00:01:15.040 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs.

00:01:24.820 Welcome to The Great America Show, and it's great to have you with us.

00:01:28.660 We have with us today a great guest, Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of the great state of Texas,

00:01:34.720 who has just beaten the tar out of the rhinos and the Marxist dims in Texas. 0.84

00:01:41.500 And, oh, yes, in Washington, D.C., overcoming impeachment charges, phony charges, as usual, from the left.

00:01:49.000 But we'll be talking with him.

00:01:50.440 I'm excited about it.

00:01:51.580 I hope you are as well.

00:01:53.220 That coming up here shortly.

00:01:54.460 The Marxist Attorney General Merrick Garland, having a day, he displayed arrogance and duplicity in his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.

00:02:04.040 It was a rough session for Garland and the corrupt Biden regime.

00:02:09.040 Garland was caught in lie after lie.

00:02:12.040 Accused by one member of Congress of perjury, Congressman Thomas Massey asked Garland,

00:02:17.520 How many agents or assets of the federal government were present among the protesters at the Capitol on January 6th?

00:02:26.640 Garland said he didn't remember, he didn't recollect those numbers or what they were, that he didn't know the answers.

00:02:34.660 And Congressman Massey called him out on his contradiction.

00:02:38.880 When I said how many agents or assets of the government were present on January 5th and January 6th

00:02:44.520 and agitating in the crowd to go into the Capitol and how many went into the Capitol, can you answer that now?

00:02:50.600 I don't know the answer to that question.

00:02:52.720 Oh, last time, you don't know how many there were or there were none?

00:02:57.260 I don't know the answer to either of those questions.

00:02:59.720 If there were any, I don't know how many.

00:03:01.840 I don't know whether there are any.

00:03:04.480 I think you may have just perjured yourself that you don't know that there were any.

00:03:08.680 You want to say that again, that you don't know that there were any?

00:03:11.320 I have no personal knowledge of this matter.

00:03:13.480 I think what I said the last time.

00:03:15.580 You've had two years to find out.

00:03:18.200 And the day, by the way, that was in reference to Ray Epps.

00:03:20.800 And yesterday you indicted him.

00:03:22.780 Isn't that a wonderful coincidence?

00:03:24.660 On a misdemeanor.

00:03:26.340 Meanwhile, you're sending grandmas to prison. 1.00

00:03:28.860 You're putting people away for 20 years for merely filming.

00:03:32.720 Some people weren't even there yet.

00:03:34.180 You've got the guy on video who's saying go into the Capitol.

00:03:37.220 He's directing people to the Capitol before the speech ends.

00:03:40.220 He's at the site of the first breach.

00:03:42.220 You've got all the goods on him, 10 videos, and it's an indictment for a misdemeanor.

00:03:47.780 The American public isn't buying it.

00:03:49.780 And that wasn't the only time Garland was caught in a lie.

00:03:53.520 Garland was asked by Congressman Mike Johnson if he's had personal contact with anyone at the FBI

00:03:59.860 regarding the investigation or potential prosecution of Hunter Biden.

00:04:06.060 Garland's response was telling, and it was ugly.

00:04:09.780 Here it is.

00:04:10.520 Have you had personal contact with anyone at FBI headquarters about the Hunter Biden investigation?

00:04:21.080 I don't recollect the answer to that question, but the FBI works for the Justice Department.

00:04:27.500 I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

00:04:28.500 You don't recollect whether you've talked with anybody at FBI headquarters about an investigation of the president's son?

00:04:34.640 I don't believe that I did.

00:04:36.560 I promised the Senate when I came before it for confirmation that I would leave Mr. Weiss in place

00:04:44.180 and that I would not interfere with his investigation.

00:04:47.940 Okay, did you ever...

00:04:49.080 I have kept that promise.

00:04:51.080 Johnson then asked Garland about a process that the FBI whistleblowers said was cumbersome.

