Summary

In these wild and uncertain times in our country right now, it s easy for us to miss the sometimes small, or shadowed, events that could change our lives in America. Easy for any of us not notice that Communist China is buying up strategic assets in the United States, whether farmland, pork processing plants, or any number of businesses we don t know about simply because the Biden regime might have simply forgotten to tell us. And it s also easy to lose sight of what is happening out there in other parts of the planet that may well change the world we live in. Communist China isn t so quietly sending spy balloons overhead and loudly threatening Taiwan, and even Western civilization as a whole. And Xi Jinping has rather boldly made himself the Chinese leader for life.

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:03.080 I'm Lou Dobbs, happy to have you with us.
00:00:05.780 With all that's happening in these wild and uncertain times in our country right now,
00:00:11.060 it's easy to miss the sometimes small or shadowed events that could change our lives in America.
00:00:17.560 Easy for any of us to not notice that Communist China is buying up strategic assets in the United States,
00:00:24.640 whether farmland or pork processing plants, or any number of businesses we don't know about
00:00:31.220 simply because the Biden regime might have simply forgotten to tell us.
00:00:36.100 And it's also easy for us to lose sight of what's happening out there in other parts of the planet
00:00:41.520 that may well change the world we live in.
00:00:45.100 Communist China is not so quietly sending spy balloons overhead and loudly threatening Taiwan
00:00:52.920 and even Western civilization as a whole.
00:00:56.700 And Xi Jinping has rather boldly made himself the Chinese leader for life,
00:01:02.040 a perfect dictator of a massive totalitarian state that is supported enthusiastically,
00:01:08.840 but for the most part quietly, by the globalist elites in this country,
00:01:13.520 corporate CEOs and boards, Marxist Democrats and Marxist academics
00:01:18.340 and Marxist media and technology companies,
00:01:21.260 all greatly taken by the fierce efficiency and mountainous scale of Communist China
00:01:27.640 and its ever-larger ambitions for China's role in global governance.
00:01:33.560 Xi won a shuddering, transformational, diplomatic victory in the Mideast
00:01:38.220 when he mediated and shaped an all-but-unimaginable alliance between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
00:01:44.740 Xi Jinping, unimaginable at least to the Biden regime and even more unimaginable to the Elf and Biden team
00:01:52.240 is what could lie ahead, what could establish Xi's position as leader of a new world order.
00:02:00.240 That is what may come as a result of his upcoming visit to Moscow
00:02:05.520 and talks with his strategic partner Vladimir Putin.
00:02:09.020 Perhaps a truce in the Russian war against Ukraine.
00:02:13.380 It is possible, no more than that.
00:02:16.120 But if it does come to pass, Biden is no longer leader of the free world
00:02:20.180 and the world order will be altogether a different geopolitical construction.
00:02:26.420 Our guests today are China expert Gordon Chang
00:02:29.160 and political analyst, consultant and pollster John McLaughlin
00:02:32.520 for the external and the internal views of what is happening in our country
00:02:37.520 and outside our country.
00:02:39.740 We turn now to Gordon Chang, radio host, author, Asia expert.
00:02:44.380 Great to have you with us, Gordon.
00:02:46.280 Xi, on his way to Moscow, Russia's war against Ukraine intensifying.
00:02:51.460 The China virus did originate in Wuhan, says our Energy Department intel agency.
00:02:57.020 And our intelligence agencies, all of them, it turns out, knew it in April of 2020.
00:03:04.900 What is going on?
00:03:07.060 Well, the U.S. intelligence community, Lou, has 18 constituent parts
00:03:11.060 and the Energy Department is one of them.
00:03:14.660 And the IC, as it's called, doesn't agree among themselves.
00:03:19.760 But the Energy Department came around to the view
00:03:22.460 that COVID-19 was the result of a lab leak.
00:03:26.660 And that certainly is right, I believe.
00:03:30.340 There's just too much evidence to the contrary.
00:03:32.960 Also, you know, the scientific community loves the idea of a zoonotic transfer.
00:03:37.760 In other words, a natural transfer of the pathogen from a bat,
00:03:41.640 probably in Yunnan province, to an intermediary mammal, to a human in Wuhan.
00:03:47.600 But that, for many, many reasons, is not very likely.
00:03:51.980 And by the way, even after all this time,
00:03:54.780 no one's been able to document the transmission links that would prove that theory.
00:03:59.500 So I'm with the Energy Department.
00:04:02.120 I think it was a leak from a lab.
00:04:04.040 And certainly that would be the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:04:07.540 Well, I'm going to go back a few years, actually,
00:04:10.520 to late February and early March of 2020,
00:04:15.800 when I said flat out.
00:04:19.440 Not only did it come from that laboratory,
00:04:21.820 it had to be engineered based on my layman's understanding
00:04:26.120 of what a bioweapon would look like and be configured as.
00:04:31.440 And the very reason that people were saying that it wasn't engineered
00:04:35.220 was the reason I believe it to be engineered.
00:04:37.580 And that is, they said, well, it couldn't have been a chemical,
00:04:41.100 I mean, a biological weapon, because it didn't kill everyone.
00:04:45.660 It's precisely its ability to debilitate and deter
00:04:50.360 that makes it an ideal biological weapon, in my opinion.
00:04:54.960 Your thoughts?
00:04:56.240 You're absolutely right about that,
00:04:57.460 because what it does do is it lays a society low,
00:05:00.380 as we saw it not only in our country, but elsewhere.
00:05:04.060 Most diseases which kill at a high probability
00:05:07.540 are usually not transmissible.
00:05:10.000 And the reason is that they kill their hosts.
00:05:13.860 COVID-19 did kill, of course,
00:05:17.120 but it was extremely transmissible.
00:05:19.560 And especially as we have seen it mutate into its recent variants,
00:05:25.080 and especially the experience in China over the last several months
00:05:28.380 shows just how transmissible this was.
00:05:30.840 But, Lou, you know, there's one point that we should make,
00:05:34.380 and that is that although, you know,
00:05:37.000 we could argue about whether this started out as engineered,
00:05:40.140 and I agree with you, I think it's engineered,
00:05:41.840 but a lot of people don't.
00:05:43.320 But China, if this didn't start out as a biological weapon,
00:05:47.660 China turned it into one.
00:05:49.580 They turned it into one by two things.
00:05:52.080 First of all, we know that in January 2020,
00:05:55.440 and probably in December 2019,
00:05:57.700 they were lying about transmissibility of this disease.
00:06:02.220 They knew no later than the second week of December of 2019
00:06:05.940 that SARS-CoV-2, this pathogen,
00:06:08.660 was highly transmissible human to human,
00:06:11.180 but they told the world it was not.
00:06:13.360 And then in later January,
00:06:15.980 when they were locking down their own country,
00:06:17.980 and lockdowns are controversial,
00:06:19.340 but by locking down their own country,
00:06:21.020 they were telling the world
00:06:22.200 they thought this was an effective means of disease control.
00:06:24.900 They were pressuring other countries,
00:06:27.580 especially the United States,
00:06:29.200 to take arrivals from China
00:06:30.740 without travel restrictions or quarantines.
00:06:33.420 You put those two things together,
00:06:35.260 and it's 100% that China turned this into a biological weapon
00:06:39.600 if it wasn't one to start out with.
00:06:41.920 They deliberately spread this disease beyond China's borders,
00:06:45.760 including, of course, to the United States.
00:06:48.060 And it's important to also note, I believe,
00:06:51.840 that they did so without a word of warning
00:06:54.760 from Xi Jinping or anyone in the Chinese government,
00:06:59.060 which means that they were morally,
00:07:01.620 if not consciously and overtly,
00:07:04.820 responsible for the murder of a million Americans.
00:07:07.780 It's that straightforward.
00:07:09.380 And there has, whether it is President Trump,
00:07:11.920 whether it is President Biden,
00:07:13.740 we have not held them accountable.
00:07:15.600 And that is a sin, I believe,
00:07:18.280 that will be notable
00:07:21.300 over the course of the history
00:07:24.040 that is written about this era.
00:07:26.300 And, Lou, Robert Redfield,
00:07:29.000 who was the head of the Centers
00:07:30.620 for Disease Control and Prevention,
00:07:33.080 was told on January 3, 2020,
00:07:37.360 by his Chinese counterpart,
00:07:39.440 that this disease was not contagious.
00:07:42.680 And the Chinese knew it was highly contagious.
00:07:44.780 So this was out-and-out lying.
00:07:47.800 And that lied to Redfield
00:07:50.640 and lies to other people,
00:07:52.100 including Fauci and Deborah Birx.
00:07:54.900 They prevented the Trump administration
00:07:57.480 from taking the precautions
00:07:58.960 that they would have
00:08:00.420 if the Chinese had told the truth.
00:08:03.080 I was talking with Fauci,
00:08:06.200 interviewing him in late January, February,
00:08:09.020 and he was maintaining
00:08:11.160 that there was absolutely no reason whatsoever
00:08:14.060 to put any kind of controls
00:08:16.400 on air travel into the United States.
00:08:19.940 He was also, at one point,
00:08:22.000 suggesting there was no reason to have masks.
00:08:24.000 Then he said there were masks.
00:08:25.620 He went back and forth on that.
00:08:27.160 But he never changed his view
00:08:30.220 on the fact that transmissible COVID-bearing
00:08:34.820 people from mainland China
00:08:37.380 should be allowed into the United States.
00:08:39.680 On its face, that's just ignorant.
00:08:42.720 And in retrospect,
00:08:45.020 the man had to know
00:08:46.140 that at the very least,
00:08:48.040 he was dissembling,
00:08:49.200 if not outright lying.
00:08:50.600 Absolutely.
00:08:52.840 And there's something else he lied about,
00:08:54.700 and that is,
00:08:55.580 you know, in 2014,
00:08:58.720 the Obama administration
00:08:59.880 imposed a moratorium
00:09:01.400 on the federal funding
00:09:02.620 of gain-of-function research.
00:09:04.460 It was just considered to be too dangerous.
00:09:07.260 So what did Fauci do?
