkey pardons are totally invalid

00:10:08.780 as are the pardons of about every other person that was pardoned other than uh where's hunter

00:10:17.820 no hunters was good that was the one pardon pam that was good right the rest of them are all invalid 0.75

00:10:23.960 i don't know what the hell you're going to do about that but that's now we're going to take a little

00:10:27.740 of the joking that is a mess but they're here by null and void the turkeys known as peach and blossom last

00:10:35.420 year have been located and they were on their way to be processed in other words to be killed

00:10:41.380 but i have stopped that journey and i am officially pardoning them and they will not be served for

00:10:49.700 thanksgiving dinner we saved them in the nick of time this one has plenty of time but they were saved in

00:10:55.580 the nick of time president trump poking some fun obviously at joe biden and his little auto pen

00:11:03.780 issue that he's got them going on now there's two turkeys there's one that gets pardoned i think there's

00:11:10.280 an alternate president trump uh had two nicknames for them but then he withdrew them take a listen

00:11:16.760 the turkeys being pardoned today go by the names of gobble and waddle when i first saw their pictures i thought

00:11:22.960 we should send them uh well i was gonna i shouldn't say this i was gonna call them chuck and nancy

00:11:29.840 but then i realized i wouldn't be pardoning them i would never pardon those two people

00:11:35.240 i wouldn't pardon them i wouldn't care what melania told me darling i think it would be a nice thing to

00:11:42.060 do i won't do it darling

00:11:43.320 wow president trump uh it is just uh revealing uh that he listens to his wife i think it'd probably

00:11:52.160 be the only person president trump uh actually listens to i'm just kidding but uh you know

00:11:57.500 poking some fun uh at these people he says these are maha turkeys whatever that means rfk certified them 1.00

00:12:05.580 maha take a listen these are two of the largest turkeys ever presented to an american president over 50

00:12:12.080 pounds each it's the largest we've ever had and those are big turkeys are they as good as the normal 0.99

00:12:17.540 size turkey better or as good do they tend to be a little fatty maybe no he said no he knows the turkey

00:12:24.960 business anyway despite their size secretary kennedy has formally certified that these are

00:12:31.780 the first ever maha turkeys i don't know if i agree with that these are maha

00:12:36.440 in other words they could be fat but they're still maha they've been fattened on a steady diet

00:12:42.620 of grass beef to allow the smoothies and all of the other things that they've been eating for this

00:12:49.400 occasion this was a really big occasion but they've eaten every fattening food that you can eat we work

00:12:56.700 like we wanted to really make them special and they really are they're like record setting i've never

00:13:01.880 seen a turkey that big before and there you have it president trump doing is uh as i said his normal

00:13:10.160 uh thanksgiving uh pardoning as they do uh each and every year uh before thanksgiving folks if you're

00:13:43.840 appreciate it but youtube and rumble if you guys could please hit that thumbs up like and subscribe

00:13:48.780 and follow turn those notifications on so you know every single time we're live folks we're going to

00:13:54.140 take a quick break here we're going to be back in less than 60 seconds i promise now we're going to

00:13:58.040 be joined by my pal good friend roger stone so much to talk about today um in so little time we're

00:14:05.400 coming right back folks don't turn that knob back in 60 thanks everybody for staying with us as promised

00:14:17.120 now the great inimitable roger stone roger let's start with first marjorie taylor green departs congress

00:14:22.860 we're now hearing that there's some members of congress who may leave early which is obviously

00:14:27.800 an f you to mike johnson and president trump they'll be stabbing him in the back because

00:14:32.320 ostensibly you turn power over to the democrats with such a a slim majority are you hearing anything

00:14:37.220 about this can we expect this what do we do uh i must say i have not heard this um but they've tried

00:14:43.760 this before we've i've talked about it uh prior to the last elections where they offer these huge

00:14:49.740 corporate jobs to house republicans in order to induce them uh to uh resign but they do it in such

00:14:57.300 a way that the the deadline is passed for a special election so that the seat just remains vacant until

00:15:03.900 the next regular election which of course would bring down the republican majority now there's a bunch of

00:15:09.000 republicans in the house who i really do hope retire because they're republicans in name only they have

00:15:14.840 no fight they're not interested in uh in uh holding the biden crime family to justice uh they're not

00:15:22.020 interested in investigating the january 6 committee hoax uh they're not interested uh in examining uh any of