00:04:57.200 They testified against David Weiss and said they were slowed down by Weiss as they went to charge Hunter Biden.

00:05:06.740 Garland said that was just opinion.

00:05:09.600 Listen to this.

00:05:10.380 Are you aware that FBI officials have come before this committee and they have stated that there was a cumbersome bureaucratic process

00:05:16.760 that Mr. Weiss had to go through to bring charges in another judicial district?

00:05:20.400 You know that?

00:05:21.020 I'm not aware, but that's not true.

00:05:22.860 There's nothing cumbersome about the process.

00:05:25.260 So those whistleblowers are lying to us under oath?

00:05:28.040 Those whistleblowers are lying?

00:05:29.300 I can say that.

00:05:30.360 Their description of the process cumbersome is an opinion.

00:05:33.840 It's not a fact question.

00:05:35.100 Garland really is quite something, isn't he?

00:05:38.060 It certainly wasn't a fact answer, though, was it?

00:05:41.360 Garland's troubles didn't end there.

00:05:43.520 He even had some trouble answering questions from perhaps the biggest Marxist dem of them all.

00:05:48.720 A Democrat.

00:05:49.860 A radical Democrat.

00:05:51.400 A Marxist dem Democrat. 0.95

00:05:53.640 A lying Marxist dem Democrat. 0.64

00:05:56.500 By the name of Adam Schiff.

00:05:58.840 Schiff asked Garland if President Trump was lying when he told Meet the Press

00:06:04.240 that Joe Biden ordered Garland to prosecute him.

00:06:08.660 Here is his answer.

00:06:10.420 Was the president telling the truth or was he lying when he said that President Biden told you to indict him?

00:06:18.520 No one has told me to indict.

00:06:20.800 And in this case, the decision to indict was made by the special counsel.

00:06:25.440 So that statement the president made on Sunday was false.

00:06:27.980 I'm just going to say again that no one has told me who should be indicted in any matter like this.

00:06:39.120 And the decision about indictment was made by Mr. Smith.

00:06:42.920 Can you believe that?

00:06:44.400 Garland couldn't even give a straight answer to one of his fellow travelers, a fellow Marxist dem.

00:06:50.860 Perhaps the most telling exchange of all came when Congressman Jeff Van Drew asked the attorney general

00:06:57.420 if he believes Catholics are extremists.

00:07:00.940 Attorney general, I need a simple yes or no to the following.

00:07:04.160 Just yes or no, because we don't have much time.

00:07:06.780 Do you agree that traditional Catholics are violent extremists?

00:07:10.420 Yes or no?

00:07:11.980 Let me answer what you've said in that long list of.

00:07:15.320 I'll be happy to answer all of those.

00:07:17.800 Attorney general, I control the time.

00:07:19.300 I'm going to ask you to answer the questions I asked.

00:07:21.120 You control time by asking me a substantial number of things.

00:07:24.180 I didn't ask you those things.

00:07:25.400 I made a statement.

00:07:26.520 Attorney general, through the chair, I ask you, do you agree that traditional Catholics are violent extremists?

00:07:33.400 Answer the question.

00:07:33.920 I have no idea what the traditional means here.

00:07:38.060 Catholics.

00:07:38.300 Catholics that go to church. 0.71

00:07:40.220 May I answer your question?

00:07:41.180 Yes or no.

00:07:41.680 The idea that someone with my family background would discriminate against any religion is so outrageous, so absurd.

00:07:51.440 Mr. Attorney General, it was your FBI that did this.

00:07:54.640 It was your FBI that was sending, and we have the memos, we have the emails, we're sending undercover agents into Catholic churches.

00:08:03.460 Both I and the director of the FBI have said that we were appalled by that memo.

00:08:10.820 So then you agree that they're not extremists?

00:08:12.740 We were appalled by that memo.

00:08:14.320 Are they extremists or not, attorney general?

