00:00:05.520 Woke wins again, apparently. ABC is caving after just a few days.
00:00:10.820 Jimmy Kimmel was set to return after just a mere six-day suspension after his Charlie Kirk assassination comments.
00:00:17.920 ABC announcing this afternoon the swift return of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel
00:00:21.760 just six days after suspending him from making those false comments
00:00:25.300 linking the assassination of Charlie Kirk to the MAGA movement.
00:00:28.660 The person arrested for the assassination of Charlie Kirk, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson,
00:00:33.720 has been described by family as a leftist who was living with his transgender boyfriend.
00:00:38.660 In the wake of the tragedy, Kimmel wasted, of course, no time exploiting the national mourning for political points.
00:00:44.220 On September 15th, during his monologue, Kimmel lied that the suspected killer was part of the MAGA movement.
00:00:51.180 Just days after Charlie was assassinated, the body wasn't even in the ground yet,
00:00:55.220 and he was out there spewing more lies.
00:00:57.080 The backlash was swift and intense, with FCC Chairman Brendan Carr stepping in to pressure ABC
00:01:02.540 to take action against the false claims.
00:01:05.820 And two days later, ABC announced an indefinite suspension of Jimmy Kimmel Live,
00:01:09.660 which was on September 17th.
00:01:11.520 The move, of course, sparked massive protests by Hollywood elites and prominent Marxist Dems across the spectrum.
00:01:17.720 And on Monday, today, ABC announced that he would be returning to air on Tuesday.
00:01:21.840 The network also claimed that his statements were ill-timed, ignoring that they were entirely false,

00:01:29.460 Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation
00:01:35.280 at an emotional moment for our country.
00:01:38.200 It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive.
00:01:43.840 We spent the last days having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy,
00:01:46.860 and after those conversations, we reached the decision to return the show on Tuesday.
00:01:51.640 Now I think it's time for Brendan Carr, FCC Commissioner, to take a look at ABC's broadcasting license
00:01:58.080 and end the 10-year spewing of lies that ABC has done, as I said for the last 10 years,
00:02:04.620 spewing lies about Donald Trump and spewing hate in people's bones to do things and commit acts
00:02:10.380 like this sick person did to Charlie Kirk.
00:02:13.440 And the Supreme Court this afternoon ruling in favor of truth, justice, and the American way.
00:02:18.380 In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court let Trump sideline President Biden's appointee for the FTC, Rebecca Slaughter.
00:02:26.740 SCOTUS will hear arguments in December on overhauling Humphrey's executor,
00:02:31.060 a case that upheld congressional limits on firing the FTC members.
00:02:35.400 Truth, justice, and the American way, folks, at the forefront at the Supreme Court.
00:02:39.700 And Venezuela has sent a letter to President Trump asking to talk.
00:02:44.540 That's right, Nicolas Maduro, who's the socialist dictator there,
00:02:47.960 sent a letter to President Trump claiming he wishes to engage in, quote,
00:02:50.640 direct conversations within the United States amid rising tensions between both countries.
00:02:56.900 According to the letter, Maduro says he's open for direct and frank conversations
00:03:00.860 with Special Presidential Envoy and Special Missions Rick Grinnell
00:03:04.220 to overcome the media noise and fake news.
00:03:07.140 Now, there's no media noise or fake news around anything.
00:03:11.000 The truth of the matter is, is that Maduro has been sending drugs to America for far too long,
00:03:15.320 and now President Trump is blowing them up out of the water,
00:03:18.520 and Maduro probably wants to know how he can get his product across and back to America
00:03:23.220 without it being blown up with the people on it along the way.
00:03:27.540 Quite frankly, it's not going to happen, folks.

00:03:43.840 flew out to Arizona to join the memorial for Charlie Kirk,

00:03:50.980 President Trump's, J.D. Vance's, and Marco Rubio's were perhaps the most touching and the best.

00:04:48.720 But on the third day, he rose unlike any mortal man.
