00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:04.240 Good of you to join us here for this episode of Commitment to Truth, Justice, and the American Way.
00:00:10.480 Always. First, confusion reigning in the swamp.
00:00:14.620 Somebody at the corrupt Department of Justice is in big trouble, ladies and gentlemen.
00:00:19.680 Big doings at the DOJ.
00:00:22.300 The DOJ investigating a Democrat senator.
00:00:26.300 That's right, you heard me correctly.
00:00:28.380 The Marxist Dems in the deep state, according to news site Semaphore, are investigating Democrat Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey.
00:00:39.040 It's unclear what exactly the U.S. attorney in New York City is investigating,
00:00:44.320 but DOJ dropped corruption charges against the very same senator four years ago.
00:00:50.300 And another long-standing, this one an even longer-standing investigation involving another well-known Democrat.
00:00:59.160 What's going on here less than two weeks before the big election?
00:01:03.360 This investigation has been underway for more than four years.
00:01:07.500 That's right, I'm talking about Hunter Biden.
00:01:10.400 The Marxist Dems have him and his dad hidden away as the days get short before Election Day.
00:01:18.160 But top Republican Congressman James Comer is demanding that the FBI turn over any information they have accumulated on Biden's secretary at the time,
00:01:30.640 a Chinese woman named Shakia Bao.
00:01:34.580 Shakia, it turns out, has ties to the People's Liberation Army and the CCP.
00:01:40.820 Comer wants to know how much she found out about Hunter's finances and his business dealings.
00:01:48.780 Comer is the ranking Republican on the House Oversight Committee, and he's a great American.
00:01:54.400 And as I said, now less than two weeks till Election Day and New York is a deep blue state that's in play.
00:02:01.860 And Congressman Lee Zeldin is running for governor in a heated battle with his radical-dim incumbent opponent.
00:02:08.940 And our guest today is Michael Henry.
00:02:11.740 He's running for attorney general against crazed leftist Letitia James, who's made a career of going after President Trump.
00:02:21.200 Michael Henry means to restore the New York State Attorney General's office to law and order.
00:02:27.440 And Michael, great to have you with us here on The Great America Show.
00:02:30.660 You're in a tough, tight race with the incumbent Marxist Dem.
00:02:34.420 How do you feel about your campaign and what you've got to do in these closing days?
00:02:40.660 So, first, thank you for having me on the show.
00:02:43.460 We know this is a tight race, both based on outside polling and internal numbers.
00:02:48.860 Right now, we just have to make sure that we can, one, get our base out.
00:02:52.080 And then, secondly, make sure we get those independent and like-minded Democrats that are, quite frankly, tired of the crime crisis, corruption crisis, and close to living crisis here.
00:03:01.580 And what we've seen is we have a message that's transcended party affiliation.
00:03:05.480 And we're literally just working right now to make sure we hit our marks in New York City, the auto boroughs, the suburbs, and get the job done.
00:03:12.800 And we're very confident that we're going to win this race.
00:03:14.960 And I also think Lee Zeldin is going to be the next governor of the state of New York.
00:03:18.520 Well, you know, looking at the polling, Zeldin is close, you're close.
00:03:22.680 And you're in a state that is overwhelmingly Democrat.
00:03:27.940 It is deep blue.
00:03:30.680 And how is it that – give us your sense of the mood of the electorate, what people are thinking about, and how your agenda is responding.
00:03:43.120 Right.
00:03:45.120 So the way we've been able to make traction – gain traction is we focus on crime, which people are living in fear, Lou.
00:03:53.260 I mean, they're living in fear, especially in our major cities.
00:03:56.300 Just in New York City alone, we've seen a 36% rise in major crimes, a 25-year high in subway homicides, a 41% rise in hate crimes.
00:04:05.460 Nassau County, the neighboring county, has a 34% rise in major crimes.
00:04:08.960 Rochester has a higher murder rate than the city of Chicago.
00:04:13.080 Buffalo has a three-year increase in homicides.