00:09:08.740 He outsourced gain-of-function research
00:09:11.260 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:09:13.580 In other words,
00:09:14.520 to what appeared to be,
00:09:15.840 or what should have appeared to him,
00:09:17.220 to be a Chinese biological weapons lab.
00:09:20.020 And we know this
00:09:22.100 because there are actually
00:09:23.500 two public scientific papers,
00:09:26.400 2016 and 2017,
00:09:28.880 by researchers
00:09:30.260 of the Wuhan Institute of Virology
00:09:32.480 describing gain-of-function research.
00:09:34.740 And in their footnotes,
00:09:36.240 specifically thanking
00:09:38.080 the National Institute of Allergy
00:09:40.540 and Infectious Diseases,
00:09:41.880 which is the one institute
00:09:43.240 that Fauci ran,
00:09:44.540 specifically acknowledging funding
00:09:46.520 from Fauci's institution
00:09:48.940 at NIH.
00:09:51.940 So, you know,
00:09:52.860 he lied to Senator Rand Paul
00:09:55.820 during, in the Senate,
00:09:57.560 twice.
00:09:58.540 And I think that he's been covering
00:10:00.440 for what he's been doing
00:10:01.960 with China.
00:10:03.480 And that is part of
00:10:05.220 the crime of the century.
00:10:06.560 You know, Fauci says,
00:10:07.420 oh, I think this is
00:10:08.200 a zoonotic transfer.
00:10:09.820 Oh, no, no, no, no.
00:10:10.860 It can't be.
00:10:11.740 Because Fauci actually funded
00:10:12.940 funded the creation
00:10:14.560 of COVID-19,
00:10:16.180 I believe.
00:10:17.860 And that exchange,
00:10:20.280 those exchanges
00:10:21.200 between Senator Rand Paul
00:10:23.680 and Dr. Fauci
00:10:25.180 are the stuff
00:10:27.280 of great,
00:10:27.880 both historical value
00:10:29.820 and revealing
00:10:32.740 of what was actually happening
00:10:35.340 because Rand Paul
00:10:36.180 had figured it out
00:10:37.220 long before anyone else
00:10:39.500 in that chamber.
00:10:41.200 And the reality is
00:10:44.180 that Fauci
00:10:45.260 was lying through his teeth
00:10:47.080 when he was speaking
00:10:48.000 about gain of function,
00:10:50.700 the deadliness
00:10:51.740 and the transmissibility
00:10:53.140 of this disease.
00:10:54.340 And I want to go
00:10:56.080 to bring this back,
00:10:57.740 if I may,
00:10:58.420 to those 18 elements
00:11:01.200 of the intelligence community
00:11:03.400 and including
00:11:04.080 the energy department.
00:11:06.000 I've spent some time
00:11:07.440 in a number
00:11:08.020 of the national laboratories.
00:11:10.460 I am just stunned
00:11:12.380 to find that there is
00:11:14.180 no greater supervision.
00:11:15.940 Each time I've been there,
00:11:17.000 I've been astonished
00:11:18.420 at the lack of security
00:11:19.680 in any one
00:11:21.260 of those laboratories
00:11:22.280 doing whatever
00:11:23.920 the science is,
00:11:25.980 whether it's Los Alamos,
00:11:28.280 you name the laboratory.
00:11:30.940 It's stunning
00:11:31.900 to see how lack of data,
00:11:33.360 they're run like universities
00:11:35.140 rather than laboratories
00:11:37.740 for national security.
00:11:40.400 Your thoughts about
00:11:41.960 them being part of
00:11:43.920 the energy,
00:11:46.180 the energy,
00:11:47.000 the intelligence community.
00:11:49.120 Yeah, one of the things
00:11:50.000 that's really interesting, Lou,
00:11:51.260 is that scientists believe
00:11:52.700 that other scientists
00:11:53.560 could never be evil.
00:11:55.420 And although a scientist
00:11:57.040 in China is working
00:11:58.060 at a biological weapons lab,
00:12:00.140 you know,
00:12:00.300 it never occurs
00:12:01.040 to American scientists
00:12:02.120 that they might actually
00:12:03.120 be trying to weaponize
00:12:04.580 scientific research.
00:12:07.060 And, you know,
00:12:07.760 you're absolutely right.
00:12:08.740 You know,
00:12:08.900 we've heard so many instances
00:12:10.320 of spies from China,
00:12:12.480 for instance,
00:12:13.500 walking into American labs
00:12:15.260 and just downloading
00:12:16.980 information,
00:12:18.420 data,
00:12:18.720 and basically pillaging that.
00:12:22.120 And obviously,
00:12:23.640 we just don't have a clue.
00:12:25.920 You would think
00:12:26.780 that after all the,
00:12:27.800 you would think
00:12:28.220 just in general,
00:12:29.060 as you point out,
00:12:29.740 but especially
00:12:30.540 after all this time,
00:12:31.760 we would understand
00:12:33.080 what's going on.
00:12:34.360 We don't,
00:12:35.340 obviously.
00:12:36.000 Well,
00:12:37.580 some of us,
00:12:39.060 some of us
00:12:40.340 don't understand,
00:12:41.820 nor,
00:12:42.120 and I think it's
00:12:42.720 to everyone's credit
00:12:43.700 who doesn't understand,
00:12:44.960 because when you look
00:12:46.960 at a federal government
00:12:48.020 that is being run
00:12:49.400 the way ours is,
00:12:50.860 I can't find
00:12:51.960 a single element
00:12:52.940 of the federal government
00:12:54.240 that is immune
00:12:57.400 or has any basis
00:12:59.680 to claim
00:13:00.440 a lack of corruption.
00:13:04.940 I have great excellence
00:13:07.700 of work.
00:13:09.060 It just isn't happening.
00:13:11.060 Our military can't claim
00:13:12.460 that they're a better military
00:13:14.020 than 30 years ago.
00:13:16.940 The NIH,
00:13:18.500 I have no idea,
00:13:19.700 frankly,
00:13:20.040 how effective they are,
00:13:21.620 but they are not
00:13:22.500 making claims
00:13:23.680 on excellence
00:13:25.100 by any stretch
00:13:26.100 of the imagination.
00:13:26.800 Our national laboratories
00:13:28.340 are preserved more,
00:13:30.300 they should be called
00:13:31.060 preservatories
00:13:32.060 for all of the advanced work
00:13:34.440 that they are accomplishing,
00:13:37.180 at least in public view.
00:13:38.580 Your thoughts?
00:13:39.920 Yeah,
00:13:40.200 I mean,
00:13:40.740 that's absolutely right.
00:13:42.000 And the military
00:13:42.760 is the one
00:13:43.600 which I focus on.
00:13:46.220 And the reason is
00:13:47.400 you have a China
00:13:48.500 which is obviously
00:13:49.400 preparing to go to war.
00:13:50.980 It's not just
00:13:51.820 the buildup
00:13:52.320 of the military.
00:13:53.480 It's also
00:13:54.180 Xi Jinping,
00:13:54.960 the Chinese ruler,
00:13:55.620 trying to sanction
00:13:56.640 proof his regime
00:13:57.620 and most ominously
00:13:59.760 the Chinese
00:14:01.200 trying to mobilize
00:14:02.360 the civilian population
00:14:04.620 for war.
00:14:05.700 But we have a Pentagon
00:14:06.560 that has no sense
00:14:07.900 of urgency
00:14:08.400 and it's a Pentagon
00:14:09.960 that's more interested
00:14:11.120 these days
00:14:11.780 in social justice issues
00:14:13.620 than protecting
00:14:14.980 the United States.
00:14:16.280 And we have something
00:14:18.380 approximating
00:14:19.320 the hollow military
00:14:20.480 of the Carter years.
00:14:21.780 so I can't think
00:14:24.000 of anything
00:14:24.360 more dangerous
00:14:25.320 than the situation
00:14:26.700 we have now.
00:14:27.500 We have a federal
00:14:28.560 government in general
00:14:29.440 that is out of control
00:14:30.600 that has ceased
00:14:32.240 functioning as it should
00:14:33.380 and we need
00:14:34.580 a Ronald Reagan
00:14:35.260 to come in
00:14:35.960 and do what he did
00:14:37.700 because if we don't
00:14:39.300 we're going to be
00:14:40.080 swallowed up
00:14:40.760 by our government.
00:14:42.300 I mean,
00:14:42.500 as Reagan said,
00:14:44.520 you know,
00:14:44.860 the government
00:14:45.440 is dangerous.
00:14:46.300 Well,
00:14:48.100 we've got a lot
00:14:48.680 to talk about
00:14:49.300 when it comes to China
00:14:50.220 when it comes to
00:14:51.000 national security
00:14:51.820 here today
00:14:52.500 but I think
00:14:53.920 you're raising
00:14:54.520 another point
00:14:55.360 that I hadn't
00:14:56.680 thought about
00:14:57.800 discussing today
00:14:58.640 but I think
00:14:59.040 it's important
00:14:59.580 in what you're saying
00:15:00.180 we need another
00:15:00.840 Ronald Reagan.
00:15:01.960 I wonder
00:15:02.820 if we are beyond
00:15:04.140 the one leader
00:15:05.860 role in this country
00:15:07.900 that is the presidency
00:15:09.020 that is
00:15:09.760 we can rely upon
00:15:11.740 one man or woman
00:15:13.200 to lead this country
00:15:14.320 and by that
00:15:15.760 I mean this
00:15:16.400 Joe Biden
00:15:17.880 is showing us
00:15:19.080 a true
00:15:21.120 imperial
00:15:21.940 presidency.
00:15:23.360 He is doing
00:15:24.560 things unilaterally
00:15:25.980 without even
00:15:27.240 consultation
00:15:27.980 let alone
00:15:28.800 the agreement
00:15:30.280 of and the consent
00:15:31.380 of the governed
00:15:32.180 and of course
00:15:34.540 our Senate
00:15:35.220 and House
00:15:36.180 of Representatives.
00:15:37.740 Janet Yellen
00:15:38.720 is in Ukraine
00:15:39.980 giving them
00:15:40.680 another one
00:15:41.320 and a quarter
00:15:41.840 billion dollars
00:15:42.700 of surprise present
00:15:43.820 from the Biden
00:15:44.500 regime
00:15:45.040 for Zelensky
00:15:47.100 and Ukraine.