00:15:30.360 the more important questions about weaponization of our criminal justice system uh and frankly i hope many

00:15:36.760 of them leave but at least leave in a time frame in which they can have a republican primary where in a

00:15:43.360 primary a pro-trump pro-america first real conservative republican can win uh and i think

00:15:50.000 that's what needs to happen it kills me to think that there's so many people roger who are like 1.00

00:15:54.460 they get brainwashed thinking like thomas massey is the most conservative member in congress he's the

00:15:59.960 greatest member marjorie taylor green was the greatest thing since sliced bread and you think to

00:16:04.240 yourself like this woman was hated for years by everybody by the right and by the left because of her 0.92

00:16:09.300 lunacy and some of the things that she's done the jewish space lasers was one of the things i mean 1.00

00:16:14.020 they annihilate her on the view they go after her on this show and now all these people are embracing her

00:16:19.260 and everyone's like well we told you so she's great maggot since when do we look to jimmy kimmel

00:16:23.400 and whoopi goldberg and joy behar to to see who the token of people who are good

00:16:29.560 yeah i mean it's very interesting but i think we both understand what this is just another

00:16:35.700 manifestation of trump derangement syndrome so if you want to be embraced by the radical left or by

00:16:42.540 the distortionist scumbags at the new york times or the washington post or nbc or abc people who are 0.63

00:16:48.840 not in any way journalists let me name a name for example ken delanian i've had enough to hear with 0.92

00:16:56.600 this guy i mean this guy was fired by from the la times because he's a cia asset he was fired

00:17:03.220 for clearing his columns uh with the agency and langley so when you see this little douchebag on 0.74

00:17:10.040 social media he's not a reporter he's not a journalist he's a democrat mouthpiece just

00:17:15.480 block him or or or mute him because there's nothing there worth reading he's also you know about 5.6 but

00:17:23.620 uh the the point here of course is that anytime someone criticizes donald trump no matter who they

00:17:30.720 are dick cheney for example now let's be very clear dick cheney passed away recently uh and where 0.98

00:17:36.820 he is right now he's very very warm in my opinion uh dick cheney lied this country into war he lied 0.99

00:17:44.880 knowingly he claimed and he got colin powell ruined his career by claiming that that iraq uh had uh weapons 0.54

00:17:53.660 of mass destruction they didn't by claiming that iraq had yellow cake uranium in order to manufacture

00:17:59.760 weapons of mass destruction they didn't by claiming that iraq was somehow involved in the

00:18:05.300 9-11 attack on america they weren't uh and why did he do this well he was before being vice president

00:18:12.160 he was the head of a company called halliburton his halliburton stock was put into a blind trust

00:18:18.400 but if you know it's in the blind trust how blind can the trust be uh and halliburton and dick cheney

00:18:24.420 made millions and millions and millions and millions if not billions of dollars and he's

00:18:31.340 directly responsible for the death of thousands of american servicemen uh and hundreds of thousands

00:18:36.900 of iraqis now the media hated dick cheney for good reason uh and he was darth vader i mean this is a guy

00:18:45.660 who was appointed to the committee had the committee to search for a vice presidential running mate for 0.87

00:18:51.780 george w bush iq 79 uh and who does he pick he picks himself he systematically destroys all the better

00:19:01.380 candidates and he picks himself this guy is the greatest single criminal and maybe mass murderer

00:19:06.680 uh one of the largest mass murders in american history and the media hated him yep they attacked

00:19:12.640 him relentlessly until he and his daughter turned against donald trump now we hold him up like he's

00:19:18.480 some great hero no he was a villain uh he was uh he was the epitome of the swamp and he started a war

00:19:26.880 to line his own pockets he killed thousands of people in order to line his own pockets it's just the latest

00:19:35.000 example of this phenomenon that you talk about john let's talk about uh speaking of these people who were

00:19:41.040 turned uh mark kelly who's a retired captain from the u.s navy who's one of these six people came

00:19:47.520 out in this video that we're going to go against president trump and do a little thing called

00:19:51.500 sedition and then they try to turn the tables on trump like trump's the one who's done something

00:19:56.700 wrong i look at this roger the same way i look at now some people some political strategists will tell

00:20:02.700 you you can never touch these people because they were in war they're war heroes or this and that

00:20:07.060 and i say the same thing you have to distinguish the difference between your military career and

00:20:13.580 your political career you cannot intertwine the two it was the same thing with john mccain yes john