00:04:16.440 We have a fentanyl crisis throughout the state.
00:04:18.220 So good law-abiding citizens, they're living in fear as criminals are walking around doing whatever they want, wherever they want, whenever they want.
00:04:26.000 And I have an opponent who said she needs to see more data before she would revisit any changes to Castles Vale.
00:04:31.840 And more data means more victims.
00:04:33.680 And quite frankly, that is a despicable mindset for the chief law enforcement officer of a state to have.
00:04:37.760 The second thing is normally people are pretty numb to corruption.
00:04:42.260 In the past, you would see it.
00:04:43.640 It wasn't really an issue.
00:04:44.980 They kind of felt all politicians can't be trusted.
00:04:47.620 But Kathy Hochul has taken pay-to-play corruption and scandals to a whole new level.
00:04:52.840 And this is an issue, especially this one case with these COVID testing kits where the state of New York paid double what California paid.
00:04:59.360 After this family raised $300,000 for Kathy Hochul, they received the $637 million no-bid contract during a period when the Emergency Powers Act was actually extended by the governor.
00:05:14.800 And one of their sons actually is working on the Hochul campaign.
00:05:18.600 And then lastly, cost of living.
00:05:20.840 People can't afford to live.
00:05:23.120 They can't afford to run small businesses.
00:05:25.760 And there is a mass exodus of our friends and our family.
00:05:28.620 And people have had enough.
00:05:30.440 And the one other issue that's really helped us in ethnic communities like Asians, Latinos, and other ethnic communities has been the failing educational system.
00:05:38.700 So we've been very focused on the issues that transcend party affiliation and the issues that everyone really wants to see addressed.
00:05:47.540 And that's what we've been providing the voters is a real alternative.
00:05:52.080 So I'm going to ask you a very serious question now because it's something I truly – I have covered politics for a very long time.
00:06:02.500 I've covered ugly politics.
00:06:04.340 I've covered corrupt politics.
00:06:05.900 I have seen a lot.
00:06:08.700 But I have never seen a time in any state, ever in this country, in which the crime rate was rising, and I mean atrociously so, that there was no public outrage expressed.
00:06:24.460 In part, that's because the national corporate media doesn't let there be a response from the American people.
00:06:31.300 We are watching the education system being devastated.
00:06:34.800 We're watching transgender issues take over K-12 education because of two teachers' unions.
00:06:43.680 We are watching an assault by Marxist Dems who lead the Democrat Party.
00:06:49.620 They are corrupt at every level of government from their community, through their county, through their state, to the federal government.
00:06:58.380 It is rampant.
00:06:59.620 It has spread like a cancer through our society, to use the cliché, but it's absolutely apt, the comparison.
00:07:09.940 We have law enforcement officers who are being called back from their duty.
00:07:15.220 They are being told they're going to be defunded.
00:07:17.220 You've got Kathy Hochul, as you said.
00:07:19.100 I mean, you just outlined what is obvious corruption.
00:07:22.500 That's not just political corruption.
00:07:24.260 That's political and financial corruption.
00:07:26.500 And where in the world are the federal authorities if the state authorities won't do anything?
00:07:33.160 How is it anybody would vote for a Marxist Dem running at any level, local, county, state, or federal?
00:07:41.880 How is it that anybody wants to have the stench of this continue over our country?
00:07:49.400 Well, you know, a lot of times Republicans are more comfortable fighting a Republican than they are a Democrat.
00:07:55.100 I will tell you in this instance in my race, I can't tell you how many times people said to me, oh, my gosh, you're running against Letitia James?
00:08:01.860 Oh, I mean, how could you beat her?
00:08:04.380 Oh, she's indicative, et cetera.
00:08:05.800 You know what?
00:08:06.180 I don't care because I meet people every day who are fed up, who are heartbroken as to what's going on in this state, people who live in fear.
00:08:15.640 I meet victims' families.
00:08:18.000 I've been to multiple police officer funerals.