00:15:48.740 We don't know
00:15:49.620 where the money
00:15:50.140 is going.
00:15:51.980 Ian Smith
00:15:53.400 the other day
00:15:53.960 this senior
00:15:54.960 spokesman
00:15:55.580 for the White House
00:15:56.460 saying
00:15:57.560 to James Comer
00:15:58.920 that he didn't
00:15:59.440 like the idea
00:16:00.060 that he was
00:16:01.240 actually being
00:16:01.760 very vicious
00:16:02.280 in it
00:16:02.740 attacking Comer
00:16:04.300 because Comer
00:16:05.080 the head
00:16:05.420 of the oversight
00:16:05.960 committee
00:16:06.340 wanted to know
00:16:06.880 where the hell
00:16:07.400 those taxpayer
00:16:08.060 dollars were going.
00:16:09.000 this is
00:16:10.260 we have reached
00:16:11.100 a level
00:16:11.780 here
00:16:12.320 of a
00:16:13.420 dictatorial
00:16:14.180 presidency.
00:16:14.700 We've gone
00:16:15.280 well beyond
00:16:16.240 imperial.
00:16:17.600 Yeah.
00:16:18.620 Biden
00:16:19.260 ran
00:16:20.060 as a moderate
00:16:21.120 but he
00:16:22.200 has governed
00:16:22.760 as a radical
00:16:23.800 and you go
00:16:25.320 back
00:16:25.720 people say
00:16:26.520 well
00:16:26.980 Trump
00:16:27.580 changed
00:16:28.100 things a lot
00:16:28.820 but Trump
00:16:29.580 ran
00:16:30.040 saying
00:16:30.860 what he
00:16:31.920 was going
00:16:32.360 to do
00:16:32.700 and
00:16:33.040 you know
00:16:34.420 God help
00:16:34.940 him
00:16:35.100 he actually
00:16:35.760 did it
00:16:36.400 so there
00:16:37.860 was no
00:16:38.460 falseness
00:16:39.400 in advertising
00:16:40.380 with Trump
00:16:41.900 but with Biden
00:16:42.980 we've got a
00:16:43.600 very different
00:16:44.380 presidency
00:16:45.000 than the
00:16:45.900 American people
00:16:46.560 thought that
00:16:47.140 they were
00:16:47.680 electing
00:16:48.420 in 2020
00:16:50.000 and we
00:16:51.780 have a chance
00:16:52.380 we're a
00:16:52.680 democracy
00:16:53.040 we have a
00:16:53.600 chance to
00:16:54.100 rectify that
00:16:54.940 in next year
00:16:55.980 and we
00:16:57.040 really have to
00:16:57.660 do that
00:16:58.100 because we
00:16:59.020 have a
00:16:59.480 runaway
00:16:59.760 federal
00:17:00.100 government
00:17:00.480 as I was
00:17:00.920 mentioning.
00:17:02.560 Well
00:17:03.160 China
00:17:04.460 for example
00:17:05.740 is
00:17:07.100 dealing
00:17:08.240 with Joe
00:17:08.800 Biden
00:17:09.260 who
00:17:10.200 they
00:17:10.460 basically
00:17:11.020 bought
00:17:11.660 when you
00:17:12.920 look at
00:17:13.220 the tens
00:17:13.600 of millions
00:17:14.000 of dollars
00:17:14.540 that the
00:17:14.920 Biden
00:17:15.260 family
00:17:15.860 referring
00:17:17.020 to
00:17:17.540 Congressman
00:17:18.700 Comer
00:17:19.460 and the
00:17:19.740 Oversight
00:17:20.180 Committee
00:17:20.500 saying they
00:17:21.260 have
00:17:21.580 abundant
00:17:22.540 evidence
00:17:23.280 overwhelming
00:17:24.160 evidence
00:17:24.900 on the
00:17:26.300 business
00:17:26.700 dealings
00:17:27.200 and Joe
00:17:28.200 Biden's
00:17:28.740 knowledge
00:17:29.060 of those
00:17:29.520 dealings
00:17:30.040 as they
00:17:30.820 investigate
00:17:31.380 influence
00:17:32.180 peddling
00:17:32.600 this is
00:17:33.980 a time
00:17:35.180 in which
00:17:35.600 the
00:17:35.820 presidency
00:17:36.380 has more
00:17:37.140 power
00:17:37.560 than at
00:17:37.940 any time
00:17:38.540 in the
00:17:39.200 history
00:17:39.500 of this
00:17:40.120 country
00:17:40.560 and it's
00:17:41.720 not an
00:17:42.100 accident
00:17:42.460 because famously
00:17:43.540 Barack Obama
00:17:44.920 said as long
00:17:46.160 as he had
00:17:46.580 the power
00:17:47.180 of his
00:17:48.620 telephone
00:17:49.200 and his
00:17:50.000 pen
00:17:50.360 he would
00:17:51.720 be just
00:17:53.600 fine
00:17:54.080 with Congress
00:17:55.260 opposing him
00:17:55.980 and this is
00:17:57.060 the third
00:17:57.400 term of
00:17:57.860 Barack Obama
00:17:58.620 obviously
00:17:59.200 so there
00:18:00.520 we have
00:18:00.940 it
00:18:01.160 these
00:18:01.980 these
00:18:02.960 Democrats
00:18:03.580 these
00:18:03.980 Marxist
00:18:04.640 Dems
00:18:05.060 are running
00:18:05.660 this just
00:18:06.300 as a
00:18:06.740 totalitarian
00:18:09.140 a manner
00:18:09.680 as would
00:18:10.960 a leader
00:18:12.320 of the
00:18:12.680 Soviet Union
00:18:13.400 for crying
00:18:13.940 out loud
00:18:14.420 yeah
00:18:15.780 you know
00:18:16.140 what's
00:18:16.380 paradoxical
00:18:17.520 you know
00:18:17.920 just a
00:18:18.360 couple
00:18:18.520 days ago
00:18:19.160 Biden
00:18:19.620 gave an
00:18:20.080 interview
00:18:20.420 to David
00:18:21.360 Muir of
00:18:21.920 ABC
00:18:22.280 and he
00:18:23.880 said that
00:18:24.480 China's
00:18:24.960 peace plan
00:18:25.580 for Ukraine
00:18:26.360 was not
00:18:28.200 rational
00:18:28.860 that
00:18:30.300 Biden was
00:18:31.720 wrong
00:18:32.140 yes
00:18:33.320 the peace
00:18:34.420 plan that
00:18:35.100 China proposed
00:18:35.820 was very
00:18:36.360 one-sided
00:18:36.880 for Russia
00:18:37.400 but it was
00:18:37.960 rational
00:18:38.420 if you
00:18:39.220 thought
00:18:39.900 that the
00:18:40.820 Chinese
00:18:41.200 did not
00:18:42.140 respect
00:18:42.760 Biden
00:18:43.280 and that's
00:18:44.840 exactly
00:18:45.220 what's
00:18:45.500 happened
00:18:45.740 they think
00:18:46.340 they can
00:18:46.640 fly a
00:18:47.120 spy
00:18:47.380 balloon
00:18:47.800 over the
00:18:48.600 United
00:18:48.840 States
00:18:49.340 they think
00:18:50.100 they can
00:18:50.380 do this
00:18:50.760 they think
00:18:51.100 they can
00:18:51.440 do that
00:18:51.940 and they
00:18:53.560 propose
00:18:54.140 one-sided
00:18:54.740 peace
00:18:55.020 plans
00:18:55.340 because
00:18:55.720 fundamentally
00:18:56.540 they do
00:18:57.360 not
00:18:57.780 think
00:18:58.240 that
00:18:58.600 Biden
00:18:59.080 can
00:18:59.660 oppose
00:19:00.180 them
00:19:00.380 and so
00:19:01.180 it is
00:19:01.640 paradoxical
00:19:02.420 that
00:19:02.700 although
00:19:03.180 as you
00:19:03.620 point out
00:19:04.060 that
00:19:04.640 Biden
00:19:05.020 is the
00:19:05.380 most
00:19:05.540 powerful
00:19:05.920 president
00:19:06.340 in
00:19:06.560 history
00:19:06.860 our
00:19:08.440 enemies
00:19:08.880 don't
00:19:09.380 view it
00:19:09.780 that way
00:19:10.140 they view
00:19:10.580 him
00:19:10.920 as
00:19:11.560 weak
00:19:12.540 as
00:19:13.540 basically
00:19:14.080 presiding
00:19:14.620 over
00:19:14.880 society
00:19:15.460 and
00:19:15.700 terminal
00:19:16.020 decline
00:19:16.560 and that
00:19:17.600 means
00:19:17.960 this is
00:19:18.400 an
00:19:18.560 extremely
00:19:19.120 dangerous
00:19:19.700 moment
00:19:20.060 in history
00:19:20.500 because
00:19:20.740 the
00:19:20.920 Chinese
00:19:21.240 do not
00:19:22.380 respect
00:19:23.020 the
00:19:23.260 United
00:19:23.540 States
00:19:23.960 we are
00:19:24.320 not
00:19:24.600 deterring
00:19:25.160 them
00:19:25.420 and
00:19:26.040 therefore
00:19:26.380 we're
00:19:26.660 seeing
00:19:27.060 war
00:19:27.720 in
00:19:27.920 Ukraine
00:19:28.280 and
00:19:28.680 we're
00:19:28.860 seeing
00:19:29.120 spy
00:19:29.480 balloons
00:19:29.920 and
00:19:30.740 we're
00:19:31.060 seeing
00:19:31.440 one-sided
00:19:32.020 peace
00:19:32.320 plans
00:19:32.760 I
00:19:34.800 think
00:19:35.220 you're
00:19:35.400 exactly
00:19:35.740 right
00:19:36.140 and I
00:19:36.740 also
00:19:37.020 think
00:19:37.340 it's
00:19:37.540 important
00:19:37.940 that
00:19:38.760 the
00:19:38.980 people
00:19:39.380 of Europe
00:19:39.720 understand
00:19:40.520 that
00:19:41.460 only with
00:19:42.640 this
00:19:42.860 president
00:19:43.260 could they
00:19:43.800 get away
00:19:44.180 with what
