The Great America Show - Former Head of the D.E.A. CONFIRMS HUGE NEWS as Tim Walz and the Democrats are in total disarray!

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this

00:00:06.080 beautiful monday in america uh i hope you all had a great weekend happy monday uh if you guys took

00:00:11.360 the weekend off from the news it was quite a busy news cycle it was also a busy monday uh tim waltz

00:00:18.280 tampon tim waltz announcing this afternoon he will not be seeking re-election he did a little press

00:00:24.120 conference he stormed out and nearly had a meltdown but it all boiled down to no pun intended he's not

00:00:31.060 seeking re-election because of that good old youtuber one who exposed the somali fraud take 0.52

00:00:37.040 a listen to tampon tim we've got conspiracy theorists right-wing youtubers breaking into our daycares 1.00

00:00:43.760 demanding access to our children we've got the president of the united states demonizing our 0.75

00:00:51.260 somali neighbors and wrongfully confiscating funds that minnesotans rely on it's disgusting and it's 0.94

00:00:58.640 dangerous he said those are our children the only problem was was there were no children in those

00:01:05.880 daycares thanks to that youtuber he says uh nick shirley who absolutely blew the lid off of the

00:01:10.920 over 100 million views uh on that expose he did but tampon tim waltz i think uh the house of cards

00:01:17.600 is starting to crumble down on him and it's getting windy over there uh because him not running for

00:01:22.280 election i think signals he may be in a little bit of trouble and he's gonna have to start answering

00:01:26.360 some questions uh about the uh somalis and their daycare centers and the government subsidies and how

00:01:32.880 these people got so rich and where the money came from um and quite frankly i think tim doesn't want to

00:01:37.980 answer those questions because he was probably possibly a little complicit in it president trump

00:01:43.840 yesterday aboard air force one on his way back from florida from the holiday break

00:01:47.860 had this to say about the somalians he's had enough of them we don't let them take ships anymore you 1.00

00:01:53.600 know why we use the same exact missile on them that we use on the drug carriers and it's very effective

00:02:00.600 you notice there's nobody capturing ships anymore because as they head out to go capture the ship

00:02:06.580 and the ship doesn't want to fire back because it's very flammable stuff in many cases and the insurance

00:02:13.640 companies don't want to say you know they build a billion dollar ship and they don't want anybody firing

00:02:19.460 rockets into the ship but we're hitting them so hard and uh it's very similar same same missile system

00:02:28.380 it's called deadly accurate and you notice that ships aren't being taken anymore the pirates are

00:02:35.660 that's right i thought about the pirates aren't well no no somali car it's actually very easy they 0.91

00:02:40.080 head out we say guess what there's pirates being at the end of the pirates the shipping the shipping

00:02:46.980 business coming back because see these are little things that we're doing and i'm doing it not just

00:02:52.160 for american ships i'm doing it worldwide because we don't want ships taken by somalia somalia

00:03:00.400 pilots pirates we don't want the ships taken by the somali pirates as president trump said the gloves

00:03:08.780 are off folks now just a couple of miles uh to the east uh over in the united nations today sat another

00:03:15.200 man by the name of waltz waltz waltz mike waltz over at the un uh giving some reaffirming words for the

00:03:23.160 people of venezuela let nicholas maduro know if he's got any uh kind of technology or television

00:03:30.700 in his jail cell that it's time to liberate uh the venezuelan uh country for those great people who have

00:03:38.020 quite honestly lived in anguish for many many years members of this council colleagues the united

00:03:44.700 states wants a better future for venezuela we believe a better future for the people of venezuela

00:03:52.020 and for the people of the region and the world is stabilizing the region and making the neighborhood

00:03:59.180 that we live in a much better and safer place and this is why millions of venezuelans that have fled 1.00

00:04:08.320 this brutal regime are celebrating and cheering around the world as this body pontificates

00:04:16.500 including those celebrating or including in my home state of florida where hundreds of thousands of

00:04:25.120 venezuelans have fled this regime's brutality i want to reiterate president trump gave diplomacy

00:04:34.580 a chance he offered maduro multiple off-ramps he tried to de-escalate maduro refused to take them

00:04:45.180 president president president trump made it clear that the narco terrorism must stop and yet

00:04:51.560 it continued the united states will not waver in our actions to protect americans from the scourge of

00:05:00.740 narco terrorism and seeks peace liberty and justice for the great people of venezuela i thank you mr

00:05:08.100 president and i might add to that amen under maduro those people are living and i mean just total

00:05:14.580 squalor uh since 2013 he managed to shrink the gdp by about 75 to 80 percent i mean how do you do that

