00:00:25.920 Kristi Noem has been referred to the Justice Department for her criminal investigation over alleged perjury tied to her claims that Donald Trump approved the $220 million ad campaign featuring her riding a horse.
00:00:38.400 Top congressional Democrats referred the outgoing Homeland Security Secretary to the DOJ over, quote, knowingly making false statements under an oath to Congress.
00:00:47.700 Noem testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month that President Trump had known and approved the lavish ad.