00:20:18.880 mccain served this country honorably was john mccain a good politician no he was a terrible terrible

00:20:24.000 person when it came to politics you have to distinguish the two which people are terrified to

00:20:28.800 do but now we have this same situation with mark kelly that he's this hero all of a sudden but the 0.97

00:20:33.900 guy's a scumbag yeah i know i mean i had my own run-in with him this is and it's kind of like

00:20:38.980 history repeating himself so from arizona mark mark kelly but but the u.s senate seat that's just his 0.99

00:20:45.620 part-time side job uh he is in business with a chinese communist company that makes uh surveillance

00:20:52.220 balloons like the one that joe biden let float all over the country when i raised the question i thought

00:20:57.960 that this was treasonous this is very important i said that he should be charged with treason he should

00:21:03.880 be tried and if convicted that the penalty of for treason was capital punishment what did the left

00:21:12.220 say roger stone says that senator mark kelly should be executed for his criticism of donald trump that's

00:21:18.400 not what i said go back and look what i said now they're saying the same thing about donald trump

00:21:23.240 so what mark kelly and all these other deep state assets uh said in this video where they said members

00:21:29.880 of the military should ignore orders from the commander-in-chief uh when those orders are

00:21:34.820 illegal or unconstitutional not one of those people including this douchebag mark kelly can point to any 0.51

00:21:41.620 order by president donald trump that is either illegal or unconstitutional so i i and when the trump when

00:21:48.940 the president said this is seditious urging members of the military to ignore orders for the chain of

00:21:55.000 command for the commander-in-chief that is sedition that is i'm sorry judge napolitano you're wrong

00:21:59.920 that is indeed seditious which i do think he could be court-martialed for but when trump points out

00:22:06.080 that the penalty for treason is capital punishment that's just a matter of written law that that's not

00:22:12.820 that's not something he's making up so they're trying to make trump the bad guy when kelly who by the way

00:22:18.720 got to the senate because sadly his wife was a was a victim in an attempted an attempted assassination

00:22:25.300 uh and because he's used his military career uh as somehow uh a qualification i'd like to explain to

00:22:33.380 him why he was in bed with the communist chinese company making surveillance balloons explain that to us

00:22:38.520 roger uh let's turn to uh another issue and it's a case down in um the eastern district of virginia that

00:22:46.720 has now been a thrown out against um big tish james and james comey and the issues there that

00:22:54.960 reportedly um ed martin and lindsey halligan are being investigated by todd blanche what can you tell

00:23:01.480 us about what's going on down there and is that investigation really happening and for what uh there's

00:23:07.300 a couple things at play here first of all i want to point out that the the the similarities of the

00:23:14.320 differences between the case against comey the case against me we're both charged with the exact

00:23:18.740 same crime lying to congress under oath difference was no misstatement i made was material no misstatement

00:23:26.140 i made was willful no misstatement i made covered up any underlying crime because as we now know there

00:23:33.340 was no russian collusion there was no wikileaks collaboration there was no other crime how come the

00:23:40.020 fbi storms my home at six o'clock in the morning with the cnn camera to arrest me but that james

00:23:45.600 comey's allowed to leisurely turn himself in 10 days after they announced his indictment why did the

00:23:51.060 judge gag me so i wasn't allowed to defend myself on shows like this on cable on radio on tv on social

00:23:58.420 media i'm not even allowed to talk about my case publicly there was no gag on james comey how come

00:24:04.040 comey's lawyers argue that he was selectively prosecuted the target of political uh targeting

00:24:11.500 and weaponization my lawyers were specifically prohibited for arguing that in my case why are

00:24:17.960 there different rules for him now let's get to the legality of the prosecutor the ruling by the clinton

00:24:24.660 hack judge that lindsey halligan's appointment is illegal is just legally and constitutionally wrong

00:24:31.520 it's false david shown you should get this video tore this apart last night with laura ingram shown is

00:24:37.880 probably the smartest lawyer in the country so the judge the judge issued a political ruling uh as far

00:24:45.180 as uh judge uh cameron mcgowan curry's concern the constitution doesn't matter the law doesn't matter

00:24:52.020 the facts don't matter the rules don't matter they just do whatever they want but speaking of illegal

00:24:58.940 prosecutors uh in my case i was charged by robert muller but guess what robert muller's appointment

00:25:07.180 was unconstitutional how do i know that well because jack smith's appointment was unconstitutional

