00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody. Welcome to The Great America Show. This is Stephen Gardner. I am filling
00:00:08.060 in for your host, John Fawcett. While he travels, he and I collaborated this morning on the
00:00:14.400 different news stories that he wants you to know. And we've got a great show for you about
00:00:19.320 how the Democrats are knowingly registering illegal immigrants, how they've been lying
00:00:24.580 about Trump, shaming him in the news over and over again, calling him a liar, and wouldn't
00:00:29.820 you know it, they just admitted, yeah, there's tens of thousands of them. And when we clean it
00:00:35.020 up, there's still thousands of them. And when we dig in, we know that they are voting in our
00:00:40.300 elections. I got a great show for, so stick with me to the very end. Let's go ahead and jump in.
00:00:45.660 President Trump has been right this whole time and the Democrat party is freaking out about 0.62
00:00:50.960 illegals being removed from voter rolls. Now that it's been proven, they vote in elections
00:00:57.200 in the state of New Jersey. Even the governor of New Jersey admitted on camera that this is true.
00:01:03.820 And CNN is saying, yikes, this looks really bad for the Democrat Party. And Senator Mike Lee of
00:01:10.300 Utah says Republicans should skip their vacation and pass the Save America Act. Republican Corey
00:01:17.520 Mills of Florida is under criminal investigation. And the former president of Venezuela, Nicholas
00:01:23.920 maburo has his day in court for drug trafficking charges that led to the death of american citizens
00:01:32.020 thank you guys so much for liking and sharing this video there's a lot of important details so i'm
00:01:37.100 going to go through each one of them and thank you guys for liking and sharing the american people
00:01:42.080 are overwhelmingly behind the save america act because they understand one simple truth if you
00:01:49.540 need an ID to board a plane, buy certain products, or prove who you are in your everyday life, then
00:01:56.240 you absolutely must show voter ID in order to vote. That is common sense. Voters also understand
00:02:04.140 why this matters now more than ever. They see bloated voter rolls, weak verification, and a
00:02:10.640 system that too many people no longer trust. And I'll explain even more why they don't trust it.
00:02:17.300 That's why Senator Mike Lee of my home state of Utah was right to stand on the Senate floor today and urge his colleagues, cancel the break and pass the bill.
00:02:30.460 America is watching and what people see is Republicans standing in the way of the very bill many voters believe will restore confidence in our elections.
00:02:42.160 They see a party that campaigned on President Trump, then hesitate and not deliver the Save America Act to the American people.
00:02:51.660 Senator Lee's warning is clear. The public wants election security, not excuses.
00:02:57.800 The Save America Act would strengthen identity check, tighten voter verification, and ensure only eligible voters are on the roll and casting ballots.
00:03:07.760 That's especially important after years of concern about mail-in ballots and how states like California really run their elections.
00:03:16.920 Now, this is a huge win just waiting to happen.
00:03:21.360 The American people want secure elections, clean voter rolls, and confidence that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not counted.
00:03:31.700 This is why the pressure is building to pass the Save America Act.
00:03:35.240 Listen to this.
00:03:36.000 President, one way or another, we have to get this done. The American people are asking us to act.
00:03:41.400 The president has asked us to act. The only thing standing in the way of this bill passing is the
00:03:46.860 Senate. And it's specifically our slavish devotion to the zombie filibuster. But really, our slavish
00:03:54.200 devotion to the zombie filibuster is not about the zombie filibuster or any kind of filibuster at all.
00:03:58.900 It's slavish devotion to the truncated, predictable, light-duty legislative workweek.
00:04:07.080 It is that, coupled with the cloture standard, that has created the modern zombie filibuster
00:04:11.440 mess in which our Democrat colleagues were able to keep the Department of Homeland Security at
00:04:18.120 least partially defunded for months and months out of every year. And now they're wanting to
00:04:21.620 use the same trick to make sure that our elections are not secure. Shame on them. Shame on all of
00:04:28.020 Shame on anyone who is trying to do that. And for that matter, Mr. President, now that it's become abundantly clear that we've identified 200.
00:04:37.080 All right. Now, thank goodness for people like Senator Mike, Mike Lee and you guys helping me make phone calls to John Thune and others to keep this in front of their mind and their eyes.
00:04:48.900 This will be a crushing blow to Democrats. And if we can get rid of mail-in ballots or at least the ability to cheat with mail-in ballots, this is an absolute game changer.
00:05:00.520 Now, President Trump this morning and Elon Musk, they are both warning that non-citizens are on voter rolls and that it is a real threat to election confidence. And recent New Jersey findings are fueling that argument.
00:05:16.340 Trump pointed out 35,152 possible non-citizens found on the New Jersey voter rolls, while state officials say, no, we cleaned that up.
00:05:29.800 They then ran another software check, and what did they find? 6,600 still on the voter rolls.
00:05:37.340 Elon Musk has argued that importing illegal immigrants can be used to dilute the vote and keep Democrats in power.