00:08:20.200 I had a lieutenant on the FDMY who was six months away from retirement stabbed over 20 times to death in the same neighborhood where I live.
00:08:30.080 And quite frankly, these elected officials are so stuck in their ideology with the defund the police and all this nonsense.
00:08:38.340 And Letitia James has been one of the biggest viewers of anti-police rhetoric.
00:08:41.820 She supports the removal.
00:08:43.120 She's against qualified immunity.
00:08:44.820 She supports the de-escalation bill that makes it nearly impossible for a police officer to make an arrest.
00:08:49.400 And I could tell you my father was a police officer, and early in his career he spent four weeks in the hospital staving a baby out of a burning building.
00:08:56.240 The last thing you want is police officers tasked with making split second life for that decision to waste critical seconds overthinking because some grandstander is going to come for their badge and their pension.
00:09:06.780 We have a recruitment problem right now in law enforcement.
00:09:09.900 We have a retention problem right now with law enforcement.
00:09:12.200 During the 2020 riots, when people were coming from all over, the riot in New York City, Mr. James didn't want to find it.
00:09:19.360 Yeah, let's talk about that.
00:09:21.100 You talked about the 2020 riots.
00:09:23.180 Let's be very, very clear about whose riots those were, whose arson and street violence, murders, property damage.
00:09:31.980 That was all inspired by Marxist Dems, Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and they were operating under orders from the Marxist Dems in this country.
00:09:45.340 And just as soon as it approached election time, it ended.
00:09:50.420 There were no arrests, all but no arrests.
00:09:53.380 There were certainly no convictions.
00:09:55.020 And I'm talking about from murder to arson to assault.
00:10:00.800 Magically, none of those local prosecutors did a thing.
00:10:05.120 That is what we're dealing with in this country.
00:10:08.240 That kind of violent corruption, the likes of which we've never seen because it's driven by the politically corrupt Marxist Dems who drive the Democrat Party, right?
00:10:18.920 Yeah, well, Lou, my ticket mate, who is our candidate for lieutenant governor, was in the NYPD during those riots.
00:10:28.100 She had a kitchen cabinet thrown on her head and received spinal damage from that.
00:10:32.780 She was injured.
00:10:34.400 Instead of investigating, like you said, who was behind all this, Letitia James investigated the NYPD and sued them.
00:10:41.700 And this is the clear contrast that the people of New York are being offered.
00:10:45.240 Michael Henry is going to fight for victims' rights.
00:10:46.980 And Letitia James is going to fight for criminals' rights.
00:10:49.300 Michael Henry is going to investigate pay-to-play corruption and look to audit a lot of these not-for-profits.
00:10:54.360 And Letitia James is going to turn the blind eye to pay-to-play corruption.
00:10:57.600 Michael Henry is going to support economic policies that's going to allow for our economy to flourish here in the state of New York.
00:11:02.500 And she's going to continue to support the economic policies that put a stranglehold on our economy here in the state of New York.
00:11:08.820 These are the clear contrast.
00:11:10.140 And you have to be willing, as an attorney general, to step up and be willing to hold people accountable.
00:11:15.360 You cannot have people running around who are criminals with a no-fear, no-consequence attitude.
00:11:20.840 Because when people know there are no repercussions, they are going to continue to act bad.
00:11:26.200 And then this starts, like, you know, people say, well, it's in the big cities.
00:11:29.180 It's not.
00:11:29.880 It eventually goes to the suburbs.
00:11:31.520 It eventually goes to our rural areas.
00:11:33.200 And people need to be held accountable.
00:11:35.260 And under my watch, they are going to be held accountable.
00:11:37.940 Well, I'm glad to hear you say that, Mike, because here's the deal.
00:11:43.140 Albany is one of the most corrupt cities in the entire country.
00:11:47.560 The state government of New York, let's talk straight, is one of the most corrupt state governments.
00:11:53.520 And not perhaps the most, but one of the most.
00:11:56.260 And they've been inspired for years by the Democrat Party to continue this.
