00:05:20.040 spoke about Ray Epps, this mystery man from January 6th. We also spoke quite a bit about Roseanne Boyland

00:05:27.940 and your audience may not be familiar with that name, but Roseanne Boyland was one of four Trump

00:05:33.460 supporters who was killed that day. The Gateway Pundit, we were the first to report on that.

00:05:40.180 I spoke with Philip Anderson, who was being smothered under a crowd next to Roseanne Boyland

00:05:45.340 and he was rescued. He's a young black Trump supporter, very outspoken on Twitter today.

00:05:52.420 He's since that time, they arrested Philip after he was almost killed. He was knocked out cold that day

00:05:58.980 by the police when they pushed people on top of them and they were spraying these people with gas

00:06:18.180 freedom of assembly. Here she dies on the U.S. Capitol steps and you don't hear a peep

00:06:29.260 where she focuses on January 6th. We also spoke about Ray Epps, of course, the mystery man from the day.

00:06:51.200 over 1,200 people now, Trump supporters, who've been arrested, who've been to court. Many of these

00:06:57.580 people are in jail. I know several men, and I'm sure you do too, who haven't been to court yet and

00:07:04.040 they've been locked up. A young man named John Mellis was, this week was his birthday and it was also

00:07:11.540 the same day that he had 1,000 days in prison without a trial. He's in Washington, D.C.

00:07:18.180 So we're seeing this very sad time in our nation's history of this injustice against these Trump

00:07:26.760 supporters, against the political opposition by the Biden regime. And with Ray Epps, Lou,

00:07:33.740 what we found was during the protest, Ray Epps was there when they got through the first breach of

00:07:43.240 fences. He was there during the second breach of the fences right up front. And then during a period

00:07:49.780 when this huge Trump sign was floating across the crowds that day, some Trump supporters brought it up

00:07:59.480 towards to where the crowd was by the U.S. Capitol. This huge Trump flag with a metal frame is floating

00:08:07.820 across the crowd. And, you know, people raise their hands to try to touch this. And you can see this

00:08:13.120 all in video. And we've actually reported on this in Gateway Pundit. But you can see this and

00:08:18.660 several people touch the sign and then it gets redirected and it goes towards the police. The

00:08:25.400 police take the sign, they move it back and they get it out of the way. No one was hurt.

00:08:30.900 And yet, since January 6th, we have at least eight men that we have identified who touched that sign as

00:08:41.840 it went over their head. They didn't have anything to do with this sign. They didn't own the sign. They

00:08:47.760 didn't plan to move this sign anywhere. They were just standing in a crowd and a huge sign goes over

00:08:54.040 their head. Well, they've been arrested. They've gone to court. And that average amount of time they've

00:09:00.580 been sentenced to is three years. So for touching a sign that goes over your head in a crowd,

00:09:07.700 these courts in D.C., which are very, very corrupt, as you know, I think I can say that.

00:09:15.240 But they put these men in jail now in federal prisons for touching a sign that goes over their

00:09:22.560 head. Well, Ray Epps also happened to touch that. We've identified that. We have several pieces of

00:09:29.720 video that show him touching the sign and not just touching the sign, though, but actually pushing

00:09:35.780 the sign several feet. So he did much more in this instant, in this situation than any of these other

00:09:43.080 men who are serving time today in federal prison. And yet, of course, it's the same old story. They

00:09:49.260 didn't charge Ray Epps with this. Ray Epps gets a misdemeanor. He walks free. He's never spent a day in jail

00:09:55.260 for January 6th. Very, very suspicious, very curious how this could happen in our country,

00:10:03.860 Lou. And of course, Ray Epps is the only one we see on camera, too, who's telling everybody the night

00:10:08.920 before and that morning of January 6th, we're going to the Capitol, we're going in the Capitol.

00:10:14.740 So it's very strange why this man gets a pass. And that's just a question for your

00:10:20.720 for your listeners, how this can happen in America. But there's obviously something going on there

00:10:28.360 that Ray Epps gets such favorable treatment.

