On this episode of The Great America Show, host Lou Dobbs is joined by a special guest, retired Marine Corps Corps Captain Mike Flynn. General Flynn has been a key member of the Trump administration and served as National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump for over a year and a half. Now, he is under subpoena by the Senate Intelligence Committee.

00:05:46.620A couple of months ago, I was, so I'm under subpoena by the January Unselect Committee.
00:05:52.880You know, that's January 6th called the Unselect Committee.
00:05:57.780And so a couple of months ago, I was deposed, and I went to do my, you know, American thing, right?
00:06:08.060Because I was subpoenaed to come in to be asked a whole bunch of questions.
00:06:14.360And I decided that I was going to take the Fifth to not incriminate me.
00:06:18.380And I, you know, and I actually went back and I studied the Fifth Amendment and why the founders actually created it, right?
00:06:24.240They created it so a, because they knew that the tyrannical overreach of the legislative and the executive branch of government, particularly those two, and especially the legislative branch, would actually put their own citizens into a place where they would use whatever you say, no matter what, to incriminate you.
00:06:42.880So they gave us the Fifth Amendment, right, to plead.
00:06:49.300And I think I actually, I'm not even sure how much they showed.
00:06:53.580But Liz Cheney, you know, as I'm driving from one meeting to another today, as I'm going around the country trying to do stuff to get people to wake up to what we're facing, I heard on the radio that you're not going to believe this, but Lieutenant General Flynn is on the, you know, the reality TV show that the January 6th
00:07:12.780Committee has created and he's there and Liz Cheney is showing taped, a taped deposition of General Flynn pleading the Fifth.
00:07:31.020I'm not surprised that she did that, that Liz Cheney did that.
00:07:35.820She is, she is a desperate politician who knows that she's already been censured in her state and she's asking Democrats for money these days because she knows she's going to lose in this upcoming congressional election when she runs this November.
00:07:53.200So, and I actually think in the primary, in fact, it is in the primary.
00:07:56.520So I just, you know, I honestly, it's like everything else, Lou, people in this country are just sick and tired of the absolute abuse of our individual rights and, and, and freedoms to be able to speak our minds about things that we believe in.
00:08:14.780I believe that the election of 2020 was fraudulently conducted and the results are that we have an illegitimate person operating in the White House.
00:08:26.460And there should be no reason for, for me to not be able to believe that in a, in a free country.
00:08:31.660You know, and, and, and so what am I doing?
00:08:34.780I'm doing, I'm going, I am, I'm going around this country and, and we are involved in various audits and various lawsuits.
00:08:40.900And they continue to hold me, Lou, as a major threat to, to their existence as, as a, as a, as a political party, particularly in charge of Congress right now.
00:08:57.440And hopefully, hopefully we get to these, to these elections, you know, in November and we just overwhelm them at the voting, at the voting booth, right?
00:09:06.820Not, not just, and I'm not just talking about people going out to vote.
00:09:09.820I'm talking about getting volunteers to, you know, to work in polling stations, getting volunteers to work at the, at the precincts and getting volunteers to work on these campaigns.
00:09:19.120I want, I want, I want people to not just poll watch, I want them to fraud, fraud watch, right?
00:09:25.640Watch for fraud and, and report on it when it, when it happens.
00:09:30.080And, and we've seen good examples, Lou, of, of a couple of primaries and certainly the elections in November back in Virginia, where, when the, when, when we are able to increase the number of volunteers working at the polls, we will win the day.
00:09:47.620And so I want people that are your listeners who are terrific, by the way, to, to understand that, that get involved and get out there and, and, and volunteer in one of these polling stations, volunteer in one of these precincts.
00:10:01.600And just be there and be a, be, you know, don't just be a poll watch or be a, you know, be on the lookout for fraud and report it when you see it.
00:10:11.620And if you, if you see a drop box somewhere, make sure it's being watched as well.
00:10:16.220Well, I, I'm begging everybody, uh, not every day, but I'm begging folks to, to get involved in their local community, to be engaged where it matters most.
00:10:26.580And that is at the local level, uh, and whether it's a zoning board, the city council, whatever it may be, the school board, uh, get in there and make a difference because that's where the difference, uh, will be made.
00:10:42.560I want to, by the way, to Liz Cheney's point, she's trying to raise money from the Democrats.
00:10:47.700Uh, she also, at the same time, she was cheering, uh, the, uh, the Dobbs decision by the Supreme Court, uh, to overturn, uh, Roe v. Wade and parent and Planned Parenthood versus Casey.
00:11:02.720She was asking Democrats to vote for, uh, this is one of the most used Congress when I've ever seen.
00:11:12.840It's just, that's, that's what desperation looks like for your audience.
00:11:17.480All you got to do is, is pay even moderate, modest attention to that particular politician.
00:11:24.240And that is a desperate politician who wants nothing more than to hold on to power.
00:11:30.720Uh, and, and we have, you know, for the people of up there in Wyoming, you've, you've got to, you've got to, you know, have a, have a clear focus and a clear mind and, and dump her and find somebody who's actually going to fight for your values.
00:11:45.660And I know that the people of Wyoming will do that.
00:11:49.660I, I'm, I can't imagine, first of all, I can't imagine having put up with her, uh, to begin with, but at this point, after all that she's done to insult the, her constituents and the country, uh, and Donald Trump and the supporters across the country, I I'm with you.
00:12:04.840I can't imagine the returning her to, uh, even the nomination, let alone, uh, the, the election.
00:12:12.520Uh, I want to, I want to turn to first this J six, uh, committee, uh, meeting you're holding you up, uh, as you pled the, the, the fifth amendment, uh, the right not to incriminate yourself.
00:12:25.460Uh, they've had absolutely no, as far as I can tell, absolutely no difficulty whatsoever, morally, ethically, uh, their conscience must, uh, be at some point here, just, uh, shut down because they've got secret witnesses who aren't.