00:19:44.540 they're doing
00:19:44.940 right now
00:19:45.560 with
00:19:45.820 Ukraine
00:19:46.780 aflame
00:19:47.560 devastated
00:19:48.300 and much
00:19:48.860 of it
00:19:49.140 destroyed
00:19:49.720 tens of
00:19:52.100 millions
00:19:52.400 of people
00:19:52.960 displaced
00:19:54.340 and the
00:19:55.660 and the
00:19:55.680 death toll
00:19:56.800 I don't
00:19:57.280 know
00:19:57.480 but it's
00:19:57.840 got to
00:19:58.220 be in
00:19:58.560 the
00:19:58.700 hundreds
00:19:58.940 of
00:19:59.220 thousands
00:19:59.700 it would
00:20:00.120 seem
00:20:00.360 to me
00:20:00.820 to look
00:20:02.940 at that
00:20:03.320 and think
00:20:03.820 that we're
00:20:04.480 talking about
00:20:04.760 the modern
00:20:06.760 European
00:20:07.260 Union
00:20:07.780 this
00:20:08.640 this
00:20:08.660 this
00:20:08.680 this is
00:20:08.900 27
00:20:09.660 countries
00:20:10.240 28
00:20:10.760 if you
00:20:11.140 include
00:20:11.640 the
00:20:12.120 brexited
00:20:12.600 UK
00:20:13.540 a
00:20:14.860 an
00:20:16.360 economy
00:20:16.880 that is
00:20:17.380 almost
00:20:17.740 that
00:20:18.160 of the
00:20:18.440 United
00:20:18.780 States
00:20:19.300 and
00:20:19.920 in
00:20:20.360 some
00:20:20.700 nominal
00:20:21.540 terms
00:20:22.040 actually
00:20:22.440 larger
00:20:22.940 than
00:20:23.920 China
00:20:24.340 itself
00:20:24.940 and
00:20:26.340 we're
00:20:26.600 the
00:20:26.740 one
00:20:26.940 shipping
00:20:27.340 hundreds
00:20:28.060 of billions
00:20:29.020 of dollars
00:20:29.740 to Ukraine
00:20:30.700 our troops
00:20:31.800 are on the
00:20:32.220 eastern
00:20:32.580 flank
00:20:33.120 we're
00:20:34.080 doing
00:20:34.500 proposed
00:20:35.380 at least
00:20:35.940 about to
00:20:37.080 do
00:20:37.360 maneuvers
00:20:38.140 with
00:20:38.580 Poland
00:20:39.780 and
00:20:40.360 Germany
00:20:40.800 and
00:20:42.040 where
00:20:42.380 in the
00:20:42.960 world
00:20:43.480 is
00:20:43.920 NATO
00:20:44.260 and
00:20:44.760 why
00:20:45.120 is
00:20:45.340 the
00:20:45.480 United
00:20:45.800 States
00:20:46.360 going
00:20:47.100 over
00:20:47.380 with
00:20:47.640 the
00:20:47.820 Secretary
00:20:48.300 of
00:20:48.600 Treasury
00:20:49.040 the
00:20:49.960 Vice
00:20:50.380 President
00:20:50.860 all of
00:20:53.020 these
00:20:53.280 folks
00:20:54.280 from
00:20:54.440 the
00:20:54.600 Biden
00:20:54.860 regime
00:20:55.320 and
00:20:55.540 the
00:20:55.680 President
00:20:55.980 himself
00:20:56.540 for
00:20:57.040 a
00:20:57.240 photo
00:20:57.520 op
00:20:57.860 in
00:20:58.400 Kiev
00:20:58.700 it
00:20:59.780 is
00:21:00.040 mindless
00:21:00.920 these
00:21:01.480 people
00:21:01.840 are
00:21:02.060 living
00:21:02.480 three
00:21:03.340 decades
00:21:03.880 behind
00:21:04.500 the
00:21:05.760 current
00:21:06.460 economic
00:21:07.220 and
00:21:07.620 political
00:21:08.080 realities
00:21:08.840 NATO
00:21:10.620 without
00:21:10.920 the
00:21:11.140 United
00:21:11.320 States
00:21:11.660 is
00:21:11.880 nothing
00:21:12.180 and
00:21:13.060 I
00:21:13.480 think
00:21:13.700 that
00:21:13.900 it
00:21:14.040 is
00:21:14.300 no
00:21:14.580 coincidence
00:21:15.100 that
00:21:15.580 we
00:21:15.800 had
00:21:16.180 two
00:21:16.700 world
00:21:17.020 wars
00:21:17.400 last
00:21:17.740 century
00:21:18.200 that
00:21:18.780 one
00:21:19.400 started
00:21:19.880 in
00:21:20.500 Europe
00:21:22.020 the
00:21:22.300 other
00:21:22.480 one
00:21:22.900 was
00:21:23.700 continued
00:21:24.220 in
00:21:24.540 Europe
00:21:24.840 probably
00:21:26.180 World
00:21:26.820 War
00:21:27.000 II
00:21:27.120 probably
00:21:27.400 started
00:21:27.720 in
00:21:27.920 Asia
00:21:28.180 but
00:21:28.820 the
00:21:29.120 big
00:21:29.320 fighting
00:21:30.300 started
00:21:30.700 in
00:21:30.940 Europe
00:21:31.140 in
00:21:31.340 1939
00:21:31.920 and
00:21:33.160 I
00:21:33.660 think
00:21:33.860 it's
00:21:34.060 largely
00:21:34.380 because
00:21:34.820 of
00:21:35.560 the
00:21:35.740 structure
00:21:36.240 of
00:21:36.520 Europe
00:21:36.780 and
00:21:37.240 the
00:21:38.000 Europeans
00:21:38.500 after
00:21:39.040 World
00:21:39.300 War
00:21:39.500 II
00:21:39.700 tried
00:21:40.160 to
00:21:40.780 remedy
00:21:41.420 that
00:21:41.780 by
00:21:42.240 the
00:21:42.580 European
00:21:42.940 Union
00:21:43.500 and
00:21:44.220 by
00:21:44.480 NATO
00:21:44.780 and
00:21:44.980 other
00:21:45.120 things
00:21:45.420 but
00:21:46.060 clearly
00:21:46.540 Europe
00:21:47.580 has
00:21:47.920 not
00:21:48.220 coalesced
00:21:49.060 it
00:21:49.360 is
00:21:49.680 not
00:21:49.960 able
00:21:50.200 to
00:21:50.400 defend
00:21:50.700 itself
00:21:51.180 it
00:21:51.580 is
00:21:51.800 the
00:21:51.980 United
00:21:52.240 States
00:21:52.780 and
00:21:53.560 that
00:21:54.300 has
00:21:54.600 all
00:21:54.960 sorts
00:21:55.240 of
00:21:55.400 repercussions
00:21:56.040 some
00:21:56.500 of which
00:21:56.840 we
00:21:57.100 are
00:21:57.280 seeing
00:21:57.700 right
00:21:57.980 now
00:21:58.340 and
00:21:59.160 it
00:21:59.300 means
00:21:59.580 that
00:21:59.760 Europe
00:22:00.020 is
00:22:00.460 not
00:22:00.680 a
00:22:00.840 source
00:22:01.100 of
00:22:01.280 stability
00:22:01.900 as
00:22:02.620 we
00:22:02.800 all
00:22:03.060 thought
00:22:03.400 it
00:22:03.560 was
00:22:03.880 at
00:22:04.020 some
00:22:04.240 point
00:22:04.560 but
00:22:05.280 it
00:22:05.460 really
00:22:05.820 is
00:22:06.200 a
00:22:06.380 source
00:22:06.680 of
00:22:06.940 instability
00:22:07.760 and
00:22:08.720 it
00:22:08.920 could
00:22:09.040 be
00:22:09.260 very
00:22:09.540 well
00:22:09.940 the
00:22:10.440 start
00:22:10.720 of
00:22:10.900 the
00:22:11.240 third
00:22:11.660 world
00:22:11.960 war
00:22:12.320 and
00:22:13.140 as
00:22:13.460 I
00:22:13.580 said
00:22:13.760 that's
00:22:14.060 no
00:22:14.240 coincidence
00:22:14.700 it's
00:22:15.400 the
00:22:15.580 structure
00:22:16.420 of
00:22:16.640 Europe
00:22:16.820 itself
00:22:17.280 yeah
00:22:19.380 and
00:22:19.780 it's
00:22:20.000 also
00:22:20.300 the
00:22:20.660 the
00:22:21.380 woeful
00:22:22.540 lack
00:22:22.980 of
00:22:23.140 leadership
00:22:23.540 on
00:22:24.100 the
00:22:24.240 part
00:22:24.500 of
00:22:24.620 the
00:22:24.800 largest
00:22:25.300 members
00:22:26.020 of
00:22:26.300 the
00:22:26.420 European
00:22:26.700 Union
00:22:27.120 and
00:22:27.480 NATO
00:22:27.920 whether
00:22:28.520 it's
00:22:28.780 Germany
00:22:29.160 whether
00:22:29.500 it's
00:22:29.840 France
00:22:30.260 the
00:22:32.360 UK
00:22:32.840 they
00:22:34.160 have
00:22:34.380 not
00:22:34.780 since
00:22:35.420 well
00:22:36.060 the
00:22:36.900 80s
00:22:37.480 on
00:22:37.820 I
00:22:38.500 had
00:22:38.660 great
00:22:38.900 leadership
00:22:39.300 in
00:22:39.600 the
00:22:39.720 UK
00:22:40.020 or
00:22:41.100 Germany
00:22:41.660 or
00:22:42.800 France
00:22:43.300 the
00:22:43.660 principal
00:22:44.040 economies
00:22:44.660 of
00:22:45.180 the
00:22:45.560 European
00:22:45.820 Union
00:22:46.300 Europe
00:22:48.100 I
00:22:48.300 should
00:22:48.520 say
00:22:48.800 since
00:22:49.100 I
00:22:49.480 I'm
00:22:50.020 still
00:22:50.300 trying
00:22:50.640 to
00:22:50.740 get
00:22:50.880 used
00:22:51.100 to
00:22:51.240 the
00:22:51.360 fact
00:22:51.600 that
00:22:51.820 the
00:22:52.460 UK
00:22:52.740 hasn't
00:22:53.200 withdrawn
00:22:53.560 from
00:22:53.900 the
00:22:54.080 European
00:22:54.500 Union
00:22:54.860 despite
00:22:55.200 their
00:22:55.520 vote
00:22:55.780 over
00:22:56.140 the
00:22:56.320 next
00:22:56.780 decade
00:22:57.120 perhaps
00:22:57.460 they
00:22:57.640 will
00:22:57.900 it
00:22:59.200 it
00:22:59.960 is
00:23:00.240 it's
00:23:01.040 an
