The Great America Show - Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, Deep State caught again!

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this

00:00:05.940 beautiful day in america thanks so much for spending part of your evening with us

00:00:09.760 well the second biggest witch hunt in american history my opinion uh falling of course second

00:00:15.800 to the muller witch hunt probe which was the russia russia russia collusion hoax of course

00:00:22.940 we know a bunch of nonsense second of course is jack smith junkyard jackal special counsel jack

00:00:28.380 smith's 50 plus million dollar spending spree in his effort to persecute president trump

00:00:34.860 and anyone surrounded by president trump well new documents released by senator chuck grassley

00:00:40.800 show that jack smith was allegedly tracking the private communications and phone calls

00:00:45.560 for nearly a dozen senators as part of his january 6th insurrection uh investigation that's right

00:00:54.580 folks the cell phones of nine gop senators mike kelly lindsey graham bill haggerty josh holley

00:01:02.060 dan sullivan tommy tuberville um cynthia lummis ron johnson and marsha blackburn's communications

00:01:10.520 were all being tracked by jack smith but the question i ask is jack smith wasn't around in

00:01:16.860 january of 2021 so when was he tracking their cell phones and why this was part of a january 6th pro

00:01:25.140 so if they were to be tracked or surveilled upon you would have done it on january 7th 8th 9th 10th up

00:01:32.920 to like the 21st or whatever when president trump left office now the document states the names of these

00:01:40.060 lawmakers and the fbi agents on smith's team conducted preliminary toll analysis on the toll

00:01:46.300 records associated with the lawmakers an official said that the records were collected in 2023 by jack

00:01:52.800 smith and his team after subpoenaing these major telephone companies so january 6th happens in 2021

00:01:58.740 jack smith comes in in november of 2022 and starts surveilling the phones in 2023

00:02:05.700 the timeline just doesn't make sense what did they think they were getting in 2023 january 6th at

00:02:14.140 that point had now been two years in the past but now you're surveilling their phones two years later

00:02:19.620 it doesn't make much sense to me and i think jack smith was one of the folks by the way who didn't get

00:02:25.260 one of the biden pardons probably because he did a terrible job and was unable to convict president 0.99

00:02:31.360 trump on anything because it was a a stupid case and a nonsensical case in the first place 0.94

00:02:36.360 but he wasn't one of these folks who got the pardon paul sperry of real clear investigation says that 0.98

00:02:43.600 this was a move that would have to have been signed off by chris ray so i think it's time chris ray

00:02:50.420 another fellow who seemingly didn't get a pardon be brought in before congress to answer some questions

00:02:58.700 to find out just about what he knew we already know he lied about how many people were at the

00:03:04.740 capitol on behalf of the fbi on january 6th i think the original number he gave like 20 something

00:03:10.660 we now know was nearly 300 paid agitators my opinion so i want to know what jack smith knew

00:03:20.580 and why he was surveilling innocent u.s senators never alleged of any crime never convicted of any crime

00:03:28.680 yet their phones are being surveilled if i'm one of those senators i'm having a very tough time

00:03:33.520 grappling with what exactly is going on and what exactly is going to be done cash patel says he's

00:03:41.660 now looking into it so we'll see what patel has to say about it but this is something i think far

00:03:46.700 bigger than just patel this is something that needs to be brought to pam bondy uh and she needs to 0.79

00:03:52.380 be put to the tests either do your job or or get out i mean this this whole jack smith thing is far

00:04:00.440 worse than i think any of us ever imagined in the beginning i mean we all thought it was bad when

00:04:04.600 they prayed mar-a-lago and then he gets appointed but everything that's come out since i mean it just

00:04:10.300 is icing on the cake on just how bad and corrupt this government was and just how bad and corrupt jack

00:04:15.720 jack smith was jack smith's far from the only corrupt uh man or woman i should say uh in the

00:04:23.700 business of politics because he wasn't the business of politics yesterday we did a big show on what's

00:04:28.380 happening in portland oregon and what's happening in um chicago among many other states the governor

00:04:35.340 of of of oregon tina kotech says that the ice agents that president trump has put in 0.95

00:04:43.480 are instigating the rioters take a listen to this idiot lawful demonstrations happen in the city of 0.78

00:04:50.900 portland outside of this facility it is being managed what i'm seeing and what we're seeing 0.99

00:04:55.740 and what the mayor is seeing on the ground is an escalation from the agents who are protecting the

00:05:00.800 building trying to antagonize those protesters who are there and i would like to de-escalate the

00:05:07.300 situation we don't need a military intervention don't need a military intervention then do your 0.99

00:05:13.240 damn job and get these thugs off the street in their face masks and their coverings and their 0.99

00:05:18.540 military gear those aren't people who are just protesting this that's not just joe schmo and 1.00

00:05:24.760 and jim smith these are paid professional agitators who are coming to do harm so do your job or president 1.00

00:05:33.520 trump will do it for you very simple now she's far from the old the only idiot and fool in government 0.99

00:05:39.360 jb pritzker is now saying that donald trump is federalizing these places so that he can take 0.99

00:05:46.060 over the 2026 midterm elections and get rid of all the ballot boxes i gotta test for jb pritzker

00:05:53.660 why don't you get rid of the crime in your city and see if that's what really donald trump wants 0.98

