00:00:05.240 Happy Friday folks, we made it through yet another week and it's time for the weekend.
00:00:09.040 But first, let's get to some news.
00:00:11.020 President Trump has asked the Supreme Court to intervene and allow the Alien Enemies Act to continue his deportations.
00:00:17.280 In an emergency appeal filed this afternoon, the Justice Department argued that a lower court judge
00:00:22.400 unconstitutionally intruded on President's national securities power
00:00:26.480 by barring Trump from using the two-century-old Alien Enemies Act to swiftly deport Venezuelans
00:00:32.800 the administration says are members of Trendeagua.
00:00:36.020 Almost two weeks ago, the Trump administration flew more than 200 Trendeagua members
00:00:40.240 from the U.S. to El Salvador where they were put in an anti-terrorism prison
00:00:44.160 known for its brutal conditions, but just right for those kind of folks,
00:00:49.040 those terrorists, because that's exactly what they are.
00:00:51.980 U.S. District Judge James Bosberg ordered further deportations under the Alien Enemies Act

00:01:01.620 The judge raised concern, this Marxist judge I should say, who was also a FISA judge at one point,
00:01:06.780 he raised concerns about due process, particularly because some of the deportees
00:01:11.180 claimed they were misidentified as members of the gang.
00:01:14.080 And he emphasized that the order did not bar any arrests, detentions, or prosecutions,
00:01:19.220 only deportations, because why wouldn't we want to have these folks in our country, right?

00:01:26.180 Five Democrats are currently on their way down to Guantanamo Bay.
00:01:30.880 It's not to demand justice for Americans who are terrorized by violent foreign gangs,
