The Great America Show - KASH PATEL SAYS FBI TRIED TO EMBED SOURCES IN CHURCHES TO TARGET WORSHIPERS FOR WHAT THE FBI TERMED EXTREMIST LANGUAGE

00:00:00.000 Hello everybody, I'm Lou Dobbs and welcome to the Great America Show. Good of you to join us.

00:00:05.720 Looks like Chicago got some more of that creepy woke thing.

00:00:09.900 Brandon Johnson, mayor-elect, already claiming the righteous high ground as the civic cesspool around him

00:00:15.800 teems with violence and corruption.

00:00:19.020 Hundreds of teens this weekend smashing cars, fighting in the streets, blocking traffic, wilding without consequence.

00:00:26.440 The mayor-elect had a few trite words for everyone.

00:00:30.360 He said it's, quote, not constructive to demonize youth, end quote.

00:00:35.800 And so the cycle of destruction begins anew in Chicago.

00:00:40.580 Don't you dare demonize death and pain.

00:00:43.480 No, this is Chicago. 0.99

00:00:46.520 Chicago, of course, is corrupt.

00:00:48.420 That's condition normal in any big Marxist-run metropolis, eastern, western, or midwestern.

00:00:54.700 Lots happening in those cities and not much of it is good.

00:00:58.800 And lots of fireworks as the House Judiciary Committee held a field hearing in New York City.

00:01:05.540 Here's Chairman Jim Jordan on justice in Manhattan.

00:01:09.440 Today's hearing is about the administration of justice and keeping communities safe,

00:01:14.980 something that has always been a central focus of the House Judiciary Committee.

00:01:19.200 Our witnesses today have felt the effects of crime up close and personal.

00:01:23.180 They've been victimized by a justice system that cares more about political correctness than punishing the criminals who've harmed them and harmed their family.

00:01:32.320 We thank them for being here and sharing their story.

00:01:35.260 Their stories are emblematic of a city that's lost its way when it comes to fighting a crime and upholding the law.

00:01:41.680 As we all know, fairness under the law is a bedrock principle of American democracy.

00:01:47.560 In this country, justice is supposed to be blind, regardless of race, religion, or creed.

00:01:53.440 However, here in Manhattan, the scales of justice are weighed down by politics.

00:01:58.680 For the district attorney, justice isn't blind.

00:02:01.320 It's about looking for opportunities to advance a political agenda, a radical political agenda.

00:02:06.560 Rather than enforcing the law, the D.A. is using his office to do the bidding of left-wing campaign funders.

00:02:13.600 He's taken a soft-on-crime approach to the real criminals.

00:02:17.520 And Congressman Matt Gaetz calls out D.A. Bragg's sponsor, George Soros.

00:02:24.000 Crime rates that my colleagues keep talking about, and to the extent that there is an impact on crime rates in major cities,

00:02:31.080 I would suggest that that is exactly what you get with the Sorosization of the United States justice system.

00:02:38.260 And in places like New Orleans, Louisiana, in places like Tampa, Florida, in Jacksonville, Florida, in Tucson, Arizona,

00:02:45.600 increasingly George Soros is putting in upwards of $40 million to elect 75 D.A.s.

00:02:55.060 The Marxist Dems, who run this impaired president of ours, also, of course, runs what was once the Democrat Party. 0.85

00:03:03.920 By the way, whatever happened between the Democrat National Committee and their once go-to attorney at law,

00:03:11.520 gunslinger and fixer, election maven and vote conjurer, Mark Elias?

00:03:17.140 Not high standards, but big results for the Dems for the years.

00:03:20.860 I once suggested that the Republicans should hire Mark Elias for lots of money, too.

00:03:27.220 If for no other reason than to learn how to fight, fight hard, and win.

00:03:31.600 Now's your chance, Ronna. Be sure to bring your checkbook.

00:03:35.600 And speaking of money, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says the Biden family enterprise

00:03:41.500 has six more Biden family members who've been involved in what Comer calls shady business deals.

00:03:48.540 More Biden corruption, and we're told, big, big money.

00:03:53.420 We're also learning that the House investigators are looking for a connection

00:03:57.140 between the intel agencies and the Biden administration.

00:04:01.280 And how worried is our puppet president?

00:04:03.960 Well, not very.

00:04:05.100 He went on a trip to the old country he did, with son Hunter and sis Valerie,

00:04:10.020 and loved the old sod he did.