00:05:58.500 he's warned you for a month to get your shit together for a month he warned you get it together 0.99

00:06:07.160 i'm sending in the guard he didn't just send it in he warned you for a month so the fact that he's 0.99

00:06:14.140 using this to take away your bell but it's nonsense he told you a month ago he was going to do this if

00:06:19.760 you couldn't figure out your city over 1500 shot in chicago this year 30 over the weekend which is a

00:06:26.960 low week low weekend for shootings for chicago steven miller reacted to pritzker saying that this is an

00:06:33.060 invasion by the federal government well first of all he uses the term think about this he uses the

00:06:37.820 term invasion force this fool governor pritzker uses the term invasion force to describe federal 0.86

00:06:44.720 law enforcement he is adopting the language and the narrative of the paid insurrectionists and the 0.97

00:06:50.960 antifa mobs the invasion force were the 20 million illegal aliens that biden flooded into this country 0.99

00:06:58.320 taking our jobs taking our wages filling up our hospitals destroying god knows how many schools

00:07:05.320 and of course leading to countless rapes assaults and murders that was the invasion force president

00:07:11.400 trump was elected on a mandate to turn that invasion back to send those illegals home and governor 0.89

00:07:17.580 pritzker is providing aid and comfort to the riotous mob that is physically assaulting obstructing

00:07:23.660 impeding and attacking ice officers and his latest act declaring that there are no go zones where

00:07:30.140 federal law enforcement is not permitted is truly an act of insurrection against the federal government

00:07:36.680 and i think stephen miller says it right now president trump was asked yesterday about

00:07:42.840 the insurrection act and if he will declare these insurrections take a listen over a weekend

00:07:48.160 well i do it if it was necessary so far it hasn't been necessary but we have an insurrection act

00:07:58.060 for a reason if i had to enact it i didn't i'd do that if people were being killed and courts were

00:08:04.440 holding us up or governors or mayors were holding us up sure i'd do that i mean i want to make sure

00:08:10.260 that people aren't killed we have to make sure that our cities are safe seems pretty simple and

00:08:15.940 president trump is a man of his word so keep effing around mr pritzker and kotech in in oregon and i

00:08:22.020 guess you guys will have to find out what's happening now all of this has the dems in total disarray

00:08:27.160 aoc has been going out of her mind doing instagram lives taking personal attacks one of them was on 0.99

00:08:33.060 stephen miller which was pretty funny because it just shows how desperate the democrats are and how low

00:08:39.200 they're willing to go take a listen to aoc and then stephen miller reacts to it like he is angry

00:08:45.920 about the fact that he's 410 and he looks like he is so mad that he is 410 that he's taking that anger

00:08:54.040 out at any other population possible like laugh at them laugh at them well we knew we knew that her

00:09:06.300 brains didn't work now we know their eyes don't work so the the i mean she's just she is a mess 1.00

00:09:13.060 right what a train wreck what a train wreck i think i think the important point is that is that every

00:09:19.000 time she's on tv republican approval ratings go up democrat approval ratings go down that lady is a 0.98

00:09:25.500 walking nightmare yeah and you're and you're you're about i know you for 20 years you're about five

00:09:31.080 five five ten about five ten so four ten i don't know what you can't say all right steven thank you

00:09:36.680 very much and i chose you folks just how low the democrats have to go because they're losing

00:09:43.840 at every single corner now the latest thing they're losing at aside from the crime in the

00:09:49.240 big blue cities is this federal government shutdown hakeem jeffries has been making his media rounds just

00:09:55.800 everywhere everywhere whereas if i was coaching hakeem jeffries i would tell him just to please

00:10:03.040 be quiet don't go anywhere so as republicans i think it's it's good and they should be cheering

00:10:07.560 on that hakeem jeffries is going out making media rounds and making a fool of himself he was on cnbc

00:10:13.140 and sat there while the host read out just how good president trump's achievements have been

00:10:20.800 and what the democrats have to say for it this figure i don't know about deflation and and costs

00:10:26.120 um coming down all i can tell you is that the inflation rate itself uh is was 2.7 percent uh in

00:10:34.660 the most recent um read year over year versus it got to a high of nine percent uh under biden stocks are

00:10:42.340 at record highs unemployment is 4.2 percent that's full employment the gdp was three percent the border

00:10:50.260 is actually secure we've got trade deals with eu japan many more in the works and trillions of

00:10:56.520 dollars of foreign investment coming here iran's nuclear ambitions have been set back indefinitely

00:11:02.820 and i just wrote down a few things so i just have to ask you where is the calamity that you're

00:11:09.360 talking about and it almost seems like for democrats socialism is the answer to to to these problems or

00:11:18.800 i don't know what an end of democracy or something but we just don't get it imagine sitting there for

00:11:24.880 a minute while you get owned uh by this host of cnbc and you can't say a word because they can't he's

00:11:31.140 had a tremendous amount of accomplishments in in uh this second go around now there are some things

00:11:37.040 that i would like to see done differently like and it's not president trump it's his doj i'd like to see

00:11:41.680 some prosecutions come out of there some real meaningful prosecutions but president trump says the

00:11:46.960 democrats have committed a kamikaze attack on america well they're the ones that started it

00:11:51.540 they're the ones that have it and it's almost like uh a kamikaze attack by them you want to know