00:25:12.700 and the fact pattern is identical neither one of them ever confirmed by the u.s senate no law in place

00:25:19.720 creating the position to which they were appointed and no budgeting for their prosecutions their witch

00:25:26.280 hunts so just as uh judge uh cannon in florida correctly found uh that jack smith's appointment

00:25:33.520 was unconstitutional the appointment robert muller was equally constitutional i know that the dc appeals

00:25:39.600 court which is really just a democrat club uh ruled incorrectly on that and of course i ran out of time

00:25:46.480 to get it to the supreme court but i'd like to see that case get to the supreme court because if it were

00:25:51.000 true and i believe it is true then my conviction would be extinguished would be overturned so uh

00:25:57.840 this is a outrageous i should also say um that the president's appointment of lindsey halligan was

00:26:05.160 brilliant here's why eric siebert who was the u.s attorney who glenn youngkin the guy who made all

00:26:12.040 his money in china that glenn youngkin governor of virginia former governor of virginia uh recommended

00:26:17.920 eric siebert but eric siebert who was the u.s attorney appointed by donald trump but approved

00:26:24.020 by senators warner and kane that's how you know immediately he's a bad guy uh and subsequently put

00:26:29.780 into his position not by the u.s senate but by the federal judges sitting in that district

00:26:34.380 uh after 120 days he never disclosed to anyone that he had a conflict of interest in the comey case

00:26:42.780 he never disclosed that his father-in-law his wife's father was the godfather to james comey's

00:26:50.280 daughter he also never disclosed that his father-in-law had represented james comey as a

00:26:56.440 private attorney he should have he should have recused himself from the beginning there is a bar

00:27:01.780 complaint that will be filed in virginia this guy needs to lose his law license he had an obligation

00:27:06.380 to disclose that and recuse himself and he didn't he was quietly preparing a 51 page brief which he was

00:27:13.080 arguing that james comey should not be prosecuted so in other words ignore the evidence and just put

00:27:19.300 forward a political decision to give your buddy your wife's father-in-law's best friend uh a pass

00:27:26.300 and donald trump caught them and he basically fired him i mean technically uh siebert resigned but he

00:27:34.160 resigned two steps of being ahead of being canned and he pointed lindsey halligan now the media i think 0.99

00:27:40.920 largely because she's very attractive trying to denigrate her as a beauty queen or just an insurance 1.00

00:27:48.220 lawyer she her academic credentials are extraordinary she graduated summa cum laude she got out of law school

00:27:55.740 and got her degree early uh she's brilliant as a lawyer but she got no backup from the u.s justice 0.98

00:28:02.080 department she got no backup from from those running the justice department here so she she uh went ahead

00:28:08.440 and took all the evidence to a grand jury and a grand jury of letitia james peers a grand jury of james

00:28:15.400 comey's peers they found a probable cause for a crime and they indicted so if there was no crime here

00:28:21.260 as the as the both of the the defendants tried to argue why did the grand jury see it otherwise

00:28:28.520 so i i think that she's a hero i think she's valiant i think her appointment was valid in the case of

00:28:35.700 comey we both understand they're trying to run out the clock uh and it may be difficult for them to

00:28:40.620 re-indict him uh based on the statute of limitations letitia james is not out of the woods she will be

00:28:47.800 re-indicted i predict you she'll actually be indicted in in in multiple jurisdictions she is nowhere near home free

00:28:55.460 let's be clear this decision by judge cameron mcgowan curry the democrat hat posing as a jurist

00:29:02.660 uh never dealt with any of the facts of the cases they threw these cases out based solely on an incorrect

00:29:11.560 claim that the prosecutor lindsey halligan was in properly uh appointed that ruling i've talked to

00:29:18.940 several lawyers today that ruling is just completely wrong comey argued and judge curry agreed that

00:29:25.700 subsection d uh of uh the specific law the the uh government vacancies law um said that her appointment

00:29:35.180 could not be filled that is just simply incorrect but if you're a left-wing democrat democrat judge

00:29:41.740 you can say whatever you want the facts the law the constitution the evidence the rules these things

00:29:47.020 that don't matter and i want to make a distinction roger real quick here for the audience the case was

00:29:56.980 dismissed without prejudice so that means that the case was dismissed because of a procedural issue

00:30:01.960 issue which was the unlawful appointment of the prosecutor not on the underlying crime i want to roll that

