00:10:25.700When you were doing some fairly important work on intelligence and for the President of the United States, tell us about the status of your lawsuit.
00:10:36.300So when I was running the House-led Russiagate investigation for the House Intel Committee and then Chairman Nunes as a senior congressional staffer, I remember in January of 2018 when we sat down with then Attorney General Rosenstein and Director Chris Ray of the FBI, Devin Nunes and I were threatened with an investigation of us.
00:10:58.340We were threatened with subpoenas because we had uncovered the corruption at the FBI and DOJ.
00:11:04.400And remember, Rod Rosenstein was the one that signed the most corrupt FISA warrant, which was later rescinded.
00:11:09.420And what would surprise us was not just that threat, but four years later, Google, of all people, called me or emailed me and said, hey, our five-year windows expired.
00:11:19.960We wanted to let you know that the DOJ five years ago subpoenaed all of your records pursuant to a federal investigation.
00:11:27.640So not only did Rod Rosenstein and Chris Ray lie to our faces because they had already issued the subpoenas months ago, they had done so baselessly.
00:11:36.100And so once I found out, I put together a legal team and we filed a lawsuit against the current director of the FBI, Rod Rosenstein, FBI DOJ officials, one of the current special counsels in Robert Herr, because the American public deserves to know what other corruption the FBI DOJ were doing.
00:11:53.140We were investigating the cops and they used lawfare to try to put us down and I'm going to take their depositions.
00:11:59.780I'm going to get all the discovery and we're going to put it out for the American people.
00:12:02.740We filed a lawsuit about a week ago and, yeah, it's gaining steam.

00:28:43.800There's this fiction out there that that somehow this entrenchment has carried out to say you can't terminate people in government service.
00:28:55.320And we did, for example, when I was at the Office of Director of National Intelligence and I was a deputy, we shrunk its workforce by 10 percent in four months.
00:29:07.600And like President Trump, who comes in with his Schedule F policy, which is another maneuver in in reorganizing, reorganizing the federal directorate of employees, the 98 percent of the entrenchment you're talking about.
00:29:25.340If Congress doesn't fund the billet, there's no one to give that job to.
00:29:28.740Or if someone had that job and there's no more money for it, they're done.
00:29:31.760And you can do a structural reorganization and everybody that fails to uphold their ethical and constitutional oath of office, whatever agency and department they're in, you just relieve them of command.