00:11:57.440 the truth this is like a kamikaze attack they they almost you know they have nothing to lose 0.54

00:12:04.680 they've lost the elections they've lost the presidential election in a landslide i saw the

00:12:11.120 other day where kamala said this was a very close election very this was one of the biggest sweeps that

00:12:17.260 anybody's ever had won the popular vote by millions won the uh electoral college by a massive amount they

00:12:24.260 said if i got 270 that would be great but i got i think 312 or 315 and they got 220 so you know we won

00:12:35.900 that but we won counties the big thing is counties so out of all of the counties thousands and thousands

00:12:42.000 we got 2500 they got 525 it was a landslide and we listened oh yes it was us it was one of the

00:12:51.620 greatest victories ever and it was a mandate to do what we're doing he's absolutely right and the

00:12:57.400 only president to win three elections not bad president trump making america great again folks

00:13:02.560 we're going to take a quick break here on the great america show when we return we're going to be

00:13:05.620 joined by a fan favorite the great roger stone on the other side of this quick break we're coming

00:13:09.760 right back please stay with us the great america show continues in just one moment we're coming right

00:13:13.740 back don't turn that dial

00:13:15.680 roger is always a delight to have you back with us here on the great america show i want to start with

00:13:25.860 first tomorrow it's a big day for america i think it's probably a big day for the healing of this

00:13:30.900 country as we're getting our first uh deep stater indicted there's one problem with it roger the way

00:13:37.220 it's being handled you've got a new sub stack out today or this week i should say why i was gagged by

00:13:42.360 a federal judge and why james comey should be and you lay out the comparisons and the and the contrast

00:13:48.600 between your case and how james comey is now being treated do you expect comey to be perp walk

00:13:57.140 tomorrow just as you were roger a dangerous uh almost 70 year old man living in his house with

00:14:03.640 his wife in florida uh let me just point out that within 24 hours of my being charged in a secret

00:14:10.580 indictment 29 heavily armed fbi agents who arrived in 17 armored vehicles plus a helicopter and two

00:14:19.520 amphibious units in my backyard converged on my house at six o'clock in the morning

00:14:25.000 uh to arrest me for the first time non-violent crime of allegedly lying to congress and obstructing

00:14:32.700 a formal investigation uh that was that was completely unnecessary normally what would happen

00:14:38.720 given the fact that i had no previous criminal record uh didn't have a valid passport uh didn't own a gun

00:14:45.660 uh is they would have informed your attorney that you were going to be charged and you voluntarily

00:14:50.320 turn yourself in which is what's being done in the case of james comey uh they also seized all my

00:14:57.160 electronic devices at the same time i was arrested my my cell phone my laptop both of my computers

00:15:04.120 in the case of james comey they have neither arrested him uh nor stormed his home nor have they seized

00:15:11.660 his electronic devices and he's being allowed to turn himself in anytime between the time his

00:15:18.320 indictment was announced uh and october 9th uh now we're charged with the exact same crimes in fact

00:15:25.440 obstruction of justice obstruction of an investigation and lying to congress the the witness tampering

00:15:32.000 charge against me is is patently ridiculous they claim that i threatened to take the dog of one of the

00:15:39.200 government witnesses and there is an email that says that what they wouldn't allow me to enter into

00:15:46.080 evidence was the four other emails in which i kept saying to the witness doesn't look for me like

00:15:51.720 you're feeding that dog uh i can see that dog's ribs are you using the money for drugs rather than

00:15:58.200 feeding your dog i'm going to report you to the aspca but the judge wouldn't allow those emails to be

00:16:04.440 placed uh into uh into uh uh evidence and then secondarily there's this bogus charge that i had to be

00:16:13.220 uh that i had to be gagged you see comey is un-gagged they said i had to be gagged because i threatened to

00:16:20.880 kill the judge citing an instagram post which i have posted online now both on x please look at it

00:16:28.420 if you see a rifle hairs over the judge's face let me know because that's what the daily beast reported

00:16:35.540 that's what the judge accused me of look at it carefully in the upper left hand corner there's

00:16:41.340 the logo of the organization that posted the image uh it was called uh corruption central uh i got a

00:16:50.920 signed affidavit from the graphic artist who designed it it's not over the judge's face there's

00:16:56.320 no threatening language but you see john i had to be silenced because i was blowing the whistle on their

00:17:02.780 whole phony russian collusion hoax uh the fbi testified in my case that they had never inspected

00:17:10.840 the computer servers of the dnc and that the conclusion that the dnc had been the target of

00:17:17.580 a russian intelligence hack a total fabrication invented by john brennan uh was completely unfounded

00:17:24.700 and they relied entirely on a company called crowd strikes a third party entity the judge refused to

00:17:31.960 give my defense attorneys the crowd strikes report at trial but now we know why because as the house

00:17:38.860 intelligence committee learned that memo concluded no evidence whatsoever of a russian hack there was

00:17:45.960 no russian hack i wanted to uh call bill binney uh i think the the premier counterintelligence it guy for

00:17:54.620 the cia for many years who would have provided expert testimony and forensic proof that there was no

00:18:01.020 hack on the dnc but that would have questioned the prevailing russian collusion uh narrative so i never

00:18:08.380 threatened the judge uh i now finally can explain why uh the prosecutors even at sentencing uh in their