00:08:16.540 I think that-

00:08:17.460 Are they extremists or not, attorney general?

00:08:19.120 Everything in that memo is appalling.

00:08:20.520 Are they extremists or not?

00:08:21.720 I'm asking a simple question.

00:08:23.100 Say no if you think that was wrong.

00:08:24.680 Catholics are not extremists.

00:08:26.160 No.

00:08:26.480 Was anyone fired for drafting and circulating the anti-Catholic memo?

00:08:32.400 You have in front of you the inspection division's investigation.

00:08:36.760 Just tell me yes or no, please.

00:08:38.380 I don't know-

00:08:39.060 You have no time.

00:08:39.620 I don't know the answer to that.

00:08:41.040 It took Garland a minute and a half to answer a simple yes or no question.

00:08:46.020 Garland clearly lying once again.

00:08:48.220 And to be clear, Garland has a long track record of targeting Catholics as attorney general.

00:08:55.860 Over the weekend, a good friend of the republic, a strong patriot and warrior for the right,

00:09:01.580 was requited from an impeachment attempt brought by the Marxist Dems and RINOs.

00:09:07.020 Baseless charges, but nonetheless an impeachment.

00:09:10.480 Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton cleared on all 16 articles of impeachment

00:09:15.240 that stemmed from bribery allegations that had been cooked up by the left in Texas.

00:09:21.140 We knew then and now all of them to be false.

00:09:24.240 Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, a great American, now vowing to launch a full audit

00:09:30.340 of the sham impeachment for the months of wasted time and months of wasted taxpayer money.

00:09:37.400 Millions of taxpayer dollars have been wasted on this impeachment.

00:09:41.560 31 senators and a large Senate staff that made this trial possible have put their family life,

00:09:46.500 their jobs, their business on the hold for the last three months after already being here

00:09:49.980 from January to June.

00:09:52.240 I'm going to call next week for a full audit of all taxpayer money spent by the House

00:09:57.580 from the beginning of their investigation in March to their final bills they get from their lawyers.

00:10:02.680 We will provide our costs as well that were forced on us by the House impeachment.

00:10:07.360 One big difference.

00:10:08.640 We didn't pay a huge team of outside lawyers and investigators.

00:10:11.740 We did it mostly with our own staff, working endless hours with no extra pay.

00:10:18.880 As Representative Smith, he said, this is not the way it has happened in the past in the House.

00:10:24.320 That's why I believe we've only had two prior impeachments.

00:10:30.060 Our founders expected better.

00:10:32.840 It should have never happened this year.

00:10:34.100 And hopefully it doesn't again unless we address this in the Constitution.

00:10:40.640 And finally, members, may God continue to bless the greatest place God ever created on Earth,

00:10:46.780 the place we call Texas.

00:10:48.740 It's also worth noting only two rhinos in the Texas Senate voted to impeach Paxton.

00:10:55.440 State Senator Robert Nichols of the 3rd District and State Senator Kelly Hancock of the 9th District.

00:11:02.180 Those two rhinos deserve, in my opinion, to be primaried, primaried immediately.

00:11:08.660 And our guest today is a man who is an outstanding Attorney General of the great state of Texas,

00:11:14.660 a great American, Ken Paxton.

00:11:16.920 Ken, great to have you back with us on The Great America Show

00:11:19.720 and back in your rightful role as Attorney General.

00:11:23.200 I want to begin by saying congratulations.

00:11:25.420 I know the people of Texas are thrilled.

00:11:27.340 And a lot of, a lot of sorry son-of-a-guns are wailing and their teeth are gnashing.

00:11:35.060 I hope they are crying.

00:11:37.060 Your thoughts about the rhinos and the Dems who went after you?

00:11:41.160 You know what?

00:11:41.960 I didn't know it was coming.

00:11:42.900 It was all secret.

00:11:43.760 It was done behind closed doors.

00:11:45.400 No transparency.

00:11:46.600 No opportunity to respond on my part.