00:23:01.160 economy
00:23:01.660 larger
00:23:02.440 than
00:23:03.320 anyone
00:23:03.700 credits
00:23:04.240 they
00:23:04.720 have
00:23:04.940 less
00:23:05.220 debt
00:23:05.560 than
00:23:05.720 the
00:23:05.880 United
00:23:06.200 States
00:23:06.760 and
00:23:07.640 we
00:23:07.860 are
00:23:08.060 shipping
00:23:08.400 money
00:23:09.000 to
00:23:09.540 Ukraine
00:23:10.020 we
00:23:11.420 are
00:23:11.800 doing
00:23:12.400 almost
00:23:12.960 nothing
00:23:13.500 in
00:23:14.080 Southeast
00:23:14.600 Asia
00:23:15.140 we're
00:23:16.220 doing
00:23:16.500 almost
00:23:17.020 nothing
00:23:17.460 with
00:23:17.800 Japan
00:23:18.380 and
00:23:18.640 the
00:23:18.800 Philippines
00:23:19.220 we
00:23:19.480 have
00:23:19.700 awakened
00:23:20.040 to
00:23:20.240 the
00:23:20.380 fact
00:23:20.620 that
00:23:20.820 we
00:23:21.000 do
00:23:21.280 need
00:23:21.720 to
00:23:22.460 be
00:23:22.840 positioned
00:23:23.900 strategically
00:23:24.640 in
00:23:25.180 the
00:23:25.720 Philippines
00:23:26.220 and be
00:23:27.380 more
00:23:28.120 engaged
00:23:28.580 with the
00:23:28.960 Japanese
00:23:29.480 and beyond
00:23:30.400 I think
00:23:31.220 South Korea
00:23:31.900 is obviously
00:23:33.000 as well
00:23:33.620 this is
00:23:35.700 not a
00:23:36.140 foreign
00:23:36.380 policy
00:23:36.880 that
00:23:37.100 we're
00:23:37.260 watching
00:23:37.640 this
00:23:38.280 is
00:23:38.660 an
00:23:38.920 ad
00:23:39.300 hoc
00:23:39.880 a
00:23:40.820 la
00:23:42.000 carte
00:23:42.400 approach
00:23:43.500 to
00:23:43.840 reactionary
00:23:45.080 geopolitics
00:23:47.100 and
00:23:48.320 let me
00:23:48.680 remind
00:23:49.180 your
00:23:49.420 listeners
00:23:49.800 of
00:23:50.000 something
00:23:50.220 that
00:23:50.500 you
00:23:50.900 taught
00:23:51.240 me
00:23:51.480 and
00:23:51.740 that
00:23:51.940 is
00:23:52.260 we
00:23:53.440 just
00:23:53.700 completely
00:23:54.580 neglected
00:23:55.200 Latin
00:23:55.620 America
00:23:56.140 and
00:23:56.600 the
00:23:56.740 Caribbean
00:23:57.000 I
00:23:57.900 mean
00:23:58.040 these
00:23:58.500 are
00:23:58.640 countries
00:23:58.980 very
00:23:59.220 close
00:23:59.620 to
00:23:59.780 us
00:24:00.000 these
00:24:00.240 are
00:24:00.360 countries
00:24:00.780 that
00:24:01.020 are
00:24:01.140 exporting
00:24:01.660 problems
00:24:02.380 to
00:24:02.640 us
00:24:02.960 and
00:24:03.920 we're
00:24:04.140 still
00:24:04.340 not
00:24:04.560 paying
00:24:04.820 attention
00:24:05.220 to
00:24:06.040 our
00:24:07.320 own
00:24:07.700 region
00:24:08.080 and
00:24:09.500 you
00:24:09.860 were
00:24:10.020 the
00:24:10.220 first
00:24:10.520 to
00:24:10.880 sound
00:24:11.260 the
00:24:11.440 alarm
00:24:11.720 on
00:24:12.000 this
00:24:12.360 so
00:24:13.400 it's
00:24:13.660 really
00:24:14.000 important
00:24:14.460 that
00:24:14.740 yeah
00:24:15.400 Asia
00:24:15.860 is
00:24:15.980 important
00:24:16.280 and
00:24:16.420 of
00:24:16.820 course
00:24:17.000 I
00:24:17.140 think
00:24:17.320 Asia
00:24:17.520 is
00:24:17.640 important
00:24:17.920 because
00:24:18.100 I
00:24:18.200 focus
00:24:18.480 on
00:24:18.680 China
00:24:18.920 but
00:24:19.640 we
00:24:20.820 need
00:24:21.080 to
00:24:21.240 make
00:24:21.420 sure
00:24:21.760 that
00:24:22.040 we
00:24:22.220 have
00:24:22.440 a
00:24:22.560 secure
00:24:22.900 hemisphere
00:24:23.380 because
00:24:23.980 we
00:24:24.200 have
00:24:24.520 the
00:24:24.760 Chinese
00:24:25.180 and
00:24:25.560 the
00:24:25.720 Russians
00:24:26.000 and
00:24:26.480 the
00:24:26.620 Iranians
00:24:27.240 and
00:24:27.720 God
00:24:27.960 knows
00:24:28.220 who
00:24:28.400 else
00:24:28.780 creating
00:24:29.860 trouble
00:24:32.960 China
00:24:33.140 for
00:24:33.420 instance
00:24:33.760 is
00:24:34.000 building
00:24:34.520 or
00:24:34.880 has
00:24:35.120 built
00:24:35.360 what
00:24:35.620 looks
00:24:35.960 like
00:24:36.280 the
00:24:36.640 next
00:24:37.280 Chinese
00:24:37.700 naval
00:24:38.040 base
00:24:38.380 which
00:24:38.920 is
00:24:39.200 in
00:24:39.460 Freeport
00:24:40.080 in
00:24:40.380 the
00:24:40.480 Bahamas
00:24:40.940 87
00:24:41.680 miles
00:24:42.320 east
00:24:42.980 of
00:24:43.180 Palm
00:24:43.420 Beach
00:24:43.760 for
00:24:44.040 God's
00:24:44.460 sakes
00:24:44.720 and
00:24:45.800 you
00:24:46.660 know
00:24:46.820 they're
00:24:47.380 there
00:24:47.760 they have
00:24:48.180 a
00:24:48.300 container
00:24:48.620 port
00:24:49.000 which
00:24:49.240 is
00:24:49.440 failing
00:24:49.940 the
00:24:50.600 Chinese
00:24:50.960 can
00:24:51.220 very
00:24:51.480 well
00:24:51.700 take
00:24:51.940 it
00:24:52.060 over
00:24:52.240 because
00:24:52.460 they
00:24:52.580 built
00:24:52.960 it
00:24:53.180 they
00:24:53.660 could
00:24:53.800 put
00:24:53.960 their
00:24:54.140 navy
00:24:54.500 in
00:24:54.760 there
00:24:54.980 I
00:24:55.540 mean
00:24:55.680 the
00:24:56.200 Belt and
00:24:56.620 road
00:24:56.900 program
00:24:57.560 and
00:24:58.180 it's
00:25:02.960 own the
00:25:15.320 Panama Canal at both ends and they are infiltrating the region destabilizing governments you name it and and if we're going to talk about alarms and regions certainly nothing is more important than that which is most proximate militarily and in geopolitics the the Caribbean Central America South America there is no way in the world we should be tolerating this and
00:25:30.640 we should be responding powerfully to the intrusion but we're not when it was Barack Obama remember who famously on a fine November day decided to announce that the Monroe Doctrine was dead this is the kind of madness that has been heaped upon us
00:25:47.220 Jimmy Carter decided that we shouldn't we shouldn't be engaged with the Panama Canal and in some sort of massive historic virtue signaling decided to turn it back to Panama
00:26:00.460 and leave it wide open for
00:26:02.500 what is it the Biden administration likes to call them the competitors of the United States they're the damn enemies of the United States right I mean we have just to take one of those problems I mean we have all of those border crossings right now from Central America and the reason is that those areas were decimated by China's entry into the World Trade Organization factories left
00:26:28.280 every country in our hemisphere but it's all but as well as in Central America and and now Central Americans without hope without jobs they want to migrate to the United States but we can stabilize that we can bring factories back to the United States we can also bring some factories which wouldn't come back to American soil they could go to Central America and get cheaper labor than they have in China and that would stabilize those societies which means we wouldn't
00:26:57.280 have millions of people trying to have millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions
00:27:23.760 border. It's not just fentanyl is a Chinese problem. We've got probably Chinese agents
00:27:29.120 coming across our border not monitored. I think unquestionably, and furthermore,
00:27:36.960 we have no interior immigration enforcement. We have no appetite whatsoever, no political will
00:27:43.840 in this country to defend that border. It has de facto been turned over to the Mexican drug
00:27:52.440 cartels who are working hand in glove with the Chinese for fentanyl, pharmaceutical ingredients,
00:27:59.340 and their scientists, as you well know, are helping those cartels in the manufacture of fentanyl that
00:28:06.800 is now coming into this country in ever greater, massive, deadly quantities. And when I say deadly,
00:28:13.320 we're talking about the capacity to kill the American population two or three times over.