00:18:17.320 sentencing memo they wanted to give me additional time for my quote threat against the judge but i wasn't

00:18:22.600 charged with that judge ordered the u.s marshals to conduct an investigation they came back empty-handed it was a bogus

00:18:29.100 charge meant to rationalize the unconstitutional gag on me james comey on the other hand did threaten the life of the

00:18:38.060 president everybody saw his seashell i think was uh 47 86 anybody who's ever seen a gangsta meet a gangster movie or been to a

00:18:47.600 casino knows exactly what that means so comey actually does merit a gag whereas i don't think i did uh he's been he's been treated with

00:18:57.200 kid gloves uh and in my case obviously they raided me they gagged me they seized my electronic devices why isn't he being treated the same

00:19:07.100 way i was yeah and everyone who's joining us on video they can see the footage right there these

00:19:11.120 gangsters banging on your door and here you are walking out of your house at i guess just about six 0.67

00:19:16.320 o'clock in the morning with cnn camped outside i i mean it's the most disgusting thing in the world

00:19:22.180 uh now is the time for equal justice under law i don't agree on his face i don't agree with gag orders i

00:19:29.120 don't think that you should be gagged i don't think comey in some cases should be gagged i think it limits your 0.99

00:19:33.760 freedom of speech now should there be some sort of witness tampering aspect of it yeah absolutely but

00:19:37.840 where's your first amendment rights roger when it comes to look what they did to donald trump they

00:19:42.740 gagged him for absolutely no reason couldn't talk about the case of course he continued to go past

00:19:47.720 the gag and didn't care about anything they had to say and then they threatened to hold him in contempt 0.99

00:19:51.220 and you know all that nonsense uh it's just it's on his face i think stupid um the other point i have 0.97

00:19:59.840 to mention is there's this woman who you have to check out barbara mcquade okay because she was once 0.99

00:20:04.920 briefly a u.s attorney she tries to hold herself out as some unbiased law enforcement professional 0.93

00:20:11.220 when in fact she's a vicious leftist partisan she insisted that hunter biden's laptop was russian

00:20:17.020 disinformation she backed the entire russian collusion hope when you see her on msnbc you can always 0.99

00:20:22.980 tell when she's lying her lips are moving yeah so barbara cut the crap you're not a former u.s 0.99

00:20:29.100 attorney you're a left-wing democratic partisan known for your lies she posted that it is a violation 1.00

00:20:35.780 of doj policy to perp walk uh suspects in a criminal offense really then how do you explain what happened

00:20:42.580 to me now there are lunatics online saying stone posted his own home security camera footage uh and

00:20:51.580 that's what you're looking at no cnn uh broadcast my arrest live yeah how did they do that here's how

00:21:00.220 i was arrested at 606 a.m at 6 22 a woman named sarah murray a particularly vile woman by the way 0.99

00:21:08.620 uh sent my uh attorney grant smith a copy of the draft of my criminal indictment that draft

00:21:17.700 was sealed until 10 30 that morning so how is it that cnn had that draft well if you look at it it

00:21:24.940 has no court markings or time stamps on it but if you look at the meta data tags you see the initials

00:21:31.500 of the man who wrote it andrew weissman now the leaking of the draft of a federal indictment prior to

00:21:39.780 being executed is specifically a felony uh under u.s code uh i think it is 180 section 401 c uh so so weissman

00:21:51.780 this is not the first felony in his lifetime but weissman committed a felony the judge in my case as she

00:21:58.420 violated my constitutional rights consistently through the case she could care less you see rules in dc the law in dc

00:22:05.780 that's only for republicans if you're a democrat uh or someone connected to the biden or obama

00:22:12.820 administration you can violate whatever law you want in dc the constitution the law the facts the

00:22:19.300 rules depressions none of these things matter these judges these corrupt judges just do whatever they

00:22:25.120 want i'll tell you why i really don't have any uh reason to believe that they're going to hold

00:22:30.320 comey to the same account this was james comey right here roger just a few months ago getting in the

00:22:35.320 vehicle of a secret service as they closed the door for him this is after the 86 47 post

00:22:41.840 this was after comey posted the message of 86 47 which means killed donald trump

00:22:51.720 which he didn't know about they put him in the front seat of the car watch his head and they

00:22:55.420 closed the door far different than than how they treated you that's why i don't have any

00:22:59.660 sort of reason to believe that this guy's going to be held to any sort of justice like you're right

00:23:06.220 just looking at the convoluted process in which he was indicted let's be very clear the u.s attorney

00:23:11.320 for the eastern district of virginia eric siebert had a stunning conflict of interest from the beginning

00:23:18.040 uh his father-in-law meaning his wife's father is the godfather to james comey's daughter right which

00:23:25.600 means that siebert should have recused himself from day one and his failure to do so is a serious ethical

00:23:31.840 bridge for which he should be disbarred but in the meantime he was preparing a 51 page memo

00:23:37.660 outlining the reason why his father was best friend james comey should not be charged the president

00:23:44.700 correctly fired siebert uh and uh appointed an interim u.s attorney lindsey halligan who's a

00:23:52.100 particularly smart uh and capable attorney who went to a grand jury of mr comey's peers and secured

00:23:58.960 an indictment with days to spare by the way the justice department gave her virtually no support 0.98

