The Marxist Dems in New York are running rogue once again. Judge Juan Merchant this afternoon denied President Trump's attempt to halt the sentencing in his case currently scheduled for this Friday. The order came as Trump filed a lawsuit against the Manhattan District Attorneys Alvin Bragg and Juan Merchant over the judge's denial of his presidential immunity motions. Trump's lawyers argue that the judge exceeded his jurisdiction when he denied Trump's claims of presidential immunity in his ruling last week and ordered Trump to appear for sentencing either in person or virtually. President Trump held a rousing press conference today laying out his plan for America.
