00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show midday update for Friday, May 16th.
00:00:04.640 Happy Friday, everybody. I hope you guys are all ready for the weekend.
00:00:08.040 Embattled former FBI director. Yeah, you remember them all. James Comey.
00:00:13.360 No friend to America, no friend to Donald Trump, no friend to anybody except the Marxist left.
00:00:19.240 Finding himself in the middle of, we'll call it controversy.
00:00:22.440 Call me yesterday, posting a picture on social media of stones on a beach that read 8-6-4-7.
00:00:31.020 Now, for anyone who's law enforcement or anyone who's been around the block, you'd know the term 8-6 or 86 means 8 feet long, 6 feet deep, meaning to kill somebody.
00:00:43.680 86-47. Call me, posting essentially to have Donald Trump killed. 0.99
00:00:48.120 Donald Trump sat down this morning for an interview with Fox News that's set to air later today. 0.91
00:00:54.780 Now, new FBI director, Kash Patel, says he's aware of the situation and is fully under investigation by Secret Service.
00:01:00.960 President Trump, in that interview, had some words to say for Comey. Take a listen.
00:01:05.260 He knew exactly what that meant. A child knows what that meant.
00:01:08.560 If you're the FBI director and you don't know what that meant, that meant assassination.
00:01:16.200 And it says it loud and clear.
00:01:19.140 Now, he wasn't very competent, but he was competent enough to know what that meant.
00:01:25.180 And he did it for a reason, and he was hit so hard.
00:01:29.700 Because people like me, and they like what's happening with our country.
00:01:33.140 Our country has become respected again, and all this.
00:01:36.140 And he's calling for the assassination of the president.
00:01:38.960 Obviously, he apologized and said he wasn't calling for violence. 0.93
00:01:42.560 But look, he's a very bad...
00:01:43.280 What do you want to see happen?
00:01:44.460 What do you want to see happen?
00:01:45.620 I don't want to take a position on it, because that's going to be up to Pam and all of the great people.
00:01:50.760 But I will say this. I think it's a terrible thing.
00:01:53.160 And when you add his history to that, if he had a clean history, he doesn't. 0.99
00:01:59.620 He's a dirty cop. He's a dirty cop. 1.00
00:02:02.400 And if he had a clean history, I could understand if there was a leniency. 0.98
00:02:08.700 But I'm going to let them make that decision.
00:02:10.820 And speaking of, the FBI promises made, promises kept.
00:02:14.360 Kash Patel, FBI director, making some new promises today in an interview also on Fox News.
00:02:20.080 Kash Patel says the FBI is no longer going to use the Hoover Building.
00:02:25.120 Patel says the Hoover Building is no longer safe for the work that the FBI does.
00:02:29.620 Take a listen.
00:02:30.520 Look, the FBI is 38,000 when we're fully manned, which we're not.
00:02:33.740 In the national capital region, in the 50-mile radius around Washington, D.C.,
00:02:37.200 there were 11,000 FBI employees.
00:02:39.220 That's like a third of the workforce.
00:02:40.680 A third of the crime doesn't happen here.
00:02:42.320 So we're taking 1,500 of those folks and moving them out.
00:02:44.520 Every state's getting a plus-up.
00:02:46.340 And I think when we do things like that,
00:02:48.000 we inspire folks in America to become intel analysts and agents and say,
00:02:51.800 we want to go work at the FBI because we want to go fight violent crime.
00:02:54.580 And we want to get sent out into the country to do it.
00:02:56.840 And that's what we're doing in the next three, six, nine months.
00:02:59.180 We're going to do that hard.
00:03:00.880 And, you know, I didn't know that I was going to do this,
00:03:03.080 but I'm going to announce it on your show anyway.
00:03:04.980 This FBI is leaving the Hoover Building
00:03:07.100 because this building is unsafe for our workforce.
00:03:09.500 And we want the workforce.
00:03:10.300 He just gave up a big nugget there.
00:03:11.920 But we want the American men and women to know,
00:03:14.860 if you're going to come work at the premier law enforcement agency in the world,
00:03:18.020 we're going to give you a building that's commensurate with that.
00:03:20.640 And that's not this place.
00:03:22.040 As I said, folks, this administration promises made, promises kept in each and every day.
00:03:27.480 We, I guess, get a little bit more surprised
00:03:29.900 because we're not used to it over what we've seen over the last four years.
00:03:33.580 Now, we're not going to let Pam Bondi off the hook 1.00
00:03:35.820 because we're still waiting for those Epstein documents that are on her desk
00:03:38.260 that she told us on March 4th were coming out.
00:03:40.300 So until those come out,
00:03:42.440 we're not going to keep our mouths shut here on the Great America Show.
00:03:45.460 We've got to all keep the pressure on to get truth, justice, and the American way out.
00:03:50.140 But while we're on the topic of promises made, promises kept,
00:03:53.340 HHS Secretary RFK Jr., another one with promises made, promises kept,
00:03:58.800 Wall Street Journal is reporting today that RFK Jr. plans to eliminate all CDC recommendations
00:04:05.700 for routine COVID-19 vaccinations for children, teenagers, and pregnant women.
00:04:11.480 It's unclear why these were even put in place in the first place,
00:04:14.680 but I guess it's because Dr. Anthony Fauci had to sell some vaccines
00:04:18.540 and people had to make their money.
00:04:21.560 The Marxist Dems can't seem to give up in their fight for protecting illegal aliens in America. 0.81
00:04:26.340 That's right, illegal aliens in America.
00:04:28.160 The Democrats seem to care more about them than they do about any of us
00:04:31.380 who are hardworking American citizens.
00:04:34.900 The Democrats this week are trying to defend themselves in a bill
00:04:38.100 which will give 1.4 million illegal aliens,
00:04:43.040 American taxpayer-funded Medicaid.
00:04:46.360 Once again, the Marxist Dems care more about illegal aliens
00:04:49.320 than they do about us Americans.
00:04:51.580 Folks, please be sure to join us today and each and every day
00:04:53.760 for the Great America Show and the Great America Show midday updates.
00:04:56.300 We'll see you tonight at 6 p.m. Eastern, Rumble, Twitter, YouTube,
00:05:00.220 wherever you guys catch us shortly thereafter on audio.
00:05:02.800 We'll see you tonight, 6 p.m. Eastern.