00:24:04.600 in that effort she achieved it anyway now there are reports uh that in the uk daily mail 0.97

00:24:12.700 uh and nbc uh posted by longtime cia operative uh and well-known asshole ken delanian who's not a 0.87

00:24:22.560 journalist he's a propagandist for the cia fired by the la times by the way because he was clearing his 0.91

00:24:29.820 copy uh i've had it up to here with him by the way he's uh he's a wee little fellow uh in any event

00:24:36.760 uh it is reported that one of the prosecutors in the eastern district is now refusing uh to charge

00:24:44.920 leticia james with mortgage fraud by the way i believe there's more than mortgage fraud i believe

00:24:49.460 there's also tax fraud insurance fraud wire fraud bribery uh and other acts of corruption uh now what's

00:24:59.000 interesting is my sources tell me that her boss lindsey halligan has not been told this so she is

00:25:06.580 so the prosecutor has disclosed her intentions to nbc and the uk daily mail prior to her telling her

00:25:14.780 own boss what she's going to do this woman should be fired in a heartbeat but i guess if i were i'm not 1.00

00:25:20.200 a lawyer but if i were the acting u.s attorney i'd take the overwhelming and airtight case against

00:25:26.200 leticia james which anybody can go to whitecollarfraud.com or to the gateway pundit where

00:25:33.360 joel gilbert posted a basically a prosecution memo that is airtight i take that to the grand jury

00:25:40.140 i would say this prosecutor refuses to indict that's obstruction i would charge her with obstruction 0.85

00:25:45.420 right now that's what i would do now let's be clear the eastern district of virginia is an

00:25:51.800 extremely liberal district much like dc you're going to get a left-wing wacko judge you're going

00:25:56.660 to get a jury uh of of leftists so the chances of uh of a process of a conviction may be slim the

00:26:05.720 truth is james comey could murder somebody you can have photos of him with the with the dripping knife

00:26:10.720 and he probably wouldn't get convicted the bad news for james comey is that i think he faces

00:26:15.300 additional superseding charges in other jurisdictions yeah as he should you know the leaking thing is

00:26:21.760 absolutely mind-boggling to me right because yes some people on the left and even on the right the

00:26:26.500 rhinos on the right and they'll say julian assange is a bad man for for exposing government corruption

00:26:33.000 edward snowden's a bad man for letting everyone know that americans are being surveilled and wiretapped

00:26:39.520 illegally these are two of the biggest criminals this country's ever seen in the eyes of

00:26:44.040 some people in my opinion i don't agree with that at all i look at them as decent people

00:26:49.580 who are blowing the whistle on travesties that are happening to the american people yet when the left

00:26:55.800 does it roger it's it's completely clear and fine and these people are heroes when i mean i'm sure

00:27:01.840 snowden and um and and assange are apolitical people don't really care uh they don't they don't seem

00:27:08.240 like particular political people but when they do it it's it's treason and they can't come back to the

00:27:13.160 country and they're on the run for their lives what's with the double standard there well if

00:27:18.680 liberals didn't have double standards they'd have no standards at all they loved julian assange when

00:27:23.460 he was embarrassing the george w bush administration yes they only started hating him when he started

00:27:28.460 exposing the epic corruption of the clintons uh and the obamas uh and the war machine in the case of

00:27:35.320 snowden you'll recall that general james clapper testified before congress that there was no

00:27:41.920 metadata collection program being used by the u.s government uh but edward snowden proved that that

00:27:47.800 was a lie that made him government enemy number one so what are the crimes of julian assange uh and

00:27:54.340 edward snowden exposing the war machine period that's what they did i think they did a public service

00:28:00.200 no stop saying uh julian assange is a russian asset there is no evidence to prove that whatsoever

00:28:07.100 that was made up by john brennan in one of his fever dreams you know john brennan the islamic convert

00:28:12.620 known communist the guy who got caught red-handed spying on a senate committee speaking of spying on

00:28:19.540 senators uh this is uh this makes watergate look like small potatoes what we now know is presumably with

00:28:27.040 the approval of merrick garland uh deranged jack smith was actually spying on six it may actually be nine

00:28:35.680 i'm told now u.s senators this cannot be allowed to stand this is absolutely outrageous jack smith to

00:28:42.860 be charged i mean didn't pardon me didn't nixon go down for what for allegedly uh covering up the

00:28:51.060 wiretapping of the of the watergate yep yep exactly true and these are these are private citizens too

00:28:57.480 roger senators mike kelly uh lady lindsey oh no sorry just says lindsey graham bill haggerty uh josh

00:29:04.260 hawley dan sullivan tommy tuberville ron johnson cynthia lemis and marcia blackburn their communications

00:29:10.960 were all uh infringed upon and uh during january 6 as if they were treating like they were they're

00:29:17.700 criminals to me another thing that's absolutely mind-blowing to me is how we we we number one

00:29:24.220 just find out about this now um jack smith wasn't pardoned uh what is what is pam bondy doing roger i

00:29:33.220 you know i know you've you've given her the benefit of the doubt you've tried to give her

00:29:37.440 the benefit of the doubt but uh i think we've got a little bit of an issue rogers these people are

00:29:42.000 still walking the streets these criminals these deep state criminals are still out there um you know

00:29:48.100 perpetrating hate and and and all these bad things that this country has been trying to fight against

