This ruling today from the Supreme Court clears the way for President Trump's administration to

Supreme Court now ruling in President Trump's favor. In yet another win for President Trump today,

a Federal Appeals Court on Monday dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Democrat state attorney general,

challenged them the mass firing of probationary workers. The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals,

in a two-to-one decision, said that the 19 blue states did not have the legal standing to sue the

Trump administration over these mass firings. President Trump previously fired tens of thousands

of probationary workers as he worked to downsize the federal government and cut waste. Earlier this

year, a federal judge ordered that President Trump rehire approximately 20,000 probationary workers

across 18 different agencies. The U.S. District Judge, of course, an Obama appointee, said that the Trump

administration cannot conduct massive layoffs without warnings to the workers. In April, the Fourth

Court of Appeals cleared the way for President Trump to fire these thousands of probationary workers

Tuesday, a federal appeals court reinstated the Biden appointee to the Federal Trade Commission,

Letitia James finding herself in another bit of a pickle. Letitia James' New York state mortgage records

indicate that she may have committed more mortgage fraud on a $200,000 credit line mortgage with Citizens Bank

back in 2021. Like other mortgages, it requires a signed note, mortgage document, and recorded with

the county clerk. The mortgage documents show that James misrepresented her five-unit apartment

building as a single-family dwelling. Now, the reason this becomes a little bit of an issue is

because Letitia James, on other mortgage documents, said it was a four-person dwelling so that she didn't

have to get a commercial mortgage. We then find out it was a five-person dwelling according to the

certificate of occupancy. But in this latest mortgage fraud, I guess you can call it,

she said it was a single-family home. This is the one in 2021 with Citizens Bank. So is it four,

five, or one? Well, the certificate of occupancy says it's one. Letitia James, I think probably the

biggest mortgage fraud purveyor of them all. This is the same thing that she accused President Trump

of. It's sort of strange that she's now finding herself in this situation. And it was another

rough weekend in Chicago for the Marxist Dems. At least 19 people were shot, seven of them fatally

during the weekend, across Mayor Johnson's Chicago. CBS News reported that this weekend's first fatal

shooting occurred on Friday at about 9.30 p.m. Two men got into an argument and a gun was produced.

The gun was fired as two men fought over it. A 31-year-old man was shot in the head and killed.

Second fatal shooting occurred on Saturday at 10.13 a.m. just hours later. A man was standing

outside when someone approached him with a gun, opened fire, shooting him numerous times

and killing him. We'll just stop there. No reason to go back over the other five that were killed.

But I think President Trump has given them far too long of a leash and it's time to send them to the

National Guard, get it over with, send them in and start cleaning up Chicago just as he did in