00:05:44.960 He says the problem is bigger than Congress wants to admit. Fact checkers and voting experts dispute claims that large numbers of non-citizens are voting in federal elections, but they do confirm that non-citizens are barred from doing so, which is why Trump and Musk are pushing for voter roll cleanup and citizenship check.
00:06:07.520 That is the core argument behind the Save America Act, which would require documentary proof of citizenship for registration and voter photo ID on the day of voting.
00:06:20.480 Supporters say it would help remove ineligible names from the rolls and restore trust in elections.
00:06:27.260 Critics argue it could create barriers for eligible American voters.
00:06:32.020 For Trump's base, this is about protecting the system before more damage is done.
00:06:38.540 For critics, it's a battle over access versus security.
00:06:43.040 The governor of New Jersey, however, said this is old info that Trump put out.
00:06:48.160 But again, when they ran a new recent check on the voter rolls, they found 6,600 people
00:06:54.960 in the voting system that are not American citizens.
00:06:58.800 Listen to Scott Jennings defend this on CNN.
00:07:01.920 Definition of widespread, by the way, is it one percent? Is it two percent?
00:07:05.140 I don't know. More than a hundred. I think it's a big problem. What's yours?
00:07:08.320 What's your tolerance for this? My hold on. It's not about tolerance.
00:07:12.220 This is about widespread or is it something that is relatively rare?
00:07:15.580 You're pounding him over the word widespread. I just would ask you, Scott, what is your tolerance for any fraud at all?
00:07:20.820 Is it widespread? Absolutely. It's over six thousand.
00:07:24.940 What is your bar for widespread? My bar is I want no tolerance.
00:07:29.100 I have zero. So what is your tolerance for America? By the way, this isn't the only place this is
00:07:33.700 your tolerance for American citizens whose valid voter registrations are invalidated by incorrect
00:07:39.680 databases. What's your tolerance for that? I don't have tolerance for any mistakes in the
00:07:44.120 electoral system, including putting non-citizens on the rolls. So then why are we not keeping the 1.00
00:07:48.880 same energy for that as we are for this? I do have energy. As you know, I've come out here and
00:07:53.140 long argued that every time we don't clean up the voter rolls, that every time a non-citizen
00:07:57.680 makes it onto the voter rolls, it invalidates some legal person to vote. What about when an 0.69
00:08:02.120 American is not allowed to vote when they are eligible to vote? I don't have any tolerance 0.55
00:08:06.240 for that either. An American citizen should be allowed to vote, but American citizens are 1.00
00:08:10.020 invalidated. Why are you okay then with the administration using a system that a federal
00:08:16.060 judge recently found was actively removing U.S. citizens from the voter rolls based on inaccurate
00:08:22.480 information. Why are you comfortable with that system being used to check the voter rolls?
00:08:27.780 This is a convenient deflection for you. This is the worst possible story that could happen
00:08:31.740 for Democrats right now regarding the debate over the Save Act. 6,600 illegal aliens on the 0.87
00:08:38.260 Lawrence in New Jersey that you know about. Can I tell you why I think this conversation is wrong?
00:08:43.200 Because first of all, it's not the worst possible conversation. This is actually a very good
00:08:46.320 conversation for Democrats because Mikey should know exactly the right thing. All right, let me
00:08:50.520 break this down for you guys on the one hand you have the democrat governor of new jersey saying
00:08:56.900 trump is a liar and it's illegal to register to vote if you're a non-citizen in the next breath
00:09:04.140 she openly admits okay so we found another 6600 after cleaning up the voter rolls and we now know 0.99
00:09:11.920 with 100 certainty at least 400 illegal immigrants voted in the most recent primary election
00:09:19.360 So we now have it on record from a Democrat governor that illegals are voting across the country.
00:09:27.180 And this is them scrambling to bury this, right?
00:09:30.380 I mean, you know, it's bad when even Jake Tapper of CNN says this doesn't look good.
00:09:36.060 They've got to do something. Listen to what Jake Tapper shared.
00:09:39.320 The Republicans here are talking about a solution to a non-existent problem.
00:09:43.000 again, Jake, to make it very clear, this country does not have a problem of election security in
00:09:49.660 any measurable level and certainly not based on people coming from other countries. Right. It
00:09:54.380 happens, but that very, very minuscule numbers. It's not a serious threat when it comes to
00:10:01.980 election security. Again, it happens, but very self-managingly small. I mean, it's so small that
00:10:08.340 it's it's just beyond comparing. All right, you guys, I'm hopeful that we get the Save America
00:10:14.000 Act passed. Let me know in the comments what you think about this. They called us crazy.
00:10:18.680 They called Trump a liar. Now they're saying, yeah, there are illegals voting in our elections. 0.95
00:10:26.000 And in fact, there's a lot of names on those rules
00:10:28.740 that we can now make fake ballots out of and vote when nobody's looking.
00:10:39.160 President Trump today re-truthed a clip from CNN's Harry Enten about how he is still wildly popular among his own voting base.