00:29:54.080 for the last few years um the gateway pundit who i think does a terrific job our friends over there

00:30:00.780 have a great article out today by october 1st of 2021 the biden administration had already arrested

00:30:06.200 over 700 trump supporters compare that to pam bondy and the trump doj who as of today have arrested

00:30:12.380 zero deep state criminals i mean there's uh you know no no falsehoods to that roger

00:30:19.440 what what's going on john it's it's extremely frustrating uh the new york times noted the

00:30:26.160 other day that donald trump is weaponizing the criminal justice system against his enemies

00:30:31.120 and seeking to limit free speech you can't make this stuff up you know it's as if they missed the

00:30:37.300 entire obama and biden administration like they never happened i've heard this argument that well if

00:30:43.040 we're mean to the democrats now if we hold them to account then when they get back into power

00:30:48.320 uh they'll come after us has everybody forgotten that they already tried to destroy donald trump

00:30:54.640 and his family general flynn and his family me and my family uh paul manafort uh and his family

00:31:02.200 and so on and so on and so on if you don't think that the radical left is going to be vicious if they

00:31:08.640 get back into power regardless of how we conduct ourselves today you're out of your mind i would say

00:31:14.100 politically uh particularly on the hands of what i would call uh the the the strange handling of

00:31:21.380 the epstein issue if the russian collusion hoaxters uh comey brennan clapper rice uh weissman

00:31:32.420 uh rosenstein uh muller and so on are not held accountable for those crimes the republican base the trump

00:31:42.100 base is not going to turn out in these midterm elections they're going to be de-energized and

00:31:47.320 i think that's exceedingly dangerous

00:31:48.920 i saw this on twitter last night or i don't know if you can see it on your screen there it's a little

00:31:58.500 here's a list of all the republicans who are arrested under joe biden and of course it starts with

00:32:03.140 donald trump at the top you've got walt nowda who was donald trump's valet at mar-a-lago who then went

00:32:08.880 over to work with donald trump in the administration they actually had this guy they tried to flip him

00:32:13.940 on donald trump that is one of his right-hand handlers they tried to flip him on trump they

00:32:19.100 tried to flip his attorneys on him to attorney client privilege out the window rudy giuliano

00:32:24.720 mark meadows john eastman kenneth cheeseburg city i mean you go down the list of these people roger

00:32:29.720 who were brutalized by a corrupt justice department what there's not many things that piss me off roger

00:32:35.900 but this is one of the few things that really really pisses me off and i'm still trying to

00:32:40.920 understand how uh judge beryl howell pierced the attorney client uh relationship uh and forced a

00:32:49.980 lawyer named evan corcoran to testify against donald trump regarding i've never heard that in my life

00:32:53.960 communications with his client i've never heard that in my life it is it's completely and totally

00:32:59.100 unconstitutional but again dc judges believe that they are beyond the law that they can do whatever

00:33:03.880 they want with impunity and that there will be no consequences uh well they're right though they're

00:33:10.320 right roger there are no consequences because till this day not one of them has gone to jail we've got

00:33:15.720 james comey who's being turned in tomorrow for lying to congress okay big deal okay you go to your

00:33:21.740 even if he does get convicted of it he'll go to his little camp which he won't in the eastern district

00:33:26.420 of virginia and i'm not uh you know being pessimistic about it we just all know how this system works

00:33:32.420 roger it's corrupt judges it's corrupt judiciaries and these people walk free get them on the real 0.98

00:33:37.820 crimes not these little bullshit uh lying to congress it was bullshit when they got you with it and it's 1.00

00:33:42.980 bullshit when they're getting him with it get them on the real crimes that they committed james comey 0.99

00:33:47.080 committed treason tell me i'm wrong no i agree i think there is a seditious conspiracy charge uh that 0.99

00:33:53.980 can be leveled against all those people and the good news is uh because this is a a conspiracy that

00:33:59.580 began in 2017 but continued through 2020 all the way to 2024 uh culminating in the raid in marlago

00:34:07.280 which is in the southern district of florida which means this case can be brought in fort pierce florida

00:34:12.960 not dc fort pierce florida where you'll actually get an honest judge which you could never get in dc

00:34:18.880 which is why by the way the left is getting increasingly violent uh and increasingly hysterical

00:34:25.760 why you see these uprisings in seattle and portland chicago and washington dc because they fear that

00:34:34.320 justice is coming and therefore they want to tear down and destroy the entire system so when people

00:34:39.960 like alex jones uh keep predicting a civil war i don't think that should be taken lightly the radical

00:34:46.040 left is cornered they know it uh and they know that they could be held to account uh and therefore

00:34:52.180 they can't steal the elections anymore uh they know that tulsi gabbard has a working group now focused

00:34:58.420 on the uh the integrity of the voting machines that scares the daylights out of them they know they're

00:35:05.660 completely exposed in the russian collusion hoax that it's no longer conjecture or supposition or

00:35:12.560 the results of excellent investigative reporting by people like paul sperry or john solomon or lee smith

00:35:19.960 these now are undisputed facts based on their own communications that's why they're increasingly

00:35:27.100 hysterical yeah you're you're absolutely right let's let's turn to roger the elephant in the room

00:35:32.960 and that's uh leticia james you mentioned a little bit earlier but they're having a little bit of a 1.00

