The Great America Show - IT’S ABOUT TIME! Trump Gives Thune FINAL WARNING!

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:06.740 This is Stephen Gardner, your temporary host, while John Fawcett is on a much-needed vacation.

00:00:13.300 John and I coordinated early this morning on the exact stories that he wants me to bring

00:00:18.220 to you, and we've got a great lineup of stuff about President Trump's approval rating, what's

00:00:23.940 going on with Dr. Fauci being forced to testify next week, what's going on with the Iran

00:00:29.820 war and more. Plus, one of President Trump's biggest haters just switched sides and said,

00:00:36.180 actually, it's time to pass the Save America Act. Give President Trump what he wants,

00:00:41.880 because in fact, it's what the American people want. So we got a great show for you. So stay

00:00:47.100 tuned. President Trump's greatest hater just switched sides to support Trump and said,

00:00:53.260 give the man voter ID. This isn't the hill Democrats want to die on. President Trump

00:01:00.040 unexpectedly rises in popularity and support and new data out today shows Republicans are closing

00:01:08.340 the gap on the blue wave that Democrats were predicting in the midterm election. Plus,

00:01:15.260 President Trump makes an unexpected move against U.S. trade partners. Thank you guys so much for

00:01:20.700 liking and sharing these videos. There's a lot to get through, so let's jump right in.

00:01:25.000 President Trump is hitting a wall within his own party in the Senate, and he's running out of

00:01:30.700 patience. He has pushed every way he can to get Republicans to pass the Save America Act,

00:01:37.540 his flagship election integrity bill that requires proof of citizenship, voter ID,

00:01:43.540 and clamped down on mass mail-in voting.

00:01:47.700 Now, White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt

00:01:51.520 is now saying the quiet part out loud.

00:01:55.020 President Trump, behind closed doors,

00:01:57.600 is running out of patience with Senate Majority Leader John Thune.

00:02:02.240 Trump wants Senator Thune to stop hiding behind Senate procedure,

00:02:07.440 break the logjam, and get the bill to his desk.

00:02:11.240 Even if that means firing the Senate parliamentarian,

00:02:14.980 changing the rules, or stepping aside for new leadership to step in and fight the fight.

00:02:21.680 Senator Thune, for his part, snapped back that if the White House wants the votes,

00:02:26.780 maybe she or someone else ought to get on the phone and go get them.

00:02:30.340 He says, I've done everything I can,

00:02:33.260 but there's obviously a strained relationship right now between Thune and Trump.

00:02:38.600 If Trump is thinking strategically, the next Congress in January is where he needs to change a few things.

00:02:46.780 That means backing a more America first MAGA aligned Senate leader and moving away from the McConnell Thune era of caution, corporate republicanism so that his final two years as president can be aggressive, strong and avoid impeachment games.

00:03:09.220 In short, the Save America fight isn't just about a bill.

00:03:13.800 It's about who actually runs the Republican Party in Washington, D.C.

00:03:18.320 Now, this shocked me.

00:03:20.380 Trump hater James Carville said the Democrat Party is splitting in two, moderates versus

00:03:27.200 socialists. 0.99

00:03:28.580 But he said the stupidest thing right now that they're fighting over is voter ID. 0.99

00:03:33.780 He said this is something the American people want. 0.99

00:03:37.080 It's not just Donald Trump.

00:03:39.220 This is not the hill we should choose to die on.

00:03:42.660 Listen to what he shared. 1.00

00:03:43.820 We are not going to win the war against some kind of an ID.

00:03:48.760 Every poll shows 75 or better say we should have some kind of an ID to vote.

00:03:55.860 Some say, I don't know what it is, but just quit fighting and go along with it and move to the next thing.

00:04:01.880 Is that a tufted headboard?

00:04:04.440 Is James Carville in bed?

00:04:06.360 Yes.

00:04:06.760 Is he okay?

00:04:08.400 Democrat strategist James Carville is telling his party to give up the fight over voter ID.

00:04:13.300 And apparently he does it right before he falls asleep.

00:04:15.980 He's arguing it's terrible.

00:04:18.560 It's a terrible hill to die on, Democrats.

00:04:21.400 And this is the Dems are pushing back against the Save America Act.

00:04:24.700 New Fox polling shows voters overwhelmingly support ID requirements for when you vote.

00:04:31.620 Roughly eight in 10 said photo ID should be required to prove U.S. citizenship. 0.99

00:04:37.880 All right. Now, isn't that shocking when a top Democrat election expert that absolutely hates Donald Trump,

00:04:45.140 he's literally frothed at the mouth, saying he hopes his hatred for Trump continues to grow and build,

00:04:52.620 is now calmly stepping back and saying, wait a minute, just give the man what he wants,

00:04:58.700 because it's what the American people want.

00:05:06.520 All right, now out today, a new McLaughlin poll

00:05:10.260 is exactly the kind of data points

00:05:12.880 that should keep MAGA voters energized and not discouraged.

00:05:18.120 Democrats still lead the generic ballot for 2026,

00:05:22.600 but it's now narrowed down to 46 for Democrats,

00:05:26.720 44 for Republicans.