00:12:05.020 You've got a lot of people's livelihoods that will disappear if you rip out that system of corruption that has this state government in its hold.
00:12:16.540 It's like the federal government.
00:12:18.420 The federal government right now, we have all of the law enforcement agencies.
00:12:22.020 I'm talking about the FBI and the intelligence agencies, the Department of Justice, are just absolutely toxic with political and, in some cases, economic corruption.
00:12:34.780 This is going to take an inspired, energetic, and I mean courageous candidate, attorney general, to take that office and to really do something about it.
00:12:47.560 And you've got to have the help of your entire party and all of the people of New York to win.
00:12:54.200 You know how amazingly difficult this chore is.
00:12:58.420 Yeah, but you know something, Lou?
00:12:59.800 I've been in the private sector my whole adult life.
00:13:02.160 This is my first run for office.
00:13:03.660 If I served for four to eight years, do the right thing, and never serve in elected office again, I could care less.
00:13:09.500 This is really not something I – if you asked me two years ago if I would be the Republican nominee for New York State Attorney General,
00:13:15.620 I probably would have laughed, but as I've met people and as I've seen what's going on, I want to go in for four to eight years, do what needs to be done,
00:13:25.460 and if I move on with my life and never serve in elected office again, guess what?
00:13:29.500 I was the best attorney general I could be.
00:13:31.740 I did the best job I could do, and I don't have – I do not have higher aspirations than just cleaning up this mess.
00:13:38.480 And there is a lot of work that could be done in Albany.
00:13:41.040 There is a public integrity bureau at the attorney general's office.
00:13:43.800 You could work jointly with the federal government.
00:13:46.940 If there is a public integrity office within the attorney general's office, what in hell have they been doing?
00:13:53.380 Well, you have to remember, Letitia James was the number one recipient from the money from the man at the center of a pay-to-play scandal involving our lieutenant governor who was just federally indicted, Brian Benjamin.
00:14:05.040 As a matter of fact, when he was indicted, she didn't say anything.
00:14:07.720 So we went through her disclosures and found she actually kept accepting money from the man when Brian Benjamin was returning it,
00:14:14.100 and then once the man was federally indicted, she returned the money.
00:14:17.120 We actually – the New York Post covered that story.
00:14:19.880 We have this medical answering services, this Medicaid transportation company here in New York.
00:14:24.980 The inspector general said that they overbilled $196 million in Medicaid reimbursement.
00:14:32.900 They raised $100,000 for the New York State Democrat Party and Kathy Hochul, and also the owner of the company held a fundraiser – or his husband held a fundraiser during a blackout period, which is a clear violation of state finance law.
00:14:48.980 And we've called on Letitia James to not only speak on investigating this, she took money from the same company, and she hasn't explained if she's kept the donations, if she returned the donations.
00:15:01.500 And it really paints a bad image to the public that you take money from a company, and then you fail to speak up because they're issued a no-bid contract for a billion dollars.
00:15:11.860 And this is the kind of stuff – she does not have the stomach to go after the people in her own party unless it's to make herself the next governor or unless it's to promote an agenda against Republicans.
00:15:23.380 And she's clear she's not going to investigate corruption, and many times it's because she travels in the same circles as these people.
00:15:29.500 You're describing her as corrupt.
00:15:32.440 Why hasn't somebody gone after her?
00:15:34.900 I'm sorry?
00:15:35.160 This is what one party – this is what one party control with a supermajority in both houses of our legislature gets you.
00:15:42.080 There's no accountability because when you have this much control, people – the power is intoxicating to these people.
00:15:49.260 And you've dealt with a lot of politicians over the years.
00:15:52.400 Look, power goes to a lot of these people's heads.
00:15:54.980 They love the job title.
00:15:56.340 They love the power.
00:15:57.280 They love the pat on the back.
00:15:58.500 They love making the speeches.
00:15:59.960 But they've eroded the public trust.
00:16:01.600 And that is wrong, and that's what we are going to address.
00:16:05.560 She's shown herself to be the most political attorney general in the nation, but she also has shown herself to be unfit to handle all these issues – crime, corruption, cost of living.