00:05:22.800 he brought oil production down from 3 million barrels a day from the early 2000s down a third

00:05:29.060 to about 800 000 barrels a day i mean a country that literally thrives on oil makes its money on oil

00:05:36.980 poverty surged over 90 percent at its peak rampant corruption i mean the place is just a total mess

00:05:45.020 and in some years inflation reaching as high as a million percent price and currency controls

00:05:53.480 lead to shortages of food medicine essential needs

00:05:59.020 i mean kids being raised malnourished some of them not eating for days and not to mention

00:06:07.600 the tens of millions of venezuelans who had to flee their homes and their country

00:06:12.820 where they grew up under the maduro regime the reign of terror is over and it's time to liberate that

00:06:23.320 great country what was once a great country and it will be made great again

00:06:27.220 with maduro now being inside of a jail cell in brooklyn new york marco rubio who's been

00:06:35.220 massively responsible for all of this and by the way we're going to be joined in just a few moments by

00:06:39.180 the former head of the dea great american great friend of mine derek maltz to take all this up and

00:06:45.860 much much more so you're going to want to hang tight for that he's going to be joining us

00:06:48.640 in just a few moments but marco rubio secretary of state who i've got to say he's done such a

00:06:54.020 tremendous job uh one that deserves great admiration i didn't think he was capable of it

00:07:02.520 uh and i'm glad i stand corrected but he made his rounds on uh television over the weekend and one of 0.98

00:07:07.780 these stops was cbs's to face the nation with margaret brennan who's just a total buffoon a total liar 1.00

00:07:13.060 and an enemy of the people and she had the audacity we're going to roll the clip for you but she had 0.96

00:07:17.640 the audacity to ask him since there was bounties on other people inside the venezuelan government's

00:07:23.300 heads five or so other people why they didn't scoop them up at the same time this massive precision

00:07:32.340 military extraction of maduro she wanted to know why they didn't get the other five like it was some

00:07:40.700 sort of uber car service that they were just picking them up take a listen to marco just absolutely 0.76

00:07:45.640 level this dumb skull he also said the u.s is ready to stage a second and much larger attack if we need 0.87

00:07:50.940 to do so um but i'm curious because you you just described the regime as still in place essentially 0.96

00:07:59.120 i mean i'm i'm curious why the trump administration decided to leave it intact and only arrest

00:08:05.580 nicolas maduro and his wife the person who controls the police the chief thug

00:08:11.240 diastai cabello he's the interior minister he's been indicted by the united states he was in that

00:08:16.860 indictment the administration released he's a narco terrorist there's a 25 million dollar price

00:08:22.060 on his head he's still in place the defense minister who has deep ties to russia 15 million

00:08:28.160 dollar price on his head he is still in place i'm confused are they still wanted by the united states

00:08:35.420 why didn't you arrest them if you are taking out the narco terrorist regime you're confused

00:08:41.620 i don't know why that's confusing to you they're still in power very simple you're not going to go 0.97

00:08:45.880 in and they wrap up you're going to but yeah but you can't go you're going to go in and suck up five 0.92

00:08:50.240 people okay they're already complaining about this one operation imagine the howls we would have from

00:08:55.420 everybody else if we actually had to go and stay there four days to capture four other people we got

00:09:00.320 the top priority the the number one person on the list was the guy who claimed to be the president

00:09:05.660 of the country that he was not and he was arrested along with his wife who was also indicted and that

00:09:10.380 was a pretty sophisticated and frankly complicated operation it was it is not easy to land helicopters

00:09:15.700 in the middle of the largest military base in the country the guy lived on a military base

00:09:20.200 land within three minutes kick down his door grab him put him in handcuffs read him his rights put him

00:09:25.380 in a helicopter and leave the country without losing any american or any american assets that's

00:09:30.300 not an easy mission and you're asking me why didn't we do that in five other places at the

00:09:33.900 same time i mean that's absurd i do think this is one of the most you know daring uh you know

00:09:40.840 complicated sophisticated missions this country has carried out in a very long time tremendous

00:09:45.880 credit to the u.s military personnel who did it it was unbelievable and uh tremendous success and

00:09:51.600 today an indicted drug trafficker who was not the legitimate president of venezuela who we don't

00:09:57.040 recognize the biden administration didn't recognize 60 something countries don't recognize

00:10:01.460 the european union doesn't recognize and many countries in latin america don't recognize he was

00:10:06.240 a convicted he was a indicted drug trafficker he was arrested his wife was arrested also the others

00:10:12.040 the others who were also indicted are still system of courts the others who were also indicted are still