00:10:32.320 It is incredible that here we are, approaching the end of 2023. And we still don't know how many

00:10:44.600 FBI agents were there. We don't know how many Secret Service were there. We don't know how many

00:10:50.800 undercover from every agency, Capitol Police, you name it, were there. And we have, as you said,

00:11:01.340 somewhere around a thousand, more than a thousand Americans still in jail for what happened on that

00:11:09.320 day. And admittedly, there was vandalism, there was trespass. But it was also all in conjunction with

00:11:17.400 a political rally, and a number of which participants end up in the Capitol. And I have no problem with

00:11:28.740 arresting them, punishing them, and moving on. But this is political retribution. These are political

00:11:38.520 prisoners. And frankly, I think it's unheard of that anyone in a political rally in this country

00:11:46.380 has ever been treated like this, certainly in modern history. It's just outrageous. And for us not to be

00:11:55.840 able to depend upon the FBI, the Justice Department, and the federal judiciary to honor the American

00:12:04.440 people's right to know, tells you that we have moved from where we should be as a republic to

00:12:11.140 someplace we should not be, because now we are on the verge, in my judgment, of not being simply

00:12:17.720 authoritarian, but indeed totalitarian. And I mean it in the Marxist sense. That is what we're confronting

00:12:24.720 today. Your thoughts?

00:12:25.800 Oh, I completely agree with you, Lou. And it is terrifying what's happening. And another group of people who of

00:12:34.420 course are absent, the Republican leadership, the Republican Party, the Republican lawmakers, they just

00:12:40.300 haven't done enough to stand up to this, to ask more questions, to go after the DOJ. How can they allow this to

00:12:48.560 continue? They're still arresting people, Lou. Think of that. They're still arresting people two and a half years

00:12:55.020 later. I found out something just last night. Actually, one of the J6 prisoners called me from the, they call it 0.59

00:13:02.620 the DC Gulag, the prison there in Washington, DC, where a lot of these political prisoners from January 6th

00:13:10.360 are being held. And he told me that in the recent Palestinian protests at the U.S. Capitol that

00:13:18.920 that took place, and hundreds, if not thousands of pro-Palestinian activists went into the U.S. Capitol,

00:13:29.240 what he had heard was that at least four of these protesters had attacked police, had wrestled with police,

00:13:38.600 had disrupted the goings-on that day, the committee hearings, which is the same crimes that he's being

00:13:48.220 charged with. And yet, of course, these same individuals were released. So they're trying

00:13:56.540 to find out the names of these people who attacked the police, what happened to them,

00:14:02.620 and they're going to press charges or file a lawsuit because, of course,

00:14:08.540 that what the government then is doing is, and obviously this is the truth, they're treating

00:14:14.620 one political party different than another political group. And so he's going to look at

00:14:21.260 that. But it's shameful that this would happen in America. And these people, their lives are,

00:14:31.740 as you know, Lou, I mean, it's just destroyed. Families are destroyed. Their savings are destroyed.

00:14:39.340 Their livelihoods are destroyed. I've never felt more helpless on any issue that confronts this

00:14:46.540 country than on this one. Like you, I've talked with Republican lawmakers. I've talked with, you know,

00:14:55.260 any number of people about the solutions. No one has a solution because the Marxist Dems,

00:15:02.940 and I use the term, the label, advisedly and unreservedly. These are Marxists without any doubt

00:15:13.420 whatsoever who have brought this awful, awful evil down on the heads of these political prisoners.

00:15:26.940 last week, the House was voting to fund the FBI's new headquarters of over $300 million.

00:15:37.180 And this was a piece of legislation that Matt Gaetz initiated in Congress. And 70 Republicans came back

00:15:46.860 and they voted with Democrats to fund the new headquarters that's going to be reportedly as large

00:15:57.340 or larger than the Pentagon. And at the same time this was happening, Lou, the FBI was chasing retired Army

00:16:07.740 Sergeant Greg Yetman through the woods in New Jersey for attending January 6th and spraying some of

00:16:21.980 this pepper spray at police. We don't know if he hit any of these police officers. We don't know if any

00:16:26.300 were injured, but they chased him with hounds through the woods for three days, an Army veteran,

00:16:34.780 an Iraq war veteran, an Afghanistan war veteran, and he's being chased down like a dog by the FBI.

00:16:43.580 At the same time, 70 Republicans vote to give the FBI a new headquarters. It's unbelievable.