00:10:49.440 And this is while we're in the middle of a war many didn't want, many don't agree with, and most are praying will end soon.
00:10:56.960 Listen to what was shared.
00:10:58.180 Take a look here. OK, 21st century own party approval rating about at this point in the second term.
00:11:02.860 We got Trump, we got Obama, we got Bush.
00:11:05.000 Look, the world is fairly popular, but the one who is the most popular, and we have seen this time in and time out, no matter when you look, is Donald John Trump.
00:11:12.940 He's the only one who's over 80 percent, 83 percent of Republicans still approve of the job that Donald Trump is doing as president.
00:11:19.680 He still has that magic touch.
00:11:21.600 We'll see if he's over to South Carolina.
00:11:23.440 We've seen it in primaries this year.
00:11:25.040 Not as in a primaries, and that's because he is still the very popular man, historically popular when it comes to his own party liking and approving of the job he's doing.
00:11:32.340 All right. You know, I don't love everything every president does, but there's a lot of stuff done that we want. He's still our guys. I'm hopeful that we can get out of this war. But other than that, he's doing a great job. I mean, just what he's done on the border alone is a miracle.
00:11:53.000 But now they're one of you. But now we've got to get those costumes out of the needles out of a country.
00:11:57.800 All right. Congressman Corey Mills burst onto the national scene after aggressively pushing the investigation into the Butler, Pennsylvania assassination.
00:12:07.440 We've identified on Donald Trump. And that suddenly made him a much bigger name in the GOP.
00:12:13.460 Since then, however, the stories around him have turned sharply negative with House ethics, scrutiny, allegations involving campaign finance and personal misconduct.
00:12:28.200 And now a reported DOJ criminal investigation focused on his finances and overseas business dealings has just been opened.
00:12:36.360 That combination has made him a political liability.
00:12:40.880 Internal polling reportedly shows Mills underperforming badly compared with a generic Republican and GOP voters
00:12:48.740 become significantly less willing to support him once they hear these allegations.
00:12:54.180 That matters because House Republicans can't afford to throw away even a single seat in this upcoming Congress.
00:13:02.040 The bigger issue is that this seat could become a real target if Mills decides to stay in the race.
00:13:08.080 Democrats are already signaling they're willing to spend heavily if this scandal becomes a real scandal.
00:13:16.500 Now, I don't know the truth behind it, but I try to be fair in the news. 0.86
00:13:19.960 If a Democrat's doing something dumb, I'm going to let you know. 0.97
00:13:23.180 If a Republican's doing something dumb, I'm going to let you know. 0.98
00:13:26.220 Now, on the redistricting, Florida's map was drawn to protect Republicans, 0.97
00:13:30.640 But a weak nominee can undo everything that we've tried to do, because we know Democrats will magically come up with a bunch of money and try to ram through some kind of crazy socialist.
00:13:41.940 So we've got to make sure that that gets handled.
00:13:45.140 All right. Now, last story. Former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is in court today to start the pretrial for his movement of cocaine in and out of the United States for over 25 years, believed to have killed thousands of Americans. Listen to this.
00:14:01.720 So in just a few minutes from now, Venezuela's former dictator, Nicolas Maduro, and his wife are due in federal court.
00:14:09.860 You'll recall U.S. forces arrested them in Caracas back in January.
00:14:14.800 Prosecutors say that couple conspired to move tons of cocaine into the United States.
00:14:20.140 And they have charged him with four felonies, including narco-terrorism conspiracy.
00:14:24.940 They charged her with three of those.
00:14:27.220 Both have pleaded not guilty.
00:14:28.960 National correspondent Brian Yenis is on the job in Manhattan federal court just outside the courthouse. Brian.
00:14:37.160 Harris, the hearing is set to start at noon and we expect the discussions to really be centered around future motions, evidence discovery, and the judge could set a trial date.
00:14:47.820 Both sides have proposed a June 2027 start.
00:14:52.440 Now, earlier this morning, under heavy security, Maduro and Flores were believed to be moved in this motorcade from the MDC federal prison in Brooklyn to the federal courthouse here in Manhattan.
00:15:03.180 Prosecutors allege that for 25 years, Maduro ran Venezuela like a drug trafficking organization.
00:15:09.200 All right, we'll see what happens with Maduro.
00:15:12.100 I'm still a little bit in shock pre-Christmas what they did.
00:15:15.660 our military they went in and literally grabbed this former criminal president out of his house
00:15:21.740 grabbed his wife and got out with nobody dying unbelievable president trump is heading to dover
00:15:28.140 air force base to receive the dead bodies of the soldiers that were killed in the most recent iran
00:15:34.320 attack you guys just continue to pray for our president and for our country and that this war
00:15:40.400 comes to an end and we can be done with this we don't want spiking high gas prices we don't
00:15:45.500 want more dead soldiers and we don't want a war that drags on uh we do not want forever wars that's