00:10:16.440 in place so that's the point of my questioning there but you talked about not being the legitimate

00:10:22.860 president you wanted us to land in five other military bases no i'm asking why you chose that

00:10:27.820 this was the limit of the military operation so she wants to know why they went in and got nicolas maduro

00:10:35.880 first and not the defense minister and the chief financial officer and the the the chief operating 0.99

00:10:42.360 officer and the head of tech is she really this stupid you go in you extract one of these people 1.00

00:10:49.220 you leave maduro and then you never get maduro out yet this woman sitting there on cbs probably 1.00

00:10:56.060 making millions of dollars a year to be an idiot a useful idiot or as i say useless idiot this is what 1.00

00:11:02.780 we're up against folks it's not just foreign countries we're up against it's not just drug mules and 1.00

00:11:08.120 drug traffickers we're up against a corrupt mainstream media we're going to take a quick break

00:11:14.640 here on the other side of this quick break we're going to be joined by a friend former head of the

00:11:18.240 dea the drug enforcement agency who played a massive role uh in this extraction of nicolas maduro we've

00:11:24.280 seen them all around him for the last few days uh former head of the dea derrick malt is going to be

00:11:28.680 joining us on this side of this quick break if you're joining us on rumble or youtube please be sure to hit

00:11:32.340 that like subscribe and follow button give us a thumbs up let us know where you're tuned in from we're

00:11:36.340 taking a break we're going to be back in less than 60 seconds on the other side of this quick break

00:11:40.140 we're going to be joined by derrick malt's former head of the dea please stay with us

00:11:48.240 and joining us now is uh derrick malt he's the former head of the dea he is now the senior vice

00:11:56.160 president at penn lake derrick uh delight to have you on the show it's been a while but i'm glad to

00:12:01.320 get you on here so you were a man who used to run the dea and everywhere we turn on a television now

00:12:07.080 derrick you see dea uh on all these guys backs who are parading around and bringing maduro as um you

00:12:14.280 know kind of like a car service it seems to me now um your thoughts first as as the dea

00:12:20.260 um in conjunction with the with the military the delta special forces pulled off like a one in a

00:12:27.300 million mission derrick my opinion yeah yeah yeah so again my brother served in the military he was an

00:12:33.140 air force power rescue unfortunately he died in operation indoor and freedom so i became very

00:12:39.220 familiar with some of the special forces operations when i was in dea special ops division we worked

00:12:45.100 closely with southcom and socom and i'm very very impressed but most importantly and that's why i have

00:12:51.380 this hat on because i'm so proud of america so proud of the brave men and women in the military

00:12:56.840 that did such a flawless operation to support law enforcement to do a brilliant extraction of bringing

00:13:03.540 this narco dictator terrorists back to america to face justice with his wife so it was very impressive 1.00

00:13:10.560 to watch it happened very quickly there wasn't thank god any casualties from our side and from my

00:13:17.740 understanding like all the equipment even came back and was able to uh you know be a safe mission and

00:13:24.580 very effective so very very proud of the country for their efforts i've got to ask you because i've seen

00:13:30.080 all over twitter i don't know if you spend any time on twitter derek but all over twitter there's

00:13:34.280 dea agents posing with pictures with maduro do you know the validity of any of these have you seen them

00:13:39.780 yeah i mean look i'm very closely aligned with the dea my father was 30 years in the dea

00:13:45.680 i did 28 years in the dea and i work every day to support dea and all the agencies because this is

00:13:51.640 much bigger than the dea this is about the u.s government we have the biggest threats that we've ever

00:13:57.580 had in the history of our country and i'm going to show you something only because i just want i

00:14:01.460 believe in visuals right so i i make this visual i made this visual in 2014 when i led the sod

00:14:08.020 operation and this visual shows the complexity of the threats in the red line the green line showing

00:14:13.860 the u.s government's ability and capabilities to deal with it for a lot of reasons and the black line

00:14:19.180 is the gap growing between good and evil right so when i was in the dea what i tried to do as the

00:14:26.560 acting administrator is to get the folks to understand there's a much bigger picture dea is

00:14:32.400 a tremendous agency they have a worldwide presence they've been going after bad guys for you know

00:14:36.880 forever and i was fortunate enough to be part of it but i would say that what i was trying to do

00:14:42.360 is help build this powerful force of good to defeat evil because the evil right now is off the charts

00:14:49.120 and unfortunately because of our wide open border for the last four years the american taxpayer has no

00:14:56.180 idea the pain and suffering we're going to feel for many years because of that and i hate to say it i

00:15:01.480 don't want to be doom and gloom one of the reasons i made that that that slide in 2014 is try to motivate