00:04:11.980 Lots of the green everywhere he went, and how old Joe loves the green,

00:04:16.140 so long as he gets, of course, his proper cut.

00:04:19.600 Our guest today is the inimitable Kash Patel, attorney, author of children's books,

00:04:25.160 former chief of staff to the defense secretary,

00:04:28.020 chief of staff to House Intel Chairman Devin Nunes,

00:04:31.540 and former top DOJ official to boot, Kash Patel.

00:04:35.440 And Kash, it's great to have you back with us.

00:04:37.240 The Biden administration troubled with classified documents, the Pentagon leaks,

00:04:42.200 people just leaving the presidential itinerary lying around in the streets of Belfast,

00:04:47.540 this regime with all kinds of sins and sorrows.

00:04:51.220 You're right.

00:04:52.320 That's the factual pattern by the Biden administration.

00:04:55.800 Let's hone in on this leaks thing.

00:04:58.440 So, look, as a former deputy director of national intelligence,

00:05:01.660 have a little bit of idea of what kind of information exactly we're talking about

00:05:05.680 based on public reporting with this leak from the DOD.

00:05:08.820 And it's not just secret information, it's top secret compartmented information

00:05:12.720 because it has to do with operational warfare planning.

00:05:16.300 It has to do with Mossad intelligence.

00:05:18.180 It has to do with the Russia and the Chinese and their responses in the Ukraine.

00:05:22.180 That is some of the most sensitive collection we have.

00:05:25.020 The reason I bring this up is because even if you have a security clearance,

00:05:29.480 98% of government employees don't have access to this compartmented information.

00:05:33.440 And now with the breaking news, if it's accurate,

00:05:37.300 that some 21-year-old Air National Guardsman in Massachusetts is the mastermind,

00:05:41.520 the next Julian Assange and the Snowden put together.

00:05:45.660 I don't buy it for one second.

00:05:47.540 I don't believe that the Biden administration only just recently found out about it.

00:05:52.200 I think they've been trying to get containment on it for months,

00:05:54.520 and it slipped away from them.

00:05:56.060 And now they're going to make this arrest and probably pin it on this guy.

00:05:59.840 But there's no way he had access alone.

00:06:01.840 Someone gave it to him, either inside government or a contractor,

00:06:05.940 or he negotiated with somebody in the government who wanted this information out for whatever reason.

00:06:11.000 So I think we're just getting started.

00:06:13.340 And it goes to your point, Lou.

00:06:15.160 National security and classified information, you know, from Belfast to America,

00:06:19.180 they don't have a handle on it.

00:06:21.500 And we still don't have any resolution on all those classified, top secret classified documents

00:06:28.040 that President Biden had in his possession, President Trump had in his, and the list goes on.

00:06:37.600 There's a lot of noise here, and it makes me very suspicious.

00:06:41.400 Because as you say, President Biden says from Ireland, oh, there's nothing of any significance in all of this that's been leaked.

00:06:52.800 But everyone's hair was hair of fire in the Pentagon about it.

00:06:57.240 So that kind of, you know, gave away the store on what was really going on here.

00:07:04.960 When I look at this, I say, how could a 21-year-old in intelligence, whatever he's assigned,

00:07:13.080 but he's in an Air National Guard unit, how could he be handling that kind of information?

00:07:18.940 It makes no sense.

00:07:20.220 And also, while he's at Fort Bragg, which is an airborne assault in the 82nd Airborne home,

00:07:28.600 it just doesn't make any sense, does it?

00:07:31.100 Well, not only does it not make sense, it doesn't make sense because he should not have access to this period.

00:07:37.320 There is no way.

00:07:39.020 He should have access to the Ukrainian troop deployment cycle

00:07:43.120 and the operational authorities and preparedness that the United States of America is undertaking.

00:07:49.200 Your position on the Ukraine, anyone's position on the Ukraine aside,

00:07:52.680 that sort of material is specifically reserved for the Office of the Secretary of Defense

00:07:56.980 and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to advise the President and the Secretary

00:08:00.220 on how to operate in a theater of war.

00:08:03.040 Here's the troubling part for the Biden administration.

00:08:05.100 You pointed out, of course, I don't believe for one second when Joe Biden says,

00:08:08.280 nothing to see here.

00:08:09.800 It's why his Secretary of Defense and everybody else has been scrambling.

00:08:13.120 to get a hold on this thing.