00:16:15.360 The people see through it.
00:16:16.240 They see through it.
00:16:17.740 Is she or is she not corrupt?
00:16:20.960 Well, I think I can say she's morally corrupt based on her behavior.
00:16:25.620 Well, do you think she's legally corrupt?
00:16:27.780 I mean, we're talking about an extraordinary circumstance here where you've got an entire state government that's corrupt.
00:16:34.680 She's not doing anything about it.
00:16:36.500 Why not?
00:16:37.380 Right.
00:16:38.320 Because I think that she uses her office for the wrong purposes.
00:16:41.260 This office could do a lot of good for the public, and she's more focused on making splashy headlines to raise her own political profile.
00:16:47.680 And she turns a blind eye to the things that are most important to the people of the state of New York.
00:16:52.340 And this office is nothing more than a stepping stone for her.
00:16:55.360 She ran for governor.
00:16:56.920 That run for governor lasted about as long as our interview is going to last.
00:17:00.220 And she had to come back to the attorney general's office because she doesn't want to leave public office, but she clearly was rejected by her own party for her run for governor.
00:17:10.260 She wasn't gaining traction in the 41 days she ran, and now she's here.
00:17:13.860 And we have been holding her accountable, and the people of this state are not receptive to her.
00:17:20.280 It crosses every kind of party affiliation, ethnic line that people know that she was sold in 2018 as somebody that was going to take on the system.
00:17:30.600 Look, she's a product of the – actually, not even the Democrat Party.
00:17:34.520 When she first ran for city council, she couldn't even get the Democrat nomination.
00:17:38.700 She ran on the third-party line of the Working Families Party.
00:17:42.520 And she's enthusiastically accepted that party's line this cycle.
00:17:46.020 And in their questionnaire, they say, you cannot revisit any changes to cashless bail.
00:17:50.660 And on top of that, you can't support police or correction – or take support from police or correctional unions.
00:17:55.700 So the one thing I have is, how could you be the chief law enforcement officer of the state of New York when you do not believe in law enforcement?
00:18:02.620 And the answer is simple.
00:18:04.080 You can't.
00:18:05.460 Okay.
00:18:06.240 And I hope that you make certain that the good guy wins.
00:18:10.660 If elected, though, will you be investigating these corrupt New York state officials?
00:18:17.440 Will you be investigating corrupt county and local officials wherever you find it come hell or high water?
00:18:25.700 Absolutely.
00:18:26.680 We're going to hold everyone accountable.
00:18:27.980 I'm not doing this to make friends.
00:18:29.440 I'm not doing this to be the next governor.
00:18:31.260 I'm not doing this to be a U.S. senator.
00:18:33.140 I'm doing it because the public trust has been eroded, and I'm tired of walking around looking at people feeling defeated,
00:18:40.680 moving because they can't afford to live here, living in fear, and thinking that their government does not serve them.
00:18:47.160 And I will prosecute corruption to the fullest extent of the law and utilize every tool I have.
00:18:52.400 And it might not make me a lot of friends, but it doesn't matter because the people deserve better.
00:18:57.580 They entrust people to take office.
00:18:59.940 People take an oath.
00:19:01.140 They raise their hand and take an oath to serve the people of the state.
00:19:04.800 And right now we have someone running for governor who has the taxpayers of this state subsidizing her run for governor,
00:19:12.080 and they do not want this, and I am going to do what I can to restore people's faith in government,
00:19:18.080 whether it's at the local level or the state level.
00:19:20.680 Everything that's in my jurisdiction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
00:19:24.980 Well, I think what we're hearing here is that you're going to be a gangbuster attorney general,
00:19:33.260 and that is good news for every New Yorker.
00:19:36.140 What's your take on her attacks on Trump?
00:19:41.880 Right.
00:19:42.520 What I would say is I find it troubling when someone runs for office saying they're going to find crimes to pin on someone
00:19:48.860 and then declaring their guilt before they're even sworn into office, I will contrast myself from her in this manner.