00:35:38.000 problem down in the eastern district of virginia because they don't want to prosecute leticia james 1.00

00:35:43.760 for the clear crimes that were uncovered uh by you and so many others sam antar uh of her mortgage

00:35:50.920 fraud clear concise um bill pulte submitted the criminal referral to pam bondy just another case

00:35:58.400 that's sitting on pam bondy's desk with no criminal referral from the eastern district of virginia

00:36:02.920 no criminal uh referrals from the department of justice is this another one who's just gonna

00:36:07.920 skate on by well i think again that remains to be seen the prosecutor uh a woman whose name i don't

00:36:14.100 recall at this point leaks to nbc uh into the uk daily mail that she sees insufficient grounds on the

00:36:21.700 that's absolutely false it's a actually a slam dunk case uh if her if she wasn't the left-wing attorney 1.00

00:36:28.860 general of new york she'd already be charged john if you or i did what she did uh we would already be

00:36:34.820 charged first of all let's look at her defense that she that it's a typographical error in a in a 0.99

00:36:41.180 power of attorney no 12 separate signatures all witnessed by a lawyer in her office that's not an

00:36:47.460 error we're talking about a 43 year record of mortgage fraud in her very first mortgage claiming

00:36:53.700 that her father was her husband to use his balance sheet to qualify for the mortgage a crime uh let's

00:37:00.160 talk about her uh her acquiring a hamp loan for an investment property uh in which you had to have 0.99

00:37:07.200 four units or less she says in her application she had four units we've seen that the actual building

00:37:13.080 she has five uh another violation uh and then the most recent infraction where she got a mortgage on a 0.99

00:37:20.760 home in virginia and she very definitely says multiple times uh that she is going to own or occupy it

00:37:27.860 thus getting a tax break in the state uh also getting a lower mortgage rate and a lower interest

00:37:33.500 rate uh saying oh well she filed a paper saying she uh wasn't going to uh inhabit the property yes she

00:37:41.860 did after she got caught she has the worst lawyer in the world abby lowell this guy loses anything he

00:37:47.500 touches this could be the one case where someone gets the electric chair for mortgage fraud because he

00:37:52.680 is the worst defense attorney uh on the face of the earth yeah he's not particularly bright i don't

00:37:58.120 think he's done a particularly good job for the last few clients he had uh one of them being hunter

00:38:03.460 biden as you mentioned uh i want to turn to the stone zone because you got a special guest on tonight

00:38:08.120 the former chief of chicago police so let's talk about that little issue that we've got here president

00:38:14.360 trump wanting to deploy the national guard and troops into chicago into portland and these democrats

00:38:21.100 are just absolutely abhorrent and and are opposed to it completely jb pritzker big old jb the hut 0.80

00:38:28.000 says trump's goal is to use the military to confiscate the ballot boxes to steal the 2026 0.99

00:38:33.800 elections i'm sorry the republicans are far too dumb number one to steal elections number one they don't do 0.97

00:38:39.400 it number two uh number three they don't need to because the democrats are giving them everything they 0.99

00:38:44.480 need on a silver platter imagine a crime-filled city uh 1500 shootings in chicago roger so far this 1.00

00:38:51.840 week 30 over the weekend chicago averages about 30 to 50 a weekend and these idiots these democrats 1.00

00:38:58.240 are saying no no no we don't need your help uh where is the presumption that people the taxpayers of 0.99

00:39:04.660 chicago are entitled to live in a safe city am i i know let's be candid jb pritzker i think has had

00:39:13.360 one triple cheeseburger too many so this guy makes no sense whatsoever i actually think uh this past

00:39:20.540 weekend uh when there were ice agents who were endangered and under attack uh the mayor ordered

00:39:27.640 the chicago city police to stand down and not protect them not defend them that makes jb pritzker and the

00:39:35.260 mayor personally legally liable to any injury to any of these ice agents uh actually think it's

00:39:42.200 obstruction so uh they keep telling us there is no problem as if we can't see with our own eyes not

00:39:48.280 only the fact that chicago has become the murder capital of the united states uh but that the streets are

00:39:54.000 extraordinarily dangerous uh brandon johnson the mayor of chicago has a six percent approval rating

00:40:02.280 i don't think the people of chicago are happy with the lawlessness in their communities and their

00:40:07.780 neighborhoods i think the president uh needs to move in the guard probably in stronger numbers to

00:40:13.840 protect the ice agents who are simply doing their jobs and if the mayor and the governor want to get in

00:40:19.520 the way if they if they obstruct well they too should be charged and arrested now so far all you

00:40:25.080 have is superheated rhetoric that's baseless and crazy uh if jb pritzker thinks he can launch a

00:40:31.900 presidential campaign on defending uh illegal immigrants staying in the country and by attacking 0.99

00:40:38.460 the law enforcement i think he's sadly mistaken yeah and he's gonna get burned and he's not the only

00:40:43.780 one rachel maddow's sister the governor over in uh um oregon says that feds are escalating

00:40:50.380 the the riots in portland and recent violence from counter protesters i mean do people actually 0.99

00:40:56.980 believe this bullshit that these democrats these marxist freaks uh are spewing what they're trying 0.98

00:41:03.580 to do roger in my opinion is they're trying to recreate another summer of love i did like a 20 1.00