00:08:15.380 But more importantly, the Biden administration has spent the better part of the last year plus

00:08:19.780 trumpeting their plan in the Ukraine to spend $110 billion of American money

00:08:24.720 and telling the world we are succeeding.

00:08:28.160 The intelligence, if accurately reported, that was disclosed by this individual and group

00:08:33.260 shows the exact opposite.

00:08:36.020 That is the Biden administration's intelligence community in the Department of Defense

00:08:39.680 has documented and collected intelligence through sensitive sources to say what?

00:08:44.740 The mission in the Ukraine is failing and is at a stalemate.

00:08:49.240 That is a detrimental blow to the lie that Joe Biden has been telling the world as to our success

00:08:56.240 in the Ukraine.

00:08:57.880 For why?

00:08:58.900 For what purpose?

00:08:59.620 So he can have the fake news media gin up his headlines and make him look good.

00:09:04.440 And now he's been undercut by his own regime.

00:09:06.900 The idea of Joe Biden looking good at anything, Cash, I can't visualize it.

00:09:13.220 I can't imagine it.

00:09:14.320 I can't conjure it. 1.00

00:09:15.880 This is a man who is mentally impaired. 0.99

00:09:18.720 He is obviously not well. 1.00

00:09:22.720 And further, he is a puppet president in every aspect that one could imagine with those terms. 0.97

00:09:30.880 A puppet president.

00:09:32.500 And the Marxist Dems are leading the Democratic Party and they're leading him. 0.90

00:09:36.660 And it looks like they're leading him by the nose.

00:09:39.280 Your thoughts?

00:09:40.500 Well, that's just it.

00:09:41.860 I mean, Joe Biden, of course, if you take a look at him for any period of time that exceeds three seconds,

00:09:48.580 take this past weekend, for instance, when he was asked by Al Roker if he was going to run for president

00:09:53.800 and he started talking about rolling Easter eggs up in Hill, literally.

00:09:58.180 I mean, this is the commander in chief.

00:10:00.880 And I wish we weren't joking about him because from a national security perspective, Lou,

00:10:06.020 I'm even cheering for the guy.

00:10:07.420 I don't want him to fail in Afghanistan or Ukraine or the South China Sea or Taiwan.

00:10:11.860 Or our border or the drug trade or fentanyl or tick tock.

00:10:15.980 But they're failing on every single one of those measures, not by a political metric,

00:10:20.600 but by a fact based metric.

00:10:23.720 The number of deaths that we have from the CCP fentanyl flooding our streets over 100,000.

00:10:29.180 The number of intelligence assets that have been deployed by the Chinese Communist Party

00:10:34.280 through their digital fentanyl program, tick tock.

00:10:37.600 And then, of course, we just talked about what's going on in the Ukraine.

00:10:39.780 And we haven't even discussed the posturing in the South China Sea by Xi Jinping

00:10:43.820 performing aerial drills in and around Taiwan.

00:10:47.940 And this president isn't even on the call sheet when the Saudis broker a deal courtesy of Xi Jinping

00:10:54.900 with Iran, the number one state sponsor of terror, to replace the petrodollar with the petroyuan 0.63

00:11:00.640 and provide Iran with enough material to reach achieve nuclear weapons grade programming.

00:11:06.700 This is what's happening on Joe Biden's watch.

00:11:08.980 Now, I know they're going to blame Donald Trump for it, like they always do,

00:11:13.340 just like they tried to blame the Afghan withdrawal on us and Donald Trump.

00:11:17.580 But the facts don't support their positions.

00:11:20.480 No, the facts don't support them.

00:11:22.720 Truth is never very friendly to the Biden administration.

00:11:27.180 They're just not acquainted with truth sufficiently to be familiar with its handling.

00:11:32.100 The idea that we are watching Xi Jinping rattle sabers, scabbards, you name it,

00:11:42.560 everything in the arsenal is being rattled in the Strait of Taiwan right now.

00:11:48.560 And there isn't a response from the United States, the United States Navy, not the Air Force.

00:11:54.440 What in the world would require a response if not this level of threat against Taiwan? 0.61

00:12:03.660 You're absolutely right.

00:12:05.180 Xi Jinping has made Taiwan into what Putin made Ukraine into for Russia.

00:12:10.560 And if this type of show of force and military posturing and threat level increase doesn't get the awareness of the Biden administration,

00:12:19.600 I fear the only thing that will is something that's too late.