00:15:07.380 people to come together to unite so it was very very nice for me to be inside the government to see

00:15:14.220 the white house having this you know whole of government approach i would have dreamed let me

00:15:19.780 let me say that slowly i would have dreamed to have the white house supporting my efforts at the sod

00:15:26.160 operation as i built it up from nine to 30 agencies to go after the biggest targets in the world

00:15:32.480 now that wasn't a dea only operation we had 30 agencies there we built it from nine to 30 agencies

00:15:39.700 now if you if you remember project cassandra the infiltration into hezbo's global money laundering

00:15:45.620 and drug trafficking network that was done from the special operations division working with our

00:15:51.740 agencies and our partners around the globe but the point is is that we exposed the role of venezuela

00:15:59.320 we exposed the corruption in venezuela and these other countries so many years ago as a matter of fact

00:16:04.860 i'm very proud one of my uh case agents was on 60 minutes uh yesterday he was talking about the

00:16:12.120 maduro investigation he was one of the leaders he he actually was the case agent and then he became a

00:16:17.700 supervisor and i was very proud to see him out there because we've been targeting those corrupt leaders

00:16:23.040 uh inside the dea for many years along with our counterparts but and that was the beauty of the sod

00:16:30.060 operation is we had all the agencies there together in a task force environment so it's very very awesome

00:16:36.540 to see all this derek the the the thing that boggles my mind is kamala harris and not even to get

00:16:42.520 political with you on this but kamala harris and joe biden uh about a year ago to the date almost put

00:16:48.560 out a 25 million dollar bounty on maduro go get this guy okay yeah they put out the bounty of course 0.89

00:16:53.300 because they like to call trump's bluff that you can't do it so trump says bullshit i can do it and i'm 0.86

00:16:58.620 gonna do it he goes out there they get this guy in i like a record-breaking amount of time no deaths 0.82

00:17:05.060 very few injuries no equipment left behind as you said they go in there and they do this and you've

00:17:10.460 got democrats and you've got some republicans who are going absolutely berserk derek but they don't

00:17:16.020 go berserk when the cdc puts out a hundred thousand people die each year of drug overdoses even though

00:17:21.940 it's we you and i both know it's probably double or triple that based on people who don't get

00:17:26.180 autopsies or you know you know people on the side of the road so it's probably two or three hundred

00:17:30.820 thousand people were dying a year of drug overdoses but thomas massey doesn't care about that he cares

00:17:36.880 about the optics of blowing up drug boats or uh ran paul cares about blowing up drug boats and

00:17:42.040 not taking out maduro who is a terrorist right so let me say this i mean i have said it repeatedly and

00:17:49.780 it's very simple that politics should never get in front of national security and public safety

00:17:56.420 in 2007 the uh the commander admiral stab writers gave me the fireball slide when i was working uh with

00:18:05.420 my sod operation on all these terrorist threats and also hezbollah and this was his worst nightmare as 0.84

00:18:11.440 the commander in charge of southcom that image is forever in my brain and that was 18 years ago

00:18:16.940 so when you have kids and you have grandchildren it's very selfish to be making these kind of

00:18:22.460 statements because you're not helping anybody because most people that are paying attention to 0.97

00:18:27.680 details know that you're a political fool okay and it's really sad because like ran paul is a smart guy 0.94

00:18:35.120 so i i understand you can have a different opinion but you know there's definitely some truth to this 0.99

00:18:41.360 trump derangement syndrome and it's spread not only from the democrats but throughout the

00:18:46.460 republican rhinos as they say and i'm not a politician as a matter of fact i came up with a

00:18:51.720 statement several years ago that the things that i talk about are not red or blue they're red white

00:18:55.920 and blue every american should care so americans should be celebrating this week on the greatest

00:19:02.460 action we've ever seen at this level this extraction operation in support of a u.s indictment by the way

00:19:10.320 in the southern district of new york and i've worked there you know with them many years

00:19:14.160 and and everyone did such a good job and now they want to be like those people in the corner that

00:19:19.720 just want to bash trump and talk about the legality of it and it's actually really disgusting and by

00:19:25.240 the way when i show you my chart that's what contributes to the green line going down very low

00:19:31.080 so they're actually contributing to the evil winning and that's really bad and i hate to say it but

00:19:37.100 right now we're in a fight good versus evil that's what it comes down to let me ask you something when

00:19:41.540 you were at the head of the dea uh derek um were these drug boats coming over were you made aware

00:19:47.760 of any of the drug boats did you have any uh say or anything into any intel into the drug boats coming

