They have two new election provisions that were passed this week by the Republican majority of the state election board.

One of the rules provides a definition of certification that includes requiring county officials to conduct, Mike, a, quote, reasonable inquiry before certifying election results.

But it doesn't specify what that means, of course, because you've got to have some sort of challenge to it.

The other includes language allowing county election officials to examine all election-related documentation created during the conduct of elections.