00:12:22.120 Now, hopefully, and I don't believe Xi Jinping is going to evade any time soon, but you never know with him.

00:12:27.420 The deterrent that used to be the United States of America when it came to global diplomacy and peace is gone.

00:12:33.920 The Biden administration has literally lit that deterrent credibility on fire by implementing programs that focus on what?

00:12:42.440 Climate change and the weather at the Department of Defense instead of subduing our adversaries in the CCP, Russia and elsewhere.

00:12:50.300 And this is what you get.

00:12:51.480 You have Xi Jinping going around the world literally saying he's going to be the global peacemaker.

00:12:57.120 The man currently responsible for three separate forms of genocide in mainland China today is going around telling the world he's the global peacemaker.

00:13:06.680 And then you have buffoons like Macron going over to Beijing to bend the knee to Xi Jinping and then come back to Europe and tell his Western allied partners that America is no longer to be listened to.

00:13:19.500 We must find our own way. 0.71

00:13:20.840 If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, that the French position with the Biden administration is to supplant America's place in the world as the leader of this world, then nothing else will.

00:13:34.220 And all they care about is how much lies can we sprinkle around through the fake news mafia so that we can get Joe Biden elected again.

00:13:41.840 That has been their singular goal since day one.

00:13:44.840 But they just care about politics too much, Lou, to care about the actual defense of this nation.

00:13:51.880 And I'm terrified as to what Xi Jinping is going to be doing next in Taiwan.

00:13:56.540 I'm glad some of our leaders are going over there, but it's not enough.

00:13:59.900 We're talking with Kash Patel.

00:14:01.920 We're going to take up China and its threat. 0.99

00:14:04.900 We're going to be taking up Russia and its war on Ukraine.

00:14:09.660 We're talking with Kash Patel, and we'll be right back after this quick message from our sponsors.

00:14:15.340 Stay with us.

00:14:17.260 We're back now.

00:14:18.360 We're talking with Kash Patel.

00:14:20.000 Kash, let me turn to, first of all, the Nord Stream pipeline and just who blew it up.

00:14:26.280 President Trump now says unequivocally it was Joe Biden.

00:14:30.340 Your thoughts?

00:14:31.760 Wow.

00:14:32.120 I'm glad you brought that up because people didn't bring it up when it happened.

00:14:35.680 And when President Trump shut down Nord Stream 2, the Democrats and the radical left-wing media thought the world was going to end.

00:14:42.060 But we did it for a national security purpose because we didn't want Vladimir Putin providing or being the sole provider of energy to the number one powerhouse economy in Europe, Germany, and others because it gives them an intelligence outlet right into their economy and government.

00:14:57.720 Now, you know, I'm not sure who blew up the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.

00:15:03.220 The Biden administration has flat out said they have not, but I don't have any trust in them in their national security maneuvering.

00:15:11.680 And so when President Trump says he thinks Joe Biden has done it, he's got a lot of ground to stand on to make that statement because President Trump, without getting into the weeds, knows the powers that a commander-in-chief has to protect this nation.

00:15:25.280 Now, if Joe Biden was dumb enough to try to pull a ruse over the CCP and blow up the pipeline and blame I don't know who, then we are going to be in trouble because the Russians are going to find out it was us because that's what they're going to want to know.

00:15:45.340 And whether or not it was us, putting that aside, they're going to say it was us anyway because they want the propaganda to spread that we were interfering in their domestic capabilities that are solely within the sovereign power of the Russian country. 0.91

00:16:04.400 So I don't know who did it. Honestly, if it was us in the Trump administration and we did it, you'd never have known about it.

00:16:12.500 But that's the difference. You know, that's what we did in the national security apparatus of the Trump administration.

00:16:17.880 We upheld the no-fail mission. We didn't chase the headline and the narrative, even though he was up for reelection.

00:16:25.580 We didn't do that, not even in the presidential transition and not even in the Afghanistan withdrawal.

00:16:30.140 We put the country first. And it's it's certainly easy for all of us to remember when Biden said that they could blow up that pipeline,

00:16:38.000 which makes it all the more suspicious. We also know full well that he basically invited Vladimir Putin into Ukraine with his comments about tolerating a, quote unquote, minor incursion.

00:16:55.880 And he is he has been an extraordinary example of an aptitude and a man who seems to be compromised in so many ways.

00:17:06.440 And certainly his loyalties, you could be excused for considering them divided your your reaction.

00:17:15.460 And that's just it. That's just it.