00:19:56.140 When I take over in January, I have to review every case before my office
00:20:01.920 and decide what's in the best interest of the people of the state of New York,
00:20:05.120 whether it's withdrawing an action, whether it's pursuing or continuing an action.
00:20:09.260 And I believe right now it would be wrong for me to make any type of prejudicial, inappropriate statement.
00:20:14.260 What I will say is I'm going to evaluate everything by the letter of the law, and I will also say this.
00:20:21.600 The one thing that was weird to me or stood out to me about her press conference was how she gets up there
00:20:28.320 and says these big banks and insurance companies who it's their due diligence to do the research on who they're making a loan to,
00:20:36.800 that they need her to come in and defend them.
00:20:39.180 What about the person riding the subway who is a victim of crime?
00:20:42.340 What about the person who is watching if their governor is spending their taxes?
00:20:46.980 This is the difference between me and her, and who she thinks are victims and who I think are victims.
00:20:52.060 But I don't want to say anything inappropriate because what I will say is I'm not going to be a political attorney general.
00:20:58.160 I'm going to follow the letter of the law, and I'm going to contrast that by the way I carry myself.
00:21:02.880 And when I go into January, going in January, I will look at everything and make the right decision.
00:21:09.400 That's all I can say.
00:21:10.120 I will make the right decision.
00:21:11.120 What will be your authority as attorney general to straighten out New York City, which is a cesspool right now of crime?
00:21:20.080 The first thing is, well, there's multiple things.
00:21:22.220 The first thing is use the bully pulpit to push for the full repeal of cashless bail.
00:21:26.160 This law is not working.
00:21:27.460 I'm talking about what will you do within your authority to straighten out New York City because the current mayor has made a point of telling the people of New York to go to hell.
00:21:41.060 All right.
00:21:41.360 So there's multiple things.
00:21:42.260 The first one is you can work in conjunction with local district attorneys who are going to – who would need your resources, obviously, to prosecute matters.
00:21:50.160 I'm not thinking that Alvin Bragg is going to do that, but Lee Zeldin has also promised to remove him from office day one.
00:21:55.860 The second thing I can do is work in conjunction with federal authorities, you know, for things of, for example, you know, illegal firearm trafficking, gangs, things like – things of those nature – things of that nature.
00:22:06.580 There are also bureaus at the attorney general's office where there are crimes that you do have jurisdiction over.
00:22:13.860 And then lastly, I can introduce program bills to the state legislature, and I believe we are going to make significant gains in the state senate with Republicans.
00:22:23.220 I can introduce program bills into the state legislature to make changes to laws or introduce new policies.
00:22:30.560 But the main thing is being able to work in conjunction at the local level.
00:22:33.620 And, you know, we really have to get this under control.
00:22:36.980 The other thing that needs to be done is they need to remove – and this is something Lee Zeldin is going to do – remove the people from the parole boards that think it's a good idea to let cop killers, violent sex offenders, and violent criminals back out onto our streets.
00:22:50.480 But the main thing is it's a three-step process.
00:22:53.000 It's where do I have the – working with the local district attorneys, where do I have the jurisdiction as far as the bureaus at the office and working in conjunction with the federal government.
00:23:02.360 And then lastly, the introduction of program bills to push into policies into place that I think could help get crime under control.
00:23:09.800 Because this is not working.
00:23:11.540 No matter how much they try to say stats and it's – this is not working, and everybody knows it's not working.
00:23:18.400 This – I mean, people are being killed every, you know, every week.
00:23:22.200 People are being let out of prison and violent repeat offenders.
00:23:26.240 New York is to the left of California on this.
00:23:28.500 We have crimes that are eligible for cashless bail that are considered nonviolent crimes that are violent crimes, forms of arson, robbery.
00:23:37.500 You use a gun during – you use a firearm during the commission of a crime and you don't discharge it.
00:23:42.520 And then what they want to do is they always want to go after the law-abiding gun owner and blame an object instead of a perpetrator.