00:19:53.880 from venezuela the drug the drug boats have been coming through the caribbean forever right we used

00:20:00.180 to target all the command and control leadership in venezuela we targeted not only the drug boats

00:20:05.380 but the flights of cocaine going into surinam the flights of cocaine going into honduras at record

00:20:11.860 levels because the fork and the eln in colombia were actually working with impunity right down there

00:20:19.900 and they were just pushing all the drugs in the safe haven the sanctuary that was created for the

00:20:25.320 last 20 25 years by not only maduro but chavez and the cartel de los souls so the drug boats have been

00:20:32.640 you know actually very very active for many years and because these boats are so fast and because the

00:20:38.760 u.s military has had limited resources it's very difficult to you know to stop them interdict them

00:20:44.700 although we've had success in the years but was it was very tough it was it was difficult and that's

00:20:51.060 like you know that's why i was very impressed with the with the change in the game plan but the reality

00:20:56.940 here is that venezuela was operating just like i said with impunity and the the tons of cocaine were

00:21:06.440 coming in at record levels from colombia and there's such a market in the world so yeah the dea and the

00:21:13.240 other agencies who have people overseas have confidential sources that are working every day on the ground

00:21:20.640 in the boat yards on the piers on the docks and providing u.s law enforcement specific detailed

00:21:27.360 information i mean look there's there's no surprise here to anybody that's ever done an investigation

00:21:32.960 the number one resource is the human resource so if you have a source of information that's working

00:21:39.220 within the drug network within the terrorist network that's how you're going to infiltrate what

00:21:43.840 they're doing that's how you're going to identify their vulnerabilities their weaknesses and that's how you

00:21:48.820 develop a plan of action and of course with the technology that's available today is so sophisticated

00:21:55.740 and so accurate that the u.s military the intelligence community and law enforcement are very well equipped

00:22:02.440 with these technologies so none of this is surprising to me but you know what is is disgusting when they

00:22:08.820 question the secretary of war and the president that were they really drug boats yeah like i mean like our

00:22:15.760 military is going to start hitting like fishermen on boats in the middle of the ocean i mean how absurd

00:22:21.640 is that your your point about confidential human sources is absolutely 100 correct because that's

00:22:28.360 just how they extracted nicholas maduro at least that's according to the reporting that uh he was

00:22:33.140 infiltrated by either the cia or some deep undercover and his his group uh ultimately turned him over which

00:22:38.760 is yeah so look i mean look the the there were also retired folks from that region that were providing

00:22:46.400 very very specific information because they care about america they care about our people our kids

00:22:52.120 our grandchildren and our nephews and nieces and our future generation so they want to contribute in

00:22:57.720 any way they can you know like they say you know you see something you say something so it doesn't matter

00:23:02.220 if you're an old man and you're retired if you have information you want to provide it to

00:23:05.640 the authorities and by the way i am saying this because i can testify to this we have some of the

00:23:11.240 greatest american patriots in the world i mean these guys are so dedicated and so caring about our

00:23:18.220 country's national security and quite frankly with this new president in office right the president of

00:23:24.140 action as marco rubio called him the other day which i love by the way um they feel that they're

00:23:30.260 protected they that he's got their back so that they you know their their ties are off their hands

00:23:36.220 right so they're able to move full speed ahead using all the power of the u.s government yeah when

00:23:41.480 you can do your job on impunity and have to worry about uh you know someone coming after you for

00:23:46.200 absolutely nothing i think it makes it a lot easier so real quickly before we move on so we can

00:23:50.620 make some breaking news here you derrick maltz former head of the dea could confirm that those are not

00:23:56.380 indeed racing boats they're not indeed boats feeding the fish out in the ocean they are indeed uh drug

00:24:02.760 boats and those big blue barrels are not fish food they're cocaine yeah yeah i mean look i'm not a

00:24:08.580 expert on drug boats but when you see like these go fast boats with like five engines on the back

00:24:15.320 right and you see those blue you know tanks right and you see you know bales on the deck right you can

00:24:23.500 pretty much you know you could you could be almost blind and and understand that these aren't fishermen

00:24:28.140 yeah because they've tried to tell us it's maybe humans being smuggled or and i'm like uh you know

00:24:35.020 it's it's a lot easier to get a human but i would but i would say this i want to be very transparent

00:24:40.000 on this so the dominican republic had a press conference in one of the first strikes and they

00:24:45.500 showed a lot of bales that were recovered in the ocean after the strike of the boat and i was very

00:24:51.140 impressed because i would like to see more of that by the u.s government because i think if they start

00:24:56.380 showing the evidence of the drugs that are being you know recovered maybe in many cases they're not