00:28:21.040 Yes. Some of those fentanyl seizures recently are so large that they could kill every American.
00:28:28.220 And we know that the Communist Party is backing the fentanyl gangs because in China's total
00:28:35.820 surveillance state, those fentanyl gangs could not operate without the approval of the party.
00:28:40.780 And the gangs actually launder their money through the Chinese state, the Chinese state banking system.
00:28:48.140 Chinese diplomats support the fentanyl gangs. And we're not holding the Communist Party to account.
00:28:55.360 And that's two years ago, that was about 77,000 Americans who had died from illegal fentanyl doses.
00:29:03.480 When we get the numbers for last year, it's probably going to be in excess of 80,000 for sure.
00:29:10.040 That's 80,000 Americans who have been murdered last year by Communist Party, in addition to the COVID deaths.
00:29:19.040 Yeah. Well, when you start looking at what is happening, the Chinese military strategists,
00:29:27.600 and some of them going back as far as Sun Tzu, acknowledging that to not fight a war is even better than winning a war.
00:29:35.940 And what we are watching is a country that is strategically going after the United States in every way,
00:29:42.600 subverting it wherever it can, covertly, and now in plain view.
00:29:48.540 And there is such little appetite, stomach, or if you will, guts on the part of the American public
00:29:55.360 to contend with what is in their face.
00:29:58.560 And that is their own—they're being bled every day.
00:30:02.020 We are being bled every day by the Chinese Communist Party,
00:30:06.460 whether it is the theft of intellectual property,
00:30:08.980 whether it is the purchase of farmland and strategically placed real estate,
00:30:14.100 whether it be companies, front companies that are running,
00:30:17.920 gaming us every day for hundreds of billions of dollars in intellectual property,
00:30:22.380 are outright theft of.
00:30:23.860 It is sickening to watch what this country doesn't have the courage or the wits to deal with.
00:30:33.140 Yeah. I've been talking to a lot of audiences around the country,
00:30:37.060 and I think the American people know what to do.
00:30:40.800 It's just that the political leadership is corrupted or naive or just stupid.
00:30:48.220 But whatever it is, we're not being defended by the people that we elected.
00:30:53.760 The American people, I think, are angry, Lou.
00:30:56.240 They want to do something.
00:30:58.300 And by God, we're going to do it because we've got elections coming up next year,
00:31:02.120 and we can change things, and we will change things.
00:31:05.280 Not with Ronna McDaniels, the head of the RNC.
00:31:09.360 Not with the contentious divide in the Republican Party,
00:31:14.200 the establishment attacking Donald Trump, the leader of the party,
00:31:18.640 the only person in the Republican Party who has had an original idea in, I think, decades.
00:31:25.360 He is being gamed, attacked from every quarter.
00:31:31.180 He is being politically persecuted in favor of establishment, what would I call them, dupes,
00:31:39.140 that the American people, you saw that Jeb Bush came out and supporting Ron DeSantis.
00:31:46.340 I have no problem with Ron DeSantis, but Ron DeSantis is not, I think,
00:31:52.060 on the right side of history or the right time in history.
00:31:55.680 It is ridiculous to watch this and to see what a number of networks are doing.
00:32:01.440 They've picked their favorites, and they are pressing forward with establishment candidates.
00:32:06.980 And we have an electorate who can't even get an honest election time after time.
00:32:14.240 We're watching it rigged, if you will, whatever you want to call it, stolen.
00:32:19.060 And this is absurd to see these illegitimate elections and people walking around with their heads on their hands woefully saying,
00:32:28.900 well, you know, we're just not going to be able to engage.
00:32:31.940 Some are, no question about it.
00:32:33.820 Those are America firsters.
00:32:35.400 Those are MAGA Republicans.
00:32:38.280 But unfortunately, the party has so many rhinos and rhino liberals that it's enough to make you sick to your stomach.
00:32:46.780 We all need more Lou Dobbs in our life because you called it early, Lou, and you have never wavered.
00:32:55.260 And, you know, I have and so many people across the country because they tell me they look at you and they say his ideas are what are going to save us.
00:33:06.380 Well, that's very kind.
00:33:07.600 I mean, now we need somebody to, you know, to actually go get them.
00:33:14.220 And as you and I are talking about, to be energized and devoted to this country and drive every single idea to implementation.
00:33:26.360 Think about what we have to do.
00:33:28.120 I mean, Donald Trump wants to build a wall.
00:33:30.840 You know, frankly, I'd never thought about building a wall.
00:33:33.560 I was against illegal immigration.
00:33:35.960 But you know what?
00:33:37.520 It makes all the sense in the world.
00:33:39.760 It is a practical matter.
00:33:41.240 And as a practical matter, it's employed, by the way, including, what is it, the Great Wall of China is what, 13,000, 14,000 miles long?
00:33:49.760 I mean, if they can do it and live by it, why could we not?
00:33:55.000 Right.
00:33:55.520 Yeah, it was meant to keep out the Manchu invaders.
00:33:58.180 And I do remember that when Nancy Pelosi was Speaker, she built a chain-linked fence around the Capitol.
00:34:06.980 You know, these people live in walled compounds.
00:34:10.320 So, yeah, walls do make sense.
00:34:12.160 And so much makes sense.
00:34:15.240 Lower taxes instead of higher accountability of the American people, things like consent of the governed, co-equal branches of government, and accountability.
00:34:25.720 I just, I hope that we can get to that point.
00:34:30.040 But waiting for the next election, and I have to say to you, I don't believe we can wait.
00:34:35.540 I saw a picture of Ronald McDaniel today talking about loyalty oaths.
00:34:40.460 I want to say the loyalty oath to the United States of America is going to be a loyalty oath.
00:34:47.380 And I'm not so sure as some of these folks who call themselves politicians and Republicans who are actually rhinos, who act in absolute disregard of their citizenship in this great republic.
00:35:00.860 Your thoughts?
00:35:02.060 Yeah, I'm a political independent.
00:35:04.140 But I can't believe the Republican Party or the Republican National Committee re-elected Rona McDaniel.
00:35:11.680 I was shocked.
00:35:12.360 I mean, I don't follow these things, Lou.
00:35:14.120 But I figured that a record of failure would merit expulsion, but apparently not in the Republican Party.
00:35:23.040 Not in the Republican Party, certainly.
00:35:25.600 It is, I think, the healthiest thing I've seen happen to the Republican Party since the election of Donald Trump has been the bargaining that took place between the Freedom Caucus
00:35:37.420 and the so-called 20 who bargained with Kevin McCarthy for the Speakership and to get representation of good, strong, American, committed conservatives and Republicans who want the best for this nation and put America first.
00:35:58.140 That's, to me, it is exhilarating to see the so-called new church committee dealing with the weaponization of the U.S. government.
00:36:08.940 And also, without question, the China committee to have the courage to do that and to move forward.
00:36:16.820 And they are moving forward.
00:36:18.320 Your thoughts about all of that?
00:36:20.700 Lou, it's Lexington and Concord time.
00:36:23.880 And this time is consequential because we Americans, we are our own last line of defense.
00:36:34.440 Well said.
00:36:35.760 And as always, we give our guests the last word here, Gordon.
00:36:39.640 And if I may turn to you for your concluding thoughts on this beautiful day in America.
00:36:44.680 It's a beautiful day in America, but it is a time where we have to save our republic.
00:36:50.120 We can we can lose it, Lou.
00:36:53.360 We can lose it not just to the Chinese and the Russians and all the rest.
00:36:58.180 We can lose it to the forces in our own country.
00:37:01.320 You know, when I was growing up, I was, you know, I was thinking, I thought about Rome and I said, how can Rome fall apart?
00:37:10.800 You know, America will never fall apart.
00:37:13.320 And in the last couple of years, I've seen America fall apart.
00:37:16.720 So we've got to go out and save it.
00:37:18.880 And so I'm with you.
00:37:20.320 Well, I am delighted because I'm with you, Gordon, and I appreciate it.
00:37:26.800 And we're with the with this.
00:37:28.920 Most importantly, we're with this great American republic of ours.
00:37:32.820 And you're you're terrific to spend so much time with us here today.
00:37:37.160 As always, we appreciate appreciate your insight and your knowledge and your wisdom.
00:37:42.960 Gordon Chang.
00:37:44.000 Thank you.
00:37:45.500 Thank you, Lou.
00:37:46.260 Thanks, as always, to our friend Gordon Chang.
00:37:48.680 And now we turn to the internal political realities with one of the country's leading political strategist and pollsters, John McLaughlin.
00:37:57.620 Great to have you here on The Great America Show, John.
00:38:00.480 Give us your perspective now and your thoughts about America in this strange, sometimes bizarre political period we're living through.
00:38:09.960 Well, I think we're really at a unique time in American history because Donald Trump was a very unique president.
00:38:17.720 Historic president in that he beat the Washington, the Republican establishment for the nomination.
00:38:23.740 Then he beat the Washington establishment for the election.
00:38:27.500 And, you know, they beat him or they at least took the presidency four years ago.
00:38:33.520 And now he's coming back.
00:38:34.680 And we're 320 days away from the first votes being cast in the Iowa caucus.
00:38:40.500 Wow.
00:38:40.940 And right.
00:38:42.380 It's a but he's the front runner.
00:38:45.080 And he announced in November after the election.
00:38:48.160 And there was a little waning during the holidays.
00:38:50.720 And what we have now is, I mean, in our last poll at the end of February, Donald Trump was ahead of the Republican field in a multi-cannity race, 42 to 26.
00:39:03.240 He definitely was beating Ron DeSantis in a one-to-one challenge, 56 to 38, which is higher than January.
00:39:10.540 He's 52 to 40.
00:39:11.600 And he's leading Joe Biden, 48, 44.
00:39:14.780 And he's had that lead nationally over Joe Biden since Biden surrendered to Afghanistan.
00:39:20.880 So we're really in a unique phase where you have a president who, by the way, when you ask Republican primary voters, should he run again?
00:39:29.740 57 percent said yes.
00:39:31.060 And 76 percent said they'll support him to only 20 percent no if he runs again among these Republican primary voters.
00:39:39.060 So there's a gap between his actual vote and should he run again?