00:05:28.700 So only a two point spread.

00:05:30.880 It was seven points.

00:05:32.760 So we've made incredible progress.

00:05:35.140 It seems like every month we shave off one more point.

00:05:38.960 That means by November, there's a chance that we keep the majority.

00:05:43.560 So this blue wave that the Democrats were predicting because everyone hates Trump or

00:05:48.940 high gas prices or this war of choice, it's not hurting the way that they had hoped.

00:05:55.220 In fact, a lot of the Biden era mistakes on inflation, the border are still haunting the

00:06:04.340 Democrat Party, and yet they're fighting to block things the American people actually want and

00:06:10.520 approve of. Speaking of approval, President Trump's job approval is now slightly positive.

00:06:16.840 49% approval to 47% disapproval.

00:06:21.660 And this is in the middle of a hot war and non-stop 90 plus percent negative information

00:06:30.580 about Donald Trump on the mainstream media.

00:06:33.700 McLaughlin's numbers suggest Republicans could be favored in up to 215 House seats this midterm,

00:06:40.920 Meaning there's really only three toss up seats in order to clinch the majority, something that Hakeem Jeffries does not want to happen.

00:06:51.500 This means that those races will get extra money from the RNC and from Trump and other MAGA warriors, which I've told you is the highest we've ever had going into a midterm election.

00:07:04.320 So here's the message. Stay optimistic. Let's defy history.

00:07:09.460 We don't need it to go back to the Democrats just because that's what has happened in the past.

00:07:14.920 If Republicans secure the elections with the Save America Act and they turn up, we are going to absolutely dominate.

00:07:24.000 President Trump will have two final strong years and you have to get out and vote because winning this election ensures that we win in 2028.

00:07:34.860 Now, U.S. intelligence and military officials are now tracking a cadre of known Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps terrorists who recently flew to the country of Yemen to coordinate directly with the Houthis on shutting down the Red Sea Strait.

00:07:55.140 According to multiple military reports, between roughly a dozen and two dozen IRGC commanders and advisors landed in Houthi-controlled territory at the Mon Air flight base, bringing missiles and drone components with them.

00:08:12.540 All of this is to try to fund the Houthis to attack Saudi Arabia, distract from the blockade on the Strait of Hormuz, and to try to create their own blockade or terrorist activity on Saudi Arabia.

00:08:28.980 Their mission is simple but dangerous. Help the Houthis position missiles and drones near Bob-el-Mandaib, the choke point at the mouth of the Red Sea, and stand ready to close the route if the United States attacks power grids in Iran or other critical infrastructure. 0.85

00:08:46.840 sources say IRGC operatives on the ground would control the decision of when to actually move

00:08:55.380 from threat to blockade effectively turning Yemen into Tehran's remote controlled trigger 0.62

00:09:01.740 against the United States of the world now what's striking is how willing Iran appears to be 0.75

00:09:10.120 to bleed for this strategy, accepting the risk of human casualty, destroyed missile sites and 0.66

00:09:18.340 even severe hits to its own oil revenue. If that's what it takes to humiliate Donald Trump

00:09:25.040 on the world stage, keep global fuel prices elevated and to undermine the effectiveness

00:09:31.320 of the U.S. naval blockade. NATO is going to have to get involved. Other countries are likely going

00:09:37.440 to have to get involved this time. The U.S. military can do it all. But if Iran fills the

00:09:43.420 pressure of multiple countries, I think that this thing will clear up faster than it would 0.94

00:09:48.920 otherwise. Now, the message from Tehran is clear. They are ready to sacrifice hardware and income 0.84

00:09:55.720 to prove that they still control the choke point of the most vital artery for global trade and oil.

00:10:04.460 And also, they want Trump to pay a political price at the gas pump,

00:10:09.160 hoping that he will lose the midterm election and be impeached. 0.89

00:10:13.520 Now, Iran isn't just willing to bleed at home. 0.85

00:10:16.380 It's now bleeding through its proxies at sea.

00:10:20.360 As we just covered, Tehran is sending IRGC commanders into Yemen

00:10:24.600 to help the Houthis threaten the Red Sea and Saudi Arabia.

00:10:28.700 Now the Houthis say they have actually already pulled the trigger.

00:10:32.460 twice attacking two saudi arabia oil tankers and selia and the leila at the mouth of the red sea

00:10:40.280 they accuse the ships of violating their self-declared blockade on saudi linked sea

00:10:47.240 traffic and say drones and missiles set at least one tanker on fire all of this comes as the u.s

00:10:53.980 completes its 12th straight night of strikes on iran trying to degrade to ron's ability to hit

00:11:00.460 commercial shipping and to move drones and missiles to the Yemen coast. Put this together,

00:11:08.260 it proves the point. Iran is prepared to absorb U.S. airstrikes, lose hardware and risk oil

00:11:14.100 disruption in order to humiliate Trump and make gas expensive. So every Houthi hit on Saudi 0.66

00:11:23.220 tankers is another reminder that Iran is still in the business of exporting terrorism as well 0.91

00:11:30.400 as oil. This is what they believe their greatest political leverage point and the choke point 0.96

00:11:37.380 on Trump's future as the leader of America. As of the filming of this, oil did just drop below

00:11:45.400 $90 a barrel. It's still higher than any of us want, and we're hoping that these prices

00:11:51.200 will continue to come back down and that we can de-escalate and get back to the negotiating table.

