00:00:15.120 Judge Juan Merchant is a ten-pot excuse for a judge threatening at one point to keep President
00:00:20.980 Trump from his son's big day, finally shutting down the trial today so that President Trump
00:00:26.540 can watch his son graduate. Barron and 115 other seniors graduating from Oxbridge Academy
00:00:34.000 in West Palm Beach. Congratulations to Barron, his family, and to all the other graduates across
00:00:40.020 the country. The word is President Trump's attorneys tore up Michael Cohen on the witness stand this
00:00:46.220 week. Some of the verbs used to describe Cohen in his cross-examination, he was excoriated,
00:00:52.760 destroyed, torn up. Almost unimaginable that the Alvin Bragg DA's office would even go to trial
00:01:00.480 with a porn star and a serial liar and convicted felon as their two big witnesses. Both Merchant 0.58
00:01:08.080 and Bragg should be disbarred, in my opinion, for their outright political corruption and sheer 0.95
00:01:13.580 ignorance. Axios, reporting Joe Biden is in denial about his disastrous polling numbers,
00:01:19.880 claims that the polls are wrong, almost all of which show him trailing President Trump.
00:01:25.640 Trump is leading in key battleground states, is ahead in almost all of the national polls,
00:01:30.940 and his numbers are only getting better, and Biden's numbers will only fall further
00:01:36.500 if this economy continues to slow as we approach November 5th. On the economy and what we can expect,
00:01:43.860 our guest today is leading economist John Lonsky. John is the president of the Lonsky
00:01:49.760 Group, and we take up what's happening in this economy and what we can expect from the markets.
00:01:55.480 Please join us, and thanks. This is Lou Dobbs with a Great America Update.