00:17:17.780 They care more about how they appear than doing the work.

00:17:24.660 And that's the ironic thing, Lou, is that's what they charge from the fake news mafia was of the Trump administration.

00:17:30.660 But the Trump administration, from a national security perspective and law enforcement, which I can speak to, ended the forever wars, stopped the drug trade on our southern border, took on Xi Jinping in China by doing what?

00:17:41.740 Expelling their diplomats, putting in place such high tariffs so that we balance the trade embargo that is so upside down, making it unaffordable to buy Chinese goods and services when China was stealing our state secrets around the world and things like that.

00:17:59.920 Then at least leaders like Vladimir Putin and the guy in North Korea, Kim Jong-un, would take President Trump's calls because they had that respect for the commander in chief, that they might not like him and he might not like them.

00:18:14.260 But he had the ability to get along with them and say, hey, hang on a second.

00:18:18.000 You can't make these moves. Just picture it, Lou.

00:18:19.660 And this is definitely your wheelhouse of stuff on the economy.

00:18:22.420 If the United States loses the petrodollar as the backing currency, the reserve currency for the energy markets around the world, we have literally, and I heard it today on the radio, it's like losing a world war.

00:18:36.260 That's what it equates to economically, because China is running around saying to Saudi Arabia and others, we don't need the U.S. dollar.

00:18:44.000 We'll do your we'll do it.

00:18:45.440 We will manipulate our currency, which is unlawful, but they do it every day so that we devalue the dollar.

00:18:52.680 We prop up your regime and we provide you with the resources, minerals that you need.

00:18:56.800 And they are winning against I hate to say it against the United States of America, because our priorities for the national security of this of this administration is I don't know what they are.

00:19:08.500 Literally, nobody knows what they are because they change on any given day based on what the media cycle is.

00:19:14.360 And then we haven't even talked about the implosion that is our justice system, which used to be the check on things like this.

00:19:21.320 Well, let's let's talk about that.

00:19:23.200 And Jack Smith, the special counsel going after President Trump now, not for the classified documents that the FBI illegally raided his home in Mar-a-Lago for.

00:19:35.940 They are going after him because he was fundraising off what he called campaign lies, electoral lies.

00:19:45.460 I mean, what in the world is this guy doing?

00:19:49.400 He looks, by the way, like some sort of evil.

00:19:53.820 I don't know what you would call him.

00:19:55.820 His face is not exactly warm and friendly like he he just he's got a terrible demeanor about him.

00:20:03.940 And I want to get your reaction to why he's even bothering.

00:20:08.040 Well, he's bothering because they politicized and weaponized DOJ. 0.98

00:20:12.420 Look, as a former national security prosecutor and a public defender before that, where, you know, we used to care about the rule of law.

00:20:19.260 Now they care about the rule of politics.

00:20:21.260 They will find the man and then convict him of the crime that they made up just so he is removed from being one of their competitors.

00:20:28.520 And they've been going after Donald Trump for, you know, since Russiagate to Jan 6th, Ukraine impeachment one, two.

00:20:34.440 And now fast forward to the special counsel investigation.

00:20:37.380 This is the eighth year.

00:20:38.620 The eighth year.

00:20:39.800 You're right.

00:20:40.580 The eighth year.

00:20:41.160 And I can't I don't even know what number investigation it is.

00:20:44.080 But the fact that we, through the truth, defeated the possibility of a prosecution on classified documents ground because there was no factual basis for it when it came to Donald Trump.

00:20:56.500 They're now drifting into Alvin Bragg territory, possible campaign finance violations that don't actually exist.

00:21:03.520 But if we bring it in D.C. and we bring it to a rigged jury, then we don't really have to bring an actual charge like Alvin Bragg.

00:21:11.260 We can just make one up and then we will have our gotcha moment for Donald J.

00:21:16.420 Trump. What they haven't realized and what President Trump has, and I've been talking to him a lot about this lately, is the two tier system of justice is not a right wing conspiracy theory anymore.

00:21:28.380 It never was.

00:21:29.100 But when you and I were talking about Russiagate six, seven years ago, people thought we were nuts.

00:21:33.520 There's no way the FBI partnered with the Democratic Party to lie to a federal judge, to illegally surveil a presidential candidate and withhold evidence of innocence from its targets.

00:21:42.720 But that's exactly what happened.