00:25:02.780 being recovered but if they are being recovered we should definitely be transparent i think i think

00:25:08.740 that pete haggseth and marco rubio and others have gone into congress and it provided them this type

00:25:14.620 of intelligence you know so they could feel feel more comfortable but i would like the public to see

00:25:19.980 that stuff because i think it would help the credibility

00:25:22.760 you make a completely rational point derek there's one problem is you've got democrats in

00:25:32.920 this country you can literally put the cocaine up to their nose and they would sniff it in and tell

00:25:37.100 you it's not cocaine just to prove a point and they'd all be dead on the side of the road like dead 0.97

00:25:41.540 fish i totally agree with that that's a great point yeah it's so asinine that that's the world we're 0.51

00:25:47.120 living in derrick it's like they want to convince people that the sky is not blue and that grass is

00:25:52.060 not green and i i think it drives a lot of people crazy and it's i think it's why donald trump won so

00:25:57.280 resoundingly yeah this last election it's why the poll numbers are so high with deporting people too

00:26:02.980 right so one of the things that i i've said a lot is that you know when the public voted in november

00:26:10.340 for the next president they voted for national security that's what they voted for it's very

00:26:16.520 clear and that's what they're getting they're getting it at a level that we've never seen in

00:26:20.540 the history of the country that's that's the thing i don't understand so anyway they can't

00:26:25.960 it's from the movie you can't handle the truth and that's exactly it the democrats can't handle the

00:26:30.800 truth when you tell them the truth they don't want to hear it so um hopefully they continue to lose

00:26:35.820 elections because derrick this is a threat to democracy it's a threat to america uh you know

00:26:41.240 you often hear the democrats and i was on info wars earlier to alex jones's network and you know i brought

00:26:46.760 up a point you often hear the democrats talking about well i have a right to health care i have a

00:26:51.760 right to own a house as an illegal i have a right to an attorney i have a right to put my kid in school

00:26:56.000 well where's your right as an american derrick to be able to walk down the street and take your kid

00:27:00.720 to the playground and not have to worry about drugs being trafficked right next to you or

00:27:04.640 right so yeah past your head so listen to this one i went out to colorado when i was acting dea

00:27:10.540 administrator and i was absolutely fascinated we took a lot of pictures and we talked about it at

00:27:15.800 the aurora colorado apartment buildings where the tda monsters took over the entire complex 0.98

00:27:21.640 they extorted every single uh you know tenant in the building for the rent the landlord was below

00:27:28.240 yeah peaceful right but the worst part about it is that the politicians locally

00:27:34.520 were in total denial they wouldn't even talk about it they wouldn't even go to the defense of the

00:27:40.260 poor innocent tenants that were just trying to you know earn a living in america it was disgusting

00:27:45.240 and the entire complex was taken over it wasn't just one building there was like six buildings in a

00:27:51.440 row and i'll never forget it but like this is the real world stuff or you're watching the news and

00:27:56.540 you see some old lady in new york city walking down the streets and some animal on a moped is

00:28:02.480 ripping the pocketbook off her neck and dragging it down the streets and why isn't anyone upset about

00:28:08.900 that like that's the stuff that kills me you know yeah i i mean i'm a new yorker derrick i spent a lot

00:28:14.480 of time in manhattan and i'll go out to dinner sometimes derrick and i'll walk out of a restaurant

00:28:18.460 a nice restaurant or wherever i am and it's it's it's more often than not derrick you you look down on the

00:28:24.180 left or right and someone's peeing themselves or pooping or shooting up heroin and i'll never

00:28:28.900 forget i came out of a club one night or a bar one night at you know midnight or whatever and i go to

00:28:33.700 walk to my car and there's a guy shooting up heroin there's a cop on the street corner and i look at

00:28:37.920 the cop i pointed the cop and i pointed the guy and the cop looks at me goes and i'm like what the

00:28:43.140 this is the society we've come into now when i grew up derrick if if you um did as much as like 0.97

00:28:49.720 spray painted something or threw an egg or you got your ass beat you went to jail whatever they 0.97

00:28:55.160 took you in they booked you now it's come to you can shoot up heroin on the street smoke crack on the 0.99

00:29:00.220 train platforms yeah it's perfectly fine yeah no it's really going in the wrong direction and

00:29:05.820 unfortunately based on the recent election uh in new york city i don't think it's going to get any

00:29:10.620 better i mean look elections have consequences that's the bottom line okay and this is going to

00:29:16.440 be very interesting in new york city and i hate to say it but i see it going in a bad direction