00:30:07.320 video roger real quickly for the audience of david shown uh with laura ingram uh there's some of the

00:30:13.000 procedural stuff here is in question but you say this was avoidable how so it was avoidable

00:30:21.420 because uh quite frankly the justice department should have just put somebody in the room with lindsey 1.00

00:30:26.680 halligan would have taken away all of the arguments for dismissal quite frankly based on all the decisions

00:30:31.700 around the country i still don't think the decision is right but it was avoidable in that sense i give

00:30:36.240 lindsey halligan great credit and she showed great courage here she looked at the facts and the evidence

00:30:41.020 she saw that was there was a wrong committed and she got an indictment she was put in this position

00:30:46.300 and she should have had more support than she was given but it's not a major setback for the trump

00:30:51.260 administration or anything like that it was obviously it was going to happen but i think they're wrong in the

00:30:57.140 arguments for a couple of reasons there's some pretty esteemed scholars steve calabrese paul cassel

00:31:02.560 who've explained why the courts just have it wrong with this um professor calabrese says this section

00:31:09.520 of the law 546 is unconstitutional it invades the executive power and he cites a couple of recent cases

00:31:16.580 that talk about the exclusive executive power and here to appoint a representative of the executive

00:31:21.660 branch cassel says it's constitutional but that the president has the right to appoint successive

00:31:26.460 interim u.s attorneys or in this case she could act as acting u.s attorney we see in the case in

00:31:32.200 california with bilal assaylee that he continued to go on as first assistant so i again i give great

00:31:38.640 credit to miss halligan but the other point i would make here is this these are public figures first of

00:31:43.820 all the hypocrisy of the argument now given the position these folks took with jack smith but in any of

00:31:49.480 putting that aside these are public figures why not deal with these cases on the merits they're

00:31:54.060 going to have to sooner or later because they will be re-indicted and if you read the uh miss james

00:31:59.840 indictment carefully and of course everyone's entitled presumption of innocence if you read it

00:32:03.860 carefully they have her coming and going if they can prove the uh allegations in the indictment first

00:32:09.480 she claimed a secondary home which means she has to have certain personal use days 14 days a year

00:32:14.580 but in her tax schedule according to the indictment at least she said zero personal days in the home

00:32:19.880 i would ask questions like did she have an insurance policy what did she put on her application did she 0.99

00:32:24.560 make a claim what was her capacity there i think that case is going to be a slam dunk quite frankly

00:32:29.280 yeah roger i couldn't agree with david shown more and i guess we'll see how this case proceeds and how

00:32:34.600 this wraps up before we wrap up i want to get your take real quick i don't know if you had the chance

00:32:38.240 to see the story it was in the last few minutes uh but eric swallows well swalwell uh has filed a

00:32:43.820 lawsuit uh against bill pulte because it turns out swalswell is having a little bit of a problem he 0.97

00:32:50.520 wants to run for governor but his house more roger you can't make this shit up his house mortgage 0.86

00:32:55.820 his primary residence is not in california as in the state he represents yeah i i this is great because 0.98

00:33:05.460 i you know as you know uh bill pulte's lawyers will now be allowed to have eric swalwell under oath

00:33:11.280 a lot of questions you want to ask him about his relationship with fang fang the communist chinese

00:33:16.000 spy he penetrated her and then she penetrated his congressional office when he was a member of the 0.97

00:33:21.500 house intelligence committee and he had access to classified information uh but right now he's not

00:33:27.140 eligible to be governor of california because he has no legal residence in the state of california which

00:33:32.700 is required by state law unfortunately we can't count on state uh officials in all in california

00:33:39.380 to stand up for that law but you cannot call a 1.2 million dollar mansion in washington dc your

00:33:48.100 principal legal residence and represent the state of california in congress it violates california state

00:33:54.640 law i will say this for eric though his his style is changing hygienically and and stylistically he's

00:34:02.040 kind of moved more more towards the steve bannon look the unwashed unkempt toothless hobo look that

00:34:11.120 steve favors yeah bannon by the way we're running short on time here but i gotta bring it up i elon

00:34:17.620 musk had posted months ago with his little beef with bannon that he's in the epstein files and roger

00:34:22.560 as we've seen over the last two weeks uh he's a lot more in those epstein files than i would have ever

00:34:28.020 believed i'd sent you last night i was reading jeffrey epstein was asking steve bannon how much