00:21:44.480 And if you take it down down the road to this investigation, now Donald Trump has brilliantly, after the Alvin Bragg banana show, shown the world that,

00:21:54.920 hey, it might be me in this indictment on this investigation, but you're next.

00:22:01.420 The 85 million people that voted for Donald Trump and their families and friends could be targeted because the DOJ, the FBI, the state attorney generals and the district attorneys have told us.

00:22:11.280 We are basing our prosecutions and investigations based on your political orientation, what you post, where you post it.

00:22:20.180 And oh, by the way, you don't have to believe me or you, Lou, the fact it has now been proven that the FBI wanted to embed sources in Christian houses of worship,

00:22:29.460 and that they were targeting people if they use terminology like based and red-pilled because they, in the FBI training manual, define that as racist extremist behavior.

00:22:40.260 So you are a domestic violent terrorist if you are a faith-based person and or you utilize terminology in a fashion that the FBI defines incorrectly, but they don't care about that.

00:22:52.140 They just want their agents to go out there and persecute based on politics.

00:22:55.880 And that's a tragic day in America.

00:22:59.400 I'm a big law enforcement proponent guy, and the FBI and DOJ have a long way to go for reform, and Congress has a ton of work.

00:23:07.620 The subpoenas, I'm not seeing them come out fast enough from some of these committees.

00:23:11.400 Some of them are, but some of them just aren't, and they need to get their act together.

00:23:15.220 And I think there's no question about that.

00:23:17.320 They don't have a lot of time.

00:23:18.800 They have to move, and I am glad to see at least some people now marked for those subpoenas.

00:23:27.200 Now, like you, I just want them served and move this process ahead at inconvenient, hard work mode for these people.

00:23:37.700 Roll up their sleeves.

00:23:38.820 Don't go home to the district.

00:23:40.180 Let's get to work.

00:23:41.660 I want to close here with a discussion about what is happening in the country when it comes to illegal immigration, when it comes to border security, and why nothing can be done.

00:23:59.440 I remember vividly when President Trump was in office, he was being sued left and right for everything he did.

00:24:06.760 But there is no Republican lawsuit against any of these policies, against whatever the course may be, whatever the subject may be.

00:24:18.000 Why isn't there more of a lawfare approach from the right because they really cannot sit here and just keep taking punches for the next year?

00:24:27.520 Well, I think, Lou, the number one reason is what you said.

00:24:30.620 We're not challenging them.

00:24:31.980 Where are the Republican state attorney generals in places like Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, and elsewhere?

00:24:38.680 Where are the district attorneys prosecuting these types of crimes like BLM commits? 0.99

00:24:43.920 Where are they challenging the border security legislation that needs to be in place so that we can stop the flood of illegal immigration and the illegal narcotics flow?

00:24:53.260 I mean, they are completely absent.

00:24:55.240 As much as much as Biden is to blame, the Republican Party for not unifying under state authorities to challenge the Biden administration's failure is a tantamount failure, from my opinion, in national security.

00:25:08.720 We're talking with Cash Patel.

00:25:10.520 Please stay with us for this brief message from our sponsors.

00:25:14.500 And Cash and I will be right back.

00:25:16.720 Stay with us.

00:25:17.340 We're back now talking with Cash Patel, and the subject is a nation that is in deep, deep trouble.

00:25:27.220 We have an impaired president, a puppet president, an inept administration, and a cabal of Marxist Dems driving the Democratic Party, as well as most of the federal government. 0.70

00:25:40.500 I have to say, Cash, I think that right now most Americans don't appreciate that the federal government is almost fully in the control of the Marxist Dems.

00:25:52.620 There is very little latitude for any kind of slip-up here by the Republicans.

00:25:59.760 And I don't see the Republican Party doing much more than they did in 2022 in that election.

00:26:07.700 It's a little frightening to think there's no organization around Donald Trump, there's no organization for the Republican Party, and the federal government is a power on to the Marxist Dems themselves.

00:26:21.900 No, you're absolutely right.

00:26:23.460 There's not enough Republicans that were elected to Congress to represent our interests actually doing so.

00:26:28.880 So many are hiding, ducking cover, waiting, and hoping that Donald Trump isn't the next Republican presidential nominee.

00:26:37.540 And, of course, you and I both know that he will be.

00:26:39.840 But they're so hoping that he's not because they don't want another Trump administration.

00:26:44.940 They almost don't want it more than the radical left-wing Democrats who are so anti-Trump.

00:26:50.520 That's one of our internal critical problems that we haven't seemed to resolve.