00:11:48.580 They didn't even want to hear what we had to say.

00:11:50.600 It was, I think, largely controlled by the Democrats because people don't understand.

00:11:56.260 In the Texas House, there's 150 members, 65 are Democrat, and they block votes.

00:12:02.200 They pick out the Republican that will give them the most.

00:12:04.420 They deliver 65 votes.

00:12:06.180 And that's usually who we end up as speaker.

00:12:09.080 And I think what happened was the Biden administration was sick of us suing them.

00:12:12.680 We sued them 48 times since Joe Biden's been in office.

00:12:15.300 And I think the Democrats in Washington came to the Democrats in Austin and said, this is what we want.

00:12:22.200 And, of course, the speaker being controlled by them was more than happy to oblige.

00:12:26.720 And that's how it got going.

00:12:28.360 It was a sad state of affairs, and it was all unfortunately done with no due process.

00:12:32.420 And thank goodness, I really believe it was the people of Texas that spoke out, that were praying for me and talking,

00:12:38.380 that had the impact in the Senate that obviously kept me in office.

00:12:43.880 And they brought, the Marxist Dems brought 16 articles of impeachment against you, 16.

00:12:52.940 Any one of them, any one of them would have disqualified you as attorney general, and it would have gone down as an impeachment.

00:13:00.440 That's outrageous.

00:13:02.360 How did you react?

00:13:04.560 Well, they actually brought 20.

00:13:06.280 There were four that the Senate put in abeyance.

00:13:07.980 But the idea was throw as much at me as possible, hoping, without evidence, that one of them kind of stuck.

00:13:15.680 And then if you throw enough mud, maybe just the overwhelming mud would sink me on one.

00:13:21.380 That was the theory.

00:13:23.220 So they didn't really focus on, you know, evidence or elements of law that I violated.

00:13:29.820 They focused on just slamming me in every possible way, having the media, which was there, was aiding and abetting them.

00:13:37.160 They were able to leak all kinds of stories, even though they had a gag order.

00:13:40.640 We both had gag orders, but it didn't really matter for them because they would just leak it to the media.

00:13:44.620 And they knew that.

00:13:45.380 And so every day a new story would hit me.

00:13:48.020 I couldn't say anything.

00:13:49.220 I wasn't allowed to say anything.

00:13:50.300 And they were hoping that just by the end I would be worn down.

00:13:53.980 I would resign.

00:13:54.940 I think that was the ultimate hope.

00:13:57.100 And I just thought, you know what, I'm going to make a vote.

00:13:59.200 If they're going to do this to me, they're going to have to vote and they're going to have to go put this out in public, all of it.

00:14:05.120 I heard a number of Democratic senators saying after the vote, I mean, they were just they were whining like they were victims in your impeachment.

00:14:17.620 I mean, it was it's amazing who those people are.

00:14:21.960 They don't sound like Texans to me. 0.98

00:14:23.620 That's I'm a Texan.

00:14:24.920 I was born in Children's, Texas.

00:14:27.260 And for a Texan to whine like that after being a snake and trying to go after somebody, I mean, there's no principle left.

00:14:35.420 I don't recognize those folks as Texans.

00:14:38.100 Do you?

00:14:39.540 Well, it's sad because so many of these Republicans have been co-opted by the speaker.

00:14:45.460 He puts pressure on him.

00:14:46.800 He basically they were told this was a leadership vote.

00:14:49.360 What that means is if you don't do what you're told, you're going to lose your committee assignments, your committee chairmanship.

00:14:55.240 You're going to lose your money for your next race. 1.00

00:14:57.220 And you're basically done.

00:14:58.140 And I know that that was the message that was delivered because these Republicans didn't know what the charges were.

00:15:03.820 They didn't know anything about this.

00:15:05.480 It was all kept secret.

00:15:06.700 And think about that.