00:12:46.000They absolutely lied about his role and part, uh, in, uh, John is Eastman's efforts to defend president Trump and assert his interest.
00:12:55.920Uh, and this man had to prove that he, uh, because again, love Liz Cheney, she's the one accusing him of all of this nonsense, which the justice department itself said was not true.
00:13:09.160Now, given your experience with the justice department and the FBI, you know, as we were discussing, why in the world would you not take the fifth and never, ever talk to the FBI, uh, if, if you didn't have to.
00:13:30.060And they withheld an extraordinary amount of evidence.
00:13:34.060In fact, they will withheld every single bit of evidence.
00:13:38.000I, I, you know, from, in my case and, and, uh, you know, and I, you know, and I, I will tell you that there was a mistake I made.
00:13:45.380It was the, it was dealing with the lawyers that I had and I'm, and you, you know, you learn, right.
00:13:49.900You learn from a lot of, you know, if you're not, if you're not learning from mistakes, you know, what I used to tell people in the military was don't make the same mistake twice, make new mistakes, you know?
00:13:59.960And so for this J6 committee and, and just everything about it, it's such a sham and it's so sad because they're dragging our country and disunifying the United States of America.
00:14:14.880This committee is meant to disunify and, and, uh, it's, it's in violation of their own congressional, uh, policies and rules.
00:14:23.000Uh, the, the two Republicans, quote unquote, Republicans, Kinzinger, Kinzinger and Cheney, uh, were not selected by the Republican party.
00:14:31.980They, so the ranking member, Kevin McCarthy did not select them.
00:14:35.580Uh, Nancy Pelosi selected him because they both have had a strong anti Donald Trump stance.

00:14:47.420One of the principal purposes of this thing is to make it so they figure out a way because they couldn't get them out.

00:14:59.000Uh, this is another effort to figure out a way to indict Donald Trump and, uh, and bring him to his knees so he can never run for president again.