00:34:32.920 he should shave his face and bannon replies let's leave a little growth some weird ass text messages 0.77

00:34:39.240 and i ask everyone to go read them uh bannon uh saying we're going to change your image to make 0.98

00:34:45.020 it look like these young girls who are preyed on are actually the bad one i mean six six stuff roger

00:34:51.100 i think i figured out why trump has distanced himself from bannon now well i look everybody

00:34:55.980 just asks me they keep asking me because they didn't get much media coverage from the fake news

00:34:59.940 what's your beef with bannon it's very simple he perjured himself on my trial he told the house

00:35:04.160 intelligence committee he had never discussed wiki leaks or julian assange with me which was correct

00:35:09.100 but he showed up as a surprise witness for robert muller saying the exact opposite don't listen to me

00:35:14.780 listen to jonathan turley the george washington university law professor who read both transcripts

00:35:19.100 and said there was a meaningful contradiction between them reported by the new york post so

00:35:24.400 that's my beef he tried to sell me down the river for seven to nine years secondarily he pled guilty

00:35:29.740 in new york state from stealing 15 million dollars from the build the wall foundation so he was stealing

00:35:35.640 money from little old ladies and small donors who were just trying to do the right thing but as i said

00:35:41.720 from the beginning he was in bed with epstein he was coaching epstein on his rehabilitation uh he was he

00:35:47.740 filmed 15 hours or 10 hours a video with epstein that he has not released my favorite exchange that i

00:35:54.460 read was when epstein says to him you can use my island or my home in palm beach anytime and benny says 0.98

00:36:00.360 thanks brother who calls a convicted sex criminal brother uh so steve ben is up to his ass uh with 0.94

00:36:09.120 jeffrey epstein clearly uh a key advisor with him telling him that when you're accused of assaulting 0.98

00:36:15.820 underage children just claim that they were they look young but they were older than they appeared

00:36:21.500 which is of course a lie yep and by the way this was all after bannon had already uh uh sorry epstein

00:36:27.460 had already pled guilty to two uh felonies of procuring underage girls for prostitution it was it was

00:36:34.560 two counts very similar with the charges that he was coaching him with this absolutely reprehensible

00:36:39.220 and disgusting roger before we wrap up i've got to play a short clip for you and get a response to 0.93

00:36:43.820 your second favorite person besides steve bannon take a listen cases granting mercy discovering that

00:36:50.080 uh the terrible trauma that everyone's going through and i had a little bit of a pritzker joke

00:36:57.380 i was going to talk about pritzker in size but when i talk about pritzker i get angry because he's not

00:37:03.040 letting us do the job so i'm not going to tell my pritzker joke they have a very cute little joke

00:37:07.760 you know some speechwriter wrote some joke about his weight uh but i would never want to talk about 0.98

00:37:14.620 his weight i don't talk about people being fat i refuse to talk about the fact that he's a fat slob 0.96

00:37:20.960 i don't mention it on a more serious note as we gather around the dinner table i'd like to lose a

00:37:27.240 few pounds too by the way jb pritzker your second favorite person roger you get the last word here

00:37:34.120 jb pritzker the bolshevik billionaire this guy's so fat he has his own zip code i mean i i met the

00:37:42.300 guy i met him on the corner 31st 32nd and 33rd street when jb pritzker sits around the house trust me

00:37:50.620 he sits around the house he hasn't seen his own feet in 25 years uh but uh this idea i know you

00:37:59.280 know this um he has a mansion on the outskirts of chicago uh but he bought the mansion next door

00:38:05.620 so that he can have privacy and then he tore all of the toilets out of that house which is vacant 0.98

00:38:11.460 so that he wouldn't have to pay the full property tax on it uh he's a disgusting human being uh he is 0.84

00:38:17.960 going to end up to be found to be legally liable by ordering the chicago police not to support ice 0.85

00:38:25.040 agents who may be in peril because they're performing their duties any of those ice agents who are injured

00:38:30.860 and there are some they will bring a legal action against jb pritzker who there's plenty of money to

00:38:36.080 get there as well as the brain dead mayor of chicago brandon johnson a man with a six percent approval

00:38:43.200 rating uh jb pritzker this guy thinks he's going to be president somehow i don't think so yeah and i

00:38:49.200 don't even think it's his money i think it's his daddy's money right from uh from the hyatt what it

00:38:53.340 was a hyatt he worked at or is it running yeah i mean the guy has more chins than a chinese phone