00:39:43.740 And we asked him why they weren't supporting him.
00:39:47.200 It wasn't that they didn't dislike him.
00:39:49.440 They're just looking at the other candidates.
00:39:51.660 And what we're seeing is now is Donald Trump is back out on the stump.
00:39:55.780 He's gone to South Carolina, New Hampshire.
00:39:58.160 He's going to be going to Iowa.
00:39:59.520 He made a great visit to East Palestine when these people in Ohio were suffering after the Biden administration, you know, just totally bungled a toxic train derailment where they've opened up this 21st century love canal where they've definitely poisoned the people of Ohio and Pennsylvania with what's going on.
00:40:20.600 And Joe Biden took off to Ukraine to give hundreds of, you know, millions of dollars to the Ukrainians or billions of dollars to the Ukrainians while Americans here are suffering and could use that money.
00:40:33.700 And he still hasn't been to East Palestine.
00:40:35.720 But the big difference was Donald Trump went there, told those people, and he brought his own, you know, he's a corporate businessman.
00:40:45.160 He brought his own bottled water and went to the McDonald's, was buying food for people.
00:40:49.940 And he's doing what he could as a citizen.
00:40:52.680 And people are hurting.
00:40:54.180 So it's really historic in that the conditions that allowed Donald Trump to win in 2016 have only become exponentially more aggravated since then, where he is now.
00:41:07.260 I mean, his speech at CPAC was great because it was a clarion call to the working men and women of America against the political establishment.
00:41:16.260 And, you know, he just had a tremendous success at CPAC, which was held inside the beltway.
00:41:25.660 And he had these conservatives come over, 2,000 conservatives cast their vote, which they have to pay to go to the conference.
00:41:32.340 And only one person gets to vote there.
00:41:34.660 You know, we do the survey.
00:41:36.060 My brother Jim oversaw it.
00:41:37.860 And, you know, only one person gets a vote.
00:41:40.700 And you have to be a participant in the conference.
00:41:43.100 And Donald Trump won 62% of the vote.
00:41:47.320 Ron DeSantis didn't even go, but he got 20%.
00:41:49.700 And, you know, when they asked him for vice president, Carrie Lake got 19% to DeSantis is 14% to Nikki Haley's 10%.
00:41:58.560 So Donald Trump is really gaining momentum because two-thirds of the country, 65%, say we're on the wrong track.
00:42:07.440 They say the economy is getting worse, not better, 61% to 33%.
00:42:12.020 Still four to five voters have been impacted by inflation, 37%, telling us that they can't even make ends meet for basic necessities.
00:42:21.540 So, you know, Donald Trump is getting ready to move the country forward again.
00:42:25.760 And we've got 320 days to go until we start voting in the Iowa caucuses, then eight days later is New Hampshire.
00:42:32.860 So it's a marathon, but he's up for it.
00:42:37.120 That number, 40 points, is pretty significant, even if it is a straw poll at CPAC.
00:42:46.200 I mean, that's impressive.
00:42:48.160 I don't know.
00:42:48.880 Has there ever been one any stronger than that?
00:42:51.740 No.
00:42:52.040 I mean, 95% of those voters there approved of the job he did as president, and the vast majority strongly approved.
00:43:01.520 And, you know, this is, he's, it's not the 20th century with Ronald Reagan where it was mourning in America.
00:43:07.500 And I used to go, we loved Ronald Reagan.
00:43:09.360 He was great.
00:43:09.980 He was my, you know, my hero at the time.
00:43:12.080 And now you've got Donald Trump.
00:43:13.280 And things in America are not as good as it was in the 20th century.
00:43:19.100 So when you look at what's going on with the middle class and the exploitation and what's going on with China and the world and what's going on with the, you know, you've got Russia invading Ukraine, then not afraid of Joe Biden.
00:43:31.760 And it's, it's, these are, these are times where most Americans will tell you the country's gone backwards.
00:43:38.340 And we have never gone backwards before in our history.
00:43:41.340 And for most voters to feel that way, there's anger right now at the ruling class, the elites, the establishment, and forget when you get, you know, a couple thousand conservatives traveling inside the beltway to send the establishment a message at a conference where they're, they literally, you know, went at the establishment.
00:44:02.980 They went at the ruling class of the country and, you know, they're being censored.
00:44:08.180 They're being shunned by, by these people that exploit us.
00:44:13.280 And, you know, the, the grassroots around the country are being rallied by Donald Trump once
00:44:18.860 again, to give them hope that we can take back our country.
00:44:21.480 They are the forgotten Americans who Donald Trump embraced in 2015 and 2016 and, and won the presidency that, and that's before him again, we are in a different situation though.
00:44:36.800 And, and then in 2016, we have greater clarity about the role of the federal government, the political corruption of the federal government's so-called deep state.
00:44:46.440 We have no, I think most Americans now have no illusions about what the Democrat party is.
00:44:53.580 It is a Marxist led party with a Marxist agenda and they mean to destroy everything from the nuclear family, uh, to the founding values of the country and to roll over, uh, this political system into a one party system.
00:45:09.920 It's not the uniparty as some insist on calling it, it's not a, uh, a two tier justice system.
00:45:16.760 It's one party, one centralized autocratic totalitarian government, uh, that they dream of and which they do better than dream because they're actually executing the plan and doing so.
00:45:29.700 I think brilliantly while Republicans, independents, libertarians are all sitting there slack jawed at what is happening before their very eyes.
00:45:39.920 And what is happening nearly every day in Washington, DC, your thoughts.
00:45:44.060 I couldn't agree more.
00:45:45.620 I mean, uh, you know, when I read Mark Levin wrote about, uh, that book about American Marxists, I didn't know these names didn't, you know, really register, but you can see it all around you.
00:45:56.620 When you know that people like George Soros are financing this with their, uh, nonprofits, with their open borders, their, uh, uh, you know, nonprofits that are funding the cashless bail.
00:46:08.080 And you had a situation this week where, uh, uh, a bunch of people, terror terrorists attack, like the police academy in Atlanta, Georgia.
00:46:17.480 And one of them was a lawyer for the Southern poverty law legal center.
00:46:21.240 And what it is, is it's like you said, it's a Marxist communist, uh, plot where they know who they are.
00:46:28.000 And they're basically, you know, trying to take down every institution of value in America so that, so that a handful of people can, you know, take over the government and tell the rest of us what to do.
00:46:38.100 And, uh, take away our democracy and our freedoms and our right to free speech.
00:46:42.520 So, uh, so this is an existential battle because the standard part is, uh, the establishment, the elites in the country, you know, they would rather have control.
00:46:52.040 Like the Republican party is the first hurdle in that, um, you've got a situation where the grassroots in the Republican party, uh, really resent what the country club Republicans are doing to us right now.
00:47:04.340 And basically they need to realize that the caddies are now about to take over the country club and we're going to run it and we're going to get our president elected again.
00:47:13.720 And we're tired of them losing elections or going along with, uh, with the Democrats.
00:47:18.440 I mean, you know, people talk about last November's election.
00:47:21.640 They were trying to blame it on Trump.
00:47:22.820 Well, twice the Republicans in the Senate voted with the Democrats to spend trillions of dollars on infrastructure bills that, you know, I'm not seeing the infrastructure.
00:47:34.340 I mean, and, and all this inflation reduction act, I haven't seen inflation reduced.
00:47:40.420 I mean, we needed to stop spending last year and have a big fight before the election so we could take the Senate.
00:47:46.020 Instead, we had Republicans go along with it.
00:47:48.640 It absolutely undermined what we needed to do.
00:47:51.820 Fortunately, house candidates took, took the Democrats on and inflation and we won just enough to take over the house.
00:47:58.940 And now a lot of these house members are doing what they said they were going to do.
00:48:03.900 And they're showing the corruption of the Biden administration, specifically the Biden family.
00:48:09.160 They're, they're going after China in a way that, that, you know, letting Americans know how China has abused us and taking our jobs and spied on us and is exploiting us right now.
00:48:19.620 And, you know, they're, they're, they're, they're going to fight to stop taxes and they're going to fight to stop the wasteful spending.
00:48:26.380 But it's the backbenchers that are, that are leading that fight because the people are behind them.
00:48:31.520 And for the first time, the conservatives in the party, in the house are, are truly represented across all of the committees and, and with, with good placement in the, really the most important committees, judiciary, the subcommittee you just mentioned on weaponization.
00:48:50.420 Uh, James Comer is chairman of the oversight committee.
00:48:54.580 I mean, the list goes on, uh, strong conservative voices, uh, and minds leading those, uh, those efforts.
00:49:02.200 It is, and they're off in my judgment to a very good start.
00:49:06.700 Uh, I, you know, the test will be of course, in the months ahead, but, uh, even now, uh, as we, as we sit here discussing this, the, the national left-wing corporate meetings,
00:49:20.420 media is refusing to hold to account Joe Biden, his administration or regime.
00:49:26.780 If you prefer, he's refusing to hold to account Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer or the deep state that continues to bedevil and politically persecute president, uh, Donald Trump.
00:49:39.320 Uh, it's, it is a moment in history that is building towards something very large, very important.
00:49:47.080 And, and this destabilization that we're witnessing, not only in this country, but in Europe as well, uh, and to a, a degree in Asia as well.
00:49:58.080 This is deeply troubled.
00:50:00.980 I totally agree.
00:50:02.280 I was in Europe last week, seeing clients over there and you can see the people of, of Europe resent right now.
00:50:09.620 The fact that they're suffering because of these sanctions that they're paying, you know, higher gas, fuel prices, et cetera.
00:50:16.760 And certainly they're, they don't like Russia.
00:50:18.960 They want to, they're strong NATO allies that they don't want to be invaded.
00:50:23.280 But on the other hand, they, there is no game plan from Joe Biden about how to end the war.
00:50:29.040 Donald Trump has said he would end it in 24 hours.
00:50:31.420 And it certainly would have happened, would not have happened, uh, if he was president, you know, no way Vladimir Putin would have gone into Ukraine when Trump was president.
00:50:39.920 Cause he would have known the consequences.