00:29:21.000 yeah when you've got the zohan mamdani it doesn't get much worse than that but you know what we had 1.00

00:29:26.680 built mayor bill de blasio which was i thought rock bottom so who knows so dark where do we go from

00:29:32.160 here i give me a rating um your best honest opinion how the trump administration is doing

00:29:37.620 uh right now the best of your your knowledge as it pertains to getting drugs off the street as it

00:29:42.760 pertains to these deportations as it pertains to making our cities safe again so for me i'm very

00:29:49.360 proud of the work that they all have been doing to make the country safe that's number one they've

00:29:54.720 shut down the border we've already seen the results like i don't think an illegal has been let into the

00:30:01.000 country like the catch and release bullshit i don't think one has been let into the country for seven or 0.79

00:30:05.980 eight months now okay if you look at the statistics from cbp and you look at the amount of fentanyl being 0.96

00:30:12.640 seized at the border it's been cut in half that's because they're very concerned about bringing

00:30:18.140 fentanyl into america because they know these narco terrorists know that there's going to be 0.97

00:30:22.460 accountability i think the very aggressive action against these uh narco terrorists is very appropriate 0.98

00:30:28.780 i think it's effective i think it's changing up their methods of operations unfortunately they're taking

00:30:34.600 advantage of the world's addiction to cocaine and they will continue to use the mass amounts of

00:30:39.900 cocaine out of colombia and peru bolivia and they will keep pushing that stuff over to europe over to

00:30:45.980 new england uh no i'm sorry to new zealand to australia um but one thing i want to make really clear

00:30:52.360 because this hasn't been talked enough about until we get serious about the demand for drugs until we get

00:30:58.460 serious about educating every kid in america every family in america until we get serious about

00:31:04.980 providing real access to the mental health issues in this country with depression and anxiety off the

00:31:11.520 charts right now people are turning to drugs and the illicit drug supply is tainted so synthetic drugs

00:31:17.160 have been a game changer our biggest nefarious actors and state actors are taking total advantages

00:31:23.680 advantage of this what they have done is real crystal clear they have weaponized drugs to

00:31:29.980 destabilize america and it's working really really well so if we continue to knock out the supply as best

00:31:36.780 we can that's great i'm totally in favor of that but until we start educating everyone and put that in

00:31:43.620 a sense with a sense of urgency i'll give you an example one of the things that i'm really pissed off

00:31:47.520 about right now do you know that the incoming drug czar who's a friend of mine sarah carter she's still 0.99

00:31:53.640 not actually confirmed it's supposed to happen this week now we're talking like almost a year into the

00:31:59.840 administration and these great congressmen and women are playing politics and not putting her in a 1.00

00:32:06.740 position to make a difference especially on the demand side and i know her very well and she's got a very

00:32:12.180 big heart for caring about people and she's going to actually really help these families and get them

00:32:18.440 the services that they need unfortunately our system's been hijacked like it's so antiquated this

00:32:25.120 process of confirmation the fact that you can have a political party standing up i mean some jobs don't get

00:32:30.880 me wrong the cabinet level positions it's important but these other positions and by the way on that note

00:32:36.600 it was obama administration that knocked the drugs are out of the cabinet so now it's treated like just

00:32:42.800 another position but unfortunately we've neglected the demand side of the drug issues and now with the

00:32:49.480 synthetic drugs it's a lot worse that's why i have to make collages with the families like this these are

00:32:54.980 the babies these aren't drug users these are innocent little babies that have died in houses on the

00:33:00.920 playground in cars because they came across it that's why i got to wear shirts like this at the

00:33:06.520 rally the lost voices of fentanyl rally the families gave me the shirt of the babies right because we're

00:33:12.480 not educating people people think oh it's not going to happen to my son my daughter they're going to

00:33:17.920 some ivy league school no it's happening to communities all over and families that are rich poor

00:33:23.360 black white hispanic it doesn't matter it's impacting all americans and that's what pisses me off 1.00

00:33:28.940 with these selfish congressmen and women i mean the whole system is broken they come into the beltway 1.00

00:33:34.960 making 175 000 a year and they leave with 50 million in their bank account how isn't that 0.78

00:33:40.960 a top priority like i don't understand how that's that people could be okay with that yeah you're

00:33:47.580 completely right and derek i gotta be honest with you there's not many people who have a voice like

00:33:51.980 you as long as i've known you it's probably been i guess three or four years or so now something like

00:33:57.020 that uh you've always had this loud monstrous voice and it's not just about alerting people to it but

00:34:02.960 it's about families and you've always been an advocate to these children you've always been an

00:34:07.180 advocate uh to the families you're absolutely right um but you're also absolutely right about