00:12:00.400 dr fauci is about to have the most high stake day of his post-government life and the big question

00:12:10.540 is whether he will finally tell the full truth or hide behind his biden era pardon and keep the

00:12:17.920 cover up going many are predicting he's just going to plead the fifth now dr fauci has been subpoenaed

00:12:25.500 to testify next week before the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affair Committee,

00:12:31.520 chaired by Senator Rand Paul, his greatest nemesis. The hearing will drill into three

00:12:37.560 explosive areas, U.S. funding of risky coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology,

00:12:45.440 his behind-the-scenes role in steering scientists away from the lab leak theory,

00:12:51.440 and whether he misled Congress in past testimony about gain-of-function work.

00:12:58.520 Now, Senator Paul has already released documents showing Dr. Fauci was deeply embedded

00:13:04.900 with the national security apparatus, reviewing classified intel and coordinating messages

00:13:10.920 on COVID origin while his own agency funded related research.

00:13:16.300 Whistleblowers say intelligence analysts repeatedly assessed a lab leak as the most likely origin,

00:13:22.780 yet the public line, helped by Fauci-aligned scientists and the famous proximal origin paper,

00:13:30.020 branded the lab leak as conspiracy and crazy.

00:13:34.140 It's now been proven that that was the truth.

00:13:37.260 Biden quietly gave Dr. Fauci a preemptive pardon on his way out the door, literally the last day,

00:13:43.900 specifically to shield him from criminal exposure under a Trump Justice Department.

00:13:50.720 Legally, this means Dr. Fauci can't invoke the Fifth on self-incrimination.

00:13:56.500 He can either come clean or risk being nailed for lying to Congress.

00:14:00.500 For millions of Americans who lost businesses, loved ones, and trust during COVID,

00:14:06.700 this hearing is a simple test.

00:14:08.840 Does Fauci finally admit what he knew and when he knew it,

00:14:12.620 Or does he double down on the narrative and risk his pardon?

00:14:17.220 My guess is he's going to try to spin this somehow in order to make himself look like a hero.

00:14:24.100 That seems to be the way he always does it.

00:14:26.760 Now, President Trump shockingly rolled out a new phase of his trade revolution, and this one hit almost the entire world at once.

00:14:36.640 The administration is slapping a fresh tariff of 10 to 12.5% on imports from 60 U.S. trade partners, covering roughly 99% of everything that comes into the United States.

00:14:51.400 This replaces the temporary across-the-board 10% tariff that just expired and rebuilds Trump's tariff agenda on a new legal foundation, forced labor enforcement.

00:15:02.880 The logic is simple and politically powerful.

00:15:06.640 If your country won't ban products made with slave or forced labor, your goods will sell at a premium at the U.S. border.

00:15:15.120 Allies that have passed or committed to real forced labor bans like Canada, the EU, India, and the United Kingdom, they get the lower rate. 0.66

00:15:24.500 Countries that either look the other way or run dirty supply chains like China are going to have to pay the higher level.

00:15:34.500 Now, this is Trump's new tariff approach, not just punishing cheap imports, but tying market access to human rights standards and using Section 301 of the Trade Act to lock it in long term.

00:15:48.560 U.S. Trade Representative Jameson Greer made clear this is about leveling the playing field for American workers and reshoring supply chains that were built on exploited labor overseas.

00:16:01.200 For the audience, one thing is clear. Tariffs aren't going away as long as Donald Trump is in office, and it directly affects those that are using child labor or forced labor in order to make cheap goods to sell to the American people.

00:16:17.960 Now, let me know in the comments what you think about this. I think it's a smart move. I don't want to be buying stuff that was made by a slave. I don't want to be buying stuff that was made by a child.

00:16:30.160 Yeah, I know countries are different, right? 0.99

00:16:32.160 Like things are just cheaper in China.

00:16:34.000 Things are cheaper in South Korea.

00:16:35.940 But I don't want it to be made by slaves, and I don't think you guys do either. 1.00

00:16:40.020 All right, that's my update for today.

00:16:41.980 Let me know in the comments what you guys think about the GOP making this huge comeback.

00:16:46.900 President Trump saying, Senator Thune, get out the vote or get out and we'll replace you with somebody new.

00:16:54.520 All right, I love you guys.

00:16:55.680 Thanks for your patience while I was on vacation.

00:16:58.240 Sorry about the microphone.

00:16:59.880 It's always a little weird to film from a laptop,

00:17:02.400 but I wanted to bring you guys the news.

00:17:04.680 So thank you for allowing me to do that.

00:17:06.580 All right.

00:17:06.900 I love you.

00:17:07.420 Stay amazing.

00:17:08.080 And I will see you on the next video.
