00:00:00.000 I'm Lou Dobbs with this Great America Show Midday Update.
00:00:03.780 Today marks the 22nd anniversary of the September 11th attacks.
00:00:08.220 Joe Biden notably missing from the vigil at the World Trade Center.
00:00:12.420 Instead, he sent his vice president at his place while he babbled on in Vietnam.
00:00:18.440 He is the first president to miss the vigil in 22 years.
00:00:23.260 But Biden to release another $6 billion to not Ukraine this time, but to Iran.
00:00:30.020 The U.S. and Iran are on the verge of a prisoner swap being mediated by Qatar.
00:00:35.740 The deal could be set as early as this week and will release $6 billion to the terror nation of Iran. 0.97
00:00:42.500 As many as five U.S. detainees are set to be traded for eight Iranians plus $6 billion.
00:00:50.840 Sounds somewhat disproportionate, doesn't it?
00:00:54.500 Yeah, I think so too.
00:00:55.560 New Mexico's Marxist Dem governor suspends the Second Amendment and faces the backlash in her state.
00:01:03.620 Governor Michelle Lujan issued an executive order last Friday suspending concealed and open carry in Albuquerque for 30 days.
00:01:12.820 The Marxist Dem governor saying no constitutional right is absolute in her opinion.
00:01:19.080 If you put an oath to the Constitution, isn't it unconstitutional to say you cannot exercise your carry license?
00:01:26.800 With one exception, and that is if there's an emergency, and I've declared an emergency for a temporary amount of time, I can invoke additional powers.
00:01:38.180 No constitutional right, in my view, including my oath, is intended to be absolute.
00:01:45.520 There are restrictions on free speech.
00:01:47.200 There are restrictions on my freedoms.
00:01:49.360 In this emergency, this 11-year-old and all these parents who have lost all these children,
00:01:56.080 they deserve my attention to have the debate about whether or not in an emergency we can create a safer environment.
00:02:05.100 Because what about their constitutional rights?
00:02:07.860 I took an oath to uphold those too.
00:02:10.800 And if we ignore this growing problem without being bold, I've said to every other New Mexican,
00:02:17.320 your rights are subjugated to theirs.
00:02:20.780 New Mexico protests broke out, as you would expect, openly defying the governor's order,
00:02:26.680 protesters carrying their guns in the open.
00:02:29.520 North Korea's Kim Jong-un on his way to Russia to meet with Vladimir Putin.
00:02:35.100 Kim Jong-un making his first trip outside North Korea since the start of the COVID pandemic
00:02:40.980 and is set to meet with Putin in Vladivostok.
00:02:44.820 It's being reported the two are meeting to discuss an arms deal.
00:02:49.000 White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan warned North Korea will pay the price, as he put it,
00:02:55.060 if indeed it strikes an arms deal with the Kremlin.
00:02:58.140 But as we know, as the world knows, the Biden administration's red lines are, without exception, empty threats.
00:03:06.460 Join us today on The Great America Show.
00:03:08.740 Our guest is former Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense, Kash Patel.
00:03:13.220 He says Joe Biden has been operating a criminal organization for years,
00:03:17.880 and the House Republicans now need to stand up once and for all to show how compromised he really is.
00:03:24.740 Joe Biden and his family have operated a criminal syndicate for years, if not decades.
00:03:30.960 Laundered money, obtained illegal proceeds, done business, backhand deals with China and the Ukraine and Russia and everywhere else.
00:03:37.220 But our targets for this coming election cycle must be the twins of the architects of the destruction of justice
00:03:45.400 and its two-tier systems they have created in Merrick Garland and Chris Wray.
00:03:48.360 Because when we produce, or if Congress has the courage to go after them so that they can produce the documents unredacted about the bribery play,
00:03:56.820 about the pay for play, about Ukraine, about Hunter Biden, about his gun, about his drugs, about his underage what have yous,
00:04:04.680 then the world will know definitively what these people are about.
00:04:10.220 But because they are being covered for by the FBI and DOJ and these goons in the media,
00:04:16.680 they call us, you, me, Lou, and everybody else, conspiratorialists, you know, right-wing fanatics,
00:04:24.080 the kings of disinformation, when yet it is them who are returning to the Russiagate playbook.
00:04:30.640 Kash Patel, our guest today on The Great America Show.
00:04:33.580 So please join us today, and each and every weekday, I'm Lou Dobbs with this Great America Midday Update.