00:15:07.660 They did this in the last week of session when things are insanely busy, when they're trying to get everything done after, you know, because we only have a session every other year.

00:15:15.500 And they did it the last couple of days.

00:15:18.300 They did it like literally from start to finish.

00:15:21.020 Investigation was one day.

00:15:22.640 Hearing was the same day.

00:15:25.120 And then two days later, I was I was suspended from my office and they didn't know the evidence.

00:15:31.020 They were just told, here's what you say about it.

00:15:34.040 And and that's what they did.

00:15:35.420 They were directed and they did what they were told.

00:15:37.780 And you had some folks from your own office working against you.

00:15:44.220 Talk about snakes.

00:15:45.660 I mean, good Lord.

00:15:48.300 And I have to say, I did that shock you.

00:15:53.300 I honestly, when it happened three years ago, I was stunned.

00:15:57.100 I had no idea.

00:15:58.660 They didn't come and talk to me.

00:16:00.520 If they had just taken a few minutes, they were missing information because they just didn't know everything.

00:16:07.780 And had they taken just a few minutes, this would have never happened.

00:16:11.480 And yet they secretly planned this.

00:16:13.860 They enlisted.

00:16:14.900 You know, they went over the governor's office.

00:16:16.280 They went other places.

00:16:18.000 I'm convinced they went and talked to other senators.

00:16:20.920 They turned me over to the FBI.

00:16:22.720 And I had no idea what they were talking about.

00:16:25.320 Even when they sent me the text saying that I violated some law, I didn't know what they were talking about.

00:16:30.400 I had no idea.

00:16:31.180 And even to this day, the only one that they came up with, which they made up, was a supposed bribe that they had no evidence of.

00:16:39.000 And they couldn't prove because it never happened.

00:16:41.500 Well, and they went to the FBI, apparently, and had no evidence.

00:16:47.820 By the way, I have to say something watching the progress of the trial over two weeks.

00:16:54.400 And I can't say that I watched all of it, but I watched some of it.

00:16:58.880 You had an attorney by the name of Tony Busby.

00:17:01.680 I want to say to you, you keep that fellow with you.

00:17:06.260 Because you know what I love about a great attorney, a defendant attorney or a prosecutor.

00:17:12.520 You know whose side he was on by the tone of his voice, his tenor.

00:17:17.540 He wasn't going through some sort of cold recitation of citations, facts.

00:17:23.420 He was passionate in his support of Ken Paxton, as well as a brilliant attorney in everything he did.

00:17:33.560 So I just had to say that to you.

00:17:36.340 No, and I'll say this.

00:17:37.180 I'll say this publicly.

00:17:38.460 I love Tony Busby.

00:17:39.460 He was, you're right.

00:17:41.060 He dedicated his life to helping me over a four-month period.

00:17:45.800 I'd say a majority of his time over that four months went into understanding this case.

00:17:51.020 And I know that Tony, after he knew the facts, because he didn't know the facts before he got here,

00:17:56.780 once he knew the facts, I think he was completely committed to helping me because he knew that this was wrong

00:18:03.660 and that these employees had basically, they had obstructed a real investigation of potential wrongdoing by the FBI

00:18:12.500 and by the Department of Justice that had we gotten to finish it, we would at least know the truth as to whether they had violated state law,

00:18:19.680 whether they violated federal law, and whether they were doing things that were not right.

00:18:23.580 But we'll never know that because these guys decided on their own after quietly cooperating with the FBI to stop this behind my back

00:18:31.600 without telling me, they stopped a real legitimate questioning of what was going on with the FBI and the Department of Justice.

00:18:38.940 We're talking with the Attorney General of the great state of Texas, Ken Paxton, a great American.

00:18:45.000 And we will continue in just one moment.

00:18:47.560 Stay with us.

00:18:48.200 We'll be right back.

00:18:49.040 We're back with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

00:18:57.700 And Ken, you mentioned the FBI as we went into that quick break.