00:34:11.680 the synthetic drugs too we see now people can't get the heroin as much as they want or fentanyl as

00:34:16.100 much as they want so they're using trank which is a drug so let me let me stop let me stop you on that

00:34:21.560 one okay so i've been tracking the synthetic drugs working with the law enforcement guys and on my own

00:34:27.760 and watching the explosion of all the nitazines the editazine the isonitazine the protonitazine

00:34:34.420 all coming out of the chinese labs coming directly with the mail services and they're 20 40 50 they say 0.99

00:34:40.920 carfentanol is 100 times more powerful than fentanyl now here's the key one and you just brought it up so

00:34:46.200 let me tell you my perspective so xylazine as you said is a horse tranquilizer and if it's made in a

00:34:52.380 legitimate pharmaceutical company it's it's an important drug okay that being said when it's made

00:34:57.620 in chinese labs and then put into the the fentanyl in the streets of america and into the pills 0.75

00:35:04.560 so ask yourself this question it causes necrosis the rotten of human tissue so why would any rational

00:35:13.080 person put a substance into fentanyl into a pill and give it to americans and that's because we're in

00:35:21.000 the middle of an unrestricted war chemical war against the country it's been going on for many

00:35:26.260 years shame on america for not putting the pieces of the puzzle together shame on the politicians but

00:35:32.800 this isn't something that just started we've been talking about this crisis for so many years now it's

00:35:39.020 getting disgusting right now we're just catching up and talking about fentanyl in the news because

00:35:45.800 our congress right our president is all over this he's done more for the families than anybody in

00:35:51.860 the history of this country to go to support these families okay they made a big thing out of the

00:35:56.560 fentanyl halt act which was finally signed that should have been signed six years ago or 10 years ago

00:36:02.600 right but the reality is it was the politics that got in the way of the public safety and national

00:36:08.920 security and that's disgusting i don't know how some of these people go to bed at night or look in the

00:36:13.720 mirror at night or when they're shaving that they can actually think what they're doing is is legit

00:36:18.360 yeah they don't care about us derek they mean to harm america they mean to to hurt all the people

00:36:23.680 inside this country you know you brought up a a good point here you walk down the street here in new

00:36:28.180 york and this is a normal i mean you walk down the street derek in new york and they say and you see

00:36:37.360 people like this and they there's a name for it now it's called the fentanyl and these people take

00:36:43.740 fentanyl and then their body somehow defy all aspects of gravity and it's it's every major city

00:36:50.460 in america right now this is what we're faced with this is what we're dealing with here in america

00:36:55.400 that your kids your grandchildren walk down the street and by the way you know that on some of the

00:37:00.400 websites in china they're selling the xylazine uh for a dollar a kilogram and by the way uh the last

00:37:07.220 study that was done by dea in 2024 30 of the samples the powdered samples that they analyzed in the lab

00:37:14.960 had xylazine inside the uh the powder so sick it's so sick derek derek it's a delight to talk to you

00:37:24.140 you're welcome back here whenever you want uh it's an open invite for you like i said it's a delight to

00:37:28.840 have you and thank you for everything you do uh for this country the government needs more people

00:37:33.340 like you and it people like my good friend victor avia uh it's an all hands on deck operation that

00:37:39.760 needs to be done at this federal government nobody should be left on the sidelines um because it's it's

00:37:45.740 it's just such a catastrophic situation derek you get the last word here my friend well all i would say

00:37:51.640 is this um i am very appreciative of the president and the white house personnel that are trying to bring

00:37:58.200 together a true whole of government approach i mean they've talked about that forever when i was

00:38:03.700 there they talked about it in the transnational crime strategies and unfortunately it was just all

00:38:08.880 talk there was no action what we're seeing now is this unity of effort and agencies working together

00:38:14.780 like we've never seen bringing the expertise the capabilities the authorities to go after the enemy

00:38:19.780 the enemy is not the enemy of just the republicans or the democrats it's the enemy of america and we

00:38:25.900 need to be united on that so i'd love to see a little bit more unity unfortunately i'm a little

00:38:30.680 bit pessimistic on that so we got to continue to move full speed ahead and let those that want to

00:38:36.120 jump on the train the good train come on the train and those that want to support evil uh they they're

00:38:42.280 going to be left behind and this this train currently is moving very fast so uh it should be an

00:38:47.360 interesting ride and the democrats got to start getting on board with america and stop trying to

00:38:52.060 destroy it derrick malts he's a senior vice president at penn link former head of the dea

00:38:57.200 come back soon my friend and once again really thank you so much for everything you do for this
