00:00:27.800 Today, the United States military continues to carry out large scale combat operations in Iran to eliminate the grave threats posed to America by this terrible terrorist regime.
00:00:42.560 Following our obliteration of Iran's nuclear program and Operation Midnight Hammer a short while ago,
00:00:50.780 we warned Iran not to make any attempt to rebuild at a different location because they were unable to use the ones that we so powerfully blew up.

00:01:07.840 In addition, the regime's conventional ballistic missile program was growing rapidly and dramatically.

00:01:32.620 The purpose of this fast-growing missile program was to shield their nuclear weapon development and make it extraordinarily difficult for anyone to stop them from making these highly forbidden by us nuclear weapons.

00:03:56.640 There was just this, what appears to be a terrorist attack in Austin yesterday.

00:04:05.600 It doesn't change the operation at all, and I know the authorities are executing exactly the way they should.
00:04:10.080 So that should be a wake-up call to all of us Americans to be vigilant that these sleeper cells may be in America.

00:04:23.480 The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday rejecting President Trump's request to delay the Supreme Court's ruling on tariffs.
00:04:30.240 The Supreme Court recently struck down President Trump's tariffs in a 6-3 decision.
00:04:34.280 The Supreme Court said President Trump did not have the authority to impose tariffs under the IEPA,
00:04:40.340 the International Emergencies Economic Powers Act.
00:04:43.520 The high court's decision only invalidates Trump's tariffs under that IEPA.
00:04:48.440 Chief Justice John Roberts, Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, of course, siding with the three Marxist liberals.
00:04:54.700 Conservative Justices Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, siding with President Trump.
00:04:59.560 President Trump and his administration has asked for a 90-day delay,
00:05:02.940 but the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals denied the request,
00:05:05.980 to which I say he should tell the courts to kick rocks,
00:05:09.280 just as Joe Biden did when it came time for student loan forgiveness.