00:41:08.060 minute piece on this on the show yesterday they're trying to recreate another summer of love so that

00:41:11.920 they could come out and say whenever the orange man is in power bad things happen you have to

00:41:18.000 assure the orange man is never in power again or anyone associated with the orange man but people 0.98

00:41:22.980 aren't buying it anymore nobody believes this bullshit we watched what happened in 2020 and 0.96

00:41:28.160 donald trump says it's never happening again and it's at all costs uh the people who live in these 0.99

00:41:34.720 cities deserve to be safe the agitators who show up like thugs in masks and riot gear those aren't

00:41:41.120 protesters those are paid professional agitators and donald trump and this country is not putting

00:41:46.300 up with it stops there yeah i'm in agreement look i think the president uh has charged stephen miller

00:41:53.100 in the right direction first of all let's stop paying for these violent uh demonstrations uh this

00:41:59.760 mayhem this violence this wave of of injury and death with our own tax dollars let's start there by

00:42:06.240 cutting off the usaid funding for all these ngos who are funding violence then let's go after people 1.00

00:42:13.300 like the soros who are also funding violence this is one of the great mistakes of donald trump's first

00:42:19.960 presidency that in the 2020 blm antifa riots that he did not crush them this time they need to be

00:42:27.540 crushed if they're not they will simply be emboldened uh and this violence and this mayhem

00:42:32.660 will spread the first responsibility of the president of the united states uh is to maintain

00:42:39.040 order and to protect the american citizenry and that's what this president is doing yeah you're

00:42:44.440 absolutely right and stephen miller is doing an absolutely great job uh you know he's over the 0.94

00:42:48.760 target when aoc is coming out there attacking him saying he's a midget and he's ugly it's all they've 0.99

00:42:54.460 got she needs to i think look in the mirror the part i really like is she keeps saying that he's dumb 0.99

00:42:58.800 the former bartender yeah who's barely literate she says steven miller is dumb that's pretty rich 0.98

00:43:06.040 what also what they don't realize is roger steven miller to the best of my knowledge never went to 1.00

00:43:10.680 law school is not a lawyer and is steamrolling every single one of these idiot lawyers in this country 0.95

00:43:16.840 he's presumably put together almost every single one of donald trump's brilliant plans that has been 0.97

00:43:21.440 put forward from immigration to these cities and he had four years to work on it i don't think

00:43:27.060 there's been one case that's been brought before a high court obviously with the the radical judges

00:43:34.060 with the appeals the uh the lower courts it gets kicked down and they stop it but once it gets

00:43:38.720 pushed to a higher court these steven miller has this thing so foolproof that they they literally

00:43:43.740 can't deny it because it's nothing is against the law these people are getting beat by a man who's 1.00

00:43:48.880 never went to law school steven miller's an idiot i i think aoc like i said needs to look in the mirror 0.99

00:43:53.760 roger yeah no i agree you have this judge now in portland saying that trump doesn't have the 0.99

00:43:58.660 authority uh to mobilize the national player which of course he does i look i'm not a lawyer but i think

00:44:04.940 just as andrew jackson did just as abraham lincoln did i would ignore the judge i think she's exceeded 0.72

00:44:10.500 her authority uh and how how exactly would she implement her ruling by ordering the justice department 1.00

00:44:17.480 to pursue it i mean it doesn't work that way this judge is wrong just like they're all wrong they

00:44:22.240 just stalling because they know when that ruling gets to the supreme court will be overturned yeah

00:44:27.040 they just wanted to buy more time for the hooligans for the hoodlums uh for those who who are practicing

00:44:33.080 violence right now it is open season on trump supporters in portland i saw a video this weekend

00:44:38.400 of a of a trump supporter being shot in the head uh his crime walking down the street this cannot be

00:44:45.160 this cannot be tolerated uh and i don't think president trump will tolerate it no i don't think he has any

00:44:50.660 reason too and nobody should enough is enough uh roger before we wrap i want to get your take

00:44:55.480 uh one of my favorite people who's left the country she blocked me on twitter i don't know why i really

00:45:00.900 miss her rosie o'donald she's now getting her citizenship in ireland i think this is it for her

00:45:06.040 in america one of donald trump's good friends sad day for america i i guess i would say don't let the 0.97

00:45:13.540 door hit you on the ass on the way out i never i always thought she was minimally talented met her once in 1.00

00:45:19.880 south beach she flipped me the bird so uh you know i don't think the country will be any poor 1.00

00:45:25.780 for her absence uh by the way if she thinks that life is a bowl of cherries in ireland 0.99

00:45:30.840 guess again that country's uh position on uh completely unrestricted foreign immigration 0.94

00:45:37.920 country is awash uh violent islamic criminals so enjoy yourself rosie i i really hope you don't get 1.00

00:45:45.500 raped roger you bring up such a good point i was there three months ago i was there three years ago 0.99

00:45:51.640 the stark contrast from where it was three years ago to where it was now was i mean it's absolutely

00:45:58.240 mind-blowing to me to exactly what you just said they're going to learn the hard way and you know

00:46:02.820 what i guess sometimes the hard way is the only way to learn roger the stone zone uh who do you got

00:46:07.900 on tonight you told me you got the former chicago commissioner richard brisak who's the former