00:17:20.380 let's start with the Republican Party. They have just passed legislation with the help,

00:17:27.420 the assistance of the Democrat Party. Now we have what's called a staggered or laddered continuing

00:17:35.660 resolution that basically is a blank check for the Biden regime and for Chuck Schumer.

00:17:45.500 And I have a hard time understanding whether this is a Democrat bill or a Republican bill.

00:17:50.380 But if I count the numbers, when you've got more support coming from the Democrats and the Republicans,

00:17:57.340 it sounds to me like a Democrat bill. And this speaker, Mike Johnson, and I had high hopes for him.

00:18:04.220 He sounds more like a Democrat than a conservative. Your thoughts?

00:18:08.620 Well, I'm with you, Lou. I was hoping with Mike Johnson, things would change. But this is the same

00:18:15.500 old, same old from Washington, D.C. And the same old, same old from Republicans who supposedly are in

00:18:22.220 charge of the U.S. House. So it is very disappointing. And so it's the same old tricks with this funding.

00:18:33.900 And the government continues to just spend and spend like, I say, drunken sailors. I don't think

00:18:39.340 that fits anymore. And at the same time, we heard Mike Johnson, Speaker Johnson, this week say that

00:18:47.820 he's going to hold off on the impeachment of Joe Biden, something that we had. Lou,

00:18:53.420 you've been reporting on that for years. There was evidence two or three years ago that should have

00:18:58.380 been brought up, that could have brought impeachment charges against Joe Biden. And I don't know what

00:19:04.460 these Republicans are doing, but it doesn't seem like they're in any hurry to get rid of Joe Biden

00:19:09.580 right now. And I don't know what it takes. I actually put something up on Gateway Pundit about

00:19:16.380 four or five months ago. This is when Kevin McCarthy was still Speaker. I said,

00:19:20.060 they're not going to impeach Joe Biden. They're just not going to do it. The evidence will be there.

00:19:24.060 It's been there. They just don't have the heart to do it. And I thought with Mike Johnson,

00:19:29.100 things would be different, but maybe that prediction I made is going to still hold strong,

00:19:35.740 even though Mike Johnson is in charge today.

00:19:39.100 Yeah, I'm certainly not going to bet against you, particularly after the statements by Mike Johnson,

00:19:45.660 in which he said that there's not enough evidence at this time. There has been, and I think you're

00:19:51.660 exactly right. There has been sufficient evidence from the moment these whistleblowers came forward,

00:19:57.420 talking about his corruption, establishing clearly that he is, without a doubt, compromised. And only

00:20:06.220 adult would not understand when they listen to him speak and watch him stagger across the stage,

00:20:12.620 that he is not mentally impaired. It is, without question, a moment in which he needs to be relieved.

00:20:22.380 I, by the way, understand the argument, well, if you get rid of Joe Biden, what you've got is Kamala Harris.

00:21:14.620 know how many times he's said that in front of the American public, and that is a bald-faced lie.

00:25:50.860 bracelet thing on, he'd broken it at least 100 times, he'd already been out driving around the city,

00:27:00.940 this governor had threatened a woman he was having an affair with, uh, that was, uh, she lost that case,

00:27:07.340 but, uh, she, she won in the fact that she got rid of Eric Greitens as the governor of Missouri,

00:27:12.860 a young, uh, Navy SEAL, uh, who was very popular with the people, the regime didn't like him, the state,

00:27:19.100 you know, at least didn't like him, the elite, so she stepped down, you know, what I hear is she's

00:27:24.300 going to be a nurse now, anyway, she's, uh, she finally, they got her out of office, and just this

00:27:32.220 week then, the, uh, the, the Republican Attorney General in this state released a report on Kim

00:27:39.260 Gardner and just her trail of tragedy, and, uh, it's 62 pages long, and it's an in-depth analysis

00:27:46.620 of Kim Gardner's time in office and her failed policies, uh, you know, it just, it goes on and on,

00:27:52.300 and this is, this is what George Soros wants, and this is what he's put in every, every one of these

00:27:57.260 big cities where he can, um, people like Kim Gardner who come in and, uh, the crime goes way up,

00:28:03.020 uh, the criminals are let out on the street, and everybody lives in fear, and there's violence
