00:00:07.740 The legendary cartoonist Scott Adams has passed away early this morning at the age of 68.
00:00:13.560 He passed away following a prolonged battle with prostate cancer.
00:00:17.420 His death was announced during a live stream hosted by his ex-wife.
00:00:21.720 After achieving global fame in the 1990s for skewering corporate absurdity with his cartoon Dilbert,
00:00:28.000 which we all remember, Adams became one of the country's most influential political commentators.
00:00:34.040 As a trained hypnotist, Adams famously predicted Donald Trump's victory shortly after announced his 2015 campaign,
00:00:41.220 describing him as a master of persuasion.
00:00:45.260 In recent years, he hosted a daily podcast, Coffee with Scott Adams,
00:00:48.880 in which he offered his interesting and innovative takes on the news.

00:00:55.700 And speaking of President Trump, President Trump firing some severe warnings to the Minnesota Marxist Dems.
00:01:01.880 It all comes after the Minnesota Democrats announced they were suing his administration to kick ICE agents out of the state.
00:01:08.740 Attorney General Keith Ellison, who's just about as corrupt as they come,
00:01:12.180 and Mayor Jacob Fry of Minneapolis,
00:01:14.840 suing the Trump administration over the DOJ agents enforcing immigration laws in the Twin Cities.
00:01:19.500 The lawsuit was filed to completely end the so-called unprecedented surge of more than 2,000 federal agents deployed by the DHS.
00:01:29.000 The filing also alleges that the federal government has violated the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution
00:01:32.800 by removing Minnesota's right to police itself.

00:01:37.760 All of a sudden, it's not up to the federal government to hold people accountable for crime and fraud,

00:01:52.420 Bill and Hillary Clinton today have refused to testify in the House's Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

00:02:03.140 and former U.S. President and Secretary of State,
00:02:05.760 who are effectively daring him to hold them in contempt of Congress,
00:02:09.320 to which James Comer now is going to have to do.

00:02:28.360 All right, well, I think everyone knows by now Bill Clinton did not show up,
00:02:32.900 and I think it's important to note that this subpoena was voted on in a bipartisan manner by this committee.

00:02:44.540 This was voted on by the entire committee in a unanimous vote of the House Oversight Committee
00:02:50.140 to subpoena former President Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
00:02:55.580 Now, Hillary Clinton's supposed to show up tomorrow.
00:02:57.140 We'll see what happens there, but with respect to the former president, he did not show up today.
00:03:04.000 One reason I think most Americans want President Clinton to answer some questions
00:03:08.580 is because he visited the White House, Jeffrey Epstein visited the White House 17 times while Bill Clinton was president.

00:03:20.040 I think I've been to the White House nine times in nine years.
00:03:22.200 Epstein was in the White House double the amount of time that I was under one president.
00:03:28.640 And then we know that Bill Clinton flew on Epstein's plane somewhere around 27 times after the presidency.
00:03:36.900 So no one's accusing Bill Clinton of any wrongdoing.
00:03:40.180 We just have questions, and that's why the Democrats voted along with Republicans to subpoena Bill Clinton.
00:03:46.500 Not a single Democrat showed up today.

00:03:50.440 The ones that have press conferences on the Capitol steps and talk about how they're trying to get justice for the victims and all that.
00:03:57.780 It just seems like they only care about questioning Republicans.
00:04:03.180 And we've had a former Trump cabinet secretary, Acosta, in for a grilling.
00:04:09.440 We had Bill Barr, former attorney general, in for a grilling.
00:04:13.200 But for whatever reason, President Clinton didn't show up, and the Democrats on the committee don't seem to have a problem.
00:04:21.500 This is the amount of preparation that went into this deposition today.

00:04:28.340 We've communicated with President Clinton's legal team for months now, giving them opportunity after opportunity to come in, to give us a date, and they continue to delay, delay, delay to the point where we had no idea whether they were going to show up today or not.
00:04:46.180 I think it's very disappointing as a result of Bill Clinton not showing up for his lawful subpoena, which again was voted on unanimously by the committee in a bipartisan manner.
00:04:57.000 We will move next week in the House Oversight Committee markup to hold former President Clinton in contempt of Congress.