00:23:48.280 But guess what?
00:23:49.020 If you look in Manhattan at the district attorney's office, they're not prosecuting the possession of an illegal firearm.
00:23:54.860 In many instances, they're dismissing it or dropping the cases to – or dismissing or dropping the cases to misdemeanor charge because the weapon wasn't discharged.
00:24:03.400 This is ridiculous.
00:24:04.960 It is not working.
00:24:06.300 The public wants their police officers back.
00:24:08.580 The public wants criminals behind bars.
00:24:10.660 And we have to stand our ground on this because we are on the right side of this, and it's transcending party affiliation, racial lines, ethnic lines, religious lines.
00:24:20.780 And everybody's fed up, and we just have to show spine and fight for these policies and stop letting them try to create these narratives that are just not true.
00:24:31.660 We are doing this 100 percent wrong here in New York, and we're just a few good decisions away from turning it around.
00:24:37.100 Just a few good decisions could turn this all around.
00:24:38.860 The last thing Letitia James wants to do is remind the people of New York of just who she is and what she's done and what she will do.
00:24:49.780 We always give our guests the last word.
00:24:52.080 So your concluding thoughts as you run your race for the people of New York and for a much better future.
00:24:59.060 The first thing is I wish everybody could go to my website, michaelhenry4ag.com.
00:25:04.720 I also have a great ad we released that holds her accountable.
00:25:07.760 That's on my Twitter page, so everybody could review that ad.
00:25:12.060 Look, I'm running to be the attorney general.
00:25:13.980 What's your handle?
00:25:14.860 What's your handle?
00:25:15.500 Michael Henry, Michael Henry, the number four, AG.
00:25:20.600 Okay.
00:25:20.900 And everyone could see our ad that we launched last week.
00:25:23.300 And, look, I'm running to be the attorney general for the people of the state of New York because I know under one-party control things are not going well.
00:25:31.240 I know we have a crime crisis.
00:25:32.540 I know we have a corruption crisis.
00:25:33.840 I know we have a cost-of-living crisis.
00:25:35.680 But what I also know is this is providing our Republican Party a unique opportunity to build out because so many different communities are now coming to us because they realize that it's our side that's going to be able to get the job done for them.
00:25:48.740 But the main thing I want to emphasize, this isn't a win for New York.
00:25:51.940 When we defeat Letitia James, we are putting on notice all the attorney generals and district attorneys and secretary of states around the country that want to use their offices for political reasons and want to weaponize their offices against political opponents.
00:26:06.680 Once we defeat the most political attorney general in this nation, all those district attorneys, attorney generals, secretary of states, they're going to know that their days are numbered and nobody's safe when they use the offices for the weaponization of politics.
00:26:20.660 And that's one of the things we are going to do here in New York is we're going to shake up the country.
00:26:25.140 We are going to defeat the most political attorney general in the country, and we're going to send a message throughout the country that the days of this kind of behavior are numbered.
00:26:35.440 Great talking with you, Mike.
00:26:37.000 I appreciate it.
00:26:38.040 We're talking with Michael Henry running for the office of attorney general in the great state of New York.
00:26:45.200 Mike, it's been great talking with you.
00:26:47.400 Come back and we'll talk more as we get closer to Election Day.
00:26:51.420 Good luck in the campaign.
00:26:53.580 Thank you very much.
00:26:54.180 We wish you the very best of luck, and God bless you.
00:26:57.280 Thank you very much, Lou.
00:26:58.300 Thank you for having me.
00:27:00.520 Thanks, everybody, for being with us.
00:27:02.220 Here tomorrow on The Great America Show is Alex Stein.
00:27:06.620 He is, I don't know what to call him.
00:27:08.440 He's a political provocateur, he's an incredibly funny comedian, and you don't want to miss Alex Stein.
00:27:15.820 He'll be with us here tomorrow.
00:27:17.600 We hope you will be as well.
00:27:19.760 Till then, God bless you, and may God bless America.