00:15:12.800And, uh, and so, you know, all these people that they're bringing forward into this hearing, uh, and, and, you know, and you have to really pay attention to what they're doing and what they're trying to do in this and the types of things that they're doing.
00:15:26.080And people are going to go, well, there's Republicans on there.
00:15:28.220Well, you know, take a hard look at who some of those Republicans are that are, that are coming in as witnesses.
00:15:33.300I mean, I, you know, I, I wouldn't, uh, I w I certainly wouldn't spend any, any time worrying about whether or not they're going to help out this country.
00:15:41.680You know, they're not a general, I, I would say that this is what in broadcasting terms, we call narrow casting, right?
00:15:49.200This January 6th committee, they had big ideas like they've had for seven.
00:15:53.920Now seven, we're in their seventh year of the persecution of Donald Trump.
00:15:59.040Uh, and these idiots, the same two fools who led the impeachments, who also played a role, uh, in the, in the special counsel investigation.
00:16:09.460I mean, you added up about three years of FBI investigation, about two years of special counsel investigation, two presidential impeachments, and they never laid a glove on the man.

00:17:16.080I mean, if, if you listen to them and you think that they are telling you any of any modicum of truth, you know, I, I, and I hate to, you know, be that, that harsh, but that, that you're somebody who really, really has either pure hatred in your heart for this country, or you're just plain old stupid.
00:17:37.700And, you know, the other thing that people need to understand Lou is that everything that we are seeing from the Russiagate to the impeachment processes to this unselect committee, this is all being paid for by taxpayer dollars.
00:17:52.480I mean, the Russiagate thing that we, we think, we think exceeded $50 million at the end of the day, 50 million.
00:17:59.100So with impeachment hearings and the, uh, and this unselect committee that's been going on for the better part of a year, I mean, we're looking at well, well north of a hundred million dollars.
00:18:10.160That's just for, for purposes because they, because these people, number one, they can do it because they're in power.
00:18:16.140Number two, they, they know that there's nothing to it yet.
00:18:19.340They're going to continue to spend your money.
00:18:35.280I think people need to understand that, you know, if, if you're complaining about the price of a gallon of gas, if you're complaining about the price of a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk at this, at the store, you know, and these people are spending literally hundreds of millions of dollars to find any way they can to get rid of Donald Trump from the live, the, the, the lifeblood of, of the political.

00:20:02.780We do need to flush the system because the Republican leadership, when we, when we watch what Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn and about a dozen rhino left-wing senators did in the Senate.
00:20:15.880But as we're looking at the prospect of a landslide election for the Republicans of the house and the Senate, these fools, these rhino liberals lined up with Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi and passed so-called bipartisan gun control legislation on the gun safety.
00:20:43.120And it's, it's just raw ignorance on the part of these Mitt Romney, uh, puke liberal rhinos.
00:20:50.560I, and I just, I'm infuriated when I, when I see it, I want to, I want to go back to general.
00:20:56.360Let me just go quickly back to J six, uh, in that committee, because the real victims here right now, as it stands are the hundreds of American citizens, our fellow citizens who've been arrested, who've been charged with crimes.
00:21:12.280And many of them just simply for being on the grounds of the Capitol on that day, no more than that with video.
00:21:19.660And they have been hounded and persecuted.
00:21:23.200It's cost them a fortune for legal representation.
00:21:26.620Some of them have taken plea deals that are just so put, I mean, it breaks your heart to see what they did.