00:19:04.780 The idea that they went forward, those deputies, to the FBI without evidence,

00:19:11.540 and that the FBI seemingly very eagerly took up the opportunity to go after one of the Republican all-stars

00:19:18.640 in America and go after Ken Paxton.

00:19:21.700 That's the way it looked from my vantage point.

00:19:23.840 How about from yours?

00:19:26.000 Oh, there's no doubt.

00:19:26.900 And part of it was they were, I think, concerned about what that investigation might have turned up.

00:19:31.740 And by coming to people in my office and stopping them from acting without my knowledge.

00:19:38.680 And by the way, they also stopped an investigation about Sherry.

00:19:41.720 They actually were trying to stop an investigation of Sherry, which I'm still confused about why they wanted to stop that.

00:19:48.040 Again, we'll probably never know the answer.

00:19:50.240 But they were very effective in, I think, scaring people in my office and making them feel like they were being threatened themselves.

00:19:57.900 And that's, I think, part of what happened was just the fear of facing the truth and facing a significant force,

00:20:08.080 which is, you know, federal law enforcement, both legal and just, you know, police.

00:20:14.640 Yeah, the FBI is not the agency that we once knew.

00:20:20.240 It is a it is a police state arm.

00:20:24.200 It is rife with corruption.

00:20:27.140 It is not a there's no longer the opportunity because of all that has been discovered through eight years of political persecution of Donald Trump.

00:20:35.960 It is no longer the same agency.

00:20:38.320 It is a group of I don't know what you would call them. 0.99

00:20:42.160 They're thugs. 0.84

00:20:42.780 They've committed more crimes than all of the people they've charged in politics over the course of the past eight years in the swamp.

00:20:50.500 The only President Trump hasn't been found guilty of any wrongdoing.

00:20:54.460 And four directors of the FBI have been caught lying at this point.

00:20:59.040 I think I just like to get your idea about what we have to do with the FBI to bring them to both justice

00:21:09.620 and to rein back their their their power.

00:21:14.720 Look, I'm it's a scary thing that's going on in this country.

00:21:18.380 I mean, that's one of the reasons I decided to stay in this fight, not walk away,

00:21:22.800 because this is starting to look a lot like other countries.

00:21:25.720 I remember Stalin had his secret police guy say that show me the man and I'll show you the crime. 0.60

00:21:31.100 And that's what it feels like. I don't know how it's much different for what they did and what they're doing in other totalitarian governments.

00:21:37.740 How is it any different when you look at the politics of how they're being so political and how they're weaponizing law enforcement?

00:21:45.500 So I think the answer is, I mean, we've got to elect somebody.

00:21:50.000 Of course, I'm a Donald Trump fan, somebody that will go back in and literally from from the ground floor,

00:21:58.080 reconstruct this so that we have we have law enforcement that actually cares about doing the right thing.

00:22:03.760 And I know there are people at the FBI to do. I know there are lots of people to do.

00:22:07.360 The leadership, though, has been so corrupted that both the Department of Justice

00:22:11.960 and the FBI are no longer credible or trustworthy.

00:22:15.520 And whenever they go after a political figure, it's hard not to think what that is being done for political purposes,

00:22:21.560 especially when you look at how how they let off other Democrats who look like they've done certain things

00:22:28.060 and don't really get investigated or prosecuted and how they seem to target people like President Trump and me.

00:22:34.760 Absolutely. And without question.

00:22:36.140 And the other day talking on this on this show with Stephen Friend,

00:22:40.580 he told me he's a former FBI agent whistleblower against the brutality of that was brought to bear by the FBI on January 6th,

00:22:50.260 a man who stood his ground and also was a whistleblower against the use of tactical teams being used to serve a misdemeanor warrants for crying out loud at 6 a.m.

00:23:03.660 and killing people. 0.78

00:23:05.900 He told me about the incentivization of the management of the field offices by the FBI for the crimes that they went after.