00:26:54.920 But the only way you can resolve it in Congress, in my experience, is by embarrassing them into doing their jobs.

00:27:00.420 And that's not to say everyone's not doing it.

00:27:02.180 A lot of good folks are.

00:27:03.940 There's a lot of great guys like the Jim Jimmermans and Comers and Gateses of the world who are out there,

00:27:08.920 at least Stefanik, or, you know, hammering the ground, saying,

00:27:12.640 we need these investigations, we need these subpoenas, but we need more of that.

00:27:16.020 And that can only come from a chorus of Americans who forces our elected leadership,

00:27:21.220 especially the Republicans in Congress, to act.

00:27:23.940 I mean, one test we'll see is if they permit the replacement of Dianne Feinstein on the Senate Judiciary Committee 0.88

00:27:29.640 so that more of Biden's judicial appointees can get through.

00:27:32.980 But returning to the border, it's a fact now that terrorists and people with known terrorist affiliations

00:27:40.800 are crossing over our southern border illegally and disappearing into the United States of America at a rapid clip.

00:27:50.060 Just think about that.

00:27:52.040 Terrorists and known terrorist affiliates are coming into USA,

00:27:55.580 and our law enforcement authorities allow it under Joe Biden.

00:27:59.720 And worse yet, they don't track them and they don't know where they are.

00:28:03.240 That's not a Kash Patel statement.

00:28:04.760 That's an admission by the Secretary of Homeland Security, Mayorkas,

00:28:08.420 and the failures of the border policy that we were just talking about.

00:28:11.460 If that doesn't wake up Americans and our elected leadership in Congress,

00:28:16.500 I really don't know what will, Lou.

00:28:17.980 And tragically, I fear the day that we have to live through another horrific terrorist act or the like,

00:28:27.940 or we're now living through another Assange-style release of information possibly here

00:28:32.980 of unlawful disclosure of epic proportions before enough people start to pay attention,

00:28:39.280 especially our elected officials.

00:28:40.560 So we just have to keep on pummeling this out there and making sure everyone that listens to this

00:28:48.680 calls into Washington and reminds those people who they work for

00:28:52.500 and where the accountability must come from.

00:28:55.060 Because it's not going to come from Biden's executive branch,

00:28:57.360 and we certainly don't think it's going to come from the judicial branch.

00:29:00.340 So constitutional oversight at Congress is what we have left.

00:29:03.520 And it's slipping away, but maybe, just maybe, a few brave Republicans will seize it

00:29:11.400 and show us what the powers of Congress can do.

00:29:15.920 I want to ask you if you think it's time to get rid of the federal police,

00:29:20.080 the Biden administration bragging about what they're doing with $80 billion with the IRS,

00:29:26.440 which means more audits for everyone, not just those making over $400,000.

00:29:32.040 It turns out, despite the president's protestations.

00:29:36.040 But is it time to get rid of the federal police?

00:29:38.300 And by that, I mean the FBI.

00:29:40.140 I mean the Internal Revenue Service agents.

00:29:43.480 This is starting to be a government that has not only declared war on American citizens,

00:29:50.940 but they're well-armed and equipped to win the war out of hand.

00:29:57.480 Don't you agree?

00:29:59.240 Here's my—I have a thought on this.

00:30:01.060 I think we should take the Hoover FBI Headquarters Building,

00:30:05.100 which is the size of a New York City square block in downtown Washington, D.C.,

00:30:09.380 shut that building down and reopen it as a museum of the deep state

00:30:14.000 and allow all Americans to frequent it for free

00:30:16.560 so they can see what type of corruption happens

00:30:19.000 when police powers are granted without limit

00:30:21.160 and politically targeted operations are permitted.

00:30:23.960 What I do think should happen in reality is every law enforcement agency needs to be severely trimmed.

00:30:32.280 And some of them need to be folded on into each other

00:30:34.660 because what government does is overcorrect by creating new agencies to solve problems

00:30:39.340 that they never end up solving.

00:30:40.800 They just create more by their political abuses of their authorities.

00:30:43.980 For example, the FBI's 10,000, however many thousand people work at FBI Headquarters Building.

00:30:49.640 I want to redistribute all those folks back into the field. 0.50

00:30:54.080 FBI agents chasing criminals.

00:30:55.940 Just think about it, Lou.

00:30:57.380 Stopping crime, drug trafficking and murder,

00:31:00.260 taking on those individuals who dare to harm our children.