00:23:48.240So all this noise about, you know, I mean, Nancy Pelosi is the one that turned down the extra security on January 6th, not anybody else.
00:23:57.800Let's go to that point that you just raised, uh, about the people on that, uh, hill that day.
00:24:03.740The Senate Sergeant at Arms, Michael Stinger, 71 years old, died suddenly hours before today's surprise hearing.
00:24:11.500This is the man who was in charge of security on the Capitol on January 6th and who resigned, uh, in the immediate aftermath of January 6th, uh, and did so.
00:24:23.680But all not before he said clearly that one of the elements in all of January 6th, he blamed personally, quote unquote, professional agitators in that crowd.
00:24:38.540The Ray Epps and the others that you see out there in cashies and blue windbreakers.
00:24:44.560And this is not a question that's being asked and shame on the Republican party for not having a concurrent hearing of its own running right now to explore all of those questions and put a megaphone behind it.
00:24:57.540What they ought to do is they ought to have also an investigation of how this guy died.
00:25:03.200Michael Stanger is a person by, by the way, who I know and who I've met and, uh, and, and, uh, Michael Stanger, they call that position, the Senate Sergeant at Arms.
00:25:26.080So Michael Stanger had, had really perfect Intel and he talks about it in a video that is now getting a lot more, more, more say that on the, out on the world of the internet and social media, because suddenly the guy's dead.
00:25:41.700And the circumstances of his death are nefarious.
00:25:45.440And so the Republicans ought to be, they ought to immediately, they ought to call, call a session just to investigate his death because he is a key critical, vital, whatever word you want to use, uh, uh, component of this January 6th investigation.
00:26:00.460And now all of a sudden the guy, the poor guy is dead.
00:26:04.460And I'm a fellow, I'm a fellow believes in statistics.
00:26:07.300And I believe also, uh, in the rule of, uh, probability, uh, the odds that this man responsible for January 6th would die within hours of that hearing that had been arranged today.
00:27:15.940Well, I mean, I, I know, I know that you were one of the big, one of the huge, huge media voices that was crying out to say, look, we just, we cannot have the outcome of our election, especially any election.
00:27:31.980But particularly the presidential election for president of the United States, be under such a dark cloud.
00:27:38.460And yet here we are, Lou, we are still under that dark cloud.
00:27:42.900And, and you early on calling out, uh, this election fraud.
00:27:47.860And I know I was, you know, one of those voices out there, but you clearly, it was every night you're pounding the table going, Hey, all we want to do is we just want to see.

00:28:02.460And if the real result as Donald Trump actually said, the real result was that Joe Biden won fair and square, then I'll salute and I'll walk off to, into the sunset and I'll turn the country over.

00:30:54.920Yeah. So here we are with Hunter Biden, the son of the president of the United States of America doing business with the, essentially the director of national intelligence for the Chinese government.
00:31:06.820I mean, he just can't make this up. And, and this is Biden. So that, what that, that, uh, that voice that you just heard, that's Joe Biden telling his son, I think you're clear. I think you're clear. What, what is that? What the hell does that mean?
00:31:18.880I mean, is anybody investigating this as the department of justice, you know, not the department of justice department of justice, just them. Right. And the FBI, are they, are they investigating? I mean, I don't think they are. I honestly don't think that they're, they're not going to touch this.
00:31:34.780They've been at this general for four years now, four long years. And we're told every time as we approach election year, including 2020, that something might break. We're being told the same thing this year. It's now just a little over four months to election day, 2022. And we're being told there might be something break the fixes and folks it's rigged.
00:32:02.500It's as clear as, uh, as anything on our faces. Let me just say very quickly, another part of the J six, uh, committee has been there finding about proud boys, calling them insurgents. Uh, and you know, these, this recent spate of Supreme court decisions shows just how brilliant our founders were to place a check in the check and balances of our tricameral system using, uh, the Supreme court of the United States, using the judiciary.
00:33:41.580So this particular Supreme court really has come through. I would tell people that we're winning. We are definitely winning. We're winning across the board. You know, most people have already forgotten the Virginia election back last November.
00:33:54.060And the Virginia election took both the legislative, uh, branch of their government of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the executive branch, the governor, the Lieutenant governor and the attorney general for the first time in 20 years, folks.
00:34:06.240And the reason why is because we went from 20% volunteers at the polls and precincts to 90% volunteers since November. We have, uh, we have either overturned, completely overturned, or we have turned over, uh, seats in two, in at least 200 school boards across the country. And that's because moms and dads, principally mothers are getting involved in their, in the country. Like they'd never been involved before.
00:34:32.320So there are so many examples of where we're winning and how we're winning. I would just let people know that, uh, don't give up, get involved, stand up, step up, speak up. And, uh, as I love to say, local action will have a national impact, but you got to get involved in your communities. Like you've never been involved before. So I'm very upbeat. I really, really sincerely appreciate your allowing me to come on your show, Lou, and I'll, uh, look forward to coming on again.