00:23:16.460 And specifically in the bonus part was the indictments of domestic terrorists, so-called.

00:23:23.300 I mean, we're looking at something now.

00:23:26.060 It was just political persecution and prosecution on the part of the FBI.

00:23:30.540 Now we're talking about economic and financial corruption within the FBI itself.

00:23:36.480 Look, none of that surprised me.

00:23:38.060 I can see just on the surface that there are many problems.

00:23:42.260 And, of course, the media doesn't address it.

00:23:44.360 They stay away.

00:23:45.400 And I'm not talking about you, but I'm talking about the mainstream media doesn't address it.

00:23:49.120 And the reality is they should be very fearful of this because this is the government that doesn't care about doing the right thing anymore

00:23:57.660 and potentially goes after innocent people to ruin their lives in every way possible.

00:24:03.480 That's really scary for a country that has never had to live under that, at least, you know, since our founders got here.

00:24:11.080 Yeah, it is.

00:24:12.720 And to hear Merrick Garland, the attorney general, testifying for the House Judiciary Committee,

00:24:18.180 talking about how it's a very dangerous time for FBI agents because of the intimidation of people who are upset with the FBI.

00:24:27.620 He says it's a very dangerous time.

00:24:29.360 Here is the leading intimidator in our justice system talking nonsense to the Judiciary Committee

00:24:36.560 as if it's some sort of that he is not the intimidator.

00:24:40.460 This Justice Department.

00:24:42.680 Let me just say this.

00:24:43.380 Sure.

00:24:44.020 Yeah, but as soon as he came out and threatened parents for speaking publicly about certain aspects,

00:24:50.860 whether, you know, it was criticizing what was going on with the vaccines or sex education in schools,

00:24:58.700 where they were going to be investigated,

00:25:00.340 he put together a task force of law enforcement to investigate parents to try to intimidate them.

00:25:04.460 I have I was hoping this guy supposedly going to be on the Supreme Court someday would have some type of feeling for doing the right thing. 0.92

00:25:13.140 But that was disgusting, despicable. 0.53

00:25:15.680 And somebody that clearly cares about power and doesn't mind intimidating people with his with his bully pulpit and with law enforcement. 0.95

00:25:23.300 That's wrong.

00:25:24.140 Absolutely wrong.

00:25:25.800 And what he did before the House Judiciary Committee asked directly if he agreed with the statement that that in sending FBI agents into Catholic churches,

00:25:39.920 if he agreed with the statement that conservative Catholics were basically domestic terrorists and he refused to say no.

00:25:52.360 I mean, he refused to say no. 1.00

00:25:54.540 This man is evil. 0.99

00:25:56.260 I swear to you, Mr. Attorney General, this man is evil. 0.97

00:25:59.820 And I and I want to I can't tell you how happy I am.

00:26:04.600 And I know millions of Americans are that Ken Paxton is the attorney general of the great state of Texas.

00:26:11.540 We always give our guests the last word here, as you know.

00:26:14.960 And your concluding thoughts, Mr. Attorney General.

00:26:18.100 Look, my conclusion.

00:26:19.000 First of all, thanks for having me on.

00:26:20.640 I love your show.

00:26:25.660 And I just I'm really grateful to have this opportunity.

00:26:28.380 I was elected by the people.

00:26:29.820 I wanted I want to serve them.

00:26:31.840 And we nearly had a disaster where the political class decided that I couldn't stay.

00:26:37.660 So I'm really grateful to the people of Texas for not only electing me, but supporting me in this process,

00:26:42.240 because I certainly felt their their support in all kinds of ways, including their prayers.

00:26:46.980 And I'm really grateful to be back doing the work for them.

00:26:49.840 And I promise them this, that I will I will work as hard as possible to defend them and to make sure that we continue with the constitutional form of government.

00:26:59.820 Thank you very much, Mr. Attorney General, for being with us.