00:31:02.900 We don't need thousands of people in Washington doing nothing but pushing paper and getting in the way.

00:31:09.040 That's just one example of how we can reform the FBI.

00:31:13.800 Now, the IRS, that's another example that we're going to need congressional help on.

00:31:18.540 They're going to have to strip that funding, remove those 87,000 agents, 0.73

00:31:21.920 and make sure we not only not hire 87,000 new agents,

00:31:24.920 but probably terminate thousands of people that are already on the books.

00:31:28.440 Because that, in my opinion, whether I was working at ODNI or DOJ or FBI or the White House or DOD,

00:31:35.540 is the same.

00:31:36.980 Too many people in too many agencies think that their jobs exist to justify some sort of solution

00:31:45.560 that isn't wanted.

00:31:47.020 And that's the problem.

00:31:47.880 Congress just waves their wand and says,

00:31:49.380 OK, we got a national security problem.

00:31:51.220 Let's hire a bunch more people. 0.87

00:31:52.480 That's the wrong attitude.

00:31:54.220 And the corruption then just stems from within there

00:31:56.940 because all they want to do, instead of saying, yes, let me help make America safer,

00:32:01.440 they just say, nope, how do I make a name for myself, move up the ranks,

00:32:04.440 and also if we can use it to get Donald Trump, let's do that.

00:32:07.920 So I think these agencies and departments need massive reform.

00:32:11.960 It's what I dive into into my book, Government Gangsters.

00:32:15.220 That's still on presale, if you can believe it,

00:32:17.800 because this DOD won't release my manuscript.

00:32:19.900 But we outline in there the congressional levers, the personnel levers,

00:32:24.060 and the things I just talked about to you that we will utilize.

00:32:28.580 As Donald Trump put out when he released the presale of my book,

00:32:31.580 the roadmap to winning back the White House and restoring the agencies and departments

00:32:35.020 to serve the American people.

00:32:36.820 Because at the end of the day, that's what they fail to do.

00:32:39.120 They ended up serving their own egos, i.e., the Mark Milley's, Rod Rosenstein's,

00:32:44.040 Gina Haspel's, Paul Nacasoni's, Mark Esper's of the world have shown us.

00:32:47.940 And it doesn't matter if you're Democrat or Republican.

00:32:50.300 We have to stop that revolving door and reorganize them,

00:32:55.960 the lobbyist industry, and the defense industrial complex.

00:32:58.920 You know, I remind this audience every day that this government is at war with the American people,

00:33:05.340 and anyone who talks about anything less just is not being straightforward and forthright.

00:33:11.320 You're talking exactly as you feel and as you see it.

00:33:16.080 You've been in the trenches and in the battle for a very long time,

00:33:19.420 and you probably have the highest victory count of anyone in that battle with the deep state, certainly.

00:33:26.400 The government, the DOJ, the FBI, those agencies, their idea of a criminal,

00:33:36.320 the Marxist idea of a criminal is parents at a school board or the MAGA supporters of Donald Trump.

00:33:46.220 And we've got to change that.

00:33:48.620 We've got to change it right away or we're going to lose the country as well as the government.

00:33:53.120 And we want to recommend Cash's book to you highly.

00:33:58.880 The Government Gangsters, it's a great title.

00:34:02.920 I love it.

00:34:03.660 And as Cash just said, it's on presale still.

00:34:06.760 We hope you get it through the process, the approval process as quickly as possible.

00:34:14.220 But again, the book, The Government Gangsters, and by Cash Patel, a great, great American.

00:34:21.580 Cash, thanks for being with us here today.

00:34:23.740 As always, we appreciate it.

00:34:25.440 And God bless you.

00:34:26.800 Thanks so much, Lou.

00:34:27.480 I always enjoy being on your show and look forward to catching you guys soon again.

00:34:31.980 Cash Patel, a great American.

00:34:34.260 And here tomorrow, our guest will be the White House stenographer for almost two decades, Mike McCormick.

00:34:40.580 He can't seem to get anyone to listen to his revealing stories about Biden corruption,

00:34:46.920 stories that he says he saw up close.

00:34:49.240 Mike McCormick, the FBI won't listen, but we will.

00:34:53.420 And so should you if you like very fascinating tales of corruption in high places.

00:34:59.400 Please join us tomorrow for the lowdown.

00:35:01.480 Till then, thanks and God bless you.