00:50:42.320 And, you know, you're seeing right now where, uh, you know, people, you know, people are concerned about the war spreading and, and, and catastrophic consequences.
00:50:51.420 Where there's intelligence reports coming out and we've got to worry about China and Russia and North Korea and Iran.
00:50:59.740 Iran is very close to having a nuclear weapon if they don't already have it.
00:51:04.120 And, uh, you know, these, these are really rogue states.
00:51:07.900 They're not democratic.
00:51:09.400 Um, and you, you know, the world is very worried about what's going on right now.
00:51:15.060 And they, they're not getting the leadership from America that they had with Donald Trump as president and, uh, or that they've seen in the past from the United States.
00:51:24.200 So a couple of questions is, is, and I know you're limited in your time, but just a, just a couple of more questions.
00:51:30.800 What do you think of the, and I know this may be difficult, if not impossible for you to answer, but I'm curious about whether or not the political team, the president has around him right now, in your judgment as a professional.
00:51:42.360 Uh, is better than what he had in 2020.
00:51:46.820 We're speaking about Joe Biden or president Trump.
00:51:50.180 President Trump.
00:51:51.220 Good.
00:51:51.680 Uh, it's better.
00:51:53.080 It's leaner and meaner.
00:51:54.580 Um, you've got, uh, Susie Wilesman managing things.
00:51:57.920 She met, ran Florida twice for the Trump campaign and we won decisively twice.
00:52:03.580 Uh, you have Chris Lasavita in there and I've, I've worked with Chris before with Senator George Allen and when, when George was governor as well.
00:52:11.420 Um, and we've worked together since then.
00:52:13.920 And Chris, uh, is known for running the, uh, super PAC efforts for the SWIFO veterans against John Kerry.
00:52:22.920 Um, and Jason Miller's background in communications.
00:52:26.460 So there's, he's building a leaner, meaner team and they are raising money now as he goes in campaigns, you know, but not the big dollar country club sets.
00:52:35.980 Ironically, he's the blue collar billionaire that, uh, uh, people of America will send him 50, a hundred dollars online because they know he represents their interests.
00:52:46.580 And, uh, you know, it is going pretty well, right.
00:52:49.780 From what I hear right now, particularly after the CPAC speech where he really, you know, let the establishment have it and he's coming out with very specific plans.
00:52:59.540 A lot of his videos aren't really getting wide play from the mainstream media, but he's come out with specific plans about what he's going to do with the federal government, how he's going to close the border.
00:53:08.740 Uh, what he's going to do with China and trade and manufacturing.
00:53:12.540 Um, but it's, it's all basically, you know, messages that would play to the heartland.
00:53:19.120 So I think the messages are better.
00:53:21.900 The, uh, uh, the basically that he's taking the offense that he's taking the battle to Joe Biden.
00:53:28.880 Um, I mean, he attacks president Biden every day, if he can, the fact that he is going into places with where, uh, he's drawing a sharp, sharp contrast between Biden's failures and his successes.
00:53:41.380 And with specific plans that are different than, you know, beyond what he did as president himself.
00:53:47.440 So I think, you know, four years ago, they were afraid that, well, they, they didn't think Donald Trump would win.
00:53:55.040 Now they're afraid he's going to win and it's going to get tougher because, you know, Alvin Bragg, I mean, the Soros DA in Manhattan is holding, you know, like he's, he's, he's holding a grand jury talking about indicting the president on some stuff from the past campaign.
00:54:13.380 You know, I mean, they're going to do whatever they can to stop him.
00:54:17.320 And, and, and even as we speak, the fact that the videos from, uh, the January 6th committee that weren't released that Kevin McCarthy, Speaker McCarthy released down, people can see here.
00:54:28.800 They are the police leading Capitol police, for some reason, leading these protesters into the Senate chambers, into the halls of Congress.
00:54:37.760 And now you've got people in jail after being, you know, literally what some legal people are calling entrapped, uh, by the way, there's these, this, this video leaves no question about the entrapment of the, uh, the shaman, so-called, the man with the, the Viking hat, uh, and furs.
00:54:57.360 Uh, he was, he, he was being, without question, escorted through the Capitol, uh, and there was no tension even in the moment, let alone in any act that he, that he took.
00:55:10.680 So when we see all of this, uh, when the Americans see it for themselves, and I love the fact that Chuck Schumer is outraged that Tucker Carlson showed video, uh, to the American people of that day, uh, saying it's the most horrible thing he's ever witnessed.
00:55:27.340 And his life, uh, when in fact, that tells you everything you need to know about these Marxist Democrats, and that is that they would rather tell you what you're seeing than allow you to see it.
00:55:38.080 And if the American people are stupid enough to put these, uh, uh, these Trotskyites back, uh, in office, I, I will be, I will be stunned this time.
00:55:48.640 No, Schumer, what a disgrace.
00:55:50.900 He got on the Senate floor yesterday and called for censorship of, of Fox news.
00:55:55.720 Yeah.
00:55:56.160 And, you know, some of us, you know, have, you know, differences about how they've covered some of the things, but let me tell you, uh, you know, to, for the Senate leader of the United States to call for censorship, because he knows that ultimately he and Nancy Pelosi made a decision not to call the national guard, not to put fencing around the Capitol as they've done at the white house.
00:56:18.720 And, uh, you know, and then they had January 6th committee where they wouldn't even allow Trump Republicans on the committee.
00:56:27.960 It was a kangaroo court.
00:56:29.000 So this is an existential battle for the future of America.
00:56:33.000 Like we've never seen before this election that's coming up.
00:56:36.540 And, you know, I have to say this, you know, damn the national corporate media because they have the power as well as the responsibility to have held these Democrats to account.
00:56:49.020 Uh, and they have, uh, and they have, uh, uh, grease the, the way forward, uh, into decline for this nation because of, uh, their conduct over the last six years.
00:56:59.500 Uh, and you mentioned brag, I mean, we look around at these George Soros, uh, DAs, uh, playing politics, Fulton County.
00:57:07.940 What a, what a strange place that, uh, we would see, uh, uh, uh, indictments for, uh, Donald Trump emanating from, uh, you know, one of the most left-wing counties in the, in the country.
00:57:21.800 Well, you saw the, you saw the video of the, of the grand jury for woman.
00:57:27.280 Yeah.
00:57:27.820 The witch.
00:57:28.800 You're right.
00:57:29.200 The Wiccan.
00:57:30.140 It's like, she's bizarre.
00:57:32.020 And, and it's like, by the way, once you saw that, and once you saw the, these videos from January 6th, you know, it's undermining their, you know, this is the, the Democrats of the party that gave us two phony impeachments.
00:57:45.380 And, and wasted.
00:57:46.820 And two phony special counsels too.
00:57:49.060 Right.
00:57:49.320 To, to, to stop the leader of the working men and women of the United States that God helped them that if the, if the taxpayers really run the country instead of them and, you know, we're not going to be stopped this time.
00:58:02.600 Yeah.
00:58:03.180 It, we'd better not be because I said that this, the, the, the election of 2022 was existential, that the Republicans had to win, uh, at least the house.
00:58:14.980 They did just that just barely.
00:58:17.600 This can't be close in 2024.
00:58:21.320 Uh, and, and by the way, Ronna McDaniel is not that person to lead the RNC.
00:58:27.220 Uh, this is, this had better not be amateur hour because there won't be any surviving it for this country.
00:58:33.220 Uh, do you, do you agree?
00:58:36.160 Well, uh, as far as Ronna and the RNC, I've never worked for them.
00:58:39.520 Uh, well, she's been the leader.
00:58:41.380 So I really don't know.
00:58:42.060 This is your chance to get a contract.
00:58:43.920 I've only, I've only, uh, by the way, when Reagan was president, Arthur Finkelstein, I worked for his firm, you know, we did work for the president of Reagan through the RNC.
00:58:53.300 Uh, when, uh, George W. Bush was president, uh, they hired us to, you know, after I worked for Steve Forbes, they hired us through the RNC to do work for President Bush, get him reelected.
00:59:04.480 Uh, but when you work for President Trump, they don't hire you.
00:59:08.180 So I don't know what's the problem with that.
00:59:10.720 It must be my problem, I guess.
00:59:13.580 Well, it's, it's actually Ronna McDaniel's problem.
00:59:17.240 Uh, and it's the Republican party's problem because the people you're talking about country club Republicans, man, that isn't a bunch.
00:59:25.700 Uh, but it's all, it's an insult to every country club in the country.
00:59:29.860 Frankly, wouldn't say that.
00:59:31.460 Uh, we always give our guests the last word, as you know, John, uh, you're concluding thoughts here.
00:59:37.100 Well, you know, the great thing is we've started the year with some momentum.
00:59:41.140 The country's problems have gotten even more serious.
00:59:43.800 And clearly when, when you're looking at that, people are really worried about the inflation, the economy, immigration, and the border crime in our streets.
00:59:53.920 Um, the only way we're going to solve this is a major change in the election.
00:59:57.180 And it's a marathon.
00:59:58.180 We, we are going to have to fight for this every day through the 320 days until we get to Iowa and win the caucuses.
01:00:06.100 Eight days later, win New Hampshire.
01:00:08.100 Then we've got to win in February.
01:00:09.700 We've got to win in South Carolina.
01:00:11.160 And once Donald Trump has the nomination again, the Democrats and the national establishment will go all out in every way possible to stop him.
01:00:21.580 So, uh, this is a historic battle coming again, and we've got to make sure that we elect again our historic president who beat them in 2016 and make sure we beat them again.
01:00:31.120 John McLaughlin, as always, great to have you with us.
01:00:35.460 Thanks, my friend.
01:00:36.560 Thank you.
01:00:37.700 John McLaughlin, thanks as always.
01:00:39.920 And thanks everybody for being with us.
01:00:41.920 We hope you have a great weekend.
01:00:44.300 And Monday, our guest will be John Solomon, founder and editor-in-chief of JustTheNews.com.
01:00:50.300 Please be with us for that Monday.
01:00:52.860 Have a great weekend.
01:00:53.840 Thanks.
01:00:54.580 And God bless you.
01:00:56.000 God bless America.
